We ordered a Tempurpedic mattress in july. The first promised delivery date passed without a word from Ashley. We called and were told by the end of September. On October 1st we went in. We were told there was no mattress for us. Not happy about not having the mattress but even more disappointed that we were never contacted. i have been in this situation of having to wait and wait and wait BUT in the case with the other company we were called, apologized to and completely kept in the loop at all times. Now I know that if I want to buy something from Ashley, I go to Amazon and order it. And if you want a mattress GO TO MATTRESS FIRM!!!! We had it the next day!
Bought a beautiful table in December and it cracked on the tabletop from bad craftsmanship as it's composite wood like material-I called in February -March 2021 as it was warranted for a year. The store in Havasu contacted me several times to set up repairs but I couldn't make any of the dates offered. I finally asked if we could just pick up the top and replace it ourselves after about two months . They said sure come pick it up as soon as You can.A month later (in July because we don't live there full time ) I went in person to pick up the tabletop and the staff said it wasn't there, that it had no record on it coming in? Won't be coming in until mid October 2021. Why did they call me several times for installation date and then tell me to come pick it up?
They are the best for customer service! Janet went above and beyond expectations for my home! New couch came today, they exchanged it for the first one we purchased! It is beautiful and fits so well!
We were able to find the perfect living room set at a great price this past weekend, Calvin was very helpful and polite. Thank you for making it a great experience!!!
Sara Herrick of your Havasu location is a gold digging wench you shouldn't have working for you. She asked to borrow money from a customer...that's bad...customer service. :(
Will not be patronizing this store again. I really think separating you from your money is their priority, not providing their customers with good customer service. The salesman we had was a complete jerk. Gotthe feeling he didn't think we were going to spend much money as he completely dismissed us when he spotted a different customer looking at an expensive sofa. He make a beeline to them and left us standing there. We had to find another sales person to help us. We did end up ordering a few things which took forever to arrive. We had to do the follow up on delivery as we never received a call from them that our order had arrived. Turns out it had been sitting there for a week. I am not sure how they survive as the store seemed deserted.
Such rude people work here..... no matter how many times you go in here you always get attitude.....
It took them eight weeks to deliver our sofa. Like everyone else they are using the virus as an excuse
I will never shop at the store again on August 31st I went in and spent $4,500 and some change on a new living room set a new dining room set 3 bar stools a queen size mattress and an additional Ford dining room chairs they told me it would be two to three weeks for me to receive my furniture 3 days ago I get a call from Ashley Furniture saying that my furniture would be delivered September 12th between the hours of 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. so I got rid of everything inside of this house my couches my dining room my old bed my previous bar stools when the delivery driver showed up the only thing he had on his truck was the coffee table fort dining room chairs that go with that table and the extra for dining room chairs nothing else other than two lamps one of which was broken but both were not what I ordered so when I called Ashley Furniture to find out what was going on they told me yes the lamps were incorrect the lamps I ordered Ford discontinued but they have those lamps in the store in Havasu when I asked them about the rest of my furniture when I can expect it because I have no bed to sleep in no couch no nothing I am informed October 6th will be when my couch and everything, will be here that is not the way you conduct business I was informed two to three weeks not 8 weeks and I informed the girl at the store that that is not how things are done and I would never shop there again she's in contact her manager who says that he will send a queen mattress to my house so I at least have something to sleep on until my mattress gets here sorry but this is not the way that you operate a business under any circumstances so if you want Furniture do not order anything from Ashley furnitures in Havasu
Ok this is a test. Most ratings and friends who have made purchases at this furniture store in Lake Havasu told us we would be sorry for making the purchase. LETS SEE WHAT HAPPENS ! I purchased a sectional this afternoon from SARA, who quoted a two to three week ETA of our special order sectional. SO LETS FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENS!! I will update when they call me for delivery.
