I was welcomed by Catherine. I gave a list of things I needed for my MOM residence, told her my budget that I wish not to go over my limit. She understood and met all my needs, my mother was with me. My mom happy with a great service we gotten. Catherine really went above and beyond to met our need. Please go visit the store and meet the team. They all wonderful people. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Kathryn Buck should be fired from your store immediately. She was so incredibly rude to our family when we requested a specific date our furniture be delivered, and eventually started insulting us and calling us names. She left us many threatening emails and calls as well. I am going to be filing a complaint through BBB if you guys don’t let her go because she is an evil and scary person to buy furniture from.

We worked the location on Mayo Blvd. We bought a dining room set and six chairs on Saturday July 6, 2024. When I got home, I noticed my card was charged twice. I called the store on Monday to get one of the charges removed, a representative advised they would remove the charge; a week went by and the charge was not removed, I called back and the same rep advised they forgot to remove the charge but did so on the second call, one week later. The table was delivered on July 17, 2024, the table looked great but the chairs were full of scuff marks and scratches not seen in the store display model. One hour after delivery, I went back to he location and I was welcomed by the front staff and salespeople, except for one woman named Bianca, who I was directed to to discuss the purchase I had just made and that was just delivered. She treated me with little to zero respect and seemed like I was bothering her. Her behavior was extremely unprofessional and acted disgusted when I would ask her for help. I genuinely was appalled to receive the amount of disrespect. The chairs, to the table set I had purchased, were delivered with very grainy, rough edges whereas the chairs I was shown in the store were not. When I went back into the store to discuss the concern I had with the chairs, Bianca did not want to hear about the complaint or provide a resolution, but rather stated since “we bought the chairs, it was now our problem”. A manager overheard her tone and rhetoric, and came over to listen to my concerns and offer to inspect the chairs to find a resolution to the issue. I would not recommend anybody to work with the representative Bianca as once a sale is made she does not care or follow-up on the customer satisfaction.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Worst experience I’ve ever had. I order a part in April, had to follow up multiple times because I STILL haven’t got my order as we are now in July. You’ve been warned. Go at your own risk.

Honestly, I really want to leave a one star for the service I encountered but I’m leaving two stars because I am happy with one of the peices I got from them. However, the quality of the peices isn’t how it looks in the store. They assured me I’d get my pieces delivered within the week and gave me a delivery date. The only reason why I bought from them is because I needed pieces asap to furnish a home as quickly as possible to set it up as a rental and they assured me I’d get it in time. Once delivery day came, I stayed home waiting all day. I called the store at the end of the day as well as the associate I worked with, I could not get through. I had to stop in the store the next day and they already knew they made a mistake. They put it in the system several days after I purchased it and they had an adjusted delivery date but didn’t even bother to follow up with me on that. They assured me it’d come on time this time because I wanted to cancel my entire order and they also gave me a further discount, so I gave them another chance. One of the pieces was too big for my home so I sent it back. I was told I’d get a refund right away - from talking to Ashley’s over the phone and from the delivery drivers. Instead the store location kept calling me to sell me on another item instead of refunding, which I declined and said to refund me. A week and a half later, I still haven’t received my refund. I spoke to them today and they said they JUST processed it, even though they told me a week and half ago, they processed it. On top of that, they gave me a refund price that was several hundred below of what I actually paid for. So now I’m having to remind them once again of their mistakes. It’s constant back and forth games with them. And on top of all of that, the bed I purchased from them is claimed to be California king/king — yet it won’t fit either king or California king. I have to squeeze in a king mattress on there because queen is too small on the sides for that bed. They use rails that’s both for queen/king. Don’t waste your time with this place, it’s such an unnecessary headache.
