The main downside was that the bed frame took nearly 2 1/2 months to deliver, so be prepared to wait especially for more popular items. (Granted, I won't fault this particular location)

We paid $2000 for a dining set. We received a broken chair that was literally taped back together. I noticed a piece of tape on the leg. Thinking it was left over from packaging, I pulled it off. A large chunk of the chair leg came off with it. I called service and asked for a new chair. I was told they have to try to fix it first. I didn’t purchase a broken or repaired chair. I purchased a brand new chair. Another chair has screws that keep falling out of it. This will be the second time service has to come and put screws back in. I’m assuming they’re stripped as they used an impact drill to rush through assembly. This is the second time Ashley’s delivery men have delivered damaged products to us and tried to cover it up. I find it shady and dishonest. No one has integrity anymore.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible customer service. Opened a credit card to take advantage of no interest for 1 year and was charged TRIPLE what we were originally charged in the store. I have been emailing and calling for 2 weeks and it still has not been resolved, leaving this credit card with a negative balance which it definitely does NOT have and affecting my credit score. I have asked to speak with management and just get thrown around with excuses as to why they can’t talk. They also delivered to a house we didn’t even own or occupy yet and didn’t let us know it was delivered and only half of our couch was delivered so I went to pick the other half up because I was told by 2 different people that it was at a warehouse in Phoenix just to get 1 hour into the 2 hour drive and say that the items I was coming to get were still in California….

I received another call today that it's been moved back to May. They can't blame it on covid anymore. The store doesn't answer the phone so you have to physically go there to talk to someone. Are you going to make the match to my sofa? If not, quit stringing us along! Edit: I received the phone call today that we will not be receiving the loveseat at all! Apparently, Ashley sells sets but doesn't have to complete the set!

I recently purchased furniture from Ashley for my entire home, a 3 bedroom, single story. The initial visit to the store was pleasant and the in-store associates were great. However from that point on, delivery of the items was a nightmare. I received conflicting information about the time and date of delivery, the items to be shipped were parceled into separate deliveries (very confusing), and the agents who called me were calling from Asia with mis-information. The call centers were so noisy I couldn't hear the agents clearly. It took three different deliveries, all occurring months after the original order was placed. I like the furniture, but I cannot, in good conscience recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone in the future.

I spent over an hour in this store and picked out some furniture to purchase. I asked the sales person, Susana Miller, about a sofa chaise and told her i wanted a sofa bed. She said that this particular sofa was a sofa bed. I went to raise the cushion to see the mattress and she said it wasn't there right now. I went back to that item a couple of times and lifted the chaise cushion to see how it could be a sofa bed. I purchased the items based on what Susana told me. The next day, I saw that same item in another store and realized there was no way it was a sofa bed. Now I though either Susana did not know her products or she was out right lying to me about it. 44 hours after I made this purchase, I tried calling the actual store three times and no one answered, just got a recording stating they were busy. Not a smart business practice. I called the customer service number for Ashley and spoke to a woman who tried to sell me something else. I told her NO, I wanted to cancel my order and I wanted my money back. Finally she said she cancelled the order and it would take 48-72 hours to see a refund. When this CS woman tried to call the store, she had no luck with anyone answering the phones. Finally after chatting with 4 different people and getting 2 case numbers and being told different things by different people and putting in a dispute with my credit card company, I received a refund on March 16, 2024. I will NOT shop at Ashley Furniture and I should have listened to the reviews I read.

Since Ashley split from Sam Levitz in Tucson, the furniture thats being offered has been refreshed with todays looks. It seems the store as a whole has been renovated (broadway & pantano)

I visited the showroom in February and had a very good experience. I paid for my bedroom furniture and scheduled a delivery date. A week later I was contacted by the Phoenix office. One of my items was on back order so I selected another date. A few days before the second delivery date i received a call concerning rescheduling because i never confirmed the delivery date? This has been so unnecessary! A month later i still do not have my bedroom furniture but Ashley Furniture has my money!!!! I will NEVER purchase anything from Ashley Furniture.

I purchased a bedroom set in mid February. Got an email on 2/20 and again on 3/5 stating I needed to be home on 3/8 for delivery. All seemed well, but no one came, when I called the representative stated those two emails were automated and that no delivery date has been set. I stayed home all day waiting, and had gotten no other emails. Very poor communication and customer service - STAY AWAY FROM ASHLEY! I am demanding compensation for my time or I am cancelling my order - Never to order from them again.

THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. **** I received a return email from the manufacturer after a few days. I was given the FedEx tracking numbers for the rugs. They were delivered on Feb 6th.

Good quality but the rest of tye experience has been a nightmare . We purchased a bed in Nov. 2023 and to date never received what we paid for. Had to go to the store to puck up the last piece and its not what we ordered! Lot of lip service and terrible customer service. !!! That's my story and I'm sticking to it!!!

I prepaid for a leather sofa and was told it would come in Mid December 2023.....about 1 month from purchase .....went into store when they wouldn't return my calls and found out my order was cancelled and no one called me.They said they could give me a refund and I said "damn straight right now" Never going back.

I have been going to Ashley furniture in Green Valley for 8 years. I have spent a lot of money there in the thousands. I have been so disappointed i in this past year, customer service sucks. They don't keep their promises and you can never get anyone on the phone. It's so much confusion, even the managers there are awful. I would never shop there again. I've been waiting for a credit for over 3 months. And I keep getting the run around very, very disappointed in this location. I must contact corporate to see if I can get this problem. Resoved it's very frustrating

Went to Ashley's in Sahuarita AZ ymrhis afternoon. Was greeted by Jose, a couple of times later he came by and we asked a question. He was short with his answer then immediately sat down on the nearest couch or chair. His answers were almost abrupt and definitely not wanting to help. My experience with Sam Levitz/Ashley Home Store was beyond infuriating. They duped me with false claims, asserting that my table was solid wood when, in reality, it revealed itself as a shoddy piece of laminate as soon as it started bubbling. The agonizing part was the excruciatingly long wait for them to even address the issue. When they finally did, their attempts at a fix were utterly useless. To add insult to injury, they arrogantly offered me a mere credit without bothering to inform me that returning the deceptive item was an required. The audacity of their deception and lack of transparency is downright appalling. The pinnacle of frustration, however, was the abysmal customer service I encountered – rude, dismissive, and utterly unhelpful. This experience has not only left me with a subpar table but also with a bitter taste that ensures I will never set foot in Sam Levitz/Ashley Home Store again. They have lost a customer for life, and I'll be sure to share my horrendous encounter with everyone I know. Disgraceful

Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had with a furniture store - or any store for that matter. Failure after failure to resolve any issue! If you decide to use this store - good luck!

Store experience: Getting interrupted by other customers while I was trying to pay was rather uncomfortable. That has more to do with the layout than anything. Not the associates fault, but it shouldn't be okay for customers to just lean over the computer while you're reviewing your order (what you ordered, financials etc.). (4 Stars) The furniture: is OK quality, but I am not trying to spend a fortune on something my dog thinks is their bed. (3 stars) Now their delivery service. The associates are great (the ones that actually deliver). Quick, efficient, neat, organized, etc. They've delivered furniture before (5 stars) The scheduling team: I called to schedule with their team (and once to reschedule due to a conflict). I had to call 5 times (1 reschedule and 4 schedules) because they just didn't bother to put anything on the schedule. So I've waited 4 times for nothing to be delivered. Called the last time and they just hung up. Had to call the store directly. It's disappointing because the wait times on the scheduling call center are long and the people are unprofessional /snarky. (Snarky is the only word I can think of to describe the associates I encountered). (0 Stars) If you need something, call the furniture store directly.

Oscar Stevens is great in Sales as well as Service. He has been instrumental in answering our questions and guiding us to choices, which were excellent. We recently built a new home and needed to select furniture for Dining and Living Room areas. The table, chairs & bench were in stock and delivered within a week after purchase on Labor Day! Our builder was pleased and commented that the dining table, chairs & bench were the perfect proportion for the area! The sofas will arrive at the end of October. Thank you Oscar for helping us furnish our home!

They finally got newer styles in stock. I found a great bargain on a recliner in the clearance section. It's been delivered and I love it! I was helped very adequately by a young lady, after being ignored by an older salesman. Gee, I thought the days were over when women were ignored in stores, but not for that guy!

Ashley.com is the worst . I ordered $1k worth of furniture from the store and another $1k online. Because I live on a new street and my address can not be verified by google maps my .com orders were all cancelled after shipping and now I need to wait 7-10 days while the credit card refund is processed . In the meantime Ashley had delivered to my house and had been paid for over $1K worth of furniture so if they had bothered to check their records as I suggested the 8 times I called them they would have realized that they had been to my address. Disgraceful service. Ok to order from the store but stay away from anything that ships direct

We thought would try one last time, first time just ordered two simple inexpensive end tables. They were in stock 9 weeks later they come in, went and picked up as delivery charge almost as much as item, should have delivered for Free since was never in stock excuse number one sitting on a boat somewhere. Now comes current time 2 weeks ago came in for dining room table and six chairs. It started out well salesperson was helpful and friendly very informative. That was the extent when we realized had our wrong address called right away to correct has had moved our salesperson who was susposed to update never did came to wrong address We did finally get except we paid for setup by Ashley in order to get warranty as they said, however not put together at our home came in already assembled. The chairs two if them legs top short, we called to bring back to exchange unable to accommodate. We were told end of next week will bring a complete new set. We had dinner guests coming before could get new table and chairs back so told them to come and pickup will go elsewhere. The day comes to pick-up again drivers went to wrong place, we called asked where they were was told old address We have called numerous times to update address, updated with Salesperson as well as drivers the first time came out to wrong place After waiting 30 minutes for drivers to pickup our furniture called the store to be informed would not pickup today as a different zip code from what given, why should I the customer be penalized for your lack of communication. We rented a Uhaul and returned the same day as promised, we did not get reimbursed, but it was worth every penny to get away from this horrible place. Buyers beware if you move ever make sure before you leave the store corrections have been made Do not trust customer service or salesperson to make changes won't happen

Our experience with the Green Valley Ashley store was like the three stooges only without any humor. In April we ordered furniture and scheduled it to be delivered after our move in July. Over the next months we received messages that it was ready. On the first day in our new location our rug was delivered. It was not the rug we had ordered. Then on July 30th. We went to the store to confirm delivery on Aug1st. Confirmed, it would be delivered between 2 and 6 pm. At ten to six the furniture had not been delivered. I called and was told, a manager had called and said we had rescheduled the delivery. We had spoken to no one about this nor had anyone called us. I asked to speak to a manager, there was no one available. I told them I was so frustrated I was considering canceling the order. A sales person later that evening texted me me asking how did we like our new furniture? I explained that we had been told we had canceled the delivery. She checked and said the love seat we had ordered was damaged and they stopped delivery. This was the first we had heard of the damage and reason the delivery had not been made. Next morning we went to the store and spoke with the store manager. Not one word of I'm sorry for all of this until Suzanne mentioned that no one seemed to care about this matter. He told us the order had been cancelled. We said we had not cancelled. after reopening the order he said a new love seat could be ordered and delivered in two months. When told there was the same love seat on the showroom floor, he said he could not let us have it. I told him we were going to walk around the show room and he could come up with a better solution. Like magic, when we returned, the love seat on the floor could be sold. Delivery was to occur two days later. On the delivery date, the love seat was again not included on the truck. Another call to Ashley. To make the tale even better, a large framed picture bought in the original order and delivered, had a chunk of the frame broken off. I can honestly say I've never dealt with a more inept company than Ashley Green Valley.

We were welcomed at the Ashley door by Oscar. He gave us great customer service. He was friendly, informative and did not pressure us. He obviously knows how to assist customers in the best way possible. We are pleased with our high quality furniture and will definitely be back looking for Oscar again with our future purchases. Oscar gave us updates when our furniture was going to be delivered. That was helpful.

Let me start by saying the salesperson was excellent. First, we bought a chair on clearance, paid 69.00 for delivery, and scheduled the date. I confirmed on the text message with the link they sent. I received a call the day of delivery but missed it. No message was left. I called to find out where the delivery was at the end of the delivery window and was told the chair did not make it to the truck for delivery......wasted day waiting. It was then scheduled for the next day without a time frame.....waited for delivery. Ashley did refund the delivery charge after speaking to someone associated with Sam Levits. Next , I ordered a leather sofa, loveseat, and ottoman. It was on back order with delivery anticipated at the end of July. Was called by the salesperson and informed that the delivery would be pushed back to the end of August. Then, I received a call that they were discontinuing the vendor and was offered a refund or the floor sample. We went into the store and looked at the floor sample, and decided we would take it. They discounted the price, some, but then voided the warranty that was originally purchased. We were told that the items were now clearance and did not qualify for a warranty. This seemed like a bate and switch deal. The manager would not honor the original purchased items. we had he we would have taken the floor samples. Since he did not, we asked for a refund, which I am still waiting for. They debted the money quickly but seem slow on crediting the refund. I will never do business with Ashley Home Store or Sam Levits and would advise the same for any of my friends or family.

Me and my wife went into Ashley furniture store and we where greeted by Cayla. She was very friendly and helped us find the sofas we wanted, she even helped us apply for financing.A week later we got our sofa’s and she kept in touch the whole time. Highly recommend her.

We ordered an entire living room table set consisting of four pieces. If you ordered online, it was listing a three day delivery window. We wanted to see the pieces first, so we went to the store. We liked the pieces, but the price was cheaper online. They price matched but told us it would probably be two weeks for store pickup. An additional selling point came when it was mentioned there was stock in California and they would probably transfer it out. We paid in full via credit card.Yesterday was the two week mark. We called and have now been informed it will be until the end of the month. Meanwhile, they are using our funds and a payment, with interest, will be due before we even see our purchases. This is infuriating, as we pay cards before the due date to avoid interest, but we don't want to pay for something we do not have. We caution others about the deception. One has to wonder what kind of financial status Ashley is in when the vendors are not expediate with merchandise replenishment. Ashley is "using" our funds for ??Oh, and the salesman's solution (repeated many times) - we can cancel the order. No wonder there are no cars in the parking lot!

I have been waiting more than 3 months for a bedset i ordered and every week its excuse after excuse saying there is no hardware included and have to wait or it’s damaged or broken, it was supposed to be here the beginning of April and ever since then every delivery is either canceled or they tell me there is no hardware included so it’s another delivery date and I have been more than patient but manager didn’t seem to care and accused of us rejecting when that is not even the case and even then who wants a broken bed?! We have tried to explain and just now telling us we are the ones in charge of what we do with our order when he didn’t explain that the multiple times I’ve called to complain about this order!! Very bad service I wouldn’t recommend going here, save your time and go somewhere where they will actually help you

Worst customer service I have ever seen we placed our order in February for kid bunk beds they told us the day it would be available then called us and pushed back to mid March then they show up in March and they don’t have the Hardware for the beds!!! Then reorder for April and it gets pushed back May then in May we are waiting on the scheduled day and and they forget to let us know the beds wouldn’t be in until Mid June they show up on delivery day and the beds are completely damaged missing hardware again and they can’t build the beds for us they take it all back so definitely don’t deal with them this is not our first in counter with them we suggest you use conns way way better service and quality

They are the worst experience I have ever had with any furniture store. Their customer service is also horrible. We bought a sectional couch during peak Covid, along with their warranty. For two years, nothing but headaches with this place. One section of the couch, despite having people come out multiple times, continually remains slanted. Then two months ago, one of my kids' sits down, and a section of the couch completely caved in. All the wood just broke! She didn't forcefully sit, it just broke under a small kid. So here we go again Ashley's, call and wait.. and wait.. and wait.. and finally someone comes out. Only they fix the lopsided part of the couch, so that it can continue to slant! Are you kidding me people?! The broken one they are taking out of our house to fix, and bring back by the end of April, which means we will have to wait two more weeks. By the time everything is said and done, it will have been three months that it took these people to "fix" the broken section of the couch, and more than two years to "fix" a section that has always remained slanted. How in the world do you expect people to be happy with dropping thousands of dollars on furniture, paying extra for insurance, for something that doesn't last two years, and then being inconvenienced for months by it being broken because you can't do your job and fix it?! I will never buy from this place ever again, nor would I ever recommend anyone buy from here.

Walked through and the nearly two dozen sales floor staff were all sitting in some corner of a display on their tablets. The handful that looked up and made any eye contact immediately turned away, including a couple that got up and walked the opposite direction. That’s a damning tone to set. Actively avoid this store.

Zero stars to be more exact! I used to buy all my furniture from Ashley's in Green Valley until the Terrible Treatment I received from the store's Manager regarding property damage I received by their delivery truck. My roll gate to my property was bulldozed by their delivery people and never did I receive compensation or even apology. It was $1200 repair to my gate. When I went to the store to speak with the manager, he cursed me out and told me to F____n stop coming over here. He said their insurance company might handle it. It's been going on 2 yrs now. Yeah, thank you Ashley Homestore. I'll go somewhere else!

I’ve been waiting for over 2 weeks for them to transfer a coffee table and 2end tables from prince to this location. I call on Monday, ask if it has been delivered, they say no, it’s still at the prince location. Then they say it’s going to take 2 to 3 days to deliver and then I call again on Monday and it starts over again. So now I have to wait 2 to 3 more days to get told that it’s not shipped yet.

So dissatisfied with our experience with Ashley's furniture. We purchased a bed specifically because it was going to be delivered after the holidays,but we are now in May and still do not have a bed. The bed came to the house damaged, and the delivery person asked if "I still wanted it delivered" we paid full price for a bed why would I accept a damaged one. We scheduled a new delivery date for a new bed, waited all day, and still did not arrive. When I went to Ashley's to ask what was going on, a note had been placed on our account that they spoke to me and confirmed they couldn't deliver the bed again for yet another broken bed set. Never did I speak to anyone and didn't hear anything until I came in. Now we scheduled yet another delivery, and the bed is damaged and they want to try to deliver on Wednesday. I just can't take the run around any more.

Mixed feelings, Pros: In-store customer service was amazing and everyone was super accommodating and helpful, especially for me a customer who changed their mind a few times. Cons: We kept getting told the table and chairs were back ordered and when I did go to the store to change small things, it seemed like we were stuck in the store for long periods of time, which was more painful for my child than anything else. So I guess all in all if you are patient and okay to wait a few months to get your furniture, not a bad place to shop.

We went there today looking to furnish most of our new home with furniture. Not once did anyone stop to say hi or to see if we needed help. WE WALKED OUT AND WONT BE BACK! Ashley lost a repeat customer and a lot of money we were planning on spending. We will take that money and our business where it will be appreciated.

My salesperson Michael was a joy to work with. Very knowledgeable and gave me a discount when he could. He made the process for financing real easy. I will be back looking for a recliner and will work with Michael again.

Nat was our salesman. He was awesome. No pressure. He let us take our time and try out everything before we decided. He even honored an online sale price the day after we purchased it.

Our sales person was Oscar. He was the perfect sales person. Not pushy, he didn't hover. When he saw we had questions, he came over and answered everything. Gave us important information to help us decide when we wanted to purchase. Told us about 90 day layaway as well as some unusual questions we had. I highly recommend OSCAR.

The show room is spacious and has a great variety. We love the couch that we got. Prince the sales rep that helped us was fantastic. He was extremely patient and thorough. He also showed us some awesome space age beds that make you feel like your floating. I highly recommend this place for all your home furnishing needs.

Mr.Mills helped my family and I pick out our furniture at Ashley Furniture in Green Valley. We bought in a sample of our floor and he look us to different varieties of furniture that would match. WE LOVEEEEEEEE OURRR FUNITUREEE SO SO MUCHHH!! He provided excellent customer service and always checked on us and provided updates. He is an excellent sales man. If you want a person that is patient with his clients ask for him!

About a month ago, we bought a mattress at the Green Valley store. The mattress was comfortable from night one, but it was too high. I am short, and I had to climb in and slide off. I was afraid I would fall. I called them. They immediately offered a solution. They couldn’t have been more helpful. In less than a week, we had a different box spring. I am 100 percent pleased with the service. This was not the first item we’ve bought there, and if we ever need something else, we will return to Ashley.

If you are thinking of buying furniture, don't think Ashley! Not only do they fail to communicate, it seems they don't honor their "insurance guarantee" ( and I use that term loosely). We purchased a number of items including a bedroom suite: dresser, highboy, two night stands, and a very faulty frame, as well as a dinette set, and coffee table cost: We dropped quite a chunk of change in the process. We did have a bit of a problem with delivery of the coffee table, but with COVID rampant, that was to be expected.What we did not expect was that the bed would collapse within a month of purchase with a broken rail while we were sleeping! Either the design of the bed was faulty or it was incorrectly put together. For three of those weeks prior to the big crash in the middle of the night, I was traveling across country and only my husband was sleeping in the bed alone. But we had insurance, right! Everything should be fine! That's when we had a really rude awakening! We went back to Ashley immediately after the Big Crash. It was impossible to get thru to customer service. We finally had a a service visit scheduled two weeks later. Meanwhile, we are sleeping on the box springs and mattress on the floor. (Something I haven't done since college over 40 years ago!) Serviceman came and stated the bed could NOT be repaired...and then silence from Ashley. After a week of no further communication, I called AGAIN. After a run around with sales it was determined that a new rail had been ordered. And then, more silence. I waited over another week and called customer service AGAIN. I was told that Ashley had been trying to reach us. Interesting, since the Askley/ Sam Levitt number NEVER appeared on either of our phones. However, the rail would be delivered on Saturday,BUT it wasn't! Again silence from Ashley. I called customer service twice ( disconnected the first time) and was told there was a problem with the truck. The service person said he would check with his supervisor and call me right back, but he didn't.Anyone want to by a new, but broken bed? Literally, don't waste your time with Ashley, cause you "won't get no satisfaction!"

Kimberly was an excellent sales person, no pressure, very knowledgeable, and very patient while I tried out all kinds of different beds, and then followed up my visit with texts about the products I was looking at. Which is exactly why I went back the next day and purchased my favorite bed. She very easily took me through the process and I appreciated her professionalism.

My boyfriend and I recently went into Sam Levitz on 36th street to look at Master bedroom sets. We like everyone else had a salesman following us around. He eventually got the hint that we wanted nothing to do with him. He was worse than a car salesman. As we looked at the bedroom sets we stopped to admire one and a very pleasant bubbly outgoing sales lady asked if we had any questions. She introduced herself to us as Kimberly Hernandez. She was such a refreshing ray of sunshine. She was very knowledgeable with all the items we looked at. If she did not know the answer she got it for us right away. We were so undecided as to what items from the bedroom set we were looking at would fit in our bedroom. She gave us our privacy to discuss things and would come back and check on us. She encouraged us to take our time and go home to see what would fit. She sent us measurements. We ended up going back a few other times. We even went to the Green Valley Ashley store and we’re approached by numerous sales staff on 2 separate occasions. We made it very clear we were working with Kimberly Hernandez and we’re told she would get the credit if we bought with them. We left and went a few days later to see Kimberly Hernandez and let her know what our experience was She let us know that she would have only received partial credit. We explained to her we were so impressed and comfortable with her that we wanted her to get full credit for the sales. She thanked us. We again received an absolute amazing experience with her. I've purchased several items of furniture from Ashley's in Green Valley and the prices were reasonable & the quality above average. However, their service dept is horrible. I purchased a protection plan & my recliner stopped reclining & it took 3 weeks for someone to come over & check it out. I had told them in advance that the handle was broken, but the guy shows up w/only one handle & it was the wrong size. That was Friday & today is Wednesday & I had to call them, only to be told that it would be 4-6 weeks until the part is delivered to me AND then I have to call & make a service call & wait for someone to remedy the problem - UNacceptable!

Edited- since I originally posted this review, a manager from the location reached out personally to address the issues I’ve been having. I think if she had known about my situation sooner things would have been handled differently/better. She had already started to try to rectify the situation and personally assist me for the rest of the process. I originally had it as 1 Star but with the recent genuine interest the manager has taken in my situation I have changed it to reflect the new assistance I’m receiving. Worse Ashley store I’ve ever shopped at. I order $7,000 worth of items and three of the items were on back order but how told they would be in the first week of March. The first week of March turned to mid March, then early April then mid April until June when we finally received it. Then after receiving it, they left all three boxes of furniture on my bedroom floor even though we had set up included in the delivery. When they sent a new delivery guy a few days later both nightstands are damaged and need to be replaced. So after taking with customer service they say they will order me two replacements, I call back a week later and they don’t have a record of it but see it in the “notes” and now it’s almost July and they tell me they will put in an order through customer service because there is no order in for it. Never have I had an issue with an Ashley store until this one.

Ashley HomeStore in GV - Sales associate, Shyanne, was very pleasant and helpful with shopping around. She did not bother us, or constantly check on us, but instead gave us our space and time, and I was still very attentive, helpful and kind when asking for help. Went shopping around to other furniture stores, including other Ashley’s and Sam Levitz, and Shyanne was by far the best with customer service out of all of them.

Great staff. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The only thing that I was a little put off by was their check out process. After purchasing a chair, the nice woman who was helping me had to handwrite some kind of purchase invoice. Then disappeared to her desk for 10-15 minutes to do something that had to be done. Then we go over to a computer where she can finally take my money and print out a receipt. The woman was very polite and apologetic but the whole process took a good half hour.

Loren was a great sales person. Had all my best interests. Not hard sell. Just very helpful. Came up with good ideas. Moved furniture around so I could see how they look next to each other. Alway very helpful. Gave the impression all could be done to help me make decisions.

It was nice to walk in and not get bombarded. Was told that if we needed help they were there.

Loren was knowledgeable and not pushy. They’re accommodating my delivery date which is 2wks out.

It was a really massive store so it was easy to get lost in, but Miguel was able to help us around and tell us exactly where we needed to go to find what. Okay I have to be fair here in my review. The sales person was great. Miguel Ángel you good. However communication among the staff and shipping departments needs to improve. I was told I was going to be able to get my whole purchase delivered one day then I got a call saying the full purchase will not be ready. It is an inconvenience to make a purchase and it not arrive at the said time

We were shopping to replace a love seat that we have had for years. Israel, our sales person was exceptional. While he showed us what our options were, he allowed us to look around with no pressure. His patience and willingness to answer all our questions was superb. We are returning Ashley customers because of the quality furniture and the professional & helpful sales staff.

The sectional also ended up being less than what we saw it for online. Originally the delivery was a week but he was able to get it done the very next day. This store seems to have it all. We recently moved into a new house and could easily furnish it with Ashley. I want to give a shout out to Alex, the very attentive young man who steered me toward a powered recliner set. I was set on replacing my worn out, traditional recliner, but Alex upsold me to an electric one. I thought, "Okay, sales guy, I'll let you give your obligatory spiel, but I'm still going with my old school chair. I was wrong! I've never been happier to be upsold, because Alex showed me something I couldn't live without. At least, I don't WANT to live without it, LOL. His supervisor, Luis, was great as well. He assuaged our uncertainties with COVID delays and other unflattering reviews left about this store. Ashley is great. Their parent company, Sam Levitz, is not. I think that's an important distinction. We happily bought a bedroom set from Ashley as well, but Sam Levitz turned an otherwise pleasant experience into a 10-week fiasco. Ashley's prices are pretty good, and they are willing to negotiate to meet other stores' deals. They will also price match any deals you find with Sam Levitz. Thanks Alex!
