NOPE, all they did was ask the manager if they could price match literally any other furniture store in AZ that sells Ashley because EVERYONE but Ashley Stores sell it way cheaper! At the end of the day, not only is their product absolute garbage and customer service doesn't care for you at ALL! Just go to American Furniture Warehouse, Del Sol, Mega furniture, HELL Walmart.com! And you'll find it way cheaper with delivery and with and without "protection", which at the end of the day is a scam. There isn't a single "protection" you can Google that has more than a 1.5 star review!

Hard to get a straight price and doesn't allow pickup just delivery for more money..

They start data gathering on you the second you walk in. I'm sorry but i don't need to provide a name to look around. The young man who was supposed to help me with mattresses was horrible. I told him I was not interested in hybrid mattresses and he was trying to talk me into it. I told him I could not handle the off gassing for a week. He looked at me like I was insane. He didn't know about the off-gassing. How does a mattress salesman not know about off gassing? I knew I was working with an idiot and told him to leave me alone. He continued following me and pestering me. I kept telling him to leave me alone as i was trying to leave the store. He was so unprofessional and rude. As i was walking out another customer stopped to chat. She had actually purchased from the store but the item was defective. They would not answer her phone calls so she had to drive in. Not a good experience with the sales person, and it seems if there are problems they will not answer the phone. That's all I need to know. Having sales people surround you like sharks is just BAD.

My husband and I recently got some furniture here, we had a great experience. I always thought Ashley's was more expensive but they have comparable prices to American Furniture, although I think they have better pieces of furniture than AFW. Our salesmen Issac was very knowledgeable about pretty much everything on the floor. The manger gave us more money off, because the item was slightly damaged. We will definitely be coming back!!

Buyer beware they have a no return policy on everything. My wife and I went in there isn’t the first time been there many times but many things over the last 10 years spent a lot of money. We decided to go in and get a make up vanity for my wife. They showed us a picture of one online from a different furniture store from what I could tell the dimensions were right for the area we’re using it in. So went ahead and purchased it upon delivery the first time furniture was damaged rescheduled for another Saturday then Friday evening without any prior notice reschedule is canceled. So we get a text scheduled for the next Saturday finally we’re getting it a month later. I’ll be in mind. This is for my wife so it came in. The vanity was much bigger than we thought. I waited for her to get home. We contacted ASHLEY customer service. We are told no problem. Will make the return not an issue. VIP service here. We are a Couple weeks later we get told I’m sorry you waited too long to make the return even though they kept telling us hey wait 72 business hours and will schedule the return. Get another call back with another 72 hours. You’ll get a call for the return now, they tell me it’s too late to make the return and won’t take it back basically your SOL. Looks like I’ll be driving to Tucson next time I need to purchase any furniture thanks Ashley‘s.

I brought a king size bed from the Ashley store in Green Valley Arizona. The bedroom was delivered with a broken bed rail. This when I discovered a very poor customer service. The store wasn't able to help and I had to submit a ticket to a text number and wait 72 hours for a answer. I called back several of times but the off shore person will give you a different answer every time you call. So be aware if you have problems with the product you purchased, don't expect any urgency on their part to help resolve the issue. Our issue was resolved but I will have to think twice before buying again from this company.

Zero Star review- Never ever purchase anything from this store, and if you do never ever purchase the extended warranty. I have been trying to get an electronic recliner repaired that we purchased in 2022. I have submitted copy of order, pictures and completed form. Getting them to answer the phone and getting them to honor the warranty has been the most excruciating experience. I cannot say one good thing about my experience so far and i have yet to get a technician to go to our home to repair it. It has been months of phone calls, visits to the store which is 45 minutes from our home and endless emails. No resolution. Avoid this store if you possibly can.

What a rip off they do some shady math here and pushy as hell don't know how many times we had to tell them we are just looking then the math that was something really special they price match AFW which was well over $1000 less for the same item but some how it worked out with all the BS add ons to be almost exactly their original price how the hell pays $700 for delivery better yet who actually thought charging $700 for delivery was a great idea and yes we were told this is a variable charge depending on the price of what was being orded also the warranty is another variable charge based on the amount spent great job Ashley for best big old Asholes

Ashley's used to be our go to for furniture for many years, seems like now it's just an expensive ikea

SELLING A FIRE HAZARD. Avoid any powered sofa or loveseat. We purchased a sofe loveseat combo in 2022 with an extended warranty. August of 2025 we came home one day and tried to extend the footrest. Smoke started billowing out of the controls!! We immediately unplugged the sofa and used an extinguisher to quell the smoke. Ashley customer service and warranty department have been far from helpful. Turns out they are aware of this issue but are still selling this model of couch and have only issued a recall for a similar couch set that's slightly different (but shares the same faulty control panel that ours uses). AVOID ASHLEY FURNITURE AT ALL COSTS!! There are plenty of other furniture stores to shop from in Tucson.

A relative now recovering from chemo purchased a BTX4QN BedTech adjustable bed from the Ashley Home Store in Sahuarita AZ in March of 2020. She paid $159.99 for a 10-year warranty. The bed controls stopped working well over a year ago, and she has been unable to get any help with the problem since it occurred. She still has the receipt. I have recently stepped in to help but cannot seem to connect with the right people. The problem always seems to belong to someone besides Ashley Home Store (they keep saying Sam Levitz), but the receipt clearly shows that Ashley Home Store sold the bed and the warranty. They are balking at honoring the warranty.

Hi there, if you can avoid Ashley Furniture,do so! Salesman Cullian and staff are great. Customer service and furniture not so. Many defective product sent. In store furniture looks top notch not so on delivery. What they will say is inspect your product before delivery men leave. I have refused and was told I would receive another. Received a 5 drawer, which top drawer doesn't close all the way, many cracks and scratches. Their response is a technician can bring it back to life. Many are searching after Sam levitz closure. Try American Furniture.

So glad Ashley and Levitz decoupled. They're back to being a wonderful store. I've shopped and purchased furniture here many times, but this last visit was by far superior. Our salesperson, Prince, was amazing. He was patient, knowledge, funny, kind, and most of all helpful in our quest for a new patio set. He exemplified exactly the kind of employee I want to work with when shopping - helpful without being pushy. He offered suggestions while keeping my needs and budget in mind and listened throughout our time together. The delivery team, led by Cyrus (sp?), was also amazing, polite, and respectful of our time and property leaving our furniture exactly where we wanted it and picking up and removing all packing materials. Overall a great experience!

Had an outstanding experience working with Nate Clark at Ashley GV this weekend. Purchased my third set of living room furniture (every 8 years or so) from this store. Nate was very attentive when I had questions and comfortable giving me space when I was browsing. Also purchased a new Sealy Elite Queen mattress with a pillow top - didn’t know they still made those! Nico, the store manager, was also gracious and helpful with financing terms. We purchased a loveseat with a massage feature which worked fine for several months then quit working. Ends up it was a defective part and needed replacing. Ashley sent out a a tech who ordered the replacement part and returned within 2 weeks and installed the new part in about an hour. He was so good that you can’t even tell he had to open up the back and underside, including staple felt cover. It works great again and the overall customer service was impressive. Horrible service, went to the store to get a table, never arrived. I called them many times, all I get is that they delivered it, they sent me pictures of another house as proof that they delivered the table. When I finally got through to them that that wasn’t my house, they tried to tell me that the driver messed up and uploaded the previous delivery house, but that they definitely delivered the table. I had an awesome experience here, and in particular thank you Nate for the sales help. Before going to Ashley I went to LaZBoy in Tucson and was accosted by a sales woman, who from the second I went in would not stop following me and would not listen to any feedback I gave. When I said repeatedly that I did not want any electronics in the furniture she led me to a couch and when I sat down said, “grab the remote, there are four motors!”. I didn’t want a remote or motors! And when I did grab the remote (which is wireless, so not only will I lose it but the battery might die, or I spill something and it breaks - regardless I can’t recline) the power wasn’t on! Yet another reason I said I want a lever, a pull string, whatever manual thing - but no electronics! Then a short time later the same lady comes back and says, “so are we ready to do this?”. I hadn’t shown interest in anything! In fact, when I said I didn’t like something she said, “well everyone likes it”. Not to mention the prices were outrageous and to top it off before leaving the lady told me she would be coming to my house to personally measure everything (it’s included in the price whether you want it or not), but the couch would still be at least 8 weeks till delivery. So I’m expected to pay thousands of dollars for furniture I have explicitly said I am not interested in and that I won’t have for at least two months? It was unpleasant and stressful, and I was kind of offended by my criteria being ignored and essentially being told my tastes are wrong for not liking a certain texture or fabric. The rant against LaZBoy is to contrast with how awesome and calm my Ashley experience felt. I walked in, some people said hi without running over and let me browse. Then when I had a question Nate came over, listened, pointed out the things I should look for, and went away again to let me keep looking. I found the furniture I liked, Nate came back over, I bought it for a reasonable price, and it is scheduled for delivery next week. This is the kind of shopping experience people want!

Sissy was outstanding. My father who can be a tough customer commented how happy he was and he was glad we had Sissy helping us out. Well done Sissy!

Four years ago I bought a Recliner at Ashley Sahuarita and a five year warranty. October 15th 2024 the controller burned out. October 16th I went to the store with my burned out controller and was promised service would help me in three days. No service, Four days later I went back to the store and was again told that service would contact me in three days. Again no service. My third trip to the I was told Sam Levitz was the owner of Ashley Sahuarita and they had declared bankruptcy and the store had been sold. The new owner could possibly fix the problem . No response. After many calls and letters to Ashley Corporate, no help. The final offer from Ashley was a 10% discount on my next purchase from Ashley Sahuarita. That's wonderful but it didn't fix my chair. Final solution I did extensive research and found a controller on line for sixty dollars and installed and it and it works. I will no longer shop at Ashley. Jerry Hansen

We paid $2000 for a dining set. We received a broken chair that was literally taped back together. I noticed a piece of tape on the leg. Thinking it was left over from packaging, I pulled it off. A large chunk of the chair leg came off with it. I called service and asked for a new chair. I was told they have to try to fix it first. I didn’t purchase a broken or repaired chair. I purchased a brand new chair. Another chair has screws that keep falling out of it. This will be the second time service has to come and put screws back in. I’m assuming they’re stripped as they used an impact drill to rush through assembly. This is the second time Ashley’s delivery men have delivered damaged products to us and tried to cover it up. I find it shady and dishonest. No one has integrity anymore.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible customer service. Opened a credit card to take advantage of no interest for 1 year and was charged TRIPLE what we were originally charged in the store. I have been emailing and calling for 2 weeks and it still has not been resolved, leaving this credit card with a negative balance which it definitely does NOT have and affecting my credit score. I have asked to speak with management and just get thrown around with excuses as to why they can’t talk. They also delivered to a house we didn’t even own or occupy yet and didn’t let us know it was delivered and only half of our couch was delivered so I went to pick the other half up because I was told by 2 different people that it was at a warehouse in Phoenix just to get 1 hour into the 2 hour drive and say that the items I was coming to get were still in California….

I must admit, he is extremely knowledgeable about new mattress products and features. I recommend him to anyone thinking about improving their sleep.
