Worst experience ever in a furniture store. We placed the order on mid May so we could have everything delivered by June 5th. Well, it's June 26th and I still don't have all my items delivered. I placed orders with other furniture stores at the same time and Ashley's has beem the worst. I'm never buying from them again. First time they tried to deliver, their items were out of stock for half of the items, second time around, the chair was broken, waiting for the third time which I'm still waiting for them to call me to set a delivery time.

Wonderful customer service. Mark was super accommodating and patient in answering our questions and seeking solutions.

Was greeted nicely by Carlos, he was very helpful and attentive while we looked around and answered any questions we had. Lots of options in the showroom and affordable prices. Very happy with the purchase we made there.

As far as the initial purchase process, everything went well. The sales people were extremely helpful and accommodating ! I’m waiting to receive my sectional and when I do, I can leave another review based on delivery.

I am only adding that one of extra star to make two stars because the staff was nice at the Avondale location. So I purchased a new bed room set on 5/28/24 and picked it up at the warehouse the next day on the 29th with no problem. The problem came when my son and I put it together, we noticed that the metal box spring (M98X42) was absolutely manufactured wrong. Although quite disappointed, it only got worst (for the crook in my right neck sleeping situation) when I reported it to Ashley Service and sent pictures proving it, l was assigned a technician to show up nine (9) days later. He showed up and politely took his shoes off respectfully and went up stairs. I helped him remove my new king size mattress, and I came back downstairs. He was upstairs making sounds of metal moving around for a little over 20 minutes until I went back up and he let me know that the frame was manufactured wrong and that it’ll be another 7 days to order the parts to correct it! Now I can’t get any from the store to answer my call even through they’re screening calls for the store “service department “! I Just don’t understand all of this having to wait to use my new bed when I should have been able to return it immediately for one that was manufactured correctly…

We had an amazing experience at Ashley‘s furniture. The salesman Erick Sanchez was professional, courteous and very patient! After choosing a beautiful dining room set and speaking to the manager, Cesar We left Ashley’s furniture with another beautiful bedroom set. This happens when you get the best customer service! Five years ago we spent thousands at living Spaces that I have to say Ashley has just won our loyalty we will never go back to any other furniture store!

Ya it’s pretty pricey but I like the quality and finish better than others. I think it’s the best value to quality in the valley.

Not happy with contact with people from warehouse or calls from other people from Ashley. Order furniture at school with Jose delivery date set for May 14th by third party to my new home. Contacted by warehouse and phone by operations department that my order will be delivered on May 25th because to warehouse and store for me to pickup. Jose set up third party the items. The next day I contacted . Other calls from operators department and warehouse I explained my comments to them about what Sales department told me and that they don't understand. I ask the store check when items will be at the warehouse on computer shows items will be coming on Tues May 14th. I stated so please have driver pickup items at warehouse and store for delivery on May 15th. This morning received other call and missing stating that I will need to pickup items at store and warehouse. Frustrated with this issue your company processes. Hopefully my items that I ordered will be coming on May 15th 2024 Wednesday.

Ordered a loveseat online early April. Was given a delivery date of April 24. This immediately kept changing from April 28 to May 1 to May 7. I called and they said it was in the warehouse on April 28 but they were back logged on deliveries. I explained that I needed my order and I would come pick up at the warehouse but then the next person tells me it is on back order but it will definitely be delivered on May 14. I requested my delivery fees be refunded but they said they could only offer me $25 or $50 off my next purchase. No thank you, cancel my order and refund my money. Oh we have not received any payment yet, umm, yes you did. So they tell me to contact my bank. I did! My bank showed the transaction and advised I call them back. I call back and tell them I’m not getting off the phone until my refund is issued. Transfer to financial services, and they immediately issue my refund. Funds were back in my account the next day. Same day I go online to Mor Furniture and find the exact loveseat, $100 cheaper and in stock. Purchased it immediately and chose to pickup my order next day. Two hours later I get phone call from Mor offering me free delivery because they will be in my area. The delivery window was 10am-2pm. My loveseat was delivered promptly and professionally at 10am. Save yourself a headache and go to Mor Furniture and leave Ashley behind. I’ll never purchase from Ashley Furniture ever again! —- Patricia G

Reason I put 2 * was because Delivery service was good at first . They had put all the furniture in the rooms and I also had a computer desk which they said they would build last. Long story short they didn't but I got them before they left and when I told them one of them got off the truck pissed off slamming things and boxes I almost told him to leave and call his boss . Lucky him I don't have time to build that desk so I left it at that but just writing this so anyone in management can see and call him out on it

We came to Ashley’s looking for a new bed frame and mattress for my brother in law. Jim went out of his way to make our three toddler girls laugh and found us a better deal that what we were looking for. I want to give them more stars, however - the lack of VITAL information was not shared. The furniture piece I ordered is on back order. This was disclosed… the day prior to expected delivery. We now must find replacement / temporary furniture to sit on for 2 + weeks. This would have been great to know when we purchased. Also…. Some of the staff members need to attend DE&I training. Calling adult women ‘GIRLS’ stopped being acceptable in the 1980’s.

Just got a new house, literally needed everything! I had no furniture prior so I was shopping around multiple stores, then I came to Ashley’s. Met with Ramon who was great ! He helped us find everything we needed for every room in the house, price matched at other stores and still gave discount at the end so didn’t have to pay too much out of pocket. Delivery was super fast, they came in and put everything exactly where I wanted. Great customer service and excellent delivery service. This company is a joke! Paid for a table in full and they’ve changed my delivery day 4x’s. I took off work and made arrangements every time and they don’t show!! Will never ever buy from them again!! TRASH!!!!!!!

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, WASTE YOUR TIME, AND NOT DELIVER! We spent 2 hours working with Jim to buy a couch. Credit where credit is due, he knows the products and is a dedicated sales professional who cares about making sure the customer chooses the right option for their needs. He said we would take delivery for a $2,000 couch on 4/5/2024. We paid (in full) for the item, plus taxes, warranty, and shipping on top of that. We were happy to do it. I wish I could end this review here and give Ashley 5 stars, but the past 2 weeks have been a train wreck with this order process. We get calls about delays in shipping, and then we had to call back to make sure they would actually deliver on time. Then they said they would honor the delivery time. We got texts the DAY BEFORE delivery stating that they would be able to deliver on time. Cool right? Today (day of delivery) we get a text saying they can't make it. Not a phone call. A freaking text. Yeah, wayyy less cool. Apparently, the owners/managers/goblins running this place don't know or care about customer service or keeping promises. We asked for our money back on the spot. But I can't get my time back. And I'm not talking about the two hours spent in the store, but about the 2 weeks waiting for delivery and the 8+ hours with people on the phone to get them to do what they said they would do. Save yourself the trouble and get your furniture somewhere else. I wish I had.

This was our first experience at an Ashley store. The in-store experience was fine. It was after the purchase had been completed that we were told we had to go to a warehouse 10 miles away to get our furniture. We had to wait over an hour to get our things, seemingly due to the understaffing at the warehouse. We won’t be going to Ashley again.

Ashley’s use to be my favorite furniture store. We have purchased a complete new house of furniture from this company but no more. I had just purchased a $2,300 sectional couch , picked it up and loved it in my home. Then 3 days later I purchased 2 abstract paintings went to pick them up the next day which is a 30 minute drive from the store and 59 minute drive from our home only to be told that our purchase was cancelled. After 35 minutes or so of backs and forth with a Cust Svc agent over the phone I finally got in touch with the store and after 30 minutes on hold and back and forth I was told that the order was cancelled because I owed money from a previous purchase of a couch which was done through a finance company progressive. I asked, well I do not owe you are progressive any money because I just started a new lease with them on some tires for my car so it could not be them. I asked for my money back they said they would not give it back that would have to be from the home office and that I cannot ever purchase anything from Ashley’s again. So I called my bank explained that I purchased an item from a store and have my receipt, the store cancelled this purchase and I have paperwork to show it and they are not refunding my money. My bank gave me my money back, are investigating Ashley’s business practice and I will never shop at Ashley’s furniture again. And will post this everywhere to make sure others will do the same…

The store closes at 8 and we were outside at 7:30, the old cotton hair gentleman came near the door and just made hand gestured at us that they were closed and signaling us “no” that was so disrespectful the least he could have done is open the door and let us know their policy or rules it’s not like we were going to run in as soon as he opened the door he clearly has no customer service skills or human decency who even does that? Definitely should not be working in customer service he clearly has no patience or energy to handle customers. Luckily Cesar did come open the door minutes after and explained to us that they lock the doors 30 mins before closing for security which is understandable and we appreciated him explaining that to us he was very helpful and informative all we needed was to go look at 1 couch in person and leave. Nevertheless that old man needs to get a different job

After mentioning twice that I just wanted to be left alone to look, one gentleman quite literally followed me around the store, telling me prices of things that I was reading these sales people are more annoying than mosquitoes, and they don’t listen. First, I want to say that my actual shopping experience and interaction with the show room was good. I would have rated it 4 stars. If I didn't consider the pick up process and experience. But since this is a WHOLE experience. I have to give a 1 star and I would love for Management to reach out to me. My husband went to the warehouse to pick up my purchase. After waiting some time he was informed that there had been another customer who had also purchased these items and they took too many boxes. They were bringing them back and for that reason my order couldn't be picked up. They attempted to have my husband come back another day. He refused because one he's a trucker and not in town everyday and two his time is valuable. 4 hours later the other customer brought back the items and the employee told my husband that the reason they took too many is because they are Mexican and can't read. I don't have to tell you how inappropriate that was and thank goodness at that time my son was in the truck and not beside his dad! This is not only unprofessional but also hints at an inventory control issue. How is it possible that someone accidentally takes units that they didn't pay for? This will be the absolute last time I ever do business with a company that not only allows racist behavior like this but poor accountability and overall horrible customer service. The wait due to business isn't an issue. The wait because of an error like this is unacceptable.

I am editing this review because i felt like I was hustled. First they made promises about delivery dates and those dates I was told were false. I got my items delivered a month later. Victoria, now she is nice but I felt pressured to finance. I went in and told her days prior I wanted to pay cash. She kept trying to convince me to finance. I refused. She suggested I just apply, but I refused and left because I was not ready to purchase at the moment. I go back to make my purchase and she is still insisting I apply. I told her I wanted to pay cash but eventually I was convinced because “no interest for 90 days” or something like that. So I said wTh Ill work OT and pay it off in payments. What I am pissed about is the fact that they didn't mention a huge fee for financing. I went into the portal ti pay my balance and I see a purchase fee of $131.00!!! This is not cool especially because I felt pressured to do the damn financing and look at me now smh. The whole process to even get the furniture is a joke. I am very disappointed in them.

Went to look at rugs at the store. Sales man ordered one for me online. When I picked up from the warehouse it was a completely different color. Tried to call the store to explain, receptionist said I can just go back to the warehouse and return it. I asked to return at the store so I could show them the comparison of the color so that they could see they are selling 2 different colors yet the description and color on the label is the same. Receptionist told me manager is not agreeing for me to return at the store. Called warehouse and they told me Ashley needs to approve return first. Told receptionist this and she said she will speak to the manager. Then she tells me it will take 24 hours for approval. I tell her I need to return the rug today and asked to speak to the manager. She said the manager is busy right now. I said I’ll hold, she said the manager is busy at the moment. I said I don’t care, I’m a customer, I want to speak to the manager. She hangs up on me… Called back, same receptionist, asked for manger to call me back. She said he will. 2 hours pass by and no call back. I call back and she said they are processing the 24 hour return and I need to wait for approval. I don’t usually shop at Ashley Furniture store as I know they have so many delays. After this experience, I will never shop at this store again. It’s so sad that a manger can’t step away for 5 mins to attend to a customer complaint since he’s too busy trying to make a sale. I guess it’s just all about the money lol If there was fan option for 0, that would be my rating.

I'm very disappointed. I was told my chair would be a rocking recliner, just like in the store. We got it home and it doesn't rock. In store, we were told they don't accept returns.

Very difficult to negotiate prices. I felt like I was at a used car lot. They have prices advertised but then say it was only a 1 day sale and try to get you to pay full price. They give you a contract real quick hoping you dont notice the price. Thankfully we had taken a picture of the price, showed them the screen shot, they honored it, finally after a manager got involved. What should have taken less than 30min took well over an hour, just like a car lot. They also like to push extended warranties too, be wary when dealing with the sales staff. The furniture is nice as long as you get a good price. VERY PUSHY!

I been a repetitive customer of Ashley. My mistake was that even knowing of the bad quality they were delivering to me. And the many times I didn't acept the merchandise because of the damage. I went back and bought again this 3rd time I spent just over 7k . Bought a tempur pedic king mattress. that Was defective. We were sinking to deep in it. Aurelia the sales lady. Mentioned that we were her 2 customer complaining about the same problem. Ashley exchanged for a different one. That is harder than a concrete bed. I call directly to tempur pedic. They said Ashley can do a 2nd exchange. And we asked Aurelia again and this time a manager was involved (johnnie) he said he was going to help us once he came back from a training in Texas. Now 3 months after. We are having back and shoulders problems. And never heard back from anyone of them. This in Ashley furniture store in Avondale AZ

Purchased a cabinet to put behind our sofa. Our sales associate, Ms Murphy, was very courteous and helpful. Five stars for her. Our cabinet has not been delivered yet so no comment there.

Mixed feelings. Furniture is okay. Service was great in the store. Needed to use our warranty 3 times this year and the company they contract with takes a long time. Weeks to a month to get tech out assuming you can get them on the phone. They track your claim pretty shabbily too. When they do show up, they then order the part (trusting they do because they didn't on one claim that is going on 3 months now)...they leave and then it's weeks for the part assuming it was ordered. Then you have to call them AGAIN. FEW MORE WEEKS...while we sit with broken furniture.

Another update: Received response email and they keep referring to this as an inconvenience. Giving out someone's personal information including home address is illegal, it is a huge safety and security risk. This is not the inconvenience of forgetting to give me a receipt. Went into the store to get cancelation confirmation as proof the order was canceled. Spoke to the manager on duty, Caesar who took ZERO responsibility. First, he blamed the finance company even after I showed him multiple times that it came from them and included their store logo at the top. The finance company would NEVER use their logo. His next scapegoat was hackers. Yes, hackers. He said with technology people can hack in and do this kind of stuff. A hacker is NOT going to hack a company's system to simply send out personal information to other customers l!! Seriously, hackers are in it to gain something and it is NOT to mix up emails. It disgusts me that this person is in charge of anything especially obtaining personal information about people. They printed out the cancelation and handed it to us. We asked for it to be emailed so we had an electronic copy to send to the finance company and when we received it, we found the worker sent it from HER PERSONAL email account!! So now, in her personal account she has our email address as well!!! No one and I do mean NO one is doing a darn thing about this. They are allowing this to continue on. I was told the regional manager was aware and would reach out to discuss this issue but nope, not one word from the regional manager either. Yes, we have filed this with various authorities including the BBB, attorney General and several other places. My next step is the local news media so more people can see what they are doing. Udate: Sent email to no avail. They ignore that as well and I submitted the proof that they did this!!!! Horrible customer service!!! A stranger reached out because she received an email for delivery confirmation of MY order. She provided me with a screenshot showing she had MY FULL information!!! Yes, FULL information including MY home address, name, phone number and confirmation number!!! No one and I do mean NO ONE wants to fix the issue/discuss this issue that THEY created.The safety concerns this brings up is BEYOND measure!!!!

Sales Person offered $25 gift card for trying a mattress. I spent 45 minutes with the salesman who had me try several mattresses. Ultimately they had the mattress I wanted but it was $600 less at Mattress firm. I received a photo copied paper with instructions on how to get the $25 gift card. It is a scam. I called the number on the paper and the associate says I need to go back to the store and speak to them because they didn't have my email in their system. SO glad I didn't purchase from this overpriced place. I purchased from mattress firm and saved $600 and also received a free adjustable base. I will not return to Ashley.

We wanted more information on a different mattress and he kept on mentioning that he couldn't show us anything different because my husband is a big (fat) guy and we would be back to buy a new mattress because his back would hurt and we would want to change it. I received a call from Ashley furniture on July 13th, 2023 in which i was told I had $760 of store credit available to use from when I purchased a dresser that arrived damaged in March 2021. I asked the delivery driver to refund the dresser back to my card but I guess they just held my money until now. If they had not called to tell me they would have just had the money for no reason and did not refund me when they should have. Very shady deal and I dont understand why no one told me at the store that I just had my refund sitting in their store instead of immediately being returned to the card I had on file. I was told by the furniture associate that there were MANY accounts like this and how they had to call others to inform them of the money they had which was never returned. Update: august 24, 2023 I asked for a chargeback to my original card but they refused stating ‘Ashley Furniture policy’ to refuse with anything other than a bank letter stating my old card is no longer in use despite my bank account still being open. It’s been a month and a half and still no resolution.

Amazing service better than what I expected. Luis was extremely exceptional definitely will recommend and come back for more projects.

Stopped by to cruise around the showroom in search of a sectional couch. From the moment I walked in, I could feel the salespeople staring. There were literally small groups of them hanging out around the store. Reminded me of walking through a bad neighborhood. Seemed very over staffed. They still employ the age-old haggle sales pattern where prices are listed high, but they can "see what they can do" to get the price lower. Very silly to me. I suggest skipping this store and head over to Living Spaces for a no drama shopping experience.

This place is run like a sleezy car dealership. The sales associates play around and make up prices when trying to sell furniture. They also keep yelling the word finance like that's the only way people can purchase furniture. Not sure who they deal with but using the term "purchase" is way better and professional. You don't go to a dealership and they right off the bat just start saying you are going lease the car. This store also lost a sell because a lady in the back that does the payment paperwork looked bothered to be doing their job and not at all professional in many respects. Besides the horrible sales experience, the quality of the furniture is horrible and over priced. Went to Living Spaces and Mor furniture and the experience is night and day. Better people and better furniture!

2 star for person actually helped me (felt like is he new and learning) before that, other person attended me but refused to sell reclining sofa without love seat stating store manger has gave instructions not to sell without love seat. Glad I ignored him and went to other rep (new one that I assume) he completely helped me sold the item. Also sales rep him self and I lifted the sofa to load in my rental van. No one else came to help. Not buying from this Ashley store again.

This only deserves 1 star. I bought a dining room set and buffet server in September. One of the dining room chairs leg was loose and when I called Customer Service I was told it wasn't covered and that I could just tighten the screw. Which we did. The screw would not stay tightened. I called again and was emailed the warranty explanation of what was and was not covered. So was told basically I'm out a chair. As much money as I spent on my dining room set I feel they should have replaced my chair. The chair is not broken the screws just won't stay in and i feel the chair is defective. So now instead of 6 chairs I can only use 5 of them. I would love that human resources or warranty reach out and take care of my issue and replace the chair. This would be a great customer service gester. I love my dining room set but can't use it in full and I don't feel I should have to purchase another chair.

I rarely give reviews- but Avondale Ashley deserves this one. Where do I begin? I WILL NEVER purchse through Ashly again because of the horrid service from Avondale Ashely and the Sales team. The first delivery was from a contracted company by Ashley- the driver showed up yelling at someone on the phone. The passenger delivery guy started to take our NEW furniture off the truck, did not use the lift gate, and pushed it to the filthy moving blanket on the street and to where the full-size sofa was on its side. Then the driver joined him; they unwrapped the sofa and set the new WHITE pillows unwrapped on the filthy moving blanket dirty from shoes and some asphalt marks. They damaged the accent cabinet because one guy was doing it alone and sliding to its side on the street. They damage the table top by the drill gun hitting it and taking a piece off. The sofa arm was filthy from the street. I called to have ALL the items picked up for a full refund. Mark, who sold me all my furniture- 9 pieces, called and asked how he could fix it- he had me speak to the Sales manager; they said I would get VIP treatment if I didn't cancel and let them reorder everything (hahahaha- thats a joke!) The second truck showed up with a broken accent cabinet and the wrong replacement sofa. I called Mark as he asked. From now on, he told me to call him and NOT customer support at Ashely Corporate; I did. I told him that contract delivery showed up again, they were confused about the exchanges, and that my husband and I were really unhappy to take time off work again for delivery. I told him my husband wanted to return everything, this was a massive error on their end, and Mark hung up on me. The second delivery team was 100% better than the last, and it was their professionalism and apologizing over and over after they heard and witnessed Mark- Avondale Sales Rep hanging up on me. My husband was furious. Finally, in the last delivery, they brought items I NEVER asked to exchange, and the driver told me I would not like the cabinet. He told his manager it was damaged and assembly was not done correctly. I did not get an accent cabinet- I found a beautiful one at Lazyboy. I should have bought everything elsewhere! Lesson learn! Angel at Avondale Ashley was the ONLY great, professional rep with tremendous customer service, but we will never go back or EVER recommend them. #ashleyfurniture #poorcustomerservice

I enjoyed my visit at Ashley, the people were helpful and there was a good selection of furniture. My complaint comes 2 years after my purchase. I purchased the extended warranty and tried to make a claim on two different occasions and both were denied. We purchased a sectional sofa and the cushion quality dropped way down after about a year, you sit on it and you literally go down to the wood frame. The warranty refused to replace the cushion. The cushion cover started fraying after 3 washings despite saying its machine washable, attempted to make a claim on that as well, again refused. I could be a happy customer, but I feel like they don't stand by their product's quality or the warranty they sell you! My wife and I are closing on a new construction home in May and we need to outfit a few rooms and purchase a new master bedroom set... We're honestly looking everywhere, except for Ashley because we believe if we buy a "problem" then we're just stuck with it.

Worst customer service!! I purchased my bedroom set here and when I picked up my night stand from the warehouse it was damaged. I called the store and told them what had happened. Angel a rep from the store helped me and told me someone would call me to complete my claim. I received the call was told I was able to do an even exchange at the warehouse. When I arrived at the warehouse I was told the store never completed my exchange and were not able to to do exchange. The rep at the warehouse saw i got my furniture at the Avondale location and said they always fail to follow through claims. They advised to call the store after being unsuccessful to retrieve my claim. I called the store just for Angel to tell me I would have to leave the warehouse and wait for them to call me because they resubmitted claim. I told him if we can expedite this he said he can but I still have to go home and wait for approval. And drive again. I asked if I speak to his manager just for him to tell me she was doing an interview. He had placed me on hold minutes before that to ask his manager about the expedite. So I believe his manager was just avoiding me. I was told I was going to get a call in 30min it's been close to 2 hours no call. This is ridiculous. At this point they should do a free delivery for my night stand for me to avoid the drive back to the warehouse. Since the drive from my house to the warehouse is 45min one way 45min back.

This is insane!! If you value your family's safety dont come here. Theres consistently a group of abou 6 grown men that look like vagabonds gambling midday on a wednesday. Obviously this business has no spine. If you park too close they walk up to you aggresively. Idk if theyre going to ask for a handout or mug people. I saw this happen to at least 1 vehicle.

Don't get the Furniture Protection Plan!! It's the biggest scam. I've had my couches for 2 years and there are tears on the fabric...called to file a claim and they said it won't cover it because I didn't report it within 30 days of the issue happening. I've been trying to contact someone for this issue for over a month and now they won't cover it.

It was good. Still waiting for the itemized receipt that was suppose to be emailed to me.

My grandma bought a mattress and foundation. They said it would be delivered in 3 days. The mattress was delivered and it was the wrong mattress. By speaking to an associate they said when they don't have the item they are told to just deliver an item they do have. We tried to call the store and the salesmans cell phone it took about a week to get someone on the phone. They said they would deliver the correct mattress. Another week went by and still nothing. We went back to the store several times the "manager" said they have to issue a credit and then we will get the mattress. There was an associate at the counter that said to the manager how can you tell them that when the return has not been processed. The manager scolded the associate in front of us. He was upset she said that statement in fron of us. Several days later we went back to the store and asked for the money back. They said they issued a credit. They have since pick up the incorrect mattress. The store said we would have the money back within 7 days. This was 14 days ago and still no money. I will be contacting the better business bureau as well as 3 on your side. This mattress is for an elderly family member and she has had too much headache. I have called the store several times. There is either no answer or when I speak with someone they say can I get the phone number associated with the purchase and get put on hold and no one ever answers again. Spend your money somewhere else. Not worth the headache. They are thieves, stealing money from an 80 year old woman. Horrible customer service, Horrible experience

We bought a 3 pc leather couch with 2 reclining end pieces. What was delivered were 1 middle piece and 2 open ended pieces with no arms. Sadly enough that is how it was written up. My wife spent all day on the phone with Ashley and couldn’t get anywhere. The store manager was supposed to call her back at least 2 times. He didn’t. We showed up at the store and SURPRISE the manager just stepped out. Now they say that we weren’t charged for the arm pieces. Isn’t it a part of the couch? Do yourselves a favor and for the love of God go anywhere else but Ashley furniture. Worst experience ever!

Over a year ago I bought a furniture set. Many companies were having stocking/delivery issues which I understood. I am disappointed at Ashley's lack of communication through the whole process. There were several issues with the furniture that did make it to my house. This took a year to finally fix. My biggest issue with Ashley's was the double dipping delivery charge. I paid all of my delivery fee upfront. Something, as I was told by the saleswoman, that was required to be paid in full on the day of sale. Months after that date I had an unauthorized delivery charge to my account. I was never notified of this charge. When I realized this charge occurred I made a dispute with Synchrony, Ashley's credit card company they use. They denied my claim and suggested I make a dispute with Ashley's. I called several times to speak with someone at Ashley's and I was finally able to submit a dispute/claim, but never heard back. A 2nd dispute with Synchony was also denied. I will never shop at Ashley's again. I'd rather spend my money at an honest company who won't steal from me like American Warehouse Furniture. Their delivery fee is astonishingly cheaper as well.

Even though states on their website they delivered my living room on 10/9/22 found the same one at Afw almost $500 cheaper, after going back and forth with the online customer service they send me to the store. The lady at the customer service was so kind and helpful, after she went to talk to the manager she told me they're going to match the price. The manager came and took a look and told me there's nothing that he can do because my furniture was already delivered it and its only 3 days after the delivery date that they can match prices. Seriously, what happened with the 30 day price match guarantee? I will never come back again

I was looking for a particular sectional and I wasn’t sure if they were going to have it. Erick Sánchez helped me find it. He looked at different prices of the sectional because I wasn’t sure if I wanted the floor model or a whole new set. However wit his helped it made it easier to make a decision. Ashley’s is not what they claim to be, they ran my credit got approval but keep pushing my delivery date back 3 times and can’t get an answer as to when my living room set will be delivered. Had to go to the store three times to find out and still no furniture, here we are in our first home and having to push back house warming twice and close to the holidays. This is supposed to be a Happy time in our lives turn out really upsetting. I thought Ashley was a credible place. If you don’t mind the run around or the wait on no furniture for 3 to 6 months then by all means order from them but you will not be happy with the service.. Very disappointed and upset customer 🤬😡😤😤!!!!

If I could give them zeros stars a million times I would. This is by far he worst furniture store in the world! it's crazy because they advertise beautiful furniture even set up nice in the store displays. However, almost every item is out of stock. The store reps state it will take 2 to 6 months at most but sometimes you can receive it earlier. That is a straight lie. I order a diner set, when the table and only some of the chairs arrived, the table had scuff marks on it. $5k and that's what I get. Mind you only a few of the chairs came. the other 2 end chairs didn't come till 3 months later. Currently I still await a console able, which I was suppose to received in April, 2022. I ordered this able in Dec, 2021. Ashley has pushed the delivery date out several times already. The table was suppose to arrive today 9/23/2022. I just received an email TODAY stating the delivery date has been pushed out to mid October, 2022. This is in sane They shouldn't have items on display that's not in stock. as of Dec, 2022 it will be going on a year, by this time I would have found something else. I feel this is company is a rip off and money hungry. They sell items that aren't in stock and don't know if the manufacture company is still making the items. If you are a person who doesn't mind waiting a year for a non customized item, more power to you! I will never buy anything else again from Ashley store, EVER!

Update December 22, 2022; Still waiting for the mirror support that connects the mirror to the dresser. The delivery team has delivered the mirror five times without the piece that allows you to connect the mirror to the dresser. On today's delivery same situation, but the delivery guy was rude. Once I checked the items that should have been delivered, the mirror still needed the support piece; therefore, I didn't accept the delivery since the order wasn't complete. He got offended, stating that I was telling him how to do his job because it was missing the support piece connecting to the dresser. Customer service is terrible; they need to train the employees better. They lie a lot about when the furniture will deliver, make false promises, and change dates. I bought some furniture in March, and I received them in September. It has been a horrible experience and stress. I will not buy anything for Ashley Furniture again. America Furniture is better when it comes to delivery and customer service. The delivery person installed my daughter's dresser with the screws that came out, and this is NOT SAFE for my daughter. I am requesting to find the correct part to install the mirror as it is supposed to.

I so regret “upgrading” our sofas with Ashley’s furniture. I have only had my sofa set for 3 weeks and already have issues. My recliner squeaks every time someone sits down. My other sofa stop working. Now its stuck in the fully extended position. I am so irritated with customer service. Seems like the sale is done and no one wants to help. Earliest appointment to have a tech out is two weeks from now. So Im stuck with defective really expensive sofas for now. What a horrible experience for a first time customer!

Worst furniture store you could visit. They will sell you items that are not in stock, give you a date when it will arrive, change the date without informing you, cancel a delivery on the delivery date because they misplaced it, tell you no its already after 1PM so delivery is impossible for said failed delivery. They will charge you for the items, and if you manage to have some of the items returned for damage or unsatisfactory products, they will make you wait for a refund, give excuses why you haven't got your refund, fail to inform you about your refund, procrastinate about giving you your refund, all while their bank will continue charging you months after the items have been returned. This store is one huge legal liability and the managers are just scummy. Avoid this store at all costs. After waiting 2 months for the bill to go away and be refunded, I was informed that they didn't bother processing anything and told me to wait 2 more months. I've been in contact with the store the whole time. Management there are not there to help you at all. This is an absolute failure on their part as usual.

After days of searching elsewhere, Evelyn helped me and my husband find the perfect dining table set. Her customer service, intuition, and helpful touch is what sealed the deal and made us feel comfortable and confident in our purchase. Evelyn, we can’t thank you enough!!!

I ordered an ENTIRE bedroom set. The bed was delivered, on 8/17 (the day we arrived) damaged. We asked if they could do an even swap once the newly ordered bed was ready for delivery so that we'd have someplace to sleep. We were told someone would be in touch within 24-48hrs... NO CALL! Today the dresser and 2 night stands were delivered... DAMAGED! Same "song and dance"... someone will call you in 24-48hrs. I have yet to hear from anyone. Waiting for a return call from corporate. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN! I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Federal Trade Commission. Headed to social media next. When I spend money, I expect to be a satisfied customer! A little advice, Ashley, if furniture is damaged coming from your warehouse, rectify the situation immediately, refund the customers money, or both!

This was the first and only time we will ever purchase something at Ashley Furniture. It was the worst buying experience of our lives. We purchased a bedroom set in December of last year. We were told we'd have it in 6 weeks. That came and went and each month we were given a new delivery date that was not met. We finally received the furniture 7 months later only for the bed to be broken. When they delivered a new bed a week later, it was missing hardware and we were told it would be another month to get the hardware so they could put the bed together. By that point, we were fed up and started the return process. We were told we'd have our money back in 3-5 business days and again, it took several follow ups to finally get our money back a month later. At every point in the process and missed delivery date, we had to follow up with someone to try to get an update and, most of the time, they never answer the phone at the store. No one cared, no one ever apologized. Everything that could go wrong did. We will never be back.

I do not recommend Ashley furniture, I received a broken leg of a dinning set and it's been over a month and no one has done anything to get me a replacement. I had an issue with an item I bought at American warehouse furniture and they made it right within one week. I still have not heard anything from Ashley. I highly recommend American warehouse furniture for their customer service, prices and the much much bigger selection.

First time Ashley customer, last time customer. We paid for delivery and set up only to be told that after paying it wasn't available. Switched to pick up and they failed to tell us that the warehouse is in Phoenix. Went to pick up, was told half the order was shipped. Spent over 35 minutes on the phone with customer service finally got the tracking number. Went into the store for help they said there was nothing they could do. Was supposed to get 10% back on a visa gift card, nothing on that. So we have half the furniture we bought.. We've gotten no help and to say that we have buyers regret is such an understatement. Save yourself the trouble and go literally anywhere else.

My lady and I purchased a mattress on 7/10/22 it's been almost 2 weeks and we haven't received it and the "schedule " delivery day was 7/16 they keep changing the delivery date definitely not buy anything there ever again.

If I could give this store a zero star rating I would. I purchased this table and it was on backorder for 6 months. Then then the first table that was delivered the people stripped the screws, second table damaged, third table and the leaf is already separated and falling apart as you can see in the pictures. This table is only 2 months old. Unacceptable. Contacted store and all they care about is a 5 year warranty that covers it and they don't care about the quality of their products. Customer service is pathetic to say the least. They don't care about standing behind their product, they are always short staffed and don't care about the customer.bThe quality of workmanship in their products is unacceptable. Don't ever use their third party vendor as he is the one who stripped the screws in the first table to the point where they fell out. All this store cares about is making a sale and commission and after that forget it they are done with you and have moved on. Customer service goes a long way, but there is none of that here. Don't buy anything from this store run away as far as you can. They want the technician to put a band aide fix with some glue on it so they can resell. Not acceptable. They still owe me a refund from 2 months ago to my credit card. Never happened. Call the store and the store manager is never there. Don't know if all Ashley stores are this way but this one is horrible. Customer service and store don't care about customer satisfaction. Well that goes a long way enough said on that subject.

NEVER SHOP HERE! Went in with my wife and baby on July 14 2022 at around 420pm to shop for a sectional. Right away we noticed all the employees sitting together on the furniture and looking bored. Even though we had already said hello as we walked in the older lady who decided to help us asked if we spoke English and we said yes. I gave her my budget and she said they didn't have anything for a sectional within that price but she would show us around anyway. So as we walked around and clearly saw how expensive the sectionals were she tried to sell us on the zero percent financing. As we discussed the prices I had mentioned to her again that it was too expensive for us and that we usually pay cash and I had mentioned that even though it's zero percent interest that the interest is probably built into the price. She got offended and decided to mock me and she said "I didn't know that's the way it works, I should share that with other customers". She was clearly mocking me and so i said "I'm leaving now" and we left . At no point did she try to get me a deal, show me something within our price range or explain how they come about their prices. I left feeling insulated and my wife was embarrassed by the whole ordeal. I will NEVER recommend that anyone shop here based on the employees bad attitudes and poor customer service.

Ashley’s furniture sucks! What was supposed to be 6 week delivery turned out to be 2 month wait, they still tried pushing my order out 2 more months.. I ended up cancelling! Do not go here! Also employees are dishonest!

Oh so many issues in so little time. Purchased furniture approx a month ago. Got a full livingroom set, and a dining room set. Just over $4,000. One of the living room peices came in broke, still haven't got a call from a tech that they promised would call several times. Nope still nothing. Oh yeah they also didn't add in my end tables or coffee table to the order and fudged up everything there. I had to reorder them, and they fought me on a discount since I had to waste more time with them figuring that out. So another $270 out of my pocket. 2 weeks ago I ordered the end tables with a promise of a call/email with any updates by the fourth of July along with my dining set that has yet to arrive. Their communication skills is that of a 4 year old, and yet I heard a manager complain that no one wants to work and he has to wait for people to work the back office to figure anything out. (Apparently their backoffice only has one person working there but the sales staff lack any effort to work from what I've seen as well, only to sell. Maybe they should cross train the sales staff, since last few times I was in there they just sat in a circle talking about nothing).

I’ve been to Ashley’s Furniture many times at different locations and my experience this time was was far better then any other. The reason was a special young woman named Evelyn Palos who not only made the visit pleasant but made friends. I own a business myself and the most important thing I try to impress upon my management is to develop relationships and if they do everything else will follow. This is something that seemed to be natural for Evelyn. So not only did I buy a table and chairs today, I made a friend, which I will remember more then the purchase. Well if you like a company that can't deliver then Ashley Furniture especially the employees at this Dysart location would be a perfect fit. Went in on Tuesday to use the coupon that came with my Ashely furniture card and was blindly optimistic. We picked out a pair of bar stools, and opted to pick them up from Ashley Warehouse in Phoenix. We waited about 2 hours, where they tried to give us the wrong bar stools and then searched the entire warehouse only to tell us that they had none. On our way back to the store the warehouse called and told us that the bar stools we ordered were discontinued. We went back to the store where we were told that these items were in fact in stock (20 in the warehouse). Erick promised delivery on Thursday, we were skeptical but they assured us that they were going to deliver the items. They even promised to keep an eye on the order and call if there were any issues. Wednesday rolls around and I had not heard anything, so called the store. When I talked to the Store Manager (Cesar) he said they do not do next day delivery, that Erick had made a mistake. He assured me that they were going to be delivered today -- I made the mistake of believing them again (shame on me). He even promised that he would remember me and when I came in next I could get the Managers Discount or a gift card. Well, today everything looked like it was going to happen. Until I get a call saying my delivery is 4 minutes out, and then after 20 minutes nothing happens and I can't find any tracking. I called and get told the items were not on the truck because they were in fact discontinued. So once again I call the store, and talk to Cesar, who assures me that they can deliver the items tomorrow -- contradicting his "we don't do next day deliveries". I let then look into the issue, and waited for a call that they promised. Finally, after almost 2 hours I decide to just go to the store -- I will never know if these bar stools are actually in stock because we were fed up with excuses. It seems there is a SERIOUS lack of communication and accurate inventory information. So here I sit, not on my bar stools writing this review with a hope to save one person (or more) from the headache that is Ashley Furniture on Dysart. If I did not already invest a couple thousand dollars on Ashely Furniture products, I would cancel my card and go to a company that actually cared. Don't make my mistake.... Please. Update: They did not cancel my order, so now I have to waste even more time on hold with customer service. This whole process is absurd, strong possibility we will never shop with Ashely Furniture again.

Still waiting on my furniture I ordered 3 months ago. Every time I call to check the status the give me a different delivery date.

Will never shop here again went here in January and purchased two items worth over 2000$ and they told me it would be ready for pick up in two weeks called them they said next month again next month again next month its been 6 months and nothing maybe next month or NEVER ever again was so disappointed I ended up getting my money back and will never go there again.

I order furniture 3 months ago and still have not got my complete order. Part of my couch and my king size bed is still have not been delivered. Every time I try to contact them I get a different answer about when my furniture is going to be delivered. Don’t waste your time with this company. They are no longer a reputable furniture store. Update: I reached out to the person who responded to this review. The said they moved up my order shipment to the warehouse to 6/4. I called the store and got the automated system. It told me I was number 287 inline, I figure it must be a mistake so I call back, now I was was number 291! I had to called back and tried to reach somebody in a different department. I finally got a hold of some one and they told me my order now isn’t coming until August!!! It went from it will be here in mid June to July and now August!! I order this furniture in the beginning of March!! Six months, we have been sleeping on the floor ( mattress is on a very squeaky box frame the sent us so we had to get grid of it). The rep that told me she had moved up my shipment date has not replied to any emails. So I say again don’t waste your money here. Go to another company, ones that at least deliver when they say they will.

Do not get your furniture here I promise you for the money you pay you’ll get better service and better furniture else where.

They promise I’ll get my furniture in 2 different days (if it wasn’t one day it was another) but no call, email or nothing try to call, was on hold for 45 minutes, so decided to go to the store, we canceled and when we canceled, the manager said they had it in the warehouse that they would deliver it to me and on Saturday but NOPE I was already disappointed from another Ashley store that they did the same thing. I give the chance to 2 different stores and they’re the same thing, PROMISE BUT THEY DON’T WANT MY BUSINESS.

The absolute worst experience from Ashley Furniture. I will never purchase from this establishment again or recommend it to anyone. I would say go to American Furniture, Living Spaces, or a mom and pop shop. We bought a new build home so naturally we wanted brand new furniture including mattress, bedroom set, dining set, couches, and coffee table set. We purchased everything Black Friday weekend 2021 and still over 6 months later, we don’t have everything. We were lucky enough to have our mattress and couch the day we moved in. Just last week, we had our coffee tables and 4 bar stools, and headboard/footboard delivered. I was told by 3 different customer service reps that the side panels, our counter table, and bench were all in warehouse and would be delivered this week. Fast forward to today, In store rep told me everything left is not in warehouse and is out until 6/20. I tried speaking to another rep and asked to be transferred to supervisor a few times until she stopped refusing. Poor customer service, poor communication, and no one from their chat to phone rep, and in store rep are on the same page. If I could rate it less than one star, I would.

I was very happy with the service I received at Ashley’s furniture store in Avondale. The representatives were kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend this store to family and friends.

Is very sad how a manager can't help a customer. Instead they get mad at you and higher their voice. Yes every one know is a shortage every where but if this company doesn't know when they will get their next shipment then why keep selling. People buy furniture because they need asap not a year later. The manager that help me had tattoos in his arms looks like he just got a new one. Just trying to describe the person because I can't remember his name. But he was very rude and doesn't listen of what we try to tell him. Definitely I will never purchase again with Ashley's

I went to the Ashley on Dysart looking to buy a space saving dinette set. They had exactly what i wanted. The sales rep. was knowledgeable about the product and help me to determine whether the table was too big or too small from pictures i showed him. Got the sales done in under 30 mins. Outdoor furniture was setup wrong and damaged. only given the run around we only want To return everything for a full refund

The store itself is fine. I understand we’re in a shipping shortage but I’ve been waiting for the last bit of furniture for months! I purchased my bedroom set in September and it’s now April and my chest of drawers still has no ETA.

I will NEVER return to another Ashley Furniture again. Furniture was damaged and defective out of the box and my warranty I purchased for an extra $140 won’t cover it and I was told to go to the manufacturer. When I called the store, I told them I want my money back for the warranty since it didn’t cover the water damage, chipping, and the footboard chests do not open correctly, I was told the store manager would call me. He did not and I will NEVER go back to an Ashley. Sad because I spent $6000 at a terrible company who doesn’t care about their customers.

We purchased some bedroom furniture last November I believe and 3 stools . The bedroom furniture was ok but the stools were missing screws on all 3 of them one of them was actually missing all of the screws and when my husband called Jose Garcia which was our sales person he gave him the run around on helping us. My husband has called customer service they asked for pictures my husband sent them and here we are 2 to 4 months later and still waiting for someone to contact us. I know exactly how salesperson are once they make there sale they can careless about what happens once you go out that door. This was our first time at Ashly furniture and our last time also with this experience who would want to do business with you. It’s unfortunate that such a big company like you can give your customers satisfaction. You have lost a customer and we are in the need of couches but we will take our business to another company we’re maybe we can get that satisfaction guarantee.

A dining set was delivered, wrapped in plastic. They prefer it remain wrapped until delivered, so that no chips or dings occur prior. However, once they entered my home and unwrapped the table there was a huge chip in it. I expressed a disinterest in the broken item. They never attempted to stop assembling it, but continued as if chips are OK. They did call in a claim, told me to reach out to my salesperson, and then proceeded to leave. The claim person arrived a week later and informed me that this will be my first claim and I should have denied the furniture prior to it entering my home. He then asked if my google nest was recording him. I said, "yes, it records everything." He asked me to unplug it and move it to an different room because he does not consent to being recorded. So, this is when I realized that a stranger twice my size is urging me to remove my security system. I kindly refused, so he begrudgingly refused and left. Who doesn't have these devices in there homes these days? Plus, there isn't any policy or information sent to customers prior saying to turn off all security in your home for a repair technician.

Received damaged item and was told to call my salesperson, Mark. Mind you, Mark provided his cell number and promised he will do everything to make sure I get my item quickly and safely. But once it was delivered he informed me: A. "This is my call phone you're calling. You should be calling the store." B. "The item is already in your home, right? Well, you'd have to come into the store and speak with a manager." The store is 17 miles away from my home, which made no common sense. Instead or providing customer service and/or having a manager call me, he preferred I handle it myself. I then suggested they have a manager call me rather than have me drive there. He obliged, but after I pushed the matter. He basically ghosted me after getting his sale.

The delivery person hit my vehicle when carrying the item I purchased. This was all while one vehicle was parked in a dual spaced driveway. The delivery person claimed it never happed, even when shown on camera. I informed the store manager, Jesus, and was blown off because the deluver person was contracted through a third party. No offer to investigate or relay the complaint.

I made my purchase on Black Friday and they did mention that a lot of things that I liked were back ordered and since it’s our first home and we had no furniture we decided to go for items that were in stock. They said they would get them delivered and installed no later then 6 weeks from purchase date and here we are 16 weeks later with no furniture. They told me to expect 4-8 weeks more and it’s not guaranteed. I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase.

Very expensive products and very confusing way to price and market their stuff. They want you to think that you are saving money but it's just a confusing gimmick.

THIS MATTRESS IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE and we have not had any satisfactory response from Ashley nor Beautyrest! We have been customers previously, but will now take our business elsewhere and we will tell our family and friends DO NOT SHOP HERE AND DO NOT BUY BEAUTYREST. We purchased a mattress from this store and have had extreme difficulty getting our issues resolved. We have had LESS than two months of ownership and only two nights of using this mattress in our Guest Bedroom. The mattress is sagging horribly in the middle and is very uncomfortable. We phoned and went into store to discuss replacing the mattress and they sent a technician out and he could also see it was faulty. However, we have not been able to get it replaced as we were told it was only because we removed the tags that are only able to be removed by the consumer. Expecting that it would be ok as it was a BEAUTYREST mattress we expected all would be perfect. IT WAS NOT!! As Senior Citizens, we feel completely taken advantage of and disregarded and disrespected as consumers!! Disgusting.

The selection and service was amazing! Our salesperson, Aurelia, was very patient, professional and extremely knowledgeable! She worked with us very closely and helped us get a great deal! We are Ashley customers for life!

Horrible service and worse follow up. Items on backorder for 3 plus months. That I understand, but when I try to talk to the people in the store they blew me off and acted like I was bothering them. Got my money back and will go somewhere else. Do not buy from this company.

We haven’t purchased from Ashley Furniture before and we will NEVER buy from them again!! Salesperson was GREAT and furniture was beautiful and that’s it!! We received damaged with bowed legs. Crew putting it together spoke zero English! I wasn’t going to accept and called the number for delivery problems, I was 188 on hold!!! Yes 188, good luck with that, I hung up! They took apart and put back together and now we have 1 bowed leg. They did not put leaf in per my request, what a mistake that was….it doesn’t fit!! I can’t barely get them to return emails and they want to repair instead of replace!! We just want all of our money back to go elsewhere. We even came back at a later date to order the server buffet. We don’t have our chairs and buffet is also on back order. If they can’t replace table just refund all $$!!!!!!!

The Sales Associate Jim was FANTASTIC! He allowed us to wander around and see what we wanted to see, WITHOUT being pushy or hanging on our elbows. We made our decisions, and then he made all the arrangements for purchase and delivery. Great personality, friendly, and knowledgeable of their products and pricing features / sales etc. the only reason we rated four rather than five is because the sales floor was too crowded and my wife struggled to navigate through everything with her powered wheel chair.

This is one of the worst stores I have ever purchased from. Buy a simple desk receive 3 different shipments all damaged. Spent 10 hours on phone to get resolved. Still trying to get our refund processed. Absolutely horrible. Would never recommend anyone to shop at this place. They do not know how to treat a customer. The worst experience ever.

He helped us find what we needed, explained the delays to us, and did not rush or follow us allowing us to feel relaxed and comfortable while shopping he was there to answer all of our questions. Walking in the front door your greeted with a $17,000.00 couch. I was ready to leave the store right away but I’m thankful we didn’t. We found a discontinued leather sectional for about $2,000.00 and met Cyrus, who was the warehouse lead I believe and he was incredibly kind and helpful. I would say it was a great experience, I just can’t bring myself to spend more then $3,000.00 on a couch. You really have to look to find a deal that doesn’t make your stomach hurt. Thank God for his favor today!

Based on this dumb experience I would not shop here again. Saw a picture online I wanted. It said it would take 5-6 days to ship so I called this store local to me and asked if they had it in stock. Guys says yes...I dont need to hold it, just come in and they will also match the online line price. I get there and a different guy at the front says no they don't have it... But I am welcome to walk around the store and look for it. So I did. I walked around the whole store that's laid out like a Pac-Man map and finally found it. Took it to the desk and then they say they cannot sell me this picture??? they have to order it  online.....no thanks I could have obviously done that myself. Things wrong with this: ¹) first guy on phone should have checked the tag color before telling me I could come there for it. ²) Was it really an impossible scenario to just sell me that one and order your own replacement online? I can't be that hot of a seller if you didn't even know you had it. ³) They kind of just stared at me awkwardly and offered no apology for their salesman's misinformation or an expedited order option or anything. So I just left it at the counter and walked out. There are plenty of other places to shop. No thanks Ashley. I hope someone had to walk around the whole store and figure out where to put it back. *rolls eyes*

Very bad service, I bought some furniture for the living room and bedroom and they gave me everything in parts, it took more than 3 months to make the last delivery, and when I just made the purchase they never told me that everything would take so long. zero recommendation since they are not punctual with deliveries apart from the fact that you have to wait a few months to get some things..

First of all no one greeted us as we walked in. Two employee were sitting on a couch. We continued walked around then we see a bunch of employees sitting on the couches chatting nice! Well the guy we asked for help was trying to actually rip us off with deals what deals? They have items over priced and make you think they are having a sale yeah right. That’s the trick. Who’s the manager at this location seems like he or she can careless about customers. You guys have to many employees doing nothing. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I had an amazing experience! I went in with an idea of what I wanted and they had the perfect products there for me! Martin was such a great help and cannot thank him enough. He was able to give me great prices. I would definitely go back there again and recommend.

Our sales associate was excellent- excellent customer service.

The sales rep was helpful. Not pushy but there are so many sales people which I don't like. I prefer looking first and then asking someone when I am ready. Our order did not come when we were told it would and no call to let us know either way so we called and went online which was a joke. We had to go in to the store yesterday to confirm our order and see what happened with delivery. We were told to call the store direct next time, let it ring 5 x hang up and call again. I would be interested if that worked because calling directly did not when we didn't do this sequence. There was no explanation for the order not coming on the date it was supposed to. We spent that whole day waiting. We were given a new date so we shall see. I know there are employee shortages, etc and things are crazy. What I see is a lot of employees in the store going for sales but the rest of the process is lacking. I hope this week goes well and we like the furniture set.

All they do is Mark the prices all the way up and then tell you that there is a deal of the century going on. I left here and went to living spaces. They have the same exact couch no discount 1900 bucks. Ashley's was charging $3,899 for the same exact couch. This goes for everything here it is outrageous and feels like you walked onto a car lot

We have been walking through several different furniture stores and Ashley's Furniture seems to be a few dollars more than all the other ones.

Martin the young man who helped us with our purchase of mattress and box springs was very pleasant to deal with he was very professional and knowledgeable about what we were looking for we would ask for him any time we need anything from this store

Elizabeth Sterling was our sales associate and she was amazing. I felt like she gave us our space as we walked around to see what we liked, and than we sparked a conversation with her and we went from there. Felt like our furniture purchase was again a great experience.

Bought a shelf, Mark seemed in a hurry and was not friendly. When they delivered it, it was put together wrong and bent so the shelves won't fit. 2 weeks later and they haven't fixed it.

Rude sales associate, poor customer service.

My experience with Victoria was excellent. It seems like there are too many staff members on as many of them are sitting on furniture together just playing on their phones. Everywhere I looked I'd see another employee with sitting down staring at their phones. Happy I met Victoria first, she was courteous and very helpful.

Erick Sanchez is the most professional and kind sales associate I have ever come across. He went above and beyond and was so smart with his recommendations. Made my day! I believe he is such as asset to his company! Thanks again!

Almost 3 months since I bought here and supposedly the wait was a month and it still does not arrive, first they told me a date between and then another, I missed my job to wait for what I bought and nothing and now they gave me another date

The delivery service sucks!!! Came early before confirmed delivery window of 3:15-6:15pm. Called to get them back out today and the team is done for the day. WHAT???? 3rd time to get this item delivered this week and still time in my window and they are done???? Poor service Ashley! Never again!!!!

The worse service ever. I spent 2 hours at their store. I only bought a King size bed and barstools. When I first entered the store, I asked for a sales associate that had helped me a few days prior. The current sales associate quickly told me that he was not available and hurried to assist me. I went in the store with pictures of what I already wanted...plus the previous sales associate had already made a cart (online) for me. I told the sales associate that I saw the furniture online and wanted to price match. She proceeds to go and ask her manager for approval on the price match. Ok...that's fine but why does it take 15 to 20 mins to get the approval and/or override? Oh thats right, the manager and other employees are busy talking about whatever instead of assisting the customer. So moving on...the sales associate goes over paperwork of my order. She added on furniture protection without getting my final confirmation! So immediately i tell her that we did not discuss furniture protection and she needs to remove it. After being in the store for 2 hours, not once did the manager nor the sales associate say "thank you for shopping here", "have a good evening" or nothing. The manager is rude and very disengaged. Today I tried to call the store and the phone rings and rings. Another phone number that was provided was to someone's personal cell. I refuse to do business at this Ashley Homestore again. Oh and the sales associate is Victoria. Please do better with your customer service.

I have contacted the company. Supposed to get a replacement part del to my house so i can set up a time to have a tech come fix this, hmmmm, can they fix this? That was the first e mail after the bs i was given on the phone be janet the customer service rep, rude! I know from the following emails that they are not going to fix anything. I know this from working for the company that finances ashley. Number one complaint, do not fix broken items. Hmm interesting. I'm done, I'll pay it off and warn everyone about my experience with your company.

Our experience at Ashley HomeStore was great! Elizabeth helped us choose and guide us into purchasing our brand new kitchen table. Elizabeth did an awesome job handling the paper work and providing a kind and professional experience. However, when it came time to pay cash for the table, the financial cashier stated she "did not have change for me". This was odd due to the fact Ashley Furniture was doing a discount time period where if you paid cash, you would get 50% the item you were purchasing. Eventually, a manager stepped in and provided me with the correct change, although they were all in multiples of mostly 1 and 5 dollar bills. This experience would have been 5/5 but due to the sour taste left in my mouth after 10 minutes of trying to find change for me, 4/5.
