On November 19th we were sold a bed that was on Backorder but would be in within a week or so. Well. Here we are over a month later and 4 cancelled deliveries including the one for this week. I was told by the store manager that we are one of 8 people waiting for this bed. That makes them totally irresponsible and only worried about sales. They had to know after 5 people were in my shoes…. Maybe we shouldn’t sell this bed… HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! ! ! !

Ordered an 80" tv console, coffee table and end table. I was ASSURED that I would receive it on December 22nd. On the 22nd I received a notification that it was "arriving today by the end of the day". When I called that day to get an estimated time of arrival I was told there was no scheduled delivery! After being given different warehouse delivery dates, being placed on hold, and ultimately being told it was now scheduled for a January 4th delivery date, I told them I wanted to speak to someone at the store that I purchased it from. On hold again only to be told they were busy and would call me back in a few minutes (and to "keep your line open"). Nonone called so I contacted the salesperson directly. He texted and said he would call me back in 30 minutes. He did. He started with apologizing, saying he just heard about this, said there was an issue with my card going through that took 3 days( uh...it went through THE SAME DAY)...I stopped him, said I didn't want to hear excuses, I was contacted on the December 22nd and told it was going to be delivered on the 22nd by the end of the day. No one called to say there were any issues or delays. On the 21st I donated my old furniture and now have none...just in time for the holidays. Sorry Ashley. Can not recommend you. You have lost my confidence and my business.

I've bought here twice with the same sales rep. Had a great experience in store. My chair I bought in store was delivered with a defect. I called and they offered to fix it. I inquired about just returning it and was today they do not do returns. If you buy in-store you cannot return items. I asked about the return policy they have online and she said that is for online purchases only. In-store purchases do not apply. Pretty unfortunate to spend several hundreds of dollars for a defected item and can't even send it back.

purchased a bedroom set under a year ago almost to the date. Real expensive set, paid $1600. The wood rings on one side table are causing the wood to split and crack. See photos. Warrenty doesn’t cover replacement items, only replacement PARTS. Called Warrenty claims department, sent in photos, made an appointment for technician to come out, well he didn’t show. Called and they said they canceled the appointment due to “normal wear an tear” nobody called me so I wasted my morning waiting around for this jerk. Made another claim, have to wait another 72hr to hear back…. like that’ll happen. Went into the store and of course no customer service manager was there cause they were out sick. What a headache!!! Don’t get ur hopes up on warranties
