Initially, being a first time homeowner i was excited to begin purchasing furniture. My experience with Ashley furniture has ruined that. I established a line of credit with them for sofas, a leaf table, and living room table sets. The day I was picking up the leaf table we noticed one side of the removable parts were stuck, it was only removed after they brought a hammer and pried it off. The manager was no help, and gave me an ultimatum by saying "take it or leave it". It wasn't until another employee overheard the situation and offered to look in inventory, but even then as she tried to help out he tried to stop her. I asked for corporates number because on top of him being reluctant to help, he was giving me push back. When I called corporate apologized for the managers behavior offered to get a technician out to fix the table, i was told I would be notified when it was fixed. I was not notified that the table was unserviceable. It wasn't until I went in and asked that I was told. I canceled the rest of the order then and there. I wouldn't waste business here.

We have shopped at this location for years. Unfortunately it’s gone down hill. Once you make a purchase they could care less about helping you out. We were given many different delivery dates . When you call down to the store these girls answering phones could care less. Not one of them had a clue what was going on with our order. No one had the same information on our furniture or delivery date. And just forget about a call back. We will never purchase anything else from this store

This Ashley store didn't have furniture that I wanted, they were mostly generic and badly designed. On top of that, they said no returns are allowed, for furniture of all things. Their items are overpriced, the one in Tempe has a much wider selection.

We ordered several pieces of furniture. We were given different delivery dates with every person we spoke with. Spoke with customer service one time for almost an hour and called back 2 days later as no delivery window and told previous conversation was never logged so never happened. We were so frustrated and called to cancel order when we spoke with Javanni who researched our order and what had happened. He called us back and gave me specific dates when things would happen. He then even called us again and said he put all of our order on one shipment instead of many. He cared and really assisted us with all of the problems we had and did a top notch job as a manager of the store!!!

If you think you got a deal at Ashleys you are sadly mistaken. If you gave them a 5 star rating you are either a family member of an employee or were taken in by one of these sales peoples scams. Ashley used to be known for their quality. This is now not the case. I purchased a living room set from them. One day after the one year warranty one of the zippers holding the armrest stuffing zippers ripped wide open. I went in and discussed this with a manager and was told too bad since it was one day over the warranty. He and his staff was condescending and even refused to give any names of repair people or if I could pay to have it repaired with them. I will not shop here again. It has been a few years since I purchased and I have not been back in the store. Horrible customer service. I would recommend American Furniture Warehouse or Living Spaces over these clowns.

Customer service is unbelievably BAD!!! Called (3) times and no one picked up. Finally someone answered was immediately put on hold for over 30 minutes, then I gave up and hung up the phone

Don’t waste your time, go else where! I went into the store and a sales rep Alyssa “helped” us out. She was horrible. Waited 3+ hours just to make my purchase and to top it off she put all my information wrong. Also let’s not forget she charged me twice. I had to call in before my delivery date to see if my items were gonna get delivered the following day since I didn’t receive a confirmation call and only to find out Alyssa did not put down my correct phone number and now my delivery date has been moved to 8/24/20. Once again I’m calling the store since I have not received a confirmation call and now my delivery date has been moved to 8/29/20. No call was made to inform me that my date has been moved. Horrible costumer service! I wish I would have gone else where.

Horrible service. Order back ordered and we were not told. Waited all day for delivery, went down to the store and then they said it was back ordered for another 5 weeks. We had already waited 6 weeks for delivery.

I will never purchase from Ashelys Furniture again, their customer service is a joke, you can never get them to answer the phone, you leave a message & they don’t return your calls. The warehouse is even a bigger joke, I’ve waited 3 months to get the last piece of my sofa & I’m here at the warehouse now (been waiting for over an hour) & they’re so disorganized, They have no idea what they’re doing! I wish I would have read the reviews before hand! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY FOLKS!

If I could rate less than one star, I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM ASHLEY. Customer service is TERRIBLE, that is, IF you get ahold of someone. No one cares nor has information to provide. They say they will get you a manager, then don’t. They give you a delivery date and do not follow through making excuse after excuse. Never confirming your next delivery date, this company DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU.

WARNING!! Do not buy at the store. If you got approved for their credit you can order online without having to pay any money upfront for taxes and delivery fee. In fact you’ll get better pricing and longer terms. I agree with the other customers reviews the sales people at this store are nothing but old run down ex car sales man. I went their yesterday to place the order for my bed. Mind you I was there the night before so I already knew what I wanted. The sales person I talked to gave us the pricing and if approve we can finance for 12 months at $1,300 and $1,800 at 18 month financing. WELL let me tell you guys I got approved and order my bed online without having to deal with any of these SHADY people and got 18 month terms without having to pay higher price for the bed. So people please just use the showroom to see the furniture. You can apply for credit if you wish to use credit online as well as placing the orders. The sales people at the store will alter pricing, terms and make it seem you’ll getting a good deal when in reality you’re not.

Don’t buy from Ashley!!! Over two months waiting for one piece. The other arrived BROKEN! No one has responded to come out and fix it which the tech assured me would happen. You can’t get through to customer service, a recording says leave a message. Been to the store twice in Avondale, AZ and the “manager” who clearly had no training to be one said he would send an email. Wow thanks for your willingness to fix the problems and not OnCE did he say I’m sorry for your troubles 😡😡😡😡😡
