I bought a sofa, dining table and chairs, chest, and nightstands. In short, as the furniture was being delivered, I was inspecting it and noticed some of the furniture had cracks, scratches, and a mistake had occurred. In regard to the chest and nightstands, I had emphasized to my salesperson that I wanted dovetail joints. Unfortunately, he made a mistake. Those pieces didn’t have dovetail joints and there was already evidence of problems with those joints (refer to pictures). Fortunately, the correct chest and nightstands were ordered. Four or five of the dining table chairs need repairs so I called Ashley Outlet on November 7, 2025 to try to get a status on the repairs (parts). This was approximately the 5 week mark since the parts had been ordered. My salesperson told me he would get back to me. By November 17, 2025, I had not heard from him so I went ahead and texted the Store Manager, Tony. It is now February 6, 2026 and I am still waiting for the chairs to be fixed. I have been patient but my customer experience has not been good.

We purchased a couch that was damaged when it was delivered. Ashley sent tech Adam to come out and look at it. He said the couch had to be re-wrapped and explained that the fabric had to be ordered. He patched a corner where you could see the wood, and made it hardly noticeable, to hold us over until the fabric arrived. Adam returned to do the repairs, and we were able to watch everything he did to make our sofa look wonderful! He was very friendly, polite, conscientious, and a master at his craft. Adam is a gem! All the staff at the store were polite, friendly and helpful. Looking forward to shopping there in the future.

The people that work here were just plain rude

As we walked in we We’re greeted by an employee that asked if we needed help. We told her that we were just browsing and then if we needed help, we would find her. She proceeded to follow us through the whole store the whole entire time making us feel very uncomfortable pacing back-and-forth around us. I proceeded to tell her that it was very rude and she was setting off my anxiety. As I told her we would find somewhere else to go she proceeded to say have a nice day with an attitude. Find it highly unprofessional I bought most of my furniture from Ashley.

Michael V. Helps us throughout the process of looking into things for a new house. He was very patient and calm when me and my husband was trying out the beds which we eventually brought it out the same day as we were trying out the different types of mattress. He never complained about anything when he help and stay with us for four hours straight. He is very helpful, kind and enthusiastic.

Worker/sales man Michael is one of the best employees you guys have. I would recommend giving him a major promotion. Our charter bus broke down in this beautiful city of Kingman, Arizona and Micheal let us come in a sit in some of these really comfortable chairs and hangout for a little. This was super convenient after being stuck on a bus for 4+ hours while also waiting for a 4 hour ride back to Tucson. Recently Adam came to my house to repair a console table that I had ordered from Ashley Outlet. I wanted to let you know what a great job Adam did. He noticed that the drawers were not opening correctly because there were missing legs which support the console in the middle which was allowing the console to sag in the middle. He went back to your store and located the missing parts and installed them. He then noticed that the console was missing shelves which he obtained and installed. Adam is a very professional and skilled employee who is really good. He is a person who makes me want to purchase all of my furniture at Ashley Outlet. He will make anything that you purchase at Ashley perfect which is shown in the pride that he takes in doing his job. You are very lucky to have him working for you and I am very impressed with him and the work that he does. Keep him and promote him he is outstanding!

The delivery guys, Harold and Michael B, unboxed and carefully brought both pieces of furniture in, placed them where we wanted them, assembled, tested recliners on both pieces, and explained how to operate. I went in there today to find a love seat for my new apartment. Sammi was very helpful in helping me find a couple of different options, and I was able to find one I really like. Sammi made the whole process very easy, and I definitely will be recommending them to anyone who is looking for furniture!

Michael Valdivia was helpful and quick to get us taken care of. The delivery team however was not. Received a message that my delivery would happen and to only call if I needed to reschedule. When I called to check in, I was told since I didn’t call back to confirm, so I was moved to another day. Very frustrating when you do as asked and others are not held accountable. Delivery is not free nor is the set up. I would have liked the delivery in the day specified in the voicemail.

I want to give a shout out to the Ashley Store in Kingman, AZ. In particular to employees Sophie & Adam. Their customer service was EXCELLENT! Sophie went above & beyond her duties to accommodate me...more than once! My husband & I had moved into a smaller house. I had spent months looking for a loveseat with a particular style, size, & color. On this occasion Sophie trusted me to take home one of their loveseat pillows so I could visually compare the material & loveseat color with the new recliners we bought. She didn't ask for a deposit. I wouldnt have made the loveseat purchase otherwise. On another occassion we were interested in a small office desk they had discounted on the floor. They only had one...but we needed 2 (a matched set)! Not only did she find a 2nd desk for us, but when my husband & I picked them both up, to our great surprise, the 2nd desk had been assembled for us at no charge! Still yet on another occassion, we had bought 2 swivel bar stools. One didn't swivel good at all. Adam found it was defective. He had another on the floor & gave me the choice to order a new one or take the one on the floor. The floor swivel bar stool didn't sit level on their floor, but Adam worked on it right then & there until I was satisfied. He said when I get it home & if it needs to be adjusted to my floor that he would personnally come out at no charge to level it to my floor. To all of the above....is that great customer service or what!! Btw...we've been happy w our new loveseat & bar stools too! 🤗

We love this place. We bought our living room set and box spring from here. Pricing was great. They helped load it into our truck. They assembled the box spring in store for us. Everything is holding up wonderfully. Even with two kids bouncing around on it.

They worked with me to furnish our entire 4 bedroom house. Vinny was fantastic and super patient. He always made sure to price match in store versus online to ensure we weee getting the best price.

Came in to purchase items to furnish our new place after moving and was met with very kind, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Purchased a mattress and wanted to take it home that night, but could not get it to fit into our vehicles, so they delivered it to us the next day without a problem. Very professional people. Will do business with them again!

After spending close to 6k to furnish most of my home and after delivering all but a desk, I called to find out it’s status and was told it was delivered to someone else and they would send out another one which they did and then I discovered it went on sale. I went to the store to see about the price match guarantee which would have been around $70. I told them I’d take it in store credit because there was more furniture I needed. After half an hour they told me that it was too late because the desk was already delivered and they could not honor the price match. How’s that for customer service?! Won’t be going back there again.

Our salesperson was Robert. Great customer service to my wife and I. Was not pushy, answered our questions. Called us when he found out the sectional we wanted was discontinued. We picked another sectional with his help. Reinforced why we buy Ashley furniture.

Teddy and Thomas did a delivery for me where they had to fit a huuuge couch into some very tight spaces. Made it look super easy. Very impressed with their care for the product they deliver as well. Some rad dudes

I recently purchased a sofa and loveseat from the Kingman store. My experience was a wonderful one! Salesman Anthony greeted us and he answered all of our questions and showed us plenty of options. He was not pushy nor overbearing. We got same day delivery! I highly recommend Ashley Kingman and salesman Anthony!

Outlet? Went there looking for a bed and dinning set. Did not have a single California King bed. Didn't have the dining table I wanted. Was in and out in a minute

When we went into the Ashley homestore we were greeted by Sierra she was very professional and knowledgeable and spent time with us asking questions to see how she could assist us in the best way possibe.She went over and beyond to help us find everything we were looking for. Sierra made this a fantastic and easy shopping experience for my husband and myself. In addition, the manager Tony went over and beyond as well assiting in the best way possible and was very friendly and kind and made it possible to have our furniture delivered the next day. If you want a great shopping experience this is definitely the place to go.

Had an absolutely fantastic experience here! When I initially came in I was greeted by friendly associates who were ready and willing to help me, they answered all my questions and offered advice. I had a kind of complicated situation- and the manager and staff went above and beyond to help me and make my situation seamless and painless. They were so kind, understanding and willing to help me out, it really made such a great impression, you don’t get service like that often anymore. I felt truly valued and appreciated. I will definitely go back for anything I need and would highly recommend anyone else to also. Overall this was just an excellent experience and incredible customer service and we couldn’t be happier!

Was waited on by Robert as soon as we entered the store. Asked us what we are looking for & put the bedroom set on the lge. screen to view if that's what we wanted. Showed us the price for each pc. of the whitewash set plus the mattress we wanted & with the total he still give us a better discount. Because we have bought from the store before, Robert said "no delivery charge & we'll set it up for you." Can't beat that for customer service. Thanx to Robert & the mgr. Tony. We'll recommend you.

Furniture broken

Was shopping for a particular style of end table. Isabella was helping us and was the best. Now, as long as the tables arrive in the 2 to 5 week window promised us, we will be very happy!! Thank you Isabella!!

Nice service. Helpful but pricey. Looking for big man (a real big man not big man with tiny hineys) recliner and not successful.

Couldn't be happier with our experience here. We'd done some shopping online and found some models in store that we just fell in love with. Jasmine helped guide us towards all the other pieces we needed and went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were beyond satisfied with our purchase. 10/10 will definitely return for more furniture

Beautiful furniture. Wanted to purchase a few items. 4 employees present at the time. One actually appearing busy on the computer. Other 3 sitting at a table chatting. Oblivious to myself and a few other customers. Curious how much $ the store lost in vacated sales that day. But still very beautiful furniture.

I went into the Ashley store in Kingman AZ with an idea in mind to get a leather accent chair for my small livingroom. I was greeted by Sophie and told her what I was looking for, showed her pictures of my livingroom furniture and a chair I seen on the Ashley website with the dimensions that would fit. Sophie got a tape measure and showed me a variety of chairs. With Sophie's guidance and patience I was able to think outside the box and there it was, the perfect chair for my space and most importantly comfort! Thank you so much Sophie for helping me today the chair is absolutely perfect!!

Went to Aarons and was very happy with what we got And the price was better. Wasn't to pleased with the staff at Ashleys.
