Ashley Store Mesa, AZ (Superstition)

Well our experience with this store was not a good one. We bought some outdoor furnitures back in 8/9, the sales person Richard was so so. Didn't seem too really be too enthusiastic to help us. We ask for certain pieces and he got them down in system and said the delivery fee would be $200 and gave us no other options. We said that outrageous we will just go ahead and pick them up. Took us back to the service desk and left. So the folks at the service desk did all the work. Come to find out the warehouse is clear in west side of town. But it was better than paying $200. Well the furniture was to arrive a certain date but it didn't so it was like 2 weeks more the 30th. In the meantime the furniture arrived at the warehouse and the chat bot that Ashley has is so ridiculous, not talking to a live person just a system. That went on back and forth for a week to schedule a date to pick up and questions we had. We never got a live human being to talk to. Come to find out we did some checking and chat with a customer service on line. They said it should be free delivery. We went to the store today and saw the sales person Richard and the other guy we talked back in early August, we asked about the free delivery and they both said yes free delivery. We went back to the customer service desk and explain our issues. Plus we're not able to pick up as husband has to start working 6 days a week. The one gentleman try to page Richard to come back to the service desk and was told he was busy with a customer. But still needed to come back and handle the issue. He told us he was not going to do his work. Richard never did come back, so the nice lady helped us but she checked the system and said it was not a free delivery, we were told wrong. We had no choice but to pay for delivery $170 more just for them to drop it off at the door. As we were leaving Richard and the other sales guy were sitting talking to another salesperson. Didn't see any customer around. So long story short, we were lied to, been ignored and had to pay more even tho we were told a few times it free delivery. We're not coming back to this store again. We'll go to the other one at San Tan which we should have gone back in the first place. They were more polite, friendly and eager to help us. We did this Superstition one cause it was closer to our home.

Didn't receive the pillows with the couch i bought follow up person told me they would look into it never heard back and my sales person hasn't returned my call plus warranty was added which I was never asked if I wanted it salesperson told me manager was throwing it in which was not true I've dealt with Ashley's for years this has not been the best experience

Beautiful store. Lots of choices. Sales person could not have been better. Delivery was late. But it was ok. Delivery guys were very good and really cared about setting up the way we wanted it.

I went in to look for a specific recliner I seen in Modesto Ca. I showed a picture of the chair I was interested in to Phelan. He took me right to it. He was courteous, professional and friendly. This store is awesome, Phelan Conway was right there to guide us to the mattress selections, he is knowledgeable, patient, and professional, and was also fun to work with. We planned to try some mattresses, then shop several more stores. We ended up buying here because of Phelan and Serta's product and warranty, and because we felt we found the best mattress for my husband's back pain. We bought the Serta hybrid with Ashley's guaranty that if this doesn't help w back pain, we have options available to find a better fit. That's a big deal to us. We highly recommended this store, Phelan, and his manager.

My wife and I went into the store to buy a kitchen set. The sales representative was very helpful and listeneded to what we were looking for. We found what we wanted and it was ordered.

My 72 year old wife and I have been in the market for a new split king adjustable bed. We went to the Ashley store in Mesa, Az. where we were met by a salesperson by the name of Nick. Nick devoted the next two hours explaining the various models and cost/benefits of each and every bed Ashley has on display in the store’s expansive show room. Additionally, Nick asked the Store Manager Kariff, as well as his Store Furniture Assembly Manager Deshawn to join to assist us in the purchase decisioning process. Never before have my wife and I been so satisfied with the levels of custom service rendered by these wonderful people. We ended up buying the split king adjustable bed knowing that Nick, Kariff and Deshawn had given us both the kindness and knowledge required to make the correct purchasing decision. Thank you guys and Ashley Furniture Mesa for a once in a lifetime purchasing experience👍👏😀

I purchased a sectional in May it was beautiful. I specially asked the salesman, Richard if rips, spots etc were covered. Unfortunately the seam opened on the chaise pillow and tore open. The tear was then frayed by the dog. A claim was filed. The extend warranty was bounced to mfg warranty who bounced it back to mfg and not a darn thing is being done. Very poor customer service, they lied on the warranty and so much for a $3500 sectional and an additional $600+ extended warranty! Strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere if you want customer service!. So they responded to contact them, which I immediately did and once again, no response, no help, one more lie! They could at the least reply as they claimed they would!! Very disappointed in what used to be a good store!

Brody, Brody, Brody.....ROCKSTAR! We were shopping for a few pieces of furniture for a move to memory care for a loved one. We needed in stock with quick delivery. He made it all work....and he was SOOOO KIND. We purchased Saturday afternoon, took deliver on Wednesday morning....delivery folks were also great! Go see Brody.....he's a true pro!

Probably the best shopping experience I've had. Brody was exceptional, patient, actively listened, and answered all of my many questions. I confirmed everything he said and he was incredibly accurate and knowledgeable. Not to mention he had my family's health and best interests in mind the whole time. I found a server online that I thought would be perfect for my kitchen. Unfortunately it was out of stock online. I went to the Ashley store near me, and the sales person was able to find one I could order! Plus at the online price! It was delivered 3 days later! AMAZING

We are in process.. so far the manager was very gracious , great business acumen , when we are pricing, he had some trouble with his tablet and had Brian help us who was also excellent meanwhile to facilitate my wife's wishes I was wandering back-and-forth in the store and Nick was helpful with dimensions. all in all a very helpful staff, they seem to work seamlessly together. I felt at ease which is important when you're purchasing a high value asset we'll get our delivery later this week. I will update as needed. PS Brian was very clear on details when we concluded the transaction. kudos

Michael our salesman met us as soon as we came in. He directed us to to where the bed sets were. (All around the parameter of the store) He checked in every so often and answered our questions. Michael set up the delivery and advised us on the contact procedure.

The salesman that met me at the door was very friendly and helpful. I knew exactly what I was looking for and he was able to show me all the models quickly. I only gave 4 stars for now. I am waiting to see how smoothly the delivery goes and if it is on time. Fingers crossed!!

I’ve purchased furniture from Ashley multiple times across the US from WI, MI, CA, TX to now AZ. What I appreciate is that no matter where I go, I can find that same friendly smile when I walk through those front doors. When I think of quality furniture at a fair price I think of Ashley! This recent purchase that my fiancé and I made in Mesa, was no exception. We were greeted at the front door by Brian Vierra, in his white “sleep specialist” lab coat. Brian made the entire experience from the minute we walked through those doors until the moment the truck left our house after delivery, a very unique experience. I truly wished he worked for me, in my civil infrastructure business, because it’s people like Brian that make a business stand out in a competitive market. My fiancé and I bought an entire home of furniture this time and Brian made it painless and special. He answered all of our questions, even my dumb ones. After we spent time with Brian he handed me his personal cell number and told us to not hesitate to call it if we had any questions. We did have questions and we were in contact with him from start to finish. He even took my call on his day off and spent time looking into my questions, off the clock and quickly responded. I truly hope if you’re looking for furniture, go to the Mesa Ashley off Southern and ask for Brian by name! You will be glad you did. So the wife and I went to Ashley’s to look at couches, the salesman informed me they were running a Memorial Day sale and the more you spend the more you save, he also told me delivery runs about $100. Once the paper work was done he tells me the final cost of the $2,699 couch was going to be $3,200!! He told me the couch I selected wasn’t eligible for any discounts and the delivery fee was $299!! We still went ahead with the purchase because we really liked the couch but it has left me feeling a bit upset, like I was deceived into making the purchase.

I love my couch. They were excellent at delivery. The usb port needed replacement. They took care of it promptly without questioning. The part came a week before repair technician and he came at correct time, fixed it and so far I am tickled pink with the service. I will buy there again. Price was reasonable and they offered more than the giant overstuffed styles. This one fits my short legs and body. I love it. So does my dog.

I will never purchase a single piece of furniture from Ashley i have a Ashley Card that will be paid off and never used again. I purcashed a sofa sleeper that cushions leaned forward because of mechanisms for bed was not working properly after turning over sofa with the help of my husband due to sofa being heavy then noticed leg on sofa had bent screw and frame had cracked boards. I tried to return and was told there would be no return because i signed for it . How was i to know boards were cracked on the in side. I requested a refund or in store credit but was denied numerous times. They have you going in circles . I will buy from another competitor with better standards and product and will be willing to pay twice as much if they back their product . DO NOT BUY ASHLEY PRODUCTS they don’t even deserve one star

Had a great experience buying our new couch and loveseat. Felt we got a very good deal compared to other stores we had visited. Our salesperson (Brian) was excellent and loved that he listened to what we wanted in our purchase and didn’t pressure us to buy anything before we were ready. We really love our new furniture.

We entered the store with my daughter and her two children. The kids were curious and rambunctious and the staff was very patient and kind. I was in the market for a new bed and accessories. The manager and the staff member answered all my questions and helped me decide what to buy. The selection here is enormous also. I am definitely going to return when I am ready to buy living room furniture!

Went into Ashley on a whim after dinner because my wife and I had time to kill and we had been browsing for a new couch for a while, but hadn’t found anything that “sold” us on buying. Brian was super casual, not pushy at all, and was very conversational in talking to us to help us narrow our search while we browsed rather than jumping on us to sell or pushing options like other stores have done. We ended up configuring a couch setup in a color we liked with the accessories/options we wanted, he gave us the cost and warranty breakdown, and the cost and quality were better than we had seen at other stores, so we bought on the spot. Brian was a huge help and made an expensive purchase less stressful, so wanted to give him a shout out in the review.

Unfortunately our table was delivered to the wrong address due to the paperwork which had someone else's information on it, yet my card was on it and charged. My sales man said he understood if I didn't want it anymore but that was not the case because I did want it. I had to wait another week before getting it and then it had a small paint issue on one side and I declined one chair because the screw was through it! As I was removing the tags from the chairs I noticed another chair that is damaged from them putting it together but I couldn't see it until the chair was laying on my couch. They are coming out to repair the table and bring another chair, however I will need to put in a claim to get the other chair repaired or replaced. It would have been nice to get it delivered sooner and not have issues with the table and chairs, they weren't cheap!

I had purchased two mattresses from this company back in late February of 2020. I was told the mattress warranty is 10 years on each of them, however today I decided to call because I have a problem with one of the mattresses I bought and wanted an inspector to come check it out. This mattress is an Ashley product. The manager proceeded to tell me then I had a 1-year warranty and did not purchase an extended warranty my salesperson gave me wrong information. Most people know that when you buy a mattress there is a minimum of 10-year warranty with each one even if it happens to be the worst product out there which this is not, but the customer service is and they basically told me to pound sand. I bought mattresses many times in my life and this is the worst response or customer service i have ever dealt with. Never walk into this store again and I suggest anyone buying a mattress get things in writing or have them clarify the warranty or just go to a average mattress store that provides minimum 10 years no matter what...

VERY DISHONEST SALESPEOPLE! AVOID GETTING SCAMMED—DON’T SHOP HERE! After choosing the couches I wanted, I told the sales associate that I wanted to purchase them outright. I had the cash. However, they convinced me to sign up for the ACIMA payment option. In their words, “There was no difference other than that I could pay later, and if I paid within 90 days, I would be paying the exact same amount as I would in-store that day.” We went back and forth a few times, but in the end, I gave in and signed up for ACIMA. For the past few days, I had been trying to review the agreement on the ACIMA app, but it wouldn’t let me until the couches were delivered. Even after delivery, I still couldn’t access it until the next day. When I went to pay the full amount—$4,500 plus tax of $401—I was shocked to see an additional $450 charge. I called ACIMA, but it has been impossible to speak to a human. I then called the Ashley store, and they admitted that they had lied. ACIMA charges a 10% fee for using their service—an EXTRA $450 for something I clearly didn’t need. I filed a complaint with Ashley and am still waiting for a response. In short: AVOID GETTING SCAMMED—DON’T SHOP HERE!

Started with the salesman, Brian V. He was very nice and helpful with no pressure at all. Setting up dates for delivery went smoothly and occurred right on time. The delivery guys were polite, professional and friendly. Everyone we dealt with was great. Overall 10 rating for entire experience.

The order i had placed and agreed upon with the salesmen was switched without my knowledge. I was told it'd be delivered today but I received a call saying it was being delivered next week on Tuesday which is nowhere near what we had discussed and placed. Not sure where the date was pulled from or where they got that idea from. Extremely disappointed that we could not receive the one piece of furniture that we actually wanted and needed for our new house. They didn't even offer to help or try to rectify their mistake.. Huge let down for us as we were looking forward to our new entertainment stand. So now we have nothing at all to place our TV and things on in our living room. I'm glad there's an IKEA nearby. We were planning on sticking with you guys to furnish our 4 bedroom house. But if dates are being shifted around and inconveniencing us. I will happily spend thousands of dollars with someone else! I'm missing 2 entire days of work for this mistake now. 18 entire hours just gone out of my pay check because there was no communication of dates being shifted around and not being upheld at the time of our purchase.

Staff and everyone at the store is great but their delivery/technician scheduling is out dated. When you schedule the delivery or install date you won't find out the time frame of their arrival until the day before. Also the warranty is voided if you move. Just an FYI

My husband and I have bought other furniture from this location a year or more ago. Employees are always welcoming and friendly.

I was very happy to receive the guidance of Nicki at Ashley. With a background in design, she advised me in updating my living room and assisted me in finding the look I had in mind but didn't know how to achieve. I was concerned about timing of the delivery because I was expecting houseguests but delivery came even faster than I had expected! All in all o very good experience.

Nicholas showed several pieces of furniture and I picked the ones I liked, in and out of the store nice and quick. The only drawback back for me was the 3 week wait for delivery but I can deal with that.

I would like to thank Brian and Louie for giving me and my daughter a wonderful time at the store, we bought furniture for a bedroom and also given a mirror that was discounted, despite a mis-hap and two lamps that were broken, these men went far and beyond helping us, we were so excited to buy the furniture we locked our Keys in the car, but Louie was a gentlemen and even offered to take us to our home to get the spare but didn't drive his car that day, Brian made eye contact with me when I decided I wanted to get a mirror, they both paid attention to our ideas and were very accomodating, We felt very well taken care of not to mention the Supervisor, I highly recommend stopping by the store, you will be in good hands ask for Brian or Louie.

So I am putting two starts because THE PEOPLE AT THE STORE are GREAT. BUT if I could give ASHLEY WARRANTY team minus -10000 stars honestly the worst experience I ever had with a furniture company. I would never buy from ashley they do not help fix the problem, we made a claim months ago about our couch. when we bought it and got the warranty they told us if something needed to be fix they would send people, our problem falls into warranty so we did the claim asap, but after months of photos, phone calls, which by the way they never take the time to call back, we called again only to find out they never even made the report. After all this they say oh we’ll just send a cleaning kit for us to do it, & they never send anyone to come check the back of the couch that is loose and it needs to be fix. The other problem was with bartstools screws just fall out of the blue for no reason, we have to take them 3 times back to store, until they offer to send new ones. ASHLEY YOU HAVE THE WORST WARRANTY and whoever took our calls on the phone shouldnt be there, or you need to train your customer service better. Worst experience would never buy from you again.

Both Brian and Louie were very attentive to me as a customer. They listened to me and showed me things that I expressed an interest in. They weren’t pushy at all. They were low key but professional. So disappointed in Ashleys. I have purchased and been a loyal customer of their furniture in other locations and always been super happy with the sales people and customer support. The store in Mesa has failed every single way they could fail. I was moving out of state and I needed a couple of key pieces. I ordered a bedframe, a boxspring and a mattress. Unfortunately, the boxspring doesn’t fit the bedframe and I even called back the installation team to say this doesn’t look right they told me no problem. Just call the store. They’ll replace it for you. Well, that is not true now the store is saying you never should’ve accepted it. Well, if there’s someone who told me if I accept it, I’m stuck with it. I would’ve sent the whole damn thing back. The sales person says well I’m sorry I didn’t realize it wouldn’t fit, but I can’t do anything about it. You’ll have to escalate customer service. Customer service keeps sending out a repair technician without any notification of when they’re going to show up so I keep missing the appointment. The sales person should know the details of the furniture they’re selling! Now It’s just round and round with customer service and I’m so frustrated. Plus I work full-time. Nobody needs to deal with this kind of crap! The problem is the box springs are too tall. You have the mattress about 3 feet off the floor & you need a running jump to get into the bed! The bedframe requires a low profile box spring. The unmade bed is the bedframe, boxspring and mattress delivered. The one in the photo is what it should look like-mattress even with bed frame. Not sure how this is going to get resolved, but it looks like I’ll be spending my own money to make it right. Buyer beware: if you work with Ashley, you better know how to read the specifications of the furniture because they sure don’t and if you accept delivery, you’re screwed don’t believe anything the delivery people tell you!

We had such a good experience at the Ahley Store on Southern Ave l, Mesa AZ. Phalen, nicknamed PJ, helped us with our purchase. He was very patient with us and sat down with us to help us choose between sofas. He was never pushy, just gave us information about our choices. He made us feel like friends and not just customers. Came into the store hoping to view some different items we were looking at on the website. Unfortunately, two of the mattresses and the sofa sleeper were not in the store which was disappointing. Had good help and returned the following day to purchase an item for our new place.

We don't shop for furniture often, so when we do we shop around. Today after visiting two other furniture outlets we talked with Matt at Ashley furniture store in Mesa. They had many of the same pieces we saw at the other stores at much lower prices with better protection and delivery options. Matt was not high pressure. He was knowledgeable and offered great ideas based on our interests. They have a huge selection of the latest motorized reclining furniture for home theater or traditional living rooms. We found exactly what we were looking for, arranged for delivery within a week, and paid less than we would have anywhere else. I highly recommend Ashley furniture, and ask for Matt!

Greatest furniture shopping experience ever. Salesman Phelan was the BEST. Experience started out great but actually getting the furniture was an issue. You can not get to the actual store by phone. Customer service is aweful. Had to drive to the actual store to speak to someone which was a half hour away. Once got to the store manager didn't really care. Would never purchase from Ashley again after this experience.

PJ took great care of us during our visit. We'll be back for couches next. Update 10/20. I'm losing faith in this store. One of my items was not delivered when originally promised. No follow-up, so I finally got an answer with a new delivery date 2/2025. Unacceptable. I was able to get the item switched for a different color which has a scheduled delivery on 11/21. I haven't received a delivery time, so I called the store this evening. I was told I'd receive a call back tonight. That didn't happen either. I'll be stopping by tomorrow to either pick up my item from your display, or to receive a refund. I already took the day off of work, so let's do this. Update 11/21. Never received a call back. I called the store and no answer. Transferred to an overseas call center where I was notified that my item is again backordered. Thanks for wasting my time and my PTO, Ashley Furniture. I cancelled my order and will shop elsewhere. Terrible communication!

Overpriced and we didn’t get everything that we thought we would get for the price. Found out later when we got home and reviewed the invoice more closely. We went back to cancel and then they talked us into keeping with a discount. Then we get a call before they are scheduled to deliver and pieces were on back order. We still have not received back order items.

Terrible experience. 200 dollars for Delivery. Never showed up. Now it's the weekend. So no deliveries. Delivery pushed back FIVE DAYS! Customer service is in the Philippians. Horrible communication problems. Salesman tried to get me to write a positive review right after I paid, then wants me to confirm delivery before the items even show up, which they haven't. Call them "Ghostly" or maybe "Ghastly". Would not set bed on frame as promised. I will never shop there again.

We have been long time customers of Ashley Furniture. We recently purchased a new couch, loveseat and recliner from the Mesa store. After delivery, we decided that the couches were uncomfortable and did not fit well in our living space. We had the furniture for 30 days and the reclining couch lost power while we were reclined. We tried contacting the manager several times and finally found him in the store tonight. We expressed our concerns and disappointment in the furniture especially after not having them for a month and the couch already needing repair. The manager was uncaring and frankly rude. We are having to live with broken reclined furniture after spending almost $5000 for these pieces. Also, we have read online that if we are dissatisfied with the product we can return within thirty days. The manager told us that if it were within a couple of days then maybe we could have returned them, but not 30 days. We will never buy from Ashley again and will warn everyone we come in contact with not to buy from Ashley furniture!!!! The picture is how we have to live with our couch! Tell me how this can be legal??

He was able to get us a living room set we love, under budget WITH the amazing protection plan. After weeks of grueling internet searches and resellers- he had us in and out in an hour and a half! He even arranged delivery in less than a week! I couldn’t be happier (and more relieved!) and he was absolutely right when he said that Ashley has something for every budget (and I’ll add- for every living space). Thanks Nick! Shipped my nightstand to Mesa. Arrived with several broken parts. I called twice to figure out and exchange and both times becca was supposed to call me back. She hasnt called me back in a week. Called general customer service they said they dont have any notes in there system. Customer service rep gave me attitude. 3rd call in and they once again said they will call me back because becca and their store manager are not in. Well done. Never again.

We have had nothing but trouble with this store getting our storage bedframe delivered in one piece. This has been going on for over a month now and we still don’t have our bedframe completed. We’ve had nothing but delivery problems dates promised, and broken items that were supposed to be delivered or not, this last time the delivery came in the piece was broken so now we have to reschedule again. I almost lost my job because of all the delivery mishaps. I felt very disrespected and brush to the side. I was not even able to get a hold of anybody at corporate to file a complaint , I was sorry and I’m tired and I would wanted something done. I am still trying to resolve this issue. I highly recommend not to buy from The customer service has been horrible

Brian was a great salesperson, however I will never recommend Ashley furniture in Mesa to anyone. I purchased several items & once they were delivered found out a chair that I had purchased would not fit in my mobile home. I returned it within an hour & was told there is a “no return” policy at the store. The manager was very rude & actually sent me to a salesperson to see what they could do & the salesperson said she couldn’t do anything w/o talking to the manager who had just sent us to the salesperson. I had a rug on backorder that i immediately cancelled & I have been telling everyone of my horrible experience & huw they were unwilling to work w me after spending 2000. I immediately went to American Furniture & will never step into an Ashley furniture store again & will tell everyone of my experience. Unfortunately I was told by others in the park NOT to go to Ashley & I didn’t listen!!!

Didn't feel welcoming

PJ was super helpful to find the right combination for my sectional. Very patient with me when I couldn’t make up my mind

Salesman PJ was great. However when we received the loveseat that we purchased we noticed that the seams didn’t line up across the middle. We took pictures, returned to the store talked to PJ we then went back to the desk and the girl put a not in the computer and said that we would be called and they would send a service rep out. Two service reps later and mind you the first one said no damage! The second proceeded to take the stuffing out of the center Console. Stretched it down to match up took a picture and said goodbye . In the mean time I have called several times and all they want to do is send another service tech out. This was an expensive piece , we had the treatment plan put on it , tax and delivery and it was 2500.00 in all. Happened to be in another furniture store see the same piece by Ashley furniture. It was 1000.00 cheaper and looked like the one I saw in the store when I purchased this one! Will I return to Ashley furniture? Absolutely NOT! Will I Recommend anyone to Ashley Furniture? Absolutely Not!

They won't tell you they don't actually have the product you're buying on site until you're in the middle of paying for it. Then they don't know when it will arrive until it randomly does, at which point they send you an annoying amount of texts asking you to confirm the delivery date, which will be in the middle of the work week with a 5 hour window and they expect you to drop everything you're doing at your job so you can be home for the delivery, then when you call to reschedule they still can't give you a specific time, they can only give you a 5 hour window, the same time frame you're trying to avoid to begin with. They just give you the run around and play dumb about it. When you finally get fed up of dealing with them and ask for a refund they tell you someone will contact you about it but they never do, so then you gotta call your bank to reverse the transaction. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else, these people are ridiculously re-tarded.

The store was not opened 15 minutes after the store was to open. Called customer support and got the run around that the people must be preparing to open the store. By this time the store was not opened 29 minutes after it was supposed to open. Show up before opening to “prepare to open” and have the store open on time. You lost a customer for life.

Louie and Nicholas were awesome in helping me get what I wanted. They took the time while I wandered around and looked at different styles of dressers and nightstands. I ended up going back to the 1st one I looked at. Then I spent a lot of time laying on different mattresses and looking at adjustable bed frames. They helped me choose the ones I wanted and helped order them. All in all made the experience painless and enjoyable.

Went to Ashley Furniture because our rocking chair decided to give up on us. Not only did we find a replacement for it, we ended up getting a new dining table and padded chairs. This is our go to store in the local area and they come through for you.

As soon as I entered I was greeted by Mat & asked him where I could find pre-built dressers. He gave me a quick low down on how to browse the showroom floor & which ones are available to be assembled upon delivery. Thank you Mat!

I purchased a chair today. I attempted to pay first with a Mastercard. It did not go through. The salesman told me to try it again, I did and I thought it went through. The salesman said it did not, he couldn’t print the receipt/paperwork and to accompany him to the business area where the clerk could finish the transaction. She said he would need to go back to the area we started and try again. I accompanied him and used a different card(visa) and it was accepted, paperwork was printed out with a receipt. When I returned home I had a text message from the Master Card that my purchase at Ashley Furniture had been accepted. I tried to call Ashely Furniture (approximately 5:30) and unable to talk to anyone until business hours. I was charged twice for no fault of my own. I will call ASAP in the am and hopefully this will be resolved.

While the salesman we worked with was very helpful, we were disappointed to find out after our order was delivered that Ashley Furniture's website offered a 5% military discount, but the store wouldn't. We also found a competitor selling our sofa for less ($1400 vs $855) a few days after delivery, and they refused to price match, and do not accept returns once the delivery is signed for. Disappointed, we will be getting the other desired sofa pieces elsewhere.

We went into Ashley in Mesa looking for a pair of rocker/recliners. Nick helped show us around. He was very friendly and helpful! After a lengthy time of trying every recliner out, we found the one that worked best for us. Because we're not from AZ, Nick was unable to order them for us, but he went above & beyond to give us all of the info needed so we could order them in UT. We would definitely recommend Nick as your sales rep, you will NOT b e disappointed!!!

Had a positive experience at Ashley’s (Power Rd/Southern) location. Louie was our sales person and he was very knowledgeable about the different types of wood joints and quality of the dressers etc and was able to help us find exactly what we were looking for. He took time to listen to what I needed and was looking for and provided some great options. Although I didn’t purchase on my first visit I did come back to purchase the furniture from Louie as he really did spend time helping me figure out the best option for the style/color dressers I was shopping for and I appreciated his knowledge, and patience and friendly personality. I would purchase from Louie and this location again.

Bought a loveseat and was very excited for it to be delivered which they have a week backlog. They sent an email for a confirmation which went to spam, so I didn't see it, then they called and left a saying they rescheduled our delivery for another week out because we did not confirm through the email. We called when we got the call, and they stated nothing they could do you need to confirm so it is moved out a week. We couldn't wait so I cancelled the order they didn't care. Total waste of my time. They should make sure that every customer knows that they need to confirm the order for delivery before purchasing. This is the first time I had to confirm an order as usually they text with a delivery window. Will not shop at any Ashley again.

Purchased a TV stand and a coffee table on January 6, 2024. Got delivered within a week. Delivery guys left right away and then noticed there was a gap on the back board and one of the middle boards was bended. They sent one technician and nothing was done, then they sent a Senior technician, took everything apart and he just flipped the board so now it's smiling at me. Before leaving he said he ordered the parts and they were going to be delivered within 7 ton10 business days and here I am still waiting. Called the help desk and they said I needed to call the store where it was purchased. So I did, guess what? No one answer! So indrove myself to thebstore to talk to them in person. They said they were going to tale care of it. Again I waited and nothing happened. Called the salesman on Saturday 02/10 amd said he was going to talk to manager and that I will get a call before the day is over. Here I am waiting for the parts and no call from anyone. Very disappointed. Is this how you take care of your customers? Never again. I been nothing but patient. It's been over a month and no one has done anything.

We had a really good experience in the store but our order never got delivered no phone call nothing took a day off of work and lost a hole day of pay for nothing called dispatch was told I need to call the store called store lady told me there's nothing she can do other then the wherehouse already rescheduled me for two day later I told her so I have to take another day off and home they show up she said yes or I could pick up mu order when it more convenient for me or I can cancel where has customer service gone all of this would have Beek N avoided with a phone call

Mat was great! He was very knowledgeable with all the furniture and answered all of our questions. We went to several furniture stores over the weekend and ended up back at Ashley. Mat was never pushy trying to get a sale like the rest but there when we made our decision. I highly recommend Ashley and ask for Mat with one T to help you!

She showed me more than a dozen reclining living room sets (sofa + loveseat) in my price range, knowledgeable in each set's features and covering (leather, faux leather, fabric, etc.) and asked great questions about my room's size, color and decor. By far, working with Jenn has been the easiest and most satisfying furniture purchase I've ever had. I'll be back again!

I was visiting Mesa for Thanksgiving. I wanted to buy a recliner for my mother. She and I went to the store in Mesa. We were greeted at the door, which was nice. The salesman asked what we were looking for. I answered him, 'we are looking for a recliner'. He didn't look at me. He asked my mother, 'what color?'. I answered 'grey'. Again, he did not acknowledge my presence (not verbally or through eye contact). He asked my mother if we were wanting manual or electric. Again...same thing. (I am a Muslim woman who wears hijab, my mother is not. I suspect that may have had something to do with him ignoring me). We walked to the back of the store to look at what was available. Mom was deciding between two. She chose one that was $299. Salesman took my card and rang us up. While he was doing that, Mom changed her mind...she wanted the other one which was $150 more. So salesman did a second manual charge of the difference ($167). They also charged $100 for delivery (which was on the first charge). Well, we get home and out of curiosity I checked Amazon and found the exact recliner for $50 less, plus free shipping with my Prime account. I was already upset about the disrespect I was shown. I mentioned it to Mom...she re-affirmed that she noticed the salesman's total disregard of me. I decided to cancel the order. I called the store that same evening at 7:30 pm and got an automated message to call back during business hours (10 am to 9pm). I tried customer service the next morning, was able to cancel and got a confirmation number for the cancellation. I traveled back to my hometown that day. The following day, Ashley called my mother saying that they can refund the first charge but not the second ($167) charge because that was charged on a manual machine. I called the store and the rep absolutely insisted that they could not refund the charge without the original card present. Can't refund an electronic payment in this day in age? The only alternative she offered was that 83 year old Mom, go to her bank and get a statement from her bank that she does not have a card (with the same last 4 digits), then go back to Ashleys with this 'statement'. Then they would be able to refund her card. Obtaining an official document from the bank that you don't own a card with the same last four digits seems like an unachievable task. If the salesman had followed proper protocol in the first place and completely voided the first recliner instead of manually charging the balance, this would not have been an issue. I told the rep that I will just dispute the charge with my bank. She told me, 'good luck with that' in a negative tone. The whole experience was very impersonal....definately a corporate entity with all employees following a rule book with no regard to logic. This is partly why Amazon has done as well as it has. They pride themselves on customer service. I am actually pleased that I am still able to gift my mother the exact same recliner that she wanted....without giving my business directly to Ashley. The chair still comes from Ashley, but I am happy to know they will have to pay Amazon their dues....and I save $167!

We had a great furniture shopping experience at this location! The store was clean and had great inventory. Jared was super knowledgeable and personable - we truly enjoyed our shopping experience with him and are thrilled with our purchase (bedroom set, dining room table, loveseat, and mattress). We were given a fair price and we plan to be back for future furniture shopping needs.
