I returned a unused motor power pack set to this store and was told the refund would be processed within 3 days. It has now been 17 days, and I still have not received it. I was given a case number and have contacted customer service multiple times, but I’ve received inconsistent explanations and no resolution, despite the item being physically returned to the store. I also visited the store in person and I was told there was nobody there that was able to help me. I did ask to speak to the store manager and he was unavailable as well. I was told by an employee I would receive a call back to discuss this situation, which never happened. The lack of follow-through and communication has been disappointing, and this experience has significantly impacted my confidence in doing business with this company.

Our shopping experience with Ashley was great. From their salesman, to the the checkout clerk and the experience with the general manager was excellent. We will shop again at Ashely!

Absolutely horrible customer service! I would not buy anything from this company! The employees at the store are nice but cant do anything! All sales are finale and they dont tell you that! This even applies for furniture that they send out and is damaged. The corporate monster is awful in this company. I was told by multiple employees that their new corporate management is a joke and puts employees and customers last. Please take my advice and run dont walk right out of Ashley furniture! Shopping with them was by far the worst choice I made this year. The first attempted delivery had a damged section and two wrong piecse. Then was told they would fix it they fixed it by charging me $350 more and then sent the right pieces but one was covered in mod in side the wrapping from the factory! Disgusting they replaced that one on another delivery that kept getting rescheduled or changed. Still not happy with the couch after tons of struggling and effort and wasted time. The craftsmanship on the furniture is also not good! Bulging seams on back of couch! Looks like trash!

I am utterly dissatisfied with my experience at Ashley. On November 30, 2025, we purchased a sectional, two bar stools, and a lift‑top table. We worked with sales rep Jill, who was pleasant and helpful during the sales process. She assisted us in picking out our items and, with the help of Eric/Erik, got us great pricing. Unfortunately, Jill mistakenly left a fireplace entertainment center on our order. She and another employee corrected the mistake and started the refund, but that’s where everything went wrong. Shortly after, we received a call that only one piece of the sectional was available and the other piece would not be delivered until at least December 17. When the first delivery arrived, to my surprise, it was the wrong couch. Despite numerous attempts and texts, nothing was resolved that day. To make matters worse, you cannot call the local store directly, and my follow‑up email to Jill went unanswered. Later, Ashley’s help line contacted me to say the wrong couch was being rescheduled for delivery. I refused because it was not the couch I ordered. I asked for the correct couch or a refund, but was told both requests require a 72‑hour review. I then asked for a refund of the couch and the warranty, and received the same answer: another 3‑day review. At this point, I have no couch, no resolution, and Ashley is holding my money hostage. What started as a pleasant sales experience has turned into a nightmare of delays, wrong deliveries, poor communication, and stalled refunds. I consider myself reasonable, but this has been unacceptable.
