Jermaine was outstanding! Pleasant personality, very knowledgeable and very professional. Jermaine was very efficient, as I had my husband with me and he likes to shop quickly! Bought bedroom set with “white glove delivery and set up” for guests to have while visiting from out of town. One piece arrived with missing parts and was finally replaced the day my guests left the following week. Despite several conversations with Ashley’s foreign based customer service department, I was told I needed to speak with the store manager. I left 3 messages for him and have yet to hear back.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING!!!! Just in case you don’t know Ashley’s doesn’t have a return policy even though you are told you have 3 days. Maybe Jesse at this location was lying to make a sale. They will Cancel orders without telling you and don’t refund your money unless you show up in store several times. Don’t even bother calling corporate, they will “connect” you to the store and then get rerouted back into the system. Or they give you the store number that puts you back into corporate number. The only way to resolve anything is to have go into a location several times!

Helpful staff. I wish Ashley would allow purchase of floor furniture and that one could order furniture to be delivered to the local store at no cost. As it is now, delivery is $100 with no option to take home furniture from the store. Overall, good value and good furniture.

We purchased few items from this store recently that includes 4 bar tools. These bar tools are not stable- workmanship issue. 3 are bad out of 4. We went to the store, requested for exchange to different type. They refused and told us no exchange policy. We have no confidence that the same type would work. If anyone buy anything, please make100% sure that you like it and it is good. As I said , no exchange policy in Ashley.

I've been a long time customer. this time was different. delivery people dropped my sofa off the truck causing damage. when we tried to get them to take it back they didn't speak English and they were late so they showed up 7:45pm on a Saturday. so no one to call. now we are having to deal with repairs on a sofa we paid for to be new. they've lost a customer at this point as they have refused to replace it.

I purchased this recliner loveseat in store for 1200.00 plus delivery. The floor model was a sand color which I really liked. Delivery was to be 2.5 weeks out and was then postponed by the company for another week. So almost a month after the purchase it was delivered, I tipped the delivery guys who did great, but I was standing there looking at it thinking something was off with the color. I promptly went to the store with pictures of it and realized they delivered the wrong color. The girl at the customer service desk was really snotty about it and said I will be contacted within 72 hrs for someone to come look at it. I found my salesman who then looked at the pictures and knew something was wrong. He reached out, 72 hrs later to check up on things and, once I told him I had been ghosted, told me someone would reach out within 72 hrs again. Upon his request, I sent a picture of the SKU, which somehow matched the taupe/grey color I had been delivered? The next day I was sent an email stating that since the SKU’s matched, no one will be coming out and the case is closed. What a bunch of BS! I will never recommend this company or deal with it again!!! I’m not given the option to post pictures otherwise I would.

Ashley’s website states a 30 day return policy. I went in store to see the color of the pieces I was interested in purchasing. The sales agent offered to order it for me on her iPad. The pieces shipped from a warehouse for a $99 delivery fee. I needed to return the pieces after 20 days and they refused. They stated there is no return policy if you purchase in store. I was never informed of this policy. I spoke to the store manager, Ashley Corporate office and Consumer Affairs and everyone said there is a no return policy for items purchased in store. Everyone stuck strong to the policy and refused to return my items. Never will I consider Ashley again. One star is too high.

My experience in store was very good, but then it went downhill. They arranged for an outside service to deliver my furniture and that was where it all went wrong. There were communication errors between the store and the delivery service which resulted in my entire order being canceled. It took three weeks for me to get a refund and it still wasn’t right. I am now 5 weeks out and still waiting for the balance of my money.

We purchased a white head and footboard for our guest bedroom, accompanied by two matching night stands that were also white in color. We LOVE the way the bedroom looks !!! We also purchased a California King mattress and box spring to complete the set! My daughter visited last week and commented about what a comfortable bed this is !!!! Nicely done Ashley!!!!

Honestly pretty terrible experience. The first delivery came on the wrong day and incomplete. Then the delivery driver informed me the table was completely scratched from end to end. After reordering and waiting a couple weeks, the next table couldn't even be closed due to a major defect in the hidden leaf part of the table. Granted it was not an expensive dining set but obviously there are quality assurance issues. Then the store had the nerve to call and try to save the sale after I refused another reorder and requested a refund. I really do not blame the sales person but it is just a poor practice when I had already been inconvenienced twice and just wanted to be done with the whole order. If planning to order furniture from this store, just be prepared to inspect all items thoroughly.

I had the worst experience with this store and would not recommend it to anyone under any circumstances. They sold me a couch that was too large for my unit even though I provided dimensions straight off the bat. Even though this was their mistake they made it impossible to switch it out. I was on the phone with managers and going in to multiple store locations trying to sort it out all while having a couch that I plan on returning. It then took them about 2 or so weeks to get me my new couch. All together this whole thing lasted about a month and I ended up having to spend extra money because of the mistake. Do not recommend!

Inconsiderate and incompetent describes the personnel we encountered at the Frank Lloyd Wright store. Never ever again will we go there. This is now the second time things have been screwed up.

We purchase a couch from this location 4 years ago and we are excited to be upgrading our home with Ashley. 10/10 recommend asking for Jermain!

Partial delivery. I was notified by the driver that part of my order was on backorder, curious to why I wasn't notified before the arrival of my items. I wasted my time today and now I have to waste more time on another day. I would like my delivery money back since Ashley did not make good on their end. When I tried to call customer service, its handled by a call center that has no authority to fix a situation.. its like talking to a wall.. and my rep actually laughed while I was on the phone. I hope that if you plan to order anything from this business that it shows up and in one piece.. otherwise it is a nightmare to receive a solution!! They didnt value my time and laughed in my face! Will never see a dollar more from me or anyone I can share my story with!!

I have purchased a lot of furniture from this store. I recently purchased a dining room table and chairs which was supposed to be assembled upon delivery. When the delivery truck arrived I was told that it had not been scheduled to be assembled. I was moving that following Monday so it was imperative that the set be put together before the movers picked it up as it was going in to storage for the following 3 months. When I called to get the problem rectified, I was assured that someone would be out within a few days to get it assembled. That did not happen. The set was moved still in the box and unassembled. We just moved to our new home last week, opened the box and the table and chairs were the wrong color. No one at Ashley would help rectify the problem immediately after delivery and no one is helping now. I'm being told that once it was signed for it was no longer their problem. Bruce was my saleman who I immedicately called when the delivery came and was not being assmbled. No answer from him and no return call. I will NEVER purchase anything from Ashley again.

HORRIBLE SCAMMERS. Go somewhere that actually has a return policy or is at least honest about their policies. DO NOT accept the salesperson's description of the return policy or trust them with anything. They simply won't tell the truth. We tried to return our loveseat within 24 hours of delivery and they wouldn't do it. The delivery guy said we had up to 7 days to return it. When I called the store, they just said "sorry for the miscommunication." Also, the employees will follow you around the store to pressure you into buying something because they work off commission. We were "helped" in the store by employees Melissa and Jermain. Disgusting, sleazy, and deceptive people who just want a sale. I will never be back. I really wish I would have looked up the reviews for this place before. Save your money and time and go absolutely anywhere else.

Shopping in this location was smooth and welcoming. Laura did a great job of letting us browse with out breathing down our necks, but was there if we had questions.

Terrible customer service. The lady on the phone who handles parts does not have the training she needs. We have a discontinued bed frame that we need hardware for. She didn't want to even see if they can help me obtain the hardware for that frame. It is very likely the same hardware was used for the next model. Of course she would not check. Maybe this is a tactic to get you to upgrade and purchase the newest model. Shop somewhere else.

We will never buy from Ashley again. If you do, DO NOT let them scam you into a warranty. They WILL NOT honor it even if it’s in their contract, they will weasel their way out and say it’s not under warranty. Our toddler got a stain on the couch, we submitted a claim the next day and they refuse to honor that warranty even though it’s within the 5 year timeframe of purchase. It’s a joke

I wish I could give 0 stars. Do NOT buy from Ashley Furniture, let alone purchase their protection plan. I spent $1000 on a table at the end of 2022, including $100 insurance. I called in to submit a claim for a new table top due to some scratches I noticed, and they don’t tell you about all these one off rules that exclude you from receiving a replacement of your item. I will absolutely never purchase anything here again.

I went to the store and purchased a dining set on Sept 1st. Before paying for the order, I specifically asked the salesman about the delivery date and explained we don’t have a dining table now and need the dining set ASAP. He checked his iPad and told me 5 to a maximum of 10 business days for the delivery. I agreed. Today is Sept 16th, we still did not receive the completed set. I called Ashely customer service and asked for the updates on my order, and being told the order was out of stock and that if I still wanted it, we needed to wait until Oct 8th for the new stock. I told the person this was not what we had been promised and we could not wait for one more month, I asked for a reason and solution. She told me sometimes the sales team may just give empty promises to customers without checking the system for stock information. The only option she gave to me was to contact the local store and return the piece we received and get a refund. I googled the store number and called, but the phone number 480-812-4662 still directed me to the same call center and I had to stay on the phone for another 15 minutes and explain the situation to a new agent again. The second agent was polite and understanding of the situation, she created a case number for us and I’m still waiting for a solution. Overall, bad experience shopping there. Case number: 9708619 After one more week of contacting customer service, nothing was solved. I just sent another follow-up email to customer service, which may not get any response from Ashley Furniture. Can someone please respond or process the refund?

I purchased a living room set from Ashely Furniture in Scottsdale, Arizona in August 2019. I bought a 5-year protection plan with it, for $320. The salesman said that if we didn't make any claims on the plan after the 5-year term, we would get store credit for the plan. Fortunately we have liked the furniture and its quality and we never needed to submit a claim against the warranty plan. However, now that I am trying to get store credit for the plan, I have been getting the runaround by Ashley Furniture. Basically they and the underwriter of the plan, GBS/ProtectAll, are giving me the runaround. I've made 10 calls to both of them over the last 3 weeks. Each one says that its up to the other to honor the plan. It's clearly a scam and I'm not going chase it down any longer. It's not worth getting an attorney to resolve because that'll cost me more than $320. It's sad that merchants rip consumers off like this. I will never again purchase from Ashley Furniture or any of their subsidiaries and if I buy furniture elsewhere and they offer a protection plan from GBS/ProtectAll, I certainly won't buy it.

The item displayed in the store was not the same item when they delivered to me.

While the salespeople are very personable, the company itself is completely disorganized. After purchasing a piece of furniture, and being told at that time that it was “in stock” and would be delivered the following week, we then received a call a few days before it was to be delivered, saying that it was on back order. The delivery was rescheduled to today, and now we are being told that it wasn’t put on the truck. If you actually want to receive the furniture you order, you might want to shop somewhere else.

I recently worked with Jesse Dixon to purchase a couch, and he was incredibly helpful in ensuring that the layout would work perfectly in our new living room. Jesse was patient throughout the process, providing an online order option when we were ready to move forward. I truly appreciate his sales approach—this location is fortunate to have him. I'll be recommending my friends to come here specifically to work with Jesse!

My husband and I bought a lot of furniture from this location a few years back. They used to be great, but since have gone down hill tremendously. A few years back we were given a $100 gift card from the manager when we were in the store. We have been saving it as we wanted to use it on something special and useful. Now that we have a baby on the way, I went in yesterday to use the gift card. The gal at the front desk said they no longer are excepting the gift cards, even though it says no expiration on the card. That is not right at all. In addition to this, you can't buy anything from the store itself. If you go in there- they only will ship it to your house, so you can't get anything same day. I will never be shopping here again and will tell family members that we don't recommend either.

Horrendous. Leaked all of my address and everything and did not offer anything. Absolutely nightmare. Unfortunate. Jesse is great. Wish that I could’ve been taken care of in any way for spending a ton of money and proved to The in store team who said this was awful. And got zero sort of compensation in any way. Frightening truly. Random numbers now have my address.

A Nightmare at Ashley Furniture: My Return and Customer Service Experience. My experience with Ashley Furniture was nothing short of a nightmare. I purchased a living set that, upon delivery, turned out to be significantly different color than what i see from the store.When I attempted to return the set, I was met with a series of obstacles that made the process incredibly frustrating. Here are some of the negative aspects of my experience: * Return Process: You have to return/reject your furniture upon a delivery. They don't give enough time to inspect. Also they damaged my wall during the delivery process. Overall, my experience with Ashley Furniture was extremely disappointing. would caution others against purchasing from Ashley Furniture, especially if you are concerned about the return policy and customer service.

We went to the Ashley Store in Scottsdale and had the privilege of working with Tammy. Within 20 minutes we purchased an entire bedroom set. The only reason we made this last minute purchase was because of Tammy.

DO NOT SPEND MONEY AT THIS STORE, they have NO RETURN POLICY FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. We called immediately within 24 hours of delivery and were told "sorry" we don't accept any returns. This is in conflict with the 72 hour return policy posted on the Ashley furniture website. They are a franchise that chooses to not offer any ability for returns for any reason. Within 24 hours we called in to return our couch that was delivered, because we noticed a jagged structural peice of the back of the couch was pointing outward nearly tearing the fabric, and also creating a safety hazzard for our small kids. This not only shows that the couch has no structural integrity, and is a huge safety concern, I wouldn't even be suprised if the couch model itself is worthy of recall considering the risk of injury it poses. Zero accountability, or repect for customers, or integrity in offering quality product. Read other reviews and you will see the same sentiment echoed. This is unacceptable and no one should make the mistake of doing business with these dishonest people.

I was welcomed by Catherine. I gave a list of things I needed for my MOM residence, told her my budget that I wish not to go over my limit. She understood and met all my needs, my mother was with me. Kathryn Buck should be fired from your store immediately. She was so incredibly rude to our family when we requested a specific date our furniture be delivered, and eventually started insulting us and calling us names. She left us many threatening emails and calls as well. I am going to be filing a complaint through BBB if you guys don’t let her go because she is an evil and scary person to buy furniture from.

We worked the location on Mayo Blvd. We bought a dining room set and six chairs on Saturday July 6, 2024. When I got home, I noticed my card was charged twice. I called the store on Monday to get one of the charges removed, a representative advised they would remove the charge; a week went by and the charge was not removed, I called back and the same rep advised they forgot to remove the charge but did so on the second call, one week later. The table was delivered on July 17, 2024, the table looked great but the chairs were full of scuff marks and scratches not seen in the store display model. One hour after delivery, I went back to he location and I was welcomed by the front staff and salespeople, except for one woman named Bianca, who I was directed to to discuss the purchase I had just made and that was just delivered. She treated me with little to zero respect and seemed like I was bothering her. Her behavior was extremely unprofessional and acted disgusted when I would ask her for help. I genuinely was appalled to receive the amount of disrespect. The chairs, to the table set I had purchased, were delivered with very grainy, rough edges whereas the chairs I was shown in the store were not. When I went back into the store to discuss the concern I had with the chairs, Bianca did not want to hear about the complaint or provide a resolution, but rather stated since “we bought the chairs, it was now our problem”. A manager overheard her tone and rhetoric, and came over to listen to my concerns and offer to inspect the chairs to find a resolution to the issue. I would not recommend anybody to work with the representative Bianca as once a sale is made she does not care or follow-up on the customer satisfaction.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Worst experience I’ve ever had. I order a part in April, had to follow up multiple times because I STILL haven’t got my order as we are now in July. You’ve been warned. Go at your own risk.

Honestly, I really want to leave a one star for the service I encountered but I’m leaving two stars because I am happy with one of the peices I got from them. However, the quality of the peices isn’t how it looks in the store. They assured me I’d get my pieces delivered within the week and gave me a delivery date. The only reason why I bought from them is because I needed pieces asap to furnish a home as quickly as possible to set it up as a rental and they assured me I’d get it in time. Once delivery day came, I stayed home waiting all day. I called the store at the end of the day as well as the associate I worked with, I could not get through. I had to stop in the store the next day and they already knew they made a mistake. They put it in the system several days after I purchased it and they had an adjusted delivery date but didn’t even bother to follow up with me on that. They assured me it’d come on time this time because I wanted to cancel my entire order and they also gave me a further discount, so I gave them another chance. One of the pieces was too big for my home so I sent it back. I was told I’d get a refund right away - from talking to Ashley’s over the phone and from the delivery drivers. Instead the store location kept calling me to sell me on another item instead of refunding, which I declined and said to refund me. A week and a half later, I still haven’t received my refund. I spoke to them today and they said they JUST processed it, even though they told me a week and half ago, they processed it. On top of that, they gave me a refund price that was several hundred below of what I actually paid for. So now I’m having to remind them once again of their mistakes. It’s constant back and forth games with them. And on top of all of that, the bed I purchased from them is claimed to be California king/king — yet it won’t fit either king or California king. I have to squeeze in a king mattress on there because queen is too small on the sides for that bed. They use rails that’s both for queen/king. Don’t waste your time with this place, it’s such an unnecessary headache.

Five Stars for the Table, Zero Stars for Patience-Testing Delays (and Customer Service) Let me start by saying, the table we ordered itself is beautiful. Absolutely stunning. It would be the centerpiece of any home... if you managed to live that long waiting for it to arrive. The sales rep boasted a breezy "4-6 week" lead time. Perfect! I could picture family dinners already, laughter echoing around this gorgeous new table. Six weeks turned into six months. My calls were met with a delightful game of "customer service hot potato," where I bounced between disinterested representatives who offered nothing but vague reassurances and hollow apologies. If you're looking for a stunning table and a crash course in existential dread, this is the store for you! Just be sure to stock up on instant ramen and patience pills. Lots and lots of patience pills.

I ended up speaking with the sales associate Bruce and he was very accommodating and knowledgeable. I said I would come to the store to discuss and finalize my purchase. Bruce even offered to stay after his scheduled time to accommodate my needs. He was very helpful and understanding of my needs for comfort within the mattress. Bruce pointed out some things about side sleeping and from there, made great suggestions and recommendations. He even gave me some great deals on my entire purchase. If you are in the market for anything furniture related please check out this store and absolutely ask for Bruce. He was a pleasure to work with.

Not coming back. I went in a week or so ago. Spoke to a guy as I was walking and told him I was just browsing. He said "cool" an that was it. Found a piece I liked and asked him for inventory status and delivery times and he gave me a delivery of about a week out. I said I'd keep shopping for something as I had an immediate need and he said "cool". 5 stars at this point. After shopping a few days I decided the piece I wanted an their delivery time was acceptable so I went to the website to order. The website did not have the discout the store offered and the website delivery times were about a week later than I was told in the store. No problem. I'll just swing by the store on my lunch break, find my guy, confirm some prices and dates, pay and be on my way. Still 5 stars at this point. So I go to buy the piece I orignally wanted. That was a done deal. My wife wanted a dresser for our bedroom. We had researched the prices, the materials the dressers were made from, the country of origin, the warranty, online reviews, etc... I wasn't 100% happy but for the price.... I'd buy it. I just wanted to look at a couple of pieces we had fully researced on the internet. Snap some photos, give my wife my opinion and get her feedback before I decided to buy. So in I go. I was met by a lady with an accent...she seemed familiar but I couldnt place her. I told her "I don't need help, I am going to buy a TV stand". Then pointed in the general direction of the TV stand I was coming to purchase. Then I told her "just want to look at. couple of dressers before I do". This seemed to irritate her a bit. She followed me around the store and I don't think there was an interval over 120 seconds where she didn't try to speak to me. Finally, I just started ignoring her. She walked away and started talking to another guy who then started to talking to me about what I was doing there. At this point, I didn;t have a solid 2 uninterruped minutes to text with my wife about what to purchase and what to not. So I just left. I have never felt so harrased while shopping in my life....execept once before...Copenhangen was running a sale before they reorged the store so I was going ot buy a bedroom suite and I left because the sales lady was harrasing the hell out of me and didnt purchase it. I am 99.987% sure it was the same lady who harassed me today at Ashley. I knew I recognized her. She had a thick accent so maybe it's cultural but to managnemnt please let her know there are poeple who spends hours on the internet researching every molecule of a purchase who just want to be left the hell alone.

Update after days of dedicated searching they found my keys love these people Would definitely give this place ten stars if i could. Went in here to purchase a dining table and got one on sale for 150$ less then i expected. Unfortunately for me I lost my keys.. but they stepped up with out me even asking and helped me look for 3 hours in the store non stop flipped all their couches in the store . they were also friendly to my brother with autism and gave us water and made sure we were taking care of. Would highly recommend these guys. they love their jobs and love the customers!

When this first occurred, they sent out a technician who said, it "looks to be a case that can not be fixed." He went on to say, he will make some adjustments however, IF this falls a part again, to call him and they will replace the bed all together. Well little to my surprise NOT even 3 days later the bed fell a part ONCE again. I called customer service and they said, the previous "technician" stated there wasn't anything wrong with the bed. Due to this all they could do was send out another technician to "take another look." They sent another person to our home who didn't lift the mattress - all he did was lay on the floor and looked under the bed and diagnosed the problem. Essentially it looks fine - just need to replace the slats.. which makes no sense as it came a part at the foot board. He was completely unprofessional and rude. At this point I do not feel safe with these technicians coming into my home. Note: Each time they schedule a technicians this it takes two weeks someone out. So although we spent all of our hard earned money my SICK husband and I have to sleep on the floor. Bianca with support was extremely disrespectful to my husband and I - totally disregarded our concerns. I feel like I was cheated out the money that my sick husband and I spent on this furniture and saddened by the way we were treated. WE need a complete refund & need to speak with someone from Corporate asap!!!! Please do not respond with one of those generic responses "sorry to hear - contact us at email.." I need your corporate office to call me ASAP. I am not playing anymore games. We have been compliant - now it's time for your company to deliver on your promise.

My 75 year old mother bought a chair for over $1,000 and they didn't have the nerve to tell her about their 72 hour return policy when she bought it. She called the store after only having it for 5 days to let them know how she is in a lot of pain trying to sit in her new recliner. The one she sat in at the store did not feel the same. She feels like she is sitting on a bar and it hurts. The store said they would call her in a day a two to set up an appointment to have a technician take a look at it and she is still waiting for the call. All she wants to do is return this uncomfortable chair that is giving her pain. Where is customer satisfaction when you need it?

I received damaged/unusable furniture from this Ashley and they will not help me at all. I called 5 separate times, each time being promised that someone would reach out to resolve the issue. It's been 2 weeks and no one has ever reached out. There was always an excuse from "someone at the store forgot to respond to the claims department's questions" to "I don't have an answer for you someone will reach out and there is no one to contact until then.” Eventually they forwarded me this internal email between them and their claims department, where the claims employee literally tells them "Any refunds or replacements are not able to be completed by our dept" but the North Scottsdale location passes the blame onto them. I would not recommend shopping here, if something arrives broken, you're going to be stuck with it.

Worst customer service EVER!! We ordered a sectional sofa and dining set. Had to change the delivery address and the customer care team on the phone flat out lied after never updating the address. They confirmed the delivery date/time. After driving 2.5 hours to be at the residence for the delivery we were called by the care team to inform us the delivery date would be changed (AFTER the driver called us to confirm our address, telling my husband he would be there in an hour). Tried to call the Scottsdale store, hoping they would be helpful and were anything but helpful. Even the order cancellation process after exceptionally poor customer service has been nothing short of painful. Don’t ever do business with this company!

Wasted 220 dollars . I ordered a bed for my child . The bookcase showed up, it was literally paper glued together. Calling it cardboard would be a compliment. Such a piece of poo . Such horrible quality. The bed came today , the box weighed NOTHING. I called to return, and I was told "once you order it, there's no return " Such a scam . I should had known better than buying something sight unseen . I am completely dissatisfied with Ashley. Never again will I purchase from them.

As of writing this review I have not yet received delivery of our furniture. The review is just for the I store service which I received. The sales associate was very attentive and efficient. We were very pleased with our I store experience.

Haven't been to Ashley's for a long time. This day, we had gone to 4 other high-end stores looking for a sofa. We walked in here, was met by an employee who kindly greeted us, and answered our questions. She didn't stalk us. With in an hour, wr had purchased a sofa and chair. Delivery was made to our home by day 3. Delivery guys were prompt, clean and very professional. They took away all the wrappings, too.

Bruce was very helpful and directed me to all of the options that would work. He answered all of my questions and wasn't pushy.

The 5 year furniture protection plan is a scam! My sofa is fully paid off, but missing 3 pillows that cannot be repaired because the damage is near the seam . .. was told the protection plan covers "EVERYTHING".... now I'm told it doesn't... I have requested a refund of the $319.99 that I paid for the "5 year protection plan .... Think I'm getting the run-around... My "case has been under "review" for 6 days now . And my pillows need to be repaired!😡

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Sales girl flat out lied to us in order to make the sale and when we confronted her about it she was unbelievably rude. We ended up cancelling our order and going to AFW where they were helpful, truthful and delivered as promised.

Spacious, clean, bright and well stocked showroom. Greeted immediately when entering the store and given locations of different styles and types of furniture. Salesperson Catherine Salas saw we were focused on a sleeper sofa and came to assist us. She was very helpful with demonstrating the sofas features and completing the sale and scheduling delivery.

Customer service was great in the store and then the furniture never arrived. No communication about delays, yet the delays kept coming. After waiting for 3 months we finally cancelled our order when we still had no idea when the furniture would arrive.

I have been to multiple furniture stores and left empty handed. Right when I started to think I wouldn’t find anything I’m looking for, we went to Ashley’s. I was able to find everything to fill my apartment and, more than what we were looking for at a fraction of what the other stores were charging. We could not have furnished our home so effortlessly without the help of Laura and Josh. These two are fantastic! We had a great selection of choices and the value is incomparable! We were done in one day!

Don't waste your time with this place, absolutely worst customer service I've experienced. Went in and specifically asked the girl to show us what they had available in stock for "immediate" (within the next few days) delivery as my daughter was moving into a new apartment and needed living room furniture ASAP. Before I paid for a sofa/loveseat/ottoman set she told me it could be delivered that week. Once we made the purchase it changed to "next week" because there was no delivery slots open. A few days later I get a call that the loveseat wasn't available, but the sofa and ottoman could be delivered next week and the loveseat would come later. I was perfectly fine with that as she'd at least have something to sit on. The day before delivery I get a call that they would have to reschedule another week out as only the ottoman was now available and the delivery person flat out told me that the salesgirl lied to me. When I got the salesgirl on the phone to discuss the issue she nonchalantly told me that she had no idea who called me and that I "shouldn't listen to anybody there as they had no idea what they were talking about" (???) When I asked how on earth you run a business where three different people told me three different things...none of them correct apparently...and reminded her that our specific goal was to only purchase something available immediately her response was that I could just cancel the order. Done. What a waste of time, I wouldn't buy from this store again if they were the last place on earth selling furniture. The delays and inconvenience I could have dealt with, but the absolute uncaring and deceitful attitudes of all involved were not OK and I won't ever be going back.

We purchased some couches and a chair. When we asked the salesperson what the return policy, they said, if the furniture doesn't work you have 7 days and a restocking fee. They delivered on a Sat, I went in on Sunday to say we did not like the furniture in our home, and then we were told all sales are final. As I was leaving the store I heard two salespeople joking about another customer that was unhappy with their selection, but were stuck with it. When I was on the phone with the store they said they heard back from corporate on Wed (this was Sat) and corporate said, too bad so sad. Then I said, that this was shotty service, and the customer service rep said, "If you are going to cuss at me I am hanging up on you." He did. Here is what is shady about this store: 1. The salesperson gave me false information. 2. I ended up ordering online and there was no receipt sent (and nothing in writing until after I requested it) regarding the real return policy. 3. 3 customer service members said they would investigate and get back to me and never did. 4. The person who eventually called me back, Luke, almost gloated about my situation. He had zero intent on helping me out or taking it to an actual supervisor. Very expensive lesson learned, I will never step foot in there again!

Not good sales lady did not offer me 0% for 12 to 60 months. Then backed out the transaction and caused other issues so I bought my purchase somewhere else.

This review is less about this specific Ashley store and more about the Ashley Furniture model. This store is always well kept and clean and the employees don't constantly badger you. However, that's the most nice thing I can say. I bought a coffee table and a side table and the quality is average. I was not informed until I was literally about to insert my card to pay that if I chose to pick up from the warehouse, my items would be non-returnable . So I either had the option of paying $40 for delivery, then another $40 if I want to return my item, or no return whatsoever. I had researched tables and was confident I wanted this table so I chose to pick up my item from the warehouse. DO NOT DO THIS especially if you're in the north Scottsdale area. The warehouse is so inconveniently located and the employees there seemed surprised that I had come in. It's worth it to pay the delivery fee. I had to schedule my pick-up so they knew I was coming, yet it still took 15 minutes for them to bring my items out to me. I had to physically inspect my item before I signed for it, stating that I accepted it as-is and could not return it. of course, everything is still in the box so all I saw was a small section of the top of the table. Once I got it home, I noticed that the corners of the table were poorly painted but unfortunately, I cannot do anything about it. If I had to do this again, I would definitely pay the delivery fee and take the time to open all boxes before the delivery people left.

I had a great experience when purchasing my love seat. We were greeted at the door, and the salesman (Jermaine?) just said to reach out if he could help. None of the sales reps were pushy and the manager worked with delivery dates!

What kind of furniture store doesn’t have a return policy or accept returns once an item has been delivered? I was never made aware that I couldn’t return something after it’s been delivered. This is the last time I’ll ever be shopping at Ashley’s and will be telling all my family and friends about the horrible experience. Oh and the delivery guys broke one of my frames bringing my furniture up which I was willing to just let go. Horrible customer service and delivery. 0 stars.

One chair has cracked wood and many sharp staples are sticking out of the bottom of the table. I was told a technician would call within 72 hours and still waiting. I’m anxious to get this fixed as I have out of state company arriving on Tuesday.

I will always recommend Ashley Furniture to friends, and family. P.S we removed the two accent chairs, BRADNEY A3000324, because non were available or Ashley Furniture was out-of-stock. Please help me with this part of my order. I was so very disappointed to learn that this accent chair wouldn’t be available until March (worst case scenario in 12-weeks). The President Day sale maybe over by the time this chair is available for order and delivery. Thank you for all your assistance during this purchase.

We bought a couch we were told would fit only for the delivery driver to not even attempt the delivery. We bought a TV stand and it came out of the box warped and bent to the point where assembly is not possible. To this point, replacement of the TV stand has been a proccess over a week already with no end in sight. I've honestly received better quality from a walmart TV stand. Sales people are friendly but definitely work on commission as they were hesitant to issue a refund.

Laura provided excellent customer service! We were in and out within the hour. She was courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. I appreciated that she stepped away as we discussed the purchase. No pressure.

Our delivery happened on time with all our promised pieces! Our drivers were professional, on time, and courteous (Seemingly near impossible challenge for some companies these days). Our furniture was exactly what we expected and we couldn’t be happier!

One of the worst store for furniture shopping. They will sell you warranty and charge you for every service you take with them. There is a guy in suit, forgot his name, but he will claim to have million dollars in sales and try to sell everything but once you are out of the store they are done with you. One of the worst customer service ever.

I expected better customer service and regret the lack of professionalism displayed during our interaction. I would not recommend visiting this store based on this negative encounter.

We ordered a bedframe and an accent table. The accent table was damaged. We called the store and they said they would send out a technician to take a look at it. He tried to repair it, but it looked worse. We asked if we could just have a replacement or our money back and were told "no replacements no refunds" they are supposed to send another technician out to see if he can repair it. When you pay $700 for a piece of furniture you expect it to be in perfect shape. Why should we have to accept a damaged piece of furniture? If Ashley Furniture doesn't make this right I will NEVER shop there again.

SUCH bad quality. We got 6 dining chairs from here. They sold us on “the quality”, however, this is the farthest thing from the truth. 2/6 chairs had seats that were puckered so they made noises every time you sat down. And two more had the screw inserts coming out so the screws would just spin in the legs so you couldn’t even put them together. They sent a tech out and of course he couldn’t fix it so they sent us two new chairs put together. So funny - they took the faulty chairs, they’re so cheap and probably gonna sell them to some poor souls. We then went to to adjust the height on the bottom of the legs of the chairs (the little screw to keep it from wobbling) and noticed the legs were sooooo poorly put together that they were wiggling. My husband then discovered they had the same acre insert fault as the last ones! We then called and they said they’d send us two new legs. We haven’t heard from them in weeks and I just called and they said they won’t have the part until maybe the end of November. SO FRUSTRATING! The lady on the phone was also so weird. She didn’t even say bye. Super disappointed that we spent money here. Never again!!

Last Sunday I stopped to look at Swivel Rocker Recliners. My decision to purchase one at the Gilbert, AZ store on Williamsfield Rd was based on several things. My salesman, Jeffrey Smith was a large part of the process. He was laid back and had answers to all my questions. I sat in the chair for quite some time speaking with Jeffrey. He listened like he was really interested in my story (I had lost my mother recently). When I finally said, now you know all about me, He gave me a quick synopsis of his journey, which I completely enjoyed! He helped me with a solution to dispose of my old item as well. He was a real pleasure to work with and Ashley is lucky to have him. Because of my experience with Jeffrey, I will happily recommend this store and Jeffrey. I also used Cosmo's to deliver and remove my old chair. He was on-time, through and wonderful to have in my home. He will be recommend as well. An all around terrific experience! Great location and very friendly staff. I encourage to ask for Jovell! 5/5 stars. He finds the best ways to find and service in what you need and his accommodations are spectacular. Manager Josh is as well incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. OK yeah

We were delighted to have Vartan as our sales person to help us. We were looking for a twin sleeper sofa and Vartan made it so easy for us to make the decision. He helped us by showing different models on the floor which helped us narrow our decision making process. He is extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and we couldn’t help purchasing the product right then an there. Overall, an awesome experience!

By far THE WORST customer service experience I’ve ever had. I’m not going to go into detail, because it’s so convoluted that it would be an ordeal to read. I’ll summarize it as this: no two departments at this company have the same information. It’s obvious there is no corporate SOP for the way certain things are handled. And considering the “certain things” I’m talking about is “ordering a replacement cushion”, that’s a pretty major problem. Store refers me to online. Online refers me to store. Both tell me each is impossible. One finally decides it’s possible, and almost four months later, I still don’t have the part I paid for. I can’t get status updates without calling the store so they can email someone else and maybe/maybe not ever follow up with me. Store frequently promises callback and almost never does. The old lady with the New York/Jersey accent at the store is oblivious to pretty much everything. She tells me things that categorically aren’t true, making me waste time driving 40 minutes to the store for someone else to tell me “no”. I did get a response a month ago that the cushion was delivered to the wrong address, and was told it was reordered with the corrected address, only to call in today and be told they still have the wrong address on file. They said they’d call customer service to get an update on the order and that I’d have to wait. I asked “can’t I just have it delivered to the store?” They replied “only oversized orders that UPS can’t deliver get shipped to the store.” So naturally, I decided to call CS myself. I spent 28 minutes on hold for an agent to create a case #. 28 minutes… only for her to say “please wait one moment while I contact the store”. I asked “why are you contacting the store?” And she tells me “those type of items are supposed to be delivered to the store, not to the house” Every single call I make contradicts answers I get from the previous call. Every single one. Get it together, you’re embarrassing yourselves.

I needed all new furniture for my 3000 sq ft home, as I recently relocated back to the Valley. I was blessed when I was connected with Jesse a Team Salesperson at Ashleys. He was super knowledgeable and was able to walk me through the store while recommending different styles and options, based on my needs. I was in and out in less than 1 hour. I scheduled my delivery for a few days later and upon arrival, Adrian and his Team had everything unpacked and set up in less than 2.5 hours. They were super professional! Josh the GM was awesome in helping facilitate everything in an expedited fashion. Would I recommend you shop at Ashley's? Absolutely, but only if you are looking for an Amazing Journey! I was and received every ounce of this! Thanks Again to the TEAM at Ashleys and look forward to purchasing more furniture in the future!

Do yourself a favor and go to AFW or Living Spaces. I was sold a couch here that was different than what I received. The couch I got had a different filler than what was in the store. I confirmed when I went back to the store and checked the inside of the couch i looked at. I submitted a case to get a different couch but was told I could not get a replacement or credit. The couch is brand new and Ashley's will do nothing to accommodate. Not even buying back a brand new couch at a discount. Customer Service was horrible when interacting over the phone and they will keep stringing you along until you give up. Should've listened to previous reviews...

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! We drove 3 hours to purchase a mattress and realized after getting home that the mattress we needed was 6 inches shorter in height than the one we bought. Per the receipt, “ merchandise picked up from one of our locations may be returned in its original condition within 72 hours of receipt, otherwise all sales are final”. Today is 72 hours at of 6pm. We were told by manager Rick after calling that all mattress sales are final when that is not listed or stated whatsoever online or on the back of the receipt. The sales rep, Laura Sharp, also did not mention such thing to my husband upon purchase. Pretty ridiculous how they expect us to read between the lines when we are going off what the receipt says and there is no mention of final sales with mattresses, mind you that the mattress is unused and brand new. This store, and the manager has terrible customer service and want to throw in policies NOT listed on the receipt provided to the customer. We will never give our business to Ashley again and will discourage everyone we know to shop elsewhere. Even after mentioning that the mattress is too high, posing a risk to our son- it didn’t matter. All they care about is profit and not their customers. Save your time, money and breath on these people. The phone line was a nightmare, and after I called personally to speak with Rick after my husband’s failed attempt, there was no one available and I was offered a callback. I’m sure they will comment and try to cover themselves and if so, they should apply that attention to detail and customer service to actual customers needing in real time help than hiding behind a keyboard and spewing out excuse after excuse. Do better Ashley Furniture - and Rick !

We bought most of our furniture from Ashley. We had a warranty claim on a sectional and it has now been over 3 months and I cannot get an answer on when the replacement cushion will be here. Though the customer service is very nice, it is unacceptable to not even have an answer after 3 months. I'm very frustrated!Update, Bianca from CS was able to get the part reordered. Now hopefully will see it soon

She has been our point person on purchases of a recliner, sofa, bed and much more to come. She is attentive, patient, accommodating, fun, honest and easy to work with. When my girl friend and I first walked in we were greeted by a welcoming gentleman named Jesse. He let us know that if we had any questions to feel free to ask him or any other staff members and they would be happy to help. My girl friend and I were not intent on purchasing a couch that evening, but we planned on looking around and exploring our options in terms of style and pricing. After wandering around the store for a few minutes we came across a couch that seemed to be exactly what we had envisioned for our place! The only issue we had upon first glance was the cost. Unfortunately it was a couple hundred dollars out of our price range. We sat on the couch and continued to discuss our options when another staff member walked up to us and asked how he could help. His name was Josh. We told him we were doing fine and that there wasn’t much he could do unless he could drop the price for us. We said that half way kidding because we didn’t know that was even a possibility. Josh smiled and told us he is the store manager and he would see what he could do. Josh listened to what we wanted, answered our many questions and got the price of the couch as close to our budget as he could after explaining payment plans and the warranty. He made us feel very comfortable with our decision. Very humble guy and was a pleasure to talk to. Jesse also answered more of our questions and helped us finalize our purchase. We had a great time there as they are so welcoming and personable. We received our couch today and couldn’t be happier with the delivery service and the final product. We are looking forward to buying our new bed from there in the near future. Thank you Josh and Jesse!

Will never deal with Ashley's furniture again. 1. Returned a sofa on the date of delivery, which was taken back by the delivery guys on the same day. It's been 4 months and the amount has not been refunded yet. Raised a claim. 2. Sectional and another sofa is of very poor quality. They get loose very often and comes apart. Sometimes in front of guests which is very embarrassing. Called the technician multiple times and they fix it every time. However it's not sustainable and one cannot call the technician every 2 weeks practically. The wood and cloth are of very cheap quality.

Jill at this location was very knowledgable when helping us buy our furniture and she was able get us the best deals for our money. Delivery only took 2 days & the delivery guys were very gentle with the furniture and did an excellent job. I recommend Ashley Furniture.. overall great experience!

This has to be my best experience at a furniture store and truly my best customer service experience ever. Bruce at my local Ashley Store went above and beyond when we discovered an item we wanted to check out wasn't on the floor. He saw how disappointed we were and took action. He called other stores to see if we could try it elsewhere and in minutes found one at the Glendale store. He set us up with Derick who was waiting for us the next day at the door! They both worked to help us find what we need and worked within our budget. Bruce gave us space and didn't pressure us to buy an item of furniture as we looked around the store. He was patient, friendly, and kind. If you go to Ashley in Scottsdale ask for Bruce!

" let me send an email to find out". No accountability whatsoever. Sadly we will not be purchasing from Ashley anymore.

They lied about the warranty policy. The brochure specifically calls out stains (including specifically calling out the substance we spilled) and yet when we called to use the warranty coverage, it was coded as discoloration, which isn't covered. We tried for months to get it re-assessed and made whole, but they constantly evaded, setting up times for inspection or call backs that didn't happen. Eventually we were told that we'll probably never get this remedied and to essentially give up. We would have never purchased with them if we had known that the warranty was worthless (despite costing $300+). Total scam - only purchase from there if you don't mind risking your overpriced purchase cause they will not have your back.

Just purchased furniture for my new apartment. I want to acknowledge Tammy for her excellent customer service and for her assistance for choosing the right colors and designs for my new place to meet my needs. She is knowledgeable, patient and welcoming. I will definitely recommend her to anyone I know who is looking for furniture.

We purchased a sectional sofa and we really like it. Both the salesman and the delivery team did a great job. In addition to purchasing the sofa we also purchased a bar stool. When we got it home we discovered that it was missing screws. The other screws were to short and did not hold the support pieces. We had to take it apart and replace the screws. Once repaired we really like the bar stool. We will definitely return to Ashley for our future furniture needs.

Don't waste your time. Ashley furniture is a joke when it comes to helping fix your damaged items upon delivery.

Our visit should've been easy and straightforward. We knew the exact model of mattress when we walked into the door. The sales rep just had to run our card and schedule the delivery. Aaaaannnd they messed it up! Scheduled our $4k mattress delivery for the wrong date. The next available date is 2 weeks out. They didn't offer any sort of resolution or compensation. They told me just to " wait".

Very very pushy and did not put in the system what we were asking even though he said yes we can do that, then after I gave him my card and paid, I asked about it again and he said "oh you wanted to do that??" So we had to go to the front and change the order for 25 min. My card got charged twice for the down payment and I also go fraud charges after using this specific card and I rarely ever use the card I used at Ashley. Fishy. These people just want their money and do not care to help someone find what they are in need for looking for their lovely home. Won't be going here again.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered a couch and rug in store from them and never received the rug. It’s been over 5 months and went into the store twice and called them a bunch of times where they said they’d look into it and still nothing. Crazy. Bought the couch because they gave me a deal on it with the rug too. Very shady. Would not recommend dealing with these guys. All over a rug…

Stressful experience with my order and the management team at Ashley’s furniture on Mayo Blvd, a few months ago, that I had to warn you about. I had to reach out to the BBB to get it resolved because Ashley furniture management team was of no help. You can call the local store direct IF you don’t have an order/delivery pending. But once you do, it’s really hard to get through the local store phone once a delivery or order has been made or is in progress. This is something they should fix as the customer should not have to keep driving to the store to talk to someone in person because they can’t reach someone at the local store. That was a lot of wasted time on my part. Bianca who I believe is the office manager, states she will call me back directly but does not follow through with her word. Manager Cory said he would tell her to call me 1/8/23 but she did not, and no one else did either. Unfortunately, Ashley Phoenix store manager Cory was unhelpful and has even spoken to me disrespectfully, and condescendingly saying things such as, “Like, I told you a 100xs someone will call you back” (yet no one has)… “and next time just take the whole day off work so you don’t experience delivery issues.” He also has an unfriendly vibe; ignores you when you say good morning; doesn’t smile; and acts like you are irritating him when you bring up furniture issues. We bought 4 counter stools January 2023. Two arrived damaged and were wobbly. I initially tried to exchange the 2 damaged counter stools with new ones and a delivery date was set up on 1/5/23 between 3 and 6 pm. I received an automated call on 1/5/23 from the delivery team, at 1:45 p.m. reporting they would be arriving in 7 minutes! With hardly any notice, I rushed to my rental property to meet them; but unfortunately they only brought 1 replacement counter stool instead of 2 and the replacement stool was still wobbly; therefore, I rejected it. I discovered another delivery date was automatically set up without my choosing, for a date in February. That date was too late as these counter stools were needed for a furnished rental in mid January. At that point, I had to reach out to the BBB to assist me in getting all 4 counter stools returned as I could not waste any more time with delivery mishaps; damaged furniture; and multiple wasted visits to the local store for assistance. BBB did assist me but I got my refund really late from Ashley furniture and had to follow up with that.

If I don’t get a call back from a manager today I am going to sue you because your “warranty” is a fraud. Got lied to about it and I am beyond frustrated because I have called about 5 times and get promised a call back and no one ever calls me back. Every time I ask for a manager they refuse to transfer me. I asked to get a few spots cleaned I bought in feb and you refuse to send someone. This is crazy!!!!

This review is specific to the Desert Ridge location, but also applies to Corporate. We purchased several items from Ashley Furniture. During delivery in August of 2022, we noticed that one of the pieces was shipped incorrectly-we had two left arms. The delivery men suggested we replace one of the arms with the motorized option which we agreed to and it was ordered, and delivered successfully. We assumed we would get a bill for the additional expense for the motorized option. We did not. In March 2023, (7 months later) we received a Federal Express delivery of an envelope which we had to sign for. In it was a letter stating that our outstanding balance was going to COLLECTIONS if not paid. Since this was the FIRST we had heard about it, we were a little concerned!! In addition, there was no return address on where the letter came from, nor any information on HOW to make the payment!! We called the store and asked to pay the outstanding balance. The employee stated we would need to speak to a manager and took my information. I put the letter in my files and waited to hear from the manager. They did not call. In APRIL, I CALLED AGAIN. I was told that I needed to speak to the manager and left my information. That same day, I CALLED AGAIN, and asked when the manager would be in. 3pm. OK. So i CALLED AGAIN at 3:10. "Manager is in a meeting but I assure you I will have her call you." I CALLED AGAIN later that afternoon. Luckily, the manager answered the phone. I told her I wanted to pay the outstanding balance and she said, "all you need to do is come down to the store and pay it." And the other employees don't know this???? SOMEONE needs to do some training of her employees. So I went down and met BIANCA, the Manager, who was snippy and condescending. She did not apologize for not returning my calls, the lack of communication regarding the outstanding balance or the fact that her employees do not know store policy. But I put that down to her being young and her lack of caring about customers. I did contact the CHAT function on the Ashley website and there is no place to write a review on their site so it has been done here.

SCAMMERS! Whatever you do, DO NOT buy any of their protection plans. They upsell you on warranties and plans that do not actually cover replacement of the item. When my nephew with special needs damaged my couch, we were turned away because it was "misused." Disgusting.

I recently moved to town and furnished my studio apartment with furnishings from Ashley. They furniture is nice. I ran into an issue with one of the pieces that I bought from the store. The warranty department continue to push me back to the sales department but when I went to the store the manager was very nice and help me resolve the issue.

I like the store they have furniture at all price ranges. I just don't like being followed around. I'm sure they work on commission so I see why.

This was our first experience at Ashley Homestore, and it was incredible. The experience from beginning to end was appreciated. From the minute we walked in the store, Curt welcomed us warmly and assisted us with the purchase of our sofas. He was thorough, professional, kind, efficient, personable and knowledgeable. The manager came by later to welcome us and he also treated us as valued customers, just as Curt had. It was a nice touch to be welcomed by the manager as well. After we placed the order, we were still made to feel like our satisfaction mattered, and we were grateful for that. We received confirmation and informational emails and texts regarding the sale and delivery. They gave us a three hour delivery window, called 30 min. before arrival and were promptly at our door. The delivery personnel were friendly, careful, skillful and efficient. The sofas were packaged and padded well, keeping them flawless. We love our new beautiful sofas, the service we received by everyone involved and we will be customers at this location forever based on this excellent customer experience!

We bought new furniture from Ashley in 2019, my husband is a disabled veteran and had to have rotator cuff surgery and his bicep reattached. Two weeks before his surgery the recliner quit working we called to see if someone could look at it and fix it. We got the runaround for almost two months. Needless to say it never got fixed and my husband had his surgery and had to suffer trying to get in and out of bed because he was suppose to be sleeping in the recliner after surgery. For the amount of money we spent in your store for furniture to be treated like this was disgusting and you should be ashamed of yourselves. I will NEVER BUY or Recommend you to anyone period

Save yourself the time and go literally ANYWHERE else. Highly recommend Living Spaces over Ashley Furniture. This has been a horrible experience for me, I believe it is my first review ever and I wish it could be a good one, but I am so upset. First, the furniture pieces I am keeping, I absolutely love and the quality is great - I would give more stars to those if I could. However, the return process has been a huge pain. I have been trying to get items returned since the day of the delivery. I have followed up nearly every single day since the delivery and have gotten nowhere with the store and customer service/corporate. Not to mention, I requested for my furniture to be returned on a Saturday, and the store did not do anything until WEDNESDAY (4 days later), which is after the 72-hour return policy. Now, corporate is waiting for the store to admit that they should have submitted it on Saturday so they can finally accept my return. I have had this UNWANTED furniture sitting in my home for 11 days now with very little updates. Every time I call, I get told something different. I've had to follow up with the store, corporate and customer service several times and no one seems to be on the same page. Not to mention, I had ordered a bookcase that was "canceled" from my order that was not originally delivered. The store never gave me a reason why it wasn't delivered or why it was even canceled either. But after I brought it to their attention for the third time, they were able to set up a delivery for 13 days after the original delivery date. The only time I have spoken with the store is when I call them. They have not called me to give me updates about anything. It's very frustrating. I would never shop here again because of how bad this return experience has been. All I want is to be done with this, and it's nearly been 2 weeks as of today. Nothing should be this complicated. Update 3/14: (12 days after I requested to have my bad quality furniture returned). Called the store yesterday and the lady told me there was "nothing they could do." She was also extremely rude. So I called corporate and explained the entire situation to them. They were actually helpful and scheduled a pick up for my items to be returned. What a nightmare this process was. This could have been avoided if the store actually submitted that I wanted to return my items the day I requested it, instead of 4 days later. Update 3/22: Ashley furniture asked me to reach out to them (see reply comment below). I was hoping they would actually be helpful, but all I got was a "sorry for the inconvenience" email back. At least our horrible furniture was finally picked up.

The loveseat was damaged with a hole in it, so we requested another one as we had bought new furniture. So they came a week later with another one that was also damaged. They wanted to repair it and I wouldn't except that. I asked them to leave the loveseat in our house till they will bring a third one hopefully in good condition. They refused! So we kept the damaged loveseat just to avoid anymore conflict.We will not go back to this place nor recommended to anyone!!!!Customer service matters!!!! Save yourself time and money!!!

My one star goes to Bianca for actually submitting a report that finally resulted in a call from the service dept after so many failed attempts.Update : Several weeks later I have to update my review and go from 1 to 4 stars After much back and forth both the tech and the amazing customer department came through and authorized a replacement for our couch. I'm looking forward to going back to the store to pick something that will hopefully be much better and we will be able to keep for a few years. Keeping my fingers crossed for further positive updates with pictures. I'm very grateful for the help from the tech and corporate team!

Do not use there online services for ordering furniture. It has taken us a month and a half just to get our broken couch returned. And that was all of them ignoring us, said they would put a request in we waited called back they said no request was put in and we kept playing this game with them. Asked for email confirmation told they would send it in 24 hr never got it. Played this game with them for too long. Finally got it returned and now they don’t want to give us our full refund back only half. And tell us they can’t do anything about it.

The treatment I received from the sales person was excellent, As a company I rated Ashley furniture with one star. The reader can form his own opinion; I bought a bunch of furniture from the store. The furniture was delivered on a timely manner except one piece. No explanation given and rescheduling was not available. After some investigation i found out my signature was not accepted even though I signed in front of the staff. Nevertheless, the funds were taking out of my account and remained so.. Upon further communication with the store, I was told there was a financial hold (the money had already be taken out of my account....what hold?) and I had to sign again!! I reminded the lady that it would be a 120 miles, one way, to the store. The store had initially accepted the signature, the funds were deducted from my bank account Nevertheless, Aslhley furniture. having secured the funding demanded either I take the drive and sign again or they would not deliver. A refund option was not recommended. For now I would not call it blackmail...its for my attorney to decide. I asked to speak to the manager. (After the fact, I found out the lady I spoke to who claimed to be the manager was not the store manager) They would not deliver without a new signature or additional documentation to verify my signature! A refund was not addressed as an option either, Since they would not deliver. I asked the lady to cancell the order. Her reply "I can do that" and slammed the phone. Not only I felt blackmailed but also totally discriminated. I have never been asked to verify my signature in any debit/credit card purchase. I leave it up to the reader to decide if this behavior is acceptable in today's competitive Market.

Corey the manger and the front desk are completely rude when asking for help with the home warranty. They will not come out to clean my tables and chairs no matter the reason and now they have made it impossible to get my money back for the purchase. I have provided them case number and the refund info and still refuse to refund the money. Everytime they just tell you they are opening a case and that you will hear back in 3 days. We have done the several times now and not a single person emailed or called us

Bought 2 sofas this year. In 2 months, the leather finish came off and had to be replaced. In 4 months, on both sofas, the cushions began to sink. The company would not fix or replace the items, even though we bought a 4 year warranty. I talked many times to customer service and leadership. Ridiculous. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Enjoyable experience! As soon as I entered I was welcomed by Laura. She let me explore on my own then came and asked what exactly are my top features I’m looking for in the couch… she pointed me in the direction of the couches that had what I wanted. She showed me on the computer exactly the price, picture and when the item would be available. Seeing there were different things I wanted in my couch I took some time deciding, walking around, sitting on several couches on display, and pricing different items. Laura was very patient and worked to make sure I made the choice I was happy with both comfort and financially. During this whole process other employees came over and talked, joked, made sure I was being helped. I felt very relaxed, not pressured to make a purchased and everyone was extremely professional and friendly. I highly recommend Ashley furniture.

Jermaine was awesome to work with, but your technology was not. I am in Missouri and there were multiple 'hiccups'. We had to stop and try again the next day a couple of times. If it weren't for loving the furniture and Jermaine's amazing customer service skills, you might had lost this sale with someone else. O, one other thing... when Jermaine was trying to get help from another man in the store?... I could hear how he was treated AND heard the man blame MY credit card for not accepting the payment. HE WAS WRONG... the problem was on your end and Jermaine didn't deserve to be treated the way he was treated. That 'man', needs refresher courses on what customer service truly is or he needs to get a different job.

We had a wonderful experience here with Melissa. Not only is she patient, but she has wonderful taste and basically picked out all the furniture we purchased. I really can’t say enough good things about her! The movers Jose and Jordan were also spectacular. They were very kind and super careful with our home. Jordan even asked to wash his hands before touching the white sofa we ordered. Top quality movers!!

We always have a good experience at Ashely's. The prices are good when you can find an item on sale, and the quality is decent holding up against kids, pets and use in our rental properties. I'm only giving them 4 stars because of the sales pressure to purchase the ProtectAll Premium Protection Plan. For our recent purchase, my wife and I shared with the associate that ProtectAll denied our claim due to fading from the sun (indoor table) and chair stains due to pet bodily fluids, both clearly stated as covered under the plan. She dismissed our experience and continued to pressure us and seemed annoyed that we didn't purchase the plan.

I had the WORST shopping experience at this Ashley store. I don't even feel comfortable giving this experience a 1 star, because frankly, it was a below-0 experience. I have been a long time customer of Ashley, so when I purchased my new home my husband and I wanted to furnish our house and obviously Ashley is one of the places we went. That being said, our experience was horrible with our sales rep - Catherine Salas. She was passive aggressive from the beginning, but my husband and I were overlooking some of the initial comments made by her if we really liked the sofa set we were looking at. We went back to the store yesterday to discuss pricing again, and even though we were looking at one of the sets, she was still trying to push the more expensive couch on us even though she knew that was not in our budget. After some work with the manager in store, we got a price and we said we would have to think about it. After discussing further last night, my husband decided it is still out of budget and we were going to explore our other options. I thought I could try to make a last effort by trying to see if we can get the set we wanted in the range we were hoping to get it at, and called up Catherine this morning. She wasn't very confident in herself going back on her comments she made in store yesterday saying that the sectional option or the single chair option of the couch was going to be around the same price. She then told me an option was to purchase the sofa sets brand new and get the single chair in addition as the floor model which she could work out within our budget, however, we would have to pick up the single chair immediately and we don't move into our new house until November and I don't have a place to store the chair at this time. So obviously that won't work due to lack of warehouse space at the store itself (which is understandable). However, here's where I was pushed over the edge - when she was on the phone with me, she kept making very rude comments to me which is unacceptable. She told me and I quote "you have champagne taste, but can't afford the champagne", and also proceeds to say that her "manager" is not going to "give couches away for free" - which I never asked for by the way. Then her price for all 3 pieces of furniture was higher than what we had negotiated in store yesterday. The way the call ended was her telling me that basically I can't afford it and that was it. I found that to be very rude and disrespectful to someone who essentially would be providing you with a commission. Clearly, she didn't seem like she wanted to make the sale for whatever reason. I am VERY disappointed with the level of customer service I have received from this store. I even went to the store myself after the incident to just explain to the manager, it isn't even about the couch anymore, it's about how I was rudely treated. Basically, shop with caution. I will not be returning to purchase any furnishings for my home from this store, unfortunately. Catherine broke the cardinal rule of customer service by insulting a customer.

We give the staff a 5 star rating at the Phoenix/Ashley store on Mayo Blvd. Joe and Curt were a big huge help getting our order to us. Got the wrong recliner and called about it. Absolutely no customer service!! Sales lady sold us a bed frame & adjustable bed that weren't compatible & they won’t let us return it. We’ve been trying customer service for 6 months with no response

ZERO stars! HORRIBLE customer experience. The sales reps here are worse than car dealerships. They intimidate you, they act as if they’re giving you great discount but end up quoting you more than what’s offered on their website. If you tell them you need time to decide, they start to show their real character. They start insulting you, they say the customer is wasting their time and should go shop somewhere else. Ashley should have salaried employees instead of commission based bullies. Will NEVER go back to Ashley!

Horrible experience with this store. They messed up the original order, which was partially corrected, but we canceled one item and they still have not refunded us for that and continue to attempt delivery of the item we requested cancelled and refunded.

****DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!**** WARNING!!!... DO NOT PAY CASH or they say it takes two weeks for a refund! I paid for my very large order in cash in April this year and I'm still waiting months later for my refund! This is September and I'm still WAITING for my money to be returned~~You wait minimum an hour on hold for customer service and get nowhere and every excuse under the sun! Most stressful, time consuming, unorganized, unprofessional company I've ever dealt with! Now they say, they lost my file and I have to start all over again, requesting the refund, what a joke! Most dishonest company to deal with.

The buying experiences was great, sadly that's where it's ended. But it's been several weeks and 2 delivery's of damaged items. Currently awaiting in the third attempts It's very frustrating trying to get ahold person who actually listens and cares about your concerns. The first delivery crew was several hours past the delivery time we were the last stop the guys were tired and rude threw the items on the ground roughly and broke the items. The second crew were very professional and on time / respectful but again damaged items arrived. When the automated email system tried to send me rescheduling it was a 3 week later window. Completely Unacceptable ! So I went into the store and spoke to a manager who's trying to remedy the bad situation so I will leave an updated review if and when my furniture arrives in good condition.

Worst retail experience I have ever dealt with. Ordered a desk for my son in store on July 30 and paid extra for delivery and set-up. Has been a series of incompetent events ever since- and still no working desk. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ASHLEY! 1. Delivery agent arrived and refused to set-up. Called store and they said some items don’t get setup but this desk wasn’t on that list and agent should have set up. They did refund the set up fee since they never provided that service. 2. I set up desk but received a duplicate part in box and was missing a part. Called to have missing part sent out. Of course the manual of parts the customer reps have is not labeled the same as the manual in box so the customer rep was having a difficult time understanding which part was missing. Finally thought they identified part and said they would mail it out (7-10 business days). 3. Received part - but was wrong part again. It was the same as the duplicate part in box. Now have 3 of the same part. Called back and customer rep emailed me the manual they have (labeled differently than manual in box). We identified correct part and said they would now mail this part out (7-10 business days). 4. Week later never received a shipping update so called back for status. Customer rep identified issue by the case number and checked with parts department on status. After getting disconnected and calling back- going through background/history of issue again, customer rep says yes part is still ordered but will be nearly 5-6 more WEEKS before it ships (end of Sept). Now I have a partial desk sitting in my sons room. Worst experience ever purchasing a piece of furniture. Will never go back. All employees have been very nice to work with, but no resolution. DO NOT buy from here! UPDATE: after dealing with multiple reps saying they won’t do a return because it was after 72hours, I finally spoke with a rep who said this was extenuating circumstances and would start the process for a return. The desk was picked up on 3 Sep. What an incredibly frustrating process.

Buyer beware with any furniture sold by Ashley. I purchased a very large, and very expensive couch from Ashley a few years ago. While in the process, I asked about warranty coverage and how well it works. I was told the details of the manufacturer warranty which are standard, covers basically anything that I don't cause to happen. Defects, etc. The sales person also let me know about the extended warranty, and I was told VERBATIM by him that: "anything the manufacturer warranty covers, this will cover plus more for an additional 5 years". Well here we are, just a few months removed from my manufacturer warranty expiring, and one of my seat cushions has basically started imploding. The cover material has broken down, and the rear of it has basically fallen apart. I thought, no big deal. I'll submit a claim and they'll take care of it. That's what the salesman told me, and was the deciding reason that I even spent the money on the couch. I submitted the claim, photos and everything. It was rejected the next day. The warranty company claims that they will not cover the defect. They did however give me the number to a local company that will "fix" it, for just a shade under $500 dollars. Why did I pay for a warranty that doesn't actually cover anything? Why was I lied to by Ashley and their sales staff? I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again. It should've been a red flag to me when I walked in and the sales people were all huddled around the front because the store was EMPTY on a Saturday afternoon in Scottsdale. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY LIE TO CUSTOMERS AND DON'T HONOR THEIR WORD AT ALL.

Just has to be downright one of the worst companies I have had the displeasure of working with. The customer service department is probably the worst part of this experience and they respond with tone deaf scripted responses when they do nothing to address the concerns you have. Getting through to customer service or the store is hard enough as it is and then when you do they can’t help at all. Our furniture itself is fine aside from it was not assembled all the way, one was assembled wrong, and we are still missing one. We like our stuff but for this headache I could have gone anywhere else and paid far less. Update: we are still without 1 of the items we ordered. They have scheduled it twice since my initial review and have failed to show up both times. Once I call in and fight their automated system to reach a person I’m told it did not arrive at the warehouse. So I waste a day waiting around so they can not keep me informed in the slightest. Their automated system also is impossible to reach a store associate because it circles you back to the customer service department who refuses to help because it was a store order. Turns out you must select to place a new order or they just don’t care to talk to you and send you in circles till it hangs up on you. Still one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had and I’ll update this once we actually get the rest of our furniture and see if they are willing to discount or do anything for all the trouble.

Worst customer service. I've purchased from Ashley furniture in the past and always got good quality furniture with the quick delivery. This is no longer the case. The quality has gone way down and the customer service is non-existent. After waiting over 3 months for my furniture, which salesman never informed me that it would be that long, they made multiple trips to my house and wasted my time. I was charged $600 for setup and delivery and they didn't actually set up the furniture. Furniture is flimsy and cheaply made. I'm tempted to return everything. HUGE disappointment.

Good in store experience. We were given an estimated delivery date of 3 weeks, we are now going on 3+ months. They keep giving new estimated dates but you don’t know unless you call them. When you call them be prepared to wait 45-60 minutes to talk to anyone. I’m on hold now for 30+ minutes trying to get yet another update. Their automated solution doesn’t work and you have to wait to speak to someone. No proactive outreach from Ashley whatsoever (email or phone) with changing dates.

Like the bed we purchased but was lied to by my sales person. She said they would be mailing me a debit card for the delivery fee. WRONG, TOTAL LIE. I've been calling and cannot get anywhere to resolve this lie I was told. BE CAREFUL. These sales people are SLIMY

We have had such complete dissappointment in Ashley Furniture’s customer service. One year later, we are still being charged for a sectional that has never been delivered. In order to try to rectify this, we have visited the store, called all of the numbers & have re-told our story to countless Ashley people & we still have nothing to show for the thousands of dollars we spent.

POORLY TRAINED EMPLOYEES. They unknowingly make false claims on their products. bought a couch with a pull out mattress so my parents would visit when I moved states. The sales lady was kind but ill informed about what I was getting and their policies. She let me try a different couch with a pull out bed in store that had the “the same pull out mattress” and she quoted it at 4 1/4 inches. What I received was 3 inches and the mattress itself curls at the end. It was a completely different quality of mattress than what the lady showed me and told me I’d receive. I don’t believe it was intentional sabotage, just poorly trained employees showing off the wrong product for example in their store. She also sold me on buying a five year warranty. We talked extensively how I was getting the couch before my move to a city in California she used to live. Well moving it out of state voids my expensive five year warranty.I was told I was opening a case with the company because of the false information I was given, but every time I called to talk about it the customer serves said the store didn’t submit my case. After months it became clear they were just putting me off. My mom parents won’t sleep on it when visiting because it is uncomfortable, and that makes me sad

The first dresser they tried to deliver was smashed on the left front corner, the 2nd one was fine. Unfortunately it came the 4 days later on the afternoon before I was leaving town for 4.5 months. They did nothing to try and expedite the 2nd delivery attempt... I had to rearrange multiple plans to sit and wait. The sales rep Cole Holt in the North Scottsdale location was helpful while we were at the store, useless afterwards. When I contcated him about the first dresser being damaged, he offered a half hearted apology. I requested they expedite the 2nd delivery, to which he replied. I'll check with my Manager, and get back to you - crickets!!! I HAD TO CALL AGAIN, after not hearing anything. When he answered, he said oh hey, I was just going to call you - I doubt it. Regardless, once again I was told I'll check with my Manager, and get back to you. That was now 4 days ago and counting. Nada, nothing, zilch, from Cole. terrible customer service.

Great place to buy what you are looking for! Jermain Moore was our sales rep and he went above and beyond for us! He gave my husband and I space and let us take our time. He even gave us some color options as alternatives for what we were looking for. If I ever need any additional home items I will definitely be back. Jermain and Ashley Homestore off Mayo Rd in Scottsdale, definitely deserves the 5 star rating! Thank You for everything! We are very happy with our purchase!

They advertise furniture in the paper,but it is not available in store for you to see and test it before you buy. Poor business model.

Bought mattress at Ashley’s exactly 1 year ago. Started sinking within 2 months went to Ashley’s they sent tech out he said it sank just under an inch and it had to be 1 1/2 so, they didn’t do anything about it. Over the time it kept getting worse went back to the store about 4 moths ago they sent another tech out he pretty much told us there is nothing they will do because this is normal. Got in touch with with Beautyrest directly and after weeks of run around they told me they have to go with whatever Ashley’s tech said. This is ridiculous!! We are in extreme pain it’s impossible to sleep on this mattress it sinks in over 6 inch when you lie on it. Do not buy this mattress you will regret it. This is too much money to throw away and you will not get anywhere with warranty because they are fraud. Beautyrest rep told me I am sorry, but we can’t do anything.Ashley’s doesn’t stand behind products they sell.

I recently purchased a couch from Ashley's Furniture on Mayo Blvd. The sales person was very nice and friendly. However, when our couch was delivered it was not the same color as the couch in the display room. I tried to talk with their customer service. That was a nightmare! They have a waiting list of over 200 people! So we texted to India. They gave me the run around about lighting and shades being different. They also had me sign an agreement that the shading could be different when I purchased. Just be aware that what you see in the display room is probably not what you are going to get!

Very good experience all around at this store. Reasonable prices... and professional salesmanship by the rep. that assisted me in my new couch purchase. And Ashley was even able to move up the delivery date from the originally scheduled date. Overall... I am very pleased with the outcome here. Thank you Ashley!
