I bought a couch from Ashley furniture back in 2017 on Black Friday... The lady that sold me the couch said I was getting a great deal... I thought so until I got home and found out the online price was $300 cheaper... Then I called Ashley home store to see if I could get that discount they gave me a hard time about it... They said it was my duty to search for the best deals before I buy... Finally they agreed to give me the price but they never gave me updated documents that showed the discounted price on my financial agreement... Needless to say after 2 years of paying synchrony I found out they never gave me the discounted price.

Sale was easy and paperwork was done quickly. Chair was delivered today and assembled very professionally. Composer seating is very comfortable. Like the lighted cup holders and storage in the arms. .

Buyer Beware! We paid a lot of money for new furniture to be delivered. The furniture arrived and one piece (a dresser) was placed against a wall as requested. As soon as I tried to use a drawer, I noticed something was wrong. As I more closely inspected the piece, I discovered it had been damaged, and it seemed that someone had tried to repair it. I called customer service the same day and they said they would get back to me right away. I would have expected the delivery of a replacement to be scheduled. It's now over 8 days and after repeated attempts to get the matter resolved, I am getting nowhere! It's sad as we were loyal customers who have purchased thousands of dollars of furniture and this is how we are treated.

I've had good experiences here but my most recent was absolutely terrible, I had called in to confirm a price, a sales rep named Mellisa answered, I've never spoken to a ruder rep before, would not answer my question and hung up the phone, that's how you lose customers!

Our initial experience with Ashley was great. We had a great sales person (TJ) who patiently answered all our questions while we were trying to pick our furniture. Everything after that has been awful. We scheduled our delivery date, and got a time frame the afternoon before. The delivery guys showed up 2 hours after the time frame given. Our sofa recliners that we paid CASH for were broken. The guys told us that someone from the store would reach out to us. It’s been a month now, and we had to call them to see what was going on. Every time we ask to speak to a manager they avoid it and We still don’t have our furniture and no one can seem to give us an answer on when I might be receiving it. Absolute worst customer service I’ve received. You would think that they would work with me considering all of my purchase was paid in cash. After speaking with 3 different people you think one of them might be able to resolve this issue. But instead they have my money and I don’t have my furniture. If i could leave less than one star I would. Will not be buying from this company again.

Horrible service. I highly recommend you never even consider setting foot in this store. Delivery people were extremely rude, trying to convince us to take damaged/imperfect pieces because "they all come like that". Calling the store five times (so far) to confirm delivery of replacement pieces, they have put us on hold for about 20 minutes each time, then hung up on us EVERY TIME. You would think that, when you've spent thousands of dollars at a store, that store would at least answer your calls, but instead, they treat you like dirt. I'm honestly surprised they're still in business if this is how they always treat paying customers.

Love the products, as we have purchased furnitures from them in the past. The sales people however, are not to be trusted. Record your interaction on your smart phone if you have to. Their stories change as the sales presentation progresses.

This Ashley store is the best place we have found to shop for our furnishings. The staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful! They are very accommodating in setting up delivery schedules. And the selection of furnishings available are far better than we found anywhere else on our travels. We will definitely do more shopping here and will go here first before we try anyplace else.

Delivery did not show up and no one from Ashley contacted me to let me know there would be no delivery. I had to call on day of scheduled delivery I was placed on hold for over an hour to have someone come on line to let me know there would be no delivery. I asked to speak to supervisor. Supervisor was not available because the 2 available supervisors were both on another call. I was told one of the two available supervisors would me call back. I’m still waiting for call back from supervisor with information about my delivery two hours later.
