I PURCHASED A HEADBOARD/FOOTBOARD, AND VANITY/STOOL FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE ONLINE ON 12/24 THE HEADBOARD AND FOOTBOARD WERE DELIVERED AND ASSEMBLED BY DELIVERY TEAM AND VANITY WAS SHIPPED VIA FEDEX. THE BED WAS DAMAGED DURING ASSEMBLY BY DELIVERY PPL(BROKEN BUTTON ON HEADBOARD, AND CUT THAT EXTENDS FROM SIDERAIL TO FOOTBOARD)AND THE VANITY IS DEFECTIVE (DRAWER ON THE RIGHT SIDE DOSEN'T OPEN AND CLOSE PROPERLY)THESE ISSUES WERE REPORTED ON 12/24 SHORTLY AFTER THE DELIVERY. I INITALLY REQUESTED AN EXCHANGE BUT DO TO POOR COMMUNITACTION, MISLEADING INFO AND LONG WAIT TIMES I REQUESTED A REFUND AND TO HAVE ITEMS PICKED UP I WAS TOLD BED AND FOOTBOAD WOULD BE PICKED UP BUT IF I WANTED A REFUND FOR THE VANITY AND STOOL I WOULD NEED TO DONATE IT TO GOODWILL AND SEND IN A COPY OF THE RECIEPT I HAVE CALLED EVERYDAY SINCE 12/24 EXCEPT ON SUNDAYS TO TRY TO HAVE THESE ITEMS PICKED UP SO I CAN PURCHASE NEW BEDROOM FURNITURE AND EVERYDAY I AM TOLD THE DELIVERY TEAM WILL CALL YOU TODAY AND NO ONE FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE HAS CALLED ME IVE EVEN CALLED THE CORPORATE OFFICE X 2 MY LAST CALL WAS ON SATURDAY AND I WAS TOLD MY RETURN WAS STILL BEING PROCESSED AND THAT SOMEONE FOR THE DELIVERY DEPARTMENT WOULD GIVE ME A CALL ON SUNDAY I ASKED IF THE OFFICES WERE CLOSED ON SUNDAY AND THE CSR REPLIED NO WE ARE HERE 24-7 SO ON SUNDAY I STILL HAVENT GOTTEN A CALL SO I DECIDED TO F/U AND I GOT A RECORDING SAYING THE OFFICES WERE CLOSED ON SUNDAYS. I WAS ALSO TOLD BY THE DELIVERY DEPARTMENT THAT THE DELIVERY FEE WOULD BE REFUNDED AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THAT

Met with Mike and his supervisor at the E Mayo Blvd store in Phoenix, Arizona. Purchased a couple of mattresses. They were more helpful and friendly than any furniture store we have ever visited. They met our price level with a product that fit our needs and accommodated our delivery schedule. Would not hesitate to return to this store in the future.

There are multiple reasons why they deserve one star (or less). Extremely pushy salesmen! Every time I have gotten furniture from Ashley it shows up broken. Their customer service is terrible, and they do everything in their power to decline returns. I tried giving them a second chance, due to previous issues, and the EXACT problem keeps occurring. Their furniture is cheap and terrible quality. If you’re looking for furniture that will last and will be a good experience, go somewhere else. I only say this because my experience has been terrible, EVERYTIME.

Very disconnected staff. Stopped 3 times within a week to view one piece of furniture. Quoted different price each visit. Made an offer to purchase. They couldn’t find item in their inventory. Referred to two different sales people. Lots of confusion. Couldn’t checkout cause item was not inventory. Very unusual to have inventory and no record of it. Provided a bogus receipt with no description of item purchased. Very disappointing!!!

We are very impressed with our salesman Roger who was terrific, very informative, and had a non-pressuring approach while shopping at Ashley furniture Home Store on Mayo Boulevard. Roger and the store manager Rick C were very professional and courteous in successfully helping us with our selection process and working through some challenging details. We are longtime customers of Ashley furniture, not only for the quality of the products, but their overall superior customer service. We are already sending our friends and family to Ashley home store for their furniture needs. You won’t be disappointed 😍
We are in the middle of a NIGHTMARE! We have an incomplete couch set, no mention when we bought it that pieces were not available. We bought before Thanksgiving, delivery was on Dec 5th, 2 pieces missing to a sectional couch. One piece was delivered on Dec 26th, still one piece missing. Call from Ashley's confirmed delivery for Dec 31st. Call today from Ashley's said Jan 13th... whaaaat?? Called customer service, our piece went "missing" they have NO idea where it is, now deliver is going to be JANUARY 23rd, Maybe. They have not yet produced the furniture so we have no idea when it will be completed. Go ahead and complain, that is what their customer service rep said.... total frustration, no word from the sales person at all, just to top things off. Update, January 7th, no furniture no call from Ashley's.

Walked in and was immediately greeted and Roger had great customer service. He had really good knowledge of the products and a great sense of fashion. He wasn't overbearing as some sales people can be. Thanks again for the experience Roger who has Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday's off. Lol
Ordered two items and only one was delivered. Nobody has a clue where the other item is. Spent over an hour on hold only to be told “We have to investigate, will call you later.” If only one item was loaded on the truck for delivery, why wasn’t I told that before the delivery was made.
