Staff and everyone at the store is great but their delivery/technician scheduling is out dated. When you schedule the delivery or install date you won't find out the time frame of their arrival until the day before. Also the warranty is voided if you move. Just an FYI

Large selection, no sales person asked to help me, when finally got one to help me, he got my name and address wrong on paperwork like he couldnt hear well, could get thru to store on phone and customer service said service not available then, email to customer service also didnt work, good delivery texts, and good delivery, nice men

With a background in design, she advised me in updating my living room and assisted me in finding the look I had in mind but didn't know how to achieve. I was concerned about timing of the delivery because I was expecting houseguests but delivery came even faster than I had expected! All in all o very good experience.

Nicholas showed several pieces of furniture and I picked the ones I liked, in and out of the store nice and quick. The only drawback back for me was the 3 week wait for delivery but I can deal with that.

I would like to thank Brian and Louie for giving me and my daughter a wonderful time at the store, we bought furniture for a bedroom and also given a mirror that was discounted, despite a mis-hap and two lamps that were broken, these men went far and beyond helping us, we were so excited to buy the furniture we locked our Keys in the car, but Louie was a gentlemen and even offered to take us to our home to get the spare but didn't drive his car that day, Brian made eye contact with me when I decided I wanted to get a mirror, they both paid attention to our ideas and were very accomodating, We felt very well taken care of not to mention the Supervisor, I highly recommend stopping by the store, you will be in good hands ask for Brian or Louie.
So I am putting two starts because THE PEOPLE AT THE STORE are GREAT. BUT if I could give ASHLEY WARRANTY team minus -10000 stars honestly the worst experience I ever had with a furniture company. I would never buy from ashley they do not help fix the problem, we made a claim months ago about our couch. when we bought it and got the warranty they told us if something needed to be fix they would send people, our problem falls into warranty so we did the claim asap, but after months of photos, phone calls, which by the way they never take the time to call back, we called again only to find out they never even made the report. After all this they say oh we’ll just send a cleaning kit for us to do it, & they never send anyone to come check the back of the couch that is loose and it needs to be fix. The other problem was with bartstools screws just fall out of the blue for no reason, we have to take them 3 times back to store, until they offer to send new ones. ASHLEY YOU HAVE THE WORST WARRANTY and whoever took our calls on the phone shouldnt be there, or you need to train your customer service better. Worst experience would never buy from you again.

So disappointed in Ashleys. I have purchased and been a loyal customer of their furniture in other locations and always been super happy with the sales people and customer support. The store in Mesa has failed every single way they could fail. I was moving out of state and I needed a couple of key pieces. I ordered a bedframe, a boxspring and a mattress. Unfortunately, the boxspring doesn’t fit the bedframe and I even called back the installation team to say this doesn’t look right they told me no problem. Just call the store. They’ll replace it for you. Well, that is not true now the store is saying you never should’ve accepted it. Well, if there’s someone who told me if I accept it, I’m stuck with it. I would’ve sent the whole damn thing back. The sales person says well I’m sorry I didn’t realize it wouldn’t fit, but I can’t do anything about it. You’ll have to escalate customer service. Customer service keeps sending out a repair technician without any notification of when they’re going to show up so I keep missing the appointment. The sales person should know the details of the furniture they’re selling! Now It’s just round and round with customer service and I’m so frustrated. Plus I work full-time. Nobody needs to deal with this kind of crap! The problem is the box springs are too tall. You have the mattress about 3 feet off the floor & you need a running jump to get into the bed! The bedframe requires a low profile box spring. The unmade bed is the bedframe, boxspring and mattress delivered. The one in the photo is what it should look like-mattress even with bed frame. Not sure how this is going to get resolved, but it looks like I’ll be spending my own money to make it right. Buyer beware: if you work with Ashley, you better know how to read the specifications of the furniture because they sure don’t and if you accept delivery, you’re screwed don’t believe anything the delivery people tell you!
I shopped at Ashley on Friday and then I came back on the following Wednesday and I have to say I got excellent service from Louie and PJ so thank you very much I love Ashley's

We had such a good experience at the Ahley Store on Southern Ave l, Mesa AZ. Phalen, nicknamed PJ, helped us with our purchase. He was very patient with us and sat down with us to help us choose between sofas. He was never pushy, just gave us information about our choices. He made us feel like friends and not just customers. We're from WI and he made us feel right at home. I strongly suggest checking out Ashley Furniture and asking for PJ.

Nick was given an impossible task to find an electric recliner. That was wide enough for me and my dogs and in my price range. He walked around the store with me for an hour. Came into the store hoping to view some different items we were looking at on the website. Unfortunately, two of the mattresses and the sofa sleeper were not in the store which was disappointing. Had good help and returned the following day to purchase an item for our new place.

We don't shop for furniture often, so when we do we shop around. Today after visiting two other furniture outlets we talked with Matt at Ashley furniture store in Mesa. They had many of the same pieces we saw at the other stores at much lower prices with better protection and delivery options. Matt was not high pressure. He was knowledgeable and offered great ideas based on our interests. They have a huge selection of the latest motorized reclining furniture for home theater or traditional living rooms. We found exactly what we were looking for, arranged for delivery within a week, and paid less than we would have anywhere else. I highly recommend Ashley furniture, and ask for Matt!

We purchased two leather electric couches. Love the couches. A huge hassle when we needed to return a battery 24 hours after the delivery. Ashley Furniture is the absolute worst!!! Buyer beware. Do not purchase from them. Especially the Mesa store where the manager and sales manager are crooked liars. If you have any problems with your purchase , you are SOL.
Greatest furniture shopping experience ever. Salesman Phelan was the BEST. Experience started out great but actually getting the furniture was an issue. You can not get to the actual store by phone. Customer service is aweful. Had to drive to the actual store to speak to someone which was a half hour away. Once got to the store manager didn't really care. Would never purchase from Ashley again after this experience.

PJ took great care of us during our visit. We'll be back for couches next. Update 10/20. I'm losing faith in this store. One of my items was not delivered when originally promised. No follow-up, so I finally got an answer with a new delivery date 2/2025. Unacceptable. I was able to get the item switched for a different color which has a scheduled delivery on 11/21. I haven't received a delivery time, so I called the store this evening. I was told I'd receive a call back tonight. That didn't happen either. I'll be stopping by tomorrow to either pick up my item from your display, or to receive a refund. I already took the day off of work, so let's do this. Update 11/21. Never received a call back. I called the store and no answer. Transferred to an overseas call center where I was notified that my item is again backordered. Thanks for wasting my time and my PTO, Ashley Furniture. I cancelled my order and will shop elsewhere. Terrible communication!
Overpriced and we didn’t get everything that we thought we would get for the price. Found out later when we got home and reviewed the invoice more closely. We went back to cancel and then they talked us into keeping with a discount. Then we get a call before they are scheduled to deliver and pieces were on back order. We still have not received back order items.

Terrible experience. 200 dollars for Delivery. Never showed up. Now it's the weekend. So no deliveries. Delivery pushed back FIVE DAYS! Customer service is in the Philippians. Horrible communication problems. Salesman tried to get me to write a positive review right after I paid, then wants me to confirm delivery before the items even show up, which they haven't. Call them "Ghostly" or maybe "Ghastly". Would not set bed on frame as promised. I will never shop there again.
Horrible customer service. Nothing but lies. Most of the furniture is made in other countries warranty goes through another country. Zero professional service at store. They follow you and wont give you a chance to look at furniture you want. Pushy salesman. Go somewhere else there way over priced and nothing but lies. Matt lies!!!!
We stoped in by chance! Thank goodness we did. Mat was amazing we bought one item we knew we needed and a few items we didn’t know we needed at a great price. They were also able to deliver them in two days! If I was at a bar I would buy Mat a beer!

We have been long time customers of Ashley Furniture. We recently purchased a new couch, loveseat and recliner from the Mesa store. After delivery, we decided that the couches were uncomfortable and did not fit well in our living space. We had the furniture for 30 days and the reclining couch lost power while we were reclined. We tried contacting the manager several times and finally found him in the store tonight. We expressed our concerns and disappointment in the furniture especially after not having them for a month and the couch already needing repair. The manager was uncaring and frankly rude. We are having to live with broken reclined furniture after spending almost $5000 for these pieces. Also, we have read online that if we are dissatisfied with the product we can return within thirty days. The manager told us that if it were within a couple of days then maybe we could have returned them, but not 30 days. We will never buy from Ashley again and will warn everyone we come in contact with not to buy from Ashley furniture!!!! The picture is how we have to live with our couch! Tell me how this can be legal??

Louie is the best. If you come to Ashley, ask for him. So laid back, not pushy at all but also helpful! He helped us find the perfect couch. We are so happy with our purchase. The last couch we bought from Ashley lasted 10 years with dogs, cats and kids. You get your money’s worth here.

Absolutely thrilled with our experience! Nick was knowledgeable both about the pieces we were searching for AND the financing process. He was able to get us a living room set we love, under budget WITH the amazing protection plan. After weeks of grueling internet searches and resellers- he had us in and out in an hour and a half! He even arranged delivery in less than a week! I couldn’t be happier (and more relieved!) and he was absolutely right when he said that Ashley has something for every budget (and I’ll add- for every living space). Thanks Nick! Can’t wait to relax on our new furniture!
Shipped my nightstand to Mesa. Arrived with several broken parts. I called twice to figure out and exchange and both times becca was supposed to call me back. She hasnt called me back in a week. Called general customer service they said they dont have any notes in there system. Customer service rep gave me attitude. 3rd call in and they once again said they will call me back because becca and their store manager are not in. Well done. Never again.

We have had nothing but trouble with this store getting our storage bedframe delivered in one piece. This has been going on for over a month now and we still don’t have our bedframe completed. We’ve had nothing but delivery problems dates promised, and broken items that were supposed to be delivered or not, this last time the delivery came in the piece was broken so now we have to reschedule again. I almost lost my job because of all the delivery mishaps. I felt very disrespected and brush to the side. I was not even able to get a hold of anybody at corporate to file a complaint , I was sorry and I’m tired and I would wanted something done. I am still trying to resolve this issue. I highly recommend not to buy from The customer service has been horrible

Salesman didn’t tell me that most of the furniture I was purchasing was on back order, resulting in significant delivery delays. At this point I won’t have all of my furniture for over a month. I wouldn’t have bought from here if they had been honest up front. But prices are okay so they get 2 stars. Make sure you get certainty on delivery.

Everyone at the store was super nice and were very helpful to help me find a recliner for my mom that she can sit in comfortably. A sales associate named Nick was able to show me many options and eventually settlement of power recliner that should be perfect for her needs. Thanks to everyone at the store that made this a fast and easy experience.
PJ was excellent! We came in with a general concept of what we were after and some paint colors. He did a great job helping us view a variety of chairs and types, gave us all our color choices, and was exceptionally patient while we discussed our choices. Brian was a great salesperson, however I will never recommend Ashley furniture in Mesa to anyone. I purchased several items & once they were delivered found out a chair that I had purchased would not fit in my mobile home. I returned it within an hour & was told there is a “no return” policy at the store. The manager was very rude & actually sent me to a salesperson to see what they could do & the salesperson said she couldn’t do anything w/o talking to the manager who had just sent us to the salesperson. I had a rug on backorder that i immediately cancelled & I have been telling everyone of my horrible experience & huw they were unwilling to work w me after spending 2000. I immediately went to American Furniture & will never step into an Ashley furniture store again & will tell everyone of my experience. Unfortunately I was told by others in the park NOT to go to Ashley & I didn’t listen!!!

Salesman PJ was great. However when we received the loveseat that we purchased we noticed that the seams didn’t line up across the middle. We took pictures, returned to the store talked to PJ we then went back to the desk and the girl put a not in the computer and said that we would be called and they would send a service rep out. Two service reps later and mind you the first one said no damage! The second proceeded to take the stuffing out of the center Console. Stretched it down to match up took a picture and said goodbye . In the mean time I have called several times and all they want to do is send another service tech out. This was an expensive piece , we had the treatment plan put on it , tax and delivery and it was 2500.00 in all. Happened to be in another furniture store see the same piece by Ashley furniture. It was 1000.00 cheaper and looked like the one I saw in the store when I purchased this one! Will I return to Ashley furniture? Absolutely NOT! Will I Recommend anyone to Ashley Furniture? Absolutely Not!
They won't tell you they don't actually have the product you're buying on site until you're in the middle of paying for it. Then they don't know when it will arrive until it randomly does, at which point they send you an annoying amount of texts asking you to confirm the delivery date, which will be in the middle of the work week with a 5 hour window and they expect you to drop everything you're doing at your job so you can be home for the delivery, then when you call to reschedule they still can't give you a specific time, they can only give you a 5 hour window, the same time frame you're trying to avoid to begin with. They just give you the run around and play dumb about it. When you finally get fed up of dealing with them and ask for a refund they tell you someone will contact you about it but they never do, so then you gotta call your bank to reverse the transaction. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else, these people are ridiculously re-tarded.

The store was not opened 15 minutes after the store was to open. Called customer support and got the run around that the people must be preparing to open the store. By this time the store was not opened 29 minutes after it was supposed to open. Show up before opening to “prepare to open” and have the store open on time. You lost a customer for life.

Louie and Nicholas were awesome in helping me get what I wanted. They took the time while I wandered around and looked at different styles of dressers and nightstands. I ended up going back to the 1st one I looked at. Then I spent a lot of time laying on different mattresses and looking at adjustable bed frames. They helped me choose the ones I wanted and helped order them. All in all made the experience painless and enjoyable.
Went to Ashley Furniture because our rocking chair decided to give up on us. Not only did we find a replacement for it, we ended up getting a new dining table and padded chairs. This is our go to store in the local area and they come through for you.

I purchased a chair today. I attempted to pay first with a Mastercard. It did not go through. The salesman told me to try it again, I did and I thought it went through. The salesman said it did not, he couldn’t print the receipt/paperwork and to accompany him to the business area where the clerk could finish the transaction. She said he would need to go back to the area we started and try again. I accompanied him and used a different card(visa) and it was accepted, paperwork was printed out with a receipt. When I returned home I had a text message from the Master Card that my purchase at Ashley Furniture had been accepted. I tried to call Ashely Furniture (approximately 5:30) and unable to talk to anyone until business hours. I was charged twice for no fault of my own. I will call ASAP in the am and hopefully this will be resolved.

While the salesman we worked with was very helpful, we were disappointed to find out after our order was delivered that Ashley Furniture's website offered a 5% military discount, but the store wouldn't. We also found a competitor selling our sofa for less ($1400 vs $855) a few days after delivery, and they refused to price match, and do not accept returns once the delivery is signed for. Disappointed, we will be getting the other desired sofa pieces elsewhere.

We went into Ashley in Mesa looking for a pair of rocker/recliners. Nick helped show us around. He was very friendly and helpful! After a lengthy time of trying every recliner out, we found the one that worked best for us. Because we're not from AZ, Nick was unable to order them for us, but he went above & beyond to give us all of the info needed so we could order them in UT. Had a positive experience at Ashley’s (Power Rd/Southern) location. Louie was our sales person and he was very knowledgeable about the different types of wood joints and quality of the dressers etc and was able to help us find exactly what we were looking for. He took time to listen to what I needed and was looking for and provided some great options. Although I didn’t purchase on my first visit I did come back to purchase the furniture from Louie as he really did spend time helping me figure out the best option for the style/color dressers I was shopping for and I appreciated his knowledge, and patience and friendly personality. I would purchase from Louie and this location again.

Bought a loveseat and was very excited for it to be delivered which they have a week backlog. They sent an email for a confirmation which went to spam, so I didn't see it, then they called and left a saying they rescheduled our delivery for another week out because we did not confirm through the email. We called when we got the call, and they stated nothing they could do you need to confirm so it is moved out a week. We couldn't wait so I cancelled the order they didn't care. Total waste of my time. They should make sure that every customer knows that they need to confirm the order for delivery before purchasing. This is the first time I had to confirm an order as usually they text with a delivery window. Will not shop at any Ashley again.

Purchased a TV stand and a coffee table on January 6, 2024. Got delivered within a week. Delivery guys left right away and then noticed there was a gap on the back board and one of the middle boards was bended. They sent one technician and nothing was done, then they sent a Senior technician, took everything apart and he just flipped the board so now it's smiling at me. Before leaving he said he ordered the parts and they were going to be delivered within 7 ton10 business days and here I am still waiting. Called the help desk and they said I needed to call the store where it was purchased. So I did, guess what? No one answer! So indrove myself to thebstore to talk to them in person. They said they were going to tale care of it. Again I waited and nothing happened. Called the salesman on Saturday 02/10 amd said he was going to talk to manager and that I will get a call before the day is over. Here I am waiting for the parts and no call from anyone. Very disappointed. Is this how you take care of your customers? Never again. I been nothing but patient. It's been over a month and no one has done anything.

We had a really good experience in the store but our order never got delivered no phone call nothing took a day off of work and lost a hole day of pay for nothing called dispatch was told I need to call the store called store lady told me there's nothing she can do other then the wherehouse already rescheduled me for two day later I told her so I have to take another day off and home they show up she said yes or I could pick up mu order when it more convenient for me or I can cancel where has customer service gone all of this would have Beek N avoided with a phone call

I was visiting Mesa for Thanksgiving. I wanted to buy a recliner for my mother. She and I went to the store in Mesa. We were greeted at the door, which was nice. The salesman asked what we were looking for. I answered him, 'we are looking for a recliner'. He didn't look at me. He asked my mother, 'what color?'. I answered 'grey'. Again, he did not acknowledge my presence (not verbally or through eye contact). He asked my mother if we were wanting manual or electric. Again...same thing. (I am a Muslim woman who wears hijab, my mother is not. I suspect that may have had something to do with him ignoring me). We walked to the back of the store to look at what was available. Mom was deciding between two. She chose one that was $299. Salesman took my card and rang us up. While he was doing that, Mom changed her mind...she wanted the other one which was $150 more. So salesman did a second manual charge of the difference ($167). They also charged $100 for delivery (which was on the first charge). Well, we get home and out of curiosity I checked Amazon and found the exact recliner for $50 less, plus free shipping with my Prime account. I was already upset about the disrespect I was shown. I mentioned it to Mom...she re-affirmed that she noticed the salesman's total disregard of me. I decided to cancel the order. I called the store that same evening at 7:30 pm and got an automated message to call back during business hours (10 am to 9pm). I tried customer service the next morning, was able to cancel and got a confirmation number for the cancellation. I traveled back to my hometown that day. The following day, Ashley called my mother saying that they can refund the first charge but not the second ($167) charge because that was charged on a manual machine. I called the store and the rep absolutely insisted that they could not refund the charge without the original card present. Can't refund an electronic payment in this day in age? The only alternative she offered was that 83 year old Mom, go to her bank and get a statement from her bank that she does not have a card (with the same last 4 digits), then go back to Ashleys with this 'statement'. Then they would be able to refund her card. Obtaining an official document from the bank that you don't own a card with the same last four digits seems like an unachievable task. If the salesman had followed proper protocol in the first place and completely voided the first recliner instead of manually charging the balance, this would not have been an issue. I told the rep that I will just dispute the charge with my bank. She told me, 'good luck with that' in a negative tone. The whole experience was very impersonal....definately a corporate entity with all employees following a rule book with no regard to logic. This is partly why Amazon has done as well as it has. They pride themselves on customer service. I am actually pleased that I am still able to gift my mother the exact same recliner that she wanted....without giving my business directly to Ashley. The chair still comes from Ashley, but I am happy to know they will have to pay Amazon their dues....and I save $167!

Went shopping for a new mattress at Ashly Furniture 6233 E. Southern, Mesa 85206. We knew what we wanted, and expected to get what we were looking for. What we didn't expect was the customer service we received from the Ashly staff. Our sales person Jared Myles was great! Quick to assist, very knowledgeable, and he made the whole experience a good one.
Worst customer service. We're trying to get a pending refund for a purchase that we made in March, it has been 5 months and they still owe us half of the credit, 16 times we've reached out to them and they can't give us a refund status, the only answer they gave is that will we get an update in 48-72 hours, which its not true, so now we are starting to reach out daily.
Louie was very helpful and pleasant with a good sense of humor he allowed us to look around as much as we wanted no pressure at all will recommend him to other people for his service. Thank you Louie!

The only thing good about this store was the display and merchandise in the store. The prices were not the greatest and the thing that really burnt me was that I made a $2900 purchase that I had to cancel due to the fact that when I got home And measured it wasn’t appropriate for the space that I had to put it in. I was going to go back and reevaluate and maybe re-order. Before that could happen, Ashley had reported me to the credit bureau for that purchase that was canceled. I was confused about the Credit bureau problem, so I contacted my bank and asked why they reported it. The bank did not report it so I immediately knew that it was Ashley furniture because there was no other possible answer. If you want somebody that plays game with your credit because they’re disappointed about you buying or not buying from them then go for it, but as for me I’ve decided to never go back to Ashley again and just take the unnecessary hit on my credit. By the way, I had bought from Ashley before when I lived in Minnesota with only a delivery problem where the delivery guys had a problem, putting together the entertainment center and spent hours attempting to do so.

Don't come here if you want good build quality or customer service. They installed the screw to my reclining sofa in the wrong position and there's a missing washer. This caused the recliner to fail in less than 2 years. They were unwilling to help since the warranty is only 1 year. I shouldn't have to make sure that the furniture is actually assembled correctly. What a joke of a company.

Great selection of furniture at this Ashley location. I had an issue with the living room furniture not fitting properly in the space. I needed to change out a few pieces to make into a sectional --- and one of the pieces was a wrong color. I seriously thought this was about to turn into a huge mess! Hunter was super helpful in getting everything straightened out. He made contact when he said he would and we were able to make the needed adjustments. Would definitely shop here again!

We were really sold on buying warranties for our furniture because if we did not use them we could apply this to a future purchase. Conveniently when we haven't used them and can now apply these credits they no longer do this. Such a joke! I have spent so much at Ashley! They are liars and frauds! They will do anything to MAKE money and being dishonest is one way. The sales guy was like we never did this. Not true! My mother and other family have received their credits and used it on future purchases. Do not trust them, they are dishonest and are not true to their word.

Besides her knowledge and insight into what I was looking for, her kindness, warmth, humor and authenticity completely made my day. From the moment I walked in till when I left, she went above and beyond to give me her honest input and helped me to make a decision I could feel really good about. While FaceTiming my wife about furniture options my toddler jumped on the call and after introducing my little girl to Jenny the interaction that ensued was priceless! If you want to speak with a real human being and not a bot just trying to sell you something then ask for Jenny. If you don’t love her as much as I do then you probably love her even more! I'm not sure what's happened. The salesman who sold us the sofas was fantastic! Now that we've had it for 2 months, I've had to have the warranty guys come out to fix it twice. They were here yesterday. Not fixed. I'm very frustrated and they keep telling me that it's normal wear and tear. Its not. A 2 month old couch should not be losing its memory!. So here I sit. Lopsided. I guess I'll call them back out, until it's fixed.

We had a really great experience here. Every interaction we had was very pleasant. We have been furniture shopping for a new home, so we were browsing for a while, but did not feel pressured or pestered at all (have not had the same experience at other stores lately). Once we were ready to buy, Jared was amazing to work with. Very personable and helpful and made our experience comfortable and stress-free. We were also helped by a wonderful woman who was cleaning nearby who went above and beyond to assist us in carrying some items and then boxed them up for us without a second thought. We have been looking for a new sofa for a few years. Hunter helped us and was absolutely amazing. He actually listened when I told him I needed something supportive, not soft, cloth, not leather, reclining, cleanable, and could fit all six of our family members at the same time. He took us straight to the one we bought although he said we should look around. The process was easy! Hunter was not pushy and he listened to the details that were important to us. It was a great experience and we will definitely return. Thanks Hunter!, you did an excellent job. We also like the lighting in the store, it made it easy to see the colors of the different pieces of fabric.

Took 7 Months to get a dining room table - 2 months later a huge crack started on the table - It's still under the manufacturers warranty - they stated I have to pack up the old table and drive it to the warehouse - pick up new table and set it up myself... Really? Great customer service- called Gilbert office to speak to managers and customer service gal refused to let me speak with manager.

Had a nice sense of humor , and helped me find a nicer Dresser, and with help spent more on a nicer Dresser, and I am much happier with my purchase on 4/15/2024 then what I was originally looking at. Well the other guy lost out on a commission and a Sale. Thank you that Hunter was at Ashley's to assist me with my purchase and my commission on the Dresser.
The sales people are product knowledgeable and helpful. The layout of the store both in the bedding and general furnishings areas are easy to navigate and enjoyed the 'sale' area. Easy parking and competitive pricing. It's not just Ashley, it seems to be a general "sameness" to much of the design features of furniture and furnishings currently on the market. No reflection on the Ashley Home store I visited or its Associates...fab job! I am not a good on line shopper...I love to touch, feel and try before I buy...the romance is being lost from retail, infact retail has lost its fun and glamor. Research along main street or where ever you shop should be exciting! I do believe that because of this horrible change, that the loss of "that something!", it is reflecting in designer out put....a lot of furniture is blah...fashion is not one size/shape/style feature fits all...we as people are not the same...we like choice and stylish design, please!

Terrible customer service. Find the same furniture and order from Amazon or any other online retailer. I picked my table and the glass was broken. They refused to replace the item and insisted on doing a warranty refund. The warranty refund was rejected because i didn’t take the required 7!!!! Photos in their preferred format. Then, there was supposed to be a serial number on the furniture. It wasn’t there. So now they have to send a technician to my house to inspect the piece before they will replace. Any other retailer would just replace the piece immediately. I called only 4 days after picking up the item. Total pain. I’m not even sure if they will give me a replacement glass in the end.
All around great experience at this store. Returning customer and would recommend. I've previously been helped by Matt on past purchases (who was great), but my most recent experience was with Christian. He definitely knew the best deals and helped me get the best rates on my furniture.

I came in about 2 weeks ago to purchase a dining table and chairs. Christian was awesome, but he informed me that the delivery wouldn't be available for about a month or two. I didn't want to wait, but I liked the table, so I got it anyway. Then, just today, Maren reached out to let me know that my table and chairs were available to be delivered this weekend! I couldn't be happier with the news or the service.

I don't have a lot saved up, but Mo, the manager, was able to help us find a deal that saved us a lot of money, and got me approved for 60-month financing. I honestly didn't know it would be that easy to afford some good quality stuff.

We purchased a king mattress along w/ an adjustable base in Mesa, AZ on 4/22. At the time of delivery they were out of stock on the adjustable base so supplied us with the mattress and a temporary mattress frame. They were recently able to deliver the adjustable base (1/2023) but would not take the king mattress frame back. They state it is our responsibility to dispose of the king mattress frame. We only have it because they were out of stock. We have no place to dispose of it. I have never experienced such bad customer service!

I purchased a bed at Ashley’s superstition Springs Store Monday in Mesa Az. Staff brought over bed. Bed was over$1,800. Only 3/4 of it came to home. Went back to store. Manager said nothing they can do. Rest of bed will be delivered on the 18th. ‘After others get their new purchases” Ashly needs to get the side boards to my home today. Also truck was an hour late. No phone call. What kind of operation is going on at this store. Needs to be closed or get competent help. No star. Pathetic service.

The store, sales and personnel are fine. Watch for hidden costs. We bought stuff “on sale”, but a lot of that cost was put back in with the protection package we were told was included, what they meant was It was included in the final cost. There were major concerns with delivery. We paid extra for the “ full service” delivery which included set up. However lots of plastic wrap and ribbons were left on which meant handles had to be removed in order to remove the wrap. Garbage was also left on the road and driveway. Love the furniture.

This store has been nothing but a headache, I came in last week to order a mattress for my bed I just received which I purchased at the Tempe store and the experience was great, can’t say the same for this store at superstition, I opted for pick up to get my mattress sooner , so I received the contact information and hours from the gentlemen who made the sale and the number listed on the Ashley website and that was given was incorrect for the local warehouse in Phoenix Az, I got here after 5pm because I was told that the store was open until ,9pm Mo the manager had spoken me today after customer service had confirmed that my mattress would be deliver today but they are now saying they done deliver on Monday so I have to attempt to go pick up the mattress again and hour away. Thank God for Mo the manager has experience dealing with upset client because he did all he could to fix it it wasn’t the outcome I wanted but I appreciate him acknowledging my frustration with the prices and doing what he can to make it right. I would recommend this store just for how he handled it but work with him. Thanks.

Beware!!! OVERPRICED We bought a living room "set" at the Superstition store. Our delivery guys assembled our coffee table incorrectly and left imbedded scratch marks. I wrote a letter of complaint asking for a partial refund for the damaged table. Ashley apologized, and sent me $150 in gift cards. I picked out some sale merchandise and when I went to check out, the manager had me waiting, while he was fluffing pillows, ignoring me, and stated "That's Ashley money, it's not real money. You have to use it to purchase regular priced items." He was so rude! I'll never recommend Ashley Furniture (quality is sub-par). And I will tell anybody that will listen of my experience.

I purchased a mattress and a power lift chair last year. The salesperson told me if I was unhappy with the mattress I could exchange it within 30 days for something I would like better. It was a Tempurpedic. I was also sold a mattress cover to help protect the mattress. It was horrible and kept sliding all over the place. I took it back and the manager told me there was nothing I could do. They don't take them back. So ask him about the mattress and he told me I could only exchange it for another Tempurpedic. That was not what I was told my the salesperson or I would NEVER have purchased it, but I thought what do I have to lose. Well let me tell you. A decent night's sleep every night until I can pay it off. Manager told at the time I wanted to return the mattress cover that I had 31 days to exchange...he was rude. Honestly I was upset, but I was lied to. Think twice before you make a large purchase here. I never will again! I waited so long to post this because it took forever to get the chair.
I would not even leave 1 star but that’s not an option! My husband suffers from spinal stenosis and the sofa is too high for his feet to touch the floor and it does not offer the lumbar support he needs. Furniture should be comfortable. I called to start a claim to return it for something different, after a few days I checked the claim status and was told that it was pending, checked claim again today and was told that it cannot be returned because I purchased the floor sample; this is still a current item available. I do not recommend this product nor Ashley Furniture, their lack of customer service amazes me!
Had some issues with delivery of sectional, our salesman Brian and his manager Mo got us in touch with the right people in support. They dispatched our technician Jason within the week. He agreed with us and handled the problem expeditiously! We appreciate all of the help and will definitely be back! 👍👏
These guys all lie, do not do business with these guys, all of these reviews are accurate, we bought a bedroom set and was told everything was in stock and was set to ship, the delivery guys busted my stairs, they get everything together and we have no mattress, they said it was back ordered without saying anything to us, so now we have a bed we can not sleep on, they told us we would have it in a few days and be comped for the issues, so we called and they moved out shipping for our mattress again and told us it was our fault we didn’t get the mattress when they told us it was in stock, they are a bunch of liars and crooks do not shop here
I ordered a bedroom set in November 2021. When I went to pickup my furniture at the warehouse they were missing the rails for my bed set. They said I would get them in January. They lied and now we are in June and they are in stock 7 montha later. The managers told me that I would get free delivery since I waited so long, but they backed out and said I will not get free delivery. The managers also said they would call me when my rails were in stock but they never did I had to keep calling to get updates because they never would call. I have been lied too since the day I made my purchase. I will never buy from them again.
I'm looking for home office furniture and this simply is not the place to visit. The two star rating is for this visit only. And reflects the lack of any home office items at the store. Previously, when I've been looking for traditional furniture and decorating items, the store did well. I would rate it at three stars. From me three stars indicates that my expectations were met. When I'm pleasantly surprised, I will award an added star or two. When I'm disappointed, stars are lost.

Great experience and will come back for sure Update 11/10/22 Changing to a two star because I ordered my furniture back in March. I was told my furniture would be in by April/ May the latest. I didn't get my furniture til July. On same order I ordered plates/dinnerware set. I STILL have not received those items. Every single month I'm told it's the following month even though I had already been told they were being delivered back in August. I called today and now it's December. I'm sure next month comes and it will be January. I literally can't believe I've been waiting this long for dinnerware. Absolutely ridiculous and I will never come back to buy furniture here. American Furniture Warehouse is a superb alternative. They have furniture in stock for same day pick or quick delivery with no issues. Don't buy from Ashley!

Ashley furniture had a Labor Day sale. Monique, the sales agent is awesome!!!!! So,we Ordered sectional reclining sofa along with TV stand and fireplace insert in Sept 2021. After having to respond to company "verify" delivery date via email or phone call a dozen times, the Stand was delivered unassembled and damaged. Manager gave us discount on the units and couple weeks later a replacement was given. We were to have sofa delivered Dec 16, but on the 15th of Dec, due to backorder, told by Monique that it would be a few more months. Ashley, nor Great American finance notifed us of delay.. in fact,, we received,, " congratulations " email just prior to anticipated delivery date.. asked to cancel order and get refund for taxes and fees paid at time of loan Great american finance (gac)/Ashley). It's been a struggle. gac says Ashley owes $, Ashley says gac owes money, then on 3rd visit to store, the manager said there is no money owed and that prior mgmnt isn't there any longer and nothing he can or will do for refund. Then we're told the $500+ fees paid at signing of loan, were paid towards the fireplace and stand: (after sale prices then disc due to damages & incompetent delivery, we also paid more than $300 for the unit after delivery. even our store sales rep who helped with initial purchase kept telling Mgr that we should be owed money, that what we're being told doesn't make sense. (Again, Monique was awesome during initial visit and throughout this ordeal. ) Needless to say, we're upset with this store.. No one was willing to give us an itemized accounting for billing and payments. We have no plans to purchase again with Ashley.

Largely overpriced, you can find the same style with just as good if not better quality at American Furniture Warehouse.
Initial purchasing experience was great. Unfortunately, only part of our bedroom set was delivered with the rest scheduled for 3 months later. Now 4 months later it has been pushed back twice and now there is no known date for delivery. I just wish we the store was a little more honest about not actually having the items in production so now with supply chain issues we have paid for a product that we may or may not receive sometime next year.

We were looking for a set of Sofa. We finally picked one set with the help of the Sale person Calum. He was very helpful, dedicated and professional. The Manager Mo was very helpful as well. They tried to help us getting what we need given our restricted budget. We are very appreciated of Calum and Mo. We would not hesitate to recommend going to this Ashley store for your furniture need.
Salesman was nice and professional, however this is the 2nd time in the last 2 visits where I was told they had product in stock but took many months before they delivered. I canceled my last order after I found out they filled the order but gave it to someone else. Going to start shopping elsewhere for furniture.

The service as this place is terrible. The salesman never told us our total, didn't tell us our tax and $270 delivery fee is due up front ($500+) and gave us our promo gift cards in two units so you had to come back twice to redeem. I also had to pick up a piece of furniture at the store even though I paid $270 for delivery of my other items. Pick up experience was also terrible. Avoid this place, there are a million other stores.
Bad service.
I don't see a ZERO here. After couple of year, my sofa ended up like this. There is no use of warranty they sell also. I tried multiple times talking to warranty and in store with managers. No use. Tip : Show these photos to store and ask them if they cover it, while buying warranty. And this is my first ever negative review on any business.

I’ve been completely overwhelmed looking for furniture for my new home. I knew what theme I wanted but wasn’t sure what furniture would look right in a small space. I arrived at Ashley Furniture in Mesa, AZ and was greeted by Marcia. I immediately confessed to her that I had no clue what I was looking for and how to make it work. She was so easy going and so kind to start helping me right away. We then set up a time for me to come back once I had all of the measurements for each room I was going to need furniture for. I was so relieved after our appointment, I got everything I wanted and needed and I came in a little under my budget. I highly recommend working with Marcia, she has an eye for decorating and knowing how much furniture should go in a particular space.

I don’t like shopping where high pressure sales people keep offering things that I don’t want. My daughter convinced me I needed help in finding what I was looking for. She asked for help and came back with Brian. He was wonderful! Helpful but not pushy. I left, purchasing the items I want and very happy. I will ask for Brian the next time I need to make a purchase.
I was hopeful I would have a better experience here but it has been very frustrating to say the least. In store my experience was great but everything after has been horrible. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone in the actual store when calling. One time I even drove into the store to finally be able to talk to someone. I have called multiple times and been on hold for over 25 minutes each time and end up speaking to someone in the call center because the store doesn’t pick up. I waited 8 weeks (was told 8-12 week estimate due to shortages) and after having zero updates I called and was told by one person that my couches were ready and sitting in the warehouse but were waiting on the one other item I ordered. I asked for a call back from someone in the store and was told I would be contacted within 24-48 hours…2 weeks later I reached back out again for an update because I was never called back. I have attempted their texting customer service and have had 4 different people start to help me and then after saying they are looking into my problem they cut it off and say “thanks, have a good day” after providing zero help! Bottom line, the people in store are nice but getting any help afterwards has been terrible. We will see how the rest goes…but I am not hopeful!

Bought a dresser from the Tempe, AZ location. My sales rep let me know there are no returns once the item is accepted. He also said I can return an accepted order if I complain enough within the first couple days. It was delivered in two days so that was good. The back of the dresser was cracked so I asked for a refund. I called and talked to someone on three occasions who all said I'll get a call from the store to arrange pickup. Not until the third call did I actually get a pick up date. They said once the item is picked up that I'll get a refund in 10-14 days. Order was delivered on 8/9/21 but not picked up for return until 8/18. It's been 22 days and I have yet to receive a refund. I called back again today, 9/9/21, and waited on hold for 25 minutes before someone answered and told me it can take up to 30 days for a refund. He said I should go into the store if it's close to push it through since he couldn't get ahold of anyone at the store.
Not good the manager was like a used car salesman trying to slip in unnecessary charges he blew a 2000.00 sale for his store 😳

Avoid any Ashley furniture store like the plague.. We ordered bedroom furniture in Dec 2020.. Bed and dresser came in March.. was told our nightstands would be coming later.. On May 7th they did deliver them.,DAMAGED.. was told someone would call to repair.. they did call 2-3 weeks later to schedule.. he came out, couldn’t repair it so was told 2 new ones were to be ordered..so now we WAIT.. they have called at least 3 times to reschedule a delivery as NO nightstands in store.. Finally we have a date of August 29 2021 delivery between 11-2..and we are number 7 in line.. WAIT for it.. We get a call from the delivery department to say , they need to CANCEL due to an error scheduling this delivery because they have NONE till NOVEMBER? Almost a year to finally have the complete set??? I stated I want the nightstands or a full refund by end of week.. my choice was a full refund, they would pick up the damaged ones or I could keep for a 25% discount.. those are my choices for a total inconvenience of them playing the game with me..bottom line if you want stress go ahead .. play the game..I will tell everyone I know … don’t buy.. you will regret it.. now on to find a TV station that deals with these kind of stuff.. so more people are educated …

We purchased furniture from Ashley and because of inventory issues we cancelled our order. It has now been over 2 weeks since cancelling and still no refund. DO NOT PAY CASH WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL NOT REFUND!
I was originally told my sofa would take 6 weeks to come in which I was fine with. It took over 3 months to come in. Trying to reach customer service was a waste of time. I had to go into the store if I wanted an update on my order.
Not well layed out as a store.
Bought a sectional and an ottoman at this store. It was finally delivered yesterday. I set everything up the way I want it after the delivery men left only to realize the ottoman is way too big for the area. No problem, just return it right?!?? It’s only been approximately 24 hours from the time of the deliver. Shouldn’t be an issue. So, I go to this store where I made the purchase of the furniture to inquire how to return the ottoman (it was over a $3,000 transaction all together) only for the lady name Sara to tell me that she can open a case and see if they will give me an in-store credit, but I can’t get a refund. She couldn’t tell me as to why there is a no return policy, only that it’s been like that for as long as she’s worked there (well great, I don’t work there and was never informed there was a no return policy). It was just an odd interaction and they don’t really seem to care about customer satisfaction. This is just a warning for others as they don’t advertise or tell you when purchasing that there is a no return policy. This will be my first and last purchase from this company unless I do get the in-store credit and I’m forced to spend it.
Great salesperson but availability of products very disappointing
We purchased a living room furniture set from Ashley after visiting several other furniture stores. We were told that the furniture we picked out was in stock and scheduled a delivery 2 1/2 weeks later. We get a call from the delivery scheduler that says we are getting 1 of 3 pieces and the others will have to be scheduled for at least a week later. Wait a minute. The sales person checked the availability and assured us that it was in stock 10 days prior. We cancelled the order and now corporate told us it can take up to 2 months to get our money back. We paid by check and that the office here has no authority to write a check back to us. Where is the customer in all of this, left empty handed and no refund.
We made the mistake of purchasing our daughters bedroom furniture from this store. When the men came over to deliver the furniture, I guess they ran out of the proper screws to put the furniture together. They ended up using drywall screws, and hardly a week later someone sat on the bench with the drywall screw in it, and the leg completely broke off. The person who sat on it was a nine-year-old girl who weighs probably 60 pounds. We have called the store not once, not twice, but THREE Times to get this issue resolved. They have said all three times that someone “will call us to come take a look at the bench“ and we’ve yet to receive a phone call. Things are going to get ugly if this doesn’t get resolved immediately

The original delivery date was 7/11/2021 between 11:30 - 2:30. We were able to track our delivery. We were supposed to be the 7th delivery after the 2nd delivery tracking ended. We waited till close to 2:30 for the delivery nobody showed. I called customer service they said no problem it would show up. A bit later my wife contacted customer service and was informed that order was cancelled, unavailable and needed to be reordered, needless to say my wife was hot, We had wasted a whole day sitting around waiting for delivery. After my wife cancelled order several and trips back and forth to store the staff found out the order had been left in warehouse. We were able to get things cleared up and the furniture was eventually delivered on 7/14/2021. The store staff did a fantastic job. Your phone and online customer service is horrendous.

A store with one of the poorest customer services. I have ordered sectional sofas in the past 6 months. There is no reason for the delivery to be delayed other than the products have not arrived at the store, and that all the time I tried to call in. Ashley should shut down until it can have reliable suppliers. Those responsible for communications should also be fired.
Terrible experience. Ordered full living room and dining room furniture (over $3K) on May 7th - they said they were backed up and delivery would be mid to late June. Not ideal, but I understood. Every time I have called for an update they push the delivery date back. Now they say they can "maybe" deliver the rest of my furniture by August 10th. My family has been without for 3 months already. I tried to call the store to request a cancelation so I can get a refund and buy furniture somewhere else, and nobody ever answers the phone. I can't believe how disappointing this experience has been. DO NOT spend your money here.
Excellent people at the Mesa location. I was shopping from ND and they were very helpful and professional.
The buying experience was a bit slow. The team was quite attentive and friendly, but picking up the furniture was a chore. They didn't know where the piece was, I had to show them in the store which piece I bought and we had to navigate all the way through to get it to the truck. Wasn't professional at all. We got a great deal and the staff was nice but it wasn't something I'd absolutely recommend. We did get a killer deal on our mattress and for that, we are super grateful.

Made my dining room set purchase 2 years ago. Got tricked into buying extended warranty. 1 year ago I made a warranty claim for a replacement piece for one of the wooden chairs. The warehouse said they would ship a new piece. NEVER received. Now, the bench frame is split in half on one side. Called 3/2/21 to attempt to make a claim again and it just says number busy all day. Feel like I was robbed for big money on poor quality product. Also was pressured into buying a useless 5 year warranty. STAY AWAY

Went looking for a bed. We had done some shopping around. Because of the amount of options they had we were able to purchase the bed we were looking for. Our salesperson was very friendly.

Absolutely terribly customer service in the company and store. I understand we’re due to the pandemic, things have changed. However Ashley’s call line is the absolute worse, unnecessary long automated call system. Once you get a human it’s a call center, not the store. Once you get the store, you’re places in hold again. Online message system is useless, all I wanted to get/know is if I purchase my order, can I pick up at store and verify that the item is there. Canceling my appt and going to a local shop and more than willing to spend the extra penny for customer service.
I ordered a chair and dining room set in late November. I got a notice that the warehouse didn't have the product, so it would be delayed until December, then it got delayed again to January, and now I'm being told to wait until March for the chairs I bought. I called and spoke with a Manager at their customer service line, and they told me there was nothing that could be done. I said I felt lied to, and that I needed chairs for my dining room, and that they couldn't help me. They absolutely destroyed any trust I had in them as a company. They told me to call the store where the purchase was made to cancel the order. I called the store, and they had technical issues and hung up on me. Do. Not. Ever. Buy from Ashley Furniture.
I’ve never been treated so poorly. The 3rd party delivery guys couldn’t put the table together because it was broken, left it in the giant box in our dining area and refused to return it to the store. They also got blood on our brand new white couch and all over the floor and didn’t even say anything. I tried to call the sales manager but she wouldn’t to come to the phone and said I had to come into the store to discuss any issues. Then when I got there she was extremely unprofessional and rude and refused to talk to me. She literally interrupted me and said “Bye!” like an immature 7th grade girl. We’ve furnished 3 homes the last few years with Ashley furniture but now you’ve lost a loyal customer. Terrible experience.

Bought $15,000.00 worth of furniture in September and to date I have still not received all of my furniture. The warehouse refers me to the store where I bought the furniture and the store says they have no control. No one wants to take responsibility. They have rescheduled delivery at least 2 or 3 times. Its gotten so I cringe everytime I hear Ashley furniture and I more than likely will not be shopping there anymore. It is not worth the stress it creates.
I purchased a two seater loveseat, three seater couch, ottoman and two rugs from the Ashley Homestore on Southern in Mesa, AZ. The sales agent was very attentive and helpful. We made decisions together. The cost was $800. It is a lot of money but it took a long time coming for me. The items were delivered by two guys. They unwrapped the couches and left the ottoman near the door inside. As they drove away I called the store to tell them that the guys delivering left the ottoman unwrapped and to my surprise it was a large size ottoman; not the one I expected. The sales lady on the phone said that there is no returns. No returns? No exchanges? This issue is still unresolved but not forgotten.
Went in this store to purchase a couch, but since we were not buying the whole set our sales man started helping someone else. I can’t believe the horrible service experience I had at the store.
I ordered 2 new couch cushions at the end of June. I got an email it was ready and to call them to set up delivery. Called the lady was rude gave me the run around said there was no order and then put me on a 45 min call and hung up. I proceeded to call leave voicemails for days! Nothing! I finally go in to find out they canceled my order no refund just cancel it they had to reorder it! A month later i got sheets of fabric in the mail, go back to find out they sent me the wrong thing. Next day speak to the warehouse manager clarify what i need and ordered. Get another set of fabric. Go back in for them to tell me they now have to order the cushions they come separate then I have to schedule a technician to come and sew the fabric on the cushion. 🙄🤦🏻♀️ so i wait another month! Finally last week I went back and cancel the whole order! And the guy couldn’t understand why I wanted my money back and cancel the order! It had been 4 months and the head ache and run around wasn’t worth it! I’ll never shop there again
We won’t be getting furniture til December 2nd. We have gotten called three times and all three of those times we have been rescheduled for delivery. So we are stuck paying for something we don’t have. Also, we were told the furniture we ordered has been discontinued, so we will see.
Not interested in helping to find the product I was looking for at another store, did not have a sample of what I was looking for and if I ordered it and didn’t like it I could not get a refund only a store credit. Unreasonable wait when calling store for assistance they did not pick up call at all. After 15 minutes you get a voicemail and they will call you back in 24 to 48 hours...this is not customer service, this is a disservice.
I went to Ashley Furniture for a new matress I have back issues so I needed a extra plush matress the salesman Ron showed me one on display that was perfect but what I received in a box to my house is NOT the matress I tried at the store this thing is not plush at all there’s no give to the matress I bought the Anniversary Addition Matress in store when the box arrived I was beyond dissatisfied what I saw and what I got were two entirely different things the individual coils don’t move it’s like sleeping on the floor a part of the bed has a indent from where it didn’t inflate back properly what I was so excited for is ruined I waited two months to post this to truly give the matress a try it is not right I’m stuck with a matress that hurts me I don’t know how much I cry because I have no relief for my back I DO NOT recommend the Anniversary Matress save yourself the pain and money it’s not like there’s an exchange or refund on a matress what’s bought your stuck with maybe it’s the fact it’s shipped in a box either way I will NEVER buy another box bed if I can’t see that exact matress that will be mine before it’s delivered I’m not purchasing it.

Absolutely regret ever stepping a foot into this store! Spent almost $4400 for a bedroom set in July and was told the bed frame who be on back order no later than 6-8 weeks; just left the store because my husband has tried to call twice for an update and it’s October 1st and was rudely told by, Jo (manager) that almost sixty people are waiting for the same bed and it’s not like this was done on purpose! Seriously??!!!! Why would they keep selling a bed that they can’t fulfill at this time?! Shady, lying and unethical employees that absolutely do not take responsibility for the lack of misleading statements to their customers. They’re all about making money and they could care less about customer service and quality of their merchandise. STAY AWAY! Furniture is overpriced and not top quality at all!
Helpful and friendly.. but every sofa we sat on was kind of uncomfortable for the price. The one we wanted was out of stock. And the display items were falling apart (crooked cabinet doors, handles hanging off dressers).. like how do you expect furniture to sell like this? Does no one know how to use a screwdriver? It was okay for what it was. Lol
I had ordered $4,000 worth of furniture a month in advance and was told everything would be delivered by the 18th of September. On the 14th I got a call from Customer service saying that none of my furniture will be there when I asked for it. I had to go down to my local Ashley furniture store and fix it. On the 18th I got four pieces of my furniture that I bought. On 25th, when I was supposed to get the rest of my furniture, I got two more pieces (not all, but two). I went back down there and they basically say there’s nothing they can do. I talked to the head manager there earlier this morning and told him that his delivery guys didn’t set up our headboard (it has lights that light up) and that we’re missing a cord for the headboard, he just brushed it off like it was no big deal. So I advise anyone who is reading this DO NOT GO TO ASHLEY FURNITURE!! ALL THEY’LL DO IS GIVE YOU EXCUSES AND NOT DELIVER YOUR FURNITURE WHEN EXPECTED! AND WHEN TALKING TO THE “HEAD MANAGER” ALL HE DID WAS SAY SORRY LIKE THATS GOING TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM AT HAND.

I called earlier for slates and Becca answered and advising me that my bed was discontinued and they no longer have the parts. I asked if it's anything sold similar that they may have and she advised no. I then took my part down to the location and was greeted by Becca. She advised me that her response is the same and that they don't have anything. I then requested for a sales rep and I was then greeted by Jo. She heard my concerned and look at a few similar pieces and advised they will fit. To be sure Jo wanted to contact the parts department and get back with me. Even if the part doesn't fit I appreciate Jo for going the extra mile to attempt to help me. Becca was quick to say no and did not try all she kept saying was "No".
We love the bedroom set we purchased, sales people and the whole experience EXCEPT the delivery. Two guys delivered our furniture, left a gigantic mess and I had to remind them to wear their masks several times.
The reputation of Ashley furniture drew me in. $900.00 for a couch bought 12/2019. Delivery was a pain and now the couch looks like something sold out by Walmart. Cheap materials. I will never buy their products again. The service warrant put so many stipulations that they wont fix my couch of less than 2 years old. So this is what Ashley quality looks like. Like I said, never again.
Horrible way to treat customers with medical conditions who come in to buy. A male employee saw us enter the store without masks, we weren't questioned about it. Shows us the items we wished to purchase then says he's calling security on us after we explained medical conditions not allowing us to wear masks! Other stores make provisions for shoppers like us. I will never shop at Ashley's furniture store ever, I waited over 2 months for a desk. They called to reschedule, in july and never once they told me I was supposed to go back to the store to resign. The store is an hour away from my home. Why didnt they call me on the weekend except monday when I was working and could not leave. And they tell me in order for you to have your items on Wednesday, you will have to come in today. Aww no, not once offered for mentoring to go to a store closer to my home. So when I finally was able to speak to the sales manager in charge, because someone else was covering the offer to send me all my info to the store on tempe, I said ok much better. So wrong the tempe store has a sales manager who are not that good either. She told me they did not send over all my info, tells me at 5 she was going to call me back never did, I reached out to her tells me because she didnt have the info she didnt call me back. I tell her the name of my piece, I already placed funds on tells me, it would of been easier if I would have told her the piece name, and this was at 8 pm when I had to reach out to her. She tells me just come in not once did she know, I had already placed over $100 down. So why would I feel comfortable going back into the at 8 pm or the next day and placing a brand new order. How would I be insured that I would receive credit towards my funds. And worst, they told me my pieces where going to be delivered till two weeks later. And dont try calling corporate because they are just as bad as there sales managers. They will give you the run around. Ashley's home furniture is not number 1 anymore. There services have gone down the drain. Worst furniture store ever

I went into this store today with my daughter serious about buying a pair of Accent Chairs. I walked right up to a pair of male store associates & was pretty much dismissed by them right away. We had already looked online & I knew which models I was interested in & tried to tell you that, but you made it clear I was to “walk around entire store” by ourselves. Our sale was pretty much a sure thing, but you preferred to instead wait by the door hoping for a big sale when a quick close was walking right past you. I left & bought a pair of Laz z Boy chairs instead. In the future maybe don’t judge a book by its cover, especially when your store is nearly empty & your associates time is otherwise unoccupied. Included a pic of the chair we would have purchased 2 of.

Nice LOOKING furniture but quality is extremely poor. Purchased a couch, oversized chair with an ottoman, fireplace entertainment center, floor lamp, and a rug. The couch is so cheaply made that it creeks every time you move on it. $1200 for a POOR quality couch set? You guys are insane. Should have gone to Pruitt's where at least they have good quality furniture and decently priced.
I went in the store last Friday to order merchandise and when questioned about pricing I was told their prices were the same as online. So I ordered my items, paid for it straight out but was told by the young lady that helped me, the merchandise was being direct shipped and would not be shipped until 5 days later minimum. I went home looked online and the prices were $198 cheaper and it said I could get it by the 6th. The same day she told me it was the earliest it could be shipped. I went back to the store 14hrs later after ordering to cancel and place the order myself. I was by the front desk that the it was cancelled and I should hear from them in 2 hrs about my refund. Never heard back so I called on Sunday and was told it was too late to cancel and get my refund because it had miraculously shipped. This was at 11:30am. When finally given a tracking number I found out it did not ship out until 6:02 pm on Sunday night. So they lied. I had to drive an hour yesterday to take it back to get my money. Never again will I deal with these liars

So all I did was call to get a price for something the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude but what do you expect for someone who works at Ashley they are the McDonald's of furniture so ill will happily tell everyone I ever meet to stay far away from this location.

We had a great experience at Ashley as usual. We found some couches and lamps to match. We were unsure on a few things and Marcia did a great job clarifying. When We went back to purchase, Marcia was off so Michael helped us and was very helpful. Thanks Ashley for the great service again!
I have bought numerous pieces of furniture from Ashley, and I have never been disappointed in my choices.My new sofa looks fabulous in my den. The two men that delivered the furniture were excellent, don’t let go of these two.
I would've never gone to this store if I had known it was going to be such a nightmare. From the beginning, we had to make 3 different trips to their warehouse because they didn't have the furniture as we were told. A month after we purchased mattress protectors, we were yet to receive them, so we ended up going to the store. There they gave us 2 of the ones they had in stock but we were never told we'd be charged twice. So now I'm stuck paying an additional $269.
High prices
Having recently bought a new home, I just had to indulge and buy lots of new furniture as a retirement gift to myself. Spent months and months going to all the big and little furniture stores in the area. Had I remembered/discovered Ashley Furniture earlier in my hunt, I wouldn't have had to look any further. Not only did I find nearly everything I had been looking for, but lucked upon a wonderful, wonderful salesperson by the name of Mat Haggerty. This young man was like my own personal valet...so very helpful, knowledgeable and caring. There was no pressure or pitches that I had to endure. Honest to goodness, there will be a second round of purchases and Mat will be my one and only go to guy! Love him and love the store! Nice going Ashley Furniture.

We went to Ashley Furniture in Gilbert AZ, had the worst experience possible. We had Angela as our sales rep and she was more concerned on her commissions then customer service. We bought a lot of furniture and apron arrival they sent out the wrong couch sets and the Kitchen chairs where damaged and also was the Coffee Table and the Book shelf. We went into the store spoke with Ryan the store manager and he acted like he could care less... Here we are 90 days later and we have had two different repair guys over to fix our new furniture makes a lot of since right??? Ashley has also sent out two other. Ok shelf’s to replace the damage one they sent out and guess what, both Book shelf’s where also damaged... I will never go to another Ashley Furniture or recommend them to anybody.....

I wish I could give them no stars; the people who work there are all sleezy, don’t care about their customers and only want a sale. The way you talk to customers shows a lot! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN! Your best bet is to go to AFM where they have the same products and you know you will get it delivered on time. Ordered my set November knowing I will be moving into a place in January and the pieces are still back ordered.

Walking into the store, we weren’t planning on making a purchase. We were simply going to look to get ideas as to what we wanted for our home... until we met our sales rep! Our sales representative Brandon Cruz was the reason why we decided to buy ! He made the whole process a very comfortable one and he listened to our needs. He displayed a positive attitude and made sure he met our every need. Our purchase was delivered last week and we love our new furniture! We plan to buy more in the future and hope that Brandon is the person to help us!
We have bought over 20K MSRP, offered 50% off due to volume, I’m guessing. Salesman was Ally, and a great gal. However, our most recent purchase was made using gift cards they offered to us to make another sale, because they could not discount a mattress, but could on furniture. So, we went in, salesman had to go see “the manager” literally five times during sale. Nothing mentioned about gift cards can “only be used on full price items.” We bought a sofa table with 2 small stools, according to sale, they honored the 50% off which they said we got on future purchases l, after I had to beg borrow and threaten to walk away. When we got our delivery no stools. Called salesman Mike, said would call us back. Never did, and I called to speak with manager. He said we should have been told about the gift certificates, manager would call back before closing. It’s 6:51pm, closes at 9pm, my point being furniture was delivered at 10am, and call made. This is great service after the sale Ashley Store. Way to treat a veteran, and once committed buyer. No excuse for no return call!! AVOID!!! Writing corporate office, and since I’m quite connected in veteran and 55+ community, word will spread, quickly.
We had a wonderful experience buying our sofa from Ashley HomeStore on Southern! Brandon greeted us the second we got there and helped us buy the sofa while saying us $100s! Definitely would recommend buying here if you need that extra help picking out that perfect addition to your home.

Salesman meets you at the door to show you around, you have to ask to be left alone. We found that Ashley was more affordable than most places and had a decent selection. Wish the sofas/sectionals had more fabric selection.
Went to Ashley a couple of weeks back and purchased exactly what I was looking for..the salesman was excellent. Wish I knew his name. He sat and talked with us even after we had finished with the purchase. Absolutely no problems or concerns and not even a tiny amount of pushing. I will return and look for this specific salesman when I do. (I do think the delivery might be a bit pricey, but that has nothing to do with the store or purchase)
Delivery people were in a hurry pretended to hook the couch together. I had to crawl under and do it myself. A wire came loose and one of the recliners stopped working about 48 hrs after delivery. Poorly made design if you sit too far forward the recliner won’t close all the way. Asked if they could come fix it they said one week. I just think if you buy a high end product it should be designed and work properly. Also would not take your old couch out. Would not take the couch back even though it was completely unsatisfactory I’m giving Ashley furniture exactly 0 stars.

I came in with my Aunt looking for a bed and JT wound up being our sales representative. Which made our shopping experience one of my and my aunt's best shopping experience up in the top five shopping experiences ever. He was very knowledgeable, polite patient and didn't try to up sale down sale. He wanted my aunt to be the most comfortable in the bed that best fit her. And that's exactly what she bought. And spent way above what she set her budget at. Over all JT should be recognized for his customer service skills as they are something to be modeled after to train other employees. It was a very busy Black Friday. I came in and no one approached me to ask if I needed help. I checked out the recliners. I found one that I liked and wanted to buy it. It took awhile to find someone to help me. The recliner is comfy but not as comfy as my last one😢

We ordered a living room set. Matt and the GM told us that everything was in stock and would be delivered on November 24th. We’re now being told that nothing is in stock and that it will delivered on December 29th. Stay away from this place. They lie just to get the quick sale.
Pricing was fair, product is quality, but what really helped the sale was our sales associate Mat. He was thorough, informative, and didn’t pressure us. He made the entire experience excellent. We would recommend Ashley furniture in Mesa to all of our friends!

We bought a sectional from Ashley Furniture and the one we sat on was a Tan color. We asked if it came in a Navy Blue color we liked on another couch. Went to check the computer and came back and said they did offer it in the Navy Blue. Ordered the sectional and before we left the store I asked them where in the paperwork showed the color because I didn’t want to get there and have the wrong color. Two different employees looked and said it’s done by the numbers on the piece and both said yes it’s blue. Picked up the couch and didn’t check couch first (my fault) and for home and definitely not Navy Blue but some grey blue that’s nothing like we wanted and multiple people confirmed. Called to ask what’s the problem and the customer service girl was not nice and said I would have to take it back to the warehouse and figure it out and sales are final. Ended up talking to someone else and they informed us the couch we wanted doesn’t even come in the Navy Blue color, therefore we were lied to by the employee. Talked with the store manager after calling him 3 times he finally spoke with us when we called again. Nothing has been resolved yet and manager said he would call us today and haven’t heard from him yet and it’s 6pm. So we will wait and see what happens. Maybe cancel the payment and keep the couch if we don’t hear from him soon.
Sales person, Oz, was very helpful without being too pushy. Not only did he he help us find the right sofa, at a good price but also gave us a nice discount. Almost as important - we were on a tight time schedule, Oz helped to make sure that our sofa, purchased on Saturday, was delivered Monday! All in all definitely a five star effort!
Bad style for the price
WARRANTY BEWARE, ALSO LIED TO BY DELIVERY. They moved monies from a patio set that I paid a $159.00 warranty for to a mattress I bought. So a over $1500.00 patio set was marked down less than a third of the price. The patio set is unraveling in less than a year. Warranty now will only pay $462.00 store credit for a set that I actually paid over $1500 for. The store manager giggled the numbers around for commission purposes. Also with furniture that was being delivered there was a mix up. I could not get through to the store and was on hold forever. The delivery man said just sign here and will be back to get it if you don't want it after all. It was a lie to just get out of there. Ashley will not take it back and the manager will do nothing about delivery lying to me. If they giggle numbers around be aware that warranty will only if you a store credit of was is showing on the receipt. They did not fix the furniture or replace. Just a credit of what was not the real cost.
Ok furniture and good prices, but I prefer American Furniture Warehouse for a much larger selection
The situation was chaotic! First I was told that they would move old furniture than I had to hire someone else to deliver and .over furniture. Next I bought so.e lamps the guy ordered the wrong ones I still don't have the right lamps. I've been told not to expect them until late November.
The staff is so rude they don't even greet you when you walk in. I was in there for 15 minutes and no one asked me for help or anything like that so I wont EVER come back to this location.
This was my third time purchasing furniture at Ashley... I did have to have them come out to fix my recliner, and they did, right away... we pleased with all I have purchased....

Very dissatisfied, I bought an entertainment center, all the drawers where out of line, they sent a technician Mr: know it ALL, had the nerve to say that's the way the come, sent him out his way.... Ask for a Manager to call us made two calls, Never called back.. Will not recommend this store!! Customer service sucks..
If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible service. We were given wrong information about the hours of the warehouse so we had to make a second trip across town. Got there to pick up our king mattress and they brought out a 18” x 18” by about 6’ box. We told them that wasn’t our order, we were there for a mattress. They said that’s how they come. We said no we ordered a traditional spring mattress not memory foam. We tried calling our sales person and sat on hold for 30 minutes. By the time we got ahold of the salesperson to tell him there was an issue we tried to refuse the delivery but they closed the doors and said they were closed. Called our sales person back again and he said now we can’t return it because we took delivery. Tried calling customer service, they were no help. Left 3 messages for the story manager and he never returned our calls. Ended up disputing it with our credit card company. Don’t do business with these frauds.

Micheal Fasani did a great job understanding what I was looking for and didn't pressure me to get a sale. He showed me options out on the floor and in the catalog. Found what I needed and also got 50% off of what I bought.
We always find furniture we are...and sometimes things we did not know we were...looking for. Staff is friendly but sometimes a little too hounding.

I saw exactly what I wanted.on line. Went to store to see it first hand. Am dubious about material. Looks very thin. Platform is stretched synthetic canvas like material, no springs or slats. What can you expect for this low price? Took out insurance. Hope that covers wear. Purchased the Sciolo chaise. Wish it came in more colors.

Went there looking for new furniture pieces for our living room and happened to hit the last day for fifty percent off of the entire store. Had never been there and was impressed by the selection that they offered. Needless to say we bought a new sofa and big chair, loved the style we chose and was very comfortable and nicely made, even came with a 5 year warranty.
They will not answer the phone so I can't even imagine what the experience inside of the store would be like. They need to hire more people if they are having issues as simple as answering a phone.

This store is a big rip off, my wife found a bedroom set on ashley furniture website she liked. Stopped in the store and was told there having a 50 percent off everything sale so that works out perfect right? Then we get home and started looking at the prices the in store charged us, they did do 50 percent off but not on the inline price. Every piece we bought they put the original price at 300.00 to 600.00 more then 50 percent off that. Just went back in the store to talk to them about adjusting the prices and making it right. Manager tell us that there all franchised and that there was nothing saying the Ashley furniture wed site we had looked at was even a legit Ashley website that anyone could own that web domain they would either keep it at what we paid or they can take the 50 percent off and sell it at the website price that they wont match the price and do 50 percent off that they have over head that the website doesnt have. This place is a scam dont fall for there 50 percent off sales they just upsale the retail price and was over charging us over 700.00 over what we should have paid. We just got a refund and will never be back ever....

The furniture is nice but dealing with the sales staff will give you the feeling your being stalked. Save yourself the grief and go to American Furniture Warehouse. Better prices and a much better sales staff.
They are so rude! Asked if they price match with what they have on line. He said yes. Then came back and told me they could give me a deal which was $200 more than what was on line. He told me it’s not worth them placing my order and i should just order on line!
Wanted a sofa that wasn't in stock. We were told we could order one and return it if it didn't work out. Two weeks later we received a two-piece unit that snaps together in the middle without any supports. Tried to return it and were told they don't do returns. Asked for a manager and were told they were not available. Now stuck with a $600 piece of junk.
Salesmen we worked with was really nice and did his best to make our buying experience a good one. Our new couch will be here this week so I don't have a review on their delivery service yet, but the people in this location were top notch.

Was told it would take 10 days to get our furniture when we purchased it. Over a month later it finally came it. I Called the store obviously perturbed to check the status on the order, and was hung up on by Kia twice when I asked to speak with her manager.
Classy store with a broad selection!
Everything is sold in sets. Pre-designed rooms is not my cup of tea. However, shopping online is great as you can purchase individual items. Buyer beware. You have to IKEA your furniture. Bought a nice pole shelf lamp. It was missing one screw. Would it hurt to package a few extra pieces of hardware? I had to go to Home Depot to purchase a screw they neglected to package. So now I have 99 extra screws that took me a couple hours to find. Let me suggest if you purchase from the online store, be prepared for an IKEA adventure putting furniture together for an average of 5 hours per piece. Take a Valium or xanax before attempting to put together a purchase.
Great selection of Home Furnishings and indoor Decor. The sales people are wonderful we were very pleased with the service we received and they went out of their way to accommodate us.
At this point to only good review I can give is that the manager in East Mesa store Daniel is helpful. Re: product the bed I ordered was not correct in measurements was suppose to be 12 inches was 9.5 a worker was sent out to verify 4 weeks after originally came he verifyed then week later new bed was delivered ( after they gave am hours they switched to afternoon ) a 3rd party company who they never asked could come to do the set up showed up and brought new bed . That made me very uncomfortable as we do not know who they work for. New bed is now measuring 10 inches so clearly the floor model is the only 12 inch they have. I planned to go back for my Tempur-Pedic. At this point I do not think I will be shopping there. Not worth the back and fourth frustration on if product will truly be what you order. VERY DISAPOINTED !
We bought all new furniture for our condo and got a great deal. The salesperson we worked with Mary M.) was wonderful! We keep going back for accessories, they have so much to choose from. We are very happy with our furniture and service.
This was absolutely the worst experience with any business that I've ever had!!! I would give them a "0" if I could. Their shipping department and customer service departments don't have any communication between them, and neither communicates with the customer. I had placed an order for a sofa and loveseat. They gave me a delivery date, and it got rescheduled at least 3 different times. I didn't get a notification about the change for any of them! It just so happened that I called to confirm the delivery window on the first scheduled delivery. I find out that the delivery date had been moved, and no one let me know. At that point, I called each subsequent delivery date just to make sure everything was on schedule. Each time it had been moved. The only answer that I got was "delays can happen". Sure they can, but what is the reason this has been delayed? After the 3rd delay, I was very frustrated and started yelling at the person. Poor girl; she was not responsible for the previous problems, but she did get the brunt of my built up frustration. She put me on hold and came back on the line. She was able to schedule my delivery for 3 days from then. This miraculous feat after other agents told me my furniture was out if stock in the warehouse. I eventually got both my sofa and loveseat, delivered on separate dates, because they kept losing track of my order. To "compensate" me for the problem, they offered me a $100 store gift card for any regular priced item. Well, they don't have much in the store that isn't "on sale" and under $100. So basically the compensation is worthless. After such a horrible experience, I had no intention on stepping into the store to buy anything else!!

Found the same exact furniture at another store for 30% less. The prices are inflated to give the impression you are saving money with a "sale". Post purchase support is limited and not per contract. Over 10 minutes on hold to get with a rep and then they state you have to visit the store in person to request refund. From contract "A refund for 100% of ..... BY CALLING THE AFHS FROM WHICH YOU PURCHASED". Update the contract AFHS...
The office help is not the greatest they definitely could improve. As for the furniture I bought a bedroom set and totally love it.

Mary M is an angel sent from above. So genuinely sweet and kind. We love how she listened to what we were looking for based on our style and budget versus just trying to sell us something. We never felt rushed and she was so patient and diligent in helping us find our dream dining set. As we showed her each item we were interested in from the store's online catalog she gave us straight forward quotes and she remained very transparent through the entire process. No hidden fees, upcharges, nothing. She told us how it is and we were able to choose our dream table within an hour of looking and for an amazing price! President's day furniture shopping is definitely the way to go!! Or I suppose any holiday where furniture stores have huge sales. Regardless when you go, definitely ask for Mary M to help you! She is there fri-sun. This woman is nothing but amazing and no doubt, she will take care of you well. Thank you x a million Mary M!! We received a 12 inch mattress that came inside of a box. It has been five days already since it was delivered and it literally reeks of chemicals! It is absolutely horrific! The smell is going through the vents in my home and traveling to other rooms. I can smell it when I come down the hallway. There’s no way someone can sleep on it. I think the smell has now attached it self to the drywall and carpet in the room, that’s how strong it is!!!!! Something is definitely wrong!!!!!!!I called the home store and they said all sales are final. Read the reviews on the mattresses, you will see others complaining of the same thing! Sort the reviews from lowest to highest.

Not really big on shopping but I must admit, Ashley's HomeStore was an enjoyable experience. We've been to a few furniture stores but we had bought from Ashley's years ago and decided to try them again. They had exactly what we were looking for and the price was right for the quality of the items. Our salesperson Ralph Calimeri was extremely helpful, professional and we did not sense any pressure. Our items were delivered on-time as promised and properly packed and secure. The gentlemen who delivered it were very professional and careful. From shopping to delivery Ashley's provided an excellent experience. Thank you!
We really enjoyed shopping at Ashley’s. Our salesperson, Cheryl Androshick, was super sweet and went out of her way to help us with everything we were looking for. I can’t say enough about her. She was very knowledgeable. We will be revisiting Ashley soon and asking for Cheryl to help us.
They dont explain clearly when purchasing something. Example, after buying a mattress and telling them I wanted to pick it up, they never explained I had to pick it up at the warehouse in Phx. But its Almost $60 to for delivery lol.

The store is super clean and had really great sales when I visited. Plenty of decorations to go with any purchase. From rugs, couches, pull out couches, beds, tables, side tables, tv stands, kids furniture and more. Financing can be really good it just depends on the time of year of shop around. Overall the store, the staff is great. The only con I can think of even if you spend thousands of dollars you still have to pay for shipping close to 200$ so add that to anything over 1000$.

This was the worst furniture buying experience of my life. #1. The sales person ordered the wrong bed. Unfortunately I did not notice this until the delivery truck had left which was ASAP after the bed was up in the wrong place. #2. Ashley Furniture is making me pay $69 to deliver the right bed ( the one I ordered in the first place) which increased my cost of course. #3. I was forced to buy a $300 mattress cover or my mattress would not be covered by warranty. After I paid for the mattress cover they informed me they were out of stock. I still have no mattress cover. I would not recommend Ashley Furniture for any furniture purchase in the future by anyone.

My fiance and I had our first furniture buying experience here recently. We had the pleasure of working with Mary, who spent about 3-4 hours helping us find the perfect bed frame, dresser, dining room table, and tv entertainment center. She was so patient and happy with us while we spent our time being indecisive over what we wanted. She made it such a fun experience for us. We really appreciate her help.

Just left store in mesa, purchased a Dinning table w/the help of Allison P. she was awesome! nobody asked if we needed help as we walked in.....15mins in, she walked by and asked.
After spending more than 6k on a living room set and a dining room table, my wife and I wanted to buy some sofa pillows. We were told we could only have them if we bought the particular sofa that they was on display. Finally someone agreed to order them for us. After 7 weeks, they never were even sent. Nobody returned our calls, so, I went down and spoke with Daniel the manager. He wouldn't help, so I attempted to cancel the order. He didn't want to bother with this issue. They had to send an email to the warehouse and wait for a response from them in order to cancel. Funny how they take your money right there but need special permission to cancel?! They called us later and said I would have to come back to cancel. Nope! Called my credit card company and filed a dispute. Poor customer service is an understatement! Even emailed Corp and got no response. Sigh. Will not be doing business with them again, ever! Plenty of other furniture stores out here to shop from.

Bought this bedroom set a month ago, receive all but bed the weekend after and the bed last monday, when I told them I was at work, they insisted they had my schedule and my ex-wife had to receive it. They left all trash the second time and didn't open the bed, and the first furniture had a few scratches on it. Seller Paul was great 👌🏻, delivery team went below my expectations a lot, and the quality of the bedroom set for $3K leaves me a pretty bad experience similar to the delivery guys. Next time I'll go somewhere else for sure, first and last time.

I'm regretting the purchase I made at the Ashley Home Store at 6233 E. Southern Ave. Mesa, Az 85206. So I spent over $5000.00 on a nice bedroom set. 5days after the delivery I felt like the mattress was not as comfortable as it was in store so i went in to see if I could return it and was told they don't do returns of "used" furniture especially a mattress. Danny one of the managers was supposed to have called me or emailed me haven't heard from them in any way shape or form. When I was making my decision on what to purchase the service was on point ! But once the problems came before them I was treated like I was the plague. I guess this will be the one and only time that I purchase anything from this disappointing company...... Your loss not mine I will never shop at Ashley or recommend that anyone else does Rebecca Cuellar
This location is honestly old and has it’s issues... Have gone in more than a few times and though the sales staff attempts to be friendly the store management defeats them every time. On a visit tonight, with Ashley Giftcards in hand, the Store Manager refused to accept them saying they weren’t from his store... They are from Ashley Corporate and this location is (confirmed) a Corporate store. Went straight over to the Ashley Homestore in Tempe off I-10 and they were ready to bend over backwards to help and informed me that the manager there was flat wrong about refusing the gift cards. I plan to lodge a complaint with Ashley Corporate as well as make sure that no one I know ever wastes their time at this location, if you want something from Ashley...skip this place and head to the store off the 10. Far superior service makes it worth the drive.

Very happy with the couches we purchased. We were very picky with this set of couches since we have gone through a few sets because we could not find some like our first set. The customer service at the store was just ok, the first lady we ended up with had a good personality but could tell she really wanted to sell us something. The second lady we ended up with had no personality and was very awkward and timid. The managers were nice and worked with us since we had been back multiple times trying to decide what we wanted. Overall for the price I feel like we ended up with a nice quality set of couches. For people looking to buy furniture I recommend Ashley furniture over American furniture warehouse. AFW is good for certain things but feel the quality of the items are better built at Ashley's.

The lady that helped me was Ann Simpson. She is a star for Ashley. She was nice and very understanding of what I needed. Spent all the time I needed and even got me a lower price. But sadly the price,tax, and delivery cost was still to high. I want to highly recommend Anne for any kudos given to employees. Sales are not the only area that should be rewarded. Customer service should be right up there. I will return to Ashley in the future when I can afford to because of Ann. Thank you for your kindness Ann.

Cheryl was very kind to us and really worked within the budget my girlfriend and I had set. She suggested one or two items that pushed the budget by a few dollars but that's all in good saleswoman/man techniques. Unlike other places we had visited, we were not offered massively out of budget options and asked if we wanted to finance. We paid in cash both times for a nice marble dining table and a very nice and soft sofa. The people they use to deliver their furniture have nice attitudes and are very quick with the delivery. Ashley furniture has worked it's way up with"the dump" furniture warehouse as my top two favourite places to shop furniture.

I made 2 other purchases in the past, but this 3rd time I am very very very disappointed at Ashley's customer Service. The sales rep. had very little knowledge. 1.) He placed the wrong order. 2.)One of the sofabeds came in damaged and is not what I expected because I was given a coil mattress instead of a foam mattress. 3.) It has been 2 month and nobody can help me. I will never come back to Ashley..
Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Spent over 10 grand in this store and regret ever walking in. Furniture was never delivered as it was supposed to be, it was damaged when it was, instead of replaced it was rebuilt, bought several of the same items for different parts of the house and they were never the same price when ordered 2 weeks apart, no matter what day you go in and no matter what bs sale is going on.... If there even is a sale going on things are always 50% off the price on the tag. Do yourself a favor and go to any other store in town. I wish I had.... The above is not all the problems I had with them, just the one's I chose to mention.
First impression was terrible. Sales person that met us at the door answered our initial questions. When we walked to the sales floor area she followed us and continued to yap about the products in another part of the store that were more expensive than what we could afford. Sales woman was way too pushy and items are over priced.

Their store is very well furnished and then that excellent Fourth of July sale that is going and well be going on through or close to the end of this month. My daughter got a very nice bedroom set at a very affordable price I believe 14 piece. My wife just about re did our living room at an excellent prices

This is by FAR the worst customer service company I have ever purchased something from. Do NOT buy the extended warranty because it’s a joke. We called to have a few stains fixed from my daughters birthday party and they basically sent someone out with a spit rag and tiny bottle of cleaner. He said the stains were more than he could fix, and he would update the report. 3 months later and we are being told we have to pay to have it cleaned and then they will fix any stains moving forward?? How does that even make sense? I’ve been transferred from person to person and can’t get an answer on anything. Everyone says they will call you back and they never do. I would never do business from them again. Awful experience. We would have bought a different couch if we weren’t sold on this “amazing protection plan”. Horrible. I’m wish I could give them 0 stars.
I was really pleased with the selections that were in store. We had gone to a few places prior to our visit at Ashley's and we were not impressed. When we walked in the sales people were friendly and not pushy at all. Mary was very helpful and the sale was so good we couldn't pass it up. I was also really impressed with the warranty that Ashley offers. Overall, we had a great experience!

Although there was a bit of a mix up w/ quotes codee & courtney made sure we left happy customers afterall. Over the years, I’ve bought plenty of furniture. My first couch: Mor. A patio set from American Warehouse. And, of course, my college-days desk from the cheap and otherworldly and charming IKEA. I’m sure I’m lucky in the fact that I have never had a negative experience doing what every renter, homeowner, and just plain anyone residing anywhere has to do at some point. Buy a sofa. Buy an easy chair. Buy a bed frame. But nothing has ever come close to the wonderful customer service I experienced at Ashley Furniture Home Store in Mesa. My salesperson, Courtney, was unmatched by anyone I’ve ever dealt with in her sheer willingness and genuine want to find me exactly what I needed. And when there was an issue, the service representative I talked to, Summer, absolutely blew me away by how fast and how easily and how nicely she fixed the issue. Thank you, Ashley Furniture Home Store. I will never get my furniture from anywhere else. Never.

They had good furniture. Prices were higher compared to other places we shopped. They had a sale for 50% off and we found the exact same furniture at other places for the exact same price as their sale. Salesman was very helpful. They immediately come to you as you walk in and then stay at a comfortable distance, but close by, while you are looking.
Allison Perry was our salesperson and she was awesome. The manager Megan worked with us and we got a great deal on the items we purchased. We will definitely be back in the future

I'm not sure how to rate a furniture store... Ashley has very good quality furniture, but I would say some things are just fair. The salesperson did not stick with us like glue, but she also didn't let us get to far from her sights. We did purchase 2 sofa's, very nice. The reason for the 3 stars, is the office person, messed up twice. Honestly a just don't care attitude. He could have done the sale correct the first time and saved everyone lots of time, it was again he did not care about us, the sales person, or his company. Too bad and lost a few stars.

Compared to the other half dozen furniture stores we have visited in the area, the Ashley HomeStore prices were significantly higher on items that were almost identical to those found in the other stores. We we're immediately approached by a salesman when we walked in, and told him that we were just looking. We just wanted to browse in peace, but the salesman followed us off in the distance, all around the store, like some vulture circling it's prey. My wife thought it was creepy the way he was hovering around every corner, so we had to leave.

Rocket and Codee did a great job on getting us an amazing deal. They made sure we were happy with what we purchased. If we had any questions, they knew the answers. I purchased a laminate dining table. I noticed 2 dents on the table, which were not noticeable until after sunlight shined at a certain angle. I called customer service and was advised that the table was not inspected before delivery. I asked the representative if I could just return/cancel the product but was declined the option. I was advised that they could deliver a new table, and if I was not happy, I could contact store manager. The new table was delivered, dents again....called CS and delivery was set up again. I had already made up my mind that I really was not happy with the product. I was advised by salesperson that I shouldn't have accepted the table. At this point, the table wasn't damaged! The real issue was I was not happy with the table! I called the store twice to speak to the manager where I made the purchase (all within a span of 2 weeks). The manager did not return my call. I've made several purchases from Ashley's since I have moved to AZ. I will not make ANY additional purchases because of the lack of customer service I received. I'm stuck with a table that I don't like, and Ashley Furniture doesn't care at all!

My parents bought a set of furniture Ashley Furniture of Mesa, AZ said they would hold their furniture up to 30 days until they were ready for delivery. 7 days later my folks called and said they were ready for delivery and Ashley Furniture said they sold their furniture to another customer and had reordered another set that would arrrive in 2 weeks. Meanwhile my mother had to sit on the floor for 2 weeks or a hard kitchen chair until their furniture shows up because they got rid of the old furniture. Very poor customer service
I'm giving this place a 3 for a few reasons. Before I go I to them I want to point out everyone was nice and we did not run into any issues during our visit. However, what I do not like or appreciate is being swarmed by sales people during my visit. I understand the employees work on commission but I don't need someone asking me if they can help me every time I turn a corner. I would also point out how ironic it is that the Ashley Furniture store charges more for their own products than their competitors do. It's great you price match. But I shouldn't have to come in "prepped for battle" to your own store. You should offer competitive prices off the bat. Verdict: The wide selection of furniture and pleasantness of the employees that work there are what keep it at 3 stars. The overbearingness of the same employees and markup of your own products are what keep you from a 5 star rating.
We live in Tucson, but travelled to Mesa because of the great customer service we received over the phone with Mary P. We will definitely come back when we need anything more for our home because of the level of service we received once we got to your store from Megan. Mary P and Megan made sure that we were well taken care and made our buying experience exceptional. We could also tell from the way the staff interacted with one another that they were a family and we liked that about your store. We look forward to the delivery of our items on Thursday. I was extremely disappointed with the experience especially with concerns to delivery. Shopping at the store was pleasant except when it came to arranging transportation, they only had an opening 12 days out. I informed them that we just bought a place having moved from Washington State and with no furniture there no one will reside there for now and would appreciate a call in advance with the delivery window so I can make it there (San Tan Valley) from Tucson to let them in. while driving there on the 12th I get the call saying the delivery will be there in half an hour. I was an hour out on the 93 mile journey. The delivery guy called exactly half an hour later. I explained to them that I was half an hour out. They refused stating that they were only allowed to wait 15 minutes. I asked them to begin offloading on the driveway I would meet them there or they just leave it all there as I had waited 12 days but they declined and cited that someone would call me to set up another delivery date. Imagine having driven that far. I didn't turn back. The call didn't come that day but the next day. I slept on the floor hoping they would deliver the next day and not wishing to be too far away. The next date they had again was a week plus away and to add salt to injury they didn't have the mattress and box I ordered in stock and would have to wait three weeks, although they would deliver everything else on my order after the week. Keep in mind they had all the items the previous day that they couldn't wait another 15 minutes for me to get there. It was a hard pill to swallow especially because the only reason we bought the furniture was because the movers would not have made it to Arizona soon enough. Well..... the delivery day came. The seats they brought were not the right shade of green we chose. Worse thing is we bought a big wall hanging there to match them and carried it with us the day we ordered everything else. So here we are almost a month after the purchase with no box and mattress, the wrong shade of leather seats and a big mismatched wall hanging to go with everything. If there was a zero star I would use it. I have been a good customer of Ashley stores in Washington but this particular Ashley has left a very bad taste in my mouth.

If I could give this no stars I would. Our in-store experience was rude and terrible. We bought a BeautyRest/BeautySleep mattress with a 10 year warranty from this store about 5-6 years ago and it was a great mattress. Yet, like all mattresses it evetually started to dip and was causing back pain. So when we called Ashley Furniture they said, "we will send someone out to look at the mattress and see if it is under warranty qualifications", and it was. We were told by the staff and customer service that we would be able to get another mattress and box springs under the warranty. However, this specific mattress is no longer being made so they gave us a credit for the mattress and stated that the box springs would be included for free. When we arrived to this store we informed the sales associate of the situation and she told us to head to the back where the services member that we we're working with was. She informed us of our credit amount again. We went to look at mattresses and were informed that the store no longer carries BeautyRest/BeautySleep in-store, that they are a corporate owned store and that they have a contract Sealy. Let down we started to look at other mattresses but none seemed as comfortable as our BeautyRest/BeautySleep so we looked at their online options and found that online they still had the BeautyRest/BeautySleep for sale. We asked if we could just order the one online with the warranty credit because it's what we actually wanted but we were told no and that they cannot match online prices either. Also, just to let everyone know all the mattresses (not including box springs) they have in-store are online and that the in-store the mattresses are marked up about $500-1000 versus online. We will either be buying the mattress we want without the warranty since it cannot be used for online items OR going with another store such as American Furniture Warehouse. So dont bother getting the warranty because it's useless and just buy what you want online, it's cheaper.
Bought a sectional with Ralph today. He carefully led me through the store inventory, getting me the best color and fabric for my family. He then helped me select an outdoor table and chairs at 40% off! I appreciate his patience and expert knowledge! Recommend

Very bad experience on Ashley super station location we end up buying a new bedroom set and mattress 10 days after we found the mattress very uncomfortable Tempur -pedic They ftold me to give it a try and if there is any problem they will work w me spoke w the store manager couple time once again he said I need more time if I still have have problem come and talk to me ,well is now two weeks no be able to get a good night sleep came to the store and talk to him and he told me that he not going to exchange the mattress there is nothing he can Do obviously didn't request money back just a different mattress .now he pull all kind of paper works where it said they will not accept any return on mattress NO ONE TOLD ME ANYTHING AT THE TIME WE PURCHASE THE MATRESS so I now loosing 4400 $ so this is how Ashley treat a repeating customer so if you buying here think twice and the manager Curtis does a good job by not keeping He's word and lies to the customer

I purchased a bedroom set in April 2017. The headboard was damaged. The repair person came out ordered a replacement said it would be a week it is now December 2017. No follow up and still waiting!!! I did call the store they were NO help.
My husband and I are new apartment owners and we had both had been recommended Ashley’s furniture for good quality furniture. We love all the different styles Ashley’s carries! So many choices and on top of that, great quality craftsmanship. We decided to head to the closest location in Mesa by superstition springs and we’re amazed by selection and the friendly atmosphere. To add to this wonderful shopping trip, ms. Monica was there to both greet and welcome us in. She was very professional but definitely very friendly and just a joy. My husband and I didn’t have a lot to spend just because we're in the process of moving and money was really tight and Monica was so awesome in trying to help us get our dream furniture! She gave us the best deal on my dream vanity and bed set that I desperately wanted. I appreciate her and of course her manager for making it happen and being so gracious and flexible. Two thumbs from both me and my husband! Thank you again.

Ashley Furniture is one of my go-to stores. They have a good signature line you can find at other retailers. Also research online to compare prices. You may find a better deal, and they will price match. There is a vast difference in quality though. Dining room chairs, dresser drawers, couch fabrics, etc. Do your research. Don't let yourself impulse buy. Always a big selection.
I was helped by a staff named Allie I believe. She was very understanding, helpful. She took the time to walk around the entire store just to make sure we saw everything they had to offer us. The check out process was very quick as well. Plus the prices are very good compared to other places I’ve gone to.

horrible service. ordered a rug 1 month ago and dealt with multiple people including sales person Thomas, manager Curtis and phone lady Krysia.. Multiple promises that it will be delivered but as of today, I have nothing. Seems like money went to waste

This Ashleys was great! We had went to the one off Ray and 48th St to begin with. After 30 minutes we still had no customer service greet us. After driving the 35 minutes to this Ashleys and walked in the door we were immediately greeted by friendly staff. Explained what had happened at the other location and they apologized profusely about what had happened. Monica was amazing! Knowledgable about everything we asked about and was not afraid to ask someone else if she didn't know. She made our visit very enjoyable. Will go back to this store for any other furniture needs.

Buyer Beware I would give them a Negative 5 stars if it was available Did you know that Ashley actually has a absolute "No Return Policy " Unfortunately they do not tell anything about it until you try to return something. I tried to return a set of end tables 1 hour after purchase to their Scottsdale location and was made aware of this ridiculously unfriendly policy. Compare that with IKEA 's one year It is OK to change your mind policy Most every other furniture store on the planet has at least some type of return policy at very least they could offer an in store credit . Stay clear of this place as there are plenty of other choices for cheap Chinese made furniture out there. I probably buy $10,000 worth of furniture a year and Ashley"s will never get another dime from me .

I went in to Ashley to buy mattresses. Thanks to Monica Lansiquot and Megan the manager. I bought mattresses and a living room set. And didn't go over my budget. They gave me great prices. Paul is an amazing salesman and was extremely informative on all the products. He helped us decide on the perfect Cal King bed set. Megan the sales manager is equally as amazing. She worked with the numbers on the financing until she got us exactly what we wanted. They even threw in two (2) sets of Cal King sheet sets for free to sweeten the deal and make us that much happier with our buying experience.
Jake and Megan took good care of us when we bought a living room set and tempurpedic mattress. They explained the options and ran through different package costs to help us understand what our choices were.
Enjoyed our experience with the two employees that helped us with our purchase. I wish more people like them worked in the same field, we would all have less headaches. I'm pretty sure that we could have gotten a better deal, but that's on me. (Furniture stores and there mark ups.)
Was very satisfied with our experience here. Maddie was our sales associate and she was very helpful. She answered all our questions and gave us the space we needed to make up our mind. She was very patient while we took forever deciding which way to go and was very helpful when asked for advice.

I have been looking at furniture for a while now and didn't really intend on buying this evening but I found a set that I really liked. Ryan was patient, helpful, answered all of my questions and took the time to explain the process and gave me SEVERAL financing options. The stores new manager Megan worked with Ryan to get me an AMAZING deal not only on the living room set but a new mattress and box spring also( SEALLY TEMPUR-PEDIC !!!! TOO). So excited to actually find a sales person that listened to what I was looking for and not pressure me into the buy. Had a great experience today buying a couch. Allie, our sales person, was incredible!! She was attentive to our wishes and needs (made sure my bad back was comfortable before we purchased) and was very open discussing different couches. Maddie, a trainee who shadowed Allie, was also great. Couldn't really tell she was a trainee. Time to lose the training wheels girl! You rock! Cannot say enough good things about Megan, the manager. Not a good selection and dated stuff
Absolutely pleased with the service I received from the minute I walked in! I had a specific idea that I was looking for a bed and price range. I had Mary M. assist me throughout the process. She gave me honest feedback and worked with me without ever feeling like she was just trying to sell me something. If anyone ever goes to this particular Ashley's furniture, I highly recommend asking for Mary Messerli to help assist you with your new purchase.
My girlfriend has a extremely bad back. The sales rep suggested we purchase a particular bed and that there was a 30 day comfort guarantee. We had it for the 30 days and my girlfriends back was so out of place she could hardly walk. I called the store to have mattress exchanged. I was told that I was misinformed and stuck with the mattress. Any other furniture store has a comfort guarantee on their beds and can exchange the bed for a different, with half the cost. Had similar issues with Ashley when I lived in Oregon. Horible customer satisfaction. I guess I feel when you pay $1200 for a bed you want to make sure its right.
Worst experience. I have been a customer of Ashley furniture for years but the location in Mesa is a joke. I was interested in a dresser, but they didn't have it on the floor for me to actually see and inspect. The sales associate ASSURED me it had 9 drawers. So I ordered it. Day of pick up, warehouse opens the box, I see the spots for the 9 drawer handles, I check the exterior for scratches and cracks. Everything looked good. Get it home, NOT 9 drawers, 2 were fake. I had the dresser maybe 2 hours and was calling 2 corporates and filled a claim. TWO HOURS after I got it. Want to know the response from CORPORATE? "There's nothing we can do, you have to call the store." What a f**king joke. And the stores response? "I'm sorry that happened, but there's nothing we can do." So now I will make sure to tell everything to not buy a thing from this location. Go to Great American Furniture. Better quality!

Very easy and painless buying experience
Helpful but not. The sales individual directed towards an area that might contain what we were looking for ( a drafting chair ), but also didn't know if that item existed anymore. Why would I be looking for it if it didn't exist. When I told them I wanted to buy a set of something three of them hopped up to assist. I get that you most likely get commission but seriously not going here ever again.

Had an AMAZING experience shopping at the superstition springs Ashley Home Store! We were pleasantly greeted by a warm, friendly and helpful sales associate who goes by M&M (Mary Messerli)! She was attentive as we described what we were looking for and patiently looked through all the photos we gathered of the space and what we were looking for. You could tell right away that she has a sharp eye for design and really good taste. That helped us narrow down our search and start honing what we want. When we couldn't make up our minds the first time we went in, we took her card and came back the next day. We have a big family with lots of different tastes so we asked for something completely different the next day and without batting a lid she calmly and patiently took us through the rest of the store. When we finally decided which sofas to go with, she even talked to her manager and got us a great deal - the cheapest anywhere! We had been to 5 different furniture stores already and they matched the price of the cheapest one. Plus, they offered us a super affordable warranty ($160 for all 5 sofas) for any accidental spills or tears for the next 5 years, which is better than any store offers! We left very happy customers and will definitely be back for our next project!

Did you know that you have a terrific salesperson by the name of Jett. When I came to the store he approached me without any "pressure." I had specific needs for sofas and what impressed me most was that he listened to me and then guided me to those sofas that met my requirements. I had settled on a sofa but had wanted my husband to test it out. We nap on our sofas so we needed to find out if this new model would fit the bill. I then went home and brought my husband back to the store. Once he tested it and reported it comfortable - we then it bought two sofas. What a nice experience. Thank you Jett for all your help.

After researching prices on a new bedroom set, I decided to go to Ashley Furniture. Jake the sales associate was friendly and not pushy, which I liked. He was very informative and helpful in making my decision easy in purchasing the set i liked. He also brought all the current promotions to my attention, which sounded very attractive so I decided to buy an extra nightstand. I even met the manager Curtis, after chatting with him about the current deals. I really felt like I got a fantastic deal for my set. I certainly will go back and recommend Jake to anyone else . Unfortunately five years later we found out we were lied to about the furniture warranty. We were sold on it because we were told that if we didn't use it, the $500 would be refunded. We were even given the number to call after five years to get the refund. This is not true. Beware of shady dealings. This was our original post. We had a great experience at this store! Mary Messerli was our sales associate. She helped us on our first visit and the following 2 times before we decided on buying a bedroom suite, mattress, TV stand, sofa and recliners. Mary was able to answer our questions and make suggestions. She showed us the best quality pieces and the best buys. Mary allowed us to browse but was there when we had questions or needed assistance. We are SO pleased with our experience and the furniture!!! We won't hesitate to shop here again.

What a CRAPPY DISHONEST STORE!!!! 1 star is too high for this place. We bought a few pieces of furniture, 1 of them came broken and another chipped a few days after we received it and continues to chip. We have been lied to by multiple people and No one has any idea of what is going on and just say things to get off the phone. The customer service has been horrible to deal with- waiting for 30mins + just to get someone on the phone just to be lied to and given the run around. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

This syore sold me a faulty mattress. Buyers beware. The mattress sinks at the foot no support and hallow after 3 months. It is weird and nothing can be done about it i spend about $800 on this mattress and cant do nothing about it other than buy somewhere else. The store reps are nice when you come in because they want you to spend but customer service with concerns SUCKS!!!!! BUYERS BEWARE!
We just now purchased all the furniture we need for a new home. Ralph Calimeri is our sales associate and he's nothing but sweet. He knows what he is talking about. He helped us through the entire shopping patiently. I strongly recommend him for anyone. Initially Mason Hunt was our associate and he was great too. This store has so many options to choose from and great customer service. Overall, I loved shopping here and definitely would come back for more business!
We recently purchased two rocker/recliners from Monica at the Ashley Store. Awesome chairs for a great price - Monica was so helpful and so friendly. The two delivery men were also extremely polite and very efficient. We are very happy with the store and our purchase.

We just purchased a bedroom set from Ashley Furniture. We were very pleased with our sales associate Jett Racobs. Picking out a bed is a very personal matter and it takes time to find just the right one. Jett was very helpful and patient while we tried out many beds until we found the one we wanted. I would not hesitate to recommend both Ashley Furniture and Jett for a sales associate. Jett listened to what we wanted and that is the mark of a quality sales rep.

The WORST! Do not under any circumstances buy a furniture protection plan they are impossible to get a hold of and when I finally did schedule a 3 HOUR window for my couches to get spot cleaned THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! I regret so much buying anything from this company. Save yourself!
My wife and I needed a couch to replace a piece of junk we mistakenly purchased a few years ago at one of those low-end discount joints. Monica Lansiquot greeted us at the Mesa Ashley store, pointed us to the right department, made herself available to answer questions (we had a lot of those) and never pushed us in one direction or another. Great, professional service. The couch was delivered exactly when promised, only two days after we put in the order, and in pristine condition. By the way, an Ashley couch and chair we bought 13 years ago are still holding up after a lot of use. Good stuff.

I can not praise this place enough. The staff is amazing and really worked with us to find something that we loved. Really like lots of the Ashley furniture selection, but sales people weren't very helpful. In fact, they were so unhelpful we decided to go somewhere else.
You people are AWESOME......everything, I mean everything is lovely and the experience with the employees above and beyond.......

Jett Racobs was very helpful. We appreciated that he did not hover while we browsed, but when we had a question or needed assistance he was right there. Jett's sales approach was not pushy, he did not steer us and answered all our questions.
Id give it 10 Stars if I could. Guest Service was amazing. All my questions were answered. I was given a full tour of the store. The purchase process was smooth and simple. Every step was explained. Delivery was fantastic. I have had issues with Ashley in the past. I was hesitant to return. Its clear they are doing better business these days. I am a very happy customer this time and will certainly return ... and recommend.
I recently purchased a Dinning room set I was told everything was in stock by the store manager sure enough it was not. Well to make a long story short the table and chairs and buffet all came in damaged, I called the store and spoke to the very rude Store Manager ( Curtis) , as matter fact they are only nice when they sell you something and when there is an issue they just leave you hanging ( I am still awaiting Curtis the store manager to call me back). The bright side is that Katie in customer service is a gem she has handled the issue, but I will say this store has lost a customer thank you Curtis.
It was a wonderful experience working with Monica. She was patient as she helped us make decisions about what furniture options to choose. The manager arranged to get everything set up through their packages. They were both very helpful when we needed to make changes to our initial order. We can't wait to get our furniture delivered. We will be shopping again at Ashley Furniture.
Mary Messerli was AWESOME to work with!! She definitely went out of her way to get us into the furniture that our whole family fell in love with :) We will definitely be going back to Mary with any future furniture purchases that we want to make. Delivery was right on time as well, definitely a plus!

Our first experience with Ashley Furniture and we rate it top notch, from the moment we walked in the door. Our salesman (Al) was very, very helpful, not pushy at all. He took a lot of time in helping us select what we were looking for. Two of the three pieces we selected were delivered to our home in just a couple of days. The third item, a chair, was schedule to be delivered in 9 days, but it was delivered 8 days early. From the salesman, through the delivery people, through the customer service people. it was a pleasant experience. We would not hesitate to do future business with Ashley.

The sales person was very nice and delivery was right on time. Two of the chairs have one short leg each and are compensated by the manufacturer having nailed a plastic pad to the bottom of the short leg. That is kinda bush league.
They use a stone age paper and pencil system for their records which is most likely the reason they are horrible at tracking deliveries and orders. I ordered some replacement parts for a chair in may and have had to call now 5 times (no joke) each time they explain that it "should" be on its way and if you dont get them call back in a few weeks. Here it is september (almost 5 months later) and still no replacement parts have arrived. Just tried to call during there normal business hours but there was no answer (not even voicemail). They need to update their technology - its seriously hurting customer record tracking abilities and customer communication. I have never bothered to write a review for any company before, but this company has just pushed me over the edge and I want other people to know what they are dealing with. This is a horrible place to get furniture and the customer service is a joke. I will NEVER shop here again.
Bought a couch about four years ago and it is already falling apart. When i got it i was sold a warranty that I was told was for everything but apparently not... I'm sorry sir but your warranty is only for the fabric. You have to buy separate warranties for everything else. Dishonest salesmen. Crappy couch. Not making this mistake again.
I have been there few times with my husband. Although their prices are expensive over all, however the quality of the furniture is good. Staff is very helpful and nice. Sometimes they do have floor samples with discounted prices. Bought a dinning table from them last Christmas which was actually a good deal. I recommend this place.
I bought a entertainment center I was very Disappointed Ashley states the design and make all there furniture after seeing the lack of quality and made over seas the stuff is junk they had to order parts i was told 10 to 14 days they we in stock 4 weeks still no show called them again now its another 4 weeks realy 2 months at least.When they make a appointment the will only give you a day not AM or PM well i have a job Its very clear they DONT care about there customers well they should lost this one
First off, let me start by saying that last July we purchased a bed and nightstand for my daughter at AFW. It was the Ashley signature dollhouse line. AFW brought the items the very next day and assembled them in my home and they're perfect not one issue. Fast forward to 5/2/15 we wanted to purchase a matching dresser and nightstand however AFW was currently out of stock of these items. We decided to go to Ashley's and purchase the items. Our salesman Roy Miller said he would lower the prices to less than AFW's to save us money blah blah. Ashley's delivery charge was $99 which seemed high roy assured us that AFW really charges more for delivery but that was a lie. The soonest delivery date was 5/27 which seemed ridiculous but we did it. Roy needed help with the computer and called over his unnamed manager who was rude as hell and condescending with roy in front of us. I had to call and reschedule the delivery because we were not going to be home. Waited on hold for 15 minutes for customer service and got a rude rep who couldn't find our order with our phone number or order # and kept insiting I was giving incorrect info despite the fact I told her that i was looking at my paperwork. She finally found my order 10 minutes later with a new order # but couldn't explain why. we got the delivery rescheduled to 5/30 and they were supposed to call 2 days ahead with our delivery window. that was a lie i had to call on 5/29 to find out the delivery window because they are "short staffed" not sure how that's my problem and if the time didn't work that too's bad since it's less than 24 hours out now I would be charged $49 to reschedule. Complete joke!! the deliver people finally show up with our pieces and the dresser has chunks of wood missing out of the drawers and on the sides, the back is barely hanging on and the drawers do not line up or close correctly. The nightstand is creaky and has gaps on it and chunks of wood missing too. we complain to the delivery people who speak little to no english and they say they can have someone come out to paint. these items do not need to be painted we need new items that are correct. the drivers leave and customer service calls a few minutes later to scheduled painting i said no and ask how to return the items, we're advised to go to the store. Get to the store and greeted by a smiling salesman the second we ask how to return something he tells us where to go and walks the other way, he didn't even offer to walk us there. We get to the return desk and are called up by a girl and then directed to another girl. We got a couple pathetic I'm sorry's and that was it. The rude manager was standing there but did not acknowledge or anything. Ashley's does not do pick ups on Sundays or Mondays so we're stuck with this garbage furniture until Saturday and then can get a refund. AFW is bringing our new items on Monday and it's even less than what Ashley's charged. Funny how that happens when we "were given such a great deal". It absolutely amazes me how this pathetic store is still in business. We have had issues with a sofa and recliner purchased here in the past as well. I will NEVER STEP FOOT IN ANOTHER ASHLEY'S AGAIN. I will shop at AFW or Roomstore which is two doors down and I caution others to do the same..
I went to Ashley Furniture for the first time hoping to find a good deal, I found a great deal instead. The staff was very helpful to me and I felt comfortable asking questions regarding the quality and prices of the furniture. I had my furniture delivered and that process also went great! I plan on shopping there again.
Ashley Furniture is very quick and easy to deal with, transactions are simple, sales is straight-forward, and deliveries are always on time and professional. Bought one piece from Ashley years ago, then a few more pieces for other rooms, and then another and another. Their furniture is top quality and much less expensive than lesser-quality furniture at other stores.
My wife and I purchased a new mattress from this locations, the salesperson Chris was very nice and no pressure. We wanted to compare prices so we left and went to mattress firm where the sales person was rude and tried pressuring us into spending almost double what we spent at Ashley. I will for sure be back to Ashley for our next furniture purchase.
This was a quality experience all the way through. From the start of the sale to the end everything was handled very professionally. The salesman was very helpful and friendly and I felt no pressure. He told me what I needed to know and handled things as a true professional. The delivery and set up was done quickly and efficiently.They were prompt and courteous.
Salesperson worked with me to get the best deal. Shipping was prompt and was delivered as expected. The sectional was very comfortable and the whole family enjoys it. Will definitely shop at this location again.
Bought a leather couch a little over 4 years ago and now it is cracking and pealing. I purchased the 5 year extended warranty plan on it so you would think they would do something about it but NO!! They said it was normal wear and the normal life span of their furniture was 4 years. If the problem was caused by us doing something to damage the couch they would cover it but due to the fact that it had warn out in 4 years they would not do a thing. Never waste your hard earned money on this junk that will not last and especially don't throw your money away on the extended warranty which is useless.
if there was negative stars I would do it, the sales staff feels like you are buying a used car full of pressure and promises, when it comes down to doing the deal they call you a lair and a cheat after you have photo proof of the price at the other Ashley store in Scottsdale. went back the next day due to the location, only to be put on a two hour hold to get the dinning set I wanted and after the salesman confirmed the price I was then confronted by the manager only to say it was not accurate, and that I needed to send it to corporate for an approval for a price, very disappointed.

The Mesa store on Southern Ave. is fortunate to have "Robin" as a salesperson. We purchased a new mattress from Robin last night. so we can't speak too much about customer service and the quality of the product yet as our mattress is supposed to be delivered tomorrow. As far as treating the customer in a professional manner, knowing the products inside / out, being personable with the customer, Robin was all that. We bought an elegant dining room set, and were quite pleased with the service. They needed a week for delivery, which went without incident. We had visited several stores looking for just the right set, and found the sales people at the other stores too aggressive for our tastes. We dealt with two Ashley's sales people for this purchase, and they were both there when we needed them, but didn't hover or pressure us to make a decision. We love the dining set - it is beautiful and sturdy. And we got a nice follow-up call from the salesperson to make sure the delivery and everything went fine. September 2010 followup - My wife discovered a crack in one of the chairs. They sent someone out, and he told us they would replace the chair back. But more than that, he inspected all the other chairs and told us there was one more that looked like it was starting to crack, so they are replacing that back also. I was impressed.
