I was unable to physically be in their store in Cheyenne since I’m in Colorado, so I called and she sent me pics and videos of the bed I was considering buying. If she hadn’t provided that, I might not have felt comfortable enough to purchase the bed. She answered all my questions and was very friendly. I purchased furniture and wanted to return and exchange a couple of things. I knew before the delivery guys left my house which pieces I’d want to send back. I kept the pieces though because they made it seem like I should coordinate with the store first. When I called I was told about the restocking fee. Then out of no where the next day I got a text asking how I was going to pay the $200 pickup fee. The communication is not great and will definitely not be going back once I get the rest of my order.

They made sure to get me the best deal available and that I wouldn't miss out on it. It made the process really simple.

We were greeted by Sofia shortly after entering the store. She was pleasant, and not pushy. We said we were looking to buy a dresser. She informed us that the dresser we found on the interactive kiosk was on sale in the outlet section, and in stock. She also searched, and found us an ottoman for our existing loveseat. She was very helpful, knowledgeable of the products, and found exactly what we were looking for.

Service was wonderful. I don’t get my jack and coke from Sofia (just kidding) but she was very kind, professional, great sense of humor and intelligent. Wonderful person to work with. She made our visit very welcoming and pleasant.

Ashley in Cheyenne is great! Benito, the sales associate who helped us, was really friendly and helpful, spending hours with us until we had everything we wanted picked out. While we were warned by some locals (we just moved to town) that delivery of our furniture would take ages--and it indeed did take 5 weeks before everything we ordered was available for delivery--the quality of the furniture is great, prices reasonable, and delivery by Donald and Kenny was as smooth and pleasant as can be. Worth the wait! Ashley is no doubt the best place to buy furniture in Cheyenne, and we're really happy with the overall experience and loving our furniture and mattresses.

10/18/2024 - Update: I received my couch today - a whole 1-2 weeks earlier than anticipated!! Jaylen and Kenny delivered and set up my couch for me. It was so easy! I live on a second floor of an apartment complex, so I’m wildly thankful for them doing all the heavy lifting. Very friendly and efficient. The communication in regard to delivery was amazing too. I received a text confirming my delivery time (between 10am-12pm), and then on the morning of, I received a tracking link so show me exactly when they’d be here/how many stops were left before me. They arrived within the timeframe I was given! I would purchase more furniture from Ashley simply because of how friendly & helpful everyone was, plus how easy they made this process for me. Thanks so much to Jaylen and Kenny for the delivery, and thanks again to Kyle for helping with my purchase. :) 10/2/2024 - I called Ashley HomeStore because there was a couch online I was dying to purchase, but there were some issues I was having with the shipping costs. Kyle helped me out, and ended up sharing a deal that their store was having today, and my cost for the couch + shipping ended up being less than what just the couch was listed as online! Kyle walked me through the whole process in a timely manner and answered all my questions. I’m so excited! Thank you, Kyle!

Both times I received exceptional customer service from Benito and the store’s owner who found a way to make both bedroom sets fit within my fixed budget. We bought a new bed and dressers from Ashley. It was not in stock, but once ordered sent text and email to keep us updated on all aspects of progress. Delivery by Kenny and Hayden was quick and very professional. They were very courteous and friendly, even putting the mattress back on the bed.

I recently purchased a couch from the Ashley Furniture store in Cheyenne, and I cannot express enough how incredibly accommodating Maia, Dan, and the entire team were during my experience. I bought the couch shortly after my father passed away, making the process very stressful. The first couch didn't fit despite matching the online measurements, so I had to exchange it. They were extremely helpful throughout the exchange. Although the new couch fit, it didn't quite work for my space. Due to travel, I missed the 72-hour return window by a couple of days because I was traveling. Initially, I thought I was covered by Ashley's 30-day guarantee, only to find out that stores offer just 72 hours. When I reached out to explain my situation—my recent loss, travel, and the missed return window—Dan, the owner, showed an incredible amount of compassion. Despite their strict 72-hour return policy, he made an exception and allowed me to return the couch. This level of empathy and understanding is rarely seen in companies these days. So much so, it brought me to tears when speaking with him. Maia, Dan and her team went above and beyond to accommodate me, even though they didn't have to. Their willingness to help, especially in such a difficult time for me, speaks volumes about their customer service and commitment to their customers. If you're in Colorado and considering purchasing from Ashley Furniture, I highly recommend the Cheyenne store. Their exceptional service and willingness to go the extra mile made a world of difference for me. The moving team (Jaylen, Thomas, and Anthony) did a fantastic job delivering, moving, and assembling my furniture. They were professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. One of my cabinets was more than a handful to get up stairs. They did an awesome job troubleshooting the issue and moving the furniture upstairs with zero damage to the house. Thanks guys.

While we waited 4 weeks for delivery of our new sofa recliner, we actually feel it was worth the wait. Unfortunately it sustained a small tear upon delivery but Ashley rectified the situation on the spot with a discount and all is well. Service and communication from begin to end was superb. We have used Ashley furniture in our short-term rental and found it to be the most durable furniture for the money. When we went to buy new furniture for our home, we wanted the same quality and durability. Rynna was our sales woman and she was knowledgeable, communicative, and easy to work with. Even though there the closest store was 40 miles away, the drive was worth it. I would recommend this store and brand to anyone.

The most important purchases , in order to have a livable home , were prioritized for delivery by Maija , along with a timeline for supplying the additional/adjunct pieces

Rynna was great to work with, very personable and had great follow up. She found us exactly what we were looking for and the transaction was a breeze. Highly recommended! Edit: After the initial transaction, everything went downhill. We were told 3-5 weeks for delivery, it ended up taking over 8 then the large sofa was damaged by delivery drivers, had to wait another 2 weeks then the sofa we just received has obvious manufacturer defects. They said they would send a repair person out. I don’t want my brand new $1500 sofa to be “repaired”. It should have never passed quality control which Ashley’s obviously doesn’t have. Not happy at all and it’s impossible to speak to anyone in charge .

So first, I met Majia after speaking with her through phone. There was a bed frame we were looking into for my six year old daughter. After asking countless questions to her, we decided to go into the store to do the order and look at some other options before purchasing. Majia was sooooo friendly both on the phone and in store and we truly enjoyed working with her and so did my girls. She showed us a couple of options for my daughter but at the end we decided to go with our original option. She in no way pressured us as parents to go with anything different and she was such a joy to conversate with and made us feel relatable with her as we talked about our families. After finishing with the order for my daughters bed frame she showed us some options for us to look at for our own primary bedroom as we are looking for new furniture once we figure out the set up for our room. Again there was no pressure to buy today and she showed us her and her husbands favorites as well as wrote down the frame we found interest in as we plan on coming back. Donald and Jaylen delivered my furniture today in the snow thanks guys. They asked me where I wanted the furniture and were very cautious while moving. Also all the updates about expected arrival time were great.

I want to start off by thanking Madison, I hope that is her name. Please contact me if that is not, and I will edit and give her the recognition she so deserves. I contacted Madison, about replacing my current theater seating sofa. I presented several types I liked and she returned with the three that Ashley had ready to go. She even arranged to have the previous sofa removed. I told Madison it was a tie between two sofas and I couldn't decide. I told Madison to pick one, I trusted her, and not tell me which one she chose. Well when the guys unloaded it and assembled, she chose well. It was beautiful, the pictures don't do it justice, comfortable, supportive, the fabric is unreal, just like leather but, it's like kinda stretchy. So Maddison set all this up with removal of the old sofa, and picking a sofa for me, that I totally love (it was like my birthday). The two guys that brought it, Donald and Jaylen, they arrived at my house right as I got the fifteen minutes text. Donald asked me to show him where I wanted the sofa. Donald and Jalen took out the old and into the new. They were polite and friendly and busted it out in twenty minutes, that's with showing me how it works. Great experience all around. From Madison to Donald and Jaylen. That's why I buy local, good people, good service, good product. Edit: I am all about keeping my word. I stated if I got Madison's name incorrect I would come back and give credit where credit is due. The fantastic sales professional that made this happen like clockwork is, in fact, RYNNA! Elizabeth was very helpful and allowed me to try out all the sectionals as long as I wanted. She checked in with me periodically, offered water and let me take my time deciding. Donald and Thomas showed up as advertised! I received updates through out the day on their arrival time which was awesome, I didn’t have to sit around the house with a 2 or 3 hour window waiting. They arrived within 5 minutes of the scheduled time, were courteous and very professional. Most importantly they delivered our sectional with their “white glove” service, placed it where we needed it and made sure it was set up exactly how we needed it. Couldn’t be more happy with Donald and Thomas!

The entire experience of the delivery of our new couch by Jaylen and Thomas was excellent. I was notified of their progress every step of their delivery route which is helpful in planning when to be home. Once they arrived, they promptly and perfectly assembled and set up the couch in its spot and were very kind and courteous. I would definitely choose their delivery service again.

First off, Kevin N. at the Cheyenne store did a fantastic job helping my wife and I choose the right furniture for us. He also helped us get our delivery and furniture setup included with our purchase. The day of delivery, Donald and Jaylen were friendly and very professional. Overall, great experience!

If I could give lower then a zero, I would. Let me start out by saying, I did customer service for over 30 yrs, so I am very conscious of it where ever I go. In 2021, my husband and I bought a recliner there, for $400. After the 1st yr I thought it was my imagination, that the edges of the arms, were tearing. but it wasn't. Little by little, it started tearing, everywhere. On the arm on the right side is a big tear. But let me back up. About 10 months ago at least, I went back to the store w/the bill of sale and talked to a girl behind the desk. she looked up the chair we had bought and said..they no longer carry that brand, but if I wanted, they could order the material for that chair, which...we would pay for AND they could send someone out to fix it, which, we ALSO would pay for!!!! I was blown away..first of all, we were pretty nice because when we bought it, we bought it in April, but didn't get it till June or July because it had to come from "Wisconsin." And this was around covid time still, so we were patient and understanding..Then they charged us $80 to put it together, it took then about 30 seconds to do so!!! My husband and I are senior citizens..So I just went back again, last week. This time a "salesman" came up front to talk to me, basically his conversation was, "We're sorry, your just out of luck.." because he said that's why they discontinued carrying that brand of chair because the material it's made from does just that...tears!!!! and since we didn't buy "insurance to protect ourselves....oh well!!!!" I was absolutely in shock..this is terrible, terrible Customer Service...TERRIBLE...I'm 77 and my husband is 70. Why would be buy insurance. We don't have any kids, we had a dog that's also a senior citizen and can hardly get around and our pets never were allowed on furniture anyway..I told him the only reason we bought this chair was because we had another recliner from American Furniture and there really wasn't anything wrong with it, we'd just had it for 10 yrs or more and I just wanted a new recliner! We should of just kept the old one...it wasn't even TORN, So GO TO AMERICAN FURNITURE..IT'S A DRIVE BUT THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR FURNITURE, WE BOUGHT OTHER STUFF THERE ALSO. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT, NOT, NOT, BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE..I SUSPECT THEY WILL BE CLOSING THEIR DOORS ANY DAY SOON, BECAUSE THEY TREAT THE PUBLIC HORRIBLY..PLEASE SEE PICTURES OF OUR CHAIR BELOW...JERRI HILL-SULLIVANBURNS, WY

Fast efficient took all of 5 minutes

We had a good experience shopping in Ashley Furniture store. Marissa greeted us at the door, asked if there was something in particular we looking for. She showed us what was on the floor and allowed us to roam freely so we might get more ideas. We did end up buying the original chair she showed us, and we're happy with the whole transaction.

We purchased a sectional here in 2020. We were told by the salesman to purchase the protection plan for the couch because we have pets. We were told the protection plan covers pet damage. However, when we tried to use the plan, the company they use, furniture care protection, denied our claim stating they do not cover pet damage. Please be aware of this prior to purchasing any protection plan.

Marissa took the time to walk me around the store, getting steps in for several hours while I couldn’t make up my mind on living room or bedroom furniture. She was patient and provided me with so many ideas that I was able to find what was needed for my house. Expert conversationalist, caring person and easy to work with. I’ll be back at Ashley Furniture because of the shopping experience and their selection.

The Purchase online was easy. Delivery notification date was made later on. I received a pleasant text, presumably from a human (not a bot) about the pending delivery date. When the date came, the drivers, Donald and Jaylen were very personable AND professional. The job was done quick. The only downside is the exorbitant delivery fee - you have no choice in the cost, meaning you can't reduce it and set the furniture up by yourself. The delivery cost is the same regardless. However, this wasn't a surprise, I knew what the cost was ahead of time and accepted it. All in all, well done.

After visiting 6 furniture stores around the Denver metro area, we almost gave up. We decided to try looking in Cheyenne and I’m so glad we did! Maija was friendly, helpful, and a delight to be around. Out of all the furniture stores we visited, she was the ONLY one to offer us a water or coffee. We can’t wait for our new couch, chair and ottoman to be delivered. Thank you Maija for an exceptional shopping experience!! Asked me how I would like our new couch to be exactly situated in our living room. There was a small fabric spot they they sprayed and cleaned to ensure our satisfaction. They both deserve a raise for excellence!

This morning we received a large delivery of furniture from your store. We were so impressed by how quickly Donald and Austin completed the delivery and assembled our furniture. It was an especially muddy day and they were both so careful to remove their shoes each time they brought in a piece of furniture. Five star service with extra care for our home is hard to come by.
