Probably the most over priced and cheapest quality furniture on the market! They over price their own product and then have a crazy sale and make you think you're saving money! Google it people! They've literally been sued for doing the same thing over and over!... When the salesman comes back to you after you asked for a better deal, they're going to show you an amazing price and OMG they "Included the protection for free"! NOPE, all they did was ask the manager if they could price match literally any other furniture store in AZ that sells Ashley because EVERYONE but Ashley Stores sell it way cheaper! At the end of the day, not only is their product absolute garbage and customer service doesn't care for you at ALL! Just go to American Furniture Warehouse, Del Sol, Mega furniture, HELL Walmart.com! And you'll find it way cheaper with delivery and with and without "protection", which at the end of the day is a scam. There isn't a single "protection" you can Google that has more than a 1.5 star review!

Salesperson eventually greeted me and then disappeared. I found what I wanted, had questions and walked out.

Not a good experience . We liked a product in store and another online. Requested to deliver together. Am a returning customer . I had hope that they will help me but no. They are not considering my request to include online product. They didn’t even share wifi to show my desired models wat I am Expecting

this is not the first time I've purchased from Ashley furniture. My experience today was outstanding. The mattress expert Tammy was so helpful and I'm very glad that I had the opportunity to have her helping me. Buying a mattress plus I bought a new bed plus I bought a comforter all the things. This is very important stuff. This will probably be the last mattress I ever buy.. She was so efficient. I wasn't there for a long time. I am not buying what I thought And it was easy as can be !

Did you know all sales are final at Ashley’s? I found out. It’s unheard of. Not good customer service/satisfaction. I wanted to return 6 dining chairs. It’s too bad because I was going to buy 6 other chairs plus a dining table. I attempted to return the chairs the same day they were delivered. The customer service person had a visceral reaction of ‘oh well’ when I said I know not to shop at Ashley’s anymore. What they need to understand is that the furniture looks different in someone’s home than in the showroom.

Don't buy from Ashley Furniture. 5 years ago I purchased their extended warrantee for $149.99, which they said if it wasn't used I would get my money back. They lied. I have called 5 times, every 4 weeks now, and they keep giving me the run around saying we'll give it to you in another 4 weeks. It's the store that gave you the special not corporate, so the store has to take care of it. When you call the store they say I need to call the corporate office. It's so frustrating. Unfortunately, I didn't do research on Ashley Furniture stores ahead of my purchase. It seems like they've had several law suits.

I was pleasantly surprised in the Ashley showroom. So many choices of bedroom furniture with affordable prices. After I ordered the delivery was flawless, as Jose and Tom were professional, friendy and thorough with “white glove” set up in our bedroom. Definitely shop at Ashley’s!!

We have bought from Ashley"s Furnature in the past and have been very pleased. Our BeautyRest mattress, they special ordered for us. We just love our mattress and there was no " Break- in" ...great rest and sleep the first night! The communication concerning the delivery was wonderful, also. Thank you!

We came to this Ashley's location on Sunday. We were assisted by Cindy. When I tell you she has the patience of a saint, that is an understatement. We were torn between 2 completely different living room sets. We kept going back and forth and finally settled on our second option. Cindy got the paperwork together, and we left the store. I kept second guessing our decision. Today is Tuesday and we came back to see if we could change our mind. She was so nice and understanding. (patience of a saint) And I am happy to say, our new furniture will be delivered on Saturday!! If you go to Ashley's on Mayo Blvd, make sure you ask for Cindy!!

Absolutely, do not buy furniture from Ashley. They do not stand behind any of their refund policies. We purchased a serta sleeper from Ashley's and we thought we were going to get the serta guarantee. You do not get the serta guarantee. You get the Ashley's guarantee. Which is ,if you get it, you better inspect it. If it doesn't work, tell them right then and there that it doesn't work. Otherwise you're screwed. So we received this king size adjustable bed. Basically one side is supposed to be adjustable and so is the other side. Only one side of the bed actually worked mechanically. Ashley would not take back the bed. We actually complained about the bed being very uncomfortable which it was and is but they don't take things back so. Basically unless you're absolutely sure you will never have to take something back from Ashley's do not buy anything from them.

The worst place to buy furniture from. If I could give negative stars I would. The customer service department is no help at all. I’ve been waiting on my couch for almost 2 months. I’m literally receiving it in parts at this point and they tell me it will arrive a certain date and never does. First I was told 12/31 then 01/03 then they didn’t have it all in stock so 01/06 then WITHOUT letting me know ahead of time they only delivered 1 piece on 1/06 and told me 1/14 and I am currently on the phone with them saying it will be until 02/03 for my couch pieces to arrive. They don’t care about the customer and won’t even offer anything in return for the wait!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CRAP COMPANY.

I am utterly dissatisfied with my experience at Ashley. On November 30, 2025, we purchased a sectional, two bar stools, and a lift‑top table. We worked with sales rep Jill, who was pleasant and helpful during the sales process. She assisted us in picking out our items and, with the help of Eric/Erik, got us great pricing. Unfortunately, Jill mistakenly left a fireplace entertainment center on our order. She and another employee corrected the mistake and started the refund, but that’s where everything went wrong. Shortly after, we received a call that only one piece of the sectional was available and the other piece would not be delivered until at least December 17. When the first delivery arrived, to my surprise, it was the wrong couch. Despite numerous attempts and texts, nothing was resolved that day. To make matters worse, you cannot call the local store directly, and my follow‑up email to Jill went unanswered. Later, Ashley’s help line contacted me to say the wrong couch was being rescheduled for delivery. I refused because it was not the couch I ordered. I asked for the correct couch or a refund, but was told both requests require a 72‑hour review. I then asked for a refund of the couch and the warranty, and received the same answer: another 3‑day review. At this point, I have no couch, no resolution, and Ashley is holding my money hostage. What started as a pleasant sales experience has turned into a nightmare of delays, wrong deliveries, poor communication, and stalled refunds. I consider myself reasonable, but this has been unacceptable.

The salesperson Melissa Negrete was wonderful, after that delivery and customer support went downhill, very frustrating, even when they give a time window for delivery, they don’t follow it, then you have to deal with a Robât customer service that makes life more miserable

I placed an order online. On the delivery date I received a voicemail that my driver Francisco was at my apartment complex but did not have my apartment number and he could wait 15 minutes and then would need to leave. I checked my confirmation email for the delivery and confirmed that my apartment number was indeed on the delivery confirmation which i knew was the case. They delivered to me two weeks prior to this. I called Francisco mind you it had been 6 minutes and he was already gone He then proceeded to gaslight me on the time. Bottom line is that this was Francisco’s mistake as my apartment number was provided at the time of the order. He refused to be accountable and deliver my product. Customer service was also no help.

We were LOOKING, but ended up BUYING. Salesclerk Tammy was so knowledgeable and asked us all the right questions in order to help us make the right choice for us. She explained many options and did not try to hurry us, pressure us and carefully explained return options if we weren’t satisfied. The store was well stocked with different options.

The staff took the appropriate time and worked with me to find the best solution. I would recommend Ashley to others in area.

My wife and I went to ashley's to purchase two additional dining room table chairs, and we also wanted a leaf for the table. We were told that leafs were not available, but the leaf that is in the table can be removed.So I don't understand why another leaf cannot be added. If someone could please double check this for me and get back to me.I would greatly appreciate it.Thank you

Staff was great but I had applied online for financing and brought in my approval document with account number thinking it would simplify the process but their in store system doesn't communicate with online..so it took over 30 minutes for them to find my credit account. The bedroom set i came in for was not in store so I ordered site unseen. Hoping its nice when I receive it.

Poor craftsmanship. Cheap laminate finishes that peel off. My queen sized bed delivered with king sized length side boards, that cause a ridculous amount of space at the foot of the bed-- a huge void.... ? The knobs of the armoire are about 1/2 inch off from being symmetrical. What? How? Who lets this stuff go out like that? I admit I am an old customer making a late review (long after time of purchase) but WOW-- for what I paid years ago, and to evaluate how poorly it was all made and how poorly it was delivered and how poorly it has held up over the years from light use (no kids!)??? 1 star furniture....

My family and I came into Ashley Furniture to shop for a couch after our house had just flooded, already a stressful and emotional situation. Instead of being met with empathy or professional customer service, the saleswoman, Kathy, told us, “You should smile more.” That comment was completely inappropriate, dismissive, and uncomfortable. I immediately escalated this to the manager. His response was shockingly poor: when I explained what happened, he actually laughed and offered no solution. I offered that he should “talk to her about it.” This complete lack of professionalism, empathy, and respect from leadership confirmed our decision to leave. The only person who showed true kindness and basic human decency was one woman on the staff (I wish I had her name) who immediately acknowledged that Kathy’s comment was rude and inappropriate. Thank you for showing that empathy and professionalism still exist. No one owes a smile, especially not customers dealing with a personal issues. Because of this interaction, from the initial rude comment to the manager’s dismissive laughter, we will never be returning to Ashley Furniture. Customer service should be respectful and supportive, not patronizing and cruel.

I had the worst experience with this store. I furnished my entire house and spent about $35,000 and there were a few items that were damaged upon delivery. I still have a cabinet that is not repaired and a couch that has issues and a dresser that has a bent handle but they have tried to fix these items, not successfully however. The number one upsetting item is they delivered a large picture and it was bowed and they will not do anything to correct that I have received the worst customer service from the store. You cannot talk to the manager of the store or the district manager. They just do not allow you to do that. The customer service person also isn’t very friendly and doesn’t assist you either. I sent four emails with no Reply not even the customer service person. Emailed you back. You may Receive a savings shopping at the store, but the terrible Customer Service you get afterwards is not worth the savings. Customer service doesn’t exist at this store. They asked me to send photos of the bowed picture which I did. Then after I emailed them three times over a six week period (and they never responded to me ) did they finally tell me there was nothing they could do. Then why did they ask for the photos? Horrible experience!!!!!

Amazing experience! My salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained the pros and cons of the two leather couches. Having a massage everyday was the pro, con was no floor lights like the other couch. Massage everyday wins! Behind the couch was a perfect long table. Gorgeous black finish. Sherpa wooly white bucket dining chairs completed my dining room. Beautiful. Delivery in and out. On time. Tracking their whereabouts made it so easy to plan my day. Friendly delivery guys. Respectful of my clean floor. I luckily had a two prong extension cord for the three plugs attached to my couch. Being told to have one available at the sale would have been helpful. Overall great experience. Quaility product. Great pillows!

I ordered some furniture back in February of this year 2025. At first we loved our furniture, we bought the Midnight Madness Left and Right Arm Chaises. These pieces do not wear well I have called the store multiple times and they have told me that I have the right to have the pieces cleaned whenever I want. First you have to file a claim and take pictures. Then the extended warranty service has to review the pictures. They have denied my claim after the Ashley store telling me that I could have these things done because that's what I pay for. I recently spoke to Kyle the store manager and he said that he was filing a claim on my behalf. I still have not heard I had any contact with Ashley furniture in reaching out to me. I will soon be demanding to make them take this back and put it towards something new.

When I went in to the store, there were people everywhere. Jesse was able to help me while assisting another couple as well. He called his boss Kyle, and Kyle came over and helped both of us buy while Jesse took on yet another customer. I have not been shopping where it is that busy and still under control. Kudos to the whole staff.

We had a wonderful experience at Ashley Furniture! We bought a few rugs and a beautiful mirror for our daughter’s first apartment, and everything looks amazing. Kyle, the store manager, was very welcoming and made sure we found exactly what we needed. Jill, our sales person, was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process. The selection was great, the quality excellent, and the entire experience smooth from start to finish. Our daughter loves her new home touches, and we’ll definitely be back for more.

I went to several different stores didn’t like any of the couches I went online to Ashley I walked in. I showed her what I wanted. They match the online pricing when it came time to deliver the couches. The guys were great. They continually kept me posted where they were. You could go onto their app and see exactly where they are, they came in. They set it up. I made sure and they made sure that the electric couch recliners worked before they left. It was great. I’m impressed. You wowed me. !!!

I went into Ashley Furniture in Scottsdale to purchase a sofa and signed up for their 90-day plan. The salesperson who helped me was polite and professional, but that’s where the good experience ended. First of all, they do NOT price match, and their prices are way overpriced — trust me, you’ll get a much better deal at American Furniture Warehouse. After placing my order, my delivery was scheduled not once but twice — and both times, no one called or showed up. No communication whatsoever. When I finally reached out and asked to speak with a manager, he claimed that “corporate had something to do with it.” That’s just blame-shifting in my opinion. He also mentioned that the payment “was not made,” but if they had simply communicated properly, this could’ve easily been resolved. Bottom line: Save your time, your money, and your patience. Shop somewhere that values their customers and actually communicates.

If I could select NO stars I would. Where do I start? If you feel like wasting hours in a store go there. It takes hours to purchase furniture In store with them, Overpriced furniture, BAD customer service, delivery charges are insane . America furniture warehouse is way better with better pricing, much better customer service & better delivery charges.

I will never buy anything from Ashley Furniture Store again. I purchased an accent chair and direct shipped it to my house. It arrived filthy dirty in a box that looked like they pieced it together with shipping tape. It has been 45 days since it arrived and I filed my claim. They will not send me a new chair they will only send a technician to clean it. The technician showed up with a bottle of chemicals and a blue rag….to clean a white chair. Ashley has 0 customer service, the manager at the Scottsdale store is clueless. Absolutely DO NOT buy Anything Direct Ship! You then have to deal with some •corporate’ or some “third party shipper” (depending on who you are dealing with) and all you get is another email that says all they can do is send a technician to clean the chair. Where is the logic here, where is the customer service? If you buy a new chair you should receive a new chair, it’s that simple.

The salesperson showed me the most expensive mattress and when I told her I didn't want to spend that much (they were higher than 3 other places) she totally lost interest in helping me. I was sincerely looking to purchase a mattress, and I did

I ordered a large sectional and ottoman and at delivery, the ottoman had a white spot on the blue fabric and a big line down the center. I called and complained so they sent out a second ottoman, which was worse than the first. They took it away with them and left the original. So today they delivered the third one and the manager at the warehouse unboxed it and checked it to make sure everything was OK with it so when they delivered it I had a big stain on the top of it. So I refused it. This is getting ridiculous. I told them that I am over it and I want my money back and of course they’re going to bring out a fourth ottoman.

Applied for a loan to furnish a new apartment, got approved for 10k. Went through basically to my purchase amount 2 weeks ahead of time. Furniture was still delayed. They forgot to order my couch ($1,500) and my total was nearly the same i was originally quoted by the sales rep. Initial purchase took nearly 3 hours because of "system issues". Cant get through to the store no matter what and calls get forwarded. Tried several times on several days and never actually had the store answer.

I just purchased furniture at Ashley at Scottdale. I found the best salesperson, his name was Braylon. He made my shopping experience great. Now I am waiting on the delivery. Spent a lot of money on bed and service was terrible trying to get what we ordered It has been 6 weeks and I have not received an item that was suppose to be delivered. Called Tammy 3 times and she said she forgot to order and then never followed up. Called to speak to the manager and the manager never called me back. Don't buy anything from Tammy as she has an attitude and dont buy fr9m this location the service was terrible!

Unfortunately, this location has yet to answer any of my calls. I’ve been trying for a couple of days as I would like to know if they have a Modmax on display. I chatted with the support on their website who informed me that each location is franchise owned and there was no way for them to contact the store either. I was just trying to avoid showing up there and the item not being available due to the long drive. Unfortunately, their customer service is either slammed in the store or the phones don’t actually work. I’ll keep trying, maybe I’ll get lucky someday 🤞

Furniture is nice but delivery issues are never ending! We received a piece of the couch and it had a stain they took it back and it’s been over a week we don’t have a replacement. Three other items still missing and over a week we still don’t have them. They keep calling and texting that they are having system problems etc. they schedule and then cancel and it’s been so frustrating and stressful. The salesman is nice and trying to help but not sure what the internal delivery problems are. We just want to be done with this ordeal!! We are longtime customers of Ashley as a family and I am not sure if it will be our go to store going forward! Very disappointed.

Staff are always great and eager to help. We've purchased a mattress, bed frame, sofa, and some misc items and they've all held up well. 4 stars is for the wifi, it's super slow... even for the employees when helping us check out... It's almost as slow as the early 90s dialup lol.

My payment just spun in circles. I was getting frustrated , dont know what finally happened, so I finally decided to do a walk in your store to buy it. We knew about what we wanted. They showed us a few samples. We selected some chairs, and made the purchase. The sales-person was very courteous and helpful. Several other sales-people came by and they were all very nice to us.

You do not want me to give you an honest review. What you should do is call the Store Manager (Eric / Scottsdale AZ Mayo Location) and ask him what played out. Three trips to the store to get a credit. You have a direct number to the store. Why? I called it 7 to 10 times and only once did someone pick up. On those three visits there were more associates watching what was going on than customers. They were NOT busy. Lastly, on my second trip to the store to get the credit I asked for the store manager. He told me the ONLY person that could run my credit would not be in until 11:00 or so. Suggestion Ashley, maybe train your store managers how to process a credit? As they say, third times a charm (3 trips to get MY money back). Then I need to wait 3 to 5 days for the credit to hit. I’m wondering if the suits upstairs (Big Management) making these decisions would be ok with this nonsense if they were in the consumers shoes. Certainly the answer is yes. After THIS instance (there are others….DO NOT buy there warranty programs…save the money and hope the quality holds up.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! I had the worse experience with both their store personnel and the call center. My furniture was delayed by several weeks without any courtesy notifications. I had to call multiple times, was placed on long holds without any success in ETA. In addition I went back to the store, escalated to the manager on duty and spoke with Rick or Rich - whatever his name is and he is the most arrogant, rudest and biggest jerk I've met in recent years. He is terrible for business! Anyway, after requesting for a full refund and several weeks of delays, it was all denied. No calls to apologize for the inconvenience. In addition check your billing statements, it's been a nightmare to resolve it all. I absolutely regret ever stepping foot there!

I went into the store hoping to get a look and feel of the new couch I wanted to purchase, unfortunately they didn’t not have it because it was by order only, I ordered it because I already knew what I wanted. The young man that helped me was very cordial and attentive, he places my order and provided me with my delivery date and I finalized my purchase, it was a very quick transaction. I can’t wait to get it.

Dishonest and riddled with selling gimmicks. The salesperson was incredibly dishonest. Said that the furniture came with a 5 year warranty, but when we got the invoice, that warranty was an additional 500 dollars; NOT included as the salesperson indicated (lied) Also screwed us on matters sale. She told us that we could get a discount on furniture ONLY if we bought a mattress. A total lie we found out after reading the fine print Mattresses are overpriced. Do NOT buy your mattress from them Delivery fees are crazy! Roughly 10% of your order, including mattress delivery that requires no assembly. All in all a ripoff outlet

I came to browse the Ashley storeroom at 8p.m. on a Saturday. They let me browse. No pressure! Sales rep "Jesse" helped me decide between two sofas I liked. My main concern was that my cats would tare up the couch. He emphasized that the couch with a much tighter weave would be most durable. I am happy to say he had great advice! I love my new sofa.

We went in and were greeted by a sales rep who directed us to the bar stools and let us shop for awhile then came to check on us. We selected the bar stools, paid and set up delivery. Experience was good. Struggle checking out as system was down. There was no simple way to give us a receipt so we had to wait a good amount of time while they figured out the issue to get us a paid receipt.

An hour after that range had ended, phone call saying delivery pushed out another hour, with rep giving a 4 hour range of which 2 hours had already passed. Each of 4 chairs delivered were damaged. I previously went with AFW…HUGE mistake! After two sets delivered and returned due to being damaged, I got my money refunded. I went to Ashley furniture and the process from start to finish was painless! My sales guy was awesome and very knowledgeable. I got the furniture delivered once in immaculate condition. No damage and the delivery guys were awesome!

Do NOT Buy the Warranty – 0 Stars if I Could! I submitted a claim in November 2024, and a technician came within a week to assess my furniture. They sent the information to the warranty company, yet now it’s March 2025, and my furniture is still not fixed. When I called the warranty company, I was shocked to learn that no one had even looked at my claim. First, the representative told me there were no parts available to order. Then, she suddenly changed her story and said I would hear back within a week. Ashley, this is completely unacceptable. Selling warranties from this company is misleading and unfair to customers. I have purchased multiple pieces of furniture from Ashley, but after this experience, I will never buy from you again. You have lost a loyal customer.

Great service at the store. From the time the order was placed, I received confirmation from the warehouse regarding delivery date and time. One day before delivery, I received a text message and a call to confirm that someone will be there to receive the furniture. On the delivery day, got a call from the driver of the truck, then a follow-up call from the warehouse. All items were delivered in timely manner and in good condition.

Update: please never buy furniture here! Quality is so bad. I got my bed frame and tempur pedic matress delivered. After 1 day, I would definitely switch my review to negative because it causes health issue. Will never purchase Ashley furniture! The bed frame is so smelly, really strong formaldehyde smell and my husband and I got headache badly after one night. We remove everything and just kept the bed frame in bedroom and confirmed the smell is from the bed frame. Even worse, our mattress absorbs the formaldehyde from the bed frame and now the whole apt is like a chemical lab. Called for return, but they will do inspection 2days later and may take the bed frame away based on the inspection result. We have to book a hotel for our health, avoiding from headache to worse health issue. Previous review: Great experience, everyone welcomed us and we got our premium mattress and bed panel with a good deal. Braden explains everything on the mattress for us and what’s the difference among all the products and help me try them myself. Cannot wait for the products delivered and use it.

I visited the store today because I wanted to purchase a chair and ottoman. I had been there several times and I actually bought most of the furniture for my previous apartment at that location a year ago. All prior experiences had been great and the employees were very friendly and helpful. Just to add context, I have always visited the store with my two dogs and they were very well received. Today a lady around 60 years old approached us when we were entering and one of my dogs wanted to greet her. She just went on asking what we wanted and I mentioned that we were looking for a chair with an ottoman. She asked us a bunch of questions about colors of our furniture and then said they didn't have any ottomans in the colors that would match what we had at home. I very politely said that I wanted to go in either way to browse and see if there was something we'd like. She said that people were allergic to dogs and the way my dog reacted when she saw her was not ok (weird comment since my dog just wanted to greet her). I thanked her for her help and told her we would take our business elsewhere. If I had an employee that treated customers like that, I'd fire her on the spot. No smile, no interest in helping and then just making us feel like we were not wanted there. First time I've ever been treated like that in my life. When we were leaving, a manager (I believe), approached her to ask what had happened but I didn't stay to complain. Just bought what I wanted online, with your competition. I hope you don't lose more customers because of her poor customer service.

Spent thousands of $ in November 2024 on a bedroom set. Delivered broken, 3 technician visits, multiple deliveries with wrong parts later and we still have a nonfunctional bedroom set. I eventually filed a complaint a complaint with the BBB who had arranged for a full exchange today…however, no one called or showed despite confirming on Monday and getting a confirmation email yesterday with a delivery window for today. I called the BBB representative back and she said someone had gone into the account overnight and removed the order for delivery without any notes or explanation. She was unable to reach the manager but they were supposed to call me back after the manager finished a “presentation in 30 minutes”. Guess what, no call. The sales team at the store is great, but the warehouse is ran by incompetence. No professionalism or respect. Will never be shopping with Ashley again.

They are better at letting you have space to walk around and shop without making constant inane small talk . We were able to select what we came for then call the salesman over to finish the details.

UPDATE - since they took my payment 2 months ago it has been nothing short of hell trying to work with this company. WARNING, if anything is backordered or goes wrong, the store will give you attitude and treat you like it's your fault. Managers will always "be busy" and there are no way to escalate. I'm currently waiting for corporate to call me back with little faith anything will come from it. Also, all sales are final but you will not be told that when you buy. You will sign for the delivery as if nothing is wrong and then you will end up waiting an additional 6 weeks for products with no proactive follow up or empathy from literally ONE employee. In my situation, one item was backordered when I purchased $4,000 worth of furniture and they SOLD MY FURNITURE that was in stock to someone else. Now two items are back ordered and it's been two months since they took my money. I'm only ever able to to talk to front desk staff because "the manager is busy" and they do not call me back when asked. You would think someone would show some understanding but that's a pipe dream. I went in person an the manager was also gone then. This store has exactly zero customer service, it's just a corporation looking to steal money and provide no service (or products for that matter). I don't care how much you like the furniture, shop somewhere else.

We worked with Laura Sharp today. We came and saw her on New Year's Day and I came back today and purchased some lovely left arm and right arm Chaise pieces. She made everything seamless and easy. However, her post sales and customer service, not so great. I have asked her to check on more pieces for me and she said that she would get back to me. Lo and behold she never did. From now on I will be working with somebody else. Somebody that will follow through.

On November 19th we were sold a bed that was on Backorder but would be in within a week or so. Well. Here we are over a month later and 4 cancelled deliveries including the one for this week. I was told by the store manager that we are one of 8 people waiting for this bed. That makes them totally irresponsible and only worried about sales. They had to know after 5 people were in my shoes…. Maybe we shouldn’t sell this bed… HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! ! ! ! They actually made it right in the end we are now satisfied (long overdue update)

Ordered an 80" tv console, coffee table and end table. I was ASSURED that I would receive it on December 22nd. On the 22nd I received a notification that it was "arriving today by the end of the day". When I called that day to get an estimated time of arrival I was told there was no scheduled delivery! After being given different warehouse delivery dates, being placed on hold, and ultimately being told it was now scheduled for a January 4th delivery date, I told them I wanted to speak to someone at the store that I purchased it from. On hold again only to be told they were busy and would call me back in a few minutes (and to "keep your line open"). Nonone called so I contacted the salesperson directly. He texted and said he would call me back in 30 minutes. He did. He started with apologizing, saying he just heard about this, said there was an issue with my card going through that took 3 days( uh...it went through THE SAME DAY)...I stopped him, said I didn't want to hear excuses, I was contacted on the December 22nd and told it was going to be delivered on the 22nd by the end of the day. No one called to say there were any issues or delays. On the 21st I donated my old furniture and now have none...just in time for the holidays. Sorry Ashley. Can not recommend you. You have lost my confidence and my business.

I've bought here twice with the same sales rep. Had a great experience in store. My chair I bought in store was delivered with a defect. I called and they offered to fix it. I inquired about just returning it and was today they do not do returns. If you buy in-store you cannot return items. I asked about the return policy they have online and she said that is for online purchases only. In-store purchases do not apply. Pretty unfortunate to spend several hundreds of dollars for a defected item and can't even send it back.

Bought bedroom set with “white glove delivery and set up” for guests to have while visiting from out of town. One piece arrived with missing parts and was finally replaced the day my guests left the following week. Despite several conversations with Ashley’s foreign based customer service department, I was told I needed to speak with the store manager. I left 3 messages for him and have yet to hear back.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING!!!! Just in case you don’t know Ashley’s doesn’t have a return policy even though you are told you have 3 days. Maybe Jesse at this location was lying to make a sale. They will Cancel orders without telling you and don’t refund your money unless you show up in store several times. Don’t even bother calling corporate, they will “connect” you to the store and then get rerouted back into the system. Or they give you the store number that puts you back into corporate number. The only way to resolve anything is to have go into a location several times!

Helpful staff. I wish Ashley would allow purchase of floor furniture and that one could order furniture to be delivered to the local store at no cost. As it is now, delivery is $100 with no option to take home furniture from the store. Overall, good value and good furniture.

We purchased few items from this store recently that includes 4 bar tools. These bar tools are not stable- workmanship issue. 3 are bad out of 4. We went to the store, requested for exchange to different type. They refused and told us no exchange policy. We have no confidence that the same type would work. If anyone buy anything, please make100% sure that you like it and it is good. As I said , no exchange policy in Ashley.

I've been a long time customer. this time was different. delivery people dropped my sofa off the truck causing damage. when we tried to get them to take it back they didn't speak English and they were late so they showed up 7:45pm on a Saturday. so no one to call. now we are having to deal with repairs on a sofa we paid for to be new. they've lost a customer at this point as they have refused to replace it.

I purchased this recliner loveseat in store for 1200.00 plus delivery. The floor model was a sand color which I really liked. Delivery was to be 2.5 weeks out and was then postponed by the company for another week. So almost a month after the purchase it was delivered, I tipped the delivery guys who did great, but I was standing there looking at it thinking something was off with the color. I promptly went to the store with pictures of it and realized they delivered the wrong color. The girl at the customer service desk was really snotty about it and said I will be contacted within 72 hrs for someone to come look at it. I found my salesman who then looked at the pictures and knew something was wrong. He reached out, 72 hrs later to check up on things and, once I told him I had been ghosted, told me someone would reach out within 72 hrs again. Upon his request, I sent a picture of the SKU, which somehow matched the taupe/grey color I had been delivered? The next day I was sent an email stating that since the SKU’s matched, no one will be coming out and the case is closed. What a bunch of BS! I will never recommend this company or deal with it again!!! I’m not given the option to post pictures otherwise I would.

Ashley’s website states a 30 day return policy. I went in store to see the color of the pieces I was interested in purchasing. The sales agent offered to order it for me on her iPad. The pieces shipped from a warehouse for a $99 delivery fee. I needed to return the pieces after 20 days and they refused. They stated there is no return policy if you purchase in store. I was never informed of this policy. I spoke to the store manager, Ashley Corporate office and Consumer Affairs and everyone said there is a no return policy for items purchased in store. Everyone stuck strong to the policy and refused to return my items. Never will I consider Ashley again. One star is too high.

My experience in store was very good, but then it went downhill. They arranged for an outside service to deliver my furniture and that was where it all went wrong. There were communication errors between the store and the delivery service which resulted in my entire order being canceled. It took three weeks for me to get a refund and it still wasn’t right. I am now 5 weeks out and still waiting for the balance of my money.

We purchased a white head and footboard for our guest bedroom, accompanied by two matching night stands that were also white in color. We LOVE the way the bedroom looks !!! We also purchased a California King mattress and box spring to complete the set! My daughter visited last week and commented about what a comfortable bed this is !!!! Nicely done Ashley!!!!

Honestly pretty terrible experience. The first delivery came on the wrong day and incomplete. Then the delivery driver informed me the table was completely scratched from end to end. After reordering and waiting a couple weeks, the next table couldn't even be closed due to a major defect in the hidden leaf part of the table. Granted it was not an expensive dining set but obviously there are quality assurance issues. Then the store had the nerve to call and try to save the sale after I refused another reorder and requested a refund. I really do not blame the sales person but it is just a poor practice when I had already been inconvenienced twice and just wanted to be done with the whole order. If planning to order furniture from this store, just be prepared to inspect all items thoroughly.

I had the worst experience with this store and would not recommend it to anyone under any circumstances. They sold me a couch that was too large for my unit even though I provided dimensions straight off the bat. Even though this was their mistake they made it impossible to switch it out. I was on the phone with managers and going in to multiple store locations trying to sort it out all while having a couch that I plan on returning. It then took them about 2 or so weeks to get me my new couch. All together this whole thing lasted about a month and I ended up having to spend extra money because of the mistake. Do not recommend!

Inconsiderate and incompetent describes the personnel we encountered at the Frank Lloyd Wright store. Never ever again will we go there. This is now the second time things have been screwed up.

Partial delivery. I was notified by the driver that part of my order was on backorder, curious to why I wasn't notified before the arrival of my items. I wasted my time today and now I have to waste more time on another day. I would like my delivery money back since Ashley did not make good on their end. When I tried to call customer service, its handled by a call center that has no authority to fix a situation.. its like talking to a wall.. and my rep actually laughed while I was on the phone. I hope that if you plan to order anything from this business that it shows up and in one piece.. otherwise it is a nightmare to receive a solution!! They didnt value my time and laughed in my face! Will never see a dollar more from me or anyone I can share my story with!!

I have purchased a lot of furniture from this store. I recently purchased a dining room table and chairs which was supposed to be assembled upon delivery. When the delivery truck arrived I was told that it had not been scheduled to be assembled. I was moving that following Monday so it was imperative that the set be put together before the movers picked it up as it was going in to storage for the following 3 months. When I called to get the problem rectified, I was assured that someone would be out within a few days to get it assembled. That did not happen. The set was moved still in the box and unassembled. We just moved to our new home last week, opened the box and the table and chairs were the wrong color. No one at Ashley would help rectify the problem immediately after delivery and no one is helping now. I'm being told that once it was signed for it was no longer their problem. Bruce was my saleman who I immedicately called when the delivery came and was not being assmbled. No answer from him and no return call. I will NEVER purchase anything from Ashley again.

HORRIBLE SCAMMERS. Go somewhere that actually has a return policy or is at least honest about their policies. DO NOT accept the salesperson's description of the return policy or trust them with anything. They simply won't tell the truth. We tried to return our loveseat within 24 hours of delivery and they wouldn't do it. The delivery guy said we had up to 7 days to return it. When I called the store, they just said "sorry for the miscommunication." Also, the employees will follow you around the store to pressure you into buying something because they work off commission. We were "helped" in the store by employees Melissa and Jermain. Disgusting, sleazy, and deceptive people who just want a sale. I will never be back. I really wish I would have looked up the reviews for this place before. Save your money and time and go absolutely anywhere else.

Terrible customer service. The lady on the phone who handles parts does not have the training she needs. We have a discontinued bed frame that we need hardware for. She didn't want to even see if they can help me obtain the hardware for that frame. It is very likely the same hardware was used for the next model. Of course she would not check. Maybe this is a tactic to get you to upgrade and purchase the newest model. Shop somewhere else.

We will never buy from Ashley again. If you do, DO NOT let them scam you into a warranty. They WILL NOT honor it even if it’s in their contract, they will weasel their way out and say it’s not under warranty. Our toddler got a stain on the couch, we submitted a claim the next day and they refuse to honor that warranty even though it’s within the 5 year timeframe of purchase. It’s a joke

I wish I could give 0 stars. Do NOT buy from Ashley Furniture, let alone purchase their protection plan. I spent $1000 on a table at the end of 2022, including $100 insurance. I called in to submit a claim for a new table top due to some scratches I noticed, and they don’t tell you about all these one off rules that exclude you from receiving a replacement of your item. I will absolutely never purchase anything here again.

I purchased a living room set from Ashely Furniture in Scottsdale, Arizona in August 2019. I bought a 5-year protection plan with it, for $320. The salesman said that if we didn't make any claims on the plan after the 5-year term, we would get store credit for the plan. Fortunately we have liked the furniture and its quality and we never needed to submit a claim against the warranty plan. However, now that I am trying to get store credit for the plan, I have been getting the runaround by Ashley Furniture. Basically they and the underwriter of the plan, GBS/ProtectAll, are giving me the runaround. I've made 10 calls to both of them over the last 3 weeks. Each one says that its up to the other to honor the plan. It's clearly a scam and I'm not going chase it down any longer. It's not worth getting an attorney to resolve because that'll cost me more than $320. It's sad that merchants rip consumers off like this. I will never again purchase from Ashley Furniture or any of their subsidiaries and if I buy furniture elsewhere and they offer a protection plan from GBS/ProtectAll, I certainly won't buy it.

The item displayed in the store was not the same item when they delivered to me.

While the salespeople are very personable, the company itself is completely disorganized. After purchasing a piece of furniture, and being told at that time that it was “in stock” and would be delivered the following week, we then received a call a few days before it was to be delivered, saying that it was on back order. The delivery was rescheduled to today, and now we are being told that it wasn’t put on the truck. If you actually want to receive the furniture you order, you might want to shop somewhere else.

I recently worked with Jesse Dixon to purchase a couch, and he was incredibly helpful in ensuring that the layout would work perfectly in our new living room. Jesse was patient throughout the process, providing an online order option when we were ready to move forward. I truly appreciate his sales approach—this location is fortunate to have him. My husband and I bought a lot of furniture from this location a few years back. They used to be great, but since have gone down hill tremendously. A few years back we were given a $100 gift card from the manager when we were in the store. We have been saving it as we wanted to use it on something special and useful. Now that we have a baby on the way, I went in yesterday to use the gift card. The gal at the front desk said they no longer are excepting the gift cards, even though it says no expiration on the card. That is not right at all. In addition to this, you can't buy anything from the store itself. If you go in there- they only will ship it to your house, so you can't get anything same day. I will never be shopping here again and will tell family members that we don't recommend either.

Horrendous. Leaked all of my address and everything and did not offer anything. Absolutely nightmare. Unfortunate. Jesse is great. Wish that I could’ve been taken care of in any way for spending a ton of money and proved to The in store team who said this was awful. And got zero sort of compensation in any way. A Nightmare at Ashley Furniture: My Return and Customer Service Experience. My experience with Ashley Furniture was nothing short of a nightmare. I purchased a living set that, upon delivery, turned out to be significantly different color than what i see from the store.When I attempted to return the set, I was met with a series of obstacles that made the process incredibly frustrating. Here are some of the negative aspects of my experience: * Return Process: You have to return/reject your furniture upon a delivery. They don't give enough time to inspect. Also they damaged my wall during the delivery process. Overall, my experience with Ashley Furniture was extremely disappointing. would caution others against purchasing from Ashley Furniture, especially if you are concerned about the return policy and customer service.

DO NOT SPEND MONEY AT THIS STORE, they have NO RETURN POLICY FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. We called immediately within 24 hours of delivery and were told "sorry" we don't accept any returns. This is in conflict with the 72 hour return policy posted on the Ashley furniture website. They are a franchise that chooses to not offer any ability for returns for any reason. Within 24 hours we called in to return our couch that was delivered, because we noticed a jagged structural peice of the back of the couch was pointing outward nearly tearing the fabric, and also creating a safety hazzard for our small kids. This not only shows that the couch has no structural integrity, and is a huge safety concern, I wouldn't even be suprised if the couch model itself is worthy of recall considering the risk of injury it poses. Zero accountability, or repect for customers, or integrity in offering quality product. Read other reviews and you will see the same sentiment echoed. This is unacceptable and no one should make the mistake of doing business with these dishonest people.

Kathryn Buck should be fired from your store immediately. She was so incredibly rude to our family when we requested a specific date our furniture be delivered, and eventually started insulting us and calling us names. She left us many threatening emails and calls as well. I am going to be filing a complaint through BBB if you guys don’t let her go because she is an evil and scary person to buy furniture from.

We worked the location on Mayo Blvd. We bought a dining room set and six chairs on Saturday July 6, 2024. When I got home, I noticed my card was charged twice. I called the store on Monday to get one of the charges removed, a representative advised they would remove the charge; a week went by and the charge was not removed, I called back and the same rep advised they forgot to remove the charge but did so on the second call, one week later. The table was delivered on July 17, 2024, the table looked great but the chairs were full of scuff marks and scratches not seen in the store display model. One hour after delivery, I went back to he location and I was welcomed by the front staff and salespeople, except for one woman named Bianca, who I was directed to to discuss the purchase I had just made and that was just delivered. She treated me with little to zero respect and seemed like I was bothering her. Her behavior was extremely unprofessional and acted disgusted when I would ask her for help. I genuinely was appalled to receive the amount of disrespect. The chairs, to the table set I had purchased, were delivered with very grainy, rough edges whereas the chairs I was shown in the store were not. When I went back into the store to discuss the concern I had with the chairs, Bianca did not want to hear about the complaint or provide a resolution, but rather stated since “we bought the chairs, it was now our problem”. A manager overheard her tone and rhetoric, and came over to listen to my concerns and offer to inspect the chairs to find a resolution to the issue. I would not recommend anybody to work with the representative Bianca as once a sale is made she does not care or follow-up on the customer satisfaction.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Worst experience I’ve ever had. I order a part in April, had to follow up multiple times because I STILL haven’t got my order as we are now in July. You’ve been warned. Go at your own risk.

Honestly, I really want to leave a one star for the service I encountered but I’m leaving two stars because I am happy with one of the peices I got from them. However, the quality of the peices isn’t how it looks in the store. They assured me I’d get my pieces delivered within the week and gave me a delivery date. The only reason why I bought from them is because I needed pieces asap to furnish a home as quickly as possible to set it up as a rental and they assured me I’d get it in time. Once delivery day came, I stayed home waiting all day. I called the store at the end of the day as well as the associate I worked with, I could not get through. I had to stop in the store the next day and they already knew they made a mistake. They put it in the system several days after I purchased it and they had an adjusted delivery date but didn’t even bother to follow up with me on that. They assured me it’d come on time this time because I wanted to cancel my entire order and they also gave me a further discount, so I gave them another chance. One of the pieces was too big for my home so I sent it back. I was told I’d get a refund right away - from talking to Ashley’s over the phone and from the delivery drivers. Instead the store location kept calling me to sell me on another item instead of refunding, which I declined and said to refund me. A week and a half later, I still haven’t received my refund. I spoke to them today and they said they JUST processed it, even though they told me a week and half ago, they processed it. On top of that, they gave me a refund price that was several hundred below of what I actually paid for. So now I’m having to remind them once again of their mistakes. It’s constant back and forth games with them. And on top of all of that, the bed I purchased from them is claimed to be California king/king — yet it won’t fit either king or California king. I have to squeeze in a king mattress on there because queen is too small on the sides for that bed. They use rails that’s both for queen/king. Don’t waste your time with this place, it’s such an unnecessary headache.

Five Stars for the Table, Zero Stars for Patience-Testing Delays (and Customer Service) Let me start by saying, the table we ordered itself is beautiful. Absolutely stunning. It would be the centerpiece of any home... if you managed to live that long waiting for it to arrive. The sales rep boasted a breezy "4-6 week" lead time. Perfect! I could picture family dinners already, laughter echoing around this gorgeous new table. Six weeks turned into six months. My calls were met with a delightful game of "customer service hot potato," where I bounced between disinterested representatives who offered nothing but vague reassurances and hollow apologies. If you're looking for a stunning table and a crash course in existential dread, this is the store for you! Just be sure to stock up on instant ramen and patience pills. Lots and lots of patience pills.

I called the store about some bedroom furniture that I saw online. I wanted to make sure it was in stock and a lead time on delivery. I ended up speaking with the sales associate Bruce and he was very accommodating and knowledgeable. I said I would come to the store to discuss and finalize my purchase. Bruce even offered to stay after his scheduled time to accommodate my needs. He was very helpful and understanding of my needs for comfort within the mattress. Bruce pointed out some things about side sleeping and from there, made great suggestions and recommendations. He even gave me some great deals on my entire purchase. If you are in the market for anything furniture related please check out this store and absolutely ask for Bruce. He was a pleasure to work with.

Not coming back. I went in a week or so ago. Spoke to a guy as I was walking and told him I was just browsing. He said "cool" an that was it. Found a piece I liked and asked him for inventory status and delivery times and he gave me a delivery of about a week out. I said I'd keep shopping for something as I had an immediate need and he said "cool". 5 stars at this point. After shopping a few days I decided the piece I wanted an their delivery time was acceptable so I went to the website to order. The website did not have the discout the store offered and the website delivery times were about a week later than I was told in the store. No problem. I'll just swing by the store on my lunch break, find my guy, confirm some prices and dates, pay and be on my way. Still 5 stars at this point. So I go to buy the piece I orignally wanted. That was a done deal. My wife wanted a dresser for our bedroom. We had researched the prices, the materials the dressers were made from, the country of origin, the warranty, online reviews, etc... I wasn't 100% happy but for the price.... I'd buy it. I just wanted to look at a couple of pieces we had fully researced on the internet. Snap some photos, give my wife my opinion and get her feedback before I decided to buy. So in I go. I was met by a lady with an accent...she seemed familiar but I couldnt place her. I told her "I don't need help, I am going to buy a TV stand". Then pointed in the general direction of the TV stand I was coming to purchase. Then I told her "just want to look at. couple of dressers before I do". This seemed to irritate her a bit. She followed me around the store and I don't think there was an interval over 120 seconds where she didn't try to speak to me. Finally, I just started ignoring her. She walked away and started talking to another guy who then started to talking to me about what I was doing there. At this point, I didn;t have a solid 2 uninterruped minutes to text with my wife about what to purchase and what to not. So I just left. I have never felt so harrased while shopping in my life....execept once before...Copenhangen was running a sale before they reorged the store so I was going ot buy a bedroom suite and I left because the sales lady was harrasing the hell out of me and didnt purchase it. I am 99.987% sure it was the same lady who harassed me today at Ashley. I knew I recognized her. She had a thick accent so maybe it's cultural but to managnemnt please let her know there are poeple who spends hours on the internet researching every molecule of a purchase who just want to be left the hell alone.

Update after days of dedicated searching they found my keys love these people Would definitely give this place ten stars if i could. Went in here to purchase a dining table and got one on sale for 150$ less then i expected. Unfortunately for me I lost my keys.. but they stepped up with out me even asking and helped me look for 3 hours in the store non stop flipped all their couches in the store . they were also friendly to my brother with autism and gave us water and made sure we were taking care of. Would highly recommend these guys. they love their jobs and love the customers!

When this first occurred, they sent out a technician who said, it "looks to be a case that can not be fixed." He went on to say, he will make some adjustments however, IF this falls a part again, to call him and they will replace the bed all together. Well little to my surprise NOT even 3 days later the bed fell a part ONCE again. I called customer service and they said, the previous "technician" stated there wasn't anything wrong with the bed. Due to this all they could do was send out another technician to "take another look." They sent another person to our home who didn't lift the mattress - all he did was lay on the floor and looked under the bed and diagnosed the problem. Essentially it looks fine - just need to replace the slats.. which makes no sense as it came a part at the foot board. He was completely unprofessional and rude. At this point I do not feel safe with these technicians coming into my home. Note: Each time they schedule a technicians this it takes two weeks someone out. So although we spent all of our hard earned money my SICK husband and I have to sleep on the floor. Bianca with support was extremely disrespectful to my husband and I - totally disregarded our concerns. I feel like I was cheated out the money that my sick husband and I spent on this furniture and saddened by the way we were treated. WE need a complete refund & need to speak with someone from Corporate asap!!!! Please do not respond with one of those generic responses "sorry to hear - contact us at email.." I need your corporate office to call me ASAP. I am not playing anymore games. We have been compliant - now it's time for your company to deliver on your promise.

My 75 year old mother bought a chair for over $1,000 and they didn't have the nerve to tell her about their 72 hour return policy when she bought it. She called the store after only having it for 5 days to let them know how she is in a lot of pain trying to sit in her new recliner. The one she sat in at the store did not feel the same. She feels like she is sitting on a bar and it hurts. The store said they would call her in a day a two to set up an appointment to have a technician take a look at it and she is still waiting for the call. All she wants to do is return this uncomfortable chair that is giving her pain. Where is customer satisfaction when you need it?

I received damaged/unusable furniture from this Ashley and they will not help me at all. I called 5 separate times, each time being promised that someone would reach out to resolve the issue. It's been 2 weeks and no one has ever reached out. There was always an excuse from "someone at the store forgot to respond to the claims department's questions" to "I don't have an answer for you someone will reach out and there is no one to contact until then.” Eventually they forwarded me this internal email between them and their claims department, where the claims employee literally tells them "Any refunds or replacements are not able to be completed by our dept" but the North Scottsdale location passes the blame onto them. I would not recommend shopping here, if something arrives broken, you're going to be stuck with it.

Worst customer service EVER!! We ordered a sectional sofa and dining set. Had to change the delivery address and the customer care team on the phone flat out lied after never updating the address. They confirmed the delivery date/time. After driving 2.5 hours to be at the residence for the delivery we were called by the care team to inform us the delivery date would be changed (AFTER the driver called us to confirm our address, telling my husband he would be there in an hour). Tried to call the Scottsdale store, hoping they would be helpful and were anything but helpful. Even the order cancellation process after exceptionally poor customer service has been nothing short of painful. Don’t ever do business with this company!

As of writing this review I have not yet received delivery of our furniture. The review is just for the I store service which I received. The sales associate was very attentive and efficient. We were very pleased with our I store experience.

Haven't been to Ashley's for a long time. This day, we had gone to 4 other high-end stores looking for a sofa. We walked in here, was met by an employee who kindly greeted us, and answered our questions. She didn't stalk us. With in an hour, wr had purchased a sofa and chair. Delivery was made to our home by day 3. Delivery guys were prompt, clean and very professional. They took away all the wrappings, too.

Bruce was very helpful and directed me to all of the options that would work. He answered all of my questions and wasn't pushy.

Laura was fantastic! Able to find a dresser at a great price!

The 5 year furniture protection plan is a scam! My sofa is fully paid off, but missing 3 pillows that cannot be repaired because the damage is near the seam . .. was told the protection plan covers "EVERYTHING".... now I'm told it doesn't... I have requested a refund of the $319.99 that I paid for the "5 year protection plan .... Think I'm getting the run-around... My "case has been under "review" for 6 days now . And my pillows need to be repaired!😡

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Sales girl flat out lied to us in order to make the sale and when we confronted her about it she was unbelievably rude. We ended up cancelling our order and going to AFW where they were helpful, truthful and delivered as promised.

Spacious, clean, bright and well stocked showroom. Greeted immediately when entering the store and given locations of different styles and types of furniture. Salesperson Catherine Salas saw we were focused on a sleeper sofa and came to assist us. She was very helpful with demonstrating the sofas features and completing the sale and scheduling delivery.

Customer service was great in the store and then the furniture never arrived. No communication about delays, yet the delays kept coming. After waiting for 3 months we finally cancelled our order when we still had no idea when the furniture would arrive.

I have been to multiple furniture stores and left empty handed. Right when I started to think I wouldn’t find anything I’m looking for, we went to Ashley’s. I was able to find everything to fill my apartment and, more than what we were looking for at a fraction of what the other stores were charging. This review is less about this specific Ashley store and more about the Ashley Furniture model. This store is always well kept and clean and the employees don't constantly badger you. However, that's the most nice thing I can say. I bought a coffee table and a side table and the quality is average. I was not informed until I was literally about to insert my card to pay that if I chose to pick up from the warehouse, my items would be non-returnable . So I either had the option of paying $40 for delivery, then another $40 if I want to return my item, or no return whatsoever. I had researched tables and was confident I wanted this table so I chose to pick up my item from the warehouse. DO NOT DO THIS especially if you're in the north Scottsdale area. The warehouse is so inconveniently located and the employees there seemed surprised that I had come in. It's worth it to pay the delivery fee. I had to schedule my pick-up so they knew I was coming, yet it still took 15 minutes for them to bring my items out to me. I had to physically inspect my item before I signed for it, stating that I accepted it as-is and could not return it. of course, everything is still in the box so all I saw was a small section of the top of the table. Once I got it home, I noticed that the corners of the table were poorly painted but unfortunately, I cannot do anything about it. If I had to do this again, I would definitely pay the delivery fee and take the time to open all boxes before the delivery people left.

What kind of furniture store doesn’t have a return policy or accept returns once an item has been delivered? I was never made aware that I couldn’t return something after it’s been delivered. This is the last time I’ll ever be shopping at Ashley’s and will be telling all my family and friends about the horrible experience. Oh and the delivery guys broke one of my frames bringing my furniture up which I was willing to just let go. Horrible customer service and delivery. 0 stars.

One chair has cracked wood and many sharp staples are sticking out of the bottom of the table. I was told a technician would call within 72 hours and still waiting. I’m anxious to get this fixed as I have out of state company arriving on Tuesday.

We bought a couch we were told would fit only for the delivery driver to not even attempt the delivery. We bought a TV stand and it came out of the box warped and bent to the point where assembly is not possible. To this point, replacement of the TV stand has been a proccess over a week already with no end in sight. I've honestly received better quality from a walmart TV stand. Sales people are friendly but definitely work on commission as they were hesitant to issue a refund.

One of the worst store for furniture shopping. They will sell you warranty and charge you for every service you take with them. There is a guy in suit, forgot his name, but he will claim to have million dollars in sales and try to sell everything but once you are out of the store they are done with you. One of the worst customer service ever.

We ordered a bedframe and an accent table. The accent table was damaged. We called the store and they said they would send out a technician to take a look at it. He tried to repair it, but it looked worse. We asked if we could just have a replacement or our money back and were told "no replacements no refunds" they are supposed to send another technician out to see if he can repair it. When you pay $700 for a piece of furniture you expect it to be in perfect shape. Why should we have to accept a damaged piece of furniture? If Ashley Furniture doesn't make this right I will NEVER shop there again.

SUCH bad quality. We got 6 dining chairs from here. They sold us on “the quality”, however, this is the farthest thing from the truth. 2/6 chairs had seats that were puckered so they made noises every time you sat down. And two more had the screw inserts coming out so the screws would just spin in the legs so you couldn’t even put them together. They sent a tech out and of course he couldn’t fix it so they sent us two new chairs put together. So funny - they took the faulty chairs, they’re so cheap and probably gonna sell them to some poor souls. We then went to to adjust the height on the bottom of the legs of the chairs (the little screw to keep it from wobbling) and noticed the legs were sooooo poorly put together that they were wiggling. My husband then discovered they had the same acre insert fault as the last ones! We then called and they said they’d send us two new legs. We haven’t heard from them in weeks and I just called and they said they won’t have the part until maybe the end of November. SO FRUSTRATING! The lady on the phone was also so weird. She didn’t even say bye. Super disappointed that we spent money here. Never again!!

Last Sunday I stopped to look at Swivel Rocker Recliners. My decision to purchase one at the Gilbert, AZ store on Williamsfield Rd was based on several things. My salesman, Jeffrey Smith was a large part of the process. He was laid back and had answers to all my questions. I sat in the chair for quite some time speaking with Jeffrey. He listened like he was really interested in my story (I had lost my mother recently). When I finally said, now you know all about me, He gave me a quick synopsis of his journey, which I completely enjoyed! He helped me with a solution to dispose of my old item as well.
