I came in pretty much knowing what I wanted. Rynna helped narrow down the options and we found what I was looking for. Came back in for a couch, a couple of days later and was out the door with what I wanted in less than 20 minutes. I got the delivery of my items a few weeks later and Jaylen and Kenny were very professional and got everything situated very fast.

Had a very good experience working with Rynna. She's very knowledgeable about the products and explains everything to you without feeling pressured to buy anything. I was looking for a new mattress and couch. Having visited multiple stores and dealing with sales people that were not very interested in actually helping. Was really nice to have Rynna explain the different types of mattresses and really help me find what I need rather than just sell me one. Very satisfied with my purchase and will definitely recommend her to my friends. Had everything delivered yesterday. Jaylen and Anthony were very professional and did a great job.

I’m coming to Aurora, CO this week and was having trouble figuring out my furniture situation. I called Ashley in Cheyenne and was transferred to Rynna. I can’t say enough good things about her! I recently purchased a couch from the Ashley Furniture store in Cheyenne, and I cannot express enough how incredibly accommodating Maia, Dan, and the entire team were during my experience. I bought the couch shortly after my father passed away, making the process very stressful. The first couch didn't fit despite matching the online measurements, so I had to exchange it. They were extremely helpful throughout the exchange. Although the new couch fit, it didn't quite work for my space. Due to travel, I missed the 72-hour return window by a couple of days because I was traveling. Initially, I thought I was covered by Ashley's 30-day guarantee, only to find out that stores offer just 72 hours. When I reached out to explain my situation—my recent loss, travel, and the missed return window—Dan, the owner, showed an incredible amount of compassion. Despite their strict 72-hour return policy, he made an exception and allowed me to return the couch. This level of empathy and understanding is rarely seen in companies these days. So much so, it brought me to tears when speaking with him. Maia, Dan and her team went above and beyond to accommodate me, even though they didn't have to. Their willingness to help, especially in such a difficult time for me, speaks volumes about their customer service and commitment to their customers. If you're in Colorado and considering purchasing from Ashley Furniture, I highly recommend the Cheyenne store. Their exceptional service and willingness to go the extra mile made a world of difference for me. I just got my couch picked up and had to add that Haiden and Anthony were amazing and another example of the exceptional staff at Ashley - Cheyenne.🥰

While we waited 4 weeks for delivery of our new sofa recliner, we actually feel it was worth the wait. Unfortunately it sustained a small tear upon delivery but Ashley rectified the situation on the spot with a discount and all is well. Service and communication from begin to end was superb. We have used Ashley furniture in our short-term rental and found it to be the most durable furniture for the money. When we went to buy new furniture for our home, we wanted the same quality and durability. Rynna was our sales woman and she was knowledgeable, communicative, and easy to work with. Even though there the closest store was 40 miles away, the drive was worth it. I would recommend this store and brand to anyone.

My experience was exceptional: Maija at the Cheyenne WY store went above and beyond to assist me in a “spur of the moment” move to Denver and the immediate need for furnishings in a new apartment to begin a job within 10 days of our initial conversation….. that conversation began via virtual chat, then by referred live text to the closest store (which is in Cheyenne). The most important purchases , in order to have a livable home , were prioritized for delivery by Maija , along with a timeline for supplying the additional/adjunct pieces

Rynna was great to work with, very personable and had great follow up. She found us exactly what we were looking for and the transaction was a breeze. Highly recommended! Edit: After the initial transaction, everything went downhill. We were told 3-5 weeks for delivery, it ended up taking over 8 then the large sofa was damaged by delivery drivers, had to wait another 2 weeks then the sofa we just received has obvious manufacturer defects. They said they would send a repair person out. I don’t want my brand new $1500 sofa to be “repaired”. It should have never passed quality control which Ashley’s obviously doesn’t have. Not happy at all and it’s impossible to speak to anyone in charge .

So first, I met Majia after speaking with her through phone. There was a bed frame we were looking into for my six year old daughter. After asking countless questions to her, we decided to go into the store to do the order and look at some other options before purchasing. Majia was sooooo friendly both on the phone and in store and we truly enjoyed working with her and so did my girls. She showed us a couple of options for my daughter but at the end we decided to go with our original option. She in no way pressured us as parents to go with anything different and she was such a joy to conversate with and made us feel relatable with her as we talked about our families. After finishing with the order for my daughters bed frame she showed us some options for us to look at for our own primary bedroom as we are looking for new furniture once we figure out the set up for our room. Again there was no pressure to buy today and she showed us her and her husbands favorites as well as wrote down the frame we found interest in as we plan on coming back. This was truly such a great, relaxing experience and we loved having Majia! Highly recommend asking for her!

Donald and Jaylen delivered my furniture today in the snow thanks guys. They asked me where I wanted the furniture and were very cautious while moving. Also all the updates about expected arrival time were great.

I want to start off by thanking Madison, I hope that is her name. Please contact me if that is not, and I will edit and give her the recognition she so deserves. I contacted Madison, about replacing my current theater seating sofa. I presented several types I liked and she returned with the three that Ashley had ready to go. She even arranged to have the previous sofa removed. I told Madison it was a tie between two sofas and I couldn't decide. I told Madison to pick one, I trusted her, and not tell me which one she chose. Well when the guys unloaded it and assembled, she chose well. It was beautiful, the pictures don't do it justice, comfortable, supportive, the fabric is unreal, just like leather but, it's like kinda stretchy. So Maddison set all this up with removal of the old sofa, and picking a sofa for me, that I totally love (it was like my birthday). The two guys that brought it, Donald and Jaylen, they arrived at my house right as I got the fifteen minutes text. Donald asked me to show him where I wanted the sofa. Donald and Jalen took out the old and into the new. They were polite and friendly and busted it out in twenty minutes, that's with showing me how it works. Great experience all around. From Madison to Donald and Jaylen. That's why I buy local, good people, good service, good product. Edit: I am all about keeping my word. I stated if I got Madison's name incorrect I would come back and give credit where credit is due. The fantastic sales professional that made this happen like clockwork is, in fact, RYNNA! We purchased a sectional here in 2020. We were told by the salesman to purchase the protection plan for the couch because we have pets. We were told the protection plan covers pet damage. However, when we tried to use the plan, the company they use, furniture care protection, denied our claim stating they do not cover pet damage. Please be aware of this prior to purchasing any protection plan.

Marissa took the time to walk me around the store, getting steps in for several hours while I couldn’t make up my mind on living room or bedroom furniture. She was patient and provided me with so many ideas that I was able to find what was needed for my house. Expert conversationalist, caring person and easy to work with. We drove up from Colorado to shop at Ashley in Cheyenne. Marissa greeted us when we walked in and was very helpful without being pushy. She was a pleasure to work with and was very patient and helpful as we made decisions and weighed our options. We will definitely shop here going forward! We had a terrible experience with our couch. They said it would be delivered in 3-5 weeks. It wasn't until I called on week 6 that we discovered our couch had not even left the warehouse. They said they weren't going to get it until the end of the week to their store and had no timeline of when they could deliver it to our home after that. The sales manager shifted blame and really didn't offer much to accommodate the mistake. We ended up having to rent a truck and take 4 hours of our own time just to get the couch we ordered even after it was late. Will never be shopping with them again.

What a great experience we had with Maija Pyle! When my wife and I walked in the door, not only did she greet us; but asked what we were looking for. After explaining what we were considering in purchasing a sofa recliner, etc.... she showed us where to look and said that if we had any questions, that she would be more than happy to answer them. So our first response was.. great.. not a busy salesperson. After we looked, Maija came around and showed us several options. Not only did we purchase one; but Maija was very personalable, fantastic customer service, and we are excited to come back again in the future!

The worst customer service. They promise delivery in 2-3 weeks and then text saying it is on schedule for deliver 4 weeks later. They refuse to accommodate customers as promised and won’t do refunds on products that haven’t even left the warehouse. In store also does not honor their online prices. We had to tell them, “no we will order online” three different times before they called back and said they could honor their businesses online price. Not worth the headache. Do not shop here

Maija was wonderful. We drove about 1.5 hrs to the nearest store to see a bedroom set. They didn't have it but she made sure to get me all of the information needed. Great experience with the sleeper sofa I purchased from Ashley Furniture in Cheyenne. First off, the sales people were able to find and send pics of the couch we were interested in and then have it shipped the very next day. Secondly the delivery team, Donald and Patrick, arrived early (requested beforehand via text) and were able to place the sleeper sofa (very heavy) in the location we needed it protecting the doorway with padding. They were professional, friendly, and efficient.

Rynna was so helpful beyond words - she has such an eye for style & design. She talked me out of my previous (bad) idea into a much better option that capitalized on the existing strengths of the room, saved me money, and improved the layout! Her laid back sales style made me feel so comfortable and I didn't feel pushed in any direction!

My husband and I recently stopped to browse, and I felt like we were stalked by the salesperson. We are in the process of a remodel and will be looking for new furniture. He initially met us at the door and told us about the specials. I thanked him and we went on our way to look. But every section we went to he would magically appear and interrupt our conversation. We stated several times that we were just looking. It got so weird with all of his questions and not letting us discuss amongst ourselves we hurried through the store and decided to shop for furniture somewhere else.

Took a little while for the pieces to get in (about a month) to the warehouse. The website doesn’t tell you you will have to wait. Once pieces were in, delivery was on time. Delivery guys Donald and Jaylen did great at making sure no walls were hit or damage was done to the furniture when bringing things in! They put everything together quickly and cleaned up all the boxes. Happy with all the pieces delivered!

Do NOT order from here they take 3 months to get your order to you and they left the boxes on the side of the street for anybody to grab. (It was a 1500 dollar order) Not only that, I payed extra to have them assemble my Bedframe when it was time to disassemble it due to us moving to a new place we come to find out the workers BROKE pieces of the furniture and didn’t say a word. We are just finding this out now in the midst of moving so of course it’s past the “72 hour refund policy”. Terrible company stay farrrrr away !!! I’d give them negative 10 stars if I could.

I would rather go to American family furniture warehouse in Colorado where you are treated right and with respect, this is the worst place to ever come to.

Just wanted to say THANK YOU! To everyone at Ashley Furniture store in Cheyenne, we came up from Fort Collins, CO simple because of the kindness and not to mention great pricing they offer. Rynna our salesperson went out of her way to help us I have only great things to say about our experience at this location, from the manager the ladies at the counter all the way to the gentleman at pickup were exceptional. I would give you a strong 8. 10 for service from both you and delivery staff. Jessica from the Cheyenne store was helpful both during purchase, but continued to provide excellent service answering questions before and during delivery. I would buy from her again. Delivery guys were on time, professional, and did a great job. Probably a 7 on material quality for price. My master bedroom set is also from Ashley's and is solid crazy heavy wood. It was a bit more expensive comparatively. Although I planned on buying a cheaper set for the guest room just over 800 all in for a bed and dresser I would have hoped for less particle board, but given current material prices I could be at fault. Again service was a solid 10

Maija was extremely helpful with my long distance purchase via text when the original company I purchased the furniture from completely left me hanging! So grateful for great customer service. She really saved my day!

Everyone at the Cheyenne store, from the person who answered my first call, Jessica who helped me select a couch that met my need of a speedy delivery, to the Business Office staff for keeping a strong chain of communication going, and the delivery staff, Donald and Patrick, who did an outstanding job fitting my couch on an elevator and through the hall. We’ve always been pleased with the quality all of our Ashley Furniture too. Plus, for Denver residents, it’s good to know that you can buy from Cheyenne and they will deliver.

Jaylen and Sean arrived a little earlier than scheduled, which was perfect for me! They were professional and efficient! got my bed set up within 30 minutes and took all the trash with them as well. Can't appreciate it enough! 10/10 experience!

We had the chance to work with Maija and it was a great experience. Often times when going to furniture shop or other one-on-one retail experiences, it’s pushy or less enjoyable, but not with Maija. She was great to work with and talk to. Definitely go and ask for her by name and enjoy a the shopping or browsing experience.

After deliberating for a couple hours in the store, and not pulling the trigger until the next day Rynna was extremely helpful for us to get a new couch!! Would highly recommend her and Ashley for affordable but great looking furniture with a good experience for the customer.

We went in to purchase a power lift chair for my father who was very reluctant to get one. They had a nice selection to choose from with great prices. Our salesperson Jessica was terrific, very helpful and had a great sense of humor.

I had a great experience speaking to a rep over the phone who took pictures of the item I wanted in the back of the store and the front to see the different light. Donald and Anthony did a fabulous job with delivery, making sure all the legs were tight and level.

The store, and Maya, especially, went out of their way to help me with my order of two loveseats. The big deal about that is that I am in Denver and they are in Cheyenne Wyoming. And if I buy any more furniture, it will be through Ashley furniture in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and I will be asking for Maye to assist me. I give them 10 stars, wonderful, thoughtful people
