Sales person was very helpful, Giovanni helped me find everything I was looking for. Mattress has been a joke from 30 days after purchase. Sinking only on one side feels like sleeping at an angle upside down. Couch set sinking. Bad quality of bedroom furniture. Zero compassion, zero customer service. cushions are sinking after 5 months.
Got a cool couch.5 year warranty.but wish they would lower prices on little things some.
Worst place ever. Don't shop here. They won't back their sales team. They lost over 20,000 in cash with us.
Looking at furniture and checked out a couple of stores. For a saturday there was not much action here. Which leads to hungry sales people hovering all over you. The prices seemed much higher than other places we had stopped at as well.
I made my purchase on November 17 and had a delivery scheduled for the 22. During delivery we noticed one night stand and the headboard and footboard was damaged and so they took those and told me new ones would be sent. Since the headboard and footboard was damaged none of the boxes were opened that contained the other parts to put the bed frame together. I was also told I shouldn’t open my mattress until everything is delivered. The next delivery was December 14 and the headboard/footboard arrived damaged again. This delivery team was very rude about the boxes not being opened and told me that it was not their job to assemble anything. At least they did open my mattress for me, finally. After many calls to customer service I was promised before the next delivery someone would open the box and inspect the product beforehand. Next delivery attempt was on the 18. The box had not been open for inspection and it was damaged for the THIRD time. At this point it had been a month since I ordered everything. I called and spoke to Russ the sales manager at the store I purchased from and was told he would personally inspect for the next delivery and it was scheduled for the 20. I never got confirmation and when I called customer service they said there was nothing scheduled for me that day. I went up to the store at this point to speak with Russ and was told if I gave him another chance for delivery I wouldn’t pay for any part of the bed and would not be charged for the headboard/foot boards but I was. Delivery was scheduled for December 22. I received the phone call to confirm for the 22 between hours 3-7pm. On the 21 I received another call asking when I wanted to schedule delivery. I called and spoke with Jovanni the store manager to see what was going on with my delivery and he told me it wasn’t scheduled. So to keep you up to date that is now three delivery attempts with damaged product and two deliveries cancelled. He refused to come pick up the rest of the bedroom set insisting I had to keep it. He did offer a $700 discount which I was told all he could do. After much arguing he finally set a delivery for the 23. Footboard was damaged a bit but the legs covered it up. The side panels of the bed frame (which had been in boxes for over a month in our bedroom) were damaged. Also, I did not have the drawers that go into them. I thought they were in one of the three boxes that had been sitting in my room. I would have known they weren’t if one of three delivery teams did their job and opened them for inspection. The drawers were never ordered but I did have an extra set of rails. Spoke with Jovanni on the 23 and he said he would get things scheduled and call me back, I never received a phone call. I called on the 24 and spoke with Russ and assured me I would not be charged for the drawers and he would schedule the delivery of them and for the rails to be picked up. Never received a phone call back. I called on the 26 and spoke with Jovanni again to update him that nothing had been taken care of and was told that he would schedule delivery and pick up of the rails and exchange of the side panels since they were damaged. He scheduled it all for the 30. However, I should be getting reimbursed for the rails that were ordered that I did not need since the bed frame came with them but instead I’m not because the drawers were never on my order and he is just swapping them out. It has been well over a month now and I still do not have my bedroom set complete. I am beyond unhappy and will never shop with Ashley furniture. I was understanding up until the third delivery and the product was damaged after I was promised by management it would not show up to my house damaged. By the time the next delivery is set on the 30, it will be a month and a half, which is absolutely ridiculous.

The person I was working with was name Laurie and she was trying to charge me one chair for the value of a set online. Once I told her about it and showed her, she correct the amount. When I made the purchase, she told me to not sign off on the paper if there are any damages to the furniture. The problem is that Laurie decided to have a third party deliver my furniture and they refuse to take back two chairs that were stained with black paint. I told the delivery man that I won’t sign off on any paper and he told me He didn’t have any paper for me to sign. I called Laurie several times and she never picked up the phone, I called the customer service line and they told me they would have someone come and clean the chair, when I paid for a brand new chair. No one ever showed up. I called several times and they kept telling they were going to call me back but never did. I finally got a hold of a supervisor and he told me to send him pictures to see if he could replace the chairs. Never got a call or text back. I went to the store to have someone at least come and clean the chair and they told me someone should be calling me in a couple of days and no one did. I went again to the store this last weekend and they told me someone was going to reach out to me again and they finally did only to tell me that since it’s been past three day they can no longer come out to clean the chairs so I would need to call the warranty. We called the warranty and they told us we are getting denied and we need to take the chairs back to the store. I got the chairs in September and I’m still dealing with this issue. Do not shop here, its not worth the stress.
Chain store furniture didn't have a normal height kitchen table &no corner cabinets but nextdoor has both. (home Depot)

I am absolutely done with Ashley's furniture! To start, their salesperson was new and completely inexperienced and it took 45 minutes longer than it should have to complete the sale! He stuttered and looked around for help every step of the wayand the seasoned sales person was obviously annoyed with helping him. When the sale was finally complete, the delivery date was set, I received at least 3 text messages with more phone calls from an automated service confirming the delivery date. Can you say overkill?!? And get this! They Never Even Showed Up On The Delivery Date Or Called To Cancel!!! They claim to only be able to have a window of time which is something like 8am - 345pm. When I called the number given no one answered for 2 days!!! When I finally got in touch with the delivery warehouse, there was no apology or explanation. The person on the phone just completely ignored it happened. I had to reschedule for yet another full day of waiting to see if they show up. Well, today's the day, a week and a half later and low and behold they arrive with my bed frame and two mattresses instead of the one mattress and one box frame I ordered. Now I have be refunded for the mattress, order the box frame again and schedule yet another delivery day and wait and hope and pray they show up and get it right!!!! Completely outrageous! Especially food the amount I paid!!! I am done doing business with Ashley's!
