I went in to shop for furniture.... salesperson was very nice but had issues completing the purchase on computer. I took 10 minutes to say I'll take it but waited patiently almost a half hour and still didn't have transaction complete. Salesperson called for Manager but no one ever came. There was no one else in store....I am very displeased with service. A customer works hard and wants to buy furniture they shouldn't have to spend over a half hour to simply check out! And why does a Manager not respond to worker needing help to complete sale? I guess the store is more into just showing and talking not actually selling anything. You lost a good sale. Hopefully this can be fixed so store doesn't continue losing customers. ☹️

How often do you feel compelled to write a review for your friend’s furniture salesperson? Joshua truly went above and beyond. What started as a search for accent chairs turned into finding the right pieces for my friend’s sitting room. Even when that meant pivoting away from chairs altogether. He had incredible patience with my friend, who is quite particular in her likes and dislikes, never once feeling pushy or salesy. He took the time to understand her vision, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made the entire process feel easy and enjoyable. Bonus points for including me in the experience too — whether that was chatting while she deliberated or simply making the time feel well spent. If you want someone who genuinely listens, cares about the outcome, and makes furniture shopping feel relaxed rather than pressured, Joshua is your guy. Keep building those bridges, Joshua! 🫶

I went in with my wife to buy a genuine leather couch and recliner from this Ashley Furniture store near the end of June 2025. We were told by the salesmen that this couch was "stronger than cow hide" as we have a dog who likes to nest and is about 55 pounds. We previously had a fabric Ashley couch for the last four years and with this same dog with fabric cushions lasted about 2 years before we had to replace them. Our dog was able to put a hole and scratch through the leather couch in under 2 months. Well, no problem we thought. We bought the warranty that covered pet damage. So, we submitted a claim and it was denied because of "accumulation" which after some research into the warranty company is a frequent reason for denying most of their claims. The salesmen that sold us this specifically said that it would cover pet damage. So, if they tell you that DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY. If you're claim gets denied by the warranty company they instantly offer you half of the warranty cost back. This is a scam tactic. The thing that upset me the most was the post-sale customer service side. I went in Mid-September and talked to an assistant manager. The assistant manager told me the manager of the store would call me tomorrow. Two weeks went by and I never heard anything. I went in the store later and the manager said his hands were tied and he couldn't do anything and told me to call the service number. I went home and called the service number and the service member said there was nothing he could do and I asked to speak to the manager and he said the manager would call tomorrow since they were going to be in tomorrow. Again, I never heard from any managers. So, in summary if you are reading this and you want to buy a piece of furniture from Ashley. First, recognize that Ashley's business model is to sell you cheap stuff that doesn't last. Second, the sales team will lie to make a sale. Third, there will be no post sale support. Fourth, and the most absolute critical DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY.

I went in for a new sectional sofa and had Joshua help me. He was truly amazing and so knowledgeable with all my questions. I will definitely be back to work with Joshua again. Loved my experience!!!!

I walked in looking to buy a mattress, I’m assuming the employees here get commission for their sales because I was not left alone, I understand employees want to help but Iv never been so annoyed while shopping, the man would walk away for a minute or two before coming back again. Look elsewhere for furniture.

Horrible quality table within the month the clear coating started chipping 8 months later I had to re-coat the table. Do not recommend our recliner is also having issues..

I am a returning customer of Ashley and believe they offer great products at great prices. I recently purchased living room furniture and a rug. Kayla was amazing with a great eye for design and i am very happy with the sofa and tv stand. However the rug is too small and I let them know within 24 hours of pick up. The manager said the rug is not able to be returned. It was not a special order nor on clearance. Word of caution do not purchase rugs from Ashley, at least not in Sheboygan. You will not be able to return any rugs, the website doesn't say this however this is their manager's practice. Unfortunately, they lost me as a customer.

My wife and I worked with Kiondre and Joshua to find a new sectional. Both of these gentlemen are very knowledgeable about the products they sell and are engaging and professional. They helped us find the right option for our needs and carefully listened to our feedback when checking out different couches. We shouldn't need to go back there any time soon, but we know we'll be back again in the future.

We were looking for a sofa and loveseat set. Brandon was very helpful and knowledgeable, but he has to turn it down a notch. He would'nt stop talking, and I don't care what other people bought and how they set it up in their house. He also showed us and explained to us about Purple mattreses's. I don't care. I was there to look for a sofa, don't waste my time. We went someplace else with a much quiter buying experience.

Great furniture store for whatever you're looking for! We were couch hunting for a home theatre. Determined the most comfy was to take the ends of a sectional and put them together. Nice and soft to sink into and get cozy. They had tons of choices though. Great sale prices too!

I have injury from my service and Leland was able to find the right mattress for my specific needs. He was able to furthermore explain a California King isn't larger as I had thought it is slightly longer and slightly less wide than a king sized. We were able to get the right bed frame and bed set at an excellent price. We bought a king and we intend to buy more furniture for our home as I feel the selection and customer service made us want to purchase all of our furniture at Ashley furniture

After a super frustrating experience with Wayfair, we ran out of patience dealing with online shopping and decided to scope out some local stores to replace our sofa and loveseat. We had a style in mind but couldn't quite find what we wanted until we walked into Ashley. Upon arriving, we were eagerly greeted by Joshua Brabbo, who enthusiastically told us about their current sale and promotions. Normally, we avoid the overly eager salesperson who wants to Velcro themselves to your side, but Joshua was gracious, knowledgeable and keen enough to balance both being a helpful consultant and still giving us space to browse and discuss our choices privately. When we finally selected the set we liked, Joshua answered all our questions about the furniture, delivery, warranty, and extended coverage options. He made the whole process personal and seamless, and we were very happy we stopped in. Many thanks to Joshua Brabbo and the Ashley organization for having a lovely selection of furniture paired with an amazing and helpful staff. It was a "sofa-nomenal" shopping trip we just had to "chair" our experience with this review!

Went to Ashley to buy furniture for our future remodeling of our living room and could not be any happier!!! Josh helped us multiple days to make sure we were happy and completely satisfied with everything we were gonna buy. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the furniture in the store, as well as the material of each kind. The prices are cheaper in the store than they are online which was a huge plus! WG&R prices were THROUGH THE ROOF when we stopped there before hand. They also have the option of "Customer Will Call," when we are ready to pick up our furniture, since we're not ready to have it yet, and you only need to pay a small percentage up front. Could not be any happier with how fun and easy it was to work with Josh!

After having a baby & having a ton of back pain, it was extremely important to us to find something comfortable, but supportive. Joshua took his time with us to test out different mattresses— finding exactly what we needed while respecting our price point. Any questions we had were answered and we walked out of Ashley giddy with excitement for our new bed to come! We had also worked with Joshua when purchasing a new couch a few years ago, so we once again knew we were in good hands 🙂

Editing my review as of 2/4/25. While I stand by the fact that the Joshua and the sales folks in the Sheboygan store are phenomenal, the delivery team and customer service team are absolutely terrible and I would give zero stars if I could. They first delivered our curio cabinet without the glass shelves and after following up for a week with their customer service I finally had to drive to the Sheboygan store to get them. They also had to set a different delivery date for our TV console and during that delivery, they did not use the ramp on the back of the truck and broke two of the support legs off the bottom of the stand and then hurried me to sign for it and did not call their team to report it was broken until after they left. They also did not finish putting it together and left the shelves wrapped. Once I started putting the rest together I realized the shelves had scratches as well as the door. I called and texted their support and had to send pictures and videos and they said they would not send out the same crew and they would replace it. I then get a text today that the same driver is set to deliver so I text them saying I specifically requested a different crew and never heard back and can see that the delivery is still scheduled as progress. The tracker gets to my stop and I get a text saying they are here, then another that they will be here in 30 minutes. I wait the 30 minutes and nobody arrives so I call their support and the rep has no idea what happened and has to call me back. She then calls me back and tells me it's due to another rep noting my text this morning but NEVER reaching out to me. This is now the second time I had to rearrange my day and make sure we were home for delivery. They apparently do not have a manager you can speak to to resolve any issues either. Incredibly disappointed in the terrible service provided by their customer support and delivery teams. Joshua was wonderful and took so much time to go over all of the options for living room furniture with us. He was very knowledgeable and helped us lay out our room in the most effective way with the new furniture we picked out as well. Highly recommend hitting up Joshua for any of your furniture needs

A few days later I called him back to order a table as a Christmas gift & it was set to deliver on December 23rd for a family get together. But unfortunately a few days with the holidays & delivery delays this was not possible & I was informed this would be delivered some time after Christmas. Joshua recommended I speak with Kiondre the store manager to see if there was anything he could do to get me the table in time for Christmas… Kiondre stepped up in a huge way & was able to secure me with a table on December 23rd. Purchased a kitchen table, waited a month to receive it and it's defective out of the box. Can't balance the chairs since the mechanism inside doesn't unscrew. Table has staples stuck in it from the packaging. Called to get help, left voicemails, and get no response from anyone. Won't even offer me a replacement. Just buy from Walmart or Amazon and you'll get better service and a better price. Will never shop here again.

We bought a couch from Ashley's it's just over 1 yr old. 2 thousand dollars! Both reclining sides are sunk down terribly the front sticks out from the sinking. They told us we have to pay for labor and cushions. They do not stand behind their furniture. Worse couch we ve ever puchased!!! Very upset 😡

Went to the store and order mattresses for my kids and bed frames. My daughters bed frame was delivered and parts are missing after hours of putting it together. Services to have Ashley put together was not available due to that it was a simple frame that customers can do it themselves so they couldn’t offer us that service. Called the Sheboygan location and was referred to their delivery team. Called their delivery team and was referred to contact the manufacturer. Well why do I have to contact the manufacturer when it was delivered with missing parts. Had all came in pieces and something happened on my end then yes I understand. But they delivered a frame with missing parts and now I have to go through hurdles just to get a single part so I can put the frame together. If there is zero stars I would definitely give none for poor customer service.

Bought a love seat, recliner, and a plush living room chair. There was something wrong with all 3 pieces, it takes at least 5 weeks to have somebody look at them. Got a guy to look at the love seat after 5 weeks he came over took some of the material off the side and said they forgot to put padding in part of the arm well his way of fixing it was to spray expanding foam along arm. I said no it needs to be fixed the right away so another 6 weeks, well I said forget it terrible ! There furniture in the show room is made much better than what you get! Be aware

I really enjoyed shopping here. I feel like a lot of stores you get really overwhelmed by really pushy sales people. Here they were really helpful when we first walked in. But they let us look around on our own time until we needed help again. The staff were also just really friendly and amazing all around. Can’t wait for our new couch to arrive! Edited to add: Our new couch came. One of the cushions was way overstuffed. We called and they said it would flatten over time. So we went in the store and asked to swap with a display cushion as it’s uncomfortable to sit on. And the manager let us do that. Very happy with their customer service. And we love our new couch!

Ashley Furniture has the worst customer service EVER! I will NEVER buy anything from them again. Everyone I have spoken to regarding my experience, says the same thing, that they heard how poor the customer service is, the furniture is junk or that they will never buy anything from them again. You can never get an answer from management because every time you call it's someone new. Obviously if they can't retain employees, especially management, the business sucks. When I was finally able to talk to someone regarding my oversized recliner, I was told that the piece was meant for you to sit in the middle & not on one side. What?? Are you kidding me? How am I supposed to reach the buttons to recline if I sit only in the middle. The warranty doesn't mention that one must sit in the middle in order to be covered under the one year warranty. The fabric is cheap & tears by the stitching. The first time it tore was a month after I received it. I waited 3 months for them to come & replace the fabric that was torn. Then it tore again in 2 other places & now they say it's not covered under warranty. The furniture is not even a year old. I have a complaint filed with the BBB. We'll see if I get anywhere with them.

This is a typical Ashley furniture store. They have a lot of mediocre stuff, and the prices are fair. It was quite difficult to buy a single picture hanging on the wall. Nonetheless, the staff was pleasant and they did their best to help me.

My son needed a recliner to help him recover from a medical condition. We stopped off on the way home from the hospital. The sales clerk saw us coming in from the parking lot and brought out a wheelchair for him. My son wanted a recliner that same as one I had purchased from another store. We were able to purchase one at a significant discount.

Was directed to exactly what we were looking for right away. Brandon was a great help. Very happy with our purchase experience.

We bought a bunch of furniture from Ashley in Sheboygan and it was a great experience, which is not usually the experience I have had making large purchases. Literally all of the credit for that goes to the Senior Selling Manager, Joshua. He was personable, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. He made what, in my experience, is normally a very tedious process into a great experience!

We have a warranty on a dining room table and when the table got damaged they offered 43 dollars to just keep the table as is. We refused and picked up a new table from the local store as an exchange. We paid for another 5 year warranty. Got the table home and it's damaged. The table is discontinued and now it's been a run around with everyone at Ashley to figure out what they are going to do now. Why are they selling warranties on discontinued items? Now another week without a table!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE The process of delivering my furniture was a terrible experience. When I asked store associates if delivery could be in afternoon. They said that it could and time frames would be sent out for certain 3 days prior to the furniture arriving. I originally did not want/need assembly of the furniture but the store said that if furniture is delivered then it MUST be assembled. which they neglected to tell me originally. 3 days prior to the delivery date, they sent me a notification saying my furniture was coming in the morning even though I requested the afternoon. I then asked the associate who sent the message about having it sent in the afternoon instead, even if it was later in the afternoon, it would be fine. The associate basically stated that they can't do deliveries late. I then asked if I could have the furniture delivered the next morning. The associate stated they COULD deliver the following day and would put in a request for the morning. Afterwards, I received a text stating they could NOT do it the following day and the next available time would be two days out from the original delivery date. Honestly very upsetting. Some things to note prior to purchasing from here: - if you are having it delivered to an apartment, the company NEEDS to assemble furniture. It can not just be delivered to front door. -When choosing a date for delivery, must be available that whole day as it can come in at any time. There is no general "timeframe" they just text "before noon" or "afternoon". - The warehouse that delivers is from steven's point so once you place it as a delivery, you no longer have the option to pick up, even if dates were to change.

I had first come into the Ashley Homestore to get ideas and prices on a variety of items I needed for my new place. Makenzie was such an amazing and sweet highly knowledgeable and helpful person to help me find out prices and delivery dates and such for all of my potential needs. I had taken a few days break to think and continue to research what I needed and then came back with a different plan for what I needed. I then was also helped with Brandon who was also very knowledgeable and helpful and helped me find the best setup on a couch and ottoman set that met my needs. I highly suggest going in to the Ashley Store and letting the highly trained and knowledgeable staff like Makenzie and Brandon help you find what you need.

Gem Fields was the associate that helped me for my mattress and I like how patient he was with my questions. He explained throughly and patiently with the information that I need to know. Definitely will come back for future purchases.

Unfortunately, we posted this when our bed was initially setup back in June. If I could rate this bed a 0 star I would. Since it’s been setup, we have had nothing but problems. The initial delivery men couldn’t figure something out, so they needed to send staff to complete setup. Our bed came in June, it took until August to coordinate them to get back because they needed TWO techs to come finish setup. After setup in August, we noticed the tech had cracked the frame and from the lats moving freely (which we had mentioned multiple times seemed worrisome) they in turn snapped. This lead to eventually ripping the bottom of our brand new mattress. Customer service TEXTS me as opposed to talking on the phone. I’ve asked for updates multiple times. It’s now November and we have yet to have replacement parts as more lats continue to break. I have asked multiple times for a resolution as we are are months out from purchase. My final answer was there is nothing they can do with our brand new mattress and the suggestion was to not sleep in our bed until the new parts arrive. Which, we have no timeline as it’s already been months. Additionally, being pregnant, and not sleeping in my own bed doesn’t seem to be a great resolution. I was always the one asking for updates and at one point was told their were waiting on a resolution with a manager and would get back to me. Once again, I found myself reaching out when they did not get back to me according to the timeline they said. When I mentioned we would take service elsewhere I was told she was sorry I felt that way and to have a nice day. I would take service elsewhere as the customer service is horrible and offered no help or support. I will still say Brandon did a fantastic job helping us pick what fit best! Very personable, and a great asset to the store!

Our salesman, Landyn, was awesome! He was patient while my family discussed furniture options for my mom. Landyn answered all of our questions. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisficed customers.
