Had a great experience working with Phil to find the right piece. He gave us all the information we needed and gave us his business card as we were not quite ready to make the purchase that day. When we came back to order he had all of our information saved so the manager was able to quickly finalize everything including opening up a new account. The whole process took maybe 10 minutes.
Phil did an amazing job with my boyfriend & I find the perfect couch for us. He did a great job explaining everything to us & give us other options as well! Glad we had Phil to help us out & be there for our decision, Phil made the process fast & easy! Making a big purchase can be overwhelming but Phil made our experience the complete opposite!

We had a great experience here! Unlike most furniture stores the sales associate actually let us take our time and look around on our own. When we found items we liked he efficiently got all the paperwork done and we were on our way. When we went to pick up we had a mix up on the date, but Isaiah was extremely helpful and got our couch ready for pick up which we very much appreciated. We will absolutely be back to this store!

I was not aware of the return policy. Just took off the wrapping yesterday on sofa sleeper I purchased 3 weeks ago and it would not fit up the stairs. Would not even exchange it for something smaller. Last time I ever shop here

Love my furniture. I am not one to generally complain as I don’t like conflict- however, from the store manager to each customer service rep I spoke with at the customer service line (not the actual store); my experience was terrible. I am extremely disappointed. My furniture was damaged coming into my apartment, I offered to keep it so they didn’t have to take it back down the stairs, and opted to have it cleaned by an Ashley professional. That man came into my home, I pointed out the spots (he had zero pics to refer to). He stated, “I am not a cleaning service”. Customer service has also been less than average. No call backs, management did not follow through with what we had agreed upon. My calls are literally being hung up on- as they can see your info and pull your acct from your phone number. I call, Asked to speak to management, can hear them typing in the background, I’m sitting there waiting for a good 2 to 3 minutes and then get hung up on. My saleswoman at this location, Linda, was phenomenal. I am beyond saddened and disappointed by this whole experience. If you’re looking for furniture that’s nice, sure this is the place to go… If you’re looking for great customer service- this is not it. - Frustrated customer.
Stitching came lose in furniture and no body would help and warrant declined the repair.

I love going to Ashley store After looking at a local furniture store for a new couch, we went to Ashley and phone. A better coach, we think and almost a $1000 cheaper. It's a really nice store. We ended up buying a kitchen table and chairs. And a lyft to recliner, from ashley also

Had conversation to get a feel for what I liked and was looking for. Extremely knowledgeable but not pushy. Highly recommend.
We went into Ashley's knowing what we wanted. We were greeted by Phil Sikorski who was pleasant and eager to help. We told him we kinda knew what we wanted and he left us alone to browse. When he found us again, we had pretty much made up our mind on a sofa but needed to take measurements. A few days later we returned and purchased the sofa. It was a great experience from the moment we entered the store through to ordering.

Parking lot is disgusting. Over flowing garbage and food containers everywhere. No one greeted us or helped us we had to find someone after looking for 30 mins. We did make a purchase but the sale guy was not much help and didn’t listen very well had to repeat ourselves several times
Wonderful staff. Very patient. Purchased new kitchen table set. Isaac is knowledgeable about the furnishings available. Showed me ones online also to help make my decision. Reasonably priced merchandise. I knew about what I wanted and when I saw it, that was it. Very pleased.
Phil Sikorski was an excellent sales person! He asked us what we were looking for and took us where we needed to be. He took time with us showing and telling us about the different mattress, giving us time to compare each of them. He never tried to push us into something we did not want. We left the store very satisfied with our purchase! Would ask for Phil the next time we shop at Ashley!!

Kelly at the Richfield store was amazing. She helped when I wanted it and left me alone when I wanted. The store had a great selection for reasonable prices. I found exactly what I wanted. The only thing I wished was they would haul away my old couch.
Phil was very helpful and knowledgeable when we were picking out a new couch. It was delivered and set up for us less than a week after purchasing. The couch we picked out, and most of the couches we tested, is a quality piece of furniture for a great price. The people who delivered our furniture were able to get it set up fast and were kind. If we are ever looking for new furniture in the future, we would definitely come back to this location.
Mattress shopping is not exactly the most exciting purchase to make but good sleep is a necessity. Phil was extremely educated and narrowed down selection quickly. Love not having high pressure and hovering sales staff trying to upsell. The entire staff is friendly and helpful.
I had very good service from sales associate Katherine. She wasn’t aggressive like some of the furniture stores. She greeted us and explained the areas we should look in the store for the type of chair I was shopping for. Later on we met up again and I wasn’t having any success finding what I needed, so she started to look on line and she was showing me chairs and I found one and it happened to be the chair was in the store so I was very pleased. It was a very pleasant experience. That’s how it should be. It was my first visit at Ashley’s and I would definitely go back and recommend. Thanks Katherine!!

When I walked into Ashley today, Phil S. was at the front door, asked what I was looking for, and directed me to the area of the store I wanted. I browsed, and he checked back here and there to talk about options and offer suggestions. When I was ready to purchase, he was right there to make it happen. I really like his style. He was very friendly and attentive but never pressuring. He listened to what I wanted and worked to make it happen, instead of pushing me towards an alternative I might regret. I normally wait a day or check another store before buying as a rule...but I went ahead with purchasing today because of Phil. Thank you, Phil. I've purchased furniture from Ashley in the past and have always had a great experience, like I did today. Thank you!

Purchased a beachcroft outdoor set from Ashley furniture June 2020. The bases on both of our swivel chairs broke due to a manufacturing defect. We contacted the store for replacement parts. They don’t offer them and because we didn’t purchase the extended warranty we are out of luck. We have furnished our entire house with Ashley furniture. Due to the lack of help or caring from both the store employees and the cooperate office they have now lost very good customers. ***Owner has responded to my review and told me to contact the store. I’ve talked to every single person in the store and at the cooperate office. Nobody will help us!!
We always shopped at Steinhafels but we thought we'd try Ashley and are very happy with our decision. Megan greeted us at the door and took us to see what we were looking for, she then left us to look around and would check on us periodically, which we liked instead of being followed around. Once we made our decision Megan was extremely helpful and patient as we went through the process. We would definitely go back and we can't give Megan enough praise for doing a great job and providing outstanding customer service!! Thank you.

Reposting with updated info: I just wanted to leave an updated review now that we have received our order. We visited on 3/18/24 to simply browse. We ended up purchasing a new table and chairs! (Happy with the final product by the way!) I did want to specifically point out that Isaac was the salesperson we worked with, and that he was AMAZING! He was never far if we had questions and made the entire process easy and simple. Thank you Isaac! 👍

Best experience I've ever had shopping! Katherine was extremely helpful, professional, and personable. She was able to answer all of my questions AND help with styling/matching everything I wanted to purchase! Katherine helped me get in and out in a timely manner and made me feel comfortable even with my 8 month old in tow. All the other ladies were very friendly and helpful during my visit too! After visiting several other furniture stores before this visit, I think Ashley Furniture is pretty reasonable for their prices in comparison to other places. 10/10 would recommend!
Purchased a dining table & chairs SET 3/10/2024. Sales staff was great. Items arrived 3/15/2024 and husband picked items up. Got home, assembled table and there were several nicks & scratches in table top/sides and the bottom piece that connected legs was all bubbled. 4 chairs were put together & they all rocked. Sent picture of the bubbled piece to our salesperson, on Saturday she responded with an 888 number for their "customer care" because there was nothing she could do. Called that number and because it was a Saturday, they were closed. Finally mid-afternoon on Monday Hannah from corporate called. After a brief discussion, I said I just wanted to return the entire set. She said she couldn't do anything until she received pictures of the table for her management team. Those were sent within the hour. She also said chairs were "self-leveling". My husband did some research & leveled one. When he turned the next chair over to level, he discovered it was actually broken! Took a picture of that & sent it along. Tuesday Hannah texted & said she could have a tech come out & level the chairs and replace the frame on the broken chair on April 16th, a full month away. No update on the table. Again I said I wanted to return the set and now she said they would only take back the table WITH a 20% restocking fee and they would not take back the chairs...which again, we bought as a SET to the table! And why should I have to pay a restocking fee on something that arrived to me DAMAGED? Finally, they decided to order a new table for us which my husband picked up 3/24/2024 and put together and it seems damage-free. I felt like I had to BEG for the "service" I received. The table arrived damaged, why should I have to pay a restocking fee? And I STILL don't know why they wouldn't take back the chairs!!The saga continues as this tech person doesn't arrive for another 3 weeks, 4/16/2024. In my opinion, this was terrible customer service. I understand they wanted pictures of the damage, and that was sent within 1 hour of the request. I do like the SET however it will forever leave a bad taste in my mouth because of such bad service. Too bad for Ashley because we are looking at updating most of the furniture in the rest of our house but you can bet it will not be with Ashley Furniture. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Experience was great, they were not pushy and annoying like most sales places. We came back a week later and the gal that helped us out remembered us and was very nice! Ask for Salesperson -Phil S. You will NOT be disappointed!! Today my husband and I purchased a new bedroom set from the Ashley Furniture Richfield store. Phil S. was our salesperson and we were very pleased with his services. He kindly greeted us when we arrived, answered our finance and sales questions, and even double checked with management to ensure he as giving us accurate information. He made it known he was there to assist us, but gave us our space to walk around and browse at bedroom sets in privacy without being pushy to make a purchase or decision. When we found the set we liked we found Phil and he came over and walked through pricing and financing options. After we left the store I reviewed the receipt and realized there was miscommunication on the nightstands that were ordered versus what I wanted. I called the store and spoke to Phil and he promptly worked with his manager to make things right and get our order updated . Again, I cannot express in words how satisfied we are with his services. I cannot remember his managers name but she was very friendly and helpful as well.

We came to look for the furnitures for the home we are closing by end of this month. Staff were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We found a sectional and dining set of our liking, will be getting it.

Spent $1300 on a queen bed and they sent us all the wrong assembly pieces. For 2 weeks never called us back or responded to emails. Wasted $200 and ended up having to order a different frame from a much better retailer. Never coming here again. Customer service was the worst I've ever experienced in my life. Refusing to take back our useless bed frame as well. Melissa was our sales person.

Products are good. Sales team is good. Their systems are terrible. Takes way too long to complete a purchase. They can't see if everything you have ordered is available for pickup at one time. Customer pickup dock is small and disorganized.

I am delighted to have selected my new furniture from Ashley. The salesman David welcomed and assisted me with courtesy, professionalism and design knowledge. He gave me great ideas how to bring in color with various textures which creates a beautiful array of eye-pleasing warmth and classic definition. The sofa and chair caught my eye immediately and my space has a fresh upscale, sophisticated look and feel as the colors blend wonderfully together. The furniture is very well constructed and designed so beautifully! Delivery was a breeze and also very professional and timely. I was notified via text and email to be aware of tracking and estimated time and date of delivery. I highly recommend Ashley Furniture Store for beautiful and unique furniture and reasonable prices.

Customer service was great, but the couch and love seat we purchased is very poor in quality. We have had this furniture for six months and all of the throw pillows are flat because the feathers fall out. Sitting in the chaise section of the couch is the equivalent of sitting in a hole. We won't purchase from Ashley again.

Stopped in to shop and buy as we wanted a new set for the Holiday season. As we walked for a few minutes with our salesman and really took our time he proceeded to assist another couple that walked into the store (while several sales people waiting for customers to come in) we walked past him to see if he might acknowledge our waiting but to no evail he did not even look our way. We left the store and went up to Steinhafels to look around. Awesome customer care was given and we purchased a Beautiful set there. Will never recommend your store!
Great selection at Ashley! My wife and I knew what we were looking for when we walked in and Kelly B gave us a quick tour of the layout and then let us be! We browsed for some time and when we were ready, she was right there to answer all of our questions about the sectional, protection plan, and delivery.
Everything was great until my husband went to pick up our couch and loveseat and coffee table. We were notified the furniture was ready for pick up but when he got to the store they couldn't find our already paid for furniture. The manager then offered us the floor models but get this at no discounted price. Needless to say we canceled our order and now have to wait for our money to be returned. So very disappointed!
The store offers quite a variety of furniture at a reasonable price. Welcoming sales staff .. not pushy. Melissa was very easy to work with. Their team is able to work with a wide variety of designs and a number of pieces in stock ready to go. When shopping, take time time to include this store on your list.

An absolute joke, had the wrong love seat delivered then the day it was supposed to be switched the wrong one was loaded again and now i got the right one and the next day noticed the bottom of it has a 2 inch rip in it, youd think for a 1400 dollar loveseat they would be able to get it done right

Ordered a gray sectional and gray loveseat. Loveseat showed up brown. Arranged a drop off/exchange date, took off of work so I could be home for it. Got a call saying they put the wrong color on the truck AGAIN, and we’d have to reschedule again and I need to take off work, AGAIN! Not even a week after buying a new house I had to take a day off work and now I need to do it AGAIN.. it’s pretty frustrating. Now we wait to see if the correct color will actually show up. We are VERY disappointed with our experience.

The Ashley store in Richfield had a large variety of furniture and bedding on display. Kelly in sales showed me various options for a bedroom set, a couch and loveseat, and a large rug. She spent a lot of time giving me various combinations that would fit my budget and style preferences. She was knowledgeable, experienced, and willing to to work with me to get me the bedroom set and living room furniture that would satisfy my needs. Based on this experience, I definitely would go back to Ashley's again.

First time furniture shopper. Brett was so awesome. Answered all my questions, helped take the time to understand what I wanted and was patient while I was looking at everything and deciding what would work best for my space. I got a couch and he helped me with the materials, was very thorough checking the paperwork. I wasn’t intending to make a purchase that day when I walked in the store, more of a recon mission. But Brett had answers to every question I threw at him and found the perfect fit for me. Would go again. And will ask for him in the future.

I never leave reviews but this has been the worst experience buying furniture and I want people to be warned before spending a lot of money here like I did. I bought a couch, loveseat, dining set, bed and shelves from this location. When it got delivered even the delivery driver was pointing out issues with the stuff. The back of the couch was poking out of the fabric, stains on the loveseat and couch, a hole in one of the dining room chairs and paint splattered on the shelves. The driver took pictures and notified Ashleys and said I should get a call within a few hours to see how the delivery went. 4 hours later, no call. I called them and explained and they said they will send someone out to repair the items. Not replace, repair. They even said the guy they use to repair stuff leaves it even better than the original (which speaks the their poor quality). I asked if I can return the items and they said since they see in the notes the delivered items are damaged they don’t take damaged items back. Yes, you read that correctly.. they sent damaged items and refused to take them back! What a joke. On top of all of this, it has been weeks and still my items are defective because the guy who fixes them was on vacation and then they also said they are shipping the materials to my house for him to reupholster the couch and chair. I spent thousands with them and the fact that this is their customer service is a joke. Please be cautious before buying from here and read the reviews, it has proven to be more of a headache than anything and I genuinely regret not believing their bad reviews and 1.1 star rating on consumer affairs.

I made a furniture purchase a month ago and it was delivered yesterday. I saw an ad that featured the items I purchased had a much lower price deduction than the original price I had paid for them. I was told by my sales associate that she could perhaps make that adjustment but said it could be messy since if she made that exception with me, she would have to do it for others. The reason she said she could not do it was because the purchase was a couple of days outside of the 30 day price match. Upon calling the Corporate office, they felt that Ashley's Home Store in Richfield should have honored that price change since it was only a couple of days outside of the 30 day price change and that the general practice was to honor it as a one time incident ! Be leary of Ashley's practices and shop local where your business means more than just another customer to make a commission off of. I Am disappointed and to be honest, the furniture quality is not optimal. When I told the Manager that I would be making a negative Yelp review, she said that was reasonable. That is how much they value their customers. At Ashley's "the customer is always right" is not their practice. Buyer beware!

We had a very wonderful and uplifting experience at/with Ashley Home Furniture. (Especially Kelly Berdyk). The water pipe sprung a leak and woke up one morning to the wooden floor that had heaved up…long story short new flooring (thank you Wittenberg Flooring) created a need for a kitchen set, and because the kitchen floor flows into the living room the need for a new couch was apparent. Kelly came to our rescue. With a floor sample in hand we set out to find all pieces. She did a wonderful job listening to our likes, dislikes and needs she steered us in the right direction. Gave us all the information of each piece and stepped away for us to look at, sit on, talk about it between us. I appreciate how knowledgeable she was about all her items. We took the white glove delivery and felt it was totally worth it. The table had a crack in it from shipping and they had a new one to us within the week. Just loved our experience with Ashley Home Furnishings. They made a dubious task a very pleasant one. I’m back in love with my house. Thank you Kelly B. and Ashley Furniture.

I don't like salespeople much but Kelly was a delight and joy to work with on our purchase of a custom sectional purpose. She listened to our needs, pointed us toward several options, and let us have time to make our decision. This was by far the best buying experience on any major purchase. The store offered plenty of options and this was enjoyable. Kelly you made this easy and you are now the only person we will buy furniture from in the future.

Purchased a dining room set and living room set. Was promised a call within 48 hours giving me an expected delivery date. After a week with no call I called the store and was promised someone look into it and call me back. A week later had to go to the store and talk to the manager to get a response. Finally, set a delivery date only to have them abruptly cancel it on the day it was supposed to arrive. We’ve shopped Ashley in the past with no issues, but this has been a bad experience and we will likely not return.

This is a terribly run store. The so-called "manager", Brad, is a liar, and lacks any semblance of customer service skills. We had a VALID mailer for 10% off which he refused to honor. He made up at least three different excuses, none of which were valid. We left the store and immediately called Ashley Corporate headquarters, and we're informed that Brad, and that store has had numerous complaints and that he was wrong for not accepting the 10% off. Do not do business with this place. Total incompetence and dishonesty.
We enjoyed our experience at Ashley Richfield WI. Our room consultant Isaac was great to work with. Always was quick to look up information and took his time with us. Didn't feel rushed to make any decisions. Hey, Isaac even relaxed with us while trying out the sofa recliners :o). Thank you Isaac for a fun experience!

The delivery process was/is an absolute nightmare. First delivery attempt, part of the couch I ordered was broken (warehouse people did not read the sign on the couch that said “broken”). When I was expecting a delivery the second time, they texted that they were not delivering the couch. This was after I shoveled my apartment sidewalk and set aside my morning waiting for them. Third delivery attempt was late and my couch is still missing a piece. Apparently it’s another two weeks until the final piece can be delivered. Maybe after 4 delivery attempts I will finally have a full couch. Overall it was a terrible experience and will never be ordering from this company again.

Unfortunately this was my second time in this particular store. I came in looking for a livingroom set. I found one that my wife and I loved. Not one sales person would give me the time of day. The sales people were all next to the counter just talking to each other rather then helping a customer. What a shame. You have lost my business and I will continue looking for my living room set somewhere else.

The sales department was very helpful but the sale does not end there. The delivery associates were the most polite and helpful men we have ever had. They took our old chair to the garage and made sure every thing was working on our new chair plus it was where we wanted it. We will return to ashley when we need more furniture because the store and delivery were done in a polite and easy way
Out of the five major furniture stores that I visited recently, Ashley had the most cordial, least pushy sales people. It was refreshing. That said, when asking about the material the furniture was made of, this seemed like the sales person's worst nightmare. For the price of the items I was looking at, I would expect steel, plywood, and/or a hardwood frame. Nope. The sales person did a lot of clamoring around; even bringing up house construction, but finally admitted the furniture was made of strand board. This worries me. If you were proud of the construction material, I would think you would have a lot more confidence.
I explained my situation to Kelly and she was able to direct me to exactly what I wanted. Not only did she help me with finding furniture that would work for me she used her experience and knowledge to make the buying process easier. It seems rare these days to find someone who is down to earth, knowledgeable, and dedicated to a customer’s satisfaction.

Was looking for a smaller size sofa for our condo. Linda at the Ashley store was very helpful and well organized with all the paperwork and instructions for our purchase. Would look for her again to help with other purchases! Store was very clean and set u for easy viewing.
My recent purchase at Ashley in Richfield, WI was great from the moment we walked in the door. Isaac greeted us with a big smile and asked pertinent questions to assist in finding the livingroom set I was looking for. Very friendly, knowledgeable and charismatic. He went above and beyond my expectations and I'm very pleased with my purchases. I was worried delivery time would be 6 months out but it will be 60+ days. Delivery is still a result of the pandemic and not controlled by the store.
The sales and delivery people were excellent. The dining set I purchased was junk! All pieces arrived damaged. Took over a month for them to send new chair backs. Repair people were great. Then Ashley took another month to "decide" if I should get a new table. Finally arrived and one day after the delivery, the table is chipped and scratched. I swear the chairs are made of balsa wood. We hardly even ever use this set and every time I walk by I see a new ding or scratch on it and it's not like we have small children or anything. The other day I set a cardboard box on the table and then slid it over a bit and it left permanent marks. JUNK FURNITURE!!! I've written to them, called them several times and have had no response. Next step is complaining to the BBB. Stay away from Ashley's furniture.

Right when we walked through the door we were greeted by Kelly and she had a big smile on her face and was really nice. She asked what we were looking for and then pointed us in a direction and let us look. She was never pushy and she occasionally checked in with us to see if we had any questions. She continued to let us keep looking and she would pop back in to explain some of the furniture to us but yet she still was not pushy. Kelly even brought different items in different colors to help us see what it would look like. We finally made our purchase and Kelly explained all costs, extra perfection plans in very great detail. She explained everything so well that we didn't really have any questions. Kelly is an excellent person at this store. I'm sure that we will be back there in the future. Furniture selection is great, store is organized and clean, staff was very inexperienced. Though the staff were all slow, I give them credit for trying and showing up! We did buy a new sectional and table, would go back again.
Please don’t go here!!!! Everything was completely wrong with my experience!! No one helped me and I had to seek someone out! There were kids jumping on multiple mattresses! The management undermined and talked down to the sales rep and it was very unprofessional! I don’t feel like my concerns and needs were met!! I will never shop here again!! I have a pinched nerve and sciatica and I am in more pain with the mattress I was sold than my 15 year old mattress! There was no remedy offered except to sell my mattress on Facebook!! Completely unprofessional and no compassion!! I am speechless! Stay away!!
Purchased a patio set from the Richfield store. Put one chair together of six and decided it was not what we wanted. I returned the chairs(table on back order) within an hour of picking up. I was told I would receive a full refund, put $150 cash down. Money refunded onto card except Ashley has not refunded the $150 and now tells me after having to call them 3x’s that I need to get the money from the credit company. Ashley did not return calls even thought Kim said she would call back when she had information. Terrible customer service!!!

Bought a 3k leather sectional and $600 extended warranty. The frame was completely broken at the one year 10 day mark so the extended warranty kicked in. They picked up the couch for repair and 5 months later I still have no idea if they really even still have my couch. Over the last 5 months they have been unable to provide me with any updates and they have scheduled 2 deliveries for the repaired couch (which was not actually repaired and they no showed the deliveries) So 10 hours of PTO waiting for said couch on 2 separate occasions and 50 hours of waiting on hold for someone to help, all to find out that they won’t actually deliver the couch until I pay an additional $314 dollars. Having a balance was confusing to me as the last person that I talked to said the couch was repaired and didn’t mention it. Come to find out they want me to re-up my warranty for $200 and there is another $114 for delivery. He did not explain the charges until I asked several times for a break down. Still not scheduled for a return. Probably going to have to just purchase a new couch from another company at this point. Very messy.

Absolutely appalled at the lack of customer service. I was in the store for 25 minutes and not once did someone even say hello. A gentleman appeared to be busy on the showroom floor while laughing with two others. We made eye contact a few times and yet he said nothing. Two women were chatting at the desk, they also looked at me and said nothing. I was in search of a sofa, dining set, and office desk. I fell in love with a few pieces but I will never purchase from here due to the lack of even a hello. In today's climate, businesses cannot afford such atrocious service. Do better.
The service that Ashley provides compared to other furniture stores is poor at best. I ordered furniture for my new house in November. I knew it would take a while with supply issues so I ordered it before I even closed on the house. A few pieces came right away which surprised me. The problem is, sectional was ripped on delivery, still not fixed 6 month later, two pieces still have not come even though one is in stock in their warehouse in Stevens Point. I even asked for it to be brought to a local store for me to pick up. They called, said it was there so I went to get it; not there. So back to delivery it went since it was now coming when the other piece was coming. Delivery got scheduled and now I just received a call that both pieces will be another 2 months until the last piece is available. Mind you, one item has been here for two months. So I have to wait AGAIN! Or chase around and try to get help moving furniture I paid for in full and paid for delivery. Colder’s delivers your pieces as they come in. I ordered the same $ amount from each company and when I furnish the basement, it won’t be with Ashley! Colder’s lifetime delivery for the win, not this chasing around hassle with Ashley. Very disappointed!
Horrible service! Husband and I went into store at 6:30pm, the signs stated open til 8pm. We were looking to purchase a new mattress as we needed one fairly quickly (but understood supply issues at the moment) Pulled into parking lot and it was empty, didn't look like they were open, but they were. Greeted by an older lady with glasses on her head. Told her our situation, to which she replies.. "We have nothing for you, they are backordered, try Menards"....seriously, we were looking at a standard Queen sized mattress. She showed us nothing! Well, we left without seeing anything in the store, went to Steinhafels and purchased a mattress on the spot, they were closing at 7pm, but the salesman helped us even after they were closed. You lost out on few thousand dollars sale for being rude, lazy and snarky. Never will I go to this store!

KELLY was amazing to work with She was patient and helped us made sure everything coordinated, made sure we got the best deal possible, and is expediting our shipment. We went to other furniture stores but Kelly won us over with her knowledge when it comes to comparing items. We were very pleased with the customer service we received Ed and her attention to detail. We will definitely be going back to Ashley's to work with KELLY.
I had a delivery time before noon truck showed up by 9:45 found out my delivery was not on the truck. Told me they would find out who had it and have them deliver my purchase. Second truck arrived at around 12:30 and finished around 1:45. Both crews were very polite and informative. Would recommend Ashley furniture highly.

Like a long placemat! I was expecting a thicker kitchen mat. This is as thin as a cheap vinyl placemat. Listed originally for $185 on sale for $42. WHAT!!?? I am trying to return this. Caution...you only have 72 hours to initiate a return. You can't use the chat to start a return. You have to call. I am caller 37 in the queue. Also, it shipped in an open end box. One end of the box was open so it sat in the snow on my driveway getting wet. I have had positive experiences in the store. I would avoid their online store.
Found out after my purchase that there was some assembly required with the furniture and since I am dangerous with a screwdriver or anything requiring directions the manager said she would have it assembled...WOW, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE 👍

I ordered a mattress that had gel in it and they ended up delivering it and putting it in my dinning room since it was frozen due to sitting on a truck for two days. It is January in Wisconsin - what did they think would happen? I was told that someone would be in contact with me to schedule another "delivery" in order for it to be moved from my dinning room to my bedroom upstairs. I waited days for someone to contact me. I emailed, I texted them and I even call them twice and I am still waiting for a call back. In addition, the delivery people did set up the adjustable bed frame but they forgot to wipe their feet and my carpeting had stains all the way from the door to my bedroom upstairs. Maybe they should be training their delivery individuals to minimally wipe their feet when it is snowy/wet outside. I spent an hour cleaning my carpet after they left and doing a load of laundry since some of my rugs were stained from their shoes as well. If I could give no stars I would. I spent a lot of money on this bed and now I am regretting my purchase.
I had a great experience working with Dustin on picking out a sectional. I came into the store with a couple of sectionals in mind to look at. When both of the sectionals didn't fit exactly what I was looking for, Dustin was able to direct me to a sectional that he thought would be a good fit for me. Lo and behold that sectional was exactly what I was looking for and had multiple configuration options to fit the space I was working with. Also the delivery and set up of the sectional was quick, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend it. The sectional I purchased was the Castano 3-piece.
I bought a rocker recliner from Ashley in Richfield two years ago, with the thought of buying local. The salesman was pleasant snd helpful, hence, the one star. To begin with, I waited months for the chair, not 4-6 wks, as told when purchased. I also bought an extended 5 yr warranty, which turned out to do me no good whatsoever. The chair developed a 2 in crack, and it looks like two more areas will be cracking in the near future. We were told by customer service in claims dept. that it is not covered because the crack is in a "seatable" area. It is actually NEAR where my head rests, but not on that spot. I have also had the chair covered the whole time. When I asked to talk to the rep's boss, I was told that "he doesn't take these type of calls". Extremely disappointed, and stuck with a chair only two years old that I will have to keep covered. I will never buy anything from Ashley Furniture again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. Poor quality and customer service!

We recently bought a new sofa at Ashely Furniture by Cabela’s. It was delivered Monday by three nice young men and they hauled away my old sofa. Everything is great and I am glad I got my sofa from Ashley.

Went into store June 6 and there were 3 women standing around talking. They kept to themselves while my daughter and I were looking for dressers. Finally one asked if we needed help. I told her our price range and after that she pretty much ignored us. I went on the app and found what we were looking for. Broke up their "social hour" and asked if they had anything similar and was told they are not a "corporate store so they have less of a selection" (no excuse). I asked if they had a tape measure so we could get an idea of the size of what we were looking at online to compare with what was in store at they just "eyeballed" something up and said "about that size"! When someone DiD by chance find a measuring tape, we found out how far off they truly were. We asked if they were able to order the one we wanted for us and we felt we were taking up too much of their time now as it was getting close to closing time and on top of that the price online was less than in store (or what the computer showed). My daughter's baby is due in September, we were purchasing in June and they said it would be in July 25th.. "Maybe even sooner!" Sounded good to us! We paid and were on our way even though we walked out feeling like they treated us like our money wasn't good enough for them. Fast forward to July 20th- getting excited about delivery!!! My daughter receives text.. "sorry but due to manufacturer delay, your merchandise will not be available now until possibly SEPTEMBER 29th"! 2 weeks after baby is born!!! WTF! I'm guessing NOT made in America! Thanks Ashley for treating us like sh.*t and now adding frosting on top of it!

This was the first time purchasing from Ashley's. It was a very well rounded experience. The men delivered the piece of furniture with great care and well protected. Gloves on at all times. They were curteous and pleasant. I ordered the piece of furniture from their computer in store. I was very surprised how well the furniture was made seeing it in person.
It took a while to get the furniture (due to covid and lumber shortage) but it was well worth it. The furniture is beautiful and comfortable. Looks fantastic in our living room. The two deliver guys worked fast and put the pieces right where we wanted it. They were friendly and helpful. The old furniture was removed. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and more importantly for beautiful furniture.
Gary was very helpful! We wanted a piece of furniture that wasn't intended for what we wanted. He listened to us and our specific needs and found us what we needed. After waiting for the hutch and server it was absolutely perfect for the space. Gary kept us up to date the whole time we waited for the piece, and made sure we were happy with it upon its arrival.

Customer service asked me to email photos 3 days ago and I have yet to hear back from them. Update on previous post: After horrific installation service, I was told the parts kit was being shipped to me so that I could install it properly myself. This was on May 25, 2021. I have still not received the parts kit for my bedframe as of today June 7, 2021. Consistently poor service from Ashely Furniture. Final Update: Ashely sent out a new service team and part, and the product is now satisfactory. I appreciate their commitment to righting this wrong. It was, however, a frustrating and long experience.
Went in to check out furniture and a new bed. Gary met us at the door and was very helpful throughout the whole process. Even though we were just looking, we ended up buying a bed. Staff was courteous and answered all questions.

Had we used the bed that night, I'm sure we would have damaged the product. Luckily, a piece of the headboard swiveled back and forth which alerted me to just how loose the screws were. I took the bed and the box springs off of the frame to discover that the screws were only halfway screwed in. I spent the next hour on the phone with Ashley while reassembling the frame on my own. Ashley offered a refund of the installation fee, and opened an "investigation" for the scratch, but nothing else for the inconvenience or time investment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE INSTALLATION SERVICE. They took the instructions and tools with them afterwards and left me with a product I can not even be sure is installed correctly. I feel taken advantage of.
Our sales woman was awesome. She took time in helping us with our choices and was very pleasant and easy to talk to about what I was looking for. In the end I had ordered my entire living room set and I couldn't be happier. Courtney S you're the best and we'll definitely be back for our TV stand. Thank you again.
Rude and unwelcoming staff. Arrived 15 min before closing time to have a quick look at beds. Sales lady at front door(wish I had asked her name) stopped us at door and begin to tell us what time store closed (which we were aware). As we looked at beds she watched nearby but never offered assistance. I will never visit that location again. Deserved a zero.

My husband and I went into this store last weekend and was immediately displeased with the service. The lady at the front door didn’t speak to us until 20 minutes into our time there. She later came up to us and said the sectional we were looking at was on back order for 4 months and proceeded to walk away. Not helpful at all. I’m not sure what her name was but she was older with bright red hair. We have credit with Ashley’s but the atmosphere made us not want to purchase anything.
Courtney and Calla are the best of the best when it comes to assisting customers. We've shopped a few times now and they take their time to understand the customer's wants, needs, style, budget, etc. and do not try to push you into buying anything. They are truly there to give their attention and focus to you to get you from point A to point B, from an empty room to a room filled with what you want/need. No hassle! No fuss! And pure enthusiasm and desire to assist. They realize how important customers are especially during this sensitive "Pandemic" time in our history. It was a great joy to work with these two and we would feel confident working with either or even other sales people if we couldn't work with either of these ladies for any reason. Thanks for all your help Courtney and Calla! We will be back but hopefully not for a while. I think we spent enough $$$ for now.
Michael was so helpful each time we worked with him. He kept us up to date with the delivery time and was just as excited as we were when the order came in three weeks earlier than expected. Very disappointed! When I walked in I was greeted by a younger guy who remained seated in his chair. My friend had said we were looking for beds and he told us they are all over the place while he remained seated. We walked around looking at things while he followed us pretending to fix pillows on couches. He was watching us but wouldn’t even help us. He followed us but never asked if we needed help. When we did find something we liked we had asked about the price and he said look it’s right there and he walked away. So we thought we would maybe give someone else a chance to help us. I found a lady who was sitting on her I pad and I had asked if she could help us.. she said nothing to us and didn’t even ask any questions. She did say she was sorry when we were ready to leave and that she has just been really busy with her customers but she was literally just standing there. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. The previous day I did go to Ashley furniture in Pewaukee and Tomasi was amazing!! I did call the Pewaukee store and I had told him about what I had experienced. He apologized for them.

There was 4 sales associates standing around and I had a question. I took about 5 minutes for someone to ask if I had a question. There prices are good, but they need a little help with customer service training.
Only issue is everything is gonna be 6-12 weeks unless its currently on clearance! We also have an issue with our current couch (which is why I rated 3/5 stars). I attached a photo. We bought a couch, we have had the repair people out 3 or 4 times to fix it, and they always end up with the wrong parts, don't understand what we need, or the parts aren't available. Now, after a year and a half of trying to get the couches fixed, after having them less than 2 years, they told us, via text message (pic below) that they can't get us any more parts...to fix the couch we ordered the original parts for a year and a half ago... Would I recommend buying from here? Probably not. For the prices we paid for these couches for them to break after 6 months and the parts not available while its still under warranty is absolutely insane to me.

We were serviced by Kelly Larsen who was very pleasant & knowledgeable about the products. Mattress were available but delivery took 2 weeks. Employees followed COVID safety & distancing. Great place to shop!

I enjoyed my time at Ashley shopping for my new bedroom set. I had been to another place for the set but with an original delivery date of Nov. 30th and a phone call verifying more like March, I went to the source since it was Ashley Furniture. When I entered the store I was greeted by an awson sales rep Kelly Berdyck. I knew what love seat I wanted because I had already seen it on line. Kelly took me right to it. After viewing in person I made a color change. Just to make sure that was exactly what I wanted Kelly explained the stores lay out and where I could find other items simular in style. Kelly also let me know where she would be when I was ready to make a decision. I ended up buying the love seat and 2 more pieces of furniture. Kelly was no pressure sales, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I definitely will keep this store and Kelly on my list for future purchases. Very satisfied with our sales person, Kelly Larson’s knowledge and efforts to make our purchasing experience pleasant. The delivery people were courteous, friendly and careful. They set up our dinette table and chairs and removed the old set. Unfortunately, the new couch wouldn’t fit through the door of the room, for which it was purchased. The crew took the couch back to the warehouse and we were promptly contacted with options to either make another choice or have our money refunded. Although we were disappointed about the couch being too large, Ashley’s did their best to satisfy us with no hassle. I highly recommend them when in the market for new furniture.

My husband and I went to the Ashley's store in Richfield, Wis on October 4th, 2020. We were met my Courtney Stewart. Courtney listened to us from the start!! She showed us the pits that we were looking for. With in a few minutes...there it was!! Exactly what we all, Courtney, my husband,and I were looking for!! A sofa and loveseat. A wedge was in the group, but at moment it wasn't available. By the next day, Courtney had called me, and told me the wedge was now available. I couldn't have been more happy. She was even able to provide me with the delivery date of the furniture. Our over all experience with Courtney was absolutely perfect! She was so kind and caring. We had a laugh or more!! Originally, my mother and I went to the Ashley's in greenfield. Terrible service. However, after couch shopping at different stores she wanted to go to this Ashley's. Im glad we did because our sales representative, Kelly B, was excellent. Very up front about delivery dates and provided thorough information. If anything, she provided a good service recovery for this company because we ended up buying our couches we originally purchased and got a refund back from the greenfield location. I would give her a 5 star review. The outcome second time experience was great and I looked forward to rating this location with good intent. However, the delivery service lacked customer service. We were told delivery will be some time after 12pm. Great! However, when the time came, they call me and told me they will be there in 10 mins. However, they came in less then 10 mins. Then upon delivering the couches the guy was having a hard time sliding through our doors. We had to take down our doors. He made a comment about "these should of been done before they came. We dont have time because we have other deliveries." With that attitude and customer service he was told to just leave the couches outside and we'll take it in ourselves. Overall, what did he expect us to do, have no doors to our house since 12pm. They could of called maybe 30 mins to 1 hour before delivering the couches to give us more time. On top of that, after placing the last couch outside our yard they left, without saying anything. Mind you this was delivered right during halftime during a game. Definitely upset and was charged around $170 for them to deliver the couches outside our yard. I understand that there are other deliveries to be made, but this is also part of their job to understand that other circumstances do happen and people run late. Overall, sales representative deserved more than a 5 stars from her service recovery and delivery services deserves a 2 star.
Don't think I will deal with Ashley ever again. Had better experiences in years past, but now not so much. Poor customer service and little to no follow up on their mistakes. I will take my money elsewhere next time I need furniture.

Update: I had to wait 2 months for them to replace the leg only for it to be slanted and leaning. I would be much happier with a return than what I have. I even paid extra for insurance. Despite their response Ashley's did not replace my couch. I regret my purchase very much. I purchased a couch, waited a month for it to arrive and hours after it was delivered the leg broke off with the screw stuck inside the couch. The man who installed it said he had never put this couch together before. Ashley's Service refused to replace it and now I am waiting for them to ship the leg to my house. Once it arrives it will not be able to be screwed in because the hole has the old leg stuck inside it. Very frustrating to pay $1000 which included insurance only to have my brand new couch be held up by books while I wait for what seems like an ineffective fix. Very disappointed.
So far, so good. Ordered a sectional after sitting on over 100 sectionals from various furniture stores. Michael was our salesperson and was very professional. The delivery was set up for 5 weeks, as we were informed the sectional had to be built. The price was fair and there was no pressure. I will update this review after taking procession of the sectional. Update : 7/9 After an initial delay of delivery due to the manufacture, the sectional arrived July 5th.The pieces were placed and connected by the 2 delivery men. We had an existing 2 pc sectional that was removed by the delivery men beforehand and was impressed with their professionalism. We are very happy with the final product and anticipate many years of use. Update: 8/26 First and foremost, the sectional we purchased is holding up very well and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. With that being said, the Ashley Home Care division of the company is awful. I have read numerous reviews of buyers stating that getting after purchase help with warranty work, repairs, etc was a nightmare and unfortunately, I have to agree. I have tried contacting them 6 times to no avail. Each time I waited over 20 minutes on hold before giving up. My wife and I have a cat that has taken our new sectional as his new scratching post and we wanted to purchase replacement cushion covers as a backup. Again, after contacting Micheal at the Ashley Store , he made sure that Ashley Home Care would provide us with a quote if purchasing replacement cushions was possible. Well, they did contact me and left a message to call them back if we wanted to move forward with the purchase. Six phone calls and numerous text messages later...Nothing. Be warned before you purchase something from Ashley Superstore, that getting aftercare pertaining to your purchase will be almost impossible, if not possible at all.

Ashley's has issues with supply and demand which significantly affects what you can buy and when you will receive it. Imagine walking into Baskin Robbins; everything is appealing to the eye. You can select your ice cream flavor (ie, furniture) but you won't be able to enjoy it until Dec-2020 or even 2021. 2 stars because staff was extremely friendly and attentive but they should have been 100% forthcoming (Ashley's was selling an L-shaped living room couch, great $, but the corner piece was not available until later. TLDR-issues with supply and demand: you want it, they dont got it

Ashely furniture has the worst customer satisfaction I have ever experienced in my life. I called explained my situation, went to the store directly, still no resolution. It's been two months. So I went to the better business bureau to report this company. Do NOT shop here, they do not back their products. Edit- while it is true Ashley furniture refunded me, here's the backstory. Countless phone calls with customer care, constant "we will give you a call back" and it wasn't until I went into the store to complain that anything happened. This went on for THREE MONTHS. My sales associate Kelly knew we had planned to moved to CO with this furniture and never stated any issues. Even Ashley's response to my review shows how little they care about their customers. It should be known that the rating this store has for the better business bureau is a B- and the reviews speak for themselves, trash.
UPDATE: 3rd item finally delivered and it was for the wrong style of bed. Separately that piece even though it was wrong it had a huge scratch directly in the middle of the piece. Right on the powder coated paint. The worst part is the delivery drivers said it HAPPENS ALL THE TIME. They never know the quality or accuracy of what comes out of the box. Tipped them and said sorry for their trouble but get it out of my house. The ordeal took nearly a year and they returned it 100% after this final last straw. Embarrassing. They will never get my money again or anyone I ever know. Store is clean and sales staff are friendly enough but the company is scam artists. The items I bought took 2 months to come and were highly damaged. Delivery team broke my closet door when carrying boxes in the first floor. *eyeroll* If you try and return their highly damaged items they send you in a circus of different numbers to call and email. Everyone says they will look into it and never do. Huge waste of time. Returning entire order the second I actually get a person to comply with this. Oh and did I mention the 3rd item we ordered still hasn’t gotten delivered. Horrible customer service. Horrible company principles. Will never visit again. Not to mention they have one of the worst records of safety in the State Of Wisconsin. Consider that before you buy. I mean waste your money and time.
Staff is unfriendly and not helpful. Sent to look around by myself. After 1 1/2 hours of wandering around by myself I left. Unfortunately for Ashley I did find 2 different sofas I like but will never purchase from them. Disappointed in lack of customer service especially since the store only had 3 other customers in it.
Horrible communication between associates. The website states assembly of furniture, yet it comes fully assembled so you pay for white glove service for nothing. Then they refund you only half of your money without any clarification on how much they were going to refund. First and last time buyer.

Looking for good, solid, mid-price bedroom furniture and found a wide selection. Salesman was a gentleman; answered questions and gave a few important details, but didn't hover or push. When it was time to settle up, he found us another good discount we didn't know of. This is right in between Ikea and Steinhaffles in price and quality. Good, average stuff you don't mind people seeing.
I made an appointment the day before. I was asked if you wanted to wear a mask or not, I chose not to wear one as everyone was social distancing. The salesman asked what I was looking for. I was looking at either the workhorse recliners or the Drakestone recliner . After sitting in both I choose the Drakestone for it's more firmness. As with the economy slowed with the virus it was expected to take two or three weeks for delivery. The salesman was very good about everything. It was a very satisfying experience. Thanks Ashley.
We had a great time with Katie. She let us look around and at the end she helped us out. We went to 3 other stores. Steinhafels, Colder's, and Penny Mustard. We walked every store completely. Never saw what we were looking for. Never had a sales person come and ask if we needed help. In fact Penny Mustard didn't have any sales person that we saw. We went back to Ashley's. If I could rate them zero stars I would. I bought a reclining sofa a year ago and have had to have it serviced 3 times because the same bolt keeps breaking. The last time it broke I found it in my 1 year old daughter's mouth. I informed them of this and they just blew it off. Then when they came to fix it and put a new reclining mechanism in the couch they left the couch half apart and I found staples on the floor where my daughter plays. The new mechanism then broke the same day and now the managers wont return my calls. Do not buy from them. Their faulty craftsmanship could have killed my daughter.

I had Gary help me find a mattress and he was the most helpful sales person i've ever dealt with. He answered all my questions with knowledgeable answers, wasn't pushy, and was super thorough. I'd recommend the store and Gary to anyone! Very impressed!

Horrible furniture, horrible customer service, horrible company. Don't buy their products! They don't stand behind their products-Don't buy. Purchased full living room set including couch, loveseat, chair ottoman, end tables and cocktail table roughly 2 years ago. Delivery and customer service from the beginning were the worst I have experienced. I have had many service calls due to the cushions not holding shape. The pilling has to be taken care of 3 timers per week. My chair and ottoman are hardly ever used and they look like they are 10 years old. I have complained and complained over and over and they just don't stand behind their products. My furniture looks so bad after 2 years I am already having to replace it. I thought I would give them 1 last chance to make it right. I talked to a nice rep who said they understood my frustration and would contact her manager. I never heard back so I emailed today and she said her manager said there is nothing we could do except have it serviced....again. No phone call, just an email stating I would have to have it serviced and pay for it. I will now buy a new set from and definitely will never be an Ashley customer again and I recommend you don't either. Pictures of my 2 year old furniture below.

BUYER BEWARE Purchased a king bed with a drawered footboard on 11/2/19 After brininging it home and assembling it was found to have damaged side railsand a cracked footboard. Ashley promptly reordered the required pieces and scheduled an appointment with their service department to repair. Upon said repair it was found that the drawers were warped and one (1) drawer slide was damaged. Parts were reordered and took 5 weeks to be delivered to our home. Since delivery, we have waited, called, waited,called and no response to repair. This has been going on since November 2019 and they will not accommodate our schedule for repairs . Ashley wants one of us to take a day off to accommodate their schedule. So we still are waiting. Totally unacceptable. Buyer beware.

I had planned to purchase a mattress online and wanted to see the mattress in person, before commiting. I called early in the morning, to inquire as to whether online items were also in store. I was greeted on the telephone by a very friendly, profesional staff member. She assured me the product I was looking for was on display and I was welcome to come in and have a look. I arrived, later in the afternoon, and we were greeted by Katie. Katie was thorough, refreshing and very polite. She made our experience fun and also made sure we understood warranty, shipping and delivery. We had such an incredible experience, (while our daughter napped) that we decided to purchase on the spot. Thanks for your help, Katie!
I bought a couch a month ago and set the delivery date for January 25th. I got the confirmation that the couch was going to be delivered in the afternoon. On the 25th, I opened the tracking information and we were stop 12 for the day. It got to 7:30 at night and the delivery team called to say they were behind and it wasn’t going to be delivered. I was told to call customer care to get it resolved the next day. I called the next day and was told that they could reschedule my delivery for the upcoming Saturday morning. I called the following day to confirm my delivery for Saturday and was told that my delivery was now set to the following Tuesday. I called and was told that they were waiting on the delivery managers and that they’d call back, they didn’t. I called today and was told that my delivery was still set for Tuesday even though I told them I wasn’t available for a Tuesday delivery. I asked to speak to the manager and was redirected to a voicemail. This is some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experience and don’t feel valued at all.
This review is just for the sales associate, Scotty. My husband and I were in shopping and Scotty greeted us at the door. He told us the sales and let us go browse. When we found a sofa we liked, we called him over, and asked several questions about the sofa...and while he was speaking to us he kept touching himself. It happened about 5 times within a 5-10 minute conversation. Why on earth would he behave that way? I challenge Ashley's manager to look at the video footage for Sunday the 19th at around 2:15-2:45pm. You will see Scotty talking to two customers in the back/middle of the store...and you will see him going after his junk numerous times. I, personally, feel he was doing it intentionally. It was disgusting. Completely unacceptable.

Nice layout and variety of furniture. Checked out appliances and clerk spent time with me explaining features, sizes and prices. The store was having a clearance sale of last year's models.

Beautiful furnishings and a very knowledgeable staff
My wife and I were in search of a new couch. The store itself has a lot of options if you're looking for furniture. We were on the hunt for a decent sectional that fit our budget. We did end up finding one, but getting someone to assist us in buying the couch was a chore. We ended up going to the front desk and asked for some help. The associate was not overly friendly and didn't seem very knowledgeable, but I did some research ahead of time online. The price we paid in store was more than the price listed on the Ashley website. I was able to call them and receive a check for the difference. The couch isn't here yet, as they have one section on back order, but the communication has been decent thus far.
Always a good experience when you shop. Associates are knowledgeable and friendly. I just received my furniture and was super excited. Good quality and affordable . Only thing that would make this any better would be to not have to wait for your furniture. Because nothing's in stock. Otherwise super happy.

He did go out of his way to try to come up with some resolution and did offer several options. Though unsatisfactory, I was extremely pleased with the effort he put in to resolve the issue. There is no scenario where I would do business with Ashley Furniture in the future, but I do greatly appreciate John's efforts through this is truly a pathetic situation. UPDATE (11/01/2019) haven't heard anything since the 24th. Emailed. Sorry, we won't have the couch in until 12/3. Have guests coming twice in Nov. TOTALLY unacceptable. Called Sales floor at Richfield where all this mess started. John the manager is attempting to find a resolution. If I do not have a sleeper sofa or my money back by 11/14 I will be taking legal action. UPDATE (10/31/2019) if don't have my sleeper sofa delivered by 11/14/2019 you're getting sued. done playing your games. I just got a call, Thurs. 3pm, saying, “sorry it won’t fit on the truck, we’ll have to reschedule” to which I replied, no you won’t, I already rearranged my schedule for Sat… the THIRD attempt to get me this sleeper sofa, I’ll take it on Sat as promised, cancel someone else’s delivery. We’ll see what happens…. (oh sweet mother regret, why did I purchase anything from Ashley Furniture?!?!?!) UPDATE: Yay, it's delivery day. It's Tue now... we've been home all day waiting. 4:20ish pm. Dude gets here, very professional, cleans his shoes, measures everything, has me remove a light (the one they smashed last time). I get it taken down. Go outside and his partner is like "hey we have a problem" That's right, the couch was damaged. They screwed a board into the base of the couch (not the delivery guys, but wherever it came from), for like safety or something, and you can clearly see tension on that board snapped the arm of the couch. WHAT A JOKE!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH ASHLEY FURNITURE UNLESS YOU WANT ENSURE tens of hours of frustration. UPDATE: As you might have guessed Google readers... there was never a follow up call. I also like after logging dozens of man hours to get this coach replaced, its my responsibility to follow up if I don't get a call?!?!? Whatever Ashley. Never again!!! Purchased a sleeper sofa there several years ago. I had a feeling their furniture wasn't the greatest quality, so though I NEVER do, I ended up buying the warranty. Lucky i did as the couch blew out after about 2-3yrs. Mind you this is in a spare bedroom and sees limited use. I'm at over 9 months now on the replacement process. They came to deliver the replacement and couldn't get it in the room, damaged the place getting the old one out. I was paid by insurance company for damage. Ok, no problem. Now its delivery day on the replacement that I selected and the delivery is 4hrs late. Prob not going to be here before I have to leave for the evening and I'm going to have to reschedule. Shop Ashley if you want cheap furniture and are looking to be extremely frustrated. Go with Steinhafels or Colders if you prefer higher quality and less frustration. Lastly, as you read these reviews, note how every 5 star review states the sales persons name. Hmmmm, that's not odd at all! Those surely couldn't be fake reviews.
I was looking at buying a matress online on the Ashley website during cyber week. I had some questions so we stopped in the store. I am so glad we did. The prices were better, the customer service was better, and now I want to go back and buy more. I purchased my mattress in store instead of online and saved money. The staff was wonderful, very helpful, and friendly.
Sales people were excellent. No pressure. I purchased a sofa and two recliners. One major thing that I liked is that warranty repairs are not subcontracted to an out of state company.
Buying furniture is usually frustrating for my husband and me, but we had an exceptional experience at the Richfield Ashley store. We worked with Vinnie, one of the owners, and he was attentive, personable, and helpful. The rest of the staff were incredibly nice, too; very much a family atmosphere which made our time there stress-free and enjoyable. We are excited to see our new furniture in our home!

Ashley furniture had exactly what we were looking for, a Nantucket queen sleeper, not a futon but not a sofa sleeper either. Kelly was very helpful and after we left the store she was able to take our order over the phone.

Kelly B was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient and not at all pushy! Encouraged me to look at the numbers and go home and think about it if I needed to! I didn't need to do that but I appreciated that she wasn't hovering like an eagle. I am very excited to get my bedroom set!
Fast friendly service. With great furniture
The customer service at Ashley's is sorely lacking. Our original delivery time was from noon until 4pm. After waiting until 6pm and no feedback from Ashley, I called and inquired. I was told my "new" delivery time was going to be 9:30/10pm. After waiting until 11pm and once again no follow-up phone call, we never received our delivery. I waited until 10am the following day to see if a representative from Ashley would call and once again no phone call. After I called and spoke with a representative who simply offered her sympathy and a delivery waiver (after I lost nearly a day's worth of work, she informed me the manager would call me that afternoon to help process the cancellation of the order. After waiting until 430pm that day, I once again had to call. While the manager cancelled the order, she had no desire to understand or correct the problem for future orders. Ashley will no longer have me or my family as a customer.
Beautiful furniture a little pricey but when they have a sale it's worth the money, I don't buy until what I want is on sale.
Got a great deal on a kitchen set that I absolutely loved. In store they matched the price I found on their website and even matched a coupon code from the site too. And shipping was cheaper from the store than their site. Very happy!
We bought a set of Ashley furniture from a company called Coleman furniture , the recliner we bought is made of leather and after only 15 days the leather is already showing signs of wear and the chair back is setting crooked . we contacted Coleman customers service only to be told that they would send us all new leather and to hire a local furniture service man to come and repair all the problems. I am sorry if I wanted a repaired chair I could of went to the good will. Totally unacceptable. We also aproched Ashley furniture and to this day still have not got a response. Think twice before purchasing products from these stores. In my opinion AVOID , AVOID , AVOID.
We are very pleased with our recent experience at Ashley home store. Scott helped us find a sectional that we could get into a basement with a challenging entrance. The delivery guys were amazing! We had found the sectional online, and Scott honored the price in store for us. The quality is impressive! We will be back for our next furniture purchase. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience! Linda went out of her way to accommodate my outdoor furniture needs for our primary house. I have previously worked with Ashley Furniture- in Appleton as well as Richfield and the Appleton store accommodated an entire house of furniture for our Lakeplace with no problems . Both associates made sure I got the best pricing and delivery was on time .
Kelly B is awesome!!! She helped with every little detail on my special order. Right down to helping me understand my Ashley account. Kelly also helped me schedule my delivery 5 weeks before the online account would allow too.

One of the worst customer services experiences - the store was sold and they did not keep our order on file. They left us to go hunt for information and contact vendors to get simple fixes completed that the previous Ashley store helped us with directly. I will never purchase from Ashley again.
Buyer beware! Katie was very nice when we went in to look for a leather dual reclining loveseat...initially. We decided on the higher priced one and were told by Katie when we asked if everything was added in the price she gave us "Yes, when dealing with money like this I always add everything so there are no surprises." That turned out to be false, however I don't know that she intended to mislead...maybe just didn't remember to tell us? Probably meant to mislead to get the sale. The worst part was the phone calls. This was for my parents who are older, but very sharp. My mother called to place the order for the one we chose and was then told about the warranty that needed to be added. (Reading the reviews, we may have dodged a bullet with the warranty anyway!) She explained that we had asked and were told the price we were given was everything included. She argued and tried to make my mother "understand". That word, "understand" was then used many times in conversations with both of my parents. Katie and the manager on duty called and spoke to my father. Not once did either say anything about being sorry about a miscommunication, they continued to put the blame on my parents to the end saying they just didn't "understand". This is ridiculous customer service and...they are absolutely wrong in this instance. We were mislead, I was there and heard the same conversation my parents heard and by the way...we all "understood". The treatment of elderly people in this situation is horrible. I strongly recommend you go somewhere else and don't give a dime to these people. We were customers there before, but will never return. Not only did they lose a customer, they lost a referral. I am in business and this is very poor customer service and no way to make an extra dollar. I will make sure I tell everyone about this experience. Seriously...buyer beware. I can't imagine how many people they take advantage of like this!
Before deciding on purchasing my couch I saw they had an easy delivery process. I found my couch for a great price. I went through with the purchase and paid nearly 50% for shipping of my couches price. I received an email that it would be 4-5 weeks for delivery. I randomly received an email of my delivery date after two weeks saying it would be on Wednesday the 12th. I emailed immediately letting them know I had off for vacation on the 10th or on the 14th I had off after 3. For two weeks I didn't receive a response back. A week after they sent an email that my delivery would be 12 Or later on the 12th. I tried to email again and received nothing back. So I reached out to family. I was able to ha6my sister here for delivery. I followed the delivery app every 5 minutes and it proved to be accurate on time. I then received a voicemail that they were 15 minutes away, 40 minutes early. I quickly called my sister to head to my home. I called the driver who was extremely courteous. The couch was delivered. When I got home, the couch was completely different colored then I ordered. So very disappointing

Excellent service! Josh was so knowledgeable on every question we had, and brought up good points we never even considered. Furniture arrived by very helpful gentlemen. They took care like it was there own. If you need furniture go see Josh!

I have purchased appliances from here in the past but will reconsider ever going here again for an appliance. I was desperate to buy a new stove and found the GE I wanted but it was white. I was told by the salesman that it could take up to 6 months to get it from the warehouse! Very disappointed. I feel that he was trying to get us to buy stainless which would be great but I can't afford to buy all new appliances. I called around and found the same story with the Big Box stores! I found Radtke Appliance in Oconomowoc and they were more than willing to help me find the stove I wanted and it was just delivered today after only ordering it 5 days ago! So pleased with the customer service and the entire experience from start to finish. Thank you Radtke! Thumbs down to Ashley!

I’m very pleased I bought my mattress set from Mattress Firm on the Internet. I went here with my friend to find a mattress & the prices are insane. Staff is very knowledgeable and know their products but definitely not worth the price. Beware: When buying a mattress they don’t all require a box spring. The tag on the mattress stated it! Inquire if you need to purchase it with your mattress. Why spend more than you need to. Also you don’t get a discount on picking up your items & delivery is not extra. I’m glad I didn’t purchase my mattress set here, it isn’t worth it to me.

Update- recieved a call today from (sorry I'm going to probably spell it wrong) kalla who saw my review and offered my free delivery. She was very very pleasant and I am happy to know she works there. Because I know people like her work there I will continue to shop here. She also stated she will be talking with the people that dropped the ball as this could of been handled better at the beginning. Updated stars from 1 to 4 Bought a sectional we recieved a call letting us know that our products are in and ready for pick up. My father in law and I take a half a day on Friday and barrow a buddies trailer to go and pick up the sectional. Walk in to the front desk wait for the young kid to finished his diet coke and then proceed to get help. Who knew it would take so long to look up an order well then we get told that not all of the items are in yet........why was I told the items where in if they are not. They just say sorry well do you still want to pick up the items here......if it was just the ottoman missing fine but it wasnt he gave me some part number because I obviously know what that relates to but I knew it was part of the sectional. Why would i take part of a couch......so then call and ask to talk to a manager on Monday I am now being told that it wont be in until at least another week. Do you think they care that two people took time off of work to pick up items they where told was in.....nope all you get is a "I'm sorry" wow great customer service. I have a 4 guest bedrooms in my house that we are redoing all of the furniture on. I will not be going to Ashley furniture anymore so I am sorry to the sales lady that worked with my wife and I her initials are KL as she did a good job.
Had a great sales experience at the time and love my furniture. Later found out the warranty that cost me an additional $280 is useless. I asked a very specific question about it before purchase and was told a lie to make a sale. Now that I need warranty service no can do and no refund of the warranty either. So buyer beware, this store will do anything to get a sale. Will never return! Update: the warranty service does not even exist anymore due to a buyout and Ashley customer service won't do anything either. Consulting a lawyer now.

Ashley furniture in Richfield was a pretty pleasant experience, the sales person Lucas was very patient with my wife and me. No high pressure which I really appreciated as we were looking at quite a few recliners. Will definitely buy there again, we went to a lot of places, they had the best selection and very decent prices.

Our sales guy was Chad Schlei STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS GUY - he talked about drinking the entire time we were making our purchase and was swearing in conversation - SO unprofessional and unacceptable. He told us before we purchased we should get them within a week. We purchased that day and left with a delivery date that was 3 weeks out. They rescheduled three times. Once due to lazy delivery people claiming there was ice on our driveway when we have photos proving there wasn't. Not to mention they showed up 2 hours early (outside of the SEVEN HOUR delivery time frame). Then rescheduled again due to weather. They finally came and brought the wrong fridge. We were without all appliances for a week and now had to unload and re-load our fridge TWICE just to do it once more when the new fridge is delivered. We were unable to get any specific details of when our new fridge would be coming. Said they'd arrange for a specific time for us so we don't have to miss a THIRD day of work. Just got the email and they gave us a SEVEN HOUR time frame AGAIN on a date that doesn't work for us. So I will now have to miss work for a THIRD time to assure we get our fridge in a timely matter. Not only has this caused us a HUGE inconvenience, the only compensation they offered was a $200 store gift card...as if we actually ever want to step foot in that store again. People we dealt with were rude, non-accommodating, lazy and incompetent. I will be telling everyone to avoid this place like the black plague.

Ordered 2 chairs. Waited 2 months for delivery only for them to tell me that the chairs were discontinued 1week before they were supposed to be delivered. The manager was sorry, but offered absolutely no compensation. Now I have to wait 15 days to get my cash back. I will NEVER shop here again.
The only reason we were back in this location is be cause they gave us $150 dollars in gift certificates because it took them almost 8 weeks and five deliveries to deliver 5 pieces of furniture. Every time they were scheduled to deliver our order, pieces would be damaged, missing parts or just not on the truck. The delivery guys were great and very apologetic. But two sales people seemed to lay claim to us and had an issue with eachother over the commission. So, you've been warned. Petty salespeople, over priced 3rd world cheaply made furniture and a poor logistical systems to deliver your order.
John, my salesperson, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He showed me all available items and then allowed me time alone to inspect the pieces I liked best, before making a final decision. I especially appreciated that he was not "pushy," and seemed genuinely concerned that I would be satisfied with my purchase.

I have never written a review on a place before, until now. I order a bed frame and an ottoman from here end of September, now January I still have not gotten it. It has been canceled 4 times on me, just received a call canceling it for a 5th time. Now would not be receiving it till February. Nobody offered to do anything for me to make up for all the cancelations. Horrible service.
