I ordered my furniture July 13th told everything would come august 12th, I understood the delay with Covid happening. When the furniture was delivered I didn’t get the chair I ordered and was told that would come the 25th of august. During delivery I noticed a corner of the coffee table was broken and the rug had some lose sting in the corner. I told the delivery guys and they took a picture. As I opened everything else the 2 glass pieces were broken. I called customer care and they couldn’t find my order or the pictures they took. I was told to go to the show room, so when I had time I went there and they couldn’t find a claim and couldn’t help me. All they did was say I would get a call within the next 5 days. I never received one so I called back, this time they says they would get someone out to fix the furniture. I’m pretty sure I didn’t pay for refurbished furniture. From here I was told I would get a call within 72 hours now it’s already been 2 weeks and I have all my damaged furniture with no clue of how to fix it. It’s now been a month since I’ve had the broken items and still haven’t heard anything. I wouldn’t recommend getting anything from Ashley furniture they just take your money and give you broken items and don’t do anything about it. Next I will try to return everything and start over the process with a company who cares about their customers and products that are being delivered. To say the least this entire process other than paying had been a pain and I’ve spent countless hours on the phone trying to get it fixed. BE CAREFUL IF YOU ORDER FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE!
Been over 6 months now, cannot get a refund for items not delivered. Called the store many times. Store business people say they will submit the refund and call right back. They never call back, never confirm, never received refund , only tell lies. Synchrony is not good either, I have been working on a dispute for 2 months now with zero results. Also, have called service and they will not correct problems with the dinning set, chairs are falling apart due to delivery personnel over-tightening and stripping screws. I had to install better support brackets and better screws on my own. I will never purchase from Ashley again and hope this helps other buyers to steer clear! (too bad google doesn't allow zero stars!) Update on review. We did not get a refund from Ashley yet and Synchrony denied the dispute. It seems that Ashley Home Stores and Synchrony Bank are in the business of stealing money from their customers and especially not listening to their customers. They did not deliver a table and are still charging us for the table. Both companies lie, have no accounting. I will continue to escalate my dispute with legal action. All the good reviews in the world cannot cancel out one class action lawsuit.
After having my delivery delayed oh 3 weeks they finally show up with my piece of furniture which was supposed to be a dresser the dresser was not assembled correctly even though I paid for all of that so I told him that I didn't want the item that I wanted a different one and then they told me they wouldn't be able to bring me another item for another month to add insult to injury my refund is going to take 15 days to process

Janice F at the store on Mayo Blvd was so helpful! She helped us purchase our Marsilona dining table and explained the delivery process. It won’t be delivered for a few months because the house is under construction so we will definitely add more things to the truck!

The adjustable king size bed frame came with 3 vibratory massage modes for the head and foot sections as well as under frame lighting and variable head and foot positions. It was very easy to set up although very heavy. The only issue that needs to be addressed is the vibrations are very loud. I suspect they will add some cushioning around the vibrators but don't know yet. Tonight will be my first on an adjustable frame. 😇
This is a tough one for me. I love the furniture from Ashley, we ordered an entire living room, sofa, loveseat, 2 chairs, 3 tables. Not loving fabric choice for the chairs or customer service after everything is paid for. I really wanted the chairs to be recliners but that was not an option in the fabric I liked, we went ahead with the set. We were to receive our purchase on a specified date, however, without a "heads up" the delivery date was changed. I had to call and inquire about it. I was informed of a new date. The furniture was delivered missing the loveseat. No explanation was given Also one of the chairs had a black smudge. When I tried to reach someone to find out where the loveseat was and what to do with the smudged chair, (this is where the customer service issue came into play) I spent 30 minutes on hold the first time. 20 minutes the second, the third time I used a different prompt. I was informed of the new delivery date, another 2 weeks. Nothing about the smudge. I physically went to the store to talk to our salesman. I first inquired about exchanging the chairs for recliners, I was told that once I signed off on the delivery, I could not return. I was not aware of that policy and I have yet to "sign off " on anything since I don't have my complete order. I am aware of the uncertainty of these times, I'm not sure why communication has to be affected. I would like to say, the prices were great and Daniel, our salesman, was nice.
I had to schedule my delivery FIVE separate times and still never received my product.. So then I cancel my order and request a refund. 2 months later, and I still cannot get ahold of anyone and haven’t received my money. Absolutely do not recommend.
Love the furniture selection. They were awesome at working with us on pricing. The purchase took quite a long time though. Can't wait to get our new table!
No air conditioning in the showroom. No computers able to take my money, had to go all over store to find a working computer. Was supposed to confirm time of delivery.... never happened. I’ve called several times but delivery is tomorrow sometime?
Great service. Our salesperson Janice Frazier was fantastic. The selection of furniture to choose from made it easy for us to make choices. Prices were very reasonable.
We have enjoyed shopping at Ashley HomeStore as we prepare to move back into our home that was destroyed by a fire and rebuilt. We had to shop for every room in the house, and were able to purchase 80 percent of what we needed at Ashley. The customer service was good, and the product line was wide. We look forward to having the furniture delivered in a few weeks.
This is a five star review ONLY because of Catherine! The original sales person I had goes by the name of PATRICK, who at first seemed nice and competent but was actually without a doubt one of the rudest, least helpful, and condescending salesman I’ve ever been unfortunate enough to have “help” me. I went into this store looking for a set I found online, the store didn’t have it on the floor but I decided to purchase it anyway and have it delivered. Thus, my problems with Patrick began. I noticed the price online was significantly less expensive than the one presented in store and when I questioned it Patrick’s attitude did a complete 180. He told me getting it online would come with less benefits *not quite true according to their website I was looking at in that moment* and when I yet again questioned it because it was more confusing than anything as this was the same company Patrick thought it was best to tell me “then go buy it online, you can leave!”. I was taken aback and while leaving the store was stopped by another salesperson *enter my savior Catherine*. She was so nice to me that as I got back to my car I decided to go back in and have Catherine assist me. It turned out perfect because Patrick yet again had the AUDACITY to spout of as I walked back in that the price wouldn’t change...long story short Catherine was able to match the online price with no reservation and because I liked her so much I decided to also purchase a mattress and box spring as well. Patrick would have made me never go to Ashley furniture ever again but Catherine and her manager will ensure a repeat customer in the future. Once again thank you so much to Catherine for her kindness and willingness to do her job extremely well and with an amazing energy going above and beyond in customer service! The finance ladies were also fabulous.
I came in with 2 styles in mind and a tight budget and Martha was super helpful. She took me around the store to items that matched my needs and budget and searched online for what was in stock and ready for me to take home today. I definitively recommend this location! Also, this week the furniture is 40% off!
