It took over five months to get our barstools in and when we got them, One was broken. Nothing takes 5+ months to get this day and age. I could see during Covid but not now.

Our super sales rep, Rae, was the best ever. So friendly and informative and patient. We are seniors with lots of questions and Rse never tired of our constant questions She made our ultimate purchas decisions so easy. If you go there, ask for Rae. She's the best

Sam and Quinn are the best great representatives for your company. Your systems suck. Trying to call the store directly doesn’t work. Absolutely pathetic. I will pause before I use your group again. Hope my delivery goes well tomorrow

Once you buy forget getting hold of anyone unless you physically go back to the store and wait to talk to someone. If you call it goes to a central answering system that takes you to a call center. The people there are very hard to understand… finally after calling back several times someone knows enough to tell you to call back but at a certain prompt say talk to the store (which was never a choice given to you). Then, once you finally get the store it is repeatedly says no salesperson available and to call back later… which I did over 8 times! Each time having to go through the call center and answer the same prompt. I never did get through so I just finally gave up. I think that is their strategy… Seriously a nightmare! Unless you want to physically got back to the store to get follow through help. We made the mistake of going to a store 25 minutes away… we won’t make that mistake again.

We had a nice experience at Ashley Furniture in Gilbert. The store clean and bright. The furniture was good quality. The staff was attentive and friendly. We had visited two other stores but couldn't find a solutionfor our space. We did find a sectional that worked perfectly for our space at Ashley. We took advantage of the 60 months same as cash offer. We will have to wait about 30 days for delivery but we are okay with the timeframe.

Our salesperson, Aizhan, was very helpful and patient! I would highly recommend her!

Our salesperson (Quinn) was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable about the items I was looking for and found the perfect kitchen set, tv/fireplace and end tables! Personable, patient and thorough! When I had more questions after leaving the store, she responded quickly and we finalized the sale without needing to go back in!

Terrible customer service.

Went in to buy a mattress. The staff of 5 there did not say a word. The lady who finally tracked me down had been sitting in a recliner. She had no knowledge of price points on their mattresses (kept showing me $5K ones) and then was talking smack to the others on the way out over their loud radios you can hear.

Go see Rae! She is amazing and will make sure every aspect of purchasing your new furniture is smooth and well worth it!

Could not find what were looking for

What a nightmare experience three different couch sets we looked at, first one on the floor not available until middle of next month, second choice not available until April, third choice she wasn't sure when it would be available. Why would you have furniture on the floor that you couldn't purchase. Would never go back.

Customer service online and phone is very poor

We had a great experience at Ashley Gilbert. We were looking for furniture for our son. We had a poor experience on-line, so we decided to try to shop in person. We worked with Hanna and she was able to fix the on-line issue and sell us exactly what we needed. All this and was able to provide better pricing than what we could get on- line. Everyone was helpful and friendly including the manager. I would definitely shop here again.

Jaeden was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and was very patient as I had a lot of questions. I would work with him again.

Bought a couch here and was sold a warranty with it for $350. Was told repeatedly that it would cover ANYTHING that happened to the couch. Well, the base support tore on one section of the couch. Tried to activate the warranty and was told by the warranty company that it was excluded. Pretty upset that I was lied to about the warranty just to swindle me out of $350 when I was already paying thousands for the couch. Tried to call the store to talk to a manager but was left on hold for 30 minutes. Pretty bad.

Most comfortable couches

Marcus and partner were prompt, courteous and amiable. Unload and setup was efficient, accommodating and done with care. I couldn’t be more satisfied. Rae, my salesperson was a delight. She was knowledgeable, amiable and efficient. She provided requested information quickly and accurately without being high pressured. It was a pleasure doing business with her.

We discovered a recliner that is a perfect anatomical fit. None others like it. A discontinued product of a set that the sales clerk was able to establish as an independently purchasable item. Definitely a blessing for us. So thankful for this discovery and help for purchase.

Worst experience I ever had in 50 years of buying furniture. We bought a sectional and it looked horrible when we got it home the back are recliners and hidden in the store. Went back to ask for exchange and the rude lady behind Returns and Cancelation sign said we have a no return policy. I asked for the manger of store gave me fake concern and said would call operations teams to arrange something. Well he is a liar never heard back or email from him just wanted me out of the store. This place is slimy all around take your money to any other furniture place, tht actuall cares about customers. Buyer beware

We have been buying from Ashley Furniture for many years. We just moved into a new home in Chandler and some of our furniture didn’t fit properly. So off we went to Ashley and purchased several items, including a dining room table, dinette set, sectional sofa, and a coffee table and end table set. They were delivered yesterday and we immediately knew that the coffee table and end tables wouldn’t work. We called them and tried to return them in favor of buying a more expensive set and were told that they were non returnable. So, my wife drove to the store and met with a manager. She told the manager that we are repeat customers, we would bring the items back, and we would pick up the more expensive stuff. They stood firm that what we bought was non returnable. At no point during our transaction did anyone mention that we couldn’t return an item, but it is indicated in small print near the end of our multi page receipt. In the future I will give my business to a more customer sensitive business. It’s not like we were asking for anything out of the ordinary. We simply wanted to exchange an item that was completely unused for something more expensive and willing to do all the legwork ourselves.

Needed a dresser quicly so I bought one on sale that was to be delivered within two days. Two days came and I get a call it is out of stock and the closest delivery date is almost three weeks away. I tried to call my associate to maybe switch to a different dresser but there is no way to contact him other than driving to the store. Very dristrating. My associate is awesome, but the customer service line is horrific.

On time as scheduled, delivery personnel were polite and very professional.

Lainey was amazing. Shopping for furniture is often like buying a car in that the sales people are too pushy . Lainey has found a nice balance between helpful and inquisitive. Instead of wanting to leave I wanted to stay and allow her to guide me and make suggestions. I was not there to buy end tables but added them to my purchase based on our conversations. Thank you Lainey.

Dining set purchase was easy and efficient. Sales people were helpful and answered all questions. I received delivery notifications and was able to reschedule delivery effortlessly via text. Delivery was on time. Dining table and chairs were positioned and setup professionally without me being at home. I am confident in their quality products and plan to make additional purchases.

Went furniture shopping this past weekend, and decided to go to Ashley in Gilbert. We walked around the store looking at various items and even sitting in some to try them out. At no point were we “swarmed” by salespeople. They were nearby but didn’t come over until we had some questions. Our salesman was Randon, and he did an outstanding job answering our questions and letting us take our time. We ultimately decided on two sofas that checked all of the boxes we had, which also included pricing. Overall, we feel we got a great deal on some new furniture pieces. If you are out furniture shopping, please stop by Ashley and ask for Randon.

I went to the Ashley Home Furnishings store in Gilbert Arizona. The sales associate was very polite, helpful and efficient. I will receive my order in less than two weeks. She offered the protection plan several times but I declined. They had a good selection of Bedroom furniture and the sales associate reeled me in.

I went in looking for a new living room set and Sam was the person to help me. He went above and beyond and showed me multiple options and was able to get me amazing pricing! He was so patient and kind and took his time going over Information with me. If you’re looking for new quality furniture please give him a call!

I had a bad experience. At first I showed one rug and asked if there is any larger size of the same rug. The salesman told yes and put the order. Eventually i got a different rug. I had to return the item and it took more than a month and multiple calls to get the refund. On the other hand, I placed another rug order, that I didn;t get even after 1.5 months. Customer care is also not being able to help. Just giving me case number and non-existent tracking numbers.. Horrible experience :(

Oh, Living Spaces who is your competitor is so much easier to do business with. Also, much nicer on the phone.

This company is the biggest scam! Do not buy from them. Do a simple google search and you’ll see how terrible their customer service is, their terrible quality and how they manipulate you into a purchase!! They pressured us into buying and told us that if we didn’t like it we would have 10 days to change our mind. We tried to call the customer service and it was just a loop of agents telling us they don’t have a manager to speak to and having up on us. Then we call the store and they tell us they don’t have a return policy?! Horrible horrible customer service Also your stuff will 10000% come damaged. Do not shop here, trust me. You’ll regret it.

Ashley Furniture delivers defective furniture and calls it normal usage… i’ve called customer service 6 times and the Gilbert store multiple times no response…i was told in an email the cushion who that had a lose threads and a gap was normal wear …this is the way it was delivered . now i’m delivering PSA don’t shop there!

Does Ashley not answer their store phones? This location phone just rings and rings. If you have an in-store phone please use it or stop misleading us.

I had a fantastic experience at Ashley Furniture HomeStore! I came in looking for a few key pieces and walked away with exactly what I needed. We purchased a beautiful wood kitchen table, a sturdy wood bed frame, and a 5" box spring. I was genuinely impressed by the variety of styles they had for dining tables. There were plenty of great options to choose from! A big shoutout to the manager Sam Winters, who made the whole process easy and enjoyable. He was professional, knowledgeable, and really went the extra mile to help me find the right pieces within my budget. You can tell he truly cares about helping customers. Gina was also very helpful and attentive throughout. She made sure all of the details were taken care of, kept ensuring that we were doing okay, and helped us compare prices from other furniture. I've visited several Ashley Furniture stores across the Phoenix metro area, and this location stands out as truly exceptional. Dean, the manager, was incredibly kind, honest, and professional, going above and beyond to exceed our expectations. Jaeden, our salesperson, was equally wonderful, offering friendly and accommodating service. This experience far surpassed anything I could have hoped for, and I’ll definitely be returning to this store for all my future furniture needs.

Very good service at store, but they just keep changing the delivery dates. 2 weeks after my purchase, they had moved the delivery date 4 times and it was going to be 1.5 months for delivering. I got to cancel my orders and still waiting for my money back.

On the 1st week of June I had a chance to purchase some furnitures from Ashley Gilbert. I was eagerly waiting for my first set of furniture, upon delivery the furniture was damaged. I reported it to the customer service and went to the store 2 times regarding the issue, no actions were taken to resolve it. I am also concern about what going to happen to my 2nd set of furniture which will be delivered on 3rd week of August.

We just left the store and wont be coming back. We knew what we wanted since we browsed online. Unfortunately, we stayed there for about 20 minutes and not one employee acknowledged us or offered help. Horrible customer service

I have never had such a pleasant experience in all my life shopping for a couch. Tristan was wonderful at understanding our furniture needs and genuinely excited to make sure our living space was the best fit for us. When I walked in I was welcomed warmly and then given the freedom to walk around at my own pace. If I had a question, someone was there to answer, but I never felt any pressure to buy anything. Special mention to Dean, the floor manager. He recognised that my 12 yr old son was bored and took time to chat with him and get to know him while I was discussing couch configurations. When I returned the following day with my husband, in Tristan’s absence, Dean treated us like royalty. Glen was the last person who helped us by finalising the sale. He was helpful, quick and accommodating and also very friendly. My experience at Ashley Furniture means they will be my first port of call every time I have furniture needs, now. It feels like I just found another part of my family.

I recently moved here to AZ without any furniture. I went to their store and was helped by a nice lady named Nancie. She helped me set up my new home with furniture I love. Also, I could call her when I placed an item, to see what else I needed and the space left. I cannot say enough positive words for her help.

First of all, let me start off by saying, I’m not a shopper😆, too many choices to pick from. Had already been to a couple other furniture store thought I would go into Ashley‘s because I saw something online that looked like it would fit in my dining room space. Like the fact that Nancie acknowledge me, but wasn’t pushy and said, if I needed any help let her know. We found the item that I saw online, but the height of the table was too high, so they found the exact one that I wanted, but it was a little bit more expensive than what I thought Nancie talked with her manager and was able to get me a great deal and the rest is history. Dining room table should be delivered in two days. Can wait! UPDATE: Dining room set delivered, as soon as the delivery people left I noticed one of the chairs had a little bit of damage to it, immediately called them, they said that they would have the delivery people come back, pick it up and replace it with a new one. Couple hours went by I called back and then they said that it was the end of the day that someone would reach out with to me within 24 to 48 hours I also reached out to my sales rep, to see if she could do anything. She never returned my call. I reached out today because it’s been 48 hours, and the same responses is that nothing‘s been done but someone will reach out to me within 24 to 48 hours. They do great things on the front end, but if you have any complaints or you need something fixed, no one‘s around to help you out. Very dissatisfied. Don’t think I’ll buy anything from them again. Signed, Still waiting for them to make it right and replace my chair. 😠

Our salesperson Nancie was a great help, no pressure. It has been years since I even walked into an Ashley furniture because my first experience is in Southern California We’re not good. Quality in selection for horrible. However, I was pleasantly surprised when we shopped at your store and had a wonderful selection and higher quality goods than I saw years ago.

Went into this location today and within 15 minutes, Jaden with curly hair, if I remember his name correctly, approached me 6 times. Now, being greeted and then later checking up once is ok, but to me, 6 times in 15 minutes is excessive. He gave off a feeling of desperation and made me feel uncomfortable and pressured. When I told him I would find him when I'm ready, he seemed to take issue with that and would stare at me as I walked around. I ended up leaving this Ashley and going to a different one which resulted in a $4100 purchase My opinion, bottom line, customers will come to you when they are ready. You don't need to stalk them around the store like a shark looking for prey.

I have always shopped for furniture from Ashley. This time because I did the financing they tried to sneak in protection at a cost of almost $600 for a couch that was $1000 thinking I wouldn't read the receipt. They tried to act like it was an accident but you could see that it was not. I will get the same exact furniture at AFW for cheaper. Ashley has really gone down hill.. Its sad to see. They have lost my busy for ever. It also took them three times to deliver the furniture.

Aizhan Robaina, my floor salesperson, was very accommodating and patient. She did not press me to upsell more product once I explained my situation. She was delightful and I will gladly recommend her and Ashley to friends who may be in need of furnishings.

There was only the secretary at the sales desk when we went in the store. I said Hello to let her know we were there. We looked at dining room chairs for about 30 minutes without contact from anyone. The maintenance man came by us 2 times. Had to walk back to the desk and approach a salesperson. Purchased 6 chairs in spite of the inattentive staff because it was what was needed.

The bed is comfortable. We made a good choice, a good store to shop at. Thank you for all your help

Cooper was incredibly helpful when assisting my mom in finding the perfect recliner. His knowledge of the different options and attention to detail made the process so much easier. He was patient, kind, and really listened to what she needed. Outstanding customer service—we truly appreciated his help!

Don’t believe on their warranty. Their protection company is waste of money

Bought a couch in-store and specifically asked the salesperson if the warranty would still be valid if we moved. I was repeatedly reassured that there would be no issues filing a claim if something went wrong. Fast forward — one of the recliners is defective and needs a replacement part installed. It’s been over a month of chasing down customer service, being told “a ticket has been submitted” every time, with zero follow-up or resolution. After multiple frustrating calls, we were finally told the warranty was voided simply because we moved. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else.

Great experience. Cooper helped us from the beginning to the end. We had so many questions and he had all the answers. Will be going back for future purchases.

Great experience purchasing our Larce sofa at Ashley Gilbert. Cooper was very helpful, personable and not pushy. He gave me and my wife as much attention and help as we needed, gave us a great deal and then allowed us the time and space to come to our decision the following day. We were considering a sofa from Living Spaces across the street but are glad we went to Ashley afterwards and found a higher quality sofa at a better price that was available for delivery two days later as opposed to 4-6 weeks later. When we came back the following day to make the purchase, one of the managers remembered us from the day before and made a point to stop and chat for a minute even though he was in the middle of something. We love our new sofa, we’re glad we went with Ashley and are happy to be done with our couch search!

I explore variety of stores and it came down to two stores. When I enter each Ashley was by far the more involved and professional. Gave me space to roam and look around. Then they actually helped me with extra effort with design and color matching. As a guy I suck at this. So their help made my new place and stuff pop and look amazing. Very happy.

We purchased 2 side tables and 2 lamps on a Tuesday and scheduled (what we were told) was a pickup time at the Phoenix warehouse on Saturday. We get up early and head to the warehouse across town to be told it’s not in stock and to try again later to pick up. She said pick up hours were tues-sat 9-5 anytime. When I told her we scheduled a pick up, she said there was no such thing as scheduling a pick up. I also told her the store said it was in stock. She told me that the store does not have access to their inventory levels and to try again later to pick it up. She said a few trucks were coming later in today and they may be on those but doesn’t know what is arriving. I told her I wasn’t going to be coming across town every day to see if it’s in and was wondering about how to guarantee it would be here, and was told basically it’s a first come first serve. I asked about a refund and was told to go back to store to get a refund. So we went back to the store and was told I could get a refund but they are unsure why the warehouse would not give me the stuff that I ordered because they show it’s there. I told them that she said they don’t have access to warehouse inventory but the store told me the system would only schedule a pick up if it was in stock and I informed them they didn’t actually schedule a pick up. The store told me the warehouse doesn’t know what they are talking about. They processed the refund and I was told it will take 5-7 business days for it to process. Only time will tell. Edit to add: The refund is prompt. I had the money back in my account on Monday morning. I am very happy with the workers and am not mad at them. I believe the issue is corporate and a broken inventory issue. I will update the review to two stars, from one, to reflect the positive experience with the refund.

Justice great associate! Helped us locate a new tv console walking us through the entire store!

I Purchased a sofa, love seat, some end tables, a dining table and several chairs. I told my salesperson Angela and the manager Sam that I needed the furniture ASAP. They both assured me that the furniture would be delivered to my home on 4/25. I made it very clear that I needed no delays on my sofa and love seat. Long story short, my delivery never arrived on the day they assured me it would. I am very disappointed in Ashley furniture and their representatives. I will be canceling my order. I do not feel they deserve my business. I will never buy from them again. Update !! I later called the corporate office and they were very nice and understanding. I did purchase all the furniture with a later delivery date after negotiating with the corporate office. The delivery team was excellent and we are very happy with our purchase.

Such a disappointment! Bought an accent chair with a delivery promise in two days on March 25 in the store. Two weeks passed, no delivery, no information. Called customer service to check and was told that it would be delivered late May. Visited the store and was told it would be shipped two days later. Then the story began! Every two days, I get a call informing me of another two day delay.. without any definite timeline. I canceled the order. One month later the chair was delivered.. when I called the store, they were unaware and couldn't figure out why it was delivered. The funny part is they told me to bring it to the store or else they would charge me, that they can not pick it up! I spent time and money to return an item that was canceled before it got even shipped, and they were not capable of delivering for a month. Making their customer take responsibility for their amateur operations.

I don’t usually write reviews, for this one I just had to. Delivery has been a big issue. The first attempt was a partial delivery which arrived with a broken piece. I sent it back and immediately got a call that a date will be set for the next delivery, that never happened until I called back a week later. Next delivery was set, today I woke up to an email that it’s been pushed to the next day. I wouldn’t recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone, it’s been a disappointment to say the least

DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY!!! They brought us the wrong color dining set and have given terrible customer service since. We got rid of our old table and chairs, so now we have nothing. They refuse to correct THEIR mistake! Telling us to just buy another set is NOT a solution. I will not be returning after this experience.

Purchased a mattress and platform this past weekend. The mattress room floor supervisor, Lisa, was helpful, informative, and patient while trying several items. My wife and I were given space to assess and discuss our experience of the feel of each one. She had exceptional awareness of when to pull back and leave and then when to come back and ask us our likes/dislikes and talk about the product. Very thorough and handled like a true pro. Thank you again, Lisa. Unrelated, I hate going into furniture stores when you are only a few steps in and are bombarded with an aggressive sales person hidden behind a greeting. Sadly, this is more often than not. Let me browse freely and if I have any questions I will make sure to seek out assistance from one of the many floor personnel.

Absolutely stellar service! I was able to browse the store unaccompanied and when I was ready with questions the staff was very knowledgeable and attentive. The sales associates were diligent to ensure I had all the pieces to the collection I was looking for and the manager made sure I had the best deals in my cart. Highly recommend and will be returning in the future!

I ABSOLUTELY love my new furniture from Ashley Furniture! The Starmore Collection had my attention for sometime. I really wanted to complete my son's bedroom with a new set. Finally was able to with the kindest salesman's help, Jaeden. He was probably, if not, the best salesman I've encountered in my entire lifetime. His customer service was unmatched. Kept good on the qoute given, which meant a lot. Great personality and smile. Oh and not to forget, very thorough. Just a really nice experience! Now my son is loving his new bedroom.......

This Ashley Furniture had the nicest, most helpful, compassionate, and fun employees I've ever met! I’ve been to many across the country in Virginia, Georgia, Texas, etc. due to work travels. They immediately greeted me, helped me find the pieces of furniture I needed, and helped load them into the car without me needing to ask. An excellent place to work or shop for home needs!

Not likely to ever purchase furniture from Ashley’s again. Bookcase was damaged in the box. I submitted a claim and uploaded photos the day it arrived. Nearly a month later and I’ve had to call for updates every step of the way. I call and ask for an update, I’m told I’ll get a call back, they never call and it starts all over. I’m not sure if I should get the BBB involved or just call the credit card company and claim fraud to get the payment reversed. I’d be happy to drive it down and drop it off at the store at this point.

Overall I have always liked Ashley Furniture being they are the manufacturer, however there is a big price difference between American Home Warehouse (carry’s Ashley brand) and Ashley Store in Gilbert. In addition, when I asked an Ashley salesperson why the difference in price between mentioned stores, he said “it’s due to being made with more and better cushion material”. That response put me off and frankly is BS since it’s the same Ashley manufactured furniture. In return, I cancelled my order with Ashley Furniture Store and went to their competition and bought an entire vacation house full of furniture at a fraction of what Ashley Furniture Stores was charging me.

Very friendly staff and didn’t get pushy. I’m in the beginning stages of looking for a quality sofa and chase. Excellent quality items. I actually purchased the sofa set today 8/1/25. I am extremely happy with process and efficiency of the staff. Jordan N was my salesperson and he is awesome and had saved all my preferences from yesterday. I wanted to measure the space at home. He was patient and helpful. I came in n finished the deal n was in n out in 10 minutes. Everyone there is very nice and friendly. I will definitely be a repeat customer. 🙏🏻

We were shopping for a reclining sofa. The store in Gilbert, AZ was awesome. We appreciate that we were given time to shop and discuss style and fabric before anyone approached us with a sales pitch. We were under the assumption we would have to choose a manual mechanism as our house does not have convenient outlets. The manager strolled by and offered assistance . We explained our dilemma and he shared his knowledge about battery packs for under the sofa ! Problem solved. Cooper , our salesman, was patient and informative and entertaining ! We also decided to purchased a bed frame and headboard from Ashley. We found the experience to be pleasant and the staff had a great attitude . They were professional as we went through our process. Waiting for the delivery of our items .

My experience was unbelievable. My wife snd I were shopping for a full size sleeper sofa. We find exactly what we wanted at Ashley. Then things went south. I told the sales lady I did not want the protection plan but it found it’s way on the invoice. I was able to get it removed and did receive a refund a few days later. Next, I gave the sales lady my contact card with my address but somehow it was incorrect on the invoice. I was able to get it corrected while at the store. And finally, we told the sales lady we wanted the color beige. When delivered, it was dark gray. We decided to accept the delivery not knowing how long or if it could be corrected.

Went to but an accent cabinet and to my pleasant surprise it was available at a discount as a floor model which I was able to pick up on my own right away. They were very professional and accommodating. Highly recommend them if your looking for good furniture at a reasonable price

Such a pleasant experience. We needed 8x10 rugs delivered in a week’s time. Struck out at several stores. Took a shot and called Ashley’s. Spoke to Marc who told us he could help. When we got to Ashley’s Marc worked us and we found two beautiful rugs that could be delivered in time. Very pleased with Marc’s customer service and the selection at Ashley’s.

The associates are great and mean well. I deducted a star not due to the store but Ashley’s procurement system. I tried to purchase over the phone and they have to send a link that literally expires before you can open it. I’m talking 5 seconds. I had to go into the store and it’s entirely too painful to watch the salesman have to connect and reboot devices just to make a purchase. I got crap to do and staring at a rebooting machine isn’t one of them. Get your stuff together Ashley corporate or wayfair will become more appealing.

I have heard stories of poor quality coming from Ashley Furniture but decided to go in, check out the store room and decided to give them a shot for our bedroom furniture. Unfortunately, I should have listened. Our wood is sagging in the middle on our dresser causing issues with the drawers pulling out and I have had to replace the rails on 2 of the drawers which is not covered under the warranty or extended warranty (Sales person will sell you on the warranty because it covers EVERYTHING, it doesnt). I had an Ikea dresser for 10 years and 3 moves with zero issues which this dresser replaced. I gave this 2 stars because the other pieces are holding up for now.

My wife and I received an outstanding customer service from Karin at this location. She provided some very useful info, applied all possible discounts, set up a delivery at our convenience, but above all she was open minded and applied zero pressure. Finding the right furniture, color, shape, and whatnot, can be demanding...these folks were very patient and understanding, which you don't see that often anymore, in this highly competitive market where everyone is trying to make the sale. The rest of the team that we came in contact with during this process were also kind and nice and offered assistance. We definitely recommend this location and Karin.

Our new desk was delivered last night and we are so happy. A big shout out to Zach at the Gilbert store who was very knowledgeable, spent lots of time with us and helped us in our decision. The individuals who delivered the desk last night were very professional. They used protective padding for our doorways and a cloth to protect our flooring. They built the desk in our office and did a great job. They cleaned up everything afterwards and hauled away all of the boxes and packing materials. I definitely give Ashley home stores a five star review.

Easy to do business, great service during sale and delivery!

Our sectional has not yet been delivered, so I am reviewing only the process of purchasing the furniture. Our salesman Marc Paul was great to work with. We had been looking at sectionals at other stores, but the one we found at Ashley seemed to be of higher quality, and the price was lower than the others. There was a little snafu in our ordering process, but it was made up to us in the form of free delivery. Can’t complain about that and I don’t think most furniture stores would do that. I have owned Ashley furniture for decades and have always been pleased with the comfort and longevity of it. Hoping we have a similar experience this time!

Shout out to Christine and her manager Sam! My better half and I came in for a recliner and found an amazing selection. She checked up on us here and there but was very hands-off and not clinging to us. Those two were able to get us a pretty great deal on it. 10/10, no notes! In and out in less than an hour.

I had a recent purchase of a table and chairs for the holidays. Everything was delivered on-time but not exactly to my standards, table was damaged during delivery and an attempt was made to repair but still not like new. I stopped in the store and spoke with Dean and Tristan and a replacement table is being delivered next week as an exchange. 1st experience with Ashley and am very happy with the sales teams engagement to make sure I was satisfied. Will do business with again in future.

I just wanna first off by saying ZACH was an amazing person not only helping us find out what we wanted but ultimately became our friend it felt like, me and my wife were in the store for a good 4-5 hours not because a h or other employees held us hostage 😂 but because they made us feel at home zero pressure and Zach was extremely nice and educated on everything in store. His background in many fields helps him be who he is. Ultimately we bought a couch and new bed absolutely what needed for our situation. Sam also was an amazing help along side Zach to help close out this busy Sunday afternoon. Over all I’d recommend this store to anybody that’s looking for quality furniture and 5 star customer service. No pressure and not salespeople extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Good story but didn't have what I wanted.

Buying from them and approving your credit is excellent. Delivery process it's hell. They deliver after 1 month. They also deliver the right bed with wrong frames so it's look like a king size bed with full size mattress.try to get to customers service it's hell too from automated door agent who blocks 🚫 all your calls and hang up on you. So good luck trying to get your issue solved because technician will take two weeks to show up at your house and another month for the right order. Don't buy from Ashley!!

I love my loveseat. I called Ashley to buy a matching loveseat for my sofa. They gave ame a great Black Friday discount and it included free delivery. Random was very friendly and helpful. I needed the loveseat delivered before the following week. Ashley came through.

A great experience…truly we went to the big competition about 4 miles away.. I wasn’t impressed my wife suggested Ashley wow we were greated by Triston .. loved the great experience he showed us .. and he listened to OUR NEEDS .. if you buy a couch because the price is right it’s not for you .. try and fall asleep in a couch or get comfortable.. that’s the couch you want .. Ashley’s furniture was right on.. quality hands down was awesome .. and I took a little nap 😴.. well worth the price and the warranty was spectacular thank you Triston always Tony and Jean

Terrible Customer Service Experience My husband and I purchased a green table from Ashley’s and opted to pick it up ourselves to avoid the delivery fee. However, when we got home and opened the package, we discovered the color was incorrect. We immediately contacted customer service and escalated the issue via email to a manager. We also called the store twice, only to be hung up on the first time. On the second attempt, we finally got through to Angela, the sales rep who helped us initially. Unfortunately, Angela denied that we had ordered the green table, which was extremely upsetting since we had confirmed the color with her more than three times during our purchase. Angela’s attitude was shockingly unprofessional—she refused to take accountability for the mistake and dismissed my husband by saying management would call us back. It has been over an hour, and we still have not received a response. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and we will never shop at Ashley’s again due to their lack of accountability and poor customer service.

Had a great experience. Pricing was great and the team there is excellent!

We buy a king mattress in the store and after a few weeks we start to smell very strong bad smell. Contact the Ashley store and say direct us to the warranty department. That decide that the bad smell is not part of the mattress spec and they would not replace it. So I don’t suggest to buy there at less not the mattress. We did send the all required information end even one of the employees from the warranty department come and confirm that there is a bad smell but still get mail that their is no spec for the bad smell and we will net get any support.

The furniture selection fit what we were looking for, but it was the sales person Zach that sealed the deal for us! He was helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly, genuine.

Both pieces of furniture were delivered with varying amounts of damage. Customer service was a nightmare to work with, hard to get ahold of and extremely slow to respond. It has been 3 months since my purchase and I still do not have all the parts that I need to make one of my pieces fully usable.

Service was INCREDIBLE. They did more than they needed. Everything was substantial, idk how they do it!!!!

Horrible experience. Bedroom set delayed by supply chain but not told about delays. Then the deliver was very inflexible and couldn’t put bed together correctly. Delivery people had difficulty communicating in English. Then we got out last dresser and it was damaged. Not great.

Ordered thousands of $ furniture & some were cheaply made & the bed collapsed the 1st day.. called the Mgr before while crew was installing bed & told him that it looked cheaply made... 1st night it collapsed

Extremely disappointed! I ordered my furniture in July and here it is November. I received a partial delivery but still haven’t received the rest. All it get are calls and emails telling me it’s been delayed once again. So I had no choice but to cancel it and get a refund.

Our sales associate was helpful and knowledgable at the store but the day we received the furniture and did not like it in our home, we immediately reached out the same day and her tone changed immediately. Our sales associate already had her sale and had no interest in helping us resolve our concerns. We’re stuck with a $5000 couch we don’t like. We waited for the item for six weeks which was another disappointing aspect. I will not purchase from here again. The furniture itself is a leather sectional and the pieces come apart every two days every time someone sits on them. Very unhappy with the purchase and experience after the fact.

I will never shop here again. They didn't have the product in the store but I was shown a color it would be and told I could return it if I didn't like it. Upon receiving the table its not close to that color I was shown. Now I was told they don't accept returns because of the color.

The worst furniture store i have ever dealt with!!!! Delivered the wrong furniture to m Mothers assisted living. I called right away. No assistance what so ever for 13 days, as I now sit in the store waiting to talk to someone in person. I will NEVER EVER buy any piece of furniture at Ashley again!!! BEWARE!!!

My husband and I recently went to this Ashley store and purchased several items. Angela was wonderful to work with and gave great recommendations and told us to text her if we have any issues...however she does not always respond and several times calling the store we get no answer. The communication at this location is horrendous! We bought a new bedroom furniture set, mattress and boxspring. We confirmed delivery except was told the two dressers and two nightstands were not going to be delivered with the bedframe and mattress, the customer service person could not tell me why or when it would be delivered. Then I get an email saying they won't be delivered until Nov 19! We purchased all of this in September. No one from the store called and told us that our items were on backorder!! And then the boxspring...well that was another issue in itself because the original one didn't fit the bedframe and they had to re-order it which took another two weeks. That day finally came around and I confirmed everything with the emails for delivery, missed half a days work because it was in the middle of the day and guess what...no boxspring got delivered! I texted Angela who was our sales person and no response, I called her and no response. I called the store and Sue told me that no delivery was scheduled and said she could get it to me the following week, ummm no! I asked her how to get it sooner and she said "well you could go pick it up at the warehouse" Excuse me!?!?!?! Absolutely the worst costumer service I have experienced from such a well known and higher end store!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I asked for monetary compensation since I waited for hours and nothing happened! I drove to the store (Angela was working and didn't come say anything to me) and had to yell at them and tell them if my boxspring wasn't delivered the next day then they were going to come pick everything else up and refund me everything at no cost. The boxspring was finally delivered the next day by a third party service who then tried to have me pay him $100 for delivery fee. I had to call the store again and tell them absolutly not and they paid him. I would love to speak with someone from their corporate office as I am done dealing with the store level! I took a friend shopping as she was looking for very specific bar stools...certain height, certain comfort, certain color..Ashley was the 4th or 5th store...She found what she liked! Now, just have to coordinate delivery to a summer residence....

It’s no wonder why I get anxiety going into a furniture store like Ashley. From the moment we walked in, one of the reps was already harassing us like we just entered a car dealership. We were simply looking for inspiration on dining room sets and the same rep sought us out all the way in the back for his sales pitch. That strong of a presence is a great way to lose customers.

I bought a bedroom suite at the beginning of July along with some other living room items. The promise of delivery was all of it within two weeks on two different delivery dates. I received misc items over three delivery dates and over 4 weeks with the same excuse everytime. " item is due in next week". It is now September 20th and my 6 drawer chest of drawers is still not here. Got my weekly call saying it would now be in in October. In the meantime I have turned my spare bed into my 2nd closet. Super inconvenient. It's clear what Ashley is doing. They are ordering items when they take our money and using our money interest free instead of paying interest and having it in stock. I requested that they come pick every item that I purchased and they told me I would have to go back into the store. It's obvious that customer service and prompt delivery are not a priority.

We purchased over $5,000 worth of furniture and received a warped, clearly old chest, tilted chairs and torn bed frame. We have yet to receive replacements for everything and it’s been almost 6 weeks. We were promised call backs, never happened. Every person we spoke with spoke poorly of the other departments, passing the blame. We were kind and patient and understanding in the beginning and now are receiving 0 answers! We had plans to furnish our brand new home with them but they lost a customer forever! GO TO ANOTHER STORE!

We came into Ashely looking for a couch and dining table, and Zach was super helpful! He went above and beyond to find us a table that wasn’t even on the show floor, but was exactly what we were looking for. He was kind, knowledgeable and made sure we got the best deal. Highly recommend asking for Zach!

Highly recommend working with Nate. It was a very relaxing shopping experience, didn’t feel pressured to buy, he was great. I’m very picky and definitely not a fan of traditional style, so he showed me options that would fit my tastes. I really appreciated that when we came back even though he had two clients at the same time, he made sure to give time to each of us. Excited to get my new sectional.

Too many pushed back of our order(December 2023) when 1 item available now then waiting for other item, when that item comes other item not available. You need to call them for update status, they don’t call you! Cancel order. Never order again with this company. Keep in mind sales man don’t like it if you don’t add insurance with your purchase!

We went in just to look but ending up buying a dining table and chairs. With the exceptional help from Bernadette, we are very pleased.

Sales person was great quality of furniture was great delivered promptly as promised.

They back ordered our table set and told us it would take almost 2 months to deliver it. We cancelled the order and have been trying to get a refund for over 2 weeks. Keep telling us the submitted the refund but nothing has been credited back to us despite multiple calls and even going back to the store and speaking with the manager. Won't buy there again!

What started out as an amazing shopping experience quickly took a turn for the worst. Delivery dates were not met which sadly resulted in no furniture for a party that was scheduled a few weeks out on items that were supposed to be in-stock and immediately available. While it wasn't the end of the world and the party still went off, the team over at Ashley namely, Sam, really made sure we were taken care of. He was very sympathetic to the situation and did what he was able to for us. Because of this I will still be shopping at this location and hope that others have an even better experience. He truly is an advocate for his customers and goes above and beyond to rectify any issues you may encounter. 12/10 recommend people like Sam no matter how bad an initial outcome may be.

Fast, no hassle experience. Our Salesperson was great and made the buying process easy.

Drove 45 minutes to the store because website said the item was available at the store. Once there, was told it was available to view only - not to purchase. Then, when purchasing, was told it had to be delivered AND had to pay a $50 delivery fee. Ridiculous! If I was able to find the item elsewhere, I would never have purchased it at Ashley. That being said, the salesman was amazing - friendly, professional and APOLOGETIC about the misleading website and delivery fee that could not be waived.

Having a very hard time getting them to do warranty work my electric recliner broke which has a five year warranty and every time I call to complain they say someone will get back to you in 72 hours. I’m on my fourth call now.

Don Stubbs was excellent to work with! He very patiently accommodated us, along with friends & my mother, showing up more than once (The first time, a few glasses of wine into our evening, and right before closing) to check out multiple different sectionals. When our family & friends are together, it’s a bit like wrangling cats, so props to Don for keeping us on track and doing a wonderful job of consulting on the different products available, along with his knowledge about upholstery care, cleaning, and what to do if we discover that a particular piece doesn’t work in our space. We are very excited to receive our beautiful new living furniture later this week and I HIGHLY recommend you go visit Don when looking for your new furnishings. AAA+ service all around!

I purchased some couches a while back and had some damage to them. Ashley Furniture dispatched their technician named Kevin to come out and fix the damage. Kevin was great to work with, not only did he let us watch but he also went above and beyond to repair the damage. He was meticulous and detail oriented which made me more comfortable knowing that it would be fixed correctly without any shortcuts. I am in the Chandler/Gilbert area. If possible, I highly recommend you request Kevin to come out. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable in his field.

*****Buyer Beware************ Please Listen to me and don't buy a mattress from Ashley Furniture. We consumers work hard for our money and when we make a high revenue purchase, we make sure it has a warranty. You just never know when it might be needed. However, when the time comes when you have to actually use the Ashley warranty you will see how well they take care of the customer. Ashley Furniture was horrible; they have no problem sending you on a goose chase; calling the warranty place, then the manufacturer and then back to Ashley Furniture. Keep doing that for weeks will drive anybody crazy. Then when all else fails you call the GM at the Gilbert, AZ location and speak to the GM Don. He sounded like he was going to really help me out. It’s been 2 months and I’m still waiting for him to call me back. Then every time I call he tells the receptionist that he’s in a meeting. Manager Ryan is no better. The sad thing is I only wanted someone to look and service my bed/motor. I’m convinced that they want to avoid doing anything and hope the 3years of the warranty expires first! Avoid Ashley Furniture, you have been warned.

Store was great! Nice and clean and everyone we met was super helpful and nice. We spent maybe an hour in there, and really was indecisive but our salesman Calvin stuck with us. Sam the boss was helpful too! The GM Ryan greeted us as we walked in and even helped us through some of our questions on the paperwork.

Masmood was our sales representative, and when we found him to check out a set of plates to buy, not only did he not give us a big enough box, he watched us as we packed our own kitchenware into the box, after having to walk out of the store with a box and extra pieces of the set in our hands, by the time we got home one of our bowls were broken and could have been avoided if we were just given a bigger box.

For the most part it was good 👍 It took time to get the order done in the store and was told all items were available in the warehouse. Then the internet wasn’t working correctly so we were there for another 20 minutes dealing with this? Once our order came we did not get the correct pillows we asked for and two pieces of our order wasn’t delivered so we had no choice but to schedule again? I wound up canceling one item too. We are completely happy with our furniture but not happy with not getting exactly what we ordered and having to take two days off from work wasn’t good. Probably need to fix that?

We have been waiting for furniture today! No calls, no emails, no text messages. We just got off the phone with the company and mysteriously all the inventory was damaged??? The piece was supposed to arrive packed in a box! Now they are saying that it will be another week!!! Infuriating!

If you are looking for a home furniture store, this the place to be and you NEED to ask for SK… he is a standup guy loved his attitude, friendly , easygoing and great to work with..

This place has lights come on after night when you walk by the door, it’s really cool because the whole entire store lights up not just the front and it’s a gradient of light from front towards the rear. If you find yourself homeless and hopeless because the stupidity of the people in the community around there is a long bench under a small tree that gives a bit of shelter. No bugs and a clean cement bench with Starry Night skies above. Thanks to Ashley Furniture I had a bench to sleep on for two nights.

BIG FYI - Tried to return an item purchased online and they won't take "online" purchase returns at a local store. SO, I got a hold of return dept. online and they said I had to " Donate" the item to goodwill before they would issue a refund since the orig. box was damaged in shipping and could not be used to return the item. Overall a big hassle. No wonder I don't shop Ashley almost never (now NOT ever again).

There was an abundance of staff to assist. However, it was A LOT of paperwork just to order pillows. And then my transaction was not entered correctly so that prolonged my checkout even further. But, all members of the staff did their best to rectify the issue and apologized for the wait.
