Recently purchased a recliner from Sparks Furniture at there Glendale Store at 6950 W Bell Rd which is located in same complex as Ashley's store. The store Manager Gunner Sparks was exceptional in all aspects…..professional, knowledgeable, efficient, honest, friendly and good sense of humor. They carry great products with a good selection. When you do business with Sparks Furniture you are not just dealing with a furniture store you are starting a relationship with a family that has been around for generations serving the public. Meh. The quality of thw furniture has really gone down. There's only one line of their furniture made with real wood and English dovetails. Most of the stuff is rickety fiber board.

Eric at the Glendale store provided exceptional Custer service. We were looking for a particular sofa but the store no longer carried it. He offered to order it for us and suggested several options when we ran into difficulties. He went above and beyond.

We went to Ashley furniture in Glendale, Az to find a dining room table and chairs and noticed a sectional that looked like the one we were going to order from another store. It was bigger and for less money, and this is how we got everything all in one place. But we couldn't have done all this without our salesperson Leslie. We asked about numerous pieces and she found us everything on are list, in the style and color we desired. Her enthusiasm and professionalism to are requests were outstanding and this transaction was the best and fastest we have ever had in a furniture store. My brand new couch was delivered with a defect. The delivery worker stated that a report will be submitted so they can send someone to fix it for me. I waited 2 weeks and no one has ever contacted me. I have to contact the customer service myself. Customer service confirmed that no report was ever created from the delivery team. It took me another 2 weeks to get it resolved. Very shady practice.

We came in pick out a mattress for an aged parent who has lost some mobility. Calvin answered all of our questions and didn’t try to upsale us or try to persuade us into buying features we didn’t really need. For top-notch service and quality products, please ask for Calvin or the floor manager, Isaac. They will ask the right questions to get you into the perfect mattress for a restful sleep.

They don’t back their own warranties and customer service about it is rude. I’ll never buy another piece of furniture from Ashley or ita subsidiaries. If you do buy here DO NOT a buy a protection plan it doesn’t cover anything they will LIE to you!!

The store was empty when I was there. Much obvious manufactured wood items and a few really nice items. I likes the sales person who checked in on me every now and then, until I left after only purchasing a mirror. He rang it up and handed it to me, although it was almost as big as I am and likely weighed near 30-40 lbs, not to mention that Im over 70. Then he immediately went over to a couple who just entered the store, leaving me to jostle this huge heavy mirror and get it out the door without getting hurt! Needless to say, he didnt even open the door for me!

I tried calling to see if they have drafting tables in the store. The first time I called I got to hear an automated system tell me she couldn't understand what I needed, when I finally got to hold for someone, I got hung up on. Called again and when I asked if they sold drafting tables, there was silence, then when I asked if she knew what a drafting table was, she asked me for an item number. How would I have an item number if I don't even know if they sell the item or not? Would be nice to get a live person on the phone that knows what items they sell.

Do not honor warranty. Only good for 30 days on noticing damage. They trick you into saying you not sure when you noticed it so you say it could have been a month or two. Then they deny your claim.

Ashley store was great. Several options to choose from. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because of the pick up option. We waited over 2 hours to pick up our furniture!! They had 1 person working. Lucky it wasn’t too hot outside because they didn’t let you wait in the air conditioned office. They took your info and sent you outside to wait. I don’t blame the 1 person that was getting the orders as fast as they could I blame Ashely for not insuring they had adequate staff on hand to help with the orders. We were lucky our wait was only 2 hours others had wait time as much as 3 hours.

I had specific needs for bedroom furniture. Ivan was knowledgeable and easily showed me the options. Bought the furniture and it will be delivered in two days.

My experience started out poorly. I had a bed delivered and the footboard was damaged. Before I found the damage I received a call from Ashley telling me I had 72 hours to identify any problems. When I called in they said the could have someone out to look at it on May 30th. I asked why I only had 72 hours to find a problem but they could have a week to begin the process of fixing the problem. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that managers did not speak with customers. After hearing that I decided to call the store thinking I would return everything and canceling a dining room to be delivered in 3 days. This is where the Tide turned. I was lucky that Ani answered the phone. She was attentive, sympathetic, and best of all a problem solver. This rating of 5 stars is because I am giving Ani 10 stars, the number to call to report a problem 0 stars and then averaging. I hope it is really not your policy that the customer cannot speak to management.

Helped right away by staff but the only thing that bothered me is when i was rejected for the payment plan the associate did not offer any reccomendations or suggestions she just disappeared. I had to call her back over and offer my own suggestion. The store is lovely.

That had great prices on mattresses so we were able to purchase a new adjustable bed. Slept great!!! The coffee and end tables I had picked did not match as well as I had thought. Ani, one of the managers, assisted us in finding a better color scheme match and we made the change. She wanted us to be completely happy and we are! We love everything we purchased, they are so beautiful! What a great team at Ashley's Glendale, AZ!!! We will go back for more! I wanted to add a note that the delivery team were also great. They put together everything quickly and efficiently. They were careful with set up, no dings on the walls or scraps on the floor which I appreciated!

I was looking for a new bedroom set so we went to Ashley Store on Bell Road, they have very nice furniture. But very expensive. We found the same furniture set at another furniture store.

Purchased a rug 3/23 in store, delivery was to be 4/25 because they did not have it in stock. The date came and went, no rug and no communication. I called 5/1 just in case they meant it will be shipped 4/25. So I called It recording said delivery 5/15. I emailed(because I was Unable to get a person on the phone) and asked why they do not communicate any delays. I havent Received a response back. Today came but the rug didn't 😭 called and now they are saying fed ex couldn't deliver it due to size and Ashley furniture will deliver tomorrow. Disappointed in the customer service aspect of this store. With so many options out there I will choose to go elsewhere in the future

I have been seriously considering buying an Adjustable bed for my health for quite some time. After looking at several brands companies, prices and options, all left my head totally spinning. Going into Ashley's Store, (a good timing for me) they just began an advertised sale. Ivan. R. was the sales rep. who greeted my son & I. He appeared knowledgeable about the different options, brands & products. Ivan was obviously experienced, easy to understand the way he explained the products and industry and Listened to ME and what my needs were. (not all sale folks do that) Ivan suggested a copula options in the ranges of what I was looking for. Everything he demonstrated and explained all made sense. answered several questions and addressed some concerns I had. A littl more consideration, along with some very reasonable offers even me with a copula more add on products, pillows & mattress protector to boot.... I went with their offer. For an Ashly's brand King size Adjustable bed set Mattress & Frame, (that) had just about everything I was looking for! It may be up to a week or 2 before the frame is available to deliver with setup. All at a price and bottom line that 24 hours later.... does NOT have me cringing and gagging~What did I do? Nope.... I am Still looking forward to having my new bed come home to me very soon, hopefully before my surgery. At this point.... all I have experienced in this first Ashley experience, If you happen to be considering something in furniture arena (there's a lot there to choose from) my son was all over the place looking at things he liked while Ivan and I was doing paperwork and such. I would Highly Recommend checking out Ashley's Furniture store in Glendale AZ...to put in a 'plug' Ya might wanna ask if 'Ivan R.' is available. Though I'm sure they have other capable folks available there also to assist as well. So long as the 'dust settles' well in this, (as I'm expecting so) as a guy once said..... "I'll be bacK"

Very condescending and racist towards my family. Were Hispanic and weren’t dressed to the nines. When we walked in their sales associate stared us down and proceeded to “help” us. Throughout our entire time looking at the furniture she was offering us to enroll in financing when we had already told them we were going to pay what we bought with cash. Apart from that she made the comment “are you sure you have enough funds” as well as “will this sectional fit in your house I think we need to look at smaller options”. We worked hard to come up with the funds and for someone to judge us based off our attire and ethnicity was very disappointing and made for a terrible experience. When we brought it up to higher management, “Mark”, he brushed us off and excused her behavior. Would only recommend store if you look affluent.

Went to Ashley's, looking for a bunkbed for my Granddaughter. They do not have any bunkbeds, setup for display, or even any photos. I went on line and found a bed we liked; it was online sale only. So, I went there for nothing. The salesperson, AJ, showed me some bed frames, stating they were soild wood, not press board. I could see, he did not know the difference, and pointed that out to him. I bought items from Ashley's, many years ago, when they did have bunkbeds on display. Well, I guess I don't need to go to Ashley's any more.

It has now been over two weeks she still can’t sleep in her bed and Ashley still will not send someone out or refund me my assembly fee. I cannot believe this ! First of all Ashley is the only place I ever buy furniture bc they WORK for you. It’s amazing. But i especially love AJ bc he is hungry to help his customers and will get you the best deal!!! Extremely disappointing experience at this stor of Ashley. The salesman had no patience to work various options for us and directed us to come back when we know what we need which was not the case since we were exploring different configurations of a sectional we were looking to buy. Once he was told that we know what we want he started arguing all in front of the manager of the store who stood like a maniquen. While leaving we went to him too but he dint even care to ask about the incident. Not sure if they were targeting us just because of our race or are they rude with everyone.

Danny helped us get a couch and new bed frame. We spent way too long but he was very patient with us. Would recommend!

WE ARE NOW 6DAYS WITH BROKEN FURNITURE ASHLEY HAS MADE VERY LITTLE EFFORT TO FIX THE PROBLEM. OH AND WHEN WE PURCHASED THE FURNITURE WE PAID CASH.🚨🚨🚨 We purchased a complete bedroom set total 3k+ with delivery and set up. My husband sits on his side of the bed and the side rail broke. We only had the bed set up for 2 hours max. He's only 180 pounds. The screws were loose on that side. I called Ashley to see what needed to be done or a refund. Ashley doesn't offer any refunds. I guess we wait to see if they fix or replace the broken rail. For the next few nights we will be sleeping on a $3k broken bed from Ashley until they decide what to do. So disappointing!!! Will never purchase from here again. I knew I should have spent my money at Living Spaces they have warranty, return policy, and for extra cost they offer insurance.

He did tell me in the store we were looking at a delivery date of 3/20/24, but the paperwork given to me said 3/28/24. So a bit of miscommunication there. He was helpful and knowledgeable.

We bought a great deal of furniture for our new home. It arrived damaged. The guy they sent to repair could not repair it. We have called numerous times, and the company will not fix it.

Sales staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The delivery staff set up our purchases and were very polite and efficient. The only negative thing I could say about the delivery staff is that they required electricity port and arbitrarily took one that was used by another program that we have our home. Would’ve been much better if they had asked which port or outlet they could’ve used.

Had a wonderful experience at Ashley's furniture on Saturday the 24th. My husband and I have been thinking about getting a new living room set but had not seen anything we liked yet. I did however see a wall picture on the website that i wanted to see it in person. Ee had planned our day to go to furniture stores and take advantage of the President's Day Sale to get rid of some old and out dated furniture. We started at Ashley's and were greeted by Mary as soon as we walked in the door. She was very friendly and understood that we were there to just browse, but she checked in with us regularly and was there to answer questions and tell us about all the discounts available. We found what we were looking for and she and the store manager made our purchase and arranged for the delivery and disposal of our old furniture very easy and gave us the best prices they could. We saved so much on our initial leather couch and loveseat set purchase we were able to buy another clearance couch and loveseat, AND an outdoor set of furniture and still stayed in our budget. It was so nice to go out and find just what you want with no pressure at the first store and leave within a few hours feeling good about what you bought. It has been a long time since that has happened. We highly recommend you go to Ashley's and ask for Mary's help.

We found the exact style table a chairs we liked - but color was very dark and told sales person this. I wanted to look more and came across the exact table a chairs in color we wanted. Reason for rating is I think the sales person should have known there were other colors and let us know instead of me having to walk the store looking for it myself. I found the table - sales person didn’t know it was there. If they did they didn’t enlighten us. Got the table and 4 out of 6 chairs wobble. Not real happy now.

Not happy with the lack of service. We ordered a bed frame for our daughter and still haven't received it or gotten an update on where it is. It's been 2 weeks and no one can give us an answer. The store doesn't answer any calls. We are about to just asked for our money back. Customer service line is a joke. We're just being given the run around. Very disappointing.

This has been truly a horrible experience with Ashley Furniture. My second loveseat came today and the power box was missing. I’ve already rec’d a 10% discount for the horrible service but i don’t feel it’s enough for all the time I’ve put in on the phone with Ashley furniture trying to get this corrected. Our sales person was helpful but not knowledgeable on some things. At the end of the visit, I had found a small bowl in the reduced sales shelves at the back of the store. She looked for a price for us on her computer. Apparently, the bowl originally was one of three. The three would have cost $199. She told us that if we wanted the single bowl we could pay $199. Wrong answer. We left.

I ordered a couch set back in early December. They originally told me when I bought the couch that it would arrive beginning of January. There has now been multiple “manufacturer” delays that have pushed it now to February 6th. I have been waiting 2 months for this couch and they have left me with no furniture and more delays. Not to mention talking to a customer service rep is a very tedious process. Every single time you call the number and talk to a service rep- they are either a rep that is for online orders or for in store orders. There is a lot of transferring and repeating your story over and over again. They make it difficult for no reason. And they have done nothing to make the situation better, no discount or reimbursement, nothing. I will never purchase furniture from here again.

BUYER BEWARE. Worst experience ever. Got price match on furniture. Sales person talked up protection plan as "the best thing". After reading what the plan actually covered, called the store to cancel/refund the plan (on same day as delivery). My sales person not there, other sales person and phone person argued that we were told that in order to do price match we MUST take plan. NEVER SAID THIS, in fact at the last minute before sale completed decided to add protection plan. Sale would have went thru without protection plan. Sales mgr said our sales girl told us. How would he know, he wasn't part of the conversations? Store mgr finally agreed to refund. Waited 10 days to see refund on credit card. Called billing and was told store cancelled plan but did not put thru refund. Also was told in store that the furniture sections could be plugged into each other so we could use only one outlet for electric feature. NOT TRUE.

Becky was great to work with. She said it should be no problem to have the chair delivered and installer on Dec 29; but the warehouse called and said she was wrong; now it's Jan 5th. She over promised and Ashley is undelivering.

Thank you Aria at the Glendale AZ Store. She was a great listener to my needs for customer service. The gift I ordered for delivery in GA in time for Christmas Eve had a long story. Aria was able to comfort me to know that it will be arriving on Dec 22. This online order started before Thanksgiving but online customer service was difficult or did not progress past the request for a Zip Code before it hung up on me!

Absolutely disgusted with Ashley’s and done after this. We made a couch purchase and was told if we bought the extended warranty we could return the couches or even swap them out if we didn’t like them over time. Let me remind you an extended warranty we didn’t even want, but they insist so BADLY for is to get it! 2 months in and the couches are already bottoming out and started to hurt our backs. We went in and told the manager what he had experienced and she pulled out our paperwork and said your signature means we can do nothing about it, you signed. We tried explaining to her that we were told something different and never received a warranty brochure explaining what it covered. The manager went to a page that was NEVER even discussed with us. As a company you could at least explain what the warranty is and summarize everything, but not they didn’t do a damn thing. They made our purchase and had us sign without any knowledge of what the warranty actually was. I hate this business with a passion now and after this payoff I’m done and taking my business elsewhere. We’ve been loyal to Ashley’s for 2 generations of our family starting from Colton, CA where we’re originally from. The most successful business are from loyal customers, and you just lost one. Also, don’t just take my word for it, go on yelp and look what they’re saying about this place and business as a whole. NEVER purchase their scam warranty. I wouldn’t even buy here to begin with, but if you can’t find what you’re looking for elsewhere make the most minimal purchase you can. Most google reviews are only the new people or people who just made a purchase, of course you’re living on cloud 9 at that time, wait til you start having problems with these tight wads. By the way the two men that helped us was the one they call Danny Devito snd his crook boss who lied to us about the warranty Ed Luna.

When we met with Amy to look at furnishing our entire new home we were a little weary of her aggressive tactics however appreciated her desire to help. We went to several stores and decided to come back to Ashley and purchase an outdoor patio set as well as a coffee table for about $2600. We were told everything except the coffee table would be delivered the next day which was printed on our receipt. After not receiving a call from the driver by noon we reached out and were told they would give us a call an hour ahead of time. At 445 pm we still had no call. We reached out to the store and spoke with Jenna at the back desk. She told us that we were not scheduled that day and there wasn't much she could do. I explained to her that the only reason we purchased this particular patio set was due to us leaving back to our home in a different state in two days and would not be there to accept delivery. The paperwork we had in hand stated December 7th for premium delivery. When speaking with her she started to get a condescending tone and became irritable. When I stated I would come back in for a refund in the am she replied back "if that's what you want to do, fine" and hung up the phone on me as I was trying to speak. I immediately went down to the store to get a refund. She denied over and over again hanging up on me when I had four witnesses listening to the conversation on speaker phone. Kevin the manager wasn't even at the store and I had to wait 20-30 minutes for him to return. He was less help then Jenna. I wouldn't recommend buying from this location ever. They tell you a date to get you buy the product then change your delivery date to when it is actually available without contacting you. Sleazy tactics and the worst customer service ever.

STAY AWAY!! They lie, I paid over 6K for real leather furniture with warranty, first it took forever to get my furniture - weekly fighting (6 months to get all pieces) now that furniture needs repair (1.5 years) warranty is horrible, and NO real leather- they only put a very thin layer that's real. I feel I was lied too. Even folks I talk to - they have all been lied too. FIRST and Last, I will never again buy stuff from them.

So so happy I found the Cappuccino color in leather to match our Great room rug perfectly and the size of the two pieces does not overwhelm the space. Enjoying the massage and heat very much. In my opinion, you should stay away from this Glendale Ashley Furniture Store. I purchased a sofa from this store. Once delivered, they are completely hands off and no longer about customer service, or even professionalism at that. The customer service is terrible. I have been met with rudeness in the store which included a degrading comment toward me. The manager, Kevin, spoke with me one time and did not follow through with what he said he would do. Now, I have been unable to get ahold of him and no return calls. If you decide to purchase from Ashley, choose a differently location.

They have great customer service but do not trust their warranty plan. They do not honor their warranty. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever experienced. The “leather” peeled off of the sofa, yet they said it was my fault as a customer and they didn’t honor their warranty. So, sitting on the sofa is a bad thing? Using the furniture for its intended purposes is not good? Also, I purchased their leather cleaning products and used them as instructed, yet my warranty still was not honored. I will never purchase from this business again. I feel they lure you in with customer service and pleasantries, but do not follow up on their brand. at least that was my experience. Buyer beware!

Best furniture shopping experience ever. The customer service was incredible. We went in for a bench and had so much fun shopping. We had to say yes to new bed and mattress and recliner. Mary and Kevin were fabulous and we truly appreciate all their help
