Great shopping with helpful but non-pushy staff.
Our Sales Rep (Cory) was amazing. He gave us time to look around without any pressure and checked in at the right time to see how we were doing. We purchased a living room set and were thrilled with the price and service Cory provided. We also had a great delivery experience. Unfortunately, we didn't get the names of the two delivery guys but they were amazing!! They called to see if we were open to an earlier delivery time because their first customer wasn't ready. The guys worked quickly to move our new furniture in and got everything set up just the way we wanted. They were friendly and professional. Overall great experience. Thank you Ashley Home Store!!
Sales staff were very friendly & knowledgeable.
Bruce was really great. He was friendly, helpful and professional. He let us have our space and answered all of our questions. The low pressure but very helpful approach was very welcomed.
Great customer service from Audrey (Like Hepburn). It makes a difference who helps you in this location. If you’re doing a huge investment, it helps to have the best working with you on your furniture shopping needs. Audrey takes care of you and makes sure you’re happy with your purchase. She does her best to get you what you need, and make suggestions according to your lifestyle. ie. She helped me looked for furniture that considered my Husky and our needs.
Bob at the Scottsdale AZ store was great. Just placed my order for a sectional yesterday and expected to receive within 6 weeks. I've seen comments on a few posts that some have been waiting 4 months for this sectional. Let's hope that's not gonna be the case here! Thanks Bob!!
Great staff, prices. Products fit wonderfully in our home.
Go see Jermaine and he will take great care of you and give you a great price
Audrey was very nice. The store has so much furniture it is a bit overwhelming, but there is a lot of nice options.
I would have given 5 stars, our furniture is amazing. The service and delivery delays have been a nightmare. We ordered all top of the line furniture to furnish an entire house. We ordered two months in advance and it has taken 4 months to get all of our furniture. I get covid delays but this has been ridiculous.
1. Even though they have things in stock, they claim that we can’t take them home directly because the owner of the Ashley is coming tomorrow and we need the store look good. “We can ship them to you” And then they add $60 shipping fee to the bill WITHOUT notifying us. 2. A wall decor has a price tag “original $49 now $9”. When checked out, they said it has the wrong tag. And charge us $25. 3. When we noticed those issues on the bill, we went back to store probably in half an hour. They refused to return or refund because everything was in clearance. The manager is nice who in the end approved the return after a long negotiation. (Very likely the “owner of Ashley” is coming tomorrow and they don’t want to make a mess) But the whole shopping experience wasn’t good. #1 and #2 issues listed above are like business fraud to us. Don’t you think so? Examine the receipt carefully. Be careful.
Shop elsewhere. Two stars instead of one ONLY because of the nice sales staff, specifically Melissa that helped us to find the perfect furniture for our new apartment. The rest of this review is due to experiences after our purchase. We had a scheduled delivery date of August 5th. The delivery crew went to the wrong address (which was not the address on our printed invoice), never contacted us that they had arrived (albeit to the wrong home), and then proceeded to leave - stating the unit was vacant. The only call we received was after the crew departed, telling us we would need to reschedule the delivery in 48 hours. After talking to three different customer service reps at delivery dispatch, we were told they could get the couch to us the morning of August 6th. The morning passed, and when we called for an update we were told it was never scheduled for delivery that day. We would now have to wait until August 10th. There was no accountability. They couldn't tell me who specifically told me about the August 6 date, or why it was said, and they had "no clue" why the delivery crew went to the wrong address. This is a long way of saying, go to a store that follows through on the services you pay for, and doesn't outright lie to customers.
Still have yet to receive multiple pieces from our order from 3 months ago. These are not large pieces, but a few lamps and a rug. Our salesperson is not returning calls, and the store manager has blown us off. To top it all off, the $3000 sofa we ordered and received is already falling apart after less than 2 months, and the warranty dept will not reply to emails. This store is a joke, I would suggest that you avoid it like the plague, you would be better off ordering your furniture from the Dollar Store
With as many furniture stores as there are, why shop where people are rude? Cancelled an order for a delivery that was for 4 months in the future. Salesman was extremely rude & condescending. Tried to offer me additional money off to prevent me from cancelling while at the same time being insanely rude! Like I would ever continue business after being treated the way I was… and why not give people the lowest price the first time around? A message to Ashley Salesman Don: You never know what people are going through. We had a medical emergency that is going to cost us thousands in medical bills… so that’s why a couch suddenly became not so important. Priorities.
I had to request a refund after they delayed my furniture 3 times. I talked to 6 people. I assume this happens regularly cause no one apologized and told me “This is just what happens unfortunately.” However they had no problem keeping my money for 3 months. My Mom told me not to go with them cause the same thing had happened to her but I didn’t listen. I understand delays but feel I was lied to and they made no attempt to make it right until I went in and requested a refund.
The in store experience was good, however we bought our sectional couch back on April 18th. We were told it was backordered a couple weeks, which we understood and were patient. It still didn't come and got back ordered even further out. Today is July 29th, the day our furniture set was finally going to get delivered. My wife and I took the day off for the delivery and spent the day waiting for them to arrive. After being fed up we called and didn't get anywhere over the phone through their complicated phone system. We chatted with someone online and to our surprise, the delivery date was changed to be an additional 6 weeks out from today. We've been waiting for 13 weeks already and now we're suppose to wait for a 19 week total, if that because costumer service emphasized that the date is subject to change and can't guarantee anything. We loved the selection they had in store but if Ashleys is back ordering costumers' orders 19+ weeks without notice, then I highly recommend avoiding this store. We've found we have better experiences working with smaller furniture stores. It's apparent that Ashleys doesn't care about inconveniencing customers to no end, and only care about making sales instead of focusing on providing good customer service once you leave the store.
