I had the best experience with Shauna after seeing the reviews I was skeptical but she answered all of our questions. Shauna was very interactive the time we spent there with our kids asking her all types of questions! I got a great deal with my delivery when I needed it and more thank you Ashley outlet and thank you Shauna, will most definitely be back again!!! Btw my husband is black and we got the best customer service just saying!

I came with my brother in law and sister, and this has to be the worst experience we've ever had. We were looking at some specific couches and kept seeing associates constantly approaching guests trying make a sale. This was not the case for us. We kept trying to ask associates for help and not one person would help us. Honestly, we felt discriminated against as my brother in law is Hispanic and they would not give him the time of day. Anyone that looked like him, they would shine on and only attend to the "white" guests. This had to be the worst experience in my life. When we were finally able to talk to someone, this associate acted as if we could not afford anything they sell. If your of different than the "white race" I would suggest not bothering with place. There are many other places that would be happy to help and actually deserve your business.

I like how you guys deleted my comment and review about how unprofessional you're employs were , and how they helped 2 families after us even though we first in! Your judgment against the way we looked costed you a huge sale and we took our buissness to mor furniture! Never judge by looks 👌 because my husband wasn't white! Doesn't give you the right to not even attempt to ask of we needed help.

Hello everyone, this is such a beautiful store. My husband and I just moved to Casa Grande the 11th of February this year. We decided to see what store were in the mall on Presidents Day.i spotted the Ashley store right away. We were greeted with very friendly salespeople. We were looking for a sleeper couch. The one they had fit the budget but wasn't to my liking. I started wandering the store and landed on a most comfortable DARCY royal blue sofa. That's the one I told my hubby. The sales girl offered us a Presidents Day coupon for $100 and we bought it!!! Delivery is a bit pricy but worth it. Can't wait for Thursday. Antoinette Brooks

Shalisa was fantastic! Answered all of our questions and was willing to look up different products for us in different colors. She didn't push at all, super friendly, very easy to talk to, went above and beyond to try to help, and personable! We will be back! Thank you for the great customer service!

My boyfriend and I bought our first couch together from this location. Ella was amazing! There were 2 other ladies that helped out as well and they were both super nice and helpful. Ella helped us with everything we needed and answered all of our crazy questions. It fits and looks great in our home. We are so happy with it! We will definitely be returning for future purchases.
