Ashley Outlet Casa Grande, AZ

Probably the most over priced and cheapest quality furniture on the market! They over price their own product and then have a crazy sale and make you think you're saving money! Google it people! They've literally been sued for doing the same thing over and over!... When the salesman comes back to you after you asked for a better deal, they're going to show you an amazing price and OMG they "Included the protection for free"! NOPE, all they did was ask the manager if they could price match literally any other furniture store in AZ that sells Ashley because EVERYONE but Ashley Stores sell it way cheaper! At the end of the day, not only is their product absolute garbage and customer service doesn't care for you at ALL! Just go to American Furniture Warehouse, Del Sol, Mega furniture, HELL Walmart.com! And you'll find it way cheaper with delivery and with and without "protection", which at the end of the day is a scam. There isn't a single "protection" you can Google that has more than a 1.5 star review!

Very frustrated with this place. We paid for our dresser in full in cash and it wasn’t delivered today because supposedly it wasn’t paid for. We had to go into the store because they don’t answer the phone. When we went they had no explanation and no ETA.

Stay clear of this place! I bought a 1400 dollar mattress that didn’t last 60 days. It’s taken a month for them to respond to me so in the mean time I had bought another mattress. Ashley is refusing to refund me my money for the mattress that is completely collapsed on one side. If you decide to buy a mattress from them remember you had been warned. Absolutely horrible customer service!

They push very hard for you to buy the warranty. It’s absolutely garbage and won’t cover anything. They lie about it say it’s a full coverage warranty. One step up from a car extended warranty. Please don’t waste your money on it like i did.

Purcashed a couch that came with a defective cushion. Called the store, it is hard to get ahold of the store. Took a week and 1/2 to get through. They processed the claim. A month later still didn’t hear anything about helping. Called and was hung up on by Andrea repeatedly while trying to get ahold of the manager who’s the only one able to “help” they claimed. Waited another week and still no update. Called back and Maranda told me she couldn’t help only the manager could and he was not there she would make sure he called me back first thing in the morning. A few more days passed no update. Called their customer service and they put a rush claim in. Still no updates after a few days. I called and asked for my warranty refund back full amount since I cannot use it and they will not help. It’s been 2 weeks they said it would be back in 7-10 days and still have not received my refund. I do not recommend buying the warranty or buying in general from Ashely’s. They never answer their phones and will say they cannot help.

I purchased some furniture pieces in December and my whole order was wrong. I also have been trying to get a couch replaced because it makes a loud noise when reclining. I have been trying to get the recliner replaced and no one wants to address it. They had a technician come out and he said there wasn’t anything he could do about it. I then called the store to have it replaced and no one has contacted me. It’s sad to spend thousands of dollars and no help they don’t care and once you purchase the furniture and sign off they don’t seem to care. This would be my last time purchasing furniture through Ashley. Here is a picture of the side of the recliner it had some damage, I didn’t notice until after I signed and it makes a loud cracking noise when reclining. No call no care.

Their customer service is great the store is neat any concerns or questions you need to ask they’re going to leave you satisfied with any purchase you make.

I was giving an earlier delivery day confirmed it then they said it was listed as Nov 2nd when I received a confirmation for the 29th of October. The manager stating he will be in touch with me to see if there is something he can do. Called early on October 29th and still have not heard back to see if they can accommodate an earlier delivery date

I recently spent over $5000 on a new bed frame and mattress. My sales rep was so sweet and polite however we were misinformed when buying the frame. I specifically asked if the frame we wanted needed a box spring or if it was a platform. I was told that if we upgraded to the bed with storage below for an extra $300 we wouldn’t need to buy a box spring. Well over 3 weeks later when the bed is delivered we do need a box spring. I immediately called after delivery and was told on the phone for a second time that my bed did not need a box spring because of the storage below. (this was the manager) After looking further he explained it actually did and I said was told I would need to spend $280 on a box spring. I explained that I shouldn’t have to spend that as I was told incorrectly by an employee. I asked if I could return the frame and get the bed we originally wanted for $300 less and then buy the box spring and were told absolutely not. The lowest they could offer the box spring to me was $117. I also asked if the pricing could be taken of the frame to offset the cost as I understand they may not be able to completely mark something to $0. Very disappointed that they made a mistake (which happens) but weren’t willing to fix it. I will not be buying any future furniture from Ashley Furniture.

I had the pleasure of working with Moe, and he was absolutely amazing. He helped me and my wife with picking out the perfect couch set and was so kind in doing so. He made sure we were comfortable with the terms and conditions of the purchase and made things crystal clear. He did not have that “pushy salesman” attitude at all and gave us plenty of space to discuss what we wanted to do. He didn’t pressure us in any way and answered every question we had. As long as Moe is there, I will always come back to this store, he was truly wonderful.

Consider purchasing at a different store. Staff not always truthful. I was inform when purchasing furniture there is a 72 hour window following delivery to return. I called Casa Grande store the day of delivery wanting the already paid large Ottoman returned because the delivery person just dropped it off unwrapped and legs not applied. I was told, I would have to install by drilling the legs and they are difficult to do. I ALREADT paid for it to be set up. I called the store and spoke with a male staff person who stated, "not the store policy to make a return." Beware and stay far away from this store!!!

Absolutely disappointed with my experience at Ashley Outlet. Not only did I find the staff unhelpful and rude, but the selection was also lackluster compared to what I found at New Furniture Outlet just across the street. To make matters worse, they spread misinformation about New Furniture Outlet, claiming they don't offer manufacturer warranties and sell used furniture. This couldn't be further from the truth, as New Furniture Outlet carries the exact same products, backed by legitimate warranties. Avoid Ashley Outlet at all costs, and support the honest and reliable service at New Furniture Outlet instead.

Andrea Porter is an amazing Sales Rep. As soon as we arrived she welcomed us and made us feel important during our time with her. Andrea listened to our needs and we appreciate her for that.

Edit-Dec 2024 I am lowering the star down to 1. I'd give zero if possible. We needed repairs done and paid a decent chunk of $ for the warrenty. Customer service and repair department is absolutely HORRIBLE! Technician never showed up, part is supposedly on back order unil February/March, andddd nobody bothered to say anything. We kept getting told...You'll get the part in 2 weeks. Didn't happen, so we called again. Now it's 3 month wait for our couch to work. This is absolutely unacceptable. We will NEVER buy from Ashley again, EVER. I normally do not leave such low stars. I'll be following up with the manager in person as well. EDIT-Managent never bothered to call back to resolve any of these issues. The easiest thing we did was swipe our credit card. The sales representative was amazing and personable. 4 days later we just figured out they sent us the wrong color. Thank God it all matches. The issues we had were with customer contact. My husband works super remote locations. He asked that my number be primary because of this. He got in trouble for the 14 missed phone calls to inform us that our furniture was at the warehouse. 5 calls to remind him of delivery. 1 call for directions. We also decided on the LUXURY of paying 400$ for professional delivery and set up. The guys who did this refused to use the power strips my husband bought for the electronics for the couch sets. They simply plugged into the walls leaving 3 cords running across our walkway as a tripping hazard. Had we known this was the policy we'd have done it ourselves. Professional set up isn't just plugging it in and calling it good. When I questioned the gentleman delivering it. The answer was pretty rude. Apparently the almost 6,800$ we spent wasn't enough. "Most people pay extra and get the battery packs." REALLY!! While I received empathy from the person I talked too. There was zero accountability. Zero solutions or offers to redo or compensate for the hassles. For this reason. We will never buy from Ashley's again. Pic is from our 400$ professional installation. 🙄 Ps. The store now refuses to take calls for warranty work. Stay clear of this place!!

I had been looking everywhere for a small profile recliner but was having no luck until I went to Ashley Furniture in Casa Grande. I was looking for a recliner and the main salesperson Richard(?) was with another customer so Jennifer (who worked in the office I believe) asked if I needed help since I was just wandering around browsing. Even though she was not a regular salesperson, Jennifer was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She took the time to show me what I was looking for and answered questions until Richard was finished with his other customer. Both Jennifer and Richard gave amazing customer service. I had initially posted a very detailed post,regarding my experience with Ashley Furniture Outlet in Casa Grande, and decided to remove the post, because it was to detailed. The short version is the store did not properly handle my request to properly repair or replace my five month old dual recliner coach that had a tear at the seam on the arm. Later they finally agreed to replace the couch, which is scheduled, for 2/27/24, so I will see how that goes. Hopefully you will have a better experience, and the store will be more attentive to processing service claims.

In November of 2022 I bought $4000 couches from Ashley furniture I was expecting top quality as that's what I had experienced in the past from them. let me tell you they went way downhill the couches are so cheaply made, I did buy the 5 year warranty, which when I called today was told doesn't cover because I should have called sooner as soon as I noticed they were starting to smush. These are the most cheaply made couches. Beware if spending your hard earned money at this establishment. I have never had couches that looked this bad within the first year. Buyers beware!

It’s unfortunate I have to give a one star review when this location has such great ratings. I bought a new bedroom set here. I waited for weeks for delivery which is fine. The day of delivery there was an issue with some of the parts to the bed so they couldn’t put it together. I’d already given my old bed frame away so this meant sleeping on the mattress on the floor until the new parts could be delivered. I expressed that this would be hard for me because I have arthritis in both of my knees and it’s extremely painful to bend my knees and getting up and down from the floor is not good. The corporate office assured me this would be expedited. Today I receive a call from the store regarding the new delivery date and it’s close to 3 weeks from now. So I will continue to hurt myself getting up and down from the mattress on the floor for weeks. Definitely wasn’t expedited and I’m super disappointed. Doubt I will buy anything from Ashley again.

Please stay away from Ashley furniture. They lie and they have no compassion for their customers. Don't believe them. They just want their sale. They really took me for thousands and and did not stand by their promise. I got the wrong bed and they would not take it back!

This was a weirdly excellent experience. I absolutely HATE being greeted at the door by salespeople trying to sell me. However, it worked here. The smile seemed genuine, the up-sale pressure was nearly not felt, and it really felt so much less like a commission sale than it could have. He was friendly and well-trained and is obviously a people person. I can genuinely recommend John as a salesman, and Ashley as a store.

My mom needed a new rocking chair, and is kinda old fashion, she went to this outlet, found a chair she liked but wanted a darker color. The new chair with the color my mom wanted was a quick and easy pick-up, John who helped load the new chair was super friendly. Was in and out quick, great experience.

We came into the Casa Grande Outlet store yesterday to look for a new chair for my 81 yr old mother & were greeted at the door by John Fernando. He listened to what we were looking for and showed us different chairs. He was very attentive and courteous and never pushy. It was like he knew what options would be best for mom and didn’t waste time with choices that we didn’t want or need. We walked in to look at rocker/recliners and then he asked if he could show us one more. We knew as soon as mom sat down this was the one! We purchased a Power Lift Recliner that mom is so excited to have delivered later this week! We would not have explored this option if John had not taken the time to help us find the best solution which would fit her needs. He very patiently showed her how to use the remote control and after we decided on the chair he went above & beyond & gave us a huge discount!! We had a very pleasant experience & couldn’t have asked for anyone better to show us around. We would recommend John to anyone who appreciates excellent service!

Warning ⚠️ before you make the drive from Phoenix, this is NOT AN OUTLET. Everything is the same price as normal Ashley stores. We were very disappointed after driving from the northern side of Phoenix to find it was all the same as our local Ashley store. I even called the day before to check it was an outlet and was assured it was. The saving grace of this store are the staff. John met us at the door and was very polite and helpful. While we didn’t end up purchasing anything, he was knowledgeable and not overbearing as we perused the store.

We also worked with Shalisa and she was amazing to work with very informative, willing to go above and beyond gave us our space I actually was in there to redesign my entire house and Shalisa assisted me in giving ideas on what colors I should have sofa, bed , chairs etc…… that accommodated everyone in my household. Hello everyone, this is such a beautiful store. My husband and I just moved to Casa Grande the 11th of February this year. We decided to see what store were in the mall on Presidents Day.i spotted the Ashley store right away. We were greeted with very friendly salespeople. We were looking for a sleeper couch. The one they had fit the budget but wasn't to my liking. I started wandering the store and landed on a most comfortable DARCY royal blue sofa. That's the one I told my hubby. The sales girl offered us a Presidents Day coupon for $100 and we bought it!!! Delivery is a bit pricy but worth it. Can't wait for Thursday. Antoinette Brooks

Staff seems nice. The store was practically empty and I was not hassled by any unwanted sales tactics. I have learned to let salesmen know right away if I am in need of help or if I am only browsing. This helps me shop and be comfortable. Prices are high but so is quality. You get why you pay for.
