Went here today in hopes of buying a new couch. We had an absolutely horrible experience. The salesman was pushy and would not leave us alone. He kept trying to trick us in to thinking he was making a deal when clearly he was just reading the sign. He would not keep his mask on. It was either below his nose or he would pull it off and talk. This was the same for ever sales person we saw in there. Do they not get the mask needs to cover their noses too?? He also invaded our personal space and was not even attempting to remain 6 feet apart. If I get sick, I will have no doubt where I contracted Covid. We left, went to living spaces and purchased our dream couch. Ashley Furniture is not somewhere I'll ever go again. Even when the world is back to "normal" I have no desire into be pressured in to purchase something or to be stalked as I walk around the store.
I think having to wait 6 weeks before picking up a small end table is ridiculous

We purchased a sofa and protection plan last year. I lost my receipt and had to call up to use the fabric protection plan. The first time I was on hold for 23 minutes. After calling the protection plan company, I found out Ashley didn't give me all the info. I am now back on hold WAITING for Ashley to return my call. 40 minutes and still waiting. Love my sofa but the customer service will make me buy someplace else in the future. I also tried to talk with them online. The wait is just as long.
Anthony was a delight to work with and I will definitely ask for him next time I visit the store.
Kumar was absolutely awesome! I just purchased a house and I'm trying to avoid burning through my savings in the process of furnishing it. I explained to him that I don't want to spend a ton of money and he was more than willing to show me couches that fit my budget. In the end I purchased a couch that I found esthetically pleasing and very comfortable. I went to roughly 10 different stores to look at furniture and I had the best experience at this location. 10/10 would recommend! Ask for Kumar!

All the tables that I purchased are starting to peel off without even being touched. And it has been just a month! What a scam! Stay away from that place, you'd be better off buying furniture at a yard sale! Those people are incompetent, dishonest and care about nothing else than taking a bit of cash from you! STAY? AWAY!
The service was remarkable. Our salesman, Bob, did not pressure us to buy and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied once we selected our bedroom set.
Bought living room set waited a month for delivery missing lamps. Called store customer service never answered phone went in no compensation for in inconvience

Stay scheming ashley. I bought 3pc table set at this store. I found it online for half the price I paid. They almost didnt let me refund my order but persistence was key. Do not buy at the store!!! Shady people
My experience with Ashley has been the worst I ever had. I can honestly say I will never ever buy anything else from them ever again and neither should you. Poor quality products, poor customer service, horrible communications across every department. No freaking apology for multiple mess ups on their part. And be prepared to be on hold for 20 minutes when you call their customer service or waiting at the counter while the customer service person finishes her personal cell phone conversation about her car. Disaster!!!!!
Ordered a bed a month ago got confirmation for delivery and it never arrive and they can’t tell me why no one has called me or when I will get it. Such a massive company and and they can’t send an email or make a phone call, and of course when I received confirmation text took daughters be apart and donated to a family. Now my daughter has to sleep on her mattress on the floor. I would recommend using smaller company who actually has products available
Worst experience ever!! Horrible customer service, was triple charge and had an order canceled without notification. Never will again buy from them or recommend them. Very disappointed. I was waiting for answer over an hour only to be put to a voicemail and my chat never answered. just terrible.
I would recommend buying your furniture elsewhere. I bought a dining set in February and the wood started peeling off the top of the table. I had bought the insurance, but they claimed it was a manufacturing defect. After contacting Ashley, they took 3 weeks to get someone out to look at the table and the peeling was getting worse. The technician said the table could not be repaired and Ashley wouldn’t cover the damages. After going back to the insurance, they denied coverage as it was manufacturing issues. So now I’m stuck with a 3 month old table that nobody will fix. The kicker is, when I followed up with the store, the technician report said we refused a repair (which is not true). After speaking with several “managers” I keep getting told someone will contact me to resolve the issue. I have been going at this for 7 weeks now with no end in sight. Would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
