Please do not shop here. Please go to any other place. This will be a long review but it is worth reading if you are purchasing any type of bed from this store. We had purchased a mattress with an adjustable base. We were told it was the only option for our mattress if we wanted to uphold the warranty. We had explained to the salesman that we had a custom log bed and asked if there would be any problems with this. He said, “No, I promise it will fit!” Well then great! We were informed of the 3 year warranty that protects the mattress and base and were told of the 30 night policy for return! When really it’s 120 night policy unless Shawna lied to us about that. Fast forward to our delivery date, the men dropping it off had informed us that the adjustable base does not fit. That they could not put the support legs on nor could they add the piece to stop the mattress from sliding off the bed. RED FLAGS! Upon further inspection we found the base was rubbing on our log frame. We couldn’t even use it without damaging either the base, our mattress, or our bed frame. We contacted the store, only to have found that they do not accept returns of any type for beds. Not even an exchange for a non adjustable base that we didn’t even know was an option because we were told that the only option was the adjustable base! Come to find out they do sell a non-adjustable base for a quarter of the price. Less of a sale in their pocket so they used despicable sales techniques to get us to purchase products that were unnecessary. Also, remember the 3 year warranty I mentioned above? Doesn’t cover the base for problems even if it is delivered with problems. The delivery men had showed us the settings and we found that only the right side worked for vibration and lumbar support. When we informed Ashley Furniture along with it not fitting they told us this falls under the same policy and there is nothing they could do. Thank the lord we didn’t buy the 10 year policy that they continuously mentioned. So, even the two options that we could actually benefit from since we couldn’t use the adjustable part, only actually worked on one side. Please learn from our mistake! Ask for return policies and warranties in writing! That actually bullet point everything that is covered! Make sure the person selling signs off on the statements being made. The fact that we now have an expensive base all because the salesman GUARANTEED the base would fit and now we have to suffer for their poor sales etiquette. What should have happened was: the salesman should have taken our hesitation and told us to go home and measure with dimensions provided from them or the mattress company due to their no return policy on bedding items. The sale should have never happened. A guarantee should have never been spoken from him. We should not have to suffer for this man’s unbacked guarantee and lack of information on their no return policy on bed items. In my opinion, the one thing Ashley Furniture should learn is that customer relationships matter. Due to the poor etiquette of one of their salesman, they will not have a returning customer. They will also now have a customer that will send friends and family to any other place. One big sale doesn’t equate to how much they could have made from a long term relationship with a customer. This customer will now inform family and friends of this which will also inhibit future sales. Shame on Ashley Furniture and their salesman. I hope conning people into purchases was worth it.

Responding to the response to my Husband's review below, we are being spun in circles and gaslit by Ashley Furniture. The technicians were still onsite when we informed the office 10+ items were broken or installed incorrectly. "Required under warranty with the vendor" does not apply to this disaster.

Katherine was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable of products at Ashley. Found us the right bedroom set we were looking for.
