Ashley Furniture was a great place to shop. The salesman Joel was kind, knowledgeable, and thorough to pick up on my needs and guide me around the store.
We stopped into Ashley during their Labor Day sale to find a loveseat. Hector was very helpful in pointing out several that met our needs and we selected one. In completing the sale paperwork, Hector spelled my first name wrong and continued to spell it wrong in follow up texts after correcting the spelling and completing the sale. That was a little disappointing. We were also led to believe that the cost of the extended warranty for the loveseat would be refunded if we didn't use any of it during the five year period; in reading the paperwork, it appears that we will be provided a discount in the amount of the warranty towards another purchase. There is a big difference between a refund and a discount. The automated process for scheduling the delivery window worked very well. I was kept well advised of the status and was able to track where the delivery truck was. The delivery arrived hours ahead of my delivery window! The delivery team did a great job. They set up and placed my loveseat where I wanted it. I thoroughly inspected it and everything looks and functions fine. Very happy with this purchase!
