Worst experience ever. I Cancelled my order via phone as they told me I can do that over phone and did not received my refund. When I called them to get details about my refund they will tell me difft excuses everytime. We have sent the request to corporate office. After 1 month followup they told me come to store to get my money back. So I have to drive all the to get my refund.
When having furniture delivered from a furniture store like this one, ask questions, like is assembly apart of the delivery. My sister's, daughter purchased a power reclyning chair, with delivery, for her retired, disabled mother.The store delivery employees delivered the chair to the front door. That's it! Leaving her with the intention of having her to assemble the chair herself. Remember, the key word is DISABLED! How lame. Suggestion go to Big Lots next time.
They took forever (3 months to deliver my furniture)
We ordered furniture in September because it was in stock, paid for it in full, and at their recommendation scheduled the delivery date for the beginning of November. They call to tell us 6 days before it’s to be delivered that it’s out of stock and not going to be delivered for another 3 weeks. Even though we paid for premium delivery. They were rude and argumentative through the process and once we told them we wanted to cancel, they informed us we need to come into the store to do it in person. Unbelievable poor service for a marginal product. Shop elsewhere.
Been over 6 months now, cannot get a refund for items not delivered. Called the store many times. Store business people say they will submit the refund and call right back. They never call back, never confirm, never received refund , only tell lies. Synchrony is not good either, I have been working on a dispute for 2 months now with zero results. Also, have called service and they will not correct problems with the dinning set, chairs are falling apart due to delivery personnel over-tightening and stripping screws. I had to install better support brackets and better screws on my own. I will never purchase from Ashley again and hope this helps other buyers to steer clear! (too bad google doesn't allow zero stars!) Update on review. We did not get a refund from Ashley yet and Synchrony denied the dispute. It seems that Ashley Home Stores and Synchrony Bank are in the business of stealing money from their customers and especially not listening to their customers. They did not deliver a table and are still charging us for the table. Both companies lie, have no accounting. I will continue to escalate my dispute with legal action. All the good reviews in the world cannot cancel out one class action lawsuit. Addition, after six months, I called again, and a great customer service representative in Florida was able to correct the problem in just a few minutes. She was awesome, staying on the line while she contacted other services. She was still not able to get the Mayo store to respond to her calls. I may give Ashley another shot at the Prescott, AZ store. Still must leave the Mayo store at less than 1 star. Although, a diligent customer service agent in Florida, she knows who she is, I give her 5 stars!
Ashleyhomestore I have never had a worse customer service experience as I have from your company. We placed an order for a couch September 13th. Scheduled to deliver October 4th. I called a couple days before that because I hadn’t heard any follow up and they had canceled my order the day I ordered it.... and didn’t ever call to tell me. They were waiting for me to magically know that they had canceled the order because it’s discontinued and GO IN to the store to resolve it. We went back in and were assigned another sales associate who never sent me any replacement options. After more than a week of that I called 4 days in a row where the location never answered their phone. It rolled over to an offsite customer service team that can’t do anything. I finally got through yesterday and was assigned another sales associate. I had to scour through their incredibly outdated website to finally find another couch only to find out a day later that it was also discontinued. Finally after realizing they have nothing to fit our needs I asked for a refund. She said she can’t do that.... her manager, Armondo called me and refused to refund me without me going back into the store. Needless to say I hit my breaking point and raised my voice. It’s at this point that he hangs up on me. Brandon Milano called back and was actually calm. Unfortunately, Armando was not, and Brandon ended up being hung up on about 10 more times. He is now on his way to that store. 😳
This place is a den of thieves. A bad joke, with an even worse punchline. Armondo, the "manager", is incompetent, aggressive and argumentative. They will cancel your order, after the fact, and then not tell you about it being cancelled, and then fight you on giving you your refund. I found all this out after the delivery date had passed and my product hadn't come. THEY 👏 DO 👏 NOT 👏 CARE 👏 ABOUT 👏 CUSTOMER 👏 SERVICE 👏 AT 👏 ALL 👏
Great selection and helpful staff
The sales people are extremely rude ESPECIALLY PATRICK! My couch is late, delivery keeps getting canceled last minute. The store is impossible to get ahold of, once you do the sales people are rude and no one let's you speak with a manager. Customer service tells you something different than the store does so its hard to trust them. My sales person Patrick was calling me repeatedly to argue with me about the fact I couldn't get through to the store instead of just having a manager call me. Multiple people hung up on me, yelled at me, and called me names. Armando was the only nice person but it took me hours of fighting to get him on the phone.
I went shopping at Ashley Furniture and found a table that I liked. The sales person quoted me a price of $499, a "managers special" with no other discounts available. She did, however, say that they match the online price. I went home to verify that it would fit in my home. I took the opportunity to look at it again online and found the price to be less. A couple of coupon codes later, AshleyFurniture.com quoted me $289 - a significant difference. Since the salespeople work on commission, I returned the next day to place the order in person instead of on-line. I showed the salesperson the online price, but they refused to match it, only offering me a price of $450. I declined, thanked them, and left. At home, I went back to the website, found more coupon codes, and placed the order for $272-with free delivery. That was a discount of $227 or about 45% off the in-store price--not a competitor. Why shop at the store when the same company sells the same product for significantly less online?

Exceptionnel service by Mr Briody. I recommend you if you go to Ashley at Mayo Blvd to ask for Bob. He’s very friendly, honest and exceptionally helpful. I bought my son’s bedroom last year and my daughter’s bedroom this year, and he gave be the best advices in choosing their mattresses.

I ordered my furniture July 13th told everything would come august 12th, I understood the delay with Covid happening. When the furniture was delivered I didn’t get the chair I ordered and was told that would come the 25th of august. During delivery I noticed a corner of the coffee table was broken and the rug had some lose sting in the corner. I told the delivery guys and they took a picture. As I opened everything else the 2 glass pieces were broken. I called customer care and they couldn’t find my order or the pictures they took. I was told to go to the show room, so when I had time I went there and they couldn’t find a claim and couldn’t help me. All they did was say I would get a call within the next 5 days. I never received one so I called back, this time they says they would get someone out to fix the furniture. I’m pretty sure I didn’t pay for refurbished furniture. From here I was told I would get a call within 72 hours now it’s already been 2 weeks and I have all my damaged furniture with no clue of how to fix it. It’s now been a month since I’ve had the broken items and still haven’t heard anything. I wouldn’t recommend getting anything from Ashley furniture they just take your money and give you broken items and don’t do anything about it. Next I will try to return everything and start over the process with a company who cares about their customers and products that are being delivered. To say the least this entire process other than paying had been a pain and I’ve spent countless hours on the phone trying to get it fixed. BE CAREFUL IF YOU ORDER FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE!
After having my delivery delayed oh 3 weeks they finally show up with my piece of furniture which was supposed to be a dresser the dresser was not assembled correctly even though I paid for all of that so I told him that I didn't want the item that I wanted a different one and then they told me they wouldn't be able to bring me another item for another month to add insult to injury my refund is going to take 15 days to process
