We were looking for furniture for a few months and kept going back to the same store to see if we still liked our choices. Leslie was amazing and although commission based, was not too pushy. She took the time to really make the sale, even when we weren’t totally ready. When we finally made the decision, she remembered little details about us that made us feel like valued customers. The delivery staff were great. They came in to visualize where we wanted our furniture to go, even going back and forth to make sure they had all of the pieces. They were quick and efficient in their set up. When they left, there was no trash or any evidence that they were even there. Amazing experience and I definitely recommend.

We were looking for family room furniture. Our sales person was Leslie. She was very helpfull for us to make a choice. We appreciated her cheerful demeanor.

I did the order online which I had spent over $1000. It had said online fast and free shipping. It said even on the website that I would get it in a couple days. I got a email that specifically stated that I would receive my product and I had called the customer service number they had told me it was never scheduled. I said, but the email is telling me that that is what I chose online and that is when it would be shipped. She had told me no when I received the confirmation For the new date. It was exactly written as my previous email so if anybody orders anything be sure to give it a couple weeks I am dissatisfied with the false advertising. I gave it two stars because the quality of the furniture is good, but I’m not happy with the customer service part.

DO NOT BUY PROTECTION PLAN. they suckered us into buying protection plan and these stupid covers that go over buttons fall off all the time. I was told the protection plan covers everything. Well, not a thing it actually breaks. i’ll be damned if I’m going to pay to have them come put a new plastic piece on I’ll just glue that mofo. I know I said don’t buy a protection plan by that I mean, don’t shop there at all because their furniture is horrible quality. I literally had this piece replaced like 10 Times. I even asked them what happens if it keeps going on and they said oh you have the protection plan you’re good. But what they fail to tell me is that that’s one thing that’s not covered. I told the person on the phone that I will slice them up I was so mad. stupid Ashley Furniture

Bought a table and chairs from them. Although I’ve bought a lot of furniture from Ashley in past, this is not the product I expected. the wheels of the chairs fell off within a 2week period…. Not the product we were looking for

I was short on time but was still able to go in get a sofa and love seat. Finish all the paperwork receive great guest service in under an hour. For a mom on the go I would definitely go back.

Salesperson very helpful. I ordered slats for my king bed on Thursday and I was surprised they were delivered Saturday. I was also looking for upholstered occasional side chair in a colored, patterned fabric. None available. My taste in Decore must not be mainstream.

On 1/19/2025 my mom purchased furniture for her new independent living apartment. We flew in from SD to help her move. We have been doing business with Ashley Furniture for over 30 years and LOVE Linda at the Aberdeen, SD store. My mom immediately went downhill and had to be put on Hospice and moved to Assisted Living 30 miles away ASAP. She had never used any of the wood items purchased: desk, nightstands, little table, etc. I went to the store and asked them to return the furniture a few days after the purchase, explaining the circumstances. I know the refund policy but this was a very unusual situation. Ashley did nothing-they would not take anything back. We had to hire someone to move all her furniture back into her garage where she used to live, paying over 2,500 dollars for furniture that my mom and family cannot use. We will never do business with a company with zero compassion.

We walked in with very specific requests in a sectional. A 'wish list' of 7 things. Sammy greeted us upon entry (in a truly welcoming way, not aggressive at all). I rattled off that list and he smiled, said follow me, and EVERY one of those 7 things were met! Sammy was engaged, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, experienced, and made us feel comfortable. Mostly he made us feel like we made the best selection, and we drove home beyond satisfied with our purchase. Can't wait for delivery! Thank you Sammy!!!!

I purchased four items for a bedrooms set (two nightstands, one dresser and one chest) as well as a new sectional. My salesman Rollie was informative, patient and not pushy. The items will be delivered next week and I’m anxious to have them! I do wish I would have known that Ashley Furniture supported Trumps campaign had I known, I would have never purchased the pieces.

My sales guy Derrick was super nice and helpful! I will be back and ask for him personally. As always great selection @ Ashley. I looked online and several stores and ended up buying at Ashley. I'll add a photo when I receive the Lamps.

With his help I purchased several items to furnish my home. I was happy with Calvin and the product lines I found at the store. It was a stressless furniture shopping experience.

Very clean place and salesman was very helpful. Salesman even went to the mana Ger to get me 15% off and 50.00 off delivery. They are not pushy either. Seems like a great team and salesman has been there a long time.

One item I was told was in stock at the warehouse in fact it was back ordered. The robo phone options was almost incomprehensible. When I finally got to speak to a representative, I couldn’t understand a word she said.

In addition — I received the couch (item 2200415) PWR REC Sofa with ADJ Headrest today 1/21/25 but when I went in-store I was under the impression I was buying the couch with outlets mounted in the center console of the couch. I work from home and those outlets were very needed. I instead received the couch that does not have the center console outlets. I called Ashley store and spoke to a representative and I was supposed to be receiving a call back but I have not been contacted. I don’t want to wait long for a replacement or refund. I hope a simple middle counsel replacement is an available option for me. I would appreciate a feedback, thank you.

Bought a love seat and couch combo along with a coffee table and 2 end tables plus a full sectional back in 2021. The couch has started to completely crumble where you sit and is sinking. Sounds like the couch was made out of plywood and was never going to hold up over time. I have a 5 yr warranty on everything and went to report a claim today but was told according to my agreement, I had to report the damage within 30 days to get full coverage. Ive never had a couch do this before and the only reason it would do so is how it was made. They now want to pay to have it repaired because I waited over 30 days to report it, despite the 5yr plan still in place. Do not buy furniture from Ashley. Obviously the quality is terrible and will not hold up over time.

First time and last time I buy here, what a bad experience, what poor quality furniture and they are not cheap for one to receive defective furniture, I bought a dining room, the chairs arrived cracked, the table on the bottom has pieces of such poor quality, the technician came, he only painted the chairs, the store is not capable of exchanging the product for something in good condition. As a buyer you expect to receive a piece of furniture of good quality and in good condition, that's why you buy new. And that's even though I bought the 5-year warranty.

We had a specific type of couch in mind, did not see anything that we wanted, as we were leaving Amy asked if she could be of any help. I described what we were looking for and she took us to the back and it was the right color, added bonus it was available in a sleeper. She was very helpful, and knowledgeable. Would definitely return for future purchases.

Was a little disappointed. After deciding what we wanted they told us that it was a Black Friday deal still going on. So they took 25% off. Then proceeded to tell us that it was $300 for them to deliver and set up. Which in turn meant there was no Black Friday deal. Then tried to upsell us into a warranty policy. Still bought what we are looking for but without the policy.

The wife and I went to our local Ashley Furniture Store located on Bell Rd and were amazed by the selection of offerings and selections. We were greeted by Sandra a sales associate at the door, she politely ask what we were in the market for and how could he help. We explained that we wanted to replace our old individual recliners with a theater seat love seat. We explained what we wanted and she immediately brought to several models. She was very knowledgeable on all the products that we viewed. After trying several different styles we found the perfect match. Sandra explained the sales promotions available to us and the extended warranty. This was our first experience with Ashley Furniture and will definitely not be our last. Thanks Sandra for all your help and will definitely come back again and tell our friends to ask for you when they visit the store.

The woman that helped me was extremely helpful. She also wasn't hawkish about selling me and allowed me to wander around on my own after we spoke a bit about what I was looking for. I really appreciate her patience and giving me space to shop on my own . When I finally figured out how I wanted to address my situation she was able to get me what I needed no problem.

We were looking for a kitchen table and found one at the Bell Rd. location. The Salesman Kevin was fantastic! He was friendly knowledgeable and quick! We were in and out in about 30 minutes. Our experience there will definitely bring us back.

Mary Copp was a very patient salesperson as we made trips into the store on consecutive days and she didn't push us in any way to buy. I had purchased a bed frame years ago from Ashley and it still looks new. I'm sure our new recliners will be the same.

I went to Ashley furniture store because I purchased my current sofa there. Sandra Chavez greeted me as soon as I walked in. I told her I was just looking and she let me browse through the store. When I was leaving, she asked if I had any questions and I asked for her business card. After checking other furniture places; I returned to Ashley furniture store the next day and with Sandra Chavez’s help, I purchased a new sofa, got their furniture protection plan and set a delivery date. And in about 15 - 20 minutes I was on my way home. Sandra was very helpful and friendly. My purchase was zero pressure and enjoyable. Ashley is a great place to shop for furniture!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'M NOT KIDDING! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ASHLEY. GO TO MOR! I have been trying since July '24 to solve the following problem. They sent an extra piece of furniture even though I canceled the order. Now, they won't come get it, and they are trying to get me to pay for it! I spoke with Corporate, who was appalled at my experience. They promised to get it picked up. The very next day the store called to tell me I HAD TO RETURN it myself! Keep in mind I didn't order the furniture, I don't have a truck, and the furniture box weighs 94 pounds!! Here's the kicker. They are threatening to send it to COLLECTIONS! ASHLEY sent it by mistake..their mistake! And they will not come get it. It's time for me to charge them for STORING the box in my home for 4 months!

These sales people are like Vultures here! As soon as you enter the door it feels more like a car dealership than a furniture store where you are immediately hit with a group of them. It was my first time visiting and just wanted to look around which seemed impossible with all of them breathing down your throat, as soon as I stopped to look at something I heard a condescending voice behind me say “Who Is Your Sales Person”. This is exactly why everyone shops online now a days please do better on coaching your staff on how to make a customer feel welcomed, at ease and just let them look around a bit before you keep nudging them. I walked out after about 3 minutes and will be spending my hard earned money elsewhere!

They have nice furniture but they NEVER deliver on time I’m still waiting for one table for already 7 weeks. When you buy something they give you a date, and then they switch it up. It’s not the first time that happens. It’s happened twice. I don’t think I’ll go back

I purchased a recliner from Ashley and it wasn’t working for me. The recliner apparatus was hard to use due to my severe arthritis. Ashley refused to let me return it. I will never buy from Ashley again. I did intend to buy a replacement chair from Ashley but I won’t be buying from Ashley again. And I will never recommend Ashley to anyone.

The product was not as the furniture at the store. The service department said they were going to fix it. After many calls to the store and the service department that were not returned I finally went to the store and was told by the manager that they were not going to do anything since I did not complain at the time the furniture was delivered. The delivery driver told us we had 2 hours to inspect We contacted them within 2 hours and they acknowledged our issue. Just remember when you deal with ASHLEY buyer beware.

Ashley w bell road..I had a positive experience at the store, Mr Ivon the sales executive is very knowledgeable and friendly, Got my couch, dining and bedroom set all from store delivered promptly,but my Tv unit delivery from Ashley online ordered from store but Ups wrongly delivered to some other address, we contacted the store, the manager Mr Issac and Ms Ann from billing helped us by reordered mine without any hassle or extra cost. Overall I highly recommend the store.

The customer service when taking a look at their furniture was great. It took a month to get the entire bed set since there was 1 or 2 things that weren’t in stock. When they came to deliver and assemble they let me know that I have 72 hours to let them know of any damage. I called and let them know that there was damage where the hardware was screwed in in 2 different places. They sent a tech out and me thinking it was going to get replaced since the damaged was made during assembly. I was wrong. All they did was “fix it” I was assured that I wouldn’t be able to tell. That was incorrect as well. I called again to let them know and opened a case and was told they would be in contact with me within 48-72 hours. Almost a month later nothing. I called and explained everything multiples times after being ping ponged around. After being on the phone for a hour the representative on the phone was advised by her manager that they need a second opinion. I also let them know that the wireless charger keeps falling out of place on both the night stands. I understand there are protocols for dealing with things but I feel this is taking way too long.

Overpriced, not a very big selection. Plus didnt get half way through the store without 5 different sales people bothing me. Another company got my business.

08/20/2024. Called this location because this is the only Ashley store we have ever used and purchases from. I call to make a purchase over the phone and they kept answering the phone, putting it on instant hold and then after a minute of hold they hang up. I wanted to make a purchase over the phone. How easy is that. Easy money for a salesperson which all are commission based. I want it delivered to the house. Super simple. Could not get a hold of someone after 5+ calls. This location is very unprofessional. Go somewhere else or if you still want to shop Ashley (because I think they do have good furniture), go to a different Ashley store and you will be much happier. I have videos of every time they hang up. On multiple different numbers. In person experience isn’t much better anymore. Unfortunately they have gone way downhill here.

Kevin was absolutely the worst sales person. At first, everything was going well, we had bought a queen bedroom set, and an entire office set up. 2 large desks with hutches, and 2 bookshelves. Delivery date was set up, balance was paid in full. Then I get a call the day before delivery telling me that the bedroom set would be deliver the next morning within a scheduled window. The next morning I get a call from the warehouse tellimg me that not all of the queen bedroom set was available and they had to delay. I asked about the office furniture and they had told me that order had been cancelled due to discontinued items. I then called the store, and spoke with a woman who told me that yes in fact my office furniture had been discontinued and my order canceled. I asked if anyone was going to tell me, since I just received the news from the warehouse. She apologized and said she would have a manager valley me by end of day. No one called. Needless to say, the bedroom furniture showed up almost a month after the promised delivery date, I am still waiting to hear back from a Manger about what happened as to why I was sold office furniture that wasn't even available. Horrible experience!

Went looking for a replacement sofa or sectional for a business. Luis greeted us when entering and pointed out some leather options. We were thinking leather and non reclining styles. Came across the Modmax and were immediately sold. The sofa was comfy, looked great and could stand a lot of usage. Luis was great in giving us the available options, colors, and configurations. He was not pushy as some sales associates can be. The floor was easy to maneuver and so much to see. Ashley really stepped up their game from years ago. Great looking styles for everyone, durable fabrics and real leather. I remember the days of by cast and cheap 'leather' substitutes. Will be back to look for myself.

I purchased what I thought was a complete bed and come to find out almost $3000 later, A bed only consists of a mattress and box spring with no frame. So now I have a $3000 bed on a old broken frame. I called customer service and that was super pointless as all I got from them was your typical business. We got your money and nothing can be done but offered me to go in and buy a frame. My partner and I were looking for a sofa/couch & comfy chair. Erick a tall friendly associate took care of us. He introduced himself and guided us verbally where to begin looking. The store had various choices, and we found not only our sofa & and chair but a dining table as well. It was an awesome experience. I would have given the experience 5 star. However, after 4 days, I have not heard from the warehouse for delivery yet. I'll update when my experience is complete. We spent almost 3k and look forward to receiving quality products. Thank you Erick! Ipdate: We purchased 3100 worth of furniture (on the 3rd). We checked during purchase, where we lived (yarnell), if the items were in stock and delivery time. We were told that after the sales associate "checked" this all is well, we would be contacted in a few days by warehouse. I contacted the store (on 7th) advising the store we had not been contacted. I was told the leather sofa was not in stock, huh? Also, a delivery date had been assigned for the 16th. We are out of town on 14, 15 & 16th. I was surprised at then that they couldn't get a reasonable date before. The young woman at the store said she would call me back. She didn't. I called again on the 9th and the associate said they would call back again. On the 10th, The manager (as i had requested) did not call me back but an associate. It seems that where I lived was a factor now, and as far as compensation for the lack of communication & satisfactory result; 100 was offered back (we paid the 300 delivery fee) ALSO because we financed for 60 months ( we put down 675) plus our military discount they couldn't help us further. We are now told the soonest delivery is the 22nd of August. So we remain without a dining area and living room. Bad, bad form on Ashley's part. Being disabled, retired we stuck. Don't like the corner we were put in. My advice, go to a different store. Make sure in writing what the easily say is no issue after checking during purchase, remains no issue after they get paid. I will never recommend this company nor return to them. Farewell Ashley.

### Review of Ashley Furniture on Bells Road, Phoenix I recently purchased a $3,000 couch and loveseat power reclining set from Ashley Furniture on Bells Road, Phoenix. I opted out of the $299 delivery fee and picked up the furniture myself, only to discover multiple issues upon setting it up at home. The loveseat was crooked, had a color blemish, a stain resembling a tear, and missing cup holders. When I contacted Ashley, they agreed to a replacement but insisted I return the defective unit myself, despite my previous effort. This situation escalated with rude customer service and unresponsive management. They refused to assist with the exchange logistics, emphasizing that I hadn't paid for delivery. Despite explaining the inconvenience and my initial pickup effort, they were unyielding. Given the poor product quality and customer service, I strongly advise against purchasing from this Ashley location. Their inflexibility and lack of professionalism are unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

My brand new couch was delivered with a defect. The delivery worker stated that a report will be submitted so they can send someone to fix it for me. I waited 2 weeks and no one has ever contacted me. I have to contact the customer service myself. Customer service confirmed that no report was ever created from the delivery team. It took me another 2 weeks to get it resolved. Very shady practice.

We came in pick out a mattress for an aged parent who has lost some mobility. Calvin answered all of our questions and didn’t try to upsale us or try to persuade us into buying features we didn’t really need. For top-notch service and quality products, please ask for Calvin or the floor manager, Isaac. They will ask the right questions to get you into the perfect mattress for a restful sleep.

The store was empty when I was there. Much obvious manufactured wood items and a few really nice items. I likes the sales person who checked in on me every now and then, until I left after only purchasing a mirror. He rang it up and handed it to me, although it was almost as big as I am and likely weighed near 30-40 lbs, not to mention that Im over 70. Then he immediately went over to a couple who just entered the store, leaving me to jostle this huge heavy mirror and get it out the door without getting hurt! Needless to say, he didnt even open the door for me!

I tried calling to see if they have drafting tables in the store. The first time I called I got to hear an automated system tell me she couldn't understand what I needed, when I finally got to hold for someone, I got hung up on. Called again and when I asked if they sold drafting tables, there was silence, then when I asked if she knew what a drafting table was, she asked me for an item number. How would I have an item number if I don't even know if they sell the item or not? Would be nice to get a live person on the phone that knows what items they sell.

Do not honor warranty. Only good for 30 days on noticing damage. They trick you into saying you not sure when you noticed it so you say it could have been a month or two. Then they deny your claim.

Ashley store was great. Several options to choose from. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because of the pick up option. We waited over 2 hours to pick up our furniture!! They had 1 person working. Lucky it wasn’t too hot outside because they didn’t let you wait in the air conditioned office. They took your info and sent you outside to wait. I don’t blame the 1 person that was getting the orders as fast as they could I blame Ashely for not insuring they had adequate staff on hand to help with the orders. We were lucky our wait was only 2 hours others had wait time as much as 3 hours.

I had specific needs for bedroom furniture. Ivan was knowledgeable and easily showed me the options. Bought the furniture and it will be delivered in two days.

My experience started out poorly. I had a bed delivered and the footboard was damaged. Before I found the damage I received a call from Ashley telling me I had 72 hours to identify any problems. When I called in they said the could have someone out to look at it on May 30th. I asked why I only had 72 hours to find a problem but they could have a week to begin the process of fixing the problem. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that managers did not speak with customers. After hearing that I decided to call the store thinking I would return everything and canceling a dining room to be delivered in 3 days. This is where the Tide turned. I was lucky that Ani answered the phone. She was attentive, sympathetic, and best of all a problem solver. This rating of 5 stars is because I am giving Ani 10 stars, the number to call to report a problem 0 stars and then averaging. I hope it is really not your policy that the customer cannot speak to management.

Helped right away by staff but the only thing that bothered me is when i was rejected for the payment plan the associate did not offer any reccomendations or suggestions she just disappeared. I had to call her back over and offer my own suggestion. The store is lovely.

That had great prices on mattresses so we were able to purchase a new adjustable bed. Slept great!!! The coffee and end tables I had picked did not match as well as I had thought. Ani, one of the managers, assisted us in finding a better color scheme match and we made the change. She wanted us to be completely happy and we are! We love everything we purchased, they are so beautiful! What a great team at Ashley's Glendale, AZ!!! We will go back for more! I wanted to add a note that the delivery team were also great. They put together everything quickly and efficiently. They were careful with set up, no dings on the walls or scraps on the floor which I appreciated!

Purchased a rug 3/23 in store, delivery was to be 4/25 because they did not have it in stock. The date came and went, no rug and no communication. I called 5/1 just in case they meant it will be shipped 4/25. So I called It recording said delivery 5/15. I emailed(because I was Unable to get a person on the phone) and asked why they do not communicate any delays. I havent Received a response back. Today came but the rug didn't 😭 called and now they are saying fed ex couldn't deliver it due to size and Ashley furniture will deliver tomorrow. Disappointed in the customer service aspect of this store. With so many options out there I will choose to go elsewhere in the future

I have been seriously considering buying an Adjustable bed for my health for quite some time. After looking at several brands companies, prices and options, all left my head totally spinning. Going into Ashley's Store, (a good timing for me) they just began an advertised sale. Ivan. R. was the sales rep. who greeted my son & I. He appeared knowledgeable about the different options, brands & products. Ivan was obviously experienced, easy to understand the way he explained the products and industry and Listened to ME and what my needs were. (not all sale folks do that) Ivan suggested a copula options in the ranges of what I was looking for. Everything he demonstrated and explained all made sense. answered several questions and addressed some concerns I had. A littl more consideration, along with some very reasonable offers even me with a copula more add on products, pillows & mattress protector to boot.... I went with their offer. For an Ashly's brand King size Adjustable bed set Mattress & Frame, (that) had just about everything I was looking for! It may be up to a week or 2 before the frame is available to deliver with setup. All at a price and bottom line that 24 hours later.... does NOT have me cringing and gagging~What did I do? Nope.... I am Still looking forward to having my new bed come home to me very soon, hopefully before my surgery. At this point.... all I have experienced in this first Ashley experience, If you happen to be considering something in furniture arena (there's a lot there to choose from) my son was all over the place looking at things he liked while Ivan and I was doing paperwork and such. I would Highly Recommend checking out Ashley's Furniture store in Glendale AZ...to put in a 'plug' Ya might wanna ask if 'Ivan R.' is available. Though I'm sure they have other capable folks available there also to assist as well. So long as the 'dust settles' well in this, (as I'm expecting so) as a guy once said..... "I'll be bacK"

Very condescending and racist towards my family. Were Hispanic and weren’t dressed to the nines. When we walked in their sales associate stared us down and proceeded to “help” us. Throughout our entire time looking at the furniture she was offering us to enroll in financing when we had already told them we were going to pay what we bought with cash. Apart from that she made the comment “are you sure you have enough funds” as well as “will this sectional fit in your house I think we need to look at smaller options”. We worked hard to come up with the funds and for someone to judge us based off our attire and ethnicity was very disappointing and made for a terrible experience. When we brought it up to higher management, “Mark”, he brushed us off and excused her behavior. Would only recommend store if you look affluent.
