He was incredibly knowledgeable about the furniture, materials, and options available, and took the time to really understand what I was looking for instead of just trying to make a sale. He answered every question with confidence, explained differences between styles and quality levels, and helped me find pieces that fit both my space and my budget. I heard you guys ding my door a little and got my white couch dirty. I wasn't there during delivery but my daughter was.

Went in not really having any idea what to look for or what we wanted. Just kind of getting ideas, browsing getting a "feel" for the kind of space we wanted to create. Ari was incredibly helpful, very insightful and helped coming up with ideas for the perfect fit for our needs. Will be returning.

Walked in, unsure of what we wanted for a couch for our newly purchase home met Andrew at the door. He walked us through showed us. A handful of couches answered every single question we came up with moved a bunch of couches around to find a perfect fit for our home ended up finding one was super honest on a delivery came in on the same exact day. He predicted very professional, very knowledgeable. We are happy with our purchase. Would highly recommend Andrew to anyone

When I ordered a queen size bed frame over the phone, they never asked me if I wanted it put together. When it was delivered, they left the box with the frame inside the front door. I had to call for them to come and put it together. Then they left it on my patio after it was put together. They were about to leave my bedframe in the patio. I had to tell them to bring it in the house. They said they don’t do that. One of the drivers rolled his eyes and walked back to his truck. The other one brought it inside the house. But all this took a long time and I had to make several phone calls for them to bring it in the house and put it together. If you could buy your furniture somewhere else, I strongly suggest to do that. I have purchased many items from them and did not appreciate all the phone calls I had to make just for them to put a bedframe together and bring it in the house. Don’t buy from this furniture store. Oh I forgot to mention that I am disabled.

Big kudos to the wonderful staff at this store! Specifically Anthony, Ari, Gianna, Jordan, Joe, and Sean. Individual shout-outs by names are below... lengthy review but needs to be said: Our house would not be the beautiful home that it now is without the help of the talented, caring, competent, and professional team who supported us from start to finish in getting our furniture selected, ordered, delivered, and touched-up or exchanged when a piece was damaged during transit. We knew we were in good hands right from the start of our home makeover journey when Anthony helped build our initial order and was (very!) patient when we continued to add more items over the course of several hours in-store. He clarified everything and made sure it was exactly what we wanted before we completed the purchase. Ari was exceptional in guiding us towards accent pieces and design advice to ensure the entire look of the new furniture and decorative details would be pulled together in the end. Her recommendations were spot on for what our space needed. Gianni handled our many phone calls to the store in a most professional manner and always with a smile in her voice- she put us at ease and made sure we got our questions answered regarding any issues with the furniture. Last but not least: the delivery team of Jordan and Joe who were always friendly, polite, knowledgeable of the items, and hard workers in setting up and placing our furniture just where we wanted it. They were a delight to interact with and always made sure we were comfortable with the furniture's condition before heading to their next stop. If something wasn't right, they got the ball rolling to make it right by flagging for repair or replacement. Also a big thank you to Sean the delivery manager who also followed-through to be sure we got top-notch quality items from start to finish. Can't speak highly enough of each of these outstanding individuals who went above and beyond and treated me and my husband like valued family, and not "just another customer". 5 stars to the hard working team at the Bullhead City Ashley furniture store, and great selection of furniture on the showroom floor!

I Made purchases in September. Made 2nd purchase on October 25. Unhappy - 25% off sales flyer arrived 2 days after 2nd purchase. Went to store in person to see manager Sean October 30. He said he was going to see if they could honor flyer and would call me back the next morning. He never bothered to call me back. Good service for repeat customer, right?. No longer a future customer. UPDATE: Novemer 6 - Thank you Ashley for honoring the flyer. Sean got in touch with us after above post and after failing to help us this past week as promised. He immediately took care of the situation, apologied for dropping the ball and gave us the 25% credit on our chair purchased October 25. Appreciate when honesty prevails and good company values came through for us as a repeat customer. Linda & Ben.

My parents and I just went here to buy a bed and mattress with dresser. We were barely acknowledged when we walked in (by a young lady with two toned hair). The one man who did say hello to us later was the only one helping another person. The others were behind the desk playing on their phones. This was a very disappointing experience and now I'm left still hunting for furniture that I need.

I have purchased plenty of furniture from many places and I'm beyond impressed with the whole entire experience sales with Illiana was very low pressure but helpful we went in for a recliner but wound up purchasing a new sectional with an ottoman, the manager Sean made sure we got an amazing deal and the delivery team with Jordan and his partner (didn't get his name) were great!

We would like to give a huge shout out to Andrew for all his assistance in helping us select furniture for our new home. We bought living room sofas, a bedroom suite and various decorator items, all which beautifully complemented our decor. Andrew was extremely pleasant and helpful, and even arranged an exchange for a lamp. In addition, our sincere thanks to Ari for her suggestions and recommendation for a lovely canvas print that completed our fourth bedroom. Her vision for the room was exactly what we needed to put the finishing touches on the project. We will absolutely be shopping there again.

5 Star. I will visiting again. Had a great experience! All the staff were very respectful and nice to me. I went in and this young lady Arian went out of her way to design a couch for my wife and I. Very sweet young lady. I would absolutely talk to her again if I needed a new piece of decor for my house.

My experience at this Ashley store could not have been any better. The manager, Shawn, was able to help me get exactly what I needed in a short time frame by making phone calls and moving product around. He went above and beyond as if he was the CEO of the company. It’s hard to find employees and managers that care…this guy is a 10/10. Would recommend this Ashley location to everyone.

I just want to thank Store Manager Sean, Rena, Raymond and Gabriel for great customer service ! I came into the store a few times a couple of months ago to purchase a bed pillow. They were able to order the pillow I requested and notified me when it arrived. This was a small purchase (under $170) but I was treated so nicely by the above mentioned sales crew that I will be back when I need to furnish my house. Great job Sean and team !

I went to Ashley to just look around and get an idea of what I wanted for a rental that I am decorating and furnishing - and I had the great fortune to have Andrew as my sales associate. Honestly, I wasn't really looking to buy anything that day, but Andrew took the time to go over my goal, budget, time frame, etc., and he helped me find EXACTLY what I was looking for on the Ashley website. I walked out having purchased two beds, a couch, 2 recliners, an entertainment console with a fireplace insert, and a dining room set. Andrew took the time to listen, and he made great recommendations that aligned with my budget and my preferences. Andrew was knowledgeable, patient, and respectful (I had my 82-year old mother with me that day, she was also very impressed with his customer service). If you don't see what you want in the showroom, he'll help you find it! Thank you for a great experience.

Sean the Manager is totally awesome. He has helped us more than once on several items over the past years. We came in today Feb 14. As usual we were met by a new person. We were happy to see him there again in the bullhead store. He ran the numbers and as usual was s so helpful. Great manager and salesman! UPDATE. SEAN TRUJILLO contacted us after our review posted, long story short…he refunded our money and for that we appreciate it so Ashely made good on their promise to us. Sean went above and beyond he needs to own this store his demeanor is second to none Wow just wow you are being warned this place is unscrupulous they bait and switch you into buying something and when you decide it doesn’t fit in your house they won’t take it back let alone pick it up the store manager a male uneducated individual said he can come to my house and throw it over his back, unprofessional behavior all across the board illana was our sales rep she told us one thing the so called manager furniture guy posing as a manager but actually wasn’t guy says no every time you call it’s something different the heads over there are too busy having fun in the clouds of ignorance stay away form this place you have been warned this place is corrupt unprofessional and they have children trying to run it avoid this place at all costs.

If you need anything talk to Sean the Store Manager. Sean will go above and beyond for his customers to say the least, his customer service was over the top. I would only deal with him moving forward, couple things were out of his control but its how you fix them and let me tell you he fixed them. If it wasnt for him i would never go back! Such a great experience!! Recently me and my fiancé had just bought our first house, and we were searching everywhere to find the perfect furniture to go with it. I’m not very good at decorating, or big into Feng shui, so this was one of the hardest things I’ve had to do. Eventually a family member recommended Cory Hope at Ashley furniture, so I gave it a shot. First the store is amazing with a lot of options to choose from, which just made me more confused. When I met Cory he seemed very knowledgeable. My fiancé brought photos of the layout in our house and explained what we were looking for and right away Mr. Hope picked out some really nice furniture options that fit our ideal floor plan. In the end we got exactly what we wanted and had a great experience.

I really wish I would’ve read the reviews before coming in. Ryan really made me not want to come back EVER! Seriously Ashley’s do better with this one. Nobody wants a salesperson following them around the entire time and pressing them into buying furniture. Also good luck getting a word in around this guy he will just talk over you and act like he knows everything.

I will never ever buy from Ashley's again. I had terrible issues concerning the king sized bed frame I purchased and it took months to rectify. Ashley's only took action after the threat of going to the local News station. Next major issue: the loveseat I purchased within the last year is literally falling apart. The seat cushions no longer offer any support and the fabric is all bunched up. Additionally the fabric is pulling apart, it now looks like a spider web with strings hanging everywhere. I shouldn't have to give my furniture a haircut. I learned that Ashley's only sells cheap press board, cheaper fabrics. Never again.

Ordered Bed from there .We paid cash Sales man told us we get bed and mattress in 10 . after calling the store was told it' takes 2 to 6 weeks .I asked the customer service I did not know that I was told when we initial on Receipt it says it will take 6 to 8 weeks which they should have circled to be notified .Be care full REPORTING TO CONSUMER FINANCIAL PROTECTION BUREAU Foot misleading customers

On 1/23/24 at 8:45am I Pulled out on highway 95 in fort mohave and observed there delivery truck going in and out of traffic like it was a sports car. I held my lane all the to there parking lot and we both arrived at the same time. The only difference is the box truck put other drivers in danger because of his wreckless driving. Teach drivers the smith system.

We went to Ashley Furniture in Bullhead City to look at a living room set. We met with salesman Cory who was very professional and polite. He was patient with us as we looked at a variety of sofas. Cory was able to provide information and answer all our questions. Corey was not pushy and allowed us to shop with no pressure. Then we met the Store manager Shawn who was able to put together a deal we could not pass up. Both Cory and Shawn made our deal possible. We highly recommend working with these two men. Our furniture was delivered just a couple weeks later by Jordan and Daniel. Both of these two were very careful with our new furniture and set it up for us. Stopped in today to just “LOOK” at some recliners. We weren’t planning on buying anything till February or so. But Ryan was there and gave us a deal we couldn’t refuse. Seriously. I don’t like pushy salesman but this man gave us just the right amount of push we needed and plenty of space to ourselves. He gave us a great deal and we are super excited about our new furniture!! There selection was beautiful! He also helped my Aunt find a mattress that will definitely help her sleep better. Don’t go anywhere else. Just buy your furniture here and ask for Ryan .

We found the perfect peices for my sister's first home! And Rena was the best in helping us with our purchases. She was welcoming, and beyond helpful with our delivery options to make things more convenient to receive our furniture. So thankful we met her, we will be coming back!

The showroom was ok. The selections were pretty meh and not what we were looking for. That's not the main reason for such a low rating though. The sales guy Ryan was what killed the whole experience for us. He thought he knew it all and talked down to us. I swear he loved to hear himself ramble on. Forget trying to get a word in. Even when he asks you a question, he won't shut up long enough to actually hear what you have to say. We ended up leaving without purchasing and probably won't be back.

We stopped by to shop for our new house in Bullhead city. The store manager Shawn Trujillo was very helpful we purchased all our furniture right there and then. With like anything else we did have a bit of issues with delivery, some pieces had to be returned. But they did make it right eventually and on time, Reyna was very helpful, so was Raymond we will definitely come back and shop some more. Great place !!!

Yes I love this place! Bullhead City Shaun is the manager, he’s excellent! Super helpful ready to do business. He answered all of my questions showed me everything that I was interested in. Offered me a great price and with great terms! I will definitely be doing business with them. I recommend that you talk to Shaun the manager he’s friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me around the store a couple of times and even look through the kiosk for furniture availability in the warehouse. Excellent service Great product

Walked around for over thirty minutes while staff gathered together and totally ignored me. When I ask if anyone could help me, one person said, " I'll be there in a minute. They never came .

If I could give 1/2 a star, I would. Do not shop here. We ordered over $4k of furniture 11/16/21, was told 8-14 weeks for everything. Here we are at 22 weeks, and one item is delayed until mid May. Every week our 4 barstools get pushed out 2 more weeks. We go online and the items show in stock, if we were to order online we would get them in 4 days! They say they can't pull from that inventory, and offer ZERO support or solution. I called online CS and they price matched our items, and we will have them in 4 days. If you want your furniture quick, order online, this store is independently owned and has no priority with inventory from distribution or MFG. If you want to shop in Bullhead, go to Mattress Land. They are professional, honest, and carry Ashley inventory. I wish we had done that.

Did an amazing job with information and making me happy.

Still very upset and still not satisfied for a purchase made back in August. Purchased a new table and chairs. Received them with multiple flaws. At first they weren’t going to do anything about it, then they realized they were in the wrong and agreed on a replacement was told it would take 2-6 weeks like the original did to arrive. Contacted the manager Reyna in October asking where my replacement is she said looking at first part of December but she would call me biweekly with updates. Here it is almost mid December still no replacement and not one single update call!!! Very poorly ran company!!!

In store care was great and delivery by Alex and Cameron perfection! On time, showed us how to release and lock back of loveseat and couch set, friendly, courteously and professional!

Very upset customer!!! Found the exact table and chairs we’ve been looking for to match our decor and color scheme…only to receive it and found more then 25 flaws on it! They decided to send out a tech to fix the problems only to make them worse! When we called to complain they said we had 2 options.. send it back and get a full refund or resend tech back out!? Ummm NO!!! I paid for a brand new table and chairs,I should get a brand new table and chairs!! This isn’t how you do business Ashley Furniture! NEVER AGAIN WILL WE BUY FROM YOU! 🤬

Tony the Manager and Jason were EXCELLENT. The best customer service. We had an issue with Ashley Online, and within 5 minutes, it was resolved. I highly recommend coming here for any of your furniture needs.

We ordered a chair from Ashley on line in July that was supposed to be delivered today. We called and was told that it would be another 2 months at least. We went into the Ashley store and they sold us the chair for the on line price. Thank you Jason and Tony.

Purchased over $7,000.00 in furniture at the Bullhead city store!! 3 months ago....still waiting on coffee table and end table. The problem is no communications from sales people on delivery status, etc. Sorry but everyone has personal issues, it shouldn't interfere with BUSINESS!!. I have heard that Ashley is bad with "after the sale purchase " So, good experience on the gentlemen that fixes repairs, he is awesome, but sales sucks!!!

I’m new to the Bullhead City area, looking for a new sofa so I walked in to Ashley Homestore and was told by the sales representative that they had no sofas in stock and it would take 18-20 weeks to receive any shipment. How does the company even stay in business with that kind of customer service? I could certainly drive to Ontario California and purchase a sofa and bring it home that same day all in under six hours. I definitely don’t recommend shopping here

****UPDATE****** Almost immediately after I posted this review I received a call from Tony; manager of the Blythe store. What a difference!!!! He asked what the situation was and how he could fix the problem. I explained everything I have been dealing with and he immediately had a solution. Tony was, at all time, professional and courteous. What he promised happed just as he said it would. Tony is a complete asset to the Ashley’s Furniture Store family. Thank you, again, Tony for all your help. If I could leave ‘0’ stars I would. This store is a joke. They pass the blame by questing “this is all I can do.” Don’t ask for the store manager’s name; they are reluctant to give it and tou never speak to them any way. Now it’s yet another call to the corporate office to start the process all over again. We bought an electric couch and love seat WITH the 5 year insurance coverage through MFS with whom they sponsor. Our couch was damaged in December 2020. It is now April 2021 and the couch is STILL damaged. I just got off the phone with Caitlin, customer service manager at Ashley’s in Bullhead City AZ. She says the 1 inch foam to fix the seat will be shipped mid June! When I asked to speak to the owner (Dobbs family) I was told that the manager Tony from their other store in Blythe #106 said I have to go through MFS; the insurance company. This process will start ALL OVER AGAIN when I was ‘assured’ from Caitlin, the customer service manager, that she herself would have this taken care of. What complete chaos over holes in a couch that I paid EXTRA to have “hassle free” coverage on.

Been waiting for my couch since November. They finally arrived in March but it was the wrong color. Called up the sales guy to put a rush on it. Now they're coming in end of May early June. That is not a rush. Too bad for them cuz I'm done doing business with them and leaving a bad review.

I had a great experience at Ashley Furniture in Bullhead City. Bradley, our salesperson, gave us a great deal on furnishing our new home. Even the delivery guys, Miguel and Keyshawn, were very polite and helpful in assembling and moving our furniture throughout the house. I would definitely order from them again.

I went into the store to look for bunk beds for my children and new mattress’s as well. Everyone was so kind and helpful, the staff is professional and the store is well maintained. They were able to help me find exactly what I need and gave extra time and patience and care when making sure what they were selling to me would meet all my needs. Thank you all for the positive experience and helpful advise. I will be recommending bullhead Ashley homestore and their staff to friends and family in the future. 😊 thanks guys for your help!!! I’ll also be returning after my home purchase closes for more needed items!!

We went in not knowing they where having a sale.. but we need a new bed an headboard an rails something nice but simple an we found a great deal with one of the workers. Our matress was delived the next day we had to buy rails cuz we didnt want it laying on the floor well we waiting for the deliver for the headboard.

Terrible services... Online, I searched for places that will pick up your old mattress when you buy a new one from them online or to get ordered to your house... It says they do and so I went ahead and purchased a mattress but I did not see anything about that while checking out so I called them up right after just to be sure they did or ask if I had to tell them I needed that done or what... well they DONT and the woman told me I only had 15 minutes to cancel the purchase of a 322 dollar mattress or else I couldnt cancel it. Well I cancelled it within an hour of the initial order and guess what- that money wont go back into my bank until a week later! I hate this place!

I was looking for a tv stand. The saleslady showed me one I liked and quoted a price of $211 at first I was ok till she told me delivery and set up was another $99. I said no thanks then she said they have free delivery but didn't include set up. Again I said no I don't want the hassle of assembly but she convinced me that the stand would arrive mostly set up and I'd have little to do. Then she tells me 2 to 6 weeks delivery. In about 2 weeks it arrives in a box and I was left with a complete setup and had been totally misled by the saleslady. I get half way through set up and find they sent the wrong one. She'd quoted me the wrong stand The one I wanted was $100 more. They offered me the one I wanted set up for an extra $70. So the tv stand I was buying should have cost $211 and little set up. When Ashley finished it's bait and switch it was $281 and an afternoon putting it together. Had I been given the right price and told the truth about assembly I'd have left and wouldn't be writing this review now. Also they sent the stand missing parts. I called the warehouse. That lady didn't recognize the part, had to look it up and called back the next day promising to rush them to me. It's been a week still no parts. Since Ashley's taking this back it doesn't matter now but it's another example of how little this store cares.

I ordered a fire place TV stand it sat there for 2 weeks before it was delivered. When it was delivered the fire place was the wrong one. Then I was told it would be 3 to 5 weeks to get the right one. I will never buy from Ashley again

Horrible delivery service ..forgot our matress (we ordered a bedroom set). Sat on hold when we called the store, finally went in and after one week STILL waiting. Customer service is horrible! Shop somewhere else

Wonderful experience. Be sure to ask for Sam. Shopped discount stores but got the best deal at Ashley in Bullhead City.

BUYER BEWARE! Saw a chair I really liked at the front of the store as we walked in, but it wasn’t on sale. We were given $100 off original price, we thought it was a good deal. While we were waiting for the paperwork; we walked around. We found every other chair on sale. As we were signing paperwork with Brian, I was asking the our original salesman, Sam, about it, when he got angry with me and left in a huff. Next day I found on their website the same chair on sale for $150 dollars off. We will not be going back there.

Never again! Making payment on living room furniture that delivery keeps getting moved back on. Living in a house with NO furniture four weeks after purchase and still two weeks out from delivery. Not happy, sitting in a bag chair😖

We have nothing negative to say the whole experience was great all the way down to the delivery guys got there when they said they would were very professional and did a great job.

Experience up to the point of sale was great, but now days after our scheduled delivery date (a 4 week wait) we are still waiting for our furniture. Leaving us to guess when they're ready to deliver it. Will purchase remainder of furniture for our house elsewhere.

We purchased a bed (manufactured by Ashley Furniture) at a store in Kingman. The foot board had 26 holes in it (looked terrible!). We were having problems getting this sorted out (the manager of the store where we purchased it was completely unhelpful), and stopped at this store for assistance. The staff was wonderful - especially Tony, the manager, who has more than gone out of his way to make sure we are satisfied. I regret that we didn't purchase all our furniture here. (We were new to AZ and Bullhead City is about 3 hours round trip, and we had never heard of it.) Should we need to purchase furniture in the future, there is no doubt that this will be where we do so.

Throughly disappointed with the delivery service. My pregnant wife of 9 months had the misfortune of having to deal with the 2 folks that showed up. She asked to please not move the speakers, not only did they move them, they ripped the wires out and just left them. Furniture is universal and can be set up a couple different ways... they set them up not as she asked and informed her that it can only be set up that way... when I got home, I had to break down the furniture and set it up the way we asked for... great piece of furniture, Shawn the sales guy was great. Truly piss poor deliver service and beyond disappointed.

Great pre purchase customer service but when you inquire about your purchase and delivery date 3 weeks later you get zero response from the store manager. Day 5 still no call back and still no furniture.

The staff here is very pleasant and easy to work with. I am a very difficult customer and Sean my sales rep was amazing. He went through the entire store with me and answered all questions that I had about all the different items that i wanted to order. Wow!!!! What a store. I just moved to town and was lucky I went here. Shawn helped me and was extremely knowledgeable. He helped me furnish my whole house under my budget. This is a brand new store and for being new it’s very organized. The general manager Tony even introduced himself, and he was very busy. Thank you I’ll be recommending this store to all my friends and family moving to town.
