I purchased a mattress, and a bedroom set from Ashley's I love it the staff was wonderful, delivery was most impressive, they were on time, very professional, they set everything up they were very neat and on time. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Customer service was excellent, and the store assistant provided suggestions that helped me choose the right furniture without pushing any particular model or price. Delivery went well, with plenty of notification and all in all, everything went smoothly.

I went in to buy a bed this evening and knew exactly what I wanted and what I wanted to spend. A gentleman named Evan Smith helped me and it was the quickest, most pleasant furniture buying experience. No "back-n-forth".. his manager came over and we made a deal immediately and I was out within 40 min. Will definitely be going back here again!! Amazing experience 👌🏻

Our rep's name was Jorge Garcia! He was seriously one of the best "sales reps" we've ever encountered. He made the experience what it was, honestly. We went to that location first and looked around with Jorge but didn't buy anything. Then we went to Chandler store and looked around. It wasn't the same and so we called Jorge up and told him we were coming back and we did! We went in for a sectional and left with an entire living room package plus a tempur pedic bed with adjustable base!! If you go inside, ask for Jorge and he will take great care of you!
Isaac was an excellent salesman..He was nice, honest and made sure I received everything I wanted, even a credit increase! Carlos, manager, worked with Isaac to ensure I was a happy customer! Great store hardworking and very friendly people. I will DEFINITELY recommend this location to others and will be a loyal customer..
We purchased a bed and dresser with delivery. I was a little disappointed they would not give me the information written down for the furniture when we stated we would think it over and make our decision. Reason given, we might use it to try and get the furniture cheaper somewhere else creating doubt if I was getting a good deal. I did purchase the items the next day and have been very pleased with them. Delivery service was on time, quick and extremely nice team, Great Job

Absolutely horrible! After waiting 3 weeks for my daughter's bed, the slats on the footboard did not line up. Was told a service tech can come out in 4 WEEKS to fix it. When I decided I wanted my money back, I was then told I have to deliver it back to the warehouse myself ( not to the store), or I can have it picked up for a fee (of course there's a fee!). My boyfriend fixed the problem, found out the grooves were cut in too long by 4 inches, that if I waited the 4 weeks for the service tech, it would have to be sent back, or he would've done the same thing my boyfriend did, which, he basically rigged it. A $650.00 bed that was pieced together like this probably could've been sold at Walmart for hundreds cheaper and I wouldn't have been so upset. NEVER again will I go here. My first AND last time. Clients told me not to go, but I did it anyway...I should've listened to them. You suck, Ashley Furniture!!!!!!!
They set my delivery date to 2020. Had to call them to have it setup for another weekend. After that the bed frame was cracked, headboard cracked, footboard chipped, couldn't be built because pieces were missing, and entertainment center was cracked and broken. They left half the unbuilt broken bed pieces in my bed room surrounding the mattress I'm sleeping on. My room is filled with wood, wood chips, metal slabs, and wood podiums all over with nothing that's actually useable. They only tell me to wait two to three days before they can do anything. They can't even tell me if the remaining pieces are in the state and how long I'll be stuck without a bed. To get a refund means they have to come out and get the unbuilt pieces and they would have to charge me for that. I would tell anyone buying from them to run away.... as fast as you can. Don't give them a dime because you'll regret it.
Well where do I start. I bought a bunk bed on 6/2 and they said it could be delivered 6/10. The bed came on 6/10, but when the delivery guys brought ALL the pieces in the bedroom they said they are missing the hardware and could not assemble it and would have to come back a few days later when they get the hardware from the warehouse and assemble it. When they did return they ended up finding the hardware in one of the drawers they already delivered. Guess it's too much trouble to look first. When I came home from work that night I noticed a long crack running along the side of the bed. After inspecting the bed a little closer I also noticed several pieces of the hardware screwed in about 1/4 in. past the face of the boards. It was where these screws were countersunk that cracks appeared alongside. There was even a hex wrench for the larger bolts, meaning that they should have been hand tightened, but most likely used by a drill as doing it by hand would not make it go into the wood a 1/4". It just looked like they rushed to get it put together with no regard for quality, going by the instructions, or using the correct tools. The delivery/assembly was just horrible. They even put in the bed slats with one of the slats cracked in the center. But that's just the start with Ashley. When I called and emailed customer service to address the problem they said that one of their "specialists" would be contacting us back within 48 hours. The following day, someone finally called back to check on how the delivery went, and we explained the problem. They said that they would be contacting us in another 48 hours to schedule an appointment for a "technician" to come out and look at the problem. Are they just stalling at this point so that we give up? After no callback after four days, I went to the store and they said that we would need to go through customer service. At least they were helpful and they re-submitted my claim to customer service saying we should be getting a callback after one day. Three days later I called customer service myself and they told me to take my problem to the store! I am just getting the runaround at this point, so I now went over everyone's head and contacted their corporate office. We will see how far this goes. Note to future furniture shoppers, DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST. Look at reviews, talk to friends/family, and most of all, DON'T GO TO ASHLEY! I should have went to Wal Mart.
Set up a delivery day, were told it was completely open, received a call saying the delivery would be the following day...No one bothered to notify us of the change, when we called we were told we had no other option, but a 100.00 gift card might help. NOPE!! Spent A LOT of money here and in my opinion they dropped the ball. We have plenty of other places to choose from, and we will. Don't feel we received a good deal on our new bed :(
The worst!! The furniture is beautiful but the delivery schedule coordinator needs to find a new job. This is the second time in 2 months that they don't show up that the time they scheduled us. The first time, I paid for delivery, so the store didn't charge me the second time delivery. I recommend you pick up your own furniture so you don't have to deal with this issue.
