We Purchased furniture for three bedrooms, a sofa set, and a dining room table. The only thing that has arrived in the last MONTH that wasn't damaged or broken was our sofa. STILL waiting on two bedroom sets, with no future date on delivery! Dining room table chairs were wrong, and wobbly due to the legs being different lengths, still waiting for replacements. One dresser came damaged, STILL waiting on a replacement. One Night stand electrical outlet not working, and still waiting on a replacement. Master bedroom headboard light not working, still waiting on the replacement. Our kids beds still haven't arrived, and no current future date yet on delivery. They were all super helpful until you pay, then you're placed on the sidelines. We will never buy from Ashley furniture again. And I'll continue to tell friends, family, and neighbors to shop elsewhere. We continue to call customer service, but they say they're waiting on items to arrive but can't give a time or date. The manager is worthless, and won't return calls. Havasu has alot of smaller shop and are family owned and operated, please use them for your next furniture purchase. If I could give Ashley furniture a zero star I would, but one is the lowest I can go.

We had a comfort issue with the Tempurpedic Lux king mattress purchased in 2022. Because there was no damage or deterioration of the mattress Tempurpedic was past any guarantee. My husband has back issues from a severe accident in 2009 on the job as a police officer. Major orchids to Derrick who spent so much time with us testing mattresses in the store, listening to our needs, just going out of his way to listen and then above and beyond what we ever expected exchanged our king mattress for a split king so husband can sleep in mode he needs and me mine. I highly recommend Derrick and the incredible staff at Ashley who truly care and are there to help with what you need. Derrick, thank you!!!! We love our new matttresses!!! We appreciate you!

We bought a beautiful bedroom set. About 1 month after having the set, one of the rails on the drawer broke. We called the store and they ordered the part, so we thought. After several follow ups to see where the part was , we were given various stories why we hadn’t received the part. The last call we were told the service guy had a piece and he would come out on Friday, May 23rd. Yet again Ashley failed to come through. No call, no show. My drawer has been sitting on my floor for 2 months.

The manager David was great and a Very nice furniture store -we purchased a couch and matching recliner -we found the recliner chair to hard for us to close after reclining since we are older - Ashley delivered and exchanged the chair for another chair we were happy with excellent service.

Esther was the best with helping us with our couches. She gave use the best deal and I highly recommend Ashley furniture in lake havasu city.

They're great when you buy it and wonderful when. something breaks and you can't find your paperwork. I called and they faxed me everything I needed I to get the recliner fixed.

We absolutely adored the team at Ashley furniture in Lake Havasu! Sarah, Esther, and Derek were absolutely amazing at helping us pick our pieces. Even before our pieces were delivered, we were informed that a couple of pieces had been damaged. Getting moved onto the truck and that they repaired those pieces while they were ordering us brand new pieces to be delivered at a later date. It was nice to know that we would have our full table set up, while we waited for the new pieces to arrive. We would recommend Ashley furniture to anyone looking for a place to purchase new furniture.

We had to have dresser drawers repaired. The staff promptly sent out a rep. His name is Sam. He was courteous and on time. He was a perfect representative for the company. Great customer service. He took care to make the repair thorough and sturdy. Much appreciated.

Purchased an 8000 dollar furniture set at this location, was told everything was instock except for the largest sofa. Was told I would receive 2 separate shipments as indicated and annotated on the invoice. After the missed delivery window I called in asking for an update and they told me I would only receive one delivery and everything was on back order and they could not provide a delivery update and I would have to wait. When purchasing I told them I would not be ordering back ordered items and they assured me everything was readily available and instock... After the 1st interaction, they called me saying they would be scheduling the 1st delivery within a few days as originally agreed, nobody called back, I called back a week later and they reverted to everything would be delivered in one delivery and they were waiting on back ordered material... I told them I wanted to cancel the order at this point. They said someone would call back. They called and said they would be scheduling a delivery within a few days as originally agreed. After another few days I called back and they once again reverted to a single delivery and that I needed to wait for the back ordered item. I asked to cancel the purchase and they once again said someone would call me back. I asked to speak to a manager and was told I am speaking to a supervisor, i said fantastic, let me speak to the manager as requested and was told i vould not speak to the manager and they were all that was available and someone could call back later to cancel the order...At this point I refused the call back and demanded they cancel the order, they complied. I spoke with the 1800 ashley number and they informed me this location is not an ashley furniture store but a 3rd party retailer who only licensed thier logo, ashley furniture could not provide any customer support due to them being a 3rd party they are not affiliated with... I found the exact same items on another retailers website for 1600 dollars less than the 20% discount I was offered in store... what ever this location has In store is cheaper through a different seller. Don't waste your time with this location, you'll receive better service and pricing elsewhere. Hopefully this serves as caution to any would be shopper's to avoid this location.

Recently moved to Lake Havasu City. We decided to go to Ashely Furniture for a lot of our home furniture. It was a group effort! We are not great at knowing what to pick. Ester was awesome, she has a wonderful personailty, was very knowledgable with her furniture, knows what colors go together, and responded quickly to my text on her off time. ;-) David helped us put the order together and gave us all the estimated delivery dates. We went back in a week later for our dining table and Alicia had great customer service. We needed to make an exchange on one item and she got it done. I took my in-laws in today to buy furniture they needed as soon as possible due to an unexpected move to assisted living. Esther was amazing. She was so patient with them. We have worked with Esther over at Ashley and she was beyond helpful with adding on furniture after we placed our initial order, rescheduling our delivery because our move in date got pushed back, and making sure our repair got done when a piece came in damaged. I will keep going back to work with her and would recommend you ask for her when you go in.

Went to Ashley's to purchase Bedroom furniture, had outstanding service with sales Rep SARA HERRICK. Sara was able to answer all questions and was very professional in helping pick the proper set. She also noticed that we were looking at a secondary bedroom set and was able to provide us with a full detail of the brand name in the event we were to purchase at a later day. We called her back 3 weeks later for that second bedroom set and purchased with ease. We have had good luck with this store in our purchases and recommend highly.

Sara is an absolute beast and has gone so over and above for my partner and I with our properties we could not be more satisfied. She literally has taken care of everything and provided us with the best service and pricing! This is the only place/store that is beyond unprofessional, rude and directly keep lying to our faces. The lies continues out of their mouth is unreal. Despite numerous texts threads and VM and recorded conversations we had that's completely contradictory to their now false and misleading promises in order to keep you in the Sale and Bait scheme they mastered. They had the audacity to be even more disrespectful and mouthy and poorly treated customers when they are finally confronted by the lies and false sales. They hide behind the franchise owner and even misuse the cops services so they can play the victim cards. I will never recommend this place for any business and future business even to my worst enemy. Beware of their SALE AND BAIT TACTIC!!! They had mastered it. Sarah, Randi and Derek are nothing but con artists and especially DERECK THE BIGGEST LIAR I HAD EVER MET of which he trained his staffs to be exactly like him. To be nothing but liars and con artists. The employees here unprofessional, lack any training of customers services, most of all they only care about meeting their quota and commission.

went here to look at bunk beds.. I've bought furniture here before but this experience was bizarre. so they take us to see the bunk beds but one worker just sat there and stared at us.. I mean super uncomfortable so we bounced.

Derek at the Lake Havasu City store allowed us to exchange our sofa set for a different one since it was more comfortable. He was extremely professional and courteous and I love the customer service! We have been return customers several times.

I’m getting a new place in a couple months that I need to furnish. I’ve been looking for something that was affordable, but didn’t look cheap. When I first went into Ashley’s I immediately thought.. “all of this is way to pricey for me and got overwhelmed” luckily Ashley’s Furniture has an amazing employee! A fantastic experience from the beginning to end… We recently purchased a living room set from the Lake Havasu store… When we walked in we were greeted warmly by several sales associates we weren’t pressured or hounded as we browsed, we had already done our research and knew the set we wanted… Dave Bavier was our sales person and was a real pleasure to work with… We came to and an agreement on the price he placed the order stating that it was in stock at their warehouse in California and quoted us 2-3 weeks for delivery… Much to our surprise we got a call that the furniture was scheduled to be delivered the following Monday which was only 1 week! The delivery men arrived early in the morning and were very polite, professional and did a great job setting up the new furniture and hauling away our old sectional… In this day and age its very unusual to get this kind of service Dave and the entire Ashley team knocked this purchase out if the park… We’ll be back and definitely recommend Dave and the Ashley team to anyone for their furniture buying needs.

Bought a beautiful table in December and it cracked on the tabletop from bad craftsmanship as it's composite wood like material-I called in February -March 2021 as it was warranted for a year. The store in Havasu contacted me several times to set up repairs but I couldn't make any of the dates offered. I finally asked if we could just pick up the top and replace it ourselves after about two months . They said sure come pick it up as soon as You can.A month later (in July because we don't live there full time ) I went in person to pick up the tabletop and the staff said it wasn't there, that it had no record on it coming in? Won't be coming in until mid October 2021. Why did they call me several times for installation date and then tell me to come pick it up?

I haven't shopped there lately, but when I have it's always had very good customer service.

Bought a beautiful table in December and it cracked on the tabletop from bad craftsmanship as it's composite wood like material-I called in February -March 2021 as it was warranted for a year. The store in Havasu contacted me several times to set up repairs but I couldn't make any of the dates offered. I finally asked if we could just pick up the top and replace it ourselves after about two months . They said sure come pick it up as soon as You can.A month later (in July because we don't live there full time ) I went in person to pick up the tabletop and the staff said it wasn't there, that it had no record on it coming in? Won't be coming in until mid October 2021. Why did they call me several times for installation date and then tell me to come pick it up?

Great store. Nice diversity in home furnishings. Found recliner I liked and completed a sale and was done in about 30 minutes. Sales person was pleasant and wasn't pushing in trying to make a sale. Will shop there again.

They are the best for customer service! Janet went above and beyond expectations for my home! New couch came today, they exchanged it for the first one we purchased! It is beautiful and fits so well!

We recently purchased a condo in Lake Havasu and visited Ashely Home Store to furnish the entire home. We worked directly with Sara Herrick whom was exceptional on every level. Sara instantly understood our style and showed us only those options that aligned with our tastes and budget. She further understood the current long delivery times and catered what she was showing us with that in mind. I would absolutely recommend this Ashely location and Sara for home furnishing needs.

Service sucked nothing in stock and American furniture warehouse has the same furniture for half the price in stock.

Update to this review. They honored their sale. Thank you- It is 5:45 pm on a Sunday and the store is closed when it states it’s hours as closing at 6 pm. I am trying to buy a bed with today’s sale of king bed for queen price and tomorrow the sale is over.

ZERO STARS!!!! The customer service at this store, from the salespeople on the floor to the reps that take phone calls is atrocious! They ALL lie through their teeth and most of them are rude and have horrible people skills! We have bought numerous items from this particular store over the last 2 years and have had less than mediocre experiences with the salespeople on the floor. None-the-less went through with our purchases because we liked the items. The last purchase was the straw that broke the camel's back! First, the sales rep told us she was getting us a much better deal than advertised because this particular store is privately owned and can offer better deals. Ok cool... LIES!!! I went to the website the same day and was able to put everything we just purchased in my cart with delivery and tax included.... for $300 less! We wanted to support the "local" business and decided to let it go and hopefully the store/employees keep the benefits. We were told ALL of our items were in stock except one piece. Everything but that one piece would be delivered in 2-3 weeks. Cool... LIES!!! 3 1/2 months later we are still waiting for 3 pieces... I called 5 different times.. each time told a different story.. So ok, I'm trying to be patient given the current situation with covid and all that back shipments and whatnot even though the ladies I speak to on the phone are ridiculously rude and condescending. I say nothing... I accept the behavior because I just want my furniture! I call again. I am told verbatim "your items are now in the warehouse ready to be loaded TODAY. I am not sure of the actual date we will receive them for delivery, but it should be anywhere from a couple of days to a week" I still have not received any info on my delivery, so I call again a week and a half later. Guess what?! In true nature of the way this store operates.... I am told... "it looks like your items will be ready to load from California in 2 weeks, but that doesn't mean we will receive them here for delivery. This is just an estimate as to when it will be loaded on a truck to come our way." MORE LIES!!!! Order CANCELLED and my new items will be delivered in ONE WEEK from LIVING SPACES. Delivery confirmation received in 3 minutes... So much for trying to support this supposedly privately owned Havasu business. ASHLEY FURNITURE Lake Havasu NEVER AGAIN!

Been here twice. First purchased couch and loveseat set, it was a nice set but they delivered the wrong color. They ended up being short one set of dishes that I ordered and would only refund me for one set rather than find another. Fortunately I found the extra set I needed on Wayfair. When I explained I was upset, they said they would send me a $25.00 gift card which I never received. Last week after waiting a year, I went into Ashley to look for some furniture. There was a gentleman salesman who was very pleasant to talk with and a female saleswomen who was very rude. Wish I would have gotten her name so I could provide it here. After both experiences, I have no desire to purchase or go into this store ever again.

Very helpful but not overpowering sales!

Its smaller than other stores I've been to and there is limited selection. Most of the furniture is overpriced and there is no clearance section that I could see.

Will not be patronizing this store again. I really think separating you from your money is their priority, not providing their customers with good customer service. The salesman we had was a complete jerk. Gotthe feeling he didn't think we were going to spend much money as he completely dismissed us when he spotted a different customer looking at an expensive sofa. He make a beeline to them and left us standing there. We had to find another sales person to help us. We did end up ordering a few things which took forever to arrive. We had to do the follow up on delivery as we never received a call from them that our order had arrived. Turns out it had been sitting there for a week. I am not sure how they survive as the store seemed deserted.

Peggy, the General Manager is unprofessional and out of place. I highly recommend taking your business somewhere else. I found her to be rude, didn't introduce herself and did nothing to help her employees. I will never buy from Ashely again due to this experience.

I will never shop at the store again on August 31st I went in and spent $4,500 and some change on a new living room set a new dining room set 3 bar stools a queen size mattress and an additional Ford dining room chairs they told me it would be two to three weeks for me to receive my furniture 3 days ago I get a call from Ashley Furniture saying that my furniture would be delivered September 12th between the hours of 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. so I got rid of everything inside of this house my couches my dining room my old bed my previous bar stools when the delivery driver showed up the only thing he had on his truck was the coffee table fort dining room chairs that go with that table and the extra for dining room chairs nothing else other than two lamps one of which was broken but both were not what I ordered so when I called Ashley Furniture to find out what was going on they told me yes the lamps were incorrect the lamps I ordered Ford discontinued but they have those lamps in the store in Havasu when I asked them about the rest of my furniture when I can expect it because I have no bed to sleep in no couch no nothing I am informed October 6th will be when my couch and everything, will be here that is not the way you conduct business I was informed two to three weeks not 8 weeks and I informed the girl at the store that that is not how things are done and I would never shop there again she's in contact her manager who says that he will send a queen mattress to my house so I at least have something to sleep on until my mattress gets here sorry but this is not the way that you operate a business under any circumstances so if you want Furniture do not order anything from Ashley furnitures in Havasu

I purchased a sectional this afternoon from SARA, who quoted a two to three week ETA of our special order sectional. SO LETS FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENS!! I will update when they call me for delivery.

We bought a sectional recliner couch here from David Bavier and he was great!!! We definitely recommend him for all your furniture needs. He is super friendly and very knowledgeable! Above all, he is not pushy at all! This is our second purchase from him. We also got our dining room set a few years back! The furniture is beautiful and the whole experience with David was great!! Bought new bedroom furniture

Two years ago we purchased a mattress there. What we paid for and what we got are two different things. A few weeks ago I started to use that mattress, I noticed that it sags in the middle, I stopped by the store to complain and they sent someone out to check it, he checked the end of the mattress and not the middle and I have heard nothing since. I have sustained back problems and am currently in physical therapy? I am in agonizing pain. Two days ago I went to our best store and bought a new mattress and I am waiting for delivery. I prefer stores that you can trust, Ashley is not one of them.

I ordered a table and buffet table and 2 days later I decided I wasn't sure it was going to match the inside furniture, so I called to cancel the order and was told they had to call the manager. Then they said it couldn't be cancelled they have a no return policy.I hadn't received any product yet so not sure why it would be such a hassle to cancel the order. I was told I could get a credit on my purchase for something else.I said forget it and waited for my ordered items.The table and buffet table arrived, looks ok, wish I would have waited and not ordered especially since they are so anxious to get their stuff sold they don't care about customer service. Furniture nice but Salesman was a jerk to my family with me.

My son and his friends went in there on the early afternoon of June 13th. My 18 year old son was going to buy a bed. He's also trying to establish credit, so he asked about financing although he had the cash to buy outright. The lady that works there told him not to bother unless his credit is above 640. Ok, no problem, no credit, it will be a cash transaction then. Before checking out his friends and himself wanted to browse a little. The woman walked up to him and his friends and told them that since she only gets paid commissions that they needed to either buy something or leave!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! They were deciding if they wanted to buy MORE FURNITURE!! That means more commission! Speaking to the taller, older lady with short grey hair... You lost a butt ton of commission because of your nastiness! A room full of young men with cash in hand getting ready to start their homes could have made you a LOT of money... none of them, or anyone in their families will EVER give you a penny. Too bad.

We are very happy with the quality and selection of the pieces we chose. We purchased a lovely grey fabric sectional with ottoman, and a set of dining chairs. Paid a small fee to have them delivered and set up in the great room. We do agree that the delivery process needs some overhauling. I'm sure it's difficult with Havasu's location, but their system needs attention!

I stopped in and looked around. The staff was friendly. I liked some of the furniture here. Not great quality. But, not IKEA either. I went home and started looking at the reviews and website. The website is like a huge corporate website. The pricing is strange. You need to put in a zip code to get the real price. Weird. Anyways, after looking at the reviews, I wasn't comfortable with having furniture delivered. I wanted to see what this store had in stock and pick it up. I called with some SKU numbers. They guy that answered was quite rude when I told him I wanted to pick it up. So, basically if you want to pick up your furniture you need to go to Redlands, CA. The guy wasn't willing to see if a closer store had my items in stock or didn't have the ability to do so. I called Redlands and was on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up. Overall, big corporation. Customer service and prices are what you'd expect. Shite.

We've purchased out family and dining room furnature and also the 2 newer beds in our house. We also bought a round dinijng table and 2 chairs for the eat in kitchen. Was hoping they had a cabinet the dimensions we needed for our eat in kitchen but no go.

I saw a couch I wanted online and confirmed they had one in Havasu and went to the store to see it. I live an hour south of Havasu so it's not like running to the grocery store. The couch was exactly what I wanted. I bought it and the staff couldn't have been nicer and more cordial. They told me it would be manufactured by 3/11 so on 3/15 I called to see if it was actually done. To my surprise the woman in delivery department said they could schedule it for delivery on 3/19 at 10:00am which was the only open slot. Lo' and Behold on 3/19 I got a call telling me the delivery would be at my house in 30 minutes. The delivery guys got there at 9:40 am (20 min early) and they were so kind and nice. They handled the new couch with care and efficiency (getting those things unwrapped requires a college education I swear) and Bada Boom Bada Bing I had my couch exactly where I wanted it, the color was perfect, there were no defects of any kind. I am very very pleased because I had read horror stories online and was nervous BUT it was a flawless transaction and delivery was outstanding. I highly recommend shopping at the Lake Havasu City AZ Ashley HomeStore. I know I will go back.
