Was shopping for a computer desk and right away an employee came and asked if we needed help, she was super friendly and very knowledgeable about what was in the store. She walked us through the entire store and showed us everything that we were searching for.

Great place to buy furnishings for your home and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended

I'm so excited to say that we got our new home furnished by the amazing help from Debbie. She was extremely helpful and helped us with the amazing deals. I will definitely be back to see her cause we still need a stand for our TV. Thank you again Debbie

Update 5/21/24- still haven’t gotten a new bracket for our coffee table…we can’t lift the table. 😒 *update- 1/18/22, we still don't have the bracket kit for our coffee table. Original post: We ordered our couch back in January 2021 and was told it would arrive end of February. It didn't show up until the end of April but the couch had a hole in it and the coffee table top is bent so it doesn't open easily at all nor does the top close all the way. They said they would have their seamstress fix the hole. We were also told that they would order new parts for the coffee table. It is now end of June 2021 and they just picked up my couch to be fixed but there was no call to say they were coming. I was told I would have it by the end of the day.... here it is 5pm and no couch. So I'm calling the store but I keep getting a busy signal. I will just need to go in. I asked about my coffee table parts (brackets) and they said it hasn't shipped yet. :( I just want my money back now at this point. The communication is horrible with this store. To make matters worse, at the beginning of this month the store advertised that they have several couches for purchase on hand that are not floor models. One of those couches is the one I ordered....I feel like they should've replaced mine before offering to sell that one.

Customer service was so bad, left the store and bought my sofa at a nearby furniture store an hr later. I despise awful customer service

They came and got my chair to get fixed and said it’d be back in the same day and now it’s been 4 days. This isn’t the only thing I’m not impressed with but I’ve finally decided to give a review.

What a wonderful experience working with such a wonderful team to get fantastic products that we needed. Everyone was helpful and busy at the same time making sure no customer went without assistance. They worked with us on getting our mattress sooner and Debbie was so kind and offered any help or input on future things we may need around town as we just moved here. Thank you, we've been sleeping through the night and not waking up in pain since we got our beauty rest.

Very helpful lots of options

Be careful shopping with Ashley Home Store. I purchased a couch from them in September and they charged my card immediately. However, I still have yet to receive the couch. I have called every week for an update and they have a new excuse every week. As a paying customer, I shouldn’t have to hound the store to provide me with the couch I have already paid for (and they have advertised, since I purchased the couch, as being in stock and ready to take home today). I will update *if* I ever receive my couch. But, at this point, I would NOT recommend shopping with Ashley Home Store.

Nice furniture horrible sales lady

My home is filled with Ashley furniture and I was looking for some matching night stands for a set I have. Ms. Lindsay helped us find what we were looking for. She also suggested that we don't get the items sent directly to us because if something happened during shipping we would have to deal with customer service over the phone. She suggested that we have it shipped to them and then they hand deliver it to us so if something was wrong they could exchange it for us with no hassle. It's that kind of knowledge and thinking that makes her a great sales person. We will be purchasing the rest of our furniture from this location from now on because of her. There were 2 gentlemen inside the store re-arranging the displays and they were also friendly the little bit we chatted. Overall the staff was great and I recommend this location if you need quality furniture. However, one of my furniture sets was discontinued so I can not find a replacement which I'm slightly upset about. If I could have gotten a replacement I would have had a 5 star experience but I had to leave disappointed. So it appears I'm going to have to be without the full set now or have to buy something entirely new which I didn't want to have to do because I was happy with my old set.

Not impressed at all with Roxi,couldn't sell us anything,we found chairs we wanted,but it was gonna be like a month to get them,when we were willing to take floor models,but no...she suggested we go to trends,cause they would sell floor models!!! Like we were wasting her time,the lady a yr ago in Ashley who waited on us, was awesome....so we spent $1700. at trends.....very disappointed w/Ashley,seemed like we were wasting her time,and had no $$.....not good experience at all......

I had an employee in desperate need of a bed. She’d been sleeping on the floor, and Ashley furniture was able to help find everything she needs, make room on their truck & get it delivered same day. Absolutely amazing customer service all around and they honestly saved the day! I will be a customer for life!

I was greeted at the door by 3 friendly people. The show room is well stocked. I was looking for something very traditional and did not find anything but it's a good store.

We purchased a couch 2 years ago and there were major problems with the frame, cushions, and fabric. A few days ago I posted a negative rating based on these problems. The store responded immediately informing me that my couch was under warranty. The next day, two young men came by to confirm the problem and told me they would be replacing it. The new couch will be delivered this weekend. I can admit when I'm wrong. The stores ability to take care of problems of this nature are almost unbelievable. I am thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and speed. Thank you Ashley for caring about your customers satisfaction. Other businesses in town should look to you as an example.

Originally when I visited Ashley Furniture, I talked with a very professional and helpful Associate. Her name is Melinda. We laughed and joked around. She guided me to a decision on which bed frame and mattress to chose for my needs. My bed will be delivered December 28 2018,so I haven't gotten to sleep in it yet. Can't wait! I have talked with all the other sales associates also. They are all professionals and nice people

Deb Martell Yeates was the associate at my aid. Over the last year my husband and I have been searching for a new bed. We have been comparison shopping for price, brand and quality . We have been to the store several times, yet no purchase. Finally my husband gave me the ok... so I went back and purchased the Simmons Black with the 2.0 power base. I was very apprehensive about purchasing a Simmons product again, because my last bed was A Simmons and I was not pleased with it at all. Deb set my mind at ease with the demonstration and her knowledge of not only the product but the provision with it as well. She is friendly , not pushy and she is invested in her job and her product knowledge. I will return there because of these things. She has great attention to detail and she can handle my husband!

This store was exceptional. The nicest furniture store in town. I would say the cleanest but it may have been the cleanest, most well maintained furniture store. I have ever been in. The staff was extremely friendly and greeted us immediately. We knew what we were looking for, but our associate Melinda, was very informative and knowledgeable and answered all our questions with ease. We had price shopped as well, and she was able to price match locally, which saved us almost $500! We highly recommend Ashley Furniture and will be shopping here in the future.

Furniture is pretty nice. Prices are alright but they only keep mattresses in stock. They also will let you take home clearance items. Tons not on the showroom but you might be better working online.

I've bought almost all my furniture from Ashley and love every peice of it. Recently we bought a bedroom set, the sales woman, Melinda, was patient , friendly, had great insight on home decor brought up things and ideas I hadn't thought of. My husband and I went in last week and purchased a dining room table, we had Melinda again she walked us through the store showing us the tables, giving us ideas, showing us other options online, she wasn't pushy at all which I appreciate. We are waiting for delivery and set up for the table...can't wait!! Which reminds me the delivery guys that set up our bedroom set were really nice guys - friendly and professional- they did a great job and didn't leave a mess.

Ashely was AWSOME. We were greeted in seconds up enterence. They looked up the furniture pieces we were looking for. They showed us styles of similar interest. We found exactly what we were desiring and at affordable. High quality in looks and in sturdy designs. They could finance if we choose but we choose to pay on site. We choose in home delivery of a ordered in new piece. Recommend highly. We will shop there again.

While in CA at Ashley I purchased an area rug. It was kinda expensive and when I said so the salesman said that today it was on sale for 50% off. I decided to buy it after signing 5 sheets of paper and paying for it in full I thought maybe it wouldn't fit in my room. Once you leave the store with it they told me I couldn't return it. Out of the blue I decided to call the new Ashley store in Gillette. They said they'd be glad to order it for me and the price I was paying in CA was their every day price plus if it didn't work I could bring it back. So after another 45 minutes and having to return to the store to sign more papers I got out of the deal in CA. Thank you Ashley on Gillette for working with you customers and making my purchase so much easier.

My experience at Ashley HomeStore in Gillette was nothing but wonderful. My furniture was delivered in about a week, and the delivery guys were quick and had no problems assembling the couch or recliner. Everyone in the store is friendly and most importantly, knowledgeable. I would highly recommend shopping here!

I ordered a couch for my family room and when it was delivered (within 2 weeks) it wouldn't fit down the stairs! The delivery guys were great and really tried but it just wouldn't happen. I called my sales associate Melinda Bauman, nicest sales person I've ever dealt with, and asked if I could return the couch for another one and the answer was yes and they even came and picked it back up! Melinda and staff at this store were great to work with. They weren't pushy when we were walking around in the store and they were very knowledgeable about their products. Melinda was even able to get us a good discount. Very easy to work with like I said. We bought the same day and got our couches within two weeks delivered right to our living room!
