Went to the Cheyenne, WY outlet to purchase bedroom and living room furniture. Found what I wanted right away. Nicole Hill handled the purchase order with no problems. I would recommend this location if you are looking for Ashley furniture.

Nicole helped us find the perfect coffee table that fit all of our needs. She was super honest, patient, and kind. My wife and I would highly recommend doing business with her.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a bedroom set July 12th for a house I was closing on at the end of July. All the furniture said it would be delivered in 2-3 weeks. I even paid extra for the white glove delivery. 3 weeks came and went so I called the store. They told me they were at the mercy of the manufacturer and that they only get a two day notice when it ships. Cool. I waited a little longer and still nothing. I saw I got charged so I figured it would be shipping soon. Wrong. The next day it showed my money was refunded and I got a new estimated delivery for the END of AUGUST. I called them back and called the online customer service and they keep saying that they have to wait for the manufacturer and there’s no way to contact them. How on Earth do you sell furniture from a place that you can’t get a hold of?!?! I find that very hard to believe. Also, how can you advertise 2-3 week shipping and then change it to 7-8 weeks (if it even comes then)?! No offer of a discount or anything for having to live out of suitcases in my brand new house because I have no dressers to put clothes in. It’s honestly embarrassing when I have people over to show them the house. I will never ever do business with Ashley’s again and I suggest they actually sell furniture from places they are able to contact. Do not recommend!!

He took the time to show us their wide range of products, highlighting a great selection of high-quality furniture—many at fantastic discount prices. Our sales representative, Luna was absolutely stellar in every single way imaginable. She was precise and patient in her informative discussions with my wife and myself, confirming the furniture that was soon to be purchased was in our best interest. Also as a military couple she worked out all delivery logistics, timing and the security of holding our items if we were not ready for them upon the arrival into our home. She laid out every single detail and hypothetical so that the stress on our end was non existent. Professionals such as Luna need to be recognized and I can assure that they gained 2 lifetime customers on her performance alone. Great work Luna!

My husband and I have been looking around for a couch and we thought we would try this place out and thought that the outlet would have more affordable prices. Boy we were wrong! $1700 for just a loveseat couch. Cam was the guy that greeted us. We felt uncomfortable as he was watching us like a hawk! He was following us around and not giving us space. They are way overpriced compared to prices in Colorado.

Lots of helpful sales people, Jasmin helped us pick out a nice recliner for the nursery and we got a good deal. Also bought our sectional couch here. The free delivery for Cheyenne is handy. Would recommend!

Our shopping experience with Juliet was 5 star, she found us the exact furniture we needed and at an exceptional price. The 4 star is for the hot, humid environment. We did not want to stay much longer in the building with the heat. Hopefully the AC will be replaced soon. We would like to come back to purchase additional furniture.

Preparing to move from out of state and I need a bed delivered at the time of my arrival to the new address. One call to Maija and she was able to match the style of mattress I like, help me pick a style of bed using the company website, and arrange to have it delivered for me as I move in. Mostly done through texts and 2 phone calls, all while she was working the store on a busy holiday weekend. I was just calling to gather info, but now I can completely check this task off my list. That’s how you mix old fashioned service with new technology. Well done Maija!

I worked with Maija at the Ashley store and she was INCREDIBLE!!! The first time I went in the store to start looking for new living room furniture, I was feeling a little overwhelmed. I had an idea of what I wanted but Maija helped me really pin it down. I took my time with my decision and she was super patient and even generated images of the furniture in my space so I could get an idea of how it would fit. Staff is friendly

We had a wonderful experience with the staff buying our dining table and chairs at Ashley’s in Cheyenne. Our table is on backorder so I am unable to report on quality and delivery for now.

Would leave a zero star reviews if possible!!!! Ordered an outdoor furniture set on mothers day and was told it would be delivered in 2 weeks........ called on June 10 and was told they had no idea on when it would be available..... Called AFW in Colorado today and got the same sectional for WAY cheaper and it will be delivered on Sunday. I will NEVER do business with Ashley's again and I will let this issue be known to every person that I know.

Hounded by multiple sales people that wouldn’t even let us look at anything. Prices jacked up compared to their online prices by hundreds of dollars. Lackluster selection. Disappointed to see what Ashley has become.

I went to Ashley‘s looking for a loveseat. The length I needed in the color I needed. I found one I liked took photos and thought about it for about a week and then came back and purchased the Loveseat. Sofia was the sales person I worked with and she was very delightful and very helpful when I wanted to replacing the pillows that came with the loveseat versus the one I wanted that came with the sofa but not loveseat. I looked at a few chairs, but the chair that I wanted did not come in a color that I could use. Sofia Also contacted me during the week to see if there was anything else you could do to help me. I look forward to receiving my love seat and enjoy sitting on it.

After posting my original review, I was contacted by the manager, who extended a sincere and repeated apology for the experience I had. She and her team took full accountability for the situation and provided a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill. More importantly, she expressed a genuine commitment—both personally and on behalf of her team—to learning from this experience and ensuring that similar issues do not occur in the future. It is important to remember that businesses are operated by people, and mistakes are inevitable. What truly sets an organization apart is how it responds when things go wrong. In this case, Ashley Furniture Warehouse demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and a willingness to improve, and I deeply appreciate that. My brother and I were excited to visit Ashley Furniture Warehouse, and we quickly found the couch we wanted. After finalizing the purchase with a professional sales associate, we were informed that the couch would arrive at the warehouse within 1 to 3 weeks, followed by delivery within 1 to 3 business days. After waiting the full 3 weeks, we received confirmation that the couch had arrived at the warehouse. However, when we contacted the store, we were informed by a front desk representative, Ashley, that the delivery would be delayed an additional two weeks. We were told that the sales staff was not well-versed in the delivery process and had provided inaccurate information. While this was disappointing, I understood and scheduled the delivery for two weeks later. On the scheduled delivery day, we received a call from the delivery driver informing us that half of the couch was damaged and unusable. I asked why we had not been informed of the issue sooner, and the driver explained that the salesperson had been responsible for notifying us but had forgotten due to being overwhelmed with other tasks. Frustrated by the lack of communication and professionalism—especially after spending over a thousand dollars—I went to the store to request a full refund. At the store, I was met by a front desk representative named Ashley, who appeared irritated by my request. She stated, “I don’t see why you came in. We can do refunds online and you're wasting time.” I then asked to speak with a manager. The manager, to their credit, was calm and professional. They showed me the undamaged portion of the couch and explained that I could keep and use it while a replacement for the damaged half was ordered. I agreed, and the partial couch was delivered that same day, with an estimated wait time of three weeks for the remaining section. Four weeks later, I contacted the store again to inquire about the status of the remaining half. I was told it was a high-demand item and that there was no clear timeframe for its arrival. Ultimately, it took nearly three months from the date of purchase for us to receive the complete couch. While I understand that certain delays can be outside the control of staff, the overall lack of communication, repeated misinformation, and poor customer service were unacceptable. A process that was initially promised to take no more than three weeks extended to nearly three months. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Ashley Furniture Warehouse to customers seeking timely, efficient, and professional service.

We walked into the store today fri, May 16th and about 5 employees walked past us & not even a hello, not one person acknowledged us. We walked around entire store then left. Sad! Guess we will look elsewhere. Someone told us from a nearby business that the owner was out of town I said well that is no excuse

While our in store experience was wonderful with Allison as she helped us find the perfect couch, unfortunately we have not been able to enjoy our couch yet. While placing our order the sales staff stated that the couch would be delivered to the store within 2-4 weeks and will then be delivered that next Wednesday as we live in Nebraska. I call them around the 4 week mark and they stated that they did not know when the couch will be there as they don’t receive noticed until 2 days prior. Flash forward to a week ago I called again to check on the status of our order they stated the couch came on the truck 2 days prior is in the logistic department where they will call me at the end of the week with delivery time and date. Week rolls around and no contact from them. I then call the store today where I receive noticed until that my couch just came in on today’s truck and will not be delivered until next Wednesday. But they had told me a week and a half a go that it was in and ready for delivery. I will now be receiving my couch at almost 8 weeks from ordering. Almost double the time they originally told me. Very disappointed in the timeline of my order and would have appreciated a better time frame for delivery. Will update when I receive my couch .

This was the first time I ever purchased a couch without looking in person we were looking for a specific couch that we owned previously, but had to part with. Everything was transparent and upfront and honest low pressure easiest purchase I ever made would definitely would work with Ashley and Juliet again.

Ariana is such a sweetheart and so REAL. You meet a lot of salespeople in the furniture industry who seem like they only want to make a sale. Ariana was helpful, down to earth, and answered all of our questions. We made the drive from Colorado Springs to Cheyenne, and we didn’t expect to even really make a purchase same day. We ended up walking out with an order for a GORGEOUS new couch at an amazing price. I can’t recommend this location enough, and it was definitely worth the 2 hour drive!

We came from another state looking for a couch that would work in our remodel of our living room. Ariana was AMAZING! She had us really work on weighing our options out on what would work best for us, especially that we are expecting. Ariana was phenomenal! She went the extra mile to ensure that we found the perfect reclining sofa/recliner set. We actually had decided on a set, and they had one available sofa in the back, so we agreed to purchase it, but within the 30 minutes we were there, it was sold over the phone by her co-worker. So Ariana asked us more details on what exactly we were looking for, and she found a different set in the back that fit our preferences, and we actually liked it better. She called it a “happy accident “. She was very friendly and upbeat and I would recommend her to assist you with your purchases.

I ordered brand new living room and I get the Fancy to synchrony bank one week later The couches broke down We called the store and report it. They say it’s gonna take care of it never been happen. I called the store again to ask information about the warranty. I purchased three years Warranty when I call about information, nobody to help me almost been two years when the broken couches but the damn payment never fails every month he sent me the bill. I witched the bill matching broke down like my couches broke down and not very happy when the store.

Ordered an entertainment center- 5 weeks went by as we were told that's when the item would arrive- I called a few times double checking the status and was told Ashley gets a 2 day window on delivery- finally on the 3rd call Mia dug a little deeper to see that part of it was on backorder for another 2 weeks. I had found the product locally so I canceled my order as could get new one in 2 days. I was told refund would be that day (Friday)or a few days after ( weekend and holiday) so Tuesday- it's now Thursday and no refund. Called in and spoke to Megan- she found my paperwork and did the refund as the text followed. I believe I will keep my business local in Colorado. Thank You Ashley for the 1st time experience.

My husband and I ordered a couch which we were told would be there 5-6 weeks. We waited 5 weeks, were told that the couch was going to arrive on time. Week 6 came and nothing. My husband called just to be told a part of the couch we already paid for was discontinued. We never got a call or update on our order and the sales rep knew we were needing the couch ASAP. Will not be ordering or buying from them again. Very disappointed.

I ordered a bed from them and it took 2months to arrive, I have a friend that told me they waited an entire year. The shipping times for this store are outrageously long. The bed I ordered was a beautiful piece and sturdy, the only reason this is not a single star review. The assembly for it was horrible though, the hardware was poorly designed and I had to peel away wood from the screw holes because it was not ready for assembly. The online communication and the text message communication do not line up, one will say a date while the other provides a totally different date. My delivery got postponed multiple times and when my final date came I did not even know if it was going to be a legit delivery because of all the changes. Your better off using a strong furniture place like American Furniture Warehouse, they offer much better service, the only drawback for them is they did not have the bed frame I wanted.

I purchased furniture and wanted to return and exchange a couple of things. I knew before the delivery guys left my house which pieces I’d want to send back. I kept the pieces though because they made it seem like I should coordinate with the store first. When I called I was told about the restocking fee. Then out of no where the next day I got a text asking how I was going to pay the $200 pickup fee. The communication is not great and will definitely not be going back once I get the rest of my order.

They made sure to get me the best deal available and that I wouldn't miss out on it. It made the process really simple.

While we were warned by some locals (we just moved to town) that delivery of our furniture would take ages--and it indeed did take 5 weeks before everything we ordered was available for delivery--the quality of the furniture is great, prices reasonable, and delivery by Donald and Kenny was as smooth and pleasant as can be. Worth the wait! Ashley is no doubt the best place to buy furniture in Cheyenne, and we're really happy with the overall experience and loving our furniture and mattresses.

I live on a second floor of an apartment complex, so I’m wildly thankful for them doing all the heavy lifting. Very friendly and efficient. The communication in regard to delivery was amazing too. I received a text confirming my delivery time (between 10am-12pm), and then on the morning of, I received a tracking link so show me exactly when they’d be here/how many stops were left before me. They arrived within the timeframe I was given! I would purchase more furniture from Ashley simply because of how friendly & helpful everyone was, plus how easy they made this process for me. I recently purchased a couch from the Ashley Furniture store in Cheyenne, and I cannot express enough how incredibly accommodating Maia, Dan, and the entire team were during my experience. I bought the couch shortly after my father passed away, making the process very stressful. The first couch didn't fit despite matching the online measurements, so I had to exchange it. They were extremely helpful throughout the exchange. Although the new couch fit, it didn't quite work for my space. Due to travel, I missed the 72-hour return window by a couple of days because I was traveling. Initially, I thought I was covered by Ashley's 30-day guarantee, only to find out that stores offer just 72 hours. When I reached out to explain my situation—my recent loss, travel, and the missed return window—Dan, the owner, showed an incredible amount of compassion. Despite their strict 72-hour return policy, he made an exception and allowed me to return the couch. This level of empathy and understanding is rarely seen in companies these days. So much so, it brought me to tears when speaking with him. Maia, Dan and her team went above and beyond to accommodate me, even though they didn't have to. Their willingness to help, especially in such a difficult time for me, speaks volumes about their customer service and commitment to their customers. If you're in Colorado and considering purchasing from Ashley Furniture, I highly recommend the Cheyenne store. Their exceptional service and willingness to go the extra mile made a world of difference for me. I just got my couch picked up and had to add that Haiden and Anthony were amazing and another example of the exceptional staff at Ashley - Cheyenne.🥰

While we waited 4 weeks for delivery of our new sofa recliner, we actually feel it was worth the wait. Unfortunately it sustained a small tear upon delivery but Ashley rectified the situation on the spot with a discount and all is well. Service and communication from begin to end was superb. Special kudos to Kevin (sales) and Jaylen (delivery) for outstanding professionalism. We feel comfortable shopping Ashley's Cheyenne store again.

I had what I would call the BEST customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life at the Ashley Store in Cheyenne. Rynna was truly amazing. I have always loved the Ashley furniture products, but Rynna clearly went above and beyond with customer service. I had to drive a ways to go to the store but she made sure they had the actual furniture on their showroom floor for me to come see and sit in. She sent me photos every time I asked a question and couldn’t be at the store. She was GREAT!! I love love the sofas, coffee table and love seat that I bought. And I cannot say enough about how wonderful it was to work with Rynna. She renewed my faith that there really are good kind and helpful people out there in this crazy world. We have used Ashley furniture in our short-term rental and found it to be the most durable furniture for the money. When we went to buy new furniture for our home, we wanted the same quality and durability. Rynna was our sales woman and she was knowledgeable, communicative, and easy to work with. Even though there the closest store was 40 miles away, the drive was worth it. I would recommend this store and brand to anyone.

My experience was exceptional: Maija at the Cheyenne WY store went above and beyond to assist me in a “spur of the moment” move to Denver and the immediate need for furnishings in a new apartment to begin a job within 10 days of our initial conversation….. that conversation began via virtual chat, then by referred live text to the closest store (which is in Cheyenne). The most important purchases , in order to have a livable home , were prioritized for delivery by Maija , along with a timeline for supplying the additional/adjunct pieces

Rynna was great to work with, very personable and had great follow up. She found us exactly what we were looking for and the transaction was a breeze. Highly recommended! Edit: After the initial transaction, everything went downhill. We were told 3-5 weeks for delivery, it ended up taking over 8 then the large sofa was damaged by delivery drivers, had to wait another 2 weeks then the sofa we just received has obvious manufacturer defects. They said they would send a repair person out. I don’t want my brand new $1500 sofa to be “repaired”. It should have never passed quality control which Ashley’s obviously doesn’t have. Not happy at all and it’s impossible to speak to anyone in charge .
