We are very pleased with our purchasing experience at Ashley Furniture. We have bought mattresses and furniture and the sales staff has been excellent. Our recent experience involved having to return a piece of furniture for a different one (was a manufacturer issue). Ariana is a superstar. She and Cam were a tremendous help. Detrick and Cole delivered our new chair on schedule and were very careful with it. They were a pleasure - very positive, courteous and professional. I especially like and appreciate Ashley Furniture's AI "Jenny." We were kept informed constantly of the delivery, along with a link to a map that showed where the delivery truck was, where we were in line, etc. Great customer service all around!

Our experience with Ashley Furniture was excellent from start to finish. We purchased two desks from the corporate website and the delivery was automatically linked to Cheyenne to complete the order. Immediately, they reached out and were able to alter the sales order which saved us over $200. The lead time was less than expected. Scheduling was simple, with many updates and reminders. Donald and Cody just provided white glove delivery. They were quick, careful with the products, and professional. Zero criticisms for the entire process, would highly recommend.

Ashley has been amazing. We were out trting to find a Big guy chair. Most places have a weight limit. We were glad to hear that they don't. Anna was helpful and let us wonder and do our thinking with no pressure. We had to wait almost a month for it to show up. Donald and Detrick deluvered it with professionalism and courtesy on time and put the chair where we wanted it. We drove up to Cheyenne from West Denver and they were so helpful. Wil be back when time to buy something else.

This has been one of the worst retail experiences I have ever had, and the dishonesty at the Ashley Store in Cheyenne needs to be exposed. We spent about seven thousand dollars and were promised a two-week delivery. That was the only reason we agreed to purchase. The second they got our money, everything changed. Suddenly no one could give us any date at all. We were told, “maybe three weeks,” “possibly four,” “sometimes six,” and “we really don’t know.” If they had said that upfront, we never would have bought anything. Then the merchandise started arriving. The floor-model electric bases: • One arrived ripped • One arrived not working • Two barstools arrived missing parts This is after being told they had been inspected. The sheets situation was flat-out bait and switch. We were promised 1000-thread-count Egyptian cotton sheets. What they actually delivered was one real Egyptian cotton set and two cheap microfiber sets you can buy on Amazon for twenty bucks. I posted pictures. It is insulting that they tried to pass these off as the same thing. The sales process was just as bad. It took six hours of back-and-forth because everything had to be run through a manager who kept feeding the salesperson false information. It felt like a used car dealership, not a furniture store. Meanwhile, Living Spaces in Colorado put Ashley to shame. • No commission pressure • Every salesperson has a tablet and can handle everything instantly • Exact delivery dates • $500 gift card if they miss the window • No selling items that are out of stock • Took one hour, not six • Kids area, drinks, and actual customer service $2 wine and beer • And they are honest about everything And the biggest difference: Living Spaces actually pays their employees a living wage, instead of incentivizing them to say anything they need to in order to close a sale. I prefer buying local, but Ashley in Cheyenne made that impossible. The dishonesty, the bait and switch, the damaged items, and the refusal to give straight answers left us with a brand new house and no furniture for Christmas. We cancelled almost the entire order and finished everything with Living Spaces because at least they operate with integrity. Ashley corporate needs to take a hard look at this location. This store is the definition of misleading sales tactics and terrible customer experience.

Those guys work hard! It was a challenging basement drop with some tricky staircase turns. But it all worked out! Thank you all for your help and great service!

This review is a little delayed, but I just had to share our experience with Ashley Furniture in Cheyenne. From start to finish, the service was absolutely exceptional. The store manager, Ariana, went above and beyond to help my parents as they were downsizing. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and attentive — taking the time to understand their needs, answer every question, and make the process smooth and stress-free. Downsizing and starting over is stressful enough as it is, but Ariana took the time to comfort my parents and even made the laugh (which has been an impossible task for months). She made us feel so welcomed and so comfortable every step of the way. In the 38 years I’ve lived in Cheyenne, we have never experienced this level of genuine care and customer service anywhere here. Ariana and her team truly set the standard. Highly recommend visiting Ashley Cheyenne. You will be in the best hands possible!

We really needed to buy a new mattress for me teenager with back issues. We casually went in and met with Sofia. She's so knowledgeable about every mattress we tried and was so kind and helpful! Even my teenager liked her! Sofia encouraged us to go home and sleep on it (lol) before making a decision. She even went above and beyond to find the research about her back issues and what is the best mattress. She came in on her day off to make sure that we got everything we needed. Wonderful experience from the knowledgeable Sofia to the business office.

Sofia is amazing! Ashley just canceled my order that we made online so I called their store directly and after a few quick phone calls and text messages, we had our order back online. And they use Podium, which makes life so easy! Sofia earned a customer for life today. I’m emailing her everything I need and she’s going to help me figure out how to fill this house! I decided the bed frame was too tall for my mattress so k co tasted the store for a return. Again I was promised a call back and have not received one. Now they’re saying it can’t be returned even though I called them before the 7 days period for returning items. I will not shop Ashley again.

My wife and I were looking for a new bedroom set. We walked in the door and was met by a young lady that handed us a flyer describing their current sales. We started to looked and was then trailed throughout the entire store by a pressuring salesman. He wouldn't leave us alone. We couldn't even talk to one and other with his constant eaves dropping to see what we were thinking. Neither of us felt at all comfortable. Well we walked through as fast as we could, went down the road to a competitor and bought from them. My advise, leave people alone. If they have questions, they will ask. You ran off a high end purchase.

My husband and I ordered a couch from Ashley. It took over an hour for them to do the paperwork for us to purchase the couch ( we did not use financing). Then we were told that it would take 2-3 weeks to get the couch but probably sooner than that. It has been over 3 weeks so I gave the store a call. I was then told it would take 3-4 weeks so there is nothing they can do. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they will call but I have received no communication. It does not seem like this company cares about anyone’s time- or honestly whether or not they get their furniture. Still have no couch and I am now wondering if I will get one or if I just paid for Ashley Furniture to waste my time.

I have tried to purchase furniture online and it has been a complete nightmare. I have emails stating one delivery date, I have texts messages saying the delivery date in the email is wrong. I trying speaking with customer service who was rude. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told NO! I’ve been waiting now weeks. They have messed up my finances taking money…putting it back to later try and take the money again. If the policy is only to charge when the items are delivered but you can’t confirm a delivery date what is the point? As a military member I’m completely disgusted with the customer service of this company. I don’t recommend ordering from them.

I am extremely picky and she did not show one time that she was bothered, irritated, impatient, or any negative feeling at all. I’m grateful to have met her, my husband and I. If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a bedroom set July 12th for a house I was closing on at the end of July. All the furniture said it would be delivered in 2-3 weeks. I even paid extra for the white glove delivery. 3 weeks came and went so I called the store. They told me they were at the mercy of the manufacturer and that they only get a two day notice when it ships. Cool. I waited a little longer and still nothing. I saw I got charged so I figured it would be shipping soon. Wrong. The next day it showed my money was refunded and I got a new estimated delivery for the END of AUGUST. I called them back and called the online customer service and they keep saying that they have to wait for the manufacturer and there’s no way to contact them. How on Earth do you sell furniture from a place that you can’t get a hold of?!?! I find that very hard to believe. Also, how can you advertise 2-3 week shipping and then change it to 7-8 weeks (if it even comes then)?! No offer of a discount or anything for having to live out of suitcases in my brand new house because I have no dressers to put clothes in. It’s honestly embarrassing when I have people over to show them the house. I will never ever do business with Ashley’s again and I suggest they actually sell furniture from places they are able to contact. Do not recommend!!

Our sales representative, Luna was absolutely stellar in every single way imaginable. She was precise and patient in her informative discussions with my wife and myself, confirming the furniture that was soon to be purchased was in our best interest. Also as a military couple she worked out all delivery logistics, timing and the security of holding our items if we were not ready for them upon the arrival into our home. She laid out every single detail and hypothetical so that the stress on our end was non existent. My husband and I have been looking around for a couch and we thought we would try this place out and thought that the outlet would have more affordable prices. Boy we were wrong! $1700 for just a loveseat couch. Cam was the guy that greeted us. We felt uncomfortable as he was watching us like a hawk! He was following us around and not giving us space. They are way overpriced compared to prices in Colorado.

Lots of helpful sales people, Jasmin helped us pick out a nice recliner for the nursery and we got a good deal. Also bought our sectional couch here. The free delivery for Cheyenne is handy. Would recommend!

Preparing to move from out of state and I need a bed delivered at the time of my arrival to the new address. One call to Maija and she was able to match the style of mattress I like, help me pick a style of bed using the company website, and arrange to have it delivered for me as I move in. Mostly done through texts and 2 phone calls, all while she was working the store on a busy holiday weekend. I was just calling to gather info, but now I can completely check this task off my list. I worked with Maija at the Ashley store and she was INCREDIBLE!!! The first time I went in the store to start looking for new living room furniture, I was feeling a little overwhelmed. Ordered an outdoor furniture set on mothers day and was told it would be delivered in 2 weeks........ called on June 10 and was told they had no idea on when it would be available..... Called AFW in Colorado today and got the same sectional for WAY cheaper and it will be delivered on Sunday. I will NEVER do business with Ashley's again and I will let this issue be known to every person that I know.

Hounded by multiple sales people that wouldn’t even let us look at anything. Prices jacked up compared to their online prices by hundreds of dollars. Lackluster selection. Disappointed to see what Ashley has become.

I went to Ashley‘s looking for a loveseat. The length I needed in the color I needed. I found one I liked took photos and thought about it for about a week and then came back and purchased the Loveseat. Sofia was the sales person I worked with and she was very delightful and very helpful when I wanted to replacing the pillows that came with the loveseat versus the one I wanted that came with the sofa but not loveseat. I looked at a few chairs, but the chair that I wanted did not come in a color that I could use. Sofia Also contacted me during the week to see if there was anything else you could do to help me. I look forward to receiving my love seat and enjoy sitting on it.

She and her team took full accountability for the situation and provided a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill. More importantly, she expressed a genuine commitment—both personally and on behalf of her team—to learning from this experience and ensuring that similar issues do not occur in the future. It is important to remember that businesses are operated by people, and mistakes are inevitable. What truly sets an organization apart is how it responds when things go wrong. In this case, Ashley Furniture Warehouse demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and a willingness to improve, and I deeply appreciate that. My brother and I were excited to visit Ashley Furniture Warehouse, and we quickly found the couch we wanted. After finalizing the purchase with a professional sales associate, we were informed that the couch would arrive at the warehouse within 1 to 3 weeks, followed by delivery within 1 to 3 business days. After waiting the full 3 weeks, we received confirmation that the couch had arrived at the warehouse. However, when we contacted the store, we were informed by a front desk representative, Ashley, that the delivery would be delayed an additional two weeks. We were told that the sales staff was not well-versed in the delivery process and had provided inaccurate information. While this was disappointing, I understood and scheduled the delivery for two weeks later. On the scheduled delivery day, we received a call from the delivery driver informing us that half of the couch was damaged and unusable. I asked why we had not been informed of the issue sooner, and the driver explained that the salesperson had been responsible for notifying us but had forgotten due to being overwhelmed with other tasks. Frustrated by the lack of communication and professionalism—especially after spending over a thousand dollars—I went to the store to request a full refund. At the store, I was met by a front desk representative named Ashley, who appeared irritated by my request. She stated, “I don’t see why you came in. We can do refunds online and you're wasting time.” I then asked to speak with a manager. The manager, to their credit, was calm and professional. They showed me the undamaged portion of the couch and explained that I could keep and use it while a replacement for the damaged half was ordered. I agreed, and the partial couch was delivered that same day, with an estimated wait time of three weeks for the remaining section. Four weeks later, I contacted the store again to inquire about the status of the remaining half. I was told it was a high-demand item and that there was no clear timeframe for its arrival. Ultimately, it took nearly three months from the date of purchase for us to receive the complete couch. While I understand that certain delays can be outside the control of staff, the overall lack of communication, repeated misinformation, and poor customer service were unacceptable. A process that was initially promised to take no more than three weeks extended to nearly three months. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Ashley Furniture Warehouse to customers seeking timely, efficient, and professional service.

While our in store experience was wonderful with Allison as she helped us find the perfect couch, unfortunately we have not been able to enjoy our couch yet. While placing our order the sales staff stated that the couch would be delivered to the store within 2-4 weeks and will then be delivered that next Wednesday as we live in Nebraska. I call them around the 4 week mark and they stated that they did not know when the couch will be there as they don’t receive noticed until 2 days prior. Flash forward to a week ago I called again to check on the status of our order they stated the couch came on the truck 2 days prior is in the logistic department where they will call me at the end of the week with delivery time and date. Week rolls around and no contact from them. I then call the store today where I receive noticed until that my couch just came in on today’s truck and will not be delivered until next Wednesday. But they had told me a week and a half a go that it was in and ready for delivery. I will now be receiving my couch at almost 8 weeks from ordering. Almost double the time they originally told me. Very disappointed in the timeline of my order and would have appreciated a better time frame for delivery. Will update when I receive my couch .

Ariana is such a sweetheart and so REAL. You meet a lot of salespeople in the furniture industry who seem like they only want to make a sale. We actually had decided on a set, and they had one available sofa in the back, so we agreed to purchase it, but within the 30 minutes we were there, it was sold over the phone by her co-worker. So Ariana asked us more details on what exactly we were looking for, and she found a different set in the back that fit our preferences, and we actually liked it better. She called it a “happy accident “. She was very friendly and upbeat and I would recommend her to assist you with your purchases.

I ordered brand new living room and I get the Fancy to synchrony bank one week later The couches broke down We called the store and report it. They say it’s gonna take care of it never been happen. I called the store again to ask information about the warranty. I purchased three years Warranty when I call about information, nobody to help me almost been two years when the broken couches but the damn payment never fails every month he sent me the bill. I witched the bill matching broke down like my couches broke down and not very happy when the store.

Ordered an entertainment center- 5 weeks went by as we were told that's when the item would arrive- I called a few times double checking the status and was told Ashley gets a 2 day window on delivery- finally on the 3rd call Mia dug a little deeper to see that part of it was on backorder for another 2 weeks. I had found the product locally so I canceled my order as could get new one in 2 days. I was told refund would be that day (Friday)or a few days after ( weekend and holiday) so Tuesday- it's now Thursday and no refund. Called in and spoke to Megan- she found my paperwork and did the refund as the text followed. I believe I will keep my business local in Colorado. Thank You Ashley for the 1st time experience.

My husband and I ordered a couch which we were told would be there 5-6 weeks. We waited 5 weeks, were told that the couch was going to arrive on time. Week 6 came and nothing. My husband called just to be told a part of the couch we already paid for was discontinued. We never got a call or update on our order and the sales rep knew we were needing the couch ASAP. Will not be ordering or buying from them again. Very disappointed.

I ordered a bed from them and it took 2months to arrive, I have a friend that told me they waited an entire year. The shipping times for this store are outrageously long. The bed I ordered was a beautiful piece and sturdy, the only reason this is not a single star review. The assembly for it was horrible though, the hardware was poorly designed and I had to peel away wood from the screw holes because it was not ready for assembly. The online communication and the text message communication do not line up, one will say a date while the other provides a totally different date. My delivery got postponed multiple times and when my final date came I did not even know if it was going to be a legit delivery because of all the changes. Your better off using a strong furniture place like American Furniture Warehouse, they offer much better service, the only drawback for them is they did not have the bed frame I wanted.

I purchased furniture and wanted to return and exchange a couple of things. I knew before the delivery guys left my house which pieces I’d want to send back. I kept the pieces though because they made it seem like I should coordinate with the store first. When I called I was told about the restocking fee. Then out of no where the next day I got a text asking how I was going to pay the $200 pickup fee. The communication is not great and will definitely not be going back once I get the rest of my order.

They made sure to get me the best deal available and that I wouldn't miss out on it. It made the process really simple.

Ashley in Cheyenne is great! Benito, the sales associate who helped us, was really friendly and helpful, spending hours with us until we had everything we wanted picked out. While we were warned by some locals (we just moved to town) that delivery of our furniture would take ages--and it indeed did take 5 weeks before everything we ordered was available for delivery--the quality of the furniture is great, prices reasonable, and delivery by Donald and Kenny was as smooth and pleasant as can be. Worth the wait! Ashley is no doubt the best place to buy furniture in Cheyenne, and we're really happy with the overall experience and loving our furniture and mattresses.

10/18/2024 - Update: I received my couch today - a whole 1-2 weeks earlier than anticipated!! Jaylen and Kenny delivered and set up my couch for me. It was so easy! I live on a second floor of an apartment complex, so I’m wildly thankful for them doing all the heavy lifting. Very friendly and efficient. The communication in regard to delivery was amazing too. I received a text confirming my delivery time (between 10am-12pm), and then on the morning of, I received a tracking link so show me exactly when they’d be here/how many stops were left before me. They arrived within the timeframe I was given! I would purchase more furniture from Ashley simply because of how friendly & helpful everyone was, plus how easy they made this process for me. Thanks so much to Jaylen and Kenny for the delivery, and thanks again to Kyle for helping with my purchase. :) 10/2/2024 - I called Ashley HomeStore because there was a couch online I was dying to purchase, but there were some issues I was having with the shipping costs. Kyle helped me out, and ended up sharing a deal that their store was having today, and my cost for the couch + shipping ended up being less than what just the couch was listed as online! Kyle walked me through the whole process in a timely manner and answered all my questions. I’m so excited! Thank you, Kyle!

My wife and I ordered a dresser and some matching nightstands through Ashley and it was a great experience. Their email and text updates make things super easy and convenient. Jaylen and Haiden delivered the dresser to our house and brought it inside. They were very respectful and professional!
