I came to Ashley Furniture today to shop for a new bed and had an excellent shopping experience. As soon as I walked through the front door, I was immediately greeted by a very friendly sales associate named Sammy, who showed me several beds that tried before I decided to purchase a Stern & Foster Lux Estate bed. What I most enjoyed about my shopping experience was how patient Sammy was throughout the process. I appreciated that he gave me time alone to get a feel for each of the beds. I never felt rushed or pressured, which is why I ultimately decided to purchase my bed from Ashley. If you have any furniture needs, I would highly recommend giving Ashley a try and definitely ask for Sammy or the manager Ani.

This has been my first experience with Ashley Furniture. I am furnishing a house in Arizona from Naples FL.Working by phone with RJ has been a pleasure.He has been so helpful in suggestions and explaining all the wonderful perks this company has.He also has a great knowledge of the furniture . The office staff has also been helpful. I will continue to work with RJ while still in Naples and after my move to Arizona.I definitely recommend this store !!

They've literally been sued for doing the same thing Over and Over!... When the saLesman comes back to you after you asked for a better deal, they're going to show you an amazing price and OMG they "Included the protection for free"! NOPE, all they did was ask the manager if they could price match literally any other furniture store in AZ that sells Ashley because EVERYONE but Ashley Stores sell it way cheaper! At the end of the day, not only is their product absolute garbage and customer service doesn't care for you at ALL! Just go to American Furniture Warehouse, Del Sol, Mega furniture, HELL Walmart.com! And you'll find it way cheaper with delivery and with and without "protection", which at the end of the day is a scam. There isn't a single "protection" you can Google that has more than a 1.5 star review!!

Had no idea the ratings for Ashley were so bad, always thought they had a great reputation, not sure what changed...maybe management? I have tried calling in to the Glendale Az store no less than 8 times over a week period and no one ever answered. Rerouted to customer service who took my information and promised someone would get right back to me. Needless to say that never happened. If this is level of professionalism and customer service not sure I would feel comfortable purchasing items if there is ever an issue. Disappointed!

Ordered a split king bet set , the manager showed use only the price list , not the actual products. When the delivery was made it included regular size pillows, as opposed to king. Called the phone number on the receipt and they said it was not the store number and that they could not connect me to a manager.

Ashley Furniture saved my life. Had a triple bypass a week ago and couldn’t sleep in my bed during recovery. It was the damage from vein removal in my legs. Yesterday, I tried to find a recliner to be purchased immediately, could not find one available same day. At 8pm last night, an hour before store closing, I rushed into Ashley on Bell Road. RJ hooked me up immediately and loaded the recliner in my SUV. I just woke up from sleeping eleven hours straight and feel amazing. RJ at Ashley Furniture saved my life. Thank you (true story)

Ashley Furniture has the absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced. They will not follow up on any post purchase questions or issues and trust me there will be issues. Managers do not return phone calls. I was placed on hold and the employee came back on pretending that he couldn’t hear me and then hung up. The number of 1 star ratings is not surprising, but it does make you wonder with so many why they don’t fix the problem. Seems that the customer is not important. I will NOT do business with them again. My first purchase was a nightmare, but I thought perhaps it was a fluke. Nope the second time was worse which led us to try to cancel the order, but that was impossible so we had to refuse the delivery, it was the only option.

After research, I found exactly what I wanted at Ashley’s. Delivery went exactly as planned and the delivery team was efficient, courtious and helpful. I’m very pleased with the entire process.

Will never buy so much as a lamp from Ashley's. Paid for "White Glove" delivery of a White couch. First delivery date Ashley's provided a 3 hour window in the middle of the day and never showed. Customer service was full of apologies and said the time window they provided was a later time period. False, I have the texts. Rescheduled. White Glove? One delivery guy had black latex gloves and the other dirty hands. The couch is already soiled. FOS all the way around.

Giving this store a 2 star because after making a purchase yesterday with my daughter-in-law. I never got a receipt from the sales person and a receipt wasn't emailed to my daughter-in-law like they said it would. I called the store trying to reach someone for over 5 hrs the past 2 days and NO ONE at that store answers the phone. The calls kept getting transfered to someone not even in the United States. Horrible Customer Service.

Don’t waste your time horrible customer service not to mention the store opened 40 minutes late on Sunday. We were having an issue with an order being cancelled and rescheduled three time by Ashley customer service. Which is an issue on its own. We went into store to find out what the problem was. We were sent to back of store to chat with the new sales/floor manager. She was Rude, dismissive, unhelpful and visibly frazzled. She told us to wait and continued helping multiple customers not acknowledging us. The sales man reminded her several times that we were STILL waiting and she completely disregarded us and continued to help random people approach her. Clearly inexperienced and is and will continue driving customers away. She should be fired

We had an existing W100-12 insert that the flame LED's went out on. They are supposed to "last the lifetime of the unit" according to the description of the unit. Ashley carries zero parts for their inserts. Wait you can get a remote!! Great! Checked around the internet and repair places and that Chinese (now Cambodian) made insert branded as made for Ashley is an unknown animal. We were basically forced to by a whole new unit due to Ashley's lack of service/support of their products.

He didn’t pressure me into making a purchase; instead, he took the time to understand my preferences and show me the best options available. He even offered financing options to make the purchase more convenient. He honored the sales price from the online store, which was a huge plus. Overall, Eric was very professional and helpful. I love Ashley furniture because it’s known for its durability and long lifespan.

We purchased a new sectional from Ashley Furniture that was delivered in early December. At the time of delivery, multiple pieces arrived stained and defective. These issues were documented immediately. After completing all required documentation and inspections, Ashley approved an exchange for the defective pieces due to manufacturing defects. Because the replacement pieces were out of stock, we waited several weeks as instructed. When the replacement appointment was finally scheduled, Ashley did not honor the approved exchange. Instead, a technician was sent to attempt to clean the stained furniture, which was not an acceptable resolution for brand new, defective merchandise and directly contradicted the approved exchange. We have been patient, cooperative, and responsive throughout this entire process and are simply asking Ashley to honor the exchange that was already approved. We are hoping this matter can be resolved promptly.

UIKit. Very good! Update to my review: the console was delivered on time. We were expecting the delivery men to assemble the console. They were only supposed to deliver it. Upon looking at my receipt, I saw that it said “unassembled” console at $399.99! The sale price for it was $169.99! I was also charged $79.99 delivery fee. Erik misled us big time! I would like credit to my account. I’ve talked to headquarters, customer service and a rep from the store who assure me I will get a credit. So far, I haven’t received it. Don’t shop at Ashley Furniture!

Store made the order right. Note to others… always check pricing online vs in-store. The warehouse is a nightmare to deal with. Very unorganized. Front desk lacks customer service. If the system is down. Don’t expect to get anything done and surely don’t expect a courtesy call to notify you of the system being down. Don’t think they will actually pick up a pen and write out a hand ticket and ship either. Huge warehouse and the ship out of 1 bay. It’s a joke! You go to America’s Furniture Warehouse and they ship out of multiple bays. They have an actual system in place that gets you out of there. Companies wonder why customers don’t come back or why profit margins are down. The warehouse, corporate, and the individual store is disconnected. They don’t operate as a single entity. They each have a finger to point blame.

Poor experience with delivery after the initial purchase. Furniture arrived damaged and crew did not understand how to setup a bed around a mattress we had previously purchased from Ashley. Driver indicated damage when I signed and said someone would be in touch; however no call ever came. I have been waiting for over a month now.

To whom ever cares I have reciently purchased a couch and recliner from Ashley. The furniture was delivered on Saturday 12/6/25 around 11am. My wife and I sat on the couch and determined that there is no way that this furniture will work for us in our home. We proceeded to contact customer service 12/7/25 to review the return policy well with in the 3 day window. They informed that there is no return policy but that we could contact the store and maybe they could help us. We went to the store on Bell Road in Glendale AZ on Sunday 12/7/25 where we had purchased the items in cash and spoke with the manager. I was informed that they would not in any way shape or form except a return. I was told that it was too bad and that it was basically my problem now. I did not realize there was absolutely no return policy. The manager did indicate that they could accept a mattress back but not their own furniture in less than one day. I was once again informed that it was just too bad now and I'd have to deal with it. There was nothing that they could or would do. I informed him that the paperwork says that they MAY accept a return, it DOES NOT say that they will not ever accept a return. I was then informed that that's just semantics. This wording really needs to be reviewed by your legal department. I will never purchase anything from Ashley again. I am also informing any and everyone that I speak with not to purchase from Ashley. We spoke with someone walking out of the store that was not informed in any way shape or form that there was a no return policy and they were spending cash as we did. I guess your customer service is nonexistent. All anyone at the store is interested in is the commission. I now have to figure out some way of selling my brand new furniture. I will never spend another dollar at Ashley Furniture. This was one of the most dishonest and frustrating retail experiences I've ever had—full of misinformation and zero accountability. I paid $200 each for two "cooling pillows" that didn’t perform as advertised. When I tried to return them within the same week, I was given the runaround by the local staff, only to be handed an 800-number to "open a case." After contacting customer service and sending pictures of the pillows, I was told, “ALL SALES FINAL”—which directly contradicted what I was told at the time of purchase. I also spent $2,800 on a mattress and was told delivery would take a week. Deciding to pick it up myself, I got home to find the mattress was 4 inches shorter than a standard king size. I immediately contacted the local salesperson, who told me I’d have to wait at least 30 days before attempting an exchange. But it’s 4 inches too short—ok, I’ll wait. After the 30 days, I went back to the store to select a replacement mattress, thinking it would speed up the process. Instead, I was told I needed to open a "case" and that I would hear from customer service within a week. Ten days later, I had heard nothing, so I called. That’s when I was told there’s a mandatory $100 pickup/delivery/exchange fee and that I could only exchange for a mattress of equal or higher value, meaning I’d have to pay the difference. None of this was disclosed at the time of purchase, and there’s no mention of it on any paperwork. Bottom line: Ashley Furniture has permanently lost my business.

So far so good. Still waiting on two pillows and an ottoman.

We just had a brand new couch delivered, my wife told the delivery men (3) that the couch was not right. They made her feel very uncomfortable and intimidated so she just signed to get them to leave. She called and even drove to the store. She was not helped and not one person even told her they were sorry. The couch needs to be replaced, but after the way my wife has been treated I don’t even want the couch anymore. We also purchased a $500 warranty but if this is how they do business what’s going to happen if we do have a warranty issue. This is unacceptable. If your looking for new furniture I would shop somewhere else.it seems all your apologies are just a cut paste asking the customer to take another step to getting your company to do what should be doing anyway. Just another stall tactic. Apparently your company cares nothing about customer service.

I still shop at Ashley due to the quality of their furniture. However. I do have a warning. If you buy something and ask them to hold it they will tell you they will put it is storage. They will actually resell what you purchased and you may or may not receive your order as scheduled. It was held due to a renovation at my house. When the time came for delivery the one chair was not available. It is on backorder. Also three of us went to the store and we all remember pull up storage in the seat. That dud not come with the chair I receive. We are all over 60 so we could be wrong but??? Also don't tell me they are safe in storage and then resell them. My tio is don't order till you are ready for delivery. Big mistake..

FAST, COURTEOUS AND ON TIME.

Ashley Furniture delivered my order broken, cut, and obviously damaged, then tried to pretend it wasn’t their problem. Their delivery team rushed everything inside and ran out the door before I even had a chance to inspect the pieces—almost like they knew what they were dropping off. When I finally looked everything over, it was clear the furniture had been damaged before it ever reached me. And instead of fixing or replacing it, Ashley has refused to take responsibility, leaving me stuck with furniture I didn’t want and never had the chance to return. This whole experience feels deceptive and unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and avoid Ashley Furniture at all costs.

Walked in store with both my hands full. I was attempting to return 2 wall sconces I ordered online. I was met with multiple sales associates who clearly saw me struggling with the 2 boxes I had. Not one offered to assist me or help me carry the boxes. One made a comment trying to be funny. I made it to the back of the store to customer service only to be told they cannot take returns for online orders. I’m done with Ashley Furniture..both in store and online.

During my visit, the sales associate represented the payment option as a “financing plan” for a couch I intended to purchase — a fixed-term loan with equal monthly payments and a clear end date. At no point was it disclosed that I was actually being signed up for a credit card account or revolving line of credit. I later found out this was not real financing, but a store-branded credit card application — a complete misrepresentation and a serious breach of customer trust. To make matters worse, I then discovered the couch had been discontinued, and the team withheld that information until after I realized what was happening with the credit application. Although I did not complete the purchase, it’s unacceptable that staff would attempt to deceive a customer into opening a credit account under false pretenses — especially for a product that wasn’t even available. This kind of conduct is unethical, predatory, and completely unprofessional.

Very disappointed in my whole experience since making my purchase. Initially, I had damage to the chairs and dining bench that I purchased. After all the sending of photos and chronic emailing we were able to have them repaired. When I initially made my purchase, the store was doing a 60 month finance deal. This was the main reason for making my purchase affordable to begin with. After 12 months I was charged full interest. I can get no help from the store nor the financing company. Both say speak to the other. Please be careful when making purchases during the no interest deals! Make sure it’s written clearly on your invoice so you don’t get taken advantage of like I did! Apparently the 60 month finance deal was never applied to my purchase and they will do nothing to rectify the situation! Now I am stuck with a larger financial burden for furniture that is not worth the cost!

Terrible service. I bought a 6-chair table and when I opened the package, the table was damaged. I immediately filed a report to resolve the problem. 6 days have passed and I have not received any response. It is the worst experience I have ever had, which is why I do not recommend purchasing here.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a new king bed frame in store and was told need box springs. We liked the height of the bed in store and sales agent stated they were the "normal" height box springs. Bed arrives and it's WAY too high. I am 6 months pregnant and have to literally climb into the bed, and even that won't last much longer. Called Ashley store about 2 hours after delivery asking to exchange it for the low rise springs. They said they will put in a claim and nothing they can do in store. Claims department says they cannot help me since all sales are final after delivery drivers leave, my fault for not reading the fine print on that one. I say I can bring the box springs to location and exchange so no delivery hassles, still no. Avoid Ashley, just lost a customer over something that could have been a simple solution.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. We've spent over $15,000 with Ashley Furniture in the past few months, and every single item we've ordered has arrived damaged—yes, every single one. Here's the rundown: Dining Table + 8 Chairs: Table arrived damaged. A technician had to come out and repair it. Sectional Couch: Came with visible snags. Another technician visit. Two Nightstands: One had a forklift-sized hole punched through the box and the back of the nightstand. The other was left upside down on our porch. Bed Frame (Recent Fiasco): Box arrived torn open, padding was damaged, and then… the headboard arrived broken too. Missing screw receivers, unstable support—this piece literally can’t be used. Our mattress is now on the floor. Classy. Every time, we’ve spent hours on the phone with customer service reps in overseas call centers who we can barely understand (not a racist comment—just a reality that communication is nearly impossible). They offer zero solutions and just kick the can another 48 hours. We’ve been in limbo for weeks. And the kicker? Not once has a supervisor called us. Not once. No urgency. No ownership. Just generic apologies and useless “tickets.” Ashley Furniture is everything the 1-star reviews say and worse: Cheap products Zero quality control Appalling customer service No accountability Do yourself a favor: shop anywhere else. Don’t gamble with your time, money, or sanity. Ashley has lost a customer for life.

This was the worse purchase I have made, after being a loyal Ashley furniture customer for 10 plus years, I will never buy from them again. My table arrived damaged. They sent someone out to “fix” it even though they and I knew it was not repairable. After being unsuccessful at repairing it, they advised they would sent me a new one. I am not exaggerating when I say they have schedule the delivery of my new table 7 times and cancelled 7 times. Not only that, but they want to exchange the old one, so I have had to be here waiting each time only for them to now show up. I have spoke with multiple managers who have guaranteed me the delivery would come as scheduled, and still it has not shown up. They say they will call me back when I call to speak to someone about this and I never hear back. I have never seen another company treat their customers this way, with a complete disregard for them. This has now been going on for over two months still with no resolution. At this point I have asked for my money back, and they are refusing to even issue me a refund. What an awful experience, I would not recommend buying from them as they do not stand by their products and when they arrive damaged, you have no recourse.

Worst Experience ever getting new furniture. I went here to buy a new bedroom set and couches. I only got the bedroom set and when I went back to get the couches a different day the sales person said that they could match the same price as for the same couches that were at American furniture warehouse. After they showed me the price that they matched they tried to add a 5 year warranty that I didn't ask for or want. The sales man then got his manager and I explained to the manager that I didn't want an extra warranty and please take that off after some very mean comments made to me by the manager, I got up and walked out without buying the couch and got the couch at American furniture warehouse for way cheaper and the 5 year warranty was already included for no extra at American. However after having the new bedroom set delivered by Ashley furniture to my new place the bed frame had damaged and broken running boards and I told Ashley furniture about the problem the same day it was delivered on August 2nd. That same day they approved and said that new parts were sent and that they will be delivered within 7-10 days. I NEVER GOT THEM! I called customer service who gave me a run around and then told me someone will call me back tomorrow that was on August 11th. Now I called today on August 15th after no call back by any manager and they finally told me that the parts are expected to be shipped out in September. I am so mad and will never buy any more furniture from a place that can't even take care of customers! Please don't buy anything from this place they are so rude and misleading and don't fix their mistakes!!!

This is my update to my review. It went from 5 stars to 1 star due to lack of follow through after the purchase. We had problems with delivery and weren't ever able to get a hold of the store for help. Called the store number multiple times during store hours and no one ever answered and there was no way to leave a message. I spoke to multiple agents at the toll free number provided, none who could help. I finally was able to get the local store's email address but never received a response. There was no follow up call from the store asking how everything worked out. It's sad. We love the furniture, we liked our salesperson, as for customer "service" they have a lot to learn.

Henry was my salesperson and he was very helpful…did a good job of making my visit quick and “painless.” I found the table I wanted and was able to purchase it and schedule my delivery all in less than 30 minutes.

This store is less than a zero! We purchased a bedroom set and mattress with no interest for 60 months. They never informed us about the promotional fees they tac on! Also they only delivered half our furniture and charged us even more on our account to get the rest! These people are thieves. Be aware!!! Customer service is the worst I have seen in my life!!

Very efficient and careful with our delivery

We called ahead of our visit and spoke with Kevin. He was very helpful and knowledgeable of the items I was looking for. When we arrived at the store location, Kevin was very patient with us, as we looked for additional items. It was overall a very easy and pleasant shopping experience.

We had no intention of buying today but our sales rep Jared Blum was the kindest, most authentic and professional furniture salesman we ever had in our 68 years. He is an asset to your company and the type of mature and knowledgeable representation seniors like us are looking for when upgrading our homes. Next time we need furniture we’ll be looking for Jared!

We saw the couch right at the entrance and we loved it right away. The team was helpful to build the exact set we wanted.

Updating my review. We ordered a dresser on Saturday in store and right after we slide the card we realize its too small for our space. The sales lady said she canceled it and not to worry... fast forward to Monday. The dresser shows up via fed ex. We have called the store multiple times and they are making this return impossible. They give the run around. Yesterday I was to send an email with photos or unopened box which I did and still nothing has happened.. I want my money back and this dresser box out of my garage !

After spending $10,000 at this Ashley home store, we tried to return end tables that looked differently than they did at the store. We did not want money back, we just wanted to exchange them for store credit for something that matched. We were told their Store policy is they do not allow any returns or exchanges. A week later, we went to American furniture warehouse on Waddell in Surprise Az and purchased several items. We needed to return one and we’re given 100% refund without questioning anything. I guess the lesson is I’ll never shop at Ashley again due to their terrible policies compared to other stores in the area

Excellent customer service. However I took away one star because the store didn't have what I was looking for. Although there was a large selection of beds, many with multiple options in finishes, there was a paucity of platform beds with headboards.

Derrick was very helpful in identifying the right bedroom set for my space and taste! He took time to explain differences between sets and didn’t put high pressure on which I truly appreciated.

We didn't have a good experience with Ashley Furniture. We tried to buy a couch from them and had a delivery date set up. We received a text message the day before asking us to confirm that the delivery date and three hour time frame was good for us. We confirmed that it was and received another text message saying thank you. The next day, we waited the entire three hour window, with no delivery. We called to ask what was going on. We were told that we need to reschedule our delivery. We asked why, they didn't seem to know. We called the local store and they were able to determine that the couch had been discontinued. It was very frustrating to have waited for no reason, and that nothing was communicated to us prior. When they went to load a couch that didn't exist onto the delivery truck, we should have been notified at that time. I do not recommend them at all.

The lady who helped us was very knowledgeable. Her name was Lesley. She was very helpful. It was so nice to deal with someone who has good customer service skills. A rarity in today’s market.

Went to Ashley to buy a new sectional and bedroom furniture for our soon to be built house in Goodyear, AZ. Worked with Devinder and the manager Ani. They both were very helpful on showing options, explaining the fabrics, delivery, and the extended warranty if we were interested in that. The price for the quality is fair. They did work with us on price since we were spending a good amount of money. Its not cheap furniture but it IS well made and it is very comfortable to sit or lay on the sectional for sure. They are also holding the furniture for about 3 months while our house is being built. That is a huge stress relief as we now are done shopping for two major parts of furniture and we dont have to worry as it will be delivered and set up for us later when our house is built.

Great service from the moment we entered. This was the seventh furniture store my husband and I went to looking for a dining set. We have differing tastes and finding one we both enjoyed was becoming an impossible task. Mary showed us a table that was traditional yet comfortable and versatile enough for holiday gatherings. We were very happy with the experience and the product selection. We got home and opened the chairs and 5 were perfect, 1 had scrapes and scratches. Tried calling the store to speak with my rep, no one answered and then it switched to the customer service rep. The manager reached out and helped us exchange the chairs for new ones. They took ownership of the issue and offered a timely solution. I would recommend this store and the team.

We came into the store to browse for items for our new home. Mary was very welcoming, attentive and patient with asking us about our preferences even as when we were still trying to figure it out. After 2-3 visits we were able to narrow down our items for our living room, bedroom and guest rooms. She was so pleasant to work with and you can really tell how accommodating, passionate, and knowledgeable she was which made us even more confident in our purchase!

I stopped in on Memorial Day as I figured I could find a good sale. I did find a couple of pieces that I was considering until the salesperson started the "if you want it, you better get it today" antics. I left and purchased from another furniture store.

I felt very comfortable. No pressure and more than willing and able to help me find what I was looking for. I happened to need quite a few things. Kevin was patient and helpful with ideas.. we had a great conversation during this whole time , which i appreciated very much since I was new to the city. What a pleasant experience - from the assortment to the sales associate to the delivery! They had a bunch of nice options, in a multitude of price points. The salesman, Jared, was awesome and not pushy in the least. He knew the showroom well and had suggestions if we were stuck. The delivery was super fast (2 days out) and the 2 delivery drivers were very friendly and efficient. Didn't mark up the walls and walked us through a few questions we had. I was ordering bedroom furniture for my Aunt who lives in Suprise AZ, from Florida over the phone and I was working with Sammy who was absolutely incredibly helpful and understanding of my situation and needs for my Aunt. I ended up ordering the entire bedroom set for her new apartment ( downsizing) from her home of 25 years. Sammy was patient and had several suggestions for a mattress set that he thought would work best for my 90 year old Aunt. The pricing was good and he was able to make several adjustments in my favor and even included free delivery and set up. I wanted the process to be as simple as possible and Sammy wholeheartedly accomplished that! Great selection and fantastic customer service and support from the manager to the sales team. Very pleased with my experience at Ashley and with Sammy!

I went into Ashley furniture on Bell Rd in Glendale to purchase a loveseat sleeper. I walked around a bit until I saw someone who I asked to help us. She pointed us in the direction of the sleepers and followed us over. I asked specifically for a full size sleeper bed sofa. She pointed to a row and said all we have are queens. I began to look closer and one looked smaller. I then read that tag and it said full size. I said this one is a full and she said no it's a queen. I said it's smaller and the tag says full. She looked at the tag and said oh...I guess it is. She said this was offered in 3 colors. Gray tan and blue. I went online and looked at their site and asked for thr pewter color which is the one they list which is gray. She said we don't have pewter only gray. I said well that's the actual name per your website. She checked and said it was available at the price on the tag of $1050. I asked if she matched prices on the exact same item as per the advertisement on their website. She said yes. I then pulled up an ad from another chain competitors website showing the same exact item was $549. This retailer was called Nicks Furniture. She said they can't match the price. I asked for a manager and they came over. I showed them the advertisement on the internet google search and on Nicks website. She said the best she could do was $750. I then went to Nicks furniture who ordered the item new from Ashley at the $549 advertised price. Moral of the story. Go look at the items you want that are Ashely Brand, sit on them, try them out then go to Nicks Furniture and Order at half price. They have them either in stock or 2 to 3 business days to get. They also offer delivery.

Unfortunately I have to reduce my rating to one star. Ashley has really dropped the ball and left me extremely disappointed. I ordered a California King mattress, and the mattress that they delivered was undersized - four inches short! That means the length is no longer than the king sized mattress I have been sleeping on for years, and it's four inches narrower. As a tall person, I was really looking forward to not sleeping with my feet hanging off the end of the bed. After promising me a replacement, they have gone back on their word and are now refusing to take it back or replace it with a properly sized mattress. I urge you to shop ANYWHERE else. They only care about your money and as soon as they have it they will tell you to kick rocks.

Pretty disappointed in my experience with Ashley Furniture so far. I purchased a mirror on 5/4/25 in store. The gentleman who assisted me with the sale said I could go to their warehouse and pick up the mirror, however the warehouse was closed on Sundays. No problem, we opted to have it shipped to our house as we were originally told it would be delivered by the LATEST the next weekend. I called again, Monday 5/12/25 as I didn’t receive my order the weekend of the 4th when it was originally supposed to be delivered. The lady I spoke to on Monday 5/12/25 also told me I could go pick up the mirror at the warehouse, or I could wait for FedEx to pick up the item from the warehouse and still be delivered to my door. No problem, I assumed FedEx was backed up with orders, etc. Still have not received my mirror as of 5/17/25, So I decide to call again to see if there was any tracking on their end. The woman I just spoke to now said there is NO mirrors in the warehouse and wouldn’t be any until June 4th and still would not have my order until possibly the week after. Pretty frustrating as I’ve been told 2x now that there ARE or have been mirrors in the warehouse, and to “give it a week” and it would be delivered. So, thankfully I called today and asked on an update about the mirror and I was told previously it would be delivered the same weekend, then the story changed to the next weekend, and now the story is June 4th. I wish I had a better experience at Ashley as we are loyal to American Furniture and decided to give Ashley Furniture a try. Slowly starting to regret my decision and hoping my mirror arrives before the arrival of my baby due for her nursery. Wish I would have gotten a direct answer the first or even second time I called so that I could make other arrangements, or even just be aware of what was going on with my order. Not sure if it’s a company communication issue, or what. Hopefully my review will change with the quality of the mirror, we will see.

Sandra deserves such praise. I have never known or encountered a salesperson who was as personable, helpful, and great to interact with. She's an incredibly impressive young woman and you guys should do everything in your power to keep her because if she is who your customers think of when they think of Ashley furniture then you're doing good. I could have bought my furniture somewhere else but I committed to purchasing a living room couch, chairs, cabinet, and painting because I enjoyed the experience with Sandra at your Glendale location.

Amazing service! Lesley was the perfect person to help us. She wasn’t breathing down our necks while we were looking around which made it more relaxing to shop. If we had any questions she was there to answer them all and gave us great advice. She was also super sweet! I forgot the managers name but he has amazing customer service as well! Service was very good. RJ let us know where the furniture was that we were interested in. Once we had some ideas, he led us through the process of finding the furniture that would work for us. He was very helpful but not pushy, which we appreciated.

Don't buy anything from Ashley furniture. They will not honor your warranty that you pay for even if you have your receipt. My elderly mom bought a leather sofa and loveseat with dual power recliners and she paid for the 5 year warranty and at 4 years the motor went out so she went to the Avondale location and they said they have no record of her warranty so she showed them the receipts and they said there's nothing they can do. She kept going back and they would not do anything for her. She even called Ashley corporate and they also would do nothing. Basically they steal your hard earned money for an additional warranty and if anything breaks or is not right they will refuse to honor the warranty. I will never buy anything from this company and I will tell anyone around not to do business with them.

Looking specifically for a recliner. I'm a tall, big guy. Didn't have what I wanted. The store was laid out very well. The person whom showed me around was extremely nice and knowledgeable.

My husband and I had been shopping all day for two nightstands and a bench for the guest bedroom when we decided to buy an entire new bedroom set. Ashley Furniture was our last stop of the day. I was not expecting to buy anything. When we walked into the store Aria met us and pointed us in the direction of the bedroom furniture. We found a bedroom set that was real wood. We had come across several sets we liked throughout the day but the manufactured wood made the item look cheap. Aria let us shop with no pressure but around if we had any questions. She was also very helpful in giving her insight when trying to figure out what color. We are extremely pleased with our shopping trip to Ashley and give Aria a thumbs up!!

Besides being very friendly and inviting, Kevin was very knowledgeable and patient with us in choosing our mattress. He walked us through all the benefits and advantages of each firm mattress we looked at. Would definitely recommend this store, overall great shopping experience!

We got a clearance king sized bed frame at this location. I didn’t bother looking into detail all through your the bed because they are a name brand furniture not a good will. However we picked it up and the foot of the bed that holds the drawers had holes in the bottom of the wood but that wasn’t the big issue. The big issue was we didn’t get all the pieces to put the bed together. So my husband call the next day and they said we could come pick them. When he arrived they told him they wouldn’t give him the pieces. It was a beautiful bed frame but I’m very dissatisfied with how this matter was handled and we will not be returning. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Ashley’s. They wouldn’t even let us return it because it was a clearance item. Just a big waste of time and now I have a bed I cannot use so thank you.

I’ve always pleased with the service and quality offers by Ashley’s. Their selection is great and delivery service is excellent.

I visited the store twice within 3 months. Each time I walked in I was never greeted. There were always at least three or four employees standing around. So when I did finally get the attention of someone I explained what I wanted and the price online. He said he had to talk with the manager. He came back and stated the manager wouldn’t honor the online price. The next time I went in I explained the exact same thing and this time the manager talked to me personally and said yes he would honor the price and didn’t know why when I visited prior the price wasn’t honored. The problem is the store charges so much more shipping from the warehouse versus shipping for free when ordering online. Ordering from the store the sofa was $300 more. Long story short, Ashley online has issues. I’ve been waiting for 2 months for someone to call about my credit card that I can use anywhere accept for ordering online from Ashley. Thats why I had to go into the store because I couldn’t place the order online.

Product on a couch is despicable to the techs ability to give a resolution to the problem.

I worked with Derrick today and he was very helpful and got me a deal on the end table I wanted. He went out of his way when after I got home I changed my mind and wanted a different one! He worked through it with me and I got the one I wanted in the end.

We have made several visits to this store shopping for multiple pieces of furniture. Every visit has been pleasant with staff being helpful and informative. We would not hesitate to recommend this store to any friends or family to look for furniture.

I visited the store and purchased a wall clock. It arrived in good shape about 3 weeks later. I correctly installed a AA battery and it didn't work. You could the see the mechanism oscillating, but it was not moving the hands. I returned to the store with the clock, was directed to Customer Service. The CSR indicated I could not return the clock to the store and it may not be returnable at all. I asked for a clarification of her statement indicating that I cant return a non functional purchase, she confirmed it as correct. She then place a service request with their technician, and told me to expect a call within 3 days. No call came, I called the number and spoke to an remote individual who was essentially reading a script about contacting the shipping company to report a damage claim. I stopped her, and explained it was non functional, after 5 minutes on hold I was again told a technician would contact me, and to no surprise I was never contacted. After 2 weeks I ended up buying a replacement movement online and repaired the clock myself. Ashley is so quick to get your cash but really doesn't care if you need customer service. Last purchase for me.

Staff training needs to be improved. Even after confirming the product and price again and again, they only found out the error when they went to the warehouse to pick it up. They had to go back to the store to deal with it, and there was no apology.

To be forced to give a star in order to write a review is ridiculous. Ashley does not even deserve the 1 star rating due to the experiences I have been having with them since September 2024. We got a new table that was beautiful and just put on the floors (as we were told) and of course we got the warranty protection plan with it through Regarrd. Within a short time we started seeing peeling marks on the table (it’s wood and was supposed to have a protective layering on it to avoid these from happening, we recently found out it was torn off during delivery) we called it in to be repaired and first we were told that we didn’t buy the warranty plan and we had to argue with both Ashley and Regarrd even with proof on the receipt showing that we spent the additional $200 for the warranty, They finally said that they would send somebody out who never showed, We called them back and were told that we had to make a new case number for the claim to then be told that they don’t cover the area of Surprise, Arizona which was then later discovered not true. Being under the impression that they don’t cover Surprise, we called Ashley back Who then sent out a technician to come look at our table who seemed very knowledgeable and honest, He kept having to make phone calls to his boss to see what he can do once again we were told there was nothing that they could do it would have to go through regard under the warranty claim. Again, between having to call Ashley and regard and having to make several new case claims, We found out that the technician that came out from Ashley wrote down in the notes that somebody had spilt nail polish remover all over the table, which was never said nor true which then voided our warranty. Then another Ashley employee told us that they no longer even carry the table, which is why they were refusing to replace the table. After MONTHS of dealing with this, we have spoke to several managers, corporate office, and finally filed a case with the BBB. Finally, as an end result to that situation, we were able to get a store credit and then it turned out that they did have the base and table top so they were going to send somebody out to deliver a replacement as long as we retracted our BBB claim. Once we received the store credit of only $900 out of the $2000 that we spent on the table We were told we only had until December 2 of 2024 to use the credit and On December 24 of 2024 we will receive the table top and base. Never happened due to a “mix up in their system so it was rescheduled for another date”. On December 2 of 2024 we purchased a fireplace with a TV stand that was put on hold because we were in between moving and getting ready to have a new baby. It is now April 4, 2025, I have been trying since February to receive these items. We finally moved into our new home, getting settled so I called Ashley back to see if I could get the deliveries sooner and it was set to be delivered today, April 4th. Tuesday April 1st I confirmed the delivery for today April 4th with Ashley and they told me I would receive a call for time frame on Thursday April 3rd, and I have not received any calls. I’ve tried calling the store several times and no answer. Today alone I’ve call 15 times and no answers, I had to speak to a 3rd party customer service representative who told me I was not able to speak to a manager, they couldn’t transfer me to any corporate office or store managers, and he doesn’t know what exactly happened but “the delivery is not possible to happen today any longer.” He moved the delivery date to April 10th and suggested I continued calling the store. So I did several more times and NO ANSWER. I am beyond pissed off at this point I called my husband and he was able to get a hold of someone from the store FINALLY who then told my husband “there was a mix up in our system we will have to reschedule the delivery for the next available day which is April 10th. This is probably the worst experience I have ever encountered with ANY store and I will never recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone.

I had a terrible experience at their Glendale store. I found a nice 5 piece dining room set online. So I went to the store to pay cash and set a delivery date and setup. The young lady asked what day was convenient for delivery. She showed me 3 days that was available. Thursday, Friday and Saturday I chose Friday. Because I was off from work. I called Thursday to see what time the delivery was. I was informed that there wasn't a delivery for Friday but next Tuesday. I was upset and disappointed because I was having a little family gathering. I went to the Glendale location and explained everything. So I cancelled the order and ask for a refund. I paid with cash but could not get cash back. I have to wait a week for my refund. I was a first time and last time customer of Ashley's furniture. I would not suggest doing business with them if they can't honor correct delivery dates. Furthermore if you pay with cash that is how they should refund you.

We called the local store several days in a row to place a $3000 order, but no one would pick up the phone. So we went elsewhere.

We purchased dinners ,we had to return them two times because the chairs and the table were rocking, very bad quality, and the sales people insisting on asking us the warranty that was worthless we call the warranty people they could not fix them.

We were looking for furniture for a few months and kept going back to the same store to see if we still liked our choices. Leslie was amazing and although commission based, was not too pushy. She took the time to really make the sale, even when we weren’t totally ready. When we finally made the decision, she remembered little details about us that made us feel like valued customers. The delivery staff were great. They came in to visualize where we wanted our furniture to go, even going back and forth to make sure they had all of the pieces. They were quick and efficient in their set up. When they left, there was no trash or any evidence that they were even there. Amazing experience and I definitely recommend.

We were looking for family room furniture. Our sales person was Leslie. She was very helpfull for us to make a choice. We appreciated her cheerful demeanor.

I did the order online which I had spent over $1000. It had said online fast and free shipping. It said even on the website that I would get it in a couple days. I got a email that specifically stated that I would receive my product and I had called the customer service number they had told me it was never scheduled. I said, but the email is telling me that that is what I chose online and that is when it would be shipped. She had told me no when I received the confirmation For the new date. It was exactly written as my previous email so if anybody orders anything be sure to give it a couple weeks I am dissatisfied with the false advertising. I gave it two stars because the quality of the furniture is good, but I’m not happy with the customer service part.

On 1/19/2025 my mom purchased furniture for her new independent living apartment. We flew in from SD to help her move. We have been doing business with Ashley Furniture for over 30 years and LOVE Linda at the Aberdeen, SD store. My mom immediately went downhill and had to be put on Hospice and moved to Assisted Living 30 miles away ASAP. She had never used any of the wood items purchased: desk, nightstands, little table, etc. I went to the store and asked them to return the furniture a few days after the purchase, explaining the circumstances. I know the refund policy but this was a very unusual situation. Ashley did nothing-they would not take anything back. We had to hire someone to move all her furniture back into her garage where she used to live, paying over 2,500 dollars for furniture that my mom and family cannot use. We will never do business with a company with zero compassion.

We walked in with very specific requests in a sectional. A 'wish list' of 7 things. Sammy greeted us upon entry (in a truly welcoming way, not aggressive at all). I rattled off that list and he smiled, said follow me, and EVERY one of those 7 things were met! Sammy was engaged, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, experienced, and made us feel comfortable. Mostly he made us feel like we made the best selection, and we drove home beyond satisfied with our purchase. Can't wait for delivery! Thank you Sammy!!!!

I purchased four items for a bedrooms set (two nightstands, one dresser and one chest) as well as a new sectional. My salesman Rollie was informative, patient and not pushy. The items will be delivered next week and I’m anxious to have them! I do wish I would have known that Ashley Furniture supported Trumps campaign had I known, I would have never purchased the pieces.

My sales guy Derrick was super nice and helpful! I will be back and ask for him personally. As always great selection @ Ashley. I looked online and several stores and ended up buying at Ashley. I'll add a photo when I receive the Lamps.

In addition — I received the couch (item 2200415) PWR REC Sofa with ADJ Headrest today 1/21/25 but when I went in-store I was under the impression I was buying the couch with outlets mounted in the center console of the couch. I work from home and those outlets were very needed. I instead received the couch that does not have the center console outlets. I called Ashley store and spoke to a representative and I was supposed to be receiving a call back but I have not been contacted. I don’t want to wait long for a replacement or refund. I hope a simple middle counsel replacement is an available option for me. I would appreciate a feedback, thank you.

Bought a love seat and couch combo along with a coffee table and 2 end tables plus a full sectional back in 2021. The couch has started to completely crumble where you sit and is sinking. Sounds like the couch was made out of plywood and was never going to hold up over time. I have a 5 yr warranty on everything and went to report a claim today but was told according to my agreement, I had to report the damage within 30 days to get full coverage. Ive never had a couch do this before and the only reason it would do so is how it was made. They now want to pay to have it repaired because I waited over 30 days to report it, despite the 5yr plan still in place. Do not buy furniture from Ashley. Obviously the quality is terrible and will not hold up over time.

First time and last time I buy here, what a bad experience, what poor quality furniture and they are not cheap for one to receive defective furniture, I bought a dining room, the chairs arrived cracked, the table on the bottom has pieces of such poor quality, the technician came, he only painted the chairs, the store is not capable of exchanging the product for something in good condition. As a buyer you expect to receive a piece of furniture of good quality and in good condition, that's why you buy new. And that's even though I bought the 5-year warranty.

We had a specific type of couch in mind, did not see anything that we wanted, as we were leaving Amy asked if she could be of any help. I described what we were looking for and she took us to the back and it was the right color, added bonus it was available in a sleeper. She was very helpful, and knowledgeable. Would definitely return for future purchases.

Was a little disappointed. After deciding what we wanted they told us that it was a Black Friday deal still going on. So they took 25% off. Then proceeded to tell us that it was $300 for them to deliver and set up. Which in turn meant there was no Black Friday deal. Then tried to upsell us into a warranty policy. Still bought what we are looking for but without the policy.

The wife and I went to our local Ashley Furniture Store located on Bell Rd and were amazed by the selection of offerings and selections. We were greeted by Sandra a sales associate at the door, she politely ask what we were in the market for and how could he help. We explained that we wanted to replace our old individual recliners with a theater seat love seat. We explained what we wanted and she immediately brought to several models. She was very knowledgeable on all the products that we viewed. After trying several different styles we found the perfect match. Sandra explained the sales promotions available to us and the extended warranty. This was our first experience with Ashley Furniture and will definitely not be our last. Thanks Sandra for all your help and will definitely come back again and tell our friends to ask for you when they visit the store.

Sales person was great in helping me find exactly what I was looking for and the option to pick up next day was perfect! 4 stars only due to not having this product on the floor for me to see and check out in person. Overall I'm very satisfied with my purchase and experience with Ashley's furniture!

The woman that helped me was extremely helpful. She also wasn't hawkish about selling me and allowed me to wander around on my own after we spoke a bit about what I was looking for. I really appreciate her patience and giving me space to shop on my own . When I finally figured out how I wanted to address my situation she was able to get me what I needed no problem.

We were looking for a kitchen table and found one at the Bell Rd. location. The Salesman Kevin was fantastic! He was friendly knowledgeable and quick! We were in and out in about 30 minutes. Our experience there will definitely bring us back.

Mary Copp was a very patient salesperson as we made trips into the store on consecutive days and she didn't push us in any way to buy. I had purchased a bed frame years ago from Ashley and it still looks new. I'm sure our new recliners will be the same.

I went to Ashley furniture store because I purchased my current sofa there. Sandra Chavez greeted me as soon as I walked in. I told her I was just looking and she let me browse through the store. When I was leaving, she asked if I had any questions and I asked for her business card. After checking other furniture places; I returned to Ashley furniture store the next day and with Sandra Chavez’s help, I purchased a new sofa, got their furniture protection plan and set a delivery date. And in about 15 - 20 minutes I was on my way home. Sandra was very helpful and friendly. My purchase was zero pressure and enjoyable. Ashley is a great place to shop for furniture!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'M NOT KIDDING! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ASHLEY. GO TO MOR! I have been trying since July '24 to solve the following problem. They sent an extra piece of furniture even though I canceled the order. Now, they won't come get it, and they are trying to get me to pay for it! I spoke with Corporate, who was appalled at my experience. They promised to get it picked up. The very next day the store called to tell me I HAD TO RETURN it myself! Keep in mind I didn't order the furniture, I don't have a truck, and the furniture box weighs 94 pounds!! Here's the kicker. They are threatening to send it to COLLECTIONS! ASHLEY sent it by mistake..their mistake! And they will not come get it. It's time for me to charge them for STORING the box in my home for 4 months!

Sales professional, Calvin Burkhart, greeted us when my husband and I came in the door and asked us if he could be of any assistance, directed us to what we were looking for and checked in with us. Really appreciate him giving us time to look without being pressured. Therefore, we made the sale.

These sales people are like Vultures here! As soon as you enter the door it feels more like a car dealership than a furniture store where you are immediately hit with a group of them. It was my first time visiting and just wanted to look around which seemed impossible with all of them breathing down your throat, as soon as I stopped to look at something I heard a condescending voice behind me say “Who Is Your Sales Person”. This is exactly why everyone shops online now a days please do better on coaching your staff on how to make a customer feel welcomed, at ease and just let them look around a bit before you keep nudging them. I walked out after about 3 minutes and will be spending my hard earned money elsewhere!

They have nice furniture but they NEVER deliver on time I’m still waiting for one table for already 7 weeks. When you buy something they give you a date, and then they switch it up. It’s not the first time that happens. It’s happened twice. I don’t think I’ll go back
