They start data gathering on you the second you walk in. I'm sorry but i don't need to provide a name to look around. The young man who was supposed to help me with mattresses was horrible. I told him I was not interested in hybrid mattresses and he was trying to talk me into it. I told him I could not handle the off gassing for a week. He looked at me like I was insane. He didn't know about the off-gassing. How does a mattress salesman not know about off gassing? I knew I was working with an idiot and told him to leave me alone. He continued following me and pestering me. I kept telling him to leave me alone as i was trying to leave the store. He was so unprofessional and rude. As i was walking out another customer stopped to chat. She had actually purchased from the store but the item was defective. They would not answer her phone calls so she had to drive in. Not a good experience with the sales person, and it seems if there are problems they will not answer the phone. That's all I need to know.

My husband and I recently got some furniture here, we had a great experience. I always thought Ashley's was more expensive but they have comparable prices to American Furniture, although I think they have better pieces of furniture than AFW. Our salesmen Issac was very knowledgeable about pretty much everything on the floor. The manger gave us more money off, because the item was slightly damaged. We will definitely be coming back!!

Tried several times to speak to a salesperson at the store to check stock before driving over. Impossible to speak to anyone.

Buyer beware they have a no return policy on everything. My wife and I went in there isn’t the first time been there many times but many things over the last 10 years spent a lot of money. We decided to go in and get a make up vanity for my wife. They showed us a picture of one online from a different furniture store from what I could tell the dimensions were right for the area we’re using it in. So went ahead and purchased it upon delivery the first time furniture was damaged rescheduled for another Saturday then Friday evening without any prior notice reschedule is canceled. So we get a text scheduled for the next Saturday finally we’re getting it a month later. I’ll be in mind. This is for my wife so it came in. The vanity was much bigger than we thought. I waited for her to get home. We contacted ASHLEY customer service. We are told no problem. Will make the return not an issue. VIP service here. We are a Couple weeks later we get told I’m sorry you waited too long to make the return even though they kept telling us hey wait 72 business hours and will schedule the return. Get another call back with another 72 hours. You’ll get a call for the return now, they tell me it’s too late to make the return and won’t take it back basically your SOL. Looks like I’ll be driving to Tucson next time I need to purchase any furniture thanks Ashley‘s.

I brought a king size bed from the Ashley store in Green Valley Arizona. The bedroom was delivered with a broken bed rail. This when I discovered a very poor customer service. The store wasn't able to help and I had to submit a ticket to a text number and wait 72 hours for a answer. I called back several of times but the off shore person will give you a different answer every time you call. So be aware if you have problems with the product you purchased, don't expect any urgency on their part to help resolve the issue. Our issue was resolved but I will have to think twice before buying again from this company.

Zero Star review- Never ever purchase anything from this store, and if you do never ever purchase the extended warranty. I have been trying to get an electronic recliner repaired that we purchased in 2022. I have submitted copy of order, pictures and completed form. Getting them to answer the phone and getting them to honor the warranty has been the most excruciating experience. I cannot say one good thing about my experience so far and i have yet to get a technician to go to our home to repair it. It has been months of phone calls, visits to the store which is 45 minutes from our home and endless emails. No resolution. Avoid this store if you possibly can.

What a rip off they do some shady math here and pushy as hell don't know how many times we had to tell them we are just looking then the math that was something really special they price match AFW which was well over $1000 less for the same item but some how it worked out with all the BS add ons to be almost exactly their original price how the hell pays $700 for delivery better yet who actually thought charging $700 for delivery was a great idea and yes we were told this is a variable charge depending on the price of what was being orded also the warranty is another variable charge based on the amount spent great job Ashley for best big old Asholes
