I shopped for a chair 5 days ago. I thought I bought a comfortable chair but the more I sit in this chair the worse it is! I’m sure for most people this would be a great chair but I have several illnesses one of which is a severe Rheumatic illness. This chair is causing me more pain. So I called this morning to ask if I could trade to a different chair. I was told no, not after 5 days. I was trying to see if the chair would get easier but nope. So much for customer satisfaction! I will never recommend Ashley. When a customer says a chair turned out to cause pain the right thing would be to let me return it and buy something else. I thought it would be good when I sat on it at the store. I am so unhappy.
Great atmosphere and great service
The guys who moved our furniture in were WONDERFUL. One of them asked several questions to ensure the experience was pleasing and did not create any problems. It's like he thought of everything! E.g., in addition to asking if it was ok to leave shoes on, he asked if my cat would run away since the door had to be open. After I put my cat away, he asked if there were any other pets to be aware of to ensure they didn't run away either. The care that the movers showed was honestly almost inspiring and definitely moving, ha! :)
Great friendly service from Deb and wide variety of furniture available to choose from.
Very friendly staff, great choices. Priced higher than the website because they are individually owned but they'll match the website. Will probably buy something else from here soon! Also! The guys that delivered this couch, I'm proud of them because it was a pain but they didn't give up.
