Wonderful customer service
Sissy was fabulous! She took a great deal of time with us several hours to make sure that we had the right furniture and bed for our body and needs. She was great to hang out with.

I had an awesome experience here, and in particular thank you Nate for the sales help. Before going to Ashley I went to LaZBoy in Tucson and was accosted by a sales woman, who from the second I went in would not stop following me and would not listen to any feedback I gave. When I said repeatedly that I did not want any electronics in the furniture she led me to a couch and when I sat down said, “grab the remote, there are four motors!”. I didn’t want a remote or motors! And when I did grab the remote (which is wireless, so not only will I lose it but the battery might die, or I spill something and it breaks - regardless I can’t recline) the power wasn’t on! Yet another reason I said I want a lever, a pull string, whatever manual thing - but no electronics! Then a short time later the same lady comes back and says, “so are we ready to do this?”. I hadn’t shown interest in anything! In fact, when I said I didn’t like something she said, “well everyone likes it”. Not to mention the prices were outrageous and to top it off before leaving the lady told me she would be coming to my house to personally measure everything (it’s included in the price whether you want it or not), but the couch would still be at least 8 weeks till delivery. So I’m expected to pay thousands of dollars for furniture I have explicitly said I am not interested in and that I won’t have for at least two months? It was unpleasant and stressful, and I was kind of offended by my criteria being ignored and essentially being told my tastes are wrong for not liking a certain texture or fabric. The rant against LaZBoy is to contrast with how awesome and calm my Ashley experience felt. I walked in, some people said hi without running over and let me browse. Then when I had a question Nate came over, listened, pointed out the things I should look for, and went away again to let me keep looking. I found the furniture I liked, Nate came back over, I bought it for a reasonable price, and it is scheduled for delivery next week. This is the kind of shopping experience people want!
Sissy was outstanding. My father who can be a tough customer commented how happy he was and he was glad we had Sissy helping us out. Well done Sissy!

Four years ago I bought a Recliner at Ashley Sahuarita and a five year warranty. October 15th 2024 the controller burned out. October 16th I went to the store with my burned out controller and was promised service would help me in three days. No service, Four days later I went back to the store and was again told that service would contact me in three days. Again no service. My third trip to the I was told Sam Levitz was the owner of Ashley Sahuarita and they had declared bankruptcy and the store had been sold. The new owner could possibly fix the problem . No response. After many calls and letters to Ashley Corporate, no help. The final offer from Ashley was a 10% discount on my next purchase from Ashley Sahuarita. That's wonderful but it didn't fix my chair. Final solution I did extensive research and found a controller on line for sixty dollars and installed and it and it works. I will no longer shop at Ashley. Jerry Hansen

I’ve recently had a pleaser working with an incredible , very attentive sales women at the Ashley store in green valley ! I will continue to ask for Krystyna everytime I go into that store. The amount of knowledge and experience Krystyna has is amazing. Throughout the years Krystyna has always understood me when I ask for details or to even explain everything to me. She is super patient especially because I’m not an impulsive buyer , Krystyna recently spent 3 hours with me in the store listening, understanding all my needs , concerns , colors and visions ! Wow, what a great experience we had with Sissy Lawty! Sissy is charming, easy going, and did not pressure us in any way, but a crack sales person. We went in to buy a couch and ended up with a full suite of living room furniture and outdoor furniture. And perhaps even a friend. Absolutely never purchase a protection plan from Ashley Home Furnishings!!! They do not provide the most minor assistance as promised and paid for. We paid $2000 for a dining set. We received a broken chair that was literally taped back together. I noticed a piece of tape on the leg. Thinking it was left over from packaging, I pulled it off. A large chunk of the chair leg came off with it. I called service and asked for a new chair. I was told they have to try to fix it first. I didn’t purchase a broken or repaired chair. I purchased a brand new chair. Another chair has screws that keep falling out of it. This will be the second time service has to come and put screws back in. I’m assuming they’re stripped as they used an impact drill to rush through assembly. This is the second time Ashley’s delivery men have delivered damaged products to us and tried to cover it up. I find it shady and dishonest. No one has integrity anymore.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible customer service. Opened a credit card to take advantage of no interest for 1 year and was charged TRIPLE what we were originally charged in the store. I have been emailing and calling for 2 weeks and it still has not been resolved, leaving this credit card with a negative balance which it definitely does NOT have and affecting my credit score. I have asked to speak with management and just get thrown around with excuses as to why they can’t talk. They also delivered to a house we didn’t even own or occupy yet and didn’t let us know it was delivered and only half of our couch was delivered so I went to pick the other half up because I was told by 2 different people that it was at a warehouse in Phoenix just to get 1 hour into the 2 hour drive and say that the items I was coming to get were still in California….

We ordered a sofa and loveseat in January 2024. We received the sofa pretty quickly. There have been numerous delivery dates given and numerous cancellations provided for the loveseat. I received another call today that it's been moved back to May. They can't blame it on covid anymore. The store doesn't answer the phone so you have to physically go there to talk to someone. Are you going to make the match to my sofa? If not, quit stringing us along! Edit: I received the phone call today that we will not be receiving the loveseat at all! Apparently, Ashley sells sets but doesn't have to complete the set!

I recently purchased furniture from Ashley for my entire home, a 3 bedroom, single story. The initial visit to the store was pleasant and the in-store associates were great. However from that point on, delivery of the items was a nightmare. I received conflicting information about the time and date of delivery, the items to be shipped were parceled into separate deliveries (very confusing), and the agents who called me were calling from Asia with mis-information. The call centers were so noisy I couldn't hear the agents clearly. It took three different deliveries, all occurring months after the original order was placed. I like the furniture, but I cannot, in good conscience recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone in the future.
Since Ashley split from Sam Levitz in Tucson, the furniture thats being offered has been refreshed with todays looks. It seems the store as a whole has been renovated (broadway & pantano)
I visited the showroom in February and had a very good experience. I paid for my bedroom furniture and scheduled a delivery date. A week later I was contacted by the Phoenix office. One of my items was on back order so I selected another date. A few days before the second delivery date i received a call concerning rescheduling because i never confirmed the delivery date? This has been so unnecessary! A month later i still do not have my bedroom furniture but Ashley Furniture has my money!!!! I will NEVER purchase anything from Ashley Furniture.

My experience with Sam Levitz/Ashley Home Store was beyond infuriating. They duped me with false claims, asserting that my table was solid wood when, in reality, it revealed itself as a shoddy piece of laminate as soon as it started bubbling. The agonizing part was the excruciatingly long wait for them to even address the issue. When they finally did, their attempts at a fix were utterly useless. To add insult to injury, they arrogantly offered me a mere credit without bothering to inform me that returning the deceptive item was an required. The audacity of their deception and lack of transparency is downright appalling. The pinnacle of frustration, however, was the abysmal customer service I encountered – rude, dismissive, and utterly unhelpful. This experience has not only left me with a subpar table but also with a bitter taste that ensures I will never set foot in Sam Levitz/Ashley Home Store again. They have lost a customer for life, and I'll be sure to share my horrendous encounter with everyone I know. Disgraceful

Store experience: Getting interrupted by other customers while I was trying to pay was rather uncomfortable. That has more to do with the layout than anything. Not the associates fault, but it shouldn't be okay for customers to just lean over the computer while you're reviewing your order (what you ordered, financials etc.). (4 Stars) The furniture: is OK quality, but I am not trying to spend a fortune on something my dog thinks is their bed. (3 stars) Now their delivery service. The associates are great (the ones that actually deliver). Quick, efficient, neat, organized, etc. They've delivered furniture before (5 stars) The scheduling team: I called to schedule with their team (and once to reschedule due to a conflict). I had to call 5 times (1 reschedule and 4 schedules) because they just didn't bother to put anything on the schedule. So I've waited 4 times for nothing to be delivered. Called the last time and they just hung up. Had to call the store directly. It's disappointing because the wait times on the scheduling call center are long and the people are unprofessional /snarky. (Snarky is the only word I can think of to describe the associates I encountered). (0 Stars) If you need something, call the furniture store directly.
They finally got newer styles in stock. I found a great bargain on a recliner in the clearance section. It's been delivered and I love it! I was helped very adequately by a young lady, after being ignored by an older salesman. Gee, I thought the days were over when women were ignored in stores, but not for that guy!
We thought would try one last time, first time just ordered two simple inexpensive end tables. They were in stock 9 weeks later they come in, went and picked up as delivery charge almost as much as item, should have delivered for Free since was never in stock excuse number one sitting on a boat somewhere. Now comes current time 2 weeks ago came in for dining room table and six chairs. It started out well salesperson was helpful and friendly very informative. That was the extent when we realized had our wrong address called right away to correct has had moved our salesperson who was susposed to update never did came to wrong address We did finally get except we paid for setup by Ashley in order to get warranty as they said, however not put together at our home came in already assembled. The chairs two if them legs top short, we called to bring back to exchange unable to accommodate. We were told end of next week will bring a complete new set. We had dinner guests coming before could get new table and chairs back so told them to come and pickup will go elsewhere. The day comes to pick-up again drivers went to wrong place, we called asked where they were was told old address We have called numerous times to update address, updated with Salesperson as well as drivers the first time came out to wrong place After waiting 30 minutes for drivers to pickup our furniture called the store to be informed would not pickup today as a different zip code from what given, why should I the customer be penalized for your lack of communication. We rented a Uhaul and returned the same day as promised, we did not get reimbursed, but it was worth every penny to get away from this horrible place. Buyers beware if you move ever make sure before you leave the store corrections have been made Do not trust customer service or salesperson to make changes won't happen
We were welcomed at the Ashley door by Oscar. He gave us great customer service. He was friendly, informative and did not pressure us. He obviously knows how to assist customers in the best way possible. We are pleased with our high quality furniture and will definitely be back looking for Oscar again with our future purchases. Oscar gave us updates when our furniture was going to be delivered. That was helpful.

Let me start by saying the salesperson was excellent. First, we bought a chair on clearance, paid 69.00 for delivery, and scheduled the date. I confirmed on the text message with the link they sent. I received a call the day of delivery but missed it. No message was left. I called to find out where the delivery was at the end of the delivery window and was told the chair did not make it to the truck for delivery......wasted day waiting. It was then scheduled for the next day without a time frame.....waited for delivery. Ashley did refund the delivery charge after speaking to someone associated with Sam Levits. Next , I ordered a leather sofa, loveseat, and ottoman. It was on back order with delivery anticipated at the end of July. Was called by the salesperson and informed that the delivery would be pushed back to the end of August. Then, I received a call that they were discontinuing the vendor and was offered a refund or the floor sample. We went into the store and looked at the floor sample, and decided we would take it. They discounted the price, some, but then voided the warranty that was originally purchased. We were told that the items were now clearance and did not qualify for a warranty. This seemed like a bate and switch deal. The manager would not honor the original purchased items. we had he we would have taken the floor samples. Since he did not, we asked for a refund, which I am still waiting for. They debted the money quickly but seem slow on crediting the refund. I will never do business with Ashley Home Store or Sam Levits and would advise the same for any of my friends or family.
Large Ashley store with lots.of furniture - relatively inexpensive and pretty good quality.
We bought a 3 piece living room set (sofa, loveseat, and recliner) a couple of weeks ago. The sofa was too big for our space. We called within their 48-hour window to exchange it for another recliner. They accommodated immediately. Within 4 days, the sofa was picked up, and a new recliner was delivered. And a refund was issued. Great experience. Great customer service!
I have been waiting more than 3 months for a bedset i ordered and every week its excuse after excuse saying there is no hardware included and have to wait or it’s damaged or broken, it was supposed to be here the beginning of April and ever since then every delivery is either canceled or they tell me there is no hardware included so it’s another delivery date and I have been more than patient but manager didn’t seem to care and accused of us rejecting when that is not even the case and even then who wants a broken bed?! We have tried to explain and just now telling us we are the ones in charge of what we do with our order when he didn’t explain that the multiple times I’ve called to complain about this order!! Very bad service I wouldn’t recommend going here, save your time and go somewhere where they will actually help you
Worst customer service I have ever seen we placed our order in February for kid bunk beds they told us the day it would be available then called us and pushed back to mid March then they show up in March and they don’t have the Hardware for the beds!!! Then reorder for April and it gets pushed back May then in May we are waiting on the scheduled day and and they forget to let us know the beds wouldn’t be in until Mid June they show up on delivery day and the beds are completely damaged missing hardware again and they can’t build the beds for us they take it all back so definitely don’t deal with them this is not our first in counter with them we suggest you use conns way way better service and quality

They are the worst experience I have ever had with any furniture store. Their customer service is also horrible. We bought a sectional couch during peak Covid, along with their warranty. For two years, nothing but headaches with this place. One section of the couch, despite having people come out multiple times, continually remains slanted. Then two months ago, one of my kids' sits down, and a section of the couch completely caved in. All the wood just broke! She didn't forcefully sit, it just broke under a small kid. So here we go again Ashley's, call and wait.. and wait.. and wait.. and finally someone comes out. Only they fix the lopsided part of the couch, so that it can continue to slant! Are you kidding me people?! The broken one they are taking out of our house to fix, and bring back by the end of April, which means we will have to wait two more weeks. By the time everything is said and done, it will have been three months that it took these people to "fix" the broken section of the couch, and more than two years to "fix" a section that has always remained slanted. How in the world do you expect people to be happy with dropping thousands of dollars on furniture, paying extra for insurance, for something that doesn't last two years, and then being inconvenienced for months by it being broken because you can't do your job and fix it?! I will never buy from this place ever again, nor would I ever recommend anyone buy from here.

Walked through and the nearly two dozen sales floor staff were all sitting in some corner of a display on their tablets. The handful that looked up and made any eye contact immediately turned away, including a couple that got up and walked the opposite direction. That’s a damning tone to set. Actively avoid this store.

Good mattress and box spring on sale but the Sales Manager didn't want to give me a copy of what I signed?? Strange AZ law states I get a copy of what documents I sign.. Had to threaten to cancel the purchase before he would give me a copy. Not the most pleasant buying experience I will say.
I’ve purchased items from this store twice, both times Oscar helped me. I’ve never met a nicer salesman or one that was more helpful. I definitely recommend this store and Oscar.

I’ve been waiting for over 2 weeks for them to transfer a coffee table and 2end tables from prince to this location. I call on Monday, ask if it has been delivered, they say no, it’s still at the prince location. Then they say it’s going to take 2 to 3 days to deliver and then I call again on Monday and it starts over again. So now I have to wait 2 to 3 more days to get told that it’s not shipped yet.
We ordered a bookcase in September of last year it was on back order with delivery date charging monthly, then someone at corporate canceled our order due to a mistake they made and now they are refusing to correct the problem terrible customer service from corporate WARNING do Not shop at Ashley on line

Prince got me the exact kind of couch I needed and wanted. Dealt with me being picky until he found what I was looking for and secured my purchase like a PRO. I've been to this location many times and have never been disappointed. Everything happened exactly how he said it would and there's no better a review I can even give. Thanks to Prince for the sale, setup and quality service and thanks to Ashley furniture for having the best furniture one can buy!
So dissatisfied with our experience with Ashley's furniture. We purchased a bed specifically because it was going to be delivered after the holidays,but we are now in May and still do not have a bed. The bed came to the house damaged, and the delivery person asked if "I still wanted it delivered" we paid full price for a bed why would I accept a damaged one. We scheduled a new delivery date for a new bed, waited all day, and still did not arrive. When I went to Ashley's to ask what was going on, a note had been placed on our account that they spoke to me and confirmed they couldn't deliver the bed again for yet another broken bed set. Never did I speak to anyone and didn't hear anything until I came in. Now we scheduled yet another delivery, and the bed is damaged and they want to try to deliver on Wednesday. I just can't take the run around any more.

Great store with even better employees and Store Manager. We had ordered furniture from Tucson Ashley's in Nov. 1/2 was delivered the other 1/2 was supposed to arrive in February. Nope all we received from aTucson Ashley's was the run around. Robert and Fabeolia fixed the problem in Green Valley and we have our furniture arriving next week. Thank you Robert and Fabolia you saved a Ash customer.

Mixed feelings, Pros: In-store customer service was amazing and everyone was super accommodating and helpful, especially for me a customer who changed their mind a few times. Cons: We kept getting told the table and chairs were back ordered and when I did go to the store to change small things, it seemed like we were stuck in the store for long periods of time, which was more painful for my child than anything else. So I guess all in all if you are patient and okay to wait a few months to get your furniture, not a bad place to shop.

Beware of delayed deliveries and the "never on time" deliveries
My salesperson Michael was a joy to work with. Very knowledgeable and gave me a discount when he could. He made the process for financing real easy. I will be back looking for a recliner and will work with Michael again.
Nat was our salesman. He was awesome. No pressure. He let us take our time and try out everything before we decided. He even honored an online sale price the day after we purchased it.
Our sales person was Oscar. He was the perfect sales person. Not pushy, he didn't hover. When he saw we had questions, he came over and answered everything. Gave us important information to help us decide when we wanted to purchase. Told us about 90 day layaway as well as some unusual questions we had. I highly recommend OSCAR.
The show room is spacious and has a great variety. We love the couch that we got. Prince the sales rep that helped us was fantastic. He was extremely patient and thorough. He also showed us some awesome space age beds that make you feel like your floating. I highly recommend this place for all your home furnishing needs.

Mr.Mills helped my family and I pick out our furniture at Ashley Furniture in Green Valley. We bought in a sample of our floor and he look us to different varieties of furniture that would match. About a month ago, we bought a mattress at the Green Valley store. The mattress was comfortable from night one, but it was too high. I am short, and I had to climb in and slide off. I was afraid I would fall. I called them. They immediately offered a solution. They couldn’t have been more helpful. In less than a week, we had a different box spring. I am 100 percent pleased with the service. This was not the first item we’ve bought there, and if we ever need something else, we will return to Ashley.
Kimberly was an excellent sales person, no pressure, very knowledgeable, and very patient while I tried out all kinds of different beds, and then followed up my visit with texts about the products I was looking at. Which is exactly why I went back the next day and purchased my favorite bed. She very easily took me through the process and I appreciated her professionalism.

My boyfriend and I recently went into Sam Levitz on 36th street to look at Master bedroom sets. We like everyone else had a salesman following us around. He eventually got the hint that we wanted nothing to do with him. He was worse than a car salesman. As we looked at the bedroom sets we stopped to admire one and a very pleasant bubbly outgoing sales lady asked if we had any questions. She introduced herself to us as Kimberly Hernandez. She was such a refreshing ray of sunshine. She was very knowledgeable with all the items we looked at. If she did not know the answer she got it for us right away. We were so undecided as to what items from the bedroom set we were looking at would fit in our bedroom. She gave us our privacy to discuss things and would come back and check on us. She encouraged us to take our time and go home to see what would fit. She sent us measurements. We ended up going back a few other times. We even went to the Green Valley Ashley store and we’re approached by numerous sales staff on 2 separate occasions. We made it very clear we were working with Kimberly Hernandez and we’re told she would get the credit if we bought with them. We left and went a few days later to see Kimberly Hernandez and let her know what our experience was She let us know that she would have only received partial credit. We explained to her we were so impressed and comfortable with her that we wanted her to get full credit for the sales. She thanked us. We again received an absolute amazing experience with her. I just bought a new house in Sahuarita. I came to Ashley because of the quality of furniture. My budget was $10k Kinda, sorta spent 3K more... In part because of the product... In large part because of Cesar, my sales person. Let me put it to you this way.... I spent hours in your store... and enjoyed it. I am not a shopping kind of guy. Thank you Cesar... Luis was helpful and polite. He allowed me to look around without "hoovering". We've done business with Ashley's over the past 20 years and have never had a problem with their folks or their products.
Edited- since I originally posted this review, a manager from the location reached out personally to address the issues I’ve been having. I think if she had known about my situation sooner things would have been handled differently/better. She had already started to try to rectify the situation and personally assist me for the rest of the process. I originally had it as 1 Star but with the recent genuine interest the manager has taken in my situation I have changed it to reflect the new assistance I’m receiving. Worse Ashley store I’ve ever shopped at. I order $7,000 worth of items and three of the items were on back order but how told they would be in the first week of March. The first week of March turned to mid March, then early April then mid April until June when we finally received it. Then after receiving it, they left all three boxes of furniture on my bedroom floor even though we had set up included in the delivery. When they sent a new delivery guy a few days later both nightstands are damaged and need to be replaced. So after taking with customer service they say they will order me two replacements, I call back a week later and they don’t have a record of it but see it in the “notes” and now it’s almost July and they tell me they will put in an order through customer service because there is no order in for it. Never have I had an issue with an Ashley store until this one.

Ashley HomeStore in GV - Sales associate, Shyanne, was very pleasant and helpful with shopping around. She did not bother us, or constantly check on us, but instead gave us our space and time, and I was still very attentive, helpful and kind when asking for help. Went shopping around to other furniture stores, including other Ashley’s and Sam Levitz, and Shyanne was by far the best with customer service out of all of them.
Great staff. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The only thing that I was a little put off by was their check out process. After purchasing a chair, the nice woman who was helping me had to handwrite some kind of purchase invoice. Then disappeared to her desk for 10-15 minutes to do something that had to be done. Then we go over to a computer where she can finally take my money and print out a receipt. The woman was very polite and apologetic but the whole process took a good half hour.
It was nice to walk in and not get bombarded. Was told that if we needed help they were there.
Luis was extremely helpful and explained everything in detail regarding our purchase.
Miguel helped us out and made our time there so much easier. It was a really massive store so it was easy to get lost in, but Miguel was able to help us around and tell us exactly where we needed to go to find what. He genuinely wanted to help us find what works best for us. 10/10 will visit this store again.

Okay I have to be fair here in my review. The sales person was great. Miguel Ángel you good. However communication among the staff and shipping departments needs to improve. I was told I was going to be able to get my whole purchase delivered one day then I got a call saying the full purchase will not be ready. It is an inconvenience to make a purchase and it not arrive at the said time

We were shopping to replace a love seat that we have had for years. Israel, our sales person was exceptional. While he showed us what our options were, he allowed us to look around with no pressure. I am very happy with my purchase from Ashley Furniture today. Their show room in Green valley is wonderful! Their prices are fair, but the best part was the Sales person Luis Raygoza. He was very patient, knowledgeable and understanding of any concerns we had. He made the experience a fun one! Anyone who is in need of furniture go see him.

Luis Rayfoza is an exceptional representative and such a great asset to Ashley’s. He welcomed us immediately upon entering the showroom and helped us furnish our new home from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better representative! We actually went to the Chandler location and was so disappointed with the service we received there but still decided to give Ashley’s another go and we are so glad that we did. I will continue shopping at the Green Valley location for further purchases and would solely come back based on the service my husband and I received from Luis. We will never buy another thing from Ashley Furniture. We order a nested table online, it arrived and we tried to put it together, none of the screw holes for the leg spacers were drilled properly. We called Ashley and after several dropped calls we finally got through to their online department. They said they would send a new spacer. We waited one week and nothing arrived, we called back and we're told that there was no record of the call and nothing was sent. We asked for a return label and we're told we couldn't return it, we missed the 48 return time frame. These people are dishonest and don't stand behind their products. Thoroughly disgusted.

I am having to edit my review. It’s been two weeks since purchasing my bedroom set and we still have an incomplete set and we are sleeping on a mattress on the floor. Not to mention our items are in stock, it’s just not convenient for Ashley’s delivery team to deliver the items to my home. Also the quality is low we are experiencing problems with drawers on the nightstand and dresser. Nothing has been done to compensate us for our inconvenience which shows poor customer service on the fulfillment department. This will be our last purchase with this company. They are quick to take your money but will deliver when they feel like it. Great shopping experience. Found exactly what we wanted without pushy sales. Our sales man even offered to help us with an old insurance claim, he truly went above and beyond.

My rugs in my bedroom are white... and we're living through a pandemic.. so that should be a rule of thumb..besides face masks... another..point off.. their face mask were worn wrong.. under their nose! Wth. Seriously. And and beyond all this.. when I asked them to wear the shoe covers one of the delivery guys even questioned why... you don't do that.. you are going into someone's home that is not your own, and you respect that... you don't know if they have immune compromised system or what the situation is, you just respectfully do what is asked and do your job.. and another point..off... they left mess of plastic inside and outside my home.. picking up what came out of the packaging of the mattress would have been appreciated.

Not COVID compliant. Most staff were not even wearing masks or they weren't wearing them properly. One young man was clearly sick and should not have been working - I could not believe it. Do not go here unless you was to be exposed!!!!

I been waiting since October and still waiting i been told I'll i get it next monthand and next month . Just start by telling people you don't have the future in stock and it would take months to get it. People would understand and make there decision if they rather go to another furniture store or wait for months to get there furniture. It better than dragging the situation for months. Great customer service from Cesar but the check out process was way too time consuming. It felt more like buying a $30K car rather than the simple act of buying a $1500 mattress. Ashley needs to streamline its process!

Every experience I have had with your company has been terrible. If I could choose a negative rating I would. The only reason I gave you another chance was because of my salesperson. I purchased items from your store because they were in stock and I needed them at that moment. When I received the call for delivery 2 days later I was informed that the bed rails for my sons bed were no longer available. However they were when I made the purchase. Now my son has no bed and I am being told these rails have an unknown arrival date. Next issue, delivery for my stuff was supposed to be on December 16th from 2-6. I work so I made arrangements to leave early and when I got out to my car I seen that I had 3 missed calls from the delivery department starting at 10:15 am saying the delivery could not be made as I was not home and I needed to contact your company for a new date. After contacting your delivery department and being told no one was available for me to speak with I asked for an immediate call back. Waited 20 minutes no call back. So I called back spoke to another girl and she said sorry we have to reschedule. I told her it was unacceptable and asked to speak to a manager. She informed me that this response of schedule a new date was from the manager so I didn’t need to speak with one. I firmly requested to get a manager immediately. After being placed on hold another 10-15 mins. A man named Ryan got on the phone and told me that the delivery could not be made today as the truck was back at the prince store. I became angry and asked several questions that he could not answer. He basically lied to me and rescheduled for the following day. I requested that they not show up prior to my time frames as they did the previous day and he assured me they would not. Well next day comes and I happened to go out to my vehicle to grab something and low and behold I got a call at 10:45 saying they would be at my house within 30 mins. My delivery time was scheduled for 12-4. So I had to call my mother to run to my house and be there when they arrived. I called the delivery department back and spoke to a woman who informed me at Ryan was in a meeting. I asked that he call me back as soon as he got out this was regarding my delivery. She said she would have him call me and guess what he never called. It is now December 31st and my son still has no bed in his room. The arrival date is still unknown. After the experience I had with my couch a few years ago I promised I would never purchase again but I gave your company a chance and now I am done. I would rather pay a huge shipping fee before I ever step foot in your store again. I will never recommend your store to anyone and every chance I get I will tell them exactly why. It is unfortunate that your company is like this because you have some good people who work for you and because of the bad apples the good people lose business. I really hope this feedback is taken seriously and people are dealt with because it’s not fair to your good employees. The only thing that was done well was my sales person going above and beyond to find me what I was looking for. Everything else was terrible. Your staff from the delivery department are rude, they lie, do not know how to follow instructions, and have no answers for customers when they have questions.

My wife and I went to Ashley Furniture in Green Valley, AZ today. We were met by Nathan who took us to see both Full Length Mirrors, TV stands & Media consoles. He took us to see a number of each of the options. He was taking measurements for us for at least 1 hour. He carried himself with utmost professionalism, and made certain we had all the information we needed for each of the products! He had excellent customer care skills and very patient during our time in the store. When we go back we will be asking for Nathan. Great service!

I had been looking for a nice couch for months, due to Covid everything is on back order. It seemed impossible to find a couch in stock. This facility was very well set up and professional! They had more in stock then any other place I had been too. They also didn’t have employees that followed you around and pestered you. Maria was amazing! She is bilingual and very personable! I would recommend her to anyone. She was extremely comforting, helpful and made the whole experience stress free.

Absolutely horrible customer service!! Failure to follow through and set proper expectations. We understand the current back orders due to covid but cannot accept their failure to communicate to the client. We placed a bedroom set order in early August and given late August, early September as delivered date. Here we are in October and now they say November!? Never during our initial order did they mention such delays. Have requested supervisor call back several times w.o avail. Very disappointed!! ***Received response from store manager who seemed to understand my frustration. It was appreciated and hope they continue to follow up.
Problems with delivery dates , kept hearing in two weeks then all of a sudden it turn into months before I got my furniture . I was paying for furniture that didn't receive. I finally received one piece and it was damaged not new. It was full of dust and broken door. I am a little dissapointed. The good part was I spoke to someone they will send me a new furniture to replace the damaged one and this person was very helpful with my other concern. Maybe not try to say dates or things that aren't real to close a sale. At least thats how I felt at the end. Thank you for taking care of the concern at the end.

Great place bought a couch
Delivered a used upholstered chair that had clearly been on the showroom floor. Significant scratched wood legs and dirty where people had pulled out the chair on both sides of the top. When confronted they replied that I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED IT before taking possession. Never mind that I trusted that I was buying a NEW piece of furniture. They did fix it but than never called me to tell me it was available for pick up.

Will never buy here again!!! We were told a delivery date, and we are now almost 4 weeks past that date. We keep calling our Rep and keep getting the run around! We are being told the hold up is due to Covid, but after speaking with many family and friends we are learning this is a normal thing for Ashley. We had some of our furniture delivered, but were missing 3 pieces, and are now being told it will take another week!!! I put a review on Facebook and was contacted by Customer Service, just to be told it would take 48 hours to get a response, and it's been 4 days now with nothing!!! They could care less about our situation! We spent $3000 on a couch and bedroom set, which after looking we could have got for half price at Sam Levitz, and they still can't deliver our furniture on time!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!
We went in to look for some new furniture. Purchase experience was good. Will continue to visit this store. I will say, after delivering my furniture, there were a few hiccups getting this far. Unfortunately, one piece was damaged, however, the store manager at the local store, along with our sales reps, have taken ownership. They have fixed our problems and want to make sure we are happy. We have been dealing with a warranty issue for over three months now for a cushion we purchased to replace the one our dog tore up. This company took our money shipped out some stuffing in a box then the material to put it together. We have called so many times they came and picked the items up and now they have our money and all of the parts for the cushion. Every time we call we get a runaround and RUDE customer service employees. I purchased a lot of things from them in the past but after this I would rather buy my furniture at big lots at least the quality would be much better.

This place sold us a lifetime warranty. Their warranty is subcontracted out to a service provider who gives you the absolute runaround. Our electric recliner has not worked in 6 months and they just pass the Buck to three warranty company and they will not honor their warranty.

Most unorganized store we have ever been too. Took forever to place our order. Went back as what we ordered was discontinued. Took them 3 days to let us know. Same long wait. Then they gav us a delivery date and I asked what happened to the next day delivery. Story made no sense. They paged us to come to the service desk and we went. Neither employee said a word to us and acted as thought they had no idea what we were doing at the desk. Terrible customer service. Can't wait for this to be over and we will never shop there again.

I waited all day for the delivery of my mattresses. No one showed. About 6:30 pm I call, only to get the run-around. I was on the phone 30 minutes. Finally after being transferred several times to be told no delivery set. On hold again to be told again something wrong with mattress. I was then offered a mixed-match set. I asked would you buy that for your bed? So now I'm told a new date with another four hour window of time. If I had not called, no one would have called me!

We were so excited about our new couch, a delivery date we had set up before we left the store. My husband got the confirmation text yesterday. We waited all day, way past the window started only to call the warehouse and be blatantly lied to. First, she claimed we never responded to the confirmation email. Um. There was no email but we have the confirmation response right on the phone. THEN she said she talked to ME and I okayed it. Yeah, nope. That didnt happen . But our saleswoman was super nice and helped us out.

It was delivered damaged. I called to find out about repair or replacement. I was told it could be repaired so I set up the tv stand and plugged all the electronics in. Then the next day I get a call that they will not be able to repair it even though it's a simple roller that needs to be replaced. They have to order a new unit. I'm now waiting for that to come and then I'll have to unplug all the electronics and setup everything again. It's frustrating to receive a damaged product and then be told it can be repaired at first but later told it has to be replaced after I have it setup.

Poor service and poor mattresses. Hasn't been long and they're already uncomfortable I regret my purchase.
I'm not very happy, sales rep never bothered to tell us of the return policy and when we received the bed, it didn't have the right parts to assemble it. Now we have to wait for them to order the correct parts, because of this we have been without a bed since 12/23, and when you call no one answers the phone, my wife left a message four days ago and no one has returned her call. Very poor customer service.

He was prepared with a tape measure so we could measure the tables we looked at to decide which one would fit the area. Went to this store bought a bedroom set over 2 thousand dollars, I received awesome help from a sales associate named Hector everything seemed to be going well at that point. Now the delivery process has been Horrendous! it's been over a week and I have nightstands only. We took time off to be here for the delivery personnel they've failed to be here when they said they would. I called spoke to the manager named Alex to see if we could figure something out. Did not care to even try and work with us absolutely terrible customer service from this man. Safe to say I will not be coming back to this store!

Although we have purchased several products from Ashley, both in Tucson and GV; we feel the owner Mr. Levitz does not care of the quality produced at his Warehouse's. The last thing we attempted to purchase had three doors on it; when the "repair guy" came to look at it, he was sure to tell me that "there were select few who worked on those types of doors because they were such a pain in the @$$." So I took that as it will not ever be "fixed" let-alone close properly!? So yeah, the inability to accurately complete a job comes from the top! Ashley attempted to make it right, but not everyone had the same information... And we lost out on the bottom/base to my hutch😞

When my wife and I made the purchase we were unaware of the Sam Levitz connection. We order 5 pieces initially. After my wife received the delivery notice stating Sam Levitz was going to be delivering she decided she did not want 2 pieces, so I called the delivery department stating that I wanted to cancel the 2 pieces but I still needed the other furniture on August 6. I was told ok and that we will see a credit for the 2 pieces cancelled. Apparently they did not confirm my appointment after I talked to them. So in typical Sam Levitz fashion their delivery department missed another opportunity here. I am never again shopping at Ashley's home furniture or Sam Levitz again.

I purchased a "Door Buster" and not only was it not in the store, it took two days to get it when I was told it would be the next day.
Purchased a dining room set May 29, 2019 but realized after a couple weeks that it was not working in our small space so I called to ask for an exchange. They flat out said no, we can't help you! I called again and spoke with a manager, still said same thing. Not only that, but the table finish is chipping off in several places on the table and all they want to say is put in a work order. I called Ashley Corporate and found out that the Tucson stores don't even fall under Ashley Corporate and they have their own policies. I spent over $1k on this set, had it less than 2 weeks and they won't help me in any way. Not cool Ashley Homestore! Now I'm going to lose money selling it outright. I will not be going back to Ashley or Sam Levitz to purchase a new set! Way to make your customers happy!

If you want the run around and to basically sell yourself furniture go here. They dont call you when your delivery is in for customer pickup, and have no instructions on furniture they sell. I was looking to replace my ottoman that I bought with a furniture set from there that was damaged. Of course they sell you a warranty that covers nothing so...yeah dont do that. I asked the salesman for a leather ottoman...he said there was ONE. On my way out I found the exact leather ottoman I had previously purchased, among many other leather ottomans. Ridiculous. I really wish buying online from them was more convenient, because buying in person really blows.
I went to the Ashley store in G.V. yesterday because of their Memorial Day mattress sale. Oscar, my salesman was friendly, courteous & professional. I never felt pressured to make a purchase. He showed me a variety of different brands of mattresses and I went w/the Ashley brand because of the price & quality. He also showed my several recliners that were on sale & I purchased one that appealed to me. My only complaint is that even though the mattress includes a free delivery & old mattress removal, there is a charge for the recliner delivery & they will NOT pickup my old recliner! Now, I'm tasked w/trying to get rid of my current recliner, which is a problem....

My husband and I enjoyed working with Reece N. He didn’t hover and let us browse and look around. Very informative, patient, and not pushy. Which is very important to us. At first we didn’t know what we wanted or even if we wanted to purchase something that day. But they have a great sale going on for Memorial Day and he let us know of all the deals. As well as just being upfront and honest about the quality of an item, and if anything Is on back order. Seems the reviews that are negative for this store are not with the sales associates but more with the delivery or back order items. We have always had excellent service at the Ashley HomeStore, Green Valley. In particular, our go to salesperson Francisco. When we moved to GV, we were in intimidate need of several pieces of furniture. I tried viewing them online. The website was "jumping" around and we couldn't get a clear view of what was available, so we went to the store. Upon arriving, I was not in a good mood because of the website. Francisco jumped right in and defused the situation, helped us located the pieces we were looking for, and finalized the purchase, soup to nuts. We've visited the store three times since and purchased. Each time I text Francisco to make sure he will be there to assist us. We're going back this week to look for guest room furniture. I checked with Francisco in advance and he asked what we needed so that he can properly assist. Kudos to Francisco!

She answered my questions, and processed my paperwork relatively quickly. I would also like to mention that I can highly recommend the 5 year warranty offered on any furniture purchase. I had the occasion to utilize the warranty on living room furniture purchased within the 5 years. I was very happy with the outcome.

Got a mattress with a 100 day exchange in December, the bed didn't work out so i went back to exchange it and was expecting some sort of hassle. Our sales lady Peggy was excellent and did all she could to resolve the following issue. My wife and I stopped in on a Monday to look for furniture and bedding for our newly purchased condo. Since the the condo was unfurnished, a quick delivery time was important. We noted the sign on the way in that said buy today, get delivery tomorrow and once inside saw the same signs throughout the store. After a couple hours of shopping and picking out multiple furniture items as well as bedding, we proceeded to the counter, paid for our items in full and asked what time the following day it would arrive. Next week was the response! What about all those signs I asked. We only deliver to your area on certain days I was told. Evidently Tubac is just too far from southern Tuscon. Really? Thought about just cancelling the order but didn’t. Made peace with the whole thing until this Friday morning (2 days before they could possible get here because it’s so far away) an Ashley delivery truck pulls up and delivers stuff to our neighbors and leaves! Frustratingly!!

Delivery is fantastic, the cost of $39 well worth it. I understand that Ashley is in the business to make money, but you would have thought after buying $ 5000 worth if furniture you would have received a free gift but no Ashley. Store selection is wonderful sale's person was great. However the policy of adding a $100 plus to the price of your purchase calling it some special "deal" and telling us it is for some cleaning kit, assembly (really, we bought a couch) and to bring it into the house is a insult to anyone's intelligence and very annoying. So instead of paying $20 to $40 or whatever for delivery as in the past it is bumped up to $80 to over a $100 for delivery. We bought the couch in spite of this because the price came out to about what we were willing to pay.Then it is going to take two weeks to get it delivered. We have gone to Ashley many times in the past but from now on we will look other places before we get to Ashley.
Jackie did a great job finding the perfect height for my husband Leon. She quickly helped us because my husband cannot sit for a long period of time. She also checked to make sure we were satisfied with the sectional.

Beware of the fine print on the back on your receipts. You need to get your furniture inspected and call within two days of receiving it or Ashley will not allow you to exchange a bad piece of furniture. I received the TV stand portion of my TV stand fireplace on Wednesday, 26 Dec 2018. Today, Sunday, 4 days later I am getting the TV stand set up because the fireplace is supposed to arrive soon. Before starting anything, I attempted to find the paperwork inside of the stand and found a defect. I called Ashley immediately. The person I talked to said that I had to wait until the 4th of January for a technician to make it to my house. She started to argue with me when I said that it was unacceptable to wait almost a week. Then she pointed out that “If i would have called within 48 hours, I could have gotten it exchanged.” The first time I heard of that policy. She when on to say, it is clearly printed on the "Back” of your receipt. Nice to know after the fact that they hide that statement on the back of something. Either way, if they give you a bad piece of furniture, you should have more time to identify it, and more time to call!!!! Especially over the holidays. They finally sent someone out to confirm the issues and are now saying that they will replace it but it is backordered and will take two months to replace. I get the fireplace in two days and now I have to wait again for the tv stand.

I was very pleased with the Green Valley Ashley store and with Gilbert. Gilbert was very helpful, knows the products and offers wonderful suggestions. I have one complaint, the Tucson store. I had ordered an Accent Chair which was out of stock and wouldn’t be in until end of December, I took it off the waiting list. My question is, when the chair arrived back in the store, it would have been out of share courtesy to call the waiting customers just to say “in case you are still wanting the chair, it is back in the store”. Other than that, I will be going back to the Green Valley Store for more furniture.

Purchased a mattress and foundation. When it was delivered, it was damaged. We were assured a replacement would be delivered 4 days later. The day came and went with no delivery. Someone forgot to schedule the delivery, but in talking with someone at the number listed on the receipt, we were told there was one in stock and we could pick it up. Rather than waste another day waiting for delivery ,we immediately went to the store where the original purchase was made, only to find out the 'available' one was in a store 30 miles away. We are now waiting on another promised delivery tomorrow. Throughout the entire process, there was no offer of any compensation or discount for the time and travel wasted due to the incompetence within the Ashley sales and delivery systems.
I have been a customer of and with Ashley Furniture Store for several years now and each time I have encountered my service received from Oscar Stevens to be of much better quality of customer service. He takes the time to show me what is new in line of merchandise and new styles with the line of furniture, advises and provides recommendations when asked and does not hesitate to share ideas, which shows admirable confidence in his extraordinary line of expertise of knowledge as a Ashley's sales representative. I love the acknowledge of the people working in the store. They took their time and allowed us to look, make changes to our purchase. The only thing I suggest is showing the bundle prices on the recipe, it is really difficult to know if we where given the actual price we where told.

Customer service started ok and quickly declined when their delivery department completely blew it. . I have set aside and waited twice in 4 hour windows. The first time they didn't have an important part of my order so I refused it till they had it all. The second time they never showed up. Then they refused to narrow my delivery window to 2 hours to make it easier for me, trying to intimidating me into accepting their policy of a 4 hour window even though they have messed this up twice. After no less than 6 phone calls I decided to give up and cancel my order. I was transferred twice, left on hold for 20 minutes then hung up on without me ever speaking to the correct person. I'm done I'll be canceling my order in person. Their customer service is simply awful.

Luis went above and beyond by moving different end tables that would best fit the couch I was interested in, which made me appreciate his customer service skills. I've found going into some Ashley"s Homestores the sales people to be a little aggressive. I had a wonderful experience at Duval Mine Road with Francisco. Worst service I have ever received!!! Bought bed & 4 pillows 2 months ago. Was told 5 day delivery, took 9 days for bed & 18 days for 3 of the pillows. STILL waiting on other 2 pillows!!

Our salesman Hector was great. No pressure and extremely helpful explaining the furniture options to us. The price was extremely fair especially with their holiday sale going on. Delivery has been another story. Bought a dining room set with a matching hutch and buffet. The first 2 buffets have had imperfect glass with scratches. The hutch when delivered was not set up properly. They forgot to install the middle support leg . The manager said the hutch needed to be replaced as well because of stress on it. The 2nd time they came, they put on the leg, delivered another defective buffet and left. Today they called and said they had a hutch but the buffet could not pass inspection. So the entire order will be picked up and sent back for a refund. We basically wasted 3 entire days waiting because of this fiasco. Very disappointed
What can i say. Gilberto at the Ashley store in Green Valley is one of the best sales persons i have dealt with. Definitely in the top three and i have shopped there for years.

This furniture store features a large variety of quality made merchandise. I was impressed with its cleanliness and friendly, knowledgeable service. Only the lack of a suitable computer desk was its only shortcoming.
Wow, what a nice store! Super clean with great lighting. We have never been disappointed shopping at this location. We really enjoy working with Jackie. Ordered set if couches, after 2nd delivery attempt I have yet to receive the correct ones. Both times I tried to reach them was on hold for at least 35min. Had to physically go to the store to speak with someone. Hopefully 3rd delivery attempt they get it right 🤞🤞

I do like the most of the furniture here at Ashley's in Green Valley but I want to pay the Sam Levitz prices which is hundreds of dollars cheaper but it's the same furniture. It's scamming customers when I come into Ashley's but get my furniture in Tucson at Sam Levitz and you see the same living room set on there show room floor for $400 cheaper but it's absolutely the same couch they just make you pay more in Green Valley & call is Ashley's. When you go to buy your product in Green Valley look at the sign on the wall... the small one hidden by pictures. It's a Sam Levitz store. Drive the 20 min into Tucson and get the same product from the same warehouse and be happy you get more savings. #AshleysisSamLevits #Scam

Purchased a mattress and was given a delivery day for pick up on a Saturday...well that did not happen. When we get there we are told that the mattress is not available for a couple of weeks. Mind you this was a present hence why we purchased that particular one since we had been told by the rep it was available in the warehouse. After having to speak with the store Manager, he gave us a new pick up date for the following Monday. Guess what...yup no mattress yet. Had to go back a 3rd time to pick it up. This is the second time this happened. Poor customer service when you are told one thing by the salesperson and another by the pick up employees!

This store has a great selection of stylish, modern and comfortable furniture. I bought a sectional today and the sales associate Maria, made the experience personable and helped me out when I couldn't decide. I will definitely be back for all of my furniture in the future although it's a long drive from home.

Great place for cheap furniture
So here is my story. I've been researching a love seat, for weeks. Was prepared to spend at least 2 grand and up. But decided before I headed in to Tucson from Green Valley I'd take a look at our local Ashleys Store. I spent 2,500. I got a great love seat, great fancy bar stool 3. Bar stools I saw on the internet for 1,500 each. Ashley price 260. Also got 4 fancy dinning room chairs and a King size headboard / footboard. All for the price of a loveseat. Delivered in 3 days and set up no cost. Beyond amazing. Ask for Antonio. What a great buying experience.

Gilbert was so helpful and quick to find the piece of furniture that we were looking for and got it ordered quickly. There customer service is always on point. We have purchased furniture from there before and will continue to do so in the future!

Met with Gilbert today to find a new bedroom set and dining room table. He was super helpful, knowledgeable, and nice. He also remembered our names immediately. He was not pushy at all. We even ended up buying an entertainment center with his help as well! We would definitely return.

This was the second Ashley we visited. We went to one in Tucson first, but they were not very helpful. The Ashley in Green Valley was a much better experience. I don't know if it's because we already knew what we wanted or what. We were greeted by Oscar at the door, and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He knew what furniture I was talking about just by my description because I didn't remember the names. He wasn't pushy like the other sales person in Tucson. He helped me get my furniture ordered, and he made sure we could get it before our company came. Highly recommend going to this Ashley in Green Valley.

Never shopping here again. Bought a 1500 dinng table. Was given a delivery window of 1-5pm. Received a call on the day of delivery and got told delivery was early and 1240 would be the new time. Rushed out of work to be available for delivery and waited and waited. After 3 hours I called and was told new delivery time was now 4pm. Wasted my whole day out of work. Why call to tell me delivery was early if it's not!?!?! Never, ever shopping here again.

We had a great experience at Ashley Homestore in Green Valley! Susan, the sales associate we dealt with, was very helpful and PATIENT with us. We made a total of 3 separate visits and all 3 times she was great! Helped us find the perfect bedroom set for us by providing us with all the information we requested.
When I expressed difficulty with scheduling delivery,the salesman tried to take care of it right away and he helped me find a mattress of better quality and worked out the details.The delivery came an hour prior to when I told them I would be home but they were kind and considerate to wait.Making expensive purchases can be stressful for many people and when the company makes it the customer the priority, everyone is happy!

We said no to the warranty, they still added it to our bill but reduced price for friends and family which didn't cover the upsell warranty cost. When I re- explained that I didn't want the warranty they removed the discount, even when I told/showed I was military. He then came over trying to resell the warranty with examples. I'm done shopping here.
Had to go out of my way to visit the Green Valley, Az. store. But so worth the trip. Nice to go into a store and not be attached by sales associates. The sales associate who attended my daughter and myself is named Jackie. She is a very friendly, kind and patient young lady. Who never made us feel pressured to choose or purchase anything. I have purchased twice from this store . Displays are very nice and gives me plenty if decorating ideas. Just remember that the prices you see are not what you'll be paying! There's always a fabric protection or warranty that they insist you take. But overall, love the pieces I've ourchased!

First off, this store is so clean and gorgeous. Everyone is super nice. However, Israel helped us ALL day. This guy gets 5 stars as well! He was so patient and not pushy and answered any questuons we had. He also checked inventory on all of the many pieces we inquired about. After we got home and looked at our space again, we changed our minds completely, and went back to the store to return our previously purchased items, and made some other selections. Again, Israel helped us and was so patient. If you need any furniture - go there, and ask for Israel! At the end of the day, we got all the items we wanted! The sales manager even came out and talked to us, everyone is just so nice there!

Very Pushy sells people. I do not like that I can not order online. I have used this store three times and have never had a pleasant experience. I always pay cash for all my items. The only reason I even bother coming to the store is that I like the products. Other than that the overall experience is always frustrating and never pleasant! My wife and I went to the green valley store with the intention of buying a rocker/recliner for our rental unit. Our salesman was great, very helpful (Ramon). But when it came time to pay we attempted to pay with a check drawn out of a local Credit Union that we have had for the last 2 1/2 years. Ashley refused the check with no explanation, although the girls behind the counter did offer up their thoughts. Granted there was only $5,000 in it but hey the check was for less than $500. The checking account is for the rental unit to keep finances separate. After spending 1 1/2 hours looking for the right recliner and other pieces of furniture, which we postponed purchasing, we walked out. Very frustrating.
We went to look at some couches. Initially the sales person was good. We explained what we were looking for and she pointed out where we would find it. We said we were just going to look and she seemed to be okay with that. As we were looking, the sales lady kept trailing us and not allowing us to just look. She would occasionally get distracted and we would go to another part of the store to see how long it would take her to find us. It was fun for a bit but it got old. We just wanted to look and she ended up driving us out before we were ready to leave. Too bad for her, it could have turned into a sale if she would have just given us some space.

Oscar was AMAZING as a salesman. He seemed to work with us, without 'hounding' us. Or try to over sell the stuff we weren't interested in. Had he not been our salesman, we probably would have gone someplace else. Now the delivery men... the lead delivery man seemed to be put off by having to do his job! He didn't want to 'help' me, that's for sure! The other man was respectful and helpful. Really nice young man. Had a very small issue with one of the pieces, it was stated on the delivery form, and was told it would be reported and a new piece would be 'swapped out' with the delivery lead. Oscar called to see how things went, and were we happy? Informed him of the piece that was delivered, and this was the first he had heard of it! So he was going to follow up and get back with me. We will see when... As for dealing with Ashley Furniture, we would probably deal with them, especially Oscar again.

Very friendly and knowledgeable about the product. Very good prices. Luis let us look on our own and was not pushy. Close by for any questions we had.
Excellent selection of choices. When paired up with a host he was very patient with us. We also utilized the decorator that works in the design of the store layout. They were all very helpful in getting us started in getting our hone set up.
Andres was very helpful, very polite over all a great salesman!!! We will come back to him for our next purchase.
Love this place. My usual salesman Brett is awesome. Follows up with me to see if everything arrived and was right. I've been shopping there for over 4 years now with no single problem.

We always purchase our furniture here because of the service we have recieved. We have one salesman that we love to work with. He is always willing to help us find the best deals for the best price.
I had been inside the Ashley's on a couple of occasions before I actually purchased. Such beautiful furniture! Unfortunately incredible lack of communication!! I drove from Tucson to pick up furniture that was at a different location! Was set up for delivery after that and after two failed attempts finally got delivered two damaged chairs and the wrong size table! They replaced them, telling me that due to delay in delivery they were changing the payment date. Not only did they withdrawal before agreed date but did so from the wrong account!! The account was an old account I had used on previous purchases from a different location that still had that on file. To make matters worse they simply point out it is not their mistake!! If not their mistake then who's?? Stay away......wish I had seen the reviews they had here BEFORE I purchased!
Only place in town for furniture
Got a sofa table and two chairs. Quality isn't fantastic but it does the job. This rating is mostly for the customer service and price

I recently had a very poor experience with this Ashley Furniture. I recently bought a very large and expensive desk. I live fairly close so I decided I could pick it up myself. I borrowed my friends car and brought it home. It took the help of my neighbor to actually get it in the house, and after an hour of work, I got it set up. I go to open a drawer and the knob pops off, first time. Basically, the hole was drilled crooked so the knob wouldn't screw on right. It was something I could fix, but I was upset that my brand new (expensive) desk wasn't built right. I called Ashley Furniture and they told me I would have to bring back the whole desk to exchange it for a new one. I didn't want to go through all the work of dismantling the desk, borrowing my friends car, and getting my neighbors help to get it in the car. So I ask if they could deliver it, and they said that there is NO WAY to deliver it since I picked it up. I said fine and they told me it would be ready in a few days. I called a few days later and they told me it wasn't in. I wait a few more days and they tell me it's finally in. At this point the desk is fully set up with a desk monitor and ect. I decide to just bring in the drawer and see if they will just replace the old broken drawer with the new one. I drive down to the store and they tell me they will actually DELIVER the new desk to my house, even though they had told me that wasn't possible to do earlier. They made me waste a whole trip to their store, but they told me they would call me in 20 minutes to set up the delivery. I go home and wait for a call. It never comes. 4-5 days later I finally get a call saying the desk will be delivered in a few days. At this point, I had already fixed the desk myself. I wasn't going to have a broken desk sitting around for a week or two. I call them and tell them to cancel the new desk delievery. They tell me that the delivery is cancelled. A few days later, I get another call saying that the desk is going to be delivered. I give them another call to tell them again, I don't want the new desk. They tell me it's canceled again. But to my amazement, I AGAIN get a call saying the desk is scheduled to be delivered. At this point I just don't want to deal with these people anymore. I know I won't go looking for furniture here again.

If I could give a zero star I would. We found a bed that we love and still haven't received it. The hardware was missing on delivery so that had to disassemble. Fine. So they order the hardware and its in. Delivery will be Sunday. Not even! They are saying they don't have hardware. Look, you told us it was in! Is anyone there actually working? I think not. Don't buy in to their used car sales tactics. What a lousy place.
I had a bad experience with the delivery, they did not do it on the date we agree on.
Can you give a zero star? Is that possible? This place is horrible. I waited an hour for a bed set and dressed. For real?? What the heck people. There were 10 guys standing in the warehouse as the woman sales rep helped load it up. Management needs to get a hold of this place.
Paid a higher price on there so called door buster deal but that's not all when the furniture was delivered it liked like it had been on a show room floor cracks on the leather glue in spots pealing not what anyone would expect

Do not buy their cheap furniture!!!!!! Unfortunately I was one of their victims/customers for numerous years, but it seems that lately the quality on their furniture is extremely low. The last bed set and living room set that I bought from them has had several parts break and or come apart due to the cheap material and or assembling. Their furniture is super over prized if you based it on their quality. Customer service is horrible. The worst I've seen in a company. It seems that their customers service is not important to them as they will often hang up on you, and or transfer you from customer service person to the other. They take a very long time to schedule an inspection on the faulty furniture and an even longer appointment for someone to pick up the parts. Several weeks later they will schedule for someone else to come and install the parts and will often change the time of the appointment. I have been sleeping on the floor for over a month, due to my bed set being broken for the third time!!!!! If you would like to avoid all the trouble and headaches, DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE!!!!!!!!!
I purchase a bedroom set for my daughter in which the sales person swore up and down that the bed in the configuration did not need a box spring. The bed arrives at the house and it clearly needed one. I called the store and since the person who sold us the bed was not there I got in touch with the supervisor. In stead of working with me and maybe either just offering a box spring (which courses about 50 bucks) he tried to offer excuse why me as a customer should have known I needed one. Sorry for trusting your floor salesman for maybe knowing his job and sorry for expecting at least minimum customer service. I will not make that mistake again since I will never come back to your store.
Very elegant store. Very nice merchandise and relatively good prices when compared to higher end furniture stores. The staff is professional. They will always approach you because they have to but if you need some space, just let them know and they will back off. They always have sales so just wait a few weeks for the next sale to get the best price.
I was Beyond Impressed with Ashleys Furniture. From the very moment I walked in the store until the moment I left. Prices were reasonable and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. What made my Experience Better was the Customer Service! A Lovely young Lady named Katrina.Figaroa saw me walk in with my two daughters and noticed everyone walking the floors was busy so she helped me find what I needed to get so I could be on my way. She was really Nice and very kind. I hope if I ever have to return to Ashleys Furniture that I get the same Customer Service.
Having just moved here, and needing everything we took a chance at Ashley. Loved the way Tony Pedroza stayed in our area to answer questions without being a bugging salesman. With that level of comfort, we took our time and found 2 matching sofas with recliners. The quality appears solid and the comfort is there. After adding a small table our sales- helper was able to get a few bucks knocked off and free shipping. It was a very pleasant experience and have no doubt it will be professionally delivered on time. Well done- can't wait. If you see no addendum: the items arrived on time with no problems. Thanks

I was in your store on Tuesday April 7th to buy a red sofa. I was graciously taken care of by Antonio Giron. I was not pressured to hurry,. I was invited to take my time and look around. It took me awhile to find what I wanted and then Antonio took me thru the purchase process. Thanks so much for your excellent service Antonio.. I am looking forward to enjoying my really red sofa and ottoman.
Horrible. Delay after delay, excuse after excuse, and after waiting a month on the company they gave us 20$ off. But they were late to deliver and no one accountible. I would rather be without furniture then deal with this company again.
I called to know the price of some furniture. I then went to discuss it with my wife. We decided to buy the furniture, and called back. The price was greater then stated, though we talked to the same salesperson. I ordered furniture anyway, over the phone. They happily took my money. And then proceeded to forget to place my order. I am now waiting another couple of weeks for them to deliver it. Here's hoping it will show up. I do not recommend this place. You are better off going up to Phoenix and renting a Uhaul for the furniture. You'll get better customer service. And chances are it will be cheaper too.
STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! I paid $1700 cash for some furniture here the Green Valley store. Not only was the delivery messed up and they came on the wrong day but within 3 days the furniture was falling apart. The seam had ripped on the recliner and the motor quit working on the power love seat. It took me a few more days to complain and they said since it was after 72 hrs. - TO BAD FOR ME! They sent someone 3 weeks latr to look at the motor and then said it would be about 6 more weeks to get a motor. When I called the corporate office in California a lady named Ruby ( a supervisor) said this happens ALL the time and it is what it is. She told me that it is normal for the stuff to fall apart and quit working after 3 days, "Just the way it is" she said!
