Martin has been so wonderful. We have bought all of our furniture from him. He is down to earth and doesn't pressure you, listens to what you want and helps you find what you need. We ordered bedroom furniture for 2 of our bedrooms, our dining room tables and our living room furniture from Ashley and all of our stuff came within days of ordering it. We love all of our stuff so far. If you go, ask for Martin he is the best!

Thought it was gonna be awesome cause right when we walk in they say "everything is 50%off". Stuff Seemed expensive even with that so we left.. Found the same things at American furniture for $300 less!

Furniture showed up damaged. And incorrect size bed showed up. Now I am stuck waiting for another week on my 2 beds. $4000 later and we are still sleeping on the floor. Awesome Job Ashley

Bought a bedroom set. I wasn't in a hurry for delivery but the sales person was trying to impress my husband (not me) with how quickly he could promise delivery. Even though I was the one shopping, asking questions, measuring furniture, and holding the checkbook, the rep only wanted to joke about how he 'let' me walk around the store the other day until my husband got there to talk seriously. Honestly I only brought my husband on the day of purchase so he could have input on the mattress feel of something he'd be sleeping on for the next decade. Rampant sexism aside, this is actually a story about failure to deliver furniture. We got a text on the day of delivery stating the delivery team was on its way so we moved the old furniture and mattress into the dirt outside. They showed up with everything but the mattress. Now we have nowhere to sleep. The store location offers no apologies. Just that they didn't have the mattress. I understand delays happen but the communication of that delay could have been handled in a way where I still had a bed to sleep in while waiting. I was told the manager would call later the same day to address my concerns. There was no phone call. A corporate customer service rep, who had no power to fix this in any way, opened an "appeasement" request to be answered... someday, by somebody else. Allegedly, our mattress is in town somewhere. (Not being built by the supplier or anything) Nobody at Ashley furniture seems to have any sense of accountability or desire to attempt to retrieve the mattress until "sometime next week." I have so far been offered no discounts, free stuff, or even empathy.

This entire process from the minute we step foot in a store has been awful. I kept hoping it would get better but it just doesn’t. Got our furniture delivered today. This is what it looks like. After calling customer service (I now have 2 open case numbers) she sent me an email to send these photos to. Well folks that email keeps getting kicked back because it’s “too full.” I’m exhausted during a process that should’ve been fun and exciting. What gives @ashleyfurniture!?!? Where is your “high quality service and product?”

Nice stuff, horrible service. Bought a couch, table and rug. They delivered the couch and table, that's all the drivers said they had, not the rug, but then insist they delivered it. 3 weeks they've gone back and forth saying it will be delivered, then that it has been delivered. We are out the money have not gotten the rug, and they won't refund or deliver. So basically their drivers can steal or sell your stuff claim they delivered it and you're out money and the item. And Ashley furniture will do nothing to make it right. Will never buy from them again.

What can Ashley do to improve? 1. Deliver ALL of the pieces. 3/5 does not build a bed. 2. Train your people so they know how to help. Varying departments don't know how to "speak" to each other. 3. Deliver my 2 bed parts. 4. Apologize, be accountable, and make it right.

Botched online order 3 times. Had to cancel. They kept charging my bank account. Customer service said they could do nothing for me online but if I went down to the store and bought something they could notate an in store credit for all the trouble. After I make a purchase I would also get a gift card since online/instore are separate servers or entities...I get to store, shop around, and find what I need. The in store people can see the notes but can't give me an in store credit because my problems are/ were online. So somebody is either lying and/or inept. After spending well over 15k in the last year I get zero help. I'm done. I've wasted hours of my life to get absolutely nothing but promises and failed delivery...on anything.

I have experience unprofessionalism, poor customer service, and communication skills. I hardly write bad reviews, but this deserves a zero. Someone signed my names without consent on my Acceptance forms, and I asked them about the signatures, but I was hung up on without any explanation nor called regarding a follow-up (I guess my concern was swept under the rug). I tried to get past it without writing a review because I did not want drama. Next, I was cc approximately five days ago with different consumers of Acceptance Now regarding personal information. We all have each other's email address, not sure if the data was breach. It seems like no one cares, so I decided to write a review. Shawna

The absolute worst experience ever. No one knows what the other person is doing. So called managers have no authority to do anything. Waited all day for furniture to be delivered never showed. When I called the next day they apologized and told me the furniture was on back order. Had to reschedule twice since than. Furniture is nice but the service and lack of communication is horrible!
