Nice selection of furniture. The staff was warm and helpful. we ultimately purchased a love seat, and it was delivered within a week. Most places are delivering as late as several months.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at your Avondale store. Sales person Jim Warbritton was very professional and patient as we were very demanding with what we wanted. It was a great experience and no pressure sale.

Our experience at Ashley HomeStore was great! Elizabeth helped us choose and guide us into purchasing our brand new kitchen table. Elizabeth did an awesome job handling the paper work and providing a kind and professional experience. However, when it came time to pay cash for the table, the financial cashier stated she "did not have change for me". This was odd due to the fact Ashley Furniture was doing a discount time period where if you paid cash, you would get 50% the item you were purchasing. Eventually, a manager stepped in and provided me with the correct change, although they were all in multiples of mostly 1 and 5 dollar bills. This experience would have been 5/5 but due to the sour taste left in my mouth after 10 minutes of trying to find change for me, 4/5.

The sales representative was excellent, she was knowledgeable and helpful. The downside was the delivery date was supposed to be Aug 2nd before my mom's birthday and I was notified a week later that it wouldn't be delivered until August 13th after my mom's birthday.

The worse service ever. I spent 2 hours at their store. I only bought a King size bed and barstools. When I first entered the store, I asked for a sales associate that had helped me a few days prior. The current sales associate quickly told me that he was not available and hurried to assist me. I went in the store with pictures of what I already wanted...plus the previous sales associate had already made a cart (online) for me. I told the sales associate that I saw the furniture online and wanted to price match. She proceeds to go and ask her manager for approval on the price match. Ok...that's fine but why does it take 15 to 20 mins to get the approval and/or override? Oh thats right, the manager and other employees are busy talking about whatever instead of assisting the customer. So moving on...the sales associate goes over paperwork of my order. She added on furniture protection without getting my final confirmation! So immediately i tell her that we did not discuss furniture protection and she needs to remove it. After being in the store for 2 hours, not once did the manager nor the sales associate say "thank you for shopping here", "have a good evening" or nothing. The manager is rude and very disengaged. Today I tried to call the store and the phone rings and rings. Another phone number that was provided was to someone's personal cell. I refuse to do business at this Ashley Homestore again. Oh and the sales associate is Victoria. Please do better with your customer service.

Almost 3 months since I bought here and supposedly the wait was a month and it still does not arrive, first they told me a date between and then another, I missed my job to wait for what I bought and nothing and now they gave me another date

The delivery service sucks!!! Came early before confirmed delivery window of 3:15-6:15pm. Called to get them back out today and the team is done for the day. WHAT???? 3rd time to get this item delivered this week and still time in my window and they are done???? Poor service Ashley! Never again!!!!

I have contacted the company. Supposed to get a replacement part del to my house so i can set up a time to have a tech come fix this, hmmmm, can they fix this? That was the first e mail after the bs i was given on the phone be janet the customer service rep, rude! I know from the following emails that they are not going to fix anything. I know this from working for the company that finances ashley. Number one complaint, do not fix broken items. Hmm interesting. I'm done, I'll pay it off and warn everyone about my experience with your company.

Updated review: I have never had such a negative experience spending thousands of dollars in my life. Ashley customer service is bar none the worst in the industry. 1.5+ hour hold times for someone to tell me nothing more than I already knew, and a snotty attitude to boot. Repeatedly my furniture arrived broken. After acknowledging this, and noticing my frustration, the in house delivery employees left with no notice and no follow up, causing me to wait for their industry worst customer service. This happened twice. Prices aren't on the low end for particle board furniture either

We went there to get a living room set and were told that it would be delivered on Tuesday and the day before we got a call that it’s not going to be there until September! Watch out if they tell you something is only gonna take a week, because everyone is out about 8 weeks!

horrible customer service at both this store and corporate Ashley. ordered furniture, charged to our credit card, called multiple times to get a receipt, they say they will send an email and they don't, am on hold forever. Terrible experience. no accountability

I got the 5 year warranty for a reclining sofa, I called to make a claim for stitching coming out and the leather reaping due to wear and tear from the elbows on the arm rest. GBS is their 3th party and they said that it wasn't covered under the warranty. That they didn't fix those type of damages. Then what is the point of paying for the 5 year protection plan?
