the presentation of their products makes it very attractive, almost impossible to walk away without taking it home. our helper Aurora, was very pleasant knowledgeable and sweet.
Worst customer service!! I purchased my bedroom set here and when I picked up my night stand from the warehouse it was damaged. I called the store and told them what had happened. Angel a rep from the store helped me and told me someone would call me to complete my claim. I received the call was told I was able to do an even exchange at the warehouse. When I arrived at the warehouse I was told the store never completed my exchange and were not able to to do exchange. The rep at the warehouse saw i got my furniture at the Avondale location and said they always fail to follow through claims. They advised to call the store after being unsuccessful to retrieve my claim. I called the store just for Angel to tell me I would have to leave the warehouse and wait for them to call me because they resubmitted claim. I told him if we can expedite this he said he can but I still have to go home and wait for approval. And drive again. I asked if I speak to his manager just for him to tell me she was doing an interview. He had placed me on hold minutes before that to ask his manager about the expedite. So I believe his manager was just avoiding me. I was told I was going to get a call in 30min it's been close to 2 hours no call. This is ridiculous. At this point they should do a free delivery for my night stand for me to avoid the drive back to the warehouse. Since the drive from my house to the warehouse is 45min one way 45min back.

This is insane!! If you value your family's safety dont come here. Theres consistently a group of abou 6 grown men that look like vagabonds gambling midday on a wednesday. Obviously this business has no spine. If you park too close they walk up to you aggresively. Idk if theyre going to ask for a handout or mug people. I saw this happen to at least 1 vehicle.
We were shopping for a new dining set. My husband had gone in earlier and looked. Yesterday I went in with him and we purchased a beautiful, functional dining room set. Jim was our salesperson, very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Can’t wait to have it delivered!!

Don't get the Furniture Protection Plan!! It's the biggest scam. I've had my couches for 2 years and there are tears on the fabric...called to file a claim and they said it won't cover it because I didn't report it within 30 days of the issue happening. I've been trying to contact someone for this issue for over a month and now they won't cover it.
Update December 22, 2022; Still waiting for the mirror support that connects the mirror to the dresser. The delivery team has delivered the mirror five times without the piece that allows you to connect the mirror to the dresser. On today's delivery same situation, but the delivery guy was rude. Once I checked the items that should have been delivered, the mirror still needed the support piece; therefore, I didn't accept the delivery since the order wasn't complete. He got offended, stating that I was telling him how to do his job because it was missing the support piece connecting to the dresser. Customer service is terrible; they need to train the employees better. They lie a lot about when the furniture will deliver, make false promises, and change dates. I bought some furniture in March, and I received them in September. It has been a horrible experience and stress. I will not buy anything for Ashley Furniture again. America Furniture is better when it comes to delivery and customer service. The delivery person installed my daughter's dresser with the screws that came out, and this is NOT SAFE for my daughter. I am requesting to find the correct part to install the mirror as it is supposed to.
