Purchased a kitchen table, waited a month to receive it and it's defective out of the box. Can't balance the chairs since the mechanism inside doesn't unscrew. Table has staples stuck in it from the packaging. Called to get help, left voicemails, and get no response from anyone. Won't even offer me a replacement. Just buy from Walmart or Amazon and you'll get better service and a better price. Will never shop here again.

Anthony was great to work with in finding furniture for our new home.

We bought a couch from Ashley's it's just over 1 yr old. 2 thousand dollars! Both reclining sides are sunk down terribly the front sticks out from the sinking. They told us we have to pay for labor and cushions. They do not stand behind their furniture. Worse couch we ve ever puchased!!! Very upset 😡

Anthony is my new favorite person! I am probably the most indecisive person I know. He was super patient and professional throughout the whole process. He's extremely knowledgeable about the entire product line. Whenever I was doing a comparison between pieces he was able to point out the pros and cons between the two making the decision process so much easier. In addition the price point is on point. I ended up with a new mattress and a chaise. I am super happy with my purchases. The entire Ashley team is wonderful! If you are looking for new furniture make sure you stop in and ask for Anthony. Oh, and ask for a mimosa.

Excellent experience working with Brandon, purchased a few items for my new apartment and Brandon explained the entire process from picking it out, shipping, and delivery. He was also knowledgeable on how to protect, maintain, and adjust any furniture in the store. Highly recommend this location of Ashley, even if you have been to other locations without a notable experience, the entire staff at this location was friendly, professional, and had a team-like banter.

Went to the store and order mattresses for my kids and bed frames. My daughters bed frame was delivered and parts are missing after hours of putting it together. Services to have Ashley put together was not available due to that it was a simple frame that customers can do it themselves so they couldn’t offer us that service. Called the Sheboygan location and was referred to their delivery team. Called their delivery team and was referred to contact the manufacturer. Well why do I have to contact the manufacturer when it was delivered with missing parts. Had all came in pieces and something happened on my end then yes I understand. But they delivered a frame with missing parts and now I have to go through hurdles just to get a single part so I can put the frame together. If there is zero stars I would definitely give none for poor customer service.

Bought a love seat, recliner, and a plush living room chair. There was something wrong with all 3 pieces, it takes at least 5 weeks to have somebody look at them. Got a guy to look at the love seat after 5 weeks he came over took some of the material off the side and said they forgot to put padding in part of the arm well his way of fixing it was to spray expanding foam along arm. I said no it needs to be fixed the right away so another 6 weeks, well I said forget it terrible ! There furniture in the show room is made much better than what you get! Be aware

I really enjoyed shopping here. I feel like a lot of stores you get really overwhelmed by really pushy sales people. Here they were really helpful when we first walked in. But they let us look around on our own time until we needed help again. The staff were also just really friendly and amazing all around. Can’t wait for our new couch to arrive! Edited to add: Our new couch came. One of the cushions was way overstuffed. We called and they said it would flatten over time. So we went in the store and asked to swap with a display cushion as it’s uncomfortable to sit on. And the manager let us do that. Very happy with their customer service. And we love our new couch!

Ashley Furniture has the worst customer service EVER! I will NEVER buy anything from them again. Everyone I have spoken to regarding my experience, says the same thing, that they heard how poor the customer service is, the furniture is junk or that they will never buy anything from them again. You can never get an answer from management because every time you call it's someone new. Obviously if they can't retain employees, especially management, the business sucks. When I was finally able to talk to someone regarding my oversized recliner, I was told that the piece was meant for you to sit in the middle & not on one side. What?? Are you kidding me? How am I supposed to reach the buttons to recline if I sit only in the middle. The warranty doesn't mention that one must sit in the middle in order to be covered under the one year warranty. The fabric is cheap & tears by the stitching. The first time it tore was a month after I received it. I waited 3 months for them to come & replace the fabric that was torn. Then it tore again in 2 other places & now they say it's not covered under warranty. The furniture is not even a year old. I have a complaint filed with the BBB. We'll see if I get anywhere with them.

We purchased a sofa and oversized chair from Ashley, and it was delivered on December 11, 2023. After less than a month, the set looks and feels like it has been heavily used for years. It feels like we are sitting on the floor. We purchased this set knowing that our wouldn't last for 10+ years, but expected it to be usable for at least a few years. When we called the Sheboygan store, no assistance of any kind was given. We were told this was normal "wear and tear". After less than 4 weeks? Please be wary of purchasing from this store if you want a quality, lasting product.

This is a typical Ashley furniture store. They have a lot of mediocre stuff, and the prices are fair. It was quite difficult to buy a single picture hanging on the wall. Nonetheless, the staff was pleasant and they did their best to help me.

My son needed a recliner to help him recover from a medical condition. We stopped off on the way home from the hospital. The sales clerk saw us coming in from the parking lot and brought out a wheelchair for him. My son wanted a recliner that same as one I had purchased from another store. We were able to purchase one at a significant discount.

Was directed to exactly what we were looking for right away. Brandon was a great help. Very happy with our purchase experience.

We bought a bunch of furniture from Ashley in Sheboygan and it was a great experience, which is not usually the experience I have had making large purchases. He made what, in my experience, is normally a very tedious process into a great experience!

We have a warranty on a dining room table and when the table got damaged they offered 43 dollars to just keep the table as is. We refused and picked up a new table from the local store as an exchange. We paid for another 5 year warranty. Got the table home and it's damaged. The table is discontinued and now it's been a run around with everyone at Ashley to figure out what they are going to do now. Why are they selling warranties on discontinued items? Now another week without a table!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE The process of delivering my furniture was a terrible experience. When I asked store associates if delivery could be in afternoon. They said that it could and time frames would be sent out for certain 3 days prior to the furniture arriving. I originally did not want/need assembly of the furniture but the store said that if furniture is delivered then it MUST be assembled. which they neglected to tell me originally. 3 days prior to the delivery date, they sent me a notification saying my furniture was coming in the morning even though I requested the afternoon. I then asked the associate who sent the message about having it sent in the afternoon instead, even if it was later in the afternoon, it would be fine. The associate basically stated that they can't do deliveries late. I then asked if I could have the furniture delivered the next morning. The associate stated they COULD deliver the following day and would put in a request for the morning. Afterwards, I received a text stating they could NOT do it the following day and the next available time would be two days out from the original delivery date. Honestly very upsetting. Some things to note prior to purchasing from here: - if you are having it delivered to an apartment, the company NEEDS to assemble furniture. It can not just be delivered to front door. -When choosing a date for delivery, must be available that whole day as it can come in at any time. There is no general "timeframe" they just text "before noon" or "afternoon". - The warehouse that delivers is from steven's point so once you place it as a delivery, you no longer have the option to pick up, even if dates were to change.

I had first come into the Ashley Homestore to get ideas and prices on a variety of items I needed for my new place. Makenzie was such an amazing and sweet highly knowledgeable and helpful person to help me find out prices and delivery dates and such for all of my potential needs. I had taken a few days break to think and continue to research what I needed and then came back with a different plan for what I needed. I then was also helped with Brandon who was also very knowledgeable and helpful and helped me find the best setup on a couch and ottoman set that met my needs. I highly suggest going in to the Ashley Store and letting the highly trained and knowledgeable staff like Makenzie and Brandon help you find what you need.

Gem Fields was the associate that helped me for my mattress and I like how patient he was with my questions. He explained throughly and patiently with the information that I need to know. Definitely will come back for future purchases.

Unfortunately, we posted this when our bed was initially setup back in June. If I could rate this bed a 0 star I would. Since it’s been setup, we have had nothing but problems. The initial delivery men couldn’t figure something out, so they needed to send staff to complete setup. Our bed came in June, it took until August to coordinate them to get back because they needed TWO techs to come finish setup. After setup in August, we noticed the tech had cracked the frame and from the lats moving freely (which we had mentioned multiple times seemed worrisome) they in turn snapped. This lead to eventually ripping the bottom of our brand new mattress. Customer service TEXTS me as opposed to talking on the phone. I’ve asked for updates multiple times. It’s now November and we have yet to have replacement parts as more lats continue to break. I have asked multiple times for a resolution as we are are months out from purchase. My final answer was there is nothing they can do with our brand new mattress and the suggestion was to not sleep in our bed until the new parts arrive. Which, we have no timeline as it’s already been months. Additionally, being pregnant, and not sleeping in my own bed doesn’t seem to be a great resolution. I was always the one asking for updates and at one point was told their were waiting on a resolution with a manager and would get back to me. Once again, I found myself reaching out when they did not get back to me according to the timeline they said. When I mentioned we would take service elsewhere I was told she was sorry I felt that way and to have a nice day. I would take service elsewhere as the customer service is horrible and offered no help or support. I will still say Brandon did a fantastic job helping us pick what fit best! Very personable, and a great asset to the store!

We ordered a Temperpedic mattress from Makenzie and she was TERRIFIC! She was professional, knowledgeable, and upbeat. To top it off, the delivery process was impeccable. The most informative delivery I've ever experienced.

Received a sofa and chassis, and the chassis was badly damaged. It has been an absolute nightmare trying to get this damaged piece taken care. First off, I was given the wrong information for the service center, then promised a phone call which I never received and had to call myself. Received a call from the manager of the service center finally after getting in contact with the service center where they agreed my furniture was badly damaged. The manager said they have to send a technician out to view it and they never saw the previous photos I sent in the first place. This call with the manager lead to another promised phone call and service date that never came, that was deemed an office error. Now they have bumped my original service date back further because of their own lack of responsibility. I will be spending my money at Plymouth furniture or WGNR who actually provide satisfactory customer service.

We bought a mattress and were very happy with the service we received. Josh, our salesperson, was so easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the products. We would recommend asking for him when you go to Ashley!

About a month ago I ordered a couch and loveseat and paid the extra 150$ for white glove delivery. Loveseat arrived broken and couldn’t be assembled. Had to wait a week for someone to come out and finish. Just ordered 9000$ worth of bedroom furniture, white glove delivery once again, and my daughter’s bed arrived without the footboard legs, so now she’s sleeping on an air mattress for god knows how long until someone can come out and finish it. Still haven’t received a time frame from the company. Update: the parts needed to complete the bed assembly showed up either at my house, or Ashley, twice and were broken or damaged both times. Finally, the third time, and over a month after ordering, my daughter had her bed. But hey, after all of the headache, Ashley was generous to refund 50$ on my 9000$ purchase!!🤡🤡🤡🤡

Went to the new Sheboygan store. Just went in to look but ended up purchasing a furniture set. Had Ashley as my sales person. She was the sweetest, easiest person to work with. No pressure to buy anything. The other staff that I encountered all were very friendly also. Now to wait for my delivery which I was impressed with a custom fabric the company promises to be done in 21 days!!

This week, I had the pleasure to work with Parker, regarding my furniture needs. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions before I placed my order. I highly recommend working with Parker, the store manager, Zosia, or any of the Sheboygan, WI team. I can’t wait to get my furniture!

Bad customer service. Kept passing the buck on defected end table leg with no slilts or screws to put together. I will never purchase anything there again.

Walked in with tons of specifics for a loveseat and Sales Rep Parker was extremely accommodating. She gave me several options and helped me find the perfect one for my home. Parker and her manager were even able to help me fix a mistake I made after the order was placed. Amazing customer service and I will be making more purchases in the near future.

Where do I begin? We came in with our three boys after four games of basketball and lunch across the street to just look around. A very nice sales rep, Ashley, greeted us right away..checked in on us frequently..was extremely personable and the patience of a SAINT as we not only did three different transactions…but three different forms of payment! She was absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend ANYONE to set up an appointment with Ashley for your next furniture purchase! We were so pleased with our experience and couldn’t be happier with our furniture picks!

They had a beautiful store overall, most of the staff was very friendly. i work at an Ashley as well and decided to check out their inventory and was appalled by my sales associate Sophia. She was at the greeter station when I walked in and said hello and that she would check on me shortly, which she never did. I was in there for over an hour and was never approached by her after our initial greeting. Shameful. They had nice products but I was very disappointed in how little I was acknowledged.

Went into store for the first time on a Saturday and the lady sitting at the front was completely rude and disrespectful. I had asked for a manager and nobody came to help they seemed like i was just taking up their time. Will def never go back.

Very nice, clean and well organized. However, just another furniture store with high pressure sales. We were immediately stopped by a sales person at the door and approached by a few others while we walked through. Wouldn't rule it out if we are looking for something in particular.
