As others have noted. These employees know nothing. Tried to order a household set of furniture for a new build and none of the employees knew if any items were in stock and therefore we could not order any of the items. These are items on the showroom floor! They said they could TRY to talk to someone next week and see if the items could be ordered. Try? Really!!! Wow, small town minds and small town education. Order from Phoenix and get it delivered! These employees and my guess the owner as well are off the grid. Save your brain cells and shop elsewhere. After all Ashley is everywhere!! Don’t even think about shopping at this place!!!

Buyer BEWARE. Ordered an instock couch and chair. No special fabric. Quoted 3-4 weeks for delivery. After 1 week I call to get a better estimate and they change it to 6-8 weeks and say they can’t control what their warehouse does. I decide to cancel this order as I need the furniture sooner than 6-8 wks. Manager will not cancel without a 25% “restocking “fee even though the furniture never left the warehouse. Then he tries to tell me that I signed for those terms. And that all sales are final for special orders. This was not a special order. I never signed anything. Never even received a receipt either emailed or paper. spend your money elsewhere. They will tell you whatever you want to hear so that you make that purchase and then refuse to return anything if you’re not happy. Guess will just dispute it thru my bank. Spend ur money elsewhere!!

What happened to Joys Furniture? I purchased all my furniture needs from them. Today I go in for a simple replacement part but they made it so difficult! The manager is something else. Denver Mattress here I come!

1st trip, Victoria was very helpful and I made a purchase. I went back another day to order something from the same collection and was "helped" by someone who clearly didn't want to assist me at all. So that's disappointing, was hoping for a little more help.

Hands down the worst experience I’ve had in any store in a long time. Not only did they make us feel like we didn’t belong they lied multiple times. I will NEVER shop in this store again and will encourage others to do the same. With as many furniture options on the mountain I’d think they would try a little harder to make customers feel welcome! No integrity! Poor customer service! Canceled our order and will just take our business somewhere else.

If you love to wander through a beautiful furniture store full of furniture, accessories and decorations with a cabin style as well as other styles, this place will bring you a lot of pleasure, full of ideas. When we spend our summers in Show Low, we wander through the store at least 5 or 6 times over 10 week period. It's very unique. There's a chair I would just love to have, price a bit steep, but it's just gorgeous!

You can go window shopping for hours here. Lots of great wall decor to buy and great furniture.

Nothing is ever in stock. Was told I would have to wait 6 to 8 weeks for $100 bar cart. Same exact item at Amazon will be delivered in less than a week.

Many choices for every taste. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Old school furniture store, wrote my receipt, invoice by hand :-) not near the inventory or prices you'll find online but what they do have if not in stock they will sell off the floor which is great. Did purchase extended warranty and will be interested to see how they handle that if needed.

All I wanted to do is buy a recliner, local. Not from Walmart. Ashley furniture. Is a joke.

They had the exact end tables I wanted. So happy to get them at the store and let their pe wharehouse men assemble them. The price was very reasonable. Many thanks to our salesperson, Victoria.

They always have lower prices, even Phoenix! Lot of people moving to this area and are amazed by the price!

They NEVER want to take you over to there discount wearhouse. We have asked 6 different times to see there wearhouse and every time they say they have nothing there, no one is available to take you over or they sold whatever piece you were looking for. They have horrible customer service and never want to take you to there discount wearhouse. Don't shop here unless you want to have a horrible experience.

we bought a living room set at American wearhouse was Ashley we love it.

Don't buy if Ashley won't deliver and assemble. No assembly instructions came with recliner loveseat when I opted to transport and assemble at my cabin. Ashley wouldn't deliver to my remote cabin. I did not assemble properly (No instructions) which caused damage to vinyl (I thought I bought leather recliher because this is what I requested at store). Customer service and sales person did not return my call for a week when I wanted assembly help because no instructions. Ashley customer service stated they would try to repair loveseat if I transport full loveseat to their warehouse in Phoenix, but no guarantees. The loveseat weighs 270 lbs where we as seniors don't feel capable of carrying out of cabin and loading on trailer to and back from Phx waehouse. This entire situation would not have happened if assembly instructions were included or if customer service returned my call to provide technical assembly help.

Lots to look at and sales staff was very helpful and professional, not pushy.

Very expensive, your better off looking at the consignment shops and resale and antique stores,lots of them in this area

Joy's Furniture (Ashley Home Store) should have EVERYTHING that anyone's looking for. This store is WELL stocked with almost everything imaginable, we've never come out if there empty handed. If you can't find it there...... it's probably not on the market. The staff is great too. Enjoy!

Got some help, but was not that great, customer service could use some udating. Otherwise great quality furniture and prices. Great place to look for My home furnishings!

My husband and I just moved here and had decided we needed a new couch. We have been looking down in the valley for a Lazyboy Duo. I had seen Joy's Furniture Gallery but the 1 day we were in the area they were closed. Today we decided to try again as I had seen they not only have Ashley but also Lazyboy. Score! They had what we were looking for and less expensive than the valley! Jeff helped us and was so helpful and patient! He did everything he could to help get exactly what I wanted for the leather color as I already had the leather number. He took the time to find it going through many leather books. I would totally recommend both him and the store!

Huge warehouse with everything you could imagine. Either your shopping for furniture, dining sets, bedroom sets, soda sets even mattresses, the friendly staff is here to help. Prices are outstanding and free delivery is included. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, I had the pleasure of working with Rich Nelson wise knowledge about mattresses really helped me steer my decision on what matters I want to replace my current one with. Thank you Rich, I will see you this winter!

Helpful staff. Found item I was looking for. It was in stock and I was in and out in 30 minutes.

The employes are are very friendly and helpful. We always shop here when we need another piece of furniture. Quality & prices are always great.

We used this store over another because we were guaranteed our furniture would be delivered within 14 days. Almost 2 months later and still missing half of our stuff. Including my children's bunk bed.

It was the horrible experience. Had a ad that said there name adress everything for them. And all I got was sorry, we dont have anything in that ad. And said it rudely like I was a nobody. When walking out,they they all were sitting on the coaches laughing. I called the one in payson she was (great)didnt have exactly what was in ad, but better and got it for cheaper.

Would put 0 stars but 1 will work. Only thing that went quick about this experience was them taking our money. False promises, bad service and more bad service. Originally told should take about 1-2 weeks to deliver our sofa that they had to "special order", ended up taking 5 weeks to get here. Throughout these 5 weeks we called a few times to check in and always got a longer and longer shipping time quoted to us. Finally asked for a manager after week 4, was not very friendly, very to the point, finally got an answer as to when our sofa should get here and it did finally. Their return policy is even more horrendous than their actual service. Either 20% restocking fee or in store credit that EXPIRES after 60 days...Will not be buying anything from here again. It is very sad that when you are one of the only furniture stores on the mountain that you do business like this, fortunately though you are not the only furniture place and I learn lessons well.
