Nothing but praise to the sales staff working the floor. Very friendly and professional in their approach without being pushy. My first encounter two and a half weeks ago, was with an older gentleman by the name of Bren, I think? Then, today, Matt Brown helped us order what Bren showed me two weeks ago. Enjoyed working with both of them.

Great selection; and had stellar prices for Black Friday. The only thing I would have liked better is if the workers were less helicopter-y and would let you walk around for awhile before trying to sell you on furniture. I understand they make commission and want to make a sale, but sometimes it’s nice to just sit on some couches and talk with your partner about what you think about them; without someone else present. We are very happy with our couch/discounts we received!

My wife and I bought a bedroom set from Ashley’s. We got the wrong size bed (our fault). We contacted Breen, our salesperson, who referred us to the store manager, Michael. After finding zero at two other local furniture stores, I walked into Ashley’s and within 10 minutes I had a beautiful sofa/loveseat picked out. I flagged down a gentleman named Tom and he gave me a delivery date and completed the paperwork and we were on our home - fast courteous service. I’ll definitely be shopping there again!
We had the great fortune to meet Sam when we first came into the Prescott store . No pressure but was there to answer any questions . Followed thru on our purchases. I haver NEVER had such wonderful customer service. Would buy there because of him.

We’re still not sure what kind of review we’re going to write. It’s been a month since we bought a sofa and have been trying to exchange it for something we can use. I’ve prepared felony cases for prosecution faster than this.
Went in on a Sunday, had our eyes on the Sophie collection. Still was debating. Michael assisted us with no pressure. Told him we were specifically looking at only purchasing the left and right chaises. That wasn’t a problem. Gave us his card and told whatever we decide we could just call him. Called Michael the next day and did the transaction over the phone. There was a minor bump in the transaction but Michael smoothed it out immediately. The chaises were delivered that Thursday. Delivery guys did an awesome job setting it up. Very professional and quick. Happy with the purchase! Our corgis approved!

My husband and I went to the Ashley Store in Prescott, looking for 2 recliners. Matthew Brown greeted us as we walked in and directed us to the power chair section. He did not pressure us in anyway. He was there to give us advice with hovering over us. He was very instrumental in us purchasing 2 leather recliners. He corresponded the delivery with our busy schedule. My husband and I were very impressed with Breen and his manager, Michael.They were very knowledgeable and personable with our many questions about mattresses. When there was an issue with our delivery I called Breen and he referred us to his manager Michael and the store manager , Nick. They resolved the issue efficiently and with patience and professionalism We are very pleased with our Tempur Pedic mattress and the excellent staff at Ashley. I would like to share with the owner that the phone system that is in place at Ashley is challenging It would be much more productive for the consumer to have direct access to the Ashley store.

Worst experience ever. Store sales person was nice, but the actual furniture delivered was not even compatible to what’s on the sales floor. What arrives…well if it arrives in as your full order, because what came to us was not even 1/3 of what we bought since it was to damaged to even bring, is not at all what is on the sales floor. Instead it’s low grade furniture that is poorly put together and of terrible quality. Walmart press board furniture is of higher quality! And for the price you pay at for it, it’s utterly ridiculous. If we wouldn’t have had to live on the floor for we would’ve returned everything. Worse experience ever and a flat out lie as far as what you are actually purchasing.
Poor quality, poor service, and horrible protection plans. Don't do it. So disappointed with the level of service I receive after spending over 20k on furniture for my short term rentals. The furniture protection plan is a joke and in 2 years they have never covered anything even when it clearly says it covers a "tear" or "rip" when my couch ripped it wasn't covered but they couldn't be bothered to tell me why. I decided to cancel the pretention plan by calling the company directly and I did. She gave me 5 cancelation numbers (5 different orders 2 online and 3 in store) She gave me a number to call so I can provide them with the cancelation numbers so they can initiate the refunds. Ashley Corporate at 623-209-2714 but that number says "please wait for an associate" then 10 seconds later says "we cannot take your call right now please call back" and hangs up. I called the store at 928-515-2670 and it routed me to online who can't see my local store invoices. The first rep told me to call the protection plan company and I told him I already did and that they said I needed to provide Ashlee with the cancelation numbers. He argued with me for 30 minutes and refused to put on a supervisor per my request because he said they can't help me. Finally he sent me to a supervisor (after asking 5 times) and she was able to assist me with only the 2 online orders and told me to call the local store to handle the local orders. I told her I keep getting routed to online when I call the local store. I begged her to stay on the line and try to get the local store on the phone so she can explain what she did to help me since everyone else didn't seem to know what they needed to do. After an hour she couldn't get them to answer the phone so I am on my own. The worse part is that we dd some of the orders in my name and some in my husbands and now I have to do it all over again for my husbands records because they needed him to call to cancel those ones. Hours on the phone and it still isn't situated. Needless to say I will NEVER spend another DIME on ANY Ashley furniture in the figure.

UPDATED 10/11/24. DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY. They will deliver damaged product to you using a 3rd party service in an unmarked truck. The store staff will then leave you high and dry when you need help, saying it’s out of their hands. Suddenly there’s no General Manager working on location to talk to. Warranty people want to send a random person weeks later to attempt to make “repairs” to brand new furniture. The couch has HOLES in it, and they only brought HALF a couch to begin with, among other things. The quality you see in the store is NOT what was delivered. Neither is the service in your home. Unreal. 9/15/24 COME SEE MATTHEW!!!!!! We have never been furniture shopping in Prescott and the wonderful people at Ashley were so kind and patient to us. They helped us with all new furniture for our new home in Sedona, helped us qualify for financing, and didn’t bat an eye when we changed our minds 10 different times. We left with a new dining, living and bedroom set! All to be delivered. We left happy, not feeling rushed and with zero buyers remorse. This is what furniture shopping should feel like! MATTHEW was the absolute best to work with. Thanks again!
How far Ashley has fallen in a matter of a week. Prescott Ashley store. Sam is the ONLY guy to talk to or work with. We came in today after buying a recliner from Sam earlier this week. We wanted to buy a twin bed and mattress and Sam told us to come back on Labor Day and he could work a better deal. We came in and Sam isn't here yet, instead we got some old crusty dude that immediately pushed adding MORE furniture and then reworked the deal we had with Sam for MORE money, and still pushed adding MORE furniture. Sam should teach a course in salesmanship, what a waste of time to get pushed around by old timey sales tactics of upsells and "lemme go see the sales manager". Sam gave us a great deal, on exactly what we were looking for and never went and had to "talk to a manager".
Where do I begin… Ashley is the worst furniture company in America! First, my order didn’t arrive complete. Pieces were missing. One of the pieces that did arrive was broken. And the material had a tear. They sent someone out to fix it, but I was still not happy with the quality of the furniture. They emailed to schedule the delivery of the balance of the order and then on the day of the delivery they never showed up. I had to reach out to them and was informed that it was scheduled for the following week. Then my wife and I decided that we were not happy with the quality of the furniture that we had already received, so I called Ashley to let them know that we would like to return the items we received, possibly when they delivered the rest of the furniture. It was then that there foreign customer service department informed me that Ashley does not accept returns. And that all sales are final. I informed them that there is no company in America that does business that way they refuse to listen to me, their customer. Instead they continued to demand that their company policy was more important than me. The paying customer. It is because of this that my wife and I decided that we are not going to receive the balance of our order If that is the way, they choose to do business and treat their customers. I would highly recommend that no one purchase furniture from Ashley. One more critical reason NEVER to purchase from Ashley… 2 months into a 60 payment promotional they pull this number on their VALUED customers. Adding 2% of our original balance to our current balance!
Couch delivered with 3 holes in back. I got the run around from the company for weeks. They said they would not replace it they had to send technician to repair it. I refused to buy damaged merchandise. The phone number on employee business card as well as internet is a customer service virtual assistant representative's that cannot answer questions and most of the time she says good bye and hangs up on you. After visiting store 2 times and furnishing pictures several times i get an approval for a replacement . Only to get an email stating they beed pictures and will send a technician. Went to store again and had delivery of replacement scheduled . I receive a call that morning stating it won’t be delivered. I am now very upset, and asked why Representative said she would have to call me back. She never did. I call again and the new rep says it will be delivered. When the time frame ran out. I called again and they told me couch never made it on the truck and it won’t be delivered. I sat home all Saturday waiting. Worst customer service and communication between the store and customer service department I have ever experienced. I will not recommend this company due to the customer service department and delivery services in which I paid for!!!

Matthew Brown was a great customer service associate who answered every question we had easily. He was more than helpful, going above and beyond and very knowledgeable on every question we needed answered. All the employees there are great, but I feel we kinda got lucky with Matthew. Their pre-approval financing process was also easy to deal with as and it was definitely an all around easy smooth experience in buying our couches.
By far the greatest home shopping experience I have had. Shawn was awesome and worked with us and our budget, and Nick the manager was great and made our dream couch come true. We will be back in the future for sure.

We went into the store yesterday looking for some furniture, and left the store super annoyed, and amazed at the same time. "Dawna" is the absolute WORST salesperson we've ever encountered. How can this individual even have a job when: 1) The question is asked "does this come without power?" "I don't know" 2) "I'm the #1 salesperson here and you want this, because this chair was moved to my section for a reason" 3) Dawna says "have we made a choice yet?" and when we replied no, she said "so what's the dilemma?" 4) "I've seen people look at too many things, get confused and leave with nothing" 5) when I start talking about being uncertain with furniture, and didn't want to make the wrong decision... "Dawna" began talking over me, and didn't let me get one word in because what she says is right, and knows better. 6) Dawna gave my 69yr old mother in-law her card and said "since you guys are all over the place and can't make up your minds, here's my card whenever you're ready to make a purchase" as she flew off to be pushy and overbearing with another couple (which left without a sale because they were annoyed as well). I understand commission sales, and how it works for the person to make a living... But "Dawna's" complete lack of empathy trying to understand what the customers needs, truly comes 2nd to HER needs to make a sale. That's just disgusting, and unprofessional. If Ashley Furniture has a training program for basic customer service, please have this individual go through the course, because she genuinely needs it. How the self proclaimed "#1 sales person in the store" achieved the title is beyond us. If we decide to return to the store, we'll definitely seek assistance from someone else. Do better "Dawna"
My family and I are still bewildered from the unprofessional behavior from the salesperson, Dawna, in your store. When we walked in, we began walking up the stairs (since we've been there before and wanted to look at both loveseats and barstools). From down the stairs, she asked us what we were looking for and said there was only 1 loveseat upstairs so we should just look downstairs. We said we would continue to walk up the stairs, then gladly continue downstairs afterwards. She then followed us around the store, stopping and waiting each time we tested a piece of furniture. It felt overbearing, so we said we'd like to look around. While sitting on one set we liked downstairs, Dawna wasn't even entertaining what we liked and directed us towards another set that was $4,000 for power recliners with what she referred to having "all the bells and whistles." We told her we don't prefer the power recliners, and asked what the price would be without the power option. She arrogantly laughed and shrugged, "Ha, I don't know.." then she walked off chasing down other customers. We weren't halfway through the downstairs display, when she approached us again and asked, "So what is the dilemma folks?" We confusingly said there is no dilemma, we are looking for loveseats and recliners for our living room. She then said to us, "Well I've seen people come in and take too long, confuse themselves, then leave with nothing." My husband replied, "Yes, but we don't want to make a rash decision either." Dawna began speaking over my husband, and it continued for an awkward ten seconds where she intentionally raised her voice to speak over him. He walked away, and we all continued to look at more furniture, hoping someone else would help us at this point. Unfortunately, Dawna went after my 69 year old mother next. She handed my mother her business card and said, "Since you can't make up your minds, here's my card and you can call me when you're ready." Then went to another customer. The only reasons I gave 2 stars instead of 1, was because we did see some furniture we liked and may purchase, and also the gentlemen who was sitting at the desk in the back saw us looking at a chair and asked if we needed help, and was extremely pleasant and professional. My mother just purchased furniture a few weeks ago from this store, and raved how nice the salesman was through the process. She doesn't remember his name, but we all agree if we come back we don't want Dawna anywhere near us.
Our sales guy, Matt is the consummate professional! He is friendly, thoughtful, helpful and most importantly follows up. My husband and I went to Ashely Furniture about a couple of months ago. We bought a sectional, coffee table and two side tables. First issue was the delivery kept getting pushed back. The salesman seemed nice in the store, gave me his card if we ever needed anything regarding our order. When we reached out to him, he acted like we were bothering him and just no longer answered his phone. Then, when the furniture all came, I noticed right away the color of the tables didn't look good in the living room so I called to start an exchange for the other color right away. The store told me they don't accept returns and we are pretty much stuck with the ones we chose and customer sign the receipt that states there are no returns unless it came damaged. I looked at the receipt and it does not state that, it was on another piece of paper that we were just handed with the receipt while we were leaving, it was not signed. Since having the furniture it has deteriorated substantially. It's just my husband, a young golden retriever and myself. The tables are easily scratched and the couch is pilling all over it, and is looking more and more haggard. We are going to just use it as a lesson not to buy from Ashely ever again and to actually spend a little extra to get pieces that will last more than a few months. But, I want to warn people that it may go fine but there are the cases where the furniture there is just really cheap and substandard.

Got a great sofa recliner on sale. Later purchased 2 rocker recliners on which the color was misrepresented in the photos. Also found a nail or something coming through the fabric. Was told a tech would need to come see it and day set for 7/15. Tech was a no-show on the 15th. Called and was advised he would be out on the 22nd. Again, a no show and no call. Now advised he will be out on the 29th. I doubt it. Once Ashley sells you something, they could care less about you. Horrible customer service to say the least.
Breen was my salesperson and this guy is absolutely wonderful! It was a really great experience and he was the main reason for it, he is golden!!!

Hi. We came to look for a mattress. We were greeted by all employees nicely. Breen took care of us, he introduced himself politely. He showed us around and told us every Detail of every piece of furniture we had a question about. Upstairs he explained us all types of Matresses and was focused on us the whole time, he showed us also Pillows and Mattress protectors. We ended up buying a lot additional pieces of furniture then we had originally planned 🙂👍🏻. Thank you Breen for your all the assistance ! Side note: that store needs Wifi, there is bad service. Also the management needs to order more modern furniture/ colors/ fabrics. Everything is brown/ beige and wood . I would have bought a lot more - but the choices were simply not there. But we will be back 👍🏻
If I could give 0 stars I would. But I wanna leave a review about my terrible experience. Everything was going great. Got this beautiful bedroom set. The lights on the night stand stoped working. no problem... i called warranty they sent a technician out and a part was ordered (the technician took the existing part, the wiring for the lights). THE WRONG part. Called warranty, was told the new part was on the way. WRONG part again showed up at my house. So called warranty again, this time stating they needed to send ANOTHER technician out, since the wrong part was being delivered regardless of the fact I kept telling them the WIRING was missing. Waited all day yesterday (had to take the day off work), NO ONE SHOWED UP. Called warrenty again, apparently the appointment was scheduled another week out. NO NO it was not. It was intentionally scheduled that day as i took the day off. Warrenty now had to reschedule again! 10 days out. It has been MONTHS (no i'm not exaggerating), Im over it! I will never order from here again.

The salesperson was very friendly and helpful, however she confused me with what she told me to expect regarding delivery. I received a confirmation for delivery sooner than expected so I called the store and spoke to the lady who sold me my furniture. She checked with “the office” and told me that indeed they would be delivering on the day the email stated and she told me to confirm it by clicking on the “confirm” button, which I did. I was expecting my furniture to be delivered so I got rid of my old couches and coffee table, but I never received any communication on that day or the day before. The day the furniture was supposed to come, I started calling the store at 10am, when they open. No one answered the phone. Finally, about 11:30 I decided to call the corporate office. I was told my delivery would be coming the following Thursday, almost a week later! So here I sit, no, actually no sitting because I didn’t have a couch to sit on! The lady I spoke to at the corporate office transferred me directly to the store and the manager answered. He apologized for not answering the phone-said he was the only person available on the sales floor and couldn’t get to the phone- and he apologized for the mess up with delivery. Apparently there was a big miscommunication between the store and the delivery company, which I explained doesn’t help my situation at all. I did receive my furniture on the Thursday they said they were coming the second time, and I’m very happy with it. The delivery guys were hardworking, quick, and professional. I appreciate that and I love my new furniture, however I hope the manager follows through with what he told me he’s going to do and address this problem because apparently it happened at least once before this happened to me.

On a whim we walked into Ashley because we were looking for the perfect dining table that would fit in our small dining area. We were greeted by Matthew Brown and he was wonderful to work with. He removed table leaves, provided measurements, answered questions and was just generally awesome. Oh, and the furniture is beautiful and well made. Look for Matthew, you won't be sorry.
After writing my initial store review, there was an issue with a damaged item. After Ashley's failure to replace it, I requested my cash back. They finally, after 8 days deposited my refund only to withdraw the deposit into my acvount the next day. I called customer service and got the run around, referring me once again back to the store. The customer service dept is staffed with reps with speak a stilted, heavily accented English and barely can communicate both in taking one's complaint or in giving a scripted response. If you believe you buy merchandise and service, stay away from Ashley. They will not resolve your issue.
Had an excellent experience at this store ! The management team, sales associate, and warehouse guys all went above and beyond ! Got a great deal on my purchase ! Highly recommend them and will be returning to Tommy for any future purchases !

I had a great pleasant experience shopping at the Prescott Ashley furniture. Breen, the salesperson was very knowledgeable in regards to what was on the floor. He directly showed me what I described I wanted. He was patient and very pleasant. Michael the Assistant Manager was top notch in coming up with pricing for the various items on my invoice and was a delight to work with. And with all that being said, my leather loveseat is being delivered within four days of me paying for it. I'm super satisfied!
How do you treat members of the community so bad after you mess up their order? There are private furniture dealers selling Ashley Furniture cheaper than this location and without the issues. Why come here if we can get it cheaper and get better service elsewhere. This is literally a used car salesman type location.
Tell you what, I am absolutely LIVID with this location. Everything went to garbage the minute my fiance and I walked off property. They completely lost my order. They assigned my order to a completely random address 1 hour away from my house and I had to track down the driver to stop them from delivery our items to the wrong location. The staff has gave us nothing but attitude INCLUDING the manager. Orders are cancelled and we are taking our business elsewhere. Complete failure. Never. Going. Back.

Excellent quality furniture. Just a bit disappointed in the connection between the company and the store. Everyone in Prescott store is A+ customer service and great to deal with. Right after a large purchase we get emailed we can get our order early. Of course we say yes! Turns out they cant because the nightstands are not in. This happens a couple of times. Finally we get told trucks are all booked so we can’t get it early anyway. Shipment shows up and no nightstands? Turns out they were never added to the order! Now we wait a couple more weeks for nightstands while we use our improvised ones lol

Will never buy from Ashley’s again. Our couch is just over two years old and the dye Is fading. We bought Ashley’s warranty and they say it doesn’t cover this issue. What a joke GBS/Protect warranty company is. Please protect your investment and buy from a company that stands behind its protects. The reason you buy a warranty is to protect your investment. Ashley staff promised this warranty would protect our investment. They flat out lied.

I definitely would purchase furniture elsewhere ! We went in February 24 th wanting to purchase a new modular sectional. When we walked in we were greeted by a salesman and we explained we were going to take a look around. From that moment we were followed by said salesman through the entire store ! We literally felt we were being stalked ! It literally was extremely uncomfortable ! We wanted to buy the Gaucho modular sectional but it was a mismatched set . Being the creepy salesman was standing 5 feet away from us at all times I turned and asked about adding the corner piece along with another chair piece and the ottoman. He tangles around on his phone and says well we won't have that part until mid April. I looked at the mismatched set and asked was this in someone's house and returned ? Not that I was going to buy a mismatched set but because I was curious why it had so many stains on it . He says no we don't do that . I then asked how would someone attempt to clean them stains ? He then says I don't know maybe furniture cleaner... needless to say we went to another furniture store purchased the beautiful Gaucho couch as a complete set and had it delivered a few days later . Sorry Ashley you could've made 3000.00 dollars cash that day but instead we took our business elsewhere ! Go to Pruitt's in PV you won't be stalked or disappointed !

Thank YOU Ashley Prescott Valley for screwing us over on the purchase we made with you, in good faith, December 30 with Matthew Brown. We were sent confirmation four days before delivery which was yesterday. When we didn’t hear about a delivery time, with zero contact by Matthew, we called him. He checked with his manager. We were then informed that not only was our set out of stock, it was totally discontinued! Including the floor model. We were never going to receive our purchase! And you apparently were not inclined to even inform us of that fact. We have no couch or loveseat, as we believed yours would be delivered and made room. Had to cancel hosting Super Bowl party. We are left wondering. Who runs a business like this?
Came into store December 30. Purchased a sofa and loveseat plus extended warranty in good faith. Was told sofa was out of stock so delivery would be February 8. Delivery was confirmed by Ashley February 4. Sold our sofa Feb 7 to make room (planned a Super Bowl party to show off our new seating). Did not get delivery call Feb 8, so contacted store. Were informed that our set was discontinued and we would not be receiving it. No sofa= cancelled party = very dissatisfied customers!

I definitely think Ashley furniture has changed over the years. I decided to give them a try after leaving lazyboy very disappointed. For not honoring what there sale tag that was labeled very clear on an idem I wanted. I got the run around & at that point thought I'd try Ashley again. So glad we did! It definitely has changed & the people are very helpful. Also the signs are displayed & are correct! We walked in & told Shawn what we were looking for & he gave us the time to look around & was very friendly & knowledgeable. We felt like we got a nice set at a good price. Also the new warranty is better than what was going on before. If you haven't been in there for awhile give them another shot 😉 you will be amazed at the change. I was greeted promptly at the door by Dawna, who directed me to my area of interest. She explained the particulars as we walked along, the left me to explore on my own, per my request. Ashley was the third store I visited in my search for a proper dresser and it was there that I found one. Dawna then processed the paperwork and we agreed on the delivery date. I left there confident in my choice of both dresser and store.
I gave it a star because I did think Glen was great. And she was professional and caring acting throughout the incredibly challengling experience! The reason I rate this place low is the management - Brandon- who never again followed up with me despite many apologies and also failing to process a credit order. The first couch I bought was cheaply put together. Within 14 days it was sagging and I eventually was able to do an exchange and credit in store. Dealing with the corporate side of Ashley is even worse!!! MUCH worse that it would have involved taking photos of my couch and trying to replace it through them. I am thankful the store eventually over rode this and let me exchange within the store. I went for the highest quality one possible- literally double the price. They did also discount this by 20 percent. I was grateful for that…. But it was only because there was so much confusion and paperwork that never got handeled correctly by Brandon. He was apologetic. But then I did not get the protection on the exchange one - since now having to pay more and a huge hasssle- and i was supposed to be reinbursed by the corporate Ashley. Brandon said that would take a few weeks to get the 200 back. I followed up 3 more times and he said he was still waiting on it… and HE would follow up with me when that happened. He NEVER did and it never went back to my mom’s card (who purchased the couch for me). This all came during a time of much confusion in my life. My wallet and phone were stolen right after leaving Ashley (nothing to do with them) but one and only time I felt so vulberable! I needed someone who was helping to do a MUCH better job with follow through. It was completely unfair how dismissive he was over and over again. When I tried to talk to general store manager he would act like he was the one I needed to run everything by. We lost 200 but did finally get a good couch after the exchange and the store was much better than Ashley at a corporate level. So that’s why I gave this two stars and not one. Ashley makes cheap stuff…. This couch with springs is only one of two couches I would trust there. That is because of the springs and microfiber. Go for that one if you are shopping here.

The stores selection, professionalism and prices are great. Communication with the store itself is great but good luck with customer service if needed. Long wait times, understanding their language is nearly impossible and the delivery drivers absolutely do not want anything to do with the assembly part. Our order had to be delivered to us in two unexpected trips because the whole order was not on the truck and neither team wanted to assemble the items even though we paid for delivery and assembly. The first team said the next truck was to put it together and the second trucks team said oh no, the first team was suppose to put it together. After a lot of stomping my feet they finally "partially" put it together and my husband finished it. It's just the principle of it, we paid for assembly! Store is great, delivery has a lot to be desired 🤷🏼♀️

Lack of professionalism & customer service My wife and i have been SO upset by this experience, it's taken some time to make this review. My wife and I bought a mattress and a couch on the phone after seeing these items in-store. The couch was delivered finally after much difficulty. Scheduling with Ashley is a chore, to say the least. The bed was on back order and after 6 MONTHS!, I wanted my money back. But since the time had elapsed for so long. My credit card, I used to make the purchase, had expired by that point. Ashley said they could not give me a refund of any type until I got a letter from my bank for some reason. When I was unable to get this unknown document. I finally called my credit card company to get my money back (Since they were holding my money hostage and not delivering a mattress). When the credit card company gave me a refund, Ashley finally refunded me, the same amount AFTER I told them that the credit card company resolved the issue (all of a sudden they can credit a card without authorization!!!!). So then, get this, Ashley threatened me with sending this issue to Collections if we didn't pay them immediately!!! (I think this is some type of fraud). When I finally went into the store, because I live over an hour away, I was met with unprofessionalism and the rudest employees I've ever met in my life. There was a fill-in assistant manager at the time, he was trying, but not acting like someone in charge. And as we were trying to make a payment, of course, they gave us more grief for wanting to take the protection plan off. Then one lady behind the payment counter, with fake long fingernails, started making unnecessary comments under her breath and even about our appearance. We looked at the manager for his response. And all he said was shes in a different department, he's not her boss. We were just there to make a payment that they messed up in the first place. And that was it, and they made it as difficult as possible in every step of every process of us buying a bed and a couch. From what I gather, Ashley doesn't let their managers take action when nessasary to provide customer service. This is the same with all the Ashley stores in Phoenix as well. I will never go to these stores ever again, id rather build my own furniture out of Styrofoam and sleep on the floor than do business with a disaster like this company.
The thing that completely turned me off from this place is the sales lady stalked me around the entire store. I absolutely hate that high pressure technique. I can't even think straight when they do that. A salesperson should be available for questions but not follow a customer around the store like a shark. They have a nice, wide selection of furniture. There is plenty of nice items to choose from but they really need to reevaluate how they approach customers. That high pressure crap is not remotely helpful.

The sales representatives and managers use underhanded and deceptive tactics to help pad their margins. After a very unpleasant situation occurred that took months to resolve, my sales person eventually admitted to me that this does occur. Knowing what I know now, I will never shop here again.

I walked in and was asked by the sales manager if I needed any help. I told him I was just browsing but also looking out for a nice sectional under $1000. I have dogs and can’t justify spending any more on a couch that they will share for us. He directed to me the area I was looking for and left me alone. I really appreciate that. To be frank, listening to some of the other sales reps made my skin crawl. Very pushy. Very dismissive and rude when customers mentioned their purchases at other stores. Lots of “well that’s what you get when you buy from blah blah”. Please don’t talk down to your customers because they have previously purchased at other establishments. Matt ended up helping us make our purchase on a couch after the sales manager paired us up. (I’m so sorry I can’t remember your name). Never once was he dismissive or pushy. He answered our questions factually and unbiased. No upselling hard upselling. However we did purchase the 5 year stain and tear warranty which is a win win win. Thank you Matt for your excellent service, and for treating us like equal intellectuals. We truly appreciate it and can’t wait for our new couch!

If you are thinking of purchasing furniture from here... DON'T!! I repeat... DO NOT.. purchase furniture from this establishment.We live in the town over and came in store to purchase new furniture for our brand new home. We found a beautiful (overpriced but I loved it so much and bit the bullet) sectional. Paid for it right then and there and were given a delivery date.Red flag 1: they do not deliver to our area except for ONCE A MONTH. We do live in a small town, so fine, I get it. No big deal.My fiancé and I arrange for one of us to take the day off to be home for the SCHEDULED delivery on the date that ASHLEY gave us and 2 days beforehand they call and leave us a voicemail informing us that our delivery date is being pushed back ANOTHER MONTH! Mind you, we've already patiently waited a little over 3 weeks.. waiting an additional week is one thing but an additional MONTH!Red flag 2: I am listed as an authorized user on our Ashley account and the lady at the store that I spoke to shrugged me off and refused to give me details stating that she would resolve the issue with my Fiancé because he is the account holder. I have worked in customer service for years and know better than to shrug off a PAYING CUSTOMER.. or at least how to appropriately state the policy that states she cannot discuss anything with me. So I end by asking if she can tell me the cancellation policy and she said she would "go over it with my fiancé" instead of me??Horrible customer service! Listen to the other reviewers and go elsewhere!!!!
Nice store, my only real complaint is the salesman who followed us around as we looked at sofas. I understand why they do it, but it's just awkward. Following from a distance, seeing if we have any questions. I get it. But it makes us feel uncomfortable. We know where to find you if we need any help. We left and decided to shop online.
Good selection of furniture staff very helpful would have given 5 stars if their delivery service included removal of furniture being replaced. A lot of seniors living in the area that cannot carry furniture outside and may not own a truck to take it to the dump

My mistreatment came from all the telephone Customer Service people, including Corporate, that I was forced to call because Ashley messed up my on-line order. RE: Ashley Furniture, Prescott AZyou CANNOT talk to a live person concerning your order. Salesman gave us his business card but no way to contact him, but they can endlessly send youemails about your experience. We ordered and paid for furniture on 08/19/2023 we were told that the items were in the Phoenix warehousebut we missed the delivery schedule for Sedona. Next delivery scheduled for 10/03/2023...then a garbled phone message saying the delivery is now set for 10/12/2023.because the order wasn't due in the warehouse until Friday 10/06/2023... the put you on hold to wait in the que and then you get a call back from a call center which you have to repeat the problem yet again.Ask them to forward us to a manager they can't do that either. We we're able to cancel the order and low and be hold 10 minutes later we get a call from the store verifying our cancellation. We asked to speak to a manager and are still waiting....WA Sedona
My husband and I were looking for a coffee table and two other small tables for our new house in Prescott Valley. Our salesman Tommy took great care of us and set up delivery and was very nice. I would highly recommend Ashley furniture to other friends. Thanks again for the great experience we had!

Mathew was Super Duper Sweet and Helpful. I will not return to Ashley furniture and recommend it to many! I spent almost 4, 000 dollars shopping in this store. When I called the day afterwards to ask some questions, I was really taken back by how RUDE THE FRONT DESK IS! I CANCELLED MY ENTIRE ORDER. Over Priced Rip Off Artist.. This is the second experience we've had in this store in the last 3+ years. The first time we just shrugged it off and told ourselves it was their loss and we will just shop elsewhere.. However, we had the same or very similar experience this time. My wife and I found some Ashley furniture at a competitive furniture store. We liked it a little and thought if we looked at the actual manufacturer we might see better options. Holy shnitzzz! I was just floored at what we were quoted compared to their competitor. The same pieces of Ashley furniture after being "Price Matched"(because they were already almost $2K more). They hose you on their extended warranty. And they would not match their competitor(Of their own furniture) unless you purchased THEIR protection plan(lol). 80's used car lot mentality of running back and forth to someone behind closed doors that is the only person able to make business decisions! We will forever Go with the independent or smaller business that isn't trying to GOUGE their consumers....Buyer Beware!! At the competitor store the items were $3,700. + $150.delivery and Ashley was $4,900. + $319.delivery.. Again, because they would only match the competition if you bought their extended warranty(same identical Ashley furniture)...

We looked online for a living room and found one that we agreed on, so we went in to actually see it and test it out for us. But then we saw another living room set that we liked even more and tested it out, sat in it, played with the buttons for the power recliner and the massage features.We fell in love, and it was the perfect size for our living room. And it was only $200 more for the power features. SOLD!We did the paperwork in less than 20 minutes. Will deliver to our house which is 50 miles from the store.And we were out the door after 40 minutes!! Loved it

The salesperson Glenda Rumley was a real pleasure to work with. There was no pressure. She offered excellent suggestions. She made the shopping experience enjoyable! I was surprised at the final price that the overall reduction was only 15% of the original price. I had the impression that it was going to be closer to 20%. The $2200 mattress had no discount at all. The delivery price seemed fairly high at $500.

Do not go here. Bad services. Worked for Ashley was a over million dollar sold every year. No response from Nick store manager. No response from regional manager Everett. And no response from Jeremy HR in the west. I have called at least three or four times. Not only did I go into the store but left messages with customer service several times as well. Please do not shop here.

Beautiful showroom, huge selection, and our salesperson, Glenda, was awesome. We were in to shop for our living room furniture and we also needed a special sized reclining sofa for our RV. We had a lot to choose from. She was very open about the quality of everything that caught our eyes, and took her time to help us find what we wanted.

We were assisted by Dawna, who was very friendly and helpful. We were in the market for furnishings for our bedroom, a mattress, dining room and living room. We intended on purchasing all of these items at Ashley's. We found a living room set that was on clearance with two end tables and a coffee table. However, we weren't interested in the tables and preferred a different style. We were willing to purchase tables separately, but in a different style. Despite our willingness to purchase all of our furniture at Ashley's, the manager would not budge on forcing the tables onto us. As a result, they lost our business, and with it, over $6k in sales, which we made elsewhere. I feel bad for Dawna, who lost the commission due to the manager's poor decision.

We recently moved to Prescott. We are renting while we have our new home built. We donated or dumped a vast majority of our old furniture in order to furnish our new home with the latest and greatest. Well, it is taking a bit longer than expected and we have family visiting us soon. We needed a decent sofa at a reasonable price that would match just about anything. Brandon and Allen set us up perfectly. They were both very personable, kind, and accommodating. We couldn’t be happier. Well, we could but that has nothing to do with furniture.

The salesman which stated is the store manager Chris, very atemptive and tried helping us find with what we needed. We picked up a TV stand we liked and paid for premium delivery and set up, the appointment was between 4-7 pm but delivery people showed up a little after 2 pm, good that we got home earlier. Then the delivery guys told us the TV stand was not for them to set up, they were going to give us the box and for us to assemble it, we paid for premium and the receipt did state they will set up and remove all packaging, we are so very dissapointed and cancelled whole sale. We will not buy there again.

My sales rep was very sweet. However there were some issues from the day we ordered our furniture. I had originally ordered a couch, tv stand and fire place insert. I was told that my TV stand would be a direct ship to my home on a certain day which was important for I had someone to build it for me. Well this wasn't the outcome. I ended up finding out that it wasn't going to arrive until mid May which wouldn't have worked for my needs. I then went into the branch and spoke with the GM Nick to cancel the TV stand and fire insert. I was told by Nick that he would have those items canceled and refund would be applied to my account with 7 business days. Today is the 8th. I called and was told it never was processed. I am very upset with this store and will be working to get this fixed. Long story short.... don't go here.

WARNING!!! Find in store if you must, but order ONLINE! Salesman told us shipping was $129 and included installation. We asked if it would be cheaper if we didn’t want installation and he said a flat NO. On the website there is an option for delivery with NO INSTALLATION that is FREE! I then asked if they had a military discount. He seemed disappointed and then told me they did and that it’s between 5-15% depending on what you buy and your total price. What?!?!? ONLINE there is a standard 10% discount no matter what you buy! Steer clear of doing any purchases in store at this place. Commission seems to be their only concern!

I'm a top real estate producer of and will not recommend your company to any of my clients. I'm very disappointed! I purchased a 2500 bed with matress and had to have the bed the same evening. I was told I had to drive an hour and a half to Phoenix to pick it up myself if I wanted it that soon. I borrowed a truck and did the commute and the warehouse didn't have but 1 item (matress) out of the 5 items I ordered!! Wasted effort, time, energy and I'm furious. I spent the night in a hotel for 200 and was told there's nothing anyone could do to assist me other than schedule a delivery for 3/2 a week from now. No accommodations were offered, no temporary solution, nothing. Sean was our salesman and Manny was to followup for me and never did. Sleeping on the floor for a week is not an option. I need a temporary solution immediately and I need compensation for the drive, gas, time, effort, hotel room. I was going to buy a full office set and living room set from Ashley but now I will not do further business with your company.

Debbie Pritchard is who gets the 5 stars, she really went above and beyond to make our experience a great one. But one big complaint that I have is that Manny, the office manager’s customer service is much to be desired! He was rolling his eyes and was looking down playing on his phone and acted like he couldn’t be bothered with helping customers. We were nothing but nice to him and proceeded to be nice even after he had an attitude. I am not sure if it is because of his younger age, being as I am 36. I have been in customer service a very long time and I was completely disgusted by the way he “helped” me today. He was only relatively nice when he knew we got approved, and I mean just relatively nice. Had it not been for Debbie and her exceptional customer service and help, we would not have gone through purchasing any furniture from this location. You sure do have a shining star working for you and is really in it for the customers. Thank you again Debbie!

Called the store, transferred to Customer service. Apologies, offered to reschedule and refund our $300 delivery charge. Had to take another day off, nobody showed up????? Again. Someone forgot to click a button! Help me understand, please how this happens

Shocking how foolish they are and turn down a full new house of sales. Why? My credit card address (my old house) is different from the new house address. I tried to buy local, they turned me down. I bought everything...30k ...online instead. The owner did not call me to discuss when I asked. His employees are nice, but he is turning away business.

Nice people in Prescott, but they don’t HONOR their commitments . Promised a delivery date, but they never called or delivered. When you try to call they put you on hold and never come to the phone. I would say, go somewhere else. If you go on their websit it shows that I gave them 3 stars which is a lie. They are manipulating their surveys and they should be called out on it. They are dishonest
While shopping and looking for what we were looking for A Very Nice sale person named Debbie helped us. We spent around 1,700 . We bought an Item that was on clearance. My Husband went the next day to pick it up. We were told they would cover it with plastic and would load onto our truck. When he got there it was not covered. An older man was not nice at all and told my Husband it would be a conflict of interest so he would not load it. This so called person needs more customer service training. We have spent 5,000 in that store and will not return to that store. We will make that drive to phoenix to another furniture store

Yesterday,I visited the Ashley store in Prescott,Az. to shop for a lamp and a chest.A saleslady named "Dawna" greeted us and after looking around,we saw a leather sectional which we became interested.However,we handn't brought measurements,and she took the time to work with us to determined that we could use it,and we bought along with a mattress set,and other items for a total of more than $6,000..The store manager,Nick Campbell was also very helpful in closing the sale.Obviously,I would reccomend shopping there for our furniture needs..Will D.
We've had a great experience with Ashley Furniture and the Prescott Store until it came to them honoring the 5 year warrantee they told us was so fantastic and worth every penny. Ashley has a 1 year warrantee as well but our furniture is just over 2 years old. It took us 2 months to have a tech from the warrantee company to come out to repair a broken 1x1 in the back of the couch. That was a nightmare too, ever heard of the phrase 'lost in translation.' After several calls with the warrantee company and several trips to the store nothing has been done to clean the stains on the couch that is a part of the warrantee by the way. The manager at the store told us if the warrantee company wouldn't do anything that the store would stand behind their product and supply new cushions. After several weeks, not one promised follow up call from the manager, we returned to the store and the manager denied ever giving this statement. So, we went to the customer service phone center and corporate. We talked to nearly 6-7 different people in the customer service of Ashley, all said they would call us back after researching our case and talking to the warrantee company. We had 2 return calls. We had one call from a Facebook post as well. The customer service at Ashely has to be the worst I've ever experienced and we half of our home is Ashley furniture, over $20k worth of furniture. Like I said, we've been happy with the service until it came down to actually using our warrantee policy and dealing with the managers and customer service. I hope nobody has to go through this. Our couch is only 2 years old and the warrantee company refuses to do anything else with the cushions. They claim a multitude of stains is the first reason for rejection of cleaning. Granted we are not talking about alot of stains here and we are supposed to call them for every little stain. We discovered that the cushions have to since discontinued and are no longer available too. That's a convenient way to screw the consumer. Well, this consumer will no longer be purchasing Ashley furniture.
Excellent service from Allen when we went shopping for furniture for our new home! He was just as excited as we were to furnish our first home and he always knew exactly what we were looking for. We thoroughly enjoy our time shopping at Ashley and with Allen.
Update, after much complaining cbs protection plans reviewed the case and honored their warenty and sent me a replacement cushion for my couch This was .an uphill battle including filling a complaint with consumer protection bureau and bbb, but in the end the did replace , therefore I feel I need to update my 1 star review.I would still not recommend purchasing the Furniture Protection plan
Lots if really nice stuff. My wife and I like retro furniture and they have a fairly large selection.The staff is very helpful and no-pressure. We will be back. This review was premature. We returned a bed on August 12th and still haven't seen our refund. The manager told us the money would be returned within a couple of days. It has been two weeks and we've seen nothing. Now we have to go chasing after it. So much for customer service.
We went to Ashley for my 90 year old mother-in-law to buy new furniture for her new apartment. Tim, the sales person was wonderful. He was patient with us, and by the time we left, she had almost everything she needed and wanted, all in one place. We were all very happy, and many thanks to Tim for his help.

I can not say enough good things about Chris. My boyfriend and I were in the store today with a few items in mind. As soon as we walked in we were promptly greeted, and encouraged to check out the vast show room. We did a few laps, and then came to him with the items that we had in mind. He gave us a great deal, but we still wanted to check out a few more places in the area -- our biggest mistake. We came back a few hours later, and were delighted to work with him again. We actually were so impressed with the Customer service that we added a few items to our order. He gave us an amazing deal for the items we wanted, and we were beyond pleased. DONT SHOP ASHLEY!!!!! DECEITFUL, DISHONEST PRICE GOUGERS!!! The store tried to overcharge me almost $1500! Their delivery fee is outrageous. Triple other stores. I called them out on their online prices, and they wouldn't itemize their prices. They tried to overcharge on sales tax. They can't promise a delivery date, could be 6 months to a year out for delivery. Maybe longer, who knows. Once they have your money, good luck getting it back. Ashley furniture is available many other places. Check online. I recommend Pruitts, almost 1/3 less or better. They are honest. Don't buy from Ashley, look elsewhere. Theyre horrible. After I sent the salesman my breakdown on costs, he said he'd get back to me. Never did. He was aware I called him on his scam. Buy elsewhere!!
we ordered a table, desk and night stand over 5 months ago. they stated they were going deliver on 04/30/22. called to day to check time and it now states delivery on 05/5/2022. then when i spoke to them they advise me it was now pushed back to june....never again. trying to get a refund now
Edit: 4 month since the first review and we still don’t have all purchased items delivered. It’s been now more than a year. Don’t buy from this store, it’s absolutely terrible. We placed 2 large orders at different times over the past 3 years at the Prescott store and both orders’ delivery has been delayed by almost a year. No one at the store informed us that the delivery will be delayed for so long otherwise we would not make the purchase. With this bad experience being consistent I will never buy from Ashley’s Homestore again and would not recommend it to anyone.
Took for ever to get my couch to many promises to my father who ordered the couch months to get it.
3 years ago, I bought a ton of Ashley furniture. Fast forward and 2700 miles later I was in need of a dining table. Ashley was my choice. My salesman was Chris. HE LISTENS TO THE CUSTOMER! Not pushy and took me directly to several tables from which to choose. I made my choice and awaiting delivery soon.
Worse furniture store ever. Too bad I couldn't leave Zero star. Ashley store took our $$$ more than 20K It has been 7 months and we still don't have our furniture but they took our $$$ Don't step foot in that store !! Be aware!!

But a sectional from them the console with the cupholders didn’t have the back cushion on it they wanted a serial number off of the consul that didn’t have it then wanted me to miss work so they could send a rep out and said just send me a cushion we’ll never do business with the store again

I rarely write negative reviews but felt I needed to for Ashley. We recently purchased a bed and had it delivered and setup. When the bed was setup I took a look and everything looked fine. When the delivery man left I started to put the mattress on the bed. 6 out of 8 legs fell off the bed. The delivery man had just balanced the bed on the legs long enough to leave. It was so sneaky and dishonest. Ashley has been given a video of the legs falling off and still will not refund the money. Ashley furniture is a sneaky, dishonest company and one I would not recommend doing business with.

Wow, wow, wow!!! Who thinks about reading reviews for a furniture store? I wish I did. This place SUCKS!! We went in this store with the objective to purchase a bunch of new furniture to furnish our new home. Our first visit here should have been our last. The sales person who approached us in our visit did not seem at all interested in showing us anything, didn't even seem interested in making the sale. No big deal, we moved on. The following week we went in to the Lazy Boy store with the same mission in mind. While placing our order we were told that it would be a 3-4 month lead time, this was in late December. After placing our deposit we swung by Ashley again to check out what they had. We ended up spending just under $6k on living room furniture and our sales person told us that we'd have everything delivered in the next 1-3 weeks, so we cancelled the Lazy Boy order. After I got home I put together the identical order on the Ashley website only to find that it was $1,500 cheaper including a 50% reduction in the delivery fee compared to buying in store. That's were everything took a turn for the worse. We've been given at least a half dozen different delivery dates and they continue to change. They will promise you whatever it takes to get your money and then you're left to deal with people that are less than helpful and willing to straight up lie to your face. We're going on 4 months and I still don't have half of my furniture and the current ETA is April and August for the rest. Through this process I learned that you can buy their furniture through different dealers. Might be a good option so you don't have to deal with these deceitful, greedy sales people and company.

If I could leave a minus 5 star review I would. I have furnished my house with many pieces of Ashley Furniture and up until now I have been extremely pleased. My most recent purchase was a mattress, that unfortunately did not work for me. It felt much firmer than the one on the showroom floor. After numerous phone calls, two additional visits to the Ashley store, and a representative coming to my home to inspect my mattress, I was finally informed that I could not exchange or return my mattress. It was entirely my fault that I did not read the return policy, however NOT ONE sales person, customer service representative, or manager knew how to handle the situation, or knew the return policy themselves. So much wasted time, aggravation and money. This Ashley store is poorly managed!

We spent three plus hours in Ashley's in Prescott Az and several trips in or at Ashley's in El Cajon. Our orders were placed in Prescott Az and we did not feel pressured but supported, good quality products, and reasonable delivery times with instock (mostly) product! Their fashion matched our light ,easy style. A "Coastal vibe" and we're not done yet!

Store and Staff is fine. But have been waiting since September for the order...multiple delivery dates canceled. Now told April. Buyers Beware! Updated 4/8 - Now at zero stars. After 7 months finally being told the kitchen table won't be delivered...and even worse...since the chairs were delivered months ago the 72 hour window for returns has passed. So have to fight another battle with Ashley's. So today, after 7 months the couch is scheduled for delivery between 11:45 and 2:45. Finally...but NO! They arrive at 9:15. Call support and they said you are suppose to be at home all day in case there are changes. No call...no text...just no delivery. If you live in Prescott I highly advise finding a different store or making sure you take the furniture with you. Worst experience!!!

Initially my experience was good. The store was nice and had a wide range of quality furniture. My salesman, however, hovered around us while my wife and I shopped. There is alot of merchandise to see ad I felt like we were being rushed to check out after selecting just one piece, Not by anything he said, just a feeling. We wanted to continue looking but our salesman seemed bored and wanted to be somewhere else. He was a young "kid", probably in his early 20's and just didn't make us feel like he was there for us. My personal opinion is that it is hard these days to find younger employees, that probably have never had to furnish an entire house before, feel enthusiastic about their job!. He also ended up charging us over 800.00 dollars for a chair than what it was currently advertised for online. I only discovered this because it was a new recliner with lots of power features and blank buttons with no directions or printing on them. The day it was delivered I went online to the Ashley website to look for an owners manual when I also found we were overcharged. I went back to the store to the customer service desk. The CS rep was very good and when he saw the mistake he immediately set me up for a cc refund without any hassle. I would have given 5 stars except for the described issues.
Tim Merrell did a great job checking into inventory and getting us the best deal on the furniture set we wanted. He communicated everything very well and we will continue to do business in the future.

Tracy was the person who assisted us with our buying experience. We were able to find a perfect sofa with pillows which was available for delivery the following week. This is so rare in this age of delivery delays caused by Socialism and we are very grateful. She was very helpful and kind.

Been waiting on a dresser for months! They didn’t bother to tell me when I bought it that it was back ordered. I get no status dates on the delivery, checking the delivery online doesn’t work for the store , and each time I call the delivery is pushed back almost a month. I will never do business here again. This has been nothing but a waste of time .
Excellent service from the salesman (Tim) and the office Manager (Sam). Tim spent 3 hours looking up every item we were interested in, to see if the product was in stock. Given the supply chain difficulties and our short time frame, this was no small feat. Tim's effort was ultimately successful and greatly appreciated. The salesman was kind, professional and knowledgeable. We were discouraged at how long it will take our furniture to arrive, eta 3-4 months. But the salesman said he will request it to arrive in 2-3 months. I hope that is true.
I paid big money for a sectional from this store to have delivered to my new home. I received a confirmation e-mail form Ashley saying the items were in stock and ready to be delivered. Once my delivery date came...nothing. My items were no longer in stock and I have to wait another month for my order now. Now it takes 24-48 hrs. to cancel my order and 7-10 days to get my money back. So I'll still be without a couch and all of my money for at least another week if not longer. Suprise surprise, no one cares. No one in their "customer service" or escalation departments cares. They didn't even try. I will never again buy another piece of furniture from Ashley or step into their stores.

Not sure they ever have things in stock. Made $800 purchase and was supposed to have the item in November. Didn't expect it then, but I did go on the chat and found out it was delayed until January. I just checked again and was told now it's going to be March. Very frustrating, they take your money and no one stays in contact with you to let you know what's going on. Don't know if I'll ever purchase there again.

When moving to a new state - finding a decent place to buy furniture is tricky. I had looked online at a bunch of places, walked through a few others and then we went into Ashley HomeStrore and met Allen. Allen was extremely patient, did not crowd us (let us walk about and sit on everything a few times over) and when we finally found what we were looking for - he was very helpful in suggesting alternative configurations for the sectional that would provide the most comfort and versatility with the smallish space we are dealing with. We ended up having to split delivery into two parts (because I might need a place to sit in my new house before THanksgiving) and if it all works according to planned - I will for sure come back and update to five stars!

If I could get a -5 star I would! Beyond disappointed!!! Made an order with the sales personnel setting up my delivery 2 weeks later. (Spent 6k) I called to confirm delivery appointment and half my order was moved out a month and a half. So I took off work for the delivery appointment of the first half of my order. To be safe I again called to confirm TIME of delivery day before and they said nothing is coming. What a joke! Don’t plan your life around a set delivery date and time. Your wasting your time nothing is coming.

The sales clerk Tim was professional and knowledgeable, he did not pressure us but served our needs. Because it was a busy weekend there was some confusion on the delivery of our home pieces. The sales manager stepped in and was one of the most friendly managers I have dealt with in a long time. Because of the confusion they gave us free home delivery. We have complete customer satisfaction in the way we are treated and the process of this purchase. This was over and above what I expected. My husband and I moved to Prescott Valley in March. We need new furniture pieces for our new home. We purchased a mattress. We got a call from Ashley that the mattress had come in defective and another one would have to be ordered. Loved that they did not deliver a bad mattress! We also purchased outdoor furniture. We love the quality and we’re happy that we could purchase an extended warranty for a nominal price since the furniture is outside. Recently we purchased a tv stand electric fire place from Chris Francis. Chris was so through and showed us all the options. We wanted white and found one we liked. Unfortunately we would need to assemble it and we were not up for that. Chris offed to come to our house to assemble the furniture. Chris did a wonderful job and was very patient. Above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you Chris.

They schedule a delivery and will tell you 1-2 days prior they are rescheduling and continue to this time and time again with total disregard that people take off work to sit home from 8-5 to wait for delivery. THE MOST DISHONEST COMPANY!
My wife and I purchased a couple living room sets at the Ashley store in Prescott. We didn’t intend to buy as much as we did, but the quality of the furniture was great. Even better was the customer service. Chris Francis walked us through what they had in store and on their website. We found what we wanted and we put the deal together, Chris brought his manager Alma over. She was polite and helpful. One last mention. We live up on a mountain and delivery would have been expensive and challenging. Chris offered to help me set it up on his day off and brought 2 of his sons. Had a problem with a damaged piece of furniture. Rick the manager and Tim the salesperson in the Prescott, AZ store were great in resolving the issue. Ended up buying more stuff!

The sales associate along with the staff at the front desk were friendly. My wife and I came in to buy a mattress. Our sales associate helped us with our selection to fit our needs. She informed us it would be a 6 to 12 week wait for delivery, and that we would have to pay the full amount now. She saw the frown on our face and said that we could apply for a store card with zero interest and would not have to pay until 30 days after delivery. I proceeded to fill the credit application out and when it came to the amount she informed me to leave it blank. I received an answer from the credit department approved for a amount that was not anough to purchase the mattress. The front desk had to call the credit company to up the amount. When it came time to finalize the order the sales associate gave the wrong amount to the front desk (a 600 hundred dollars mistake) and I had to pay the balance on my credit card along with the sales tax. She said she broke her glasses and had a hard time reading the tablet. The purchase had timed out on her tablet so we had to go back to the front desk to straightened it out. This experience was frustrating and time consuming.
We bought a TV stand and bought the fireplace insert. The delivery people put it together and would not take the shelving back with them. Now I have to dispose of it. Just and inconvenience.
Joni was very friendly and knowledgeable about the deals. She really went out of her way to bring us great customer service! Sadly, I am a poor college student and didn’t have the money. However, we will be coming back in a few years. :)
On 7/6/21 we ordered and paid for bunk beds, mattresses, delivery and setup. We were given a confirmed delivery date of Wednesday, 8/4/21. This was a birthday surprise for our 7 yo great granddaughter. Yesterday I tore down her old bed to make room for her new bed. Today I waited for a call from Ashley about delivery time. At noon I called the store and was transferred to customer service; and was told that part of the order is on back order! Customer service was no help except to say I could call back in a week to see if everything was in stock! If it is in stock delivery would be between 8/14 and 8/21. If it is not in stock I guess it could go on indefinitely! This was our first order from Ashley and could be our LAST order.

This experience has been a total nightmare. I still do not have my entire order after more than a month. When I made the purchase, it was not until after I paid that I was informed it would be a month before it was delivered, even though half of my order was in stock. It was also then I was informed that my leather chair and ottoman were back ordered. and nothing would be delivered until it came in. Also I was not informed of the $270 delivery charge, I did not see that until I read my receipt. My purchase date was 6-13-21, I only now received 3/4 of my order. The ottoman is still on back order. I do not understand why they can't give me the floor model. I paid for a product and you cannot provide it. I am very close to calling BBB and state attorney generals office to file a complaint. you cannot provide a product I have paid for, that is fraud. Your delivery is another story, They said the would be at my house between 12:45 and 3:45 PM. they show up 2 hours early when no one was home. Had to fight with the store get them to return. Poor customer service. Will never by anything from Ashley again.
My wife and I went during their independence sale so prices were good then. Not sure they would be outside of that deal. We were very close to buying a living room set here but had to do our due diligence and go back and check out another store since we changed what we were looking for. We're glad we did because we found a better set at a better price and faster delivery. The sales rep we were working with was super nice but very pushy and actually gave us false information about the competition. Glad we did our due diligence and didn't listen to the sales rep. We bought a bedroom set and living room set elsewhere.
Our sales woman named Glenda was extraordinary & knowledgeable & that's why we decided to buy such an expensive bedroom set. She was extremely helpful.

I have gone into this store on several occasions because I have a whole new house to buy furniture for and wanted a one stop shopping experience. After careful consideration I found most of the items I wanted and the salesman placed the order letting me know it is usually eight to twelve weeks for delivery. I paid for my items and then we went to their delivery/customer service desk to figure out my actual delivery date. The lady behind the counter proceeded to tell me that I was twenty-sixth and thirty-third in line for two of my items and that there were people on the list who ordered in January (its now the end of April) and still do not have their orders. She also said they do not even show they were getting enough of the items this year to fulfill the orders they already have on back order. She then said one of my other items was not available at all and they showed no PO’s to even order the item in the future....so basically they sold me an item they do not have, do not plan to receive in the future, and do not plan to even re-order for themselves. I really wish they would have told me all this before I gave them my money. I then tried to re-select something else with the “credit” I had for those items that I was never going to get and they kept trying to charge me for a furniture protection plan but when I asked for that to be removed my order cost more not less. I understand they are at the mercy of their suppliers (and Covid 19 delays) and that they try to make money off certain extras but I found the same exact items from another store that could promise me a delivery date and was at least $1000 less than Ashley’s wanted me to pay. The salesman Nick told me that he couldn’t give me any deals or they would not make a profit....funny how another store could give me deals without an included “furniture protection plan” for much less than Ashley’s. I do not have to shop there if I am not happy with their prices or service so I won’t they definitely lost my business and my good opinion of their store.

We bought a beautiful couch from Ashley #1complaint the secsunal was off by a 1/2 off they came and took pictures. They decided my case was closed because that is the way they all were. They never called me. They are scammers in disguise. I had to keep calling them. I would never buy anything from them ever again. They are robbers in disguise.

Thought it was overall overpriced. The selection for what we were looking for (sofa end table) was limited and we left without buying anything.
Entered the store and was immediately greeted by an employee willing to help with my questions. I wasn't pressured to buy anything. I had shopped around and discovered that Ashley has very competitive prices and still has excellent quality products. Very clean and nicely organized store.

They have a wide variety of furniture the shop on display. Some products were not available but Dave checked the stocks in advance so that I would be able to choose another product to have it delivered in one shipment. The delivery was on time and I had no problem with delivery. The 5 star rating goes to staff Dave and the store manager JJ. I was in Prescott for a very short time and rented a small car. I bought a few items from the shop and Dave used his own truck to deliver a drawer for me. JJ had also helped to assist me but I found a handyman. While I am not able to verify the quality yet since we just moved in, if you request for Dave or JJ, they will be able to handle the situation in a very caring and professional way. The customer service that I received went above and beyond standard. Both Dave and Jacob are the most courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and truly professional staff I have every met! Ashley home store would be my first choice not solely because of the furniture, but because the service that was provided from these 2 loyal staff. Thank you Dave and JJ!
Ashley Prescott will tell you anything to get the sale completed. Their delivery out of Phoenix is only on Thursday and they give you a 4 hour window of time. If you are a working person, this is very difficult to accommodate without other people involved. When the sales person tells you it will be a two week leadtime, and finally you get delivery 6 weeks late. Go elsewhere!!
Way overpriced! Furniture is glorified walmart particle board. Not impressed.
Never buy a hybrid Ashley product. Purchased a hybrid king mattress from a store carrying Ashley products. Failed after 3 months of use and neither the store nor customer service will address. My documentation shows the failure, but after 2 months for rep to come out, the depression isn’t deep enough.
Update 1/22/21: After three failed attempts we went with another bedroom set, one we paid a little more for, and looked "antiquish" so any flaws would be camouflaged. Yeah right. Delivery day and we have holes from brad nails on the side of the dresser, misaligned drawers, chips in the wood, etc. Take it back! They had trouble even doing that. It took me on the phone with Ashley and the delivery drivers on the phone with Ashley before they would put it back on the truck. That was October 31. Since then, we have been fighting to get our money back. A few weeks ago we finally received part of our money but they refuse to send the rest claiming delivery fees. So, Court here we come!!! Sad it has to come to this. Edited for update purposes: I walked into the store and purchased a bedroom set on May 9th. I was told that it would be delivered in a few weeks; understable, right? I was told that once it was delivered I would have to inspect it well as Ashley has a policy that if anything is wrong with it, it will be taken back and replaced. Not true. I asked for a delivered date at my convenience but they could only schedule it for a Thursday, so I made sure it was for a day my husband would be home. The day the furniture was delivered the guys didn't stick around for my husband to inspect it. When I got home I immediately noticed the missing headboards pieces and screws, gouges, paint issues, cracks, furniture molding not married well, drawers that could not open and shut, not just on one piece but all the pieces had issues. I called within 24 hours and explained everything. I asked them to come pick it up and was told no. I was told that I should have turned it away at delivery. After a few customer service calls they finally send a tech. I told them then I do not know why, these are things that cannot be fixed. "Please just work with us," I was told.The tech shows up (nice kid) no info, knows nothing about what he is to do and was given about an hour to address the issues I stated above. He did his best to fix the paint issues but stated that he would have to order parts and come back. Two weeks later he returns to do the work. However, no parts. The parts he had ordered while at my house were canceled by someone in purchasing or some other department. So he steps outside and calls someone. He informs me that the regional manager of Ashley Furniture will be calling me within a few minutes. He/She never did. So, more calls to customer service. Parts finally arrived and the tech is back for the third time - same tech- I showed him again all of the issues and asked him how he is going to fix the issues? He said he can't. He fixed what he could but not the drawer because there was a defect, and left. Later he calls me from the store and says that the manager is calling corporate to see how my case can be handled but that I am to be reassured it will be taken care of. Three weeks I hear nothing. Mind you, I have called customer service several times, the store several times, been hung up on by a supervisor at corporate, and I wait patiently until I could wait no longer. I called the store again and asked for the manager, this after being transferred from customer service several times. I was told that the manager was in a meeting and that he would call as soon as he was out. 4 hours go by. Finally, I drove to the store, walked by happy little butt in, saw the manager, who nearly dismissed me, and gave him a piece of my mind. What do I get out it? A 125.00 in store gift certificate. *** Edited for update purposes.

On October 10th 2020, picked up our furniture. Was a hassle. Finally got what we ordered. December 23, 2020. We are still getting phone calls to come get our furniture. They don't answer phone. No one communicates with main office. We will not go back. Spent over a thousand dollars. Please quit calling us!

We purchased a sofa set in March 2020, by June it was falling apart. Took. Ashley's several weeks to send a tech out to look at it....no solution...they sent a total of 4 techs .. its now November, never call you back, several calls to customer service never returned. They do not stand behind their product. They do not care about their customers after the sale. If I could give them a negative rating it would be -5 stars.DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS $3500, DOWN THE DRAIN. SMALL CLAIMS COURT WILL HAVE TO FIX THIS.
I researched dining room tables online for months. I was afraid of buying something online without seeing it first. So I decided to drive 1.5 hours to the Ashley store in Prescott, AZ to check out a table that I really liked. It seemed perfect for what I was looking for. However, I was in the store for 30+ minutes and no one was around to help. There were no cars in the parking lot and its not like they were busy. No one was in the store but me yet there were no employees to help. On the way out a young kid was at the front door sitting down on his phone, looked up and did not say anything. Not thank you, not good bye, not did you need any help... So I drove 1.5 hours back home and went online and ordered it. Two of the 4 chairs arrived with small nicks, deep scratches under the stain and a lot of excess glue around the chairs. It is as if the person making them did not care about attention to detail. The table arrived in an opened, beat up box that had been re-taped several times. It looked ok putting it together until we got it under the light and saw what looked like greasy fingerprints. We tried wiping them but there was no budging them. Looking closer there were similar shiny drops in the center and all around the edges. I believe it is clear varnish that was negligently applied, or possibly glue.I chatted 40 minutes about just the chairs with no resolution. The first question I was asked was if I had the boxes. No because they had been opened and retaped. The Styrofoam inside was broken inside the boxes and little balls were all over the house. They were thrown away ASAP because they were big and messy. No where in the delivery instructions did it say for me to retain the boxes. Without the boxes I could not get a replacement. They &"NEED&" the boxes to return the chairs. I suggested they send me two new chairs and I will put the old chairs into THOSE boxes. No, not an option. I would have to donate the chairs and provide a receipt to get a refund in which I could then repurchase two new chairs. If I did not provide a receipt, they would assume I kept the chairs and lied about donating them. Nice... I had paid someone to assemble the furniture which then I would have to pay a second time for this. I asked if they could send me matching stain and I could fix the chairs. They gave me the three colors to blend and said I would have to purchase the blending sticks. They are over $5 each plus tax and shipping. They then offered a $14 refund which doesn&'t even cover the cost of the sticks to fix them!!! I would also need sandpaper plus pay someone. I asked for a reasonable refund and was told that is all they could do because I already used a 10% coupon on the order! What does that have to do with sending me defective furniture???!!!! I had to leave for an appointment so stopped the chat and instead called back the next day. This time 57 minutes and still no acceptable resolution. She told me the same thing about ME buying the stain sticks to fix the chairs AND to also buy Goo Gone to get the excessive varnish from the table. So now they are suggesting I buy $20++ worth of items to fix their defective items!! This is with the rep putting me on hold repeatedly to ask her supervisor for help. All they &'could&' refund was 10%. They are absurd. Customer service is the worst. How can they not be willing to take responsibility for the quality of the items sent out and expect ME to BUY more items to repair their poorly made furniture? Unbelievable. I have lots more to buy for our new home. They could have worked to make me happy and find a resolution but instead lost a customer...

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful while I was in the store purchasing my furniture! I purchased two different items to be delivered and they told me it would take a few weeks. After I left, I never received any sort of confirmation email or tracking details for my order. I had no way of seeing what the status was or when it might actually arrive. After multiple attempts to get ahold of customer service, they told me that my item would be delivered on Oct. 10. It was a bit of a wait from when I purchased the item on September 7th, but I understood and was happy to be patient! When my item did not arrive, I called and they told me it would now arrive Oct. 28th. Being a bit skeptical and not wanting to wait at home all day if it was not going to come, I called customer service and sure enough, they told me it would now not be delivered until Nov. 10th. I would be fine waiting until that date if I felt confident it would actually arrive on that day, but that seems unlikely and I do really need the furniture that I purchased so I requested to cancel the order so that I could buy from another company , but was told that I signed a contract when I made the purchase and would have to physically go into the store that I purchased from in order to cancel. This was extremely frustrating and inconvenient because I had been on vacation out of town for Labor Day when I purchased the item and the store is no where near me. I am disappointed because I was really excited about the furniture that I bought, but unfortunately I need the furniture before my family comes over for the holidays and Ashley has been very unreliable.
Our 5 Star rating goes specifically to the store manager, Jacob "JJ" Kendall. We were having difficulty getting our furniture delivered. We went to the store and met with Jacob. He handled the situation in the most professional, honest, caring, and diligent matter. Since meeting with Jacob, the delivery was seamless and the furniture was everything we expected. Jacob deserves to be recognized by Ashley Furniture. His customer service went above and beyond while representing his company in high regard and with loyalty. A true professional! Thank you Jacob!

We walk-in & nobody greets us. We can hear employees laughing & talking loudly but no where to be seen. We know specifically what we're looking for but it takes a good 10-15 mins before we see a salesman to ask where we can find a specific item. He directs us upstairs & once we're up there we have to approach another salesman (Dave) whom I feel was doing his best to avoid us. I approach him & ask him to help us, he looked at us as though we were speaking a foreign language he couldn't understand. We show him the item & ask how much it is, he looks & states "its about $550 & 50% off so it will be about $275", we tell him great well take it. Again, he looks at us like he didn't understand, we repeat ourselves & tell him we would like to buy it. He goes to place the order & says "the computer is saying half of is $500+" we immediately ask for the manager as we could tell by the interaction we've had thus far with him that he wasn't going to solve the issue on his own. So he gets the "manager" whom we explain what Dave had told us & said we want the item for the $275 we were quoted by Dave. The manager flat out says he can't do it & the best he can do is $400, umm NO thank you you we were quoted $275 & that should be honored. The manager said "we absolutely can't, we wouldn't make any money". Well now we're leaving & you really won't be making any money. The customer service from the minute we walked through the door was terrible & after this experience we will never return & never recommend this store to anyone. Had we read the other reviews left for this store prior to going there I would not have wasted my time. The customer service received proved all those other reviews to be extremely accurate.

Customer service is horrible. Do not shop Ashley stores period. I ordered a bedroom set and a leather ottoman in late July. Their delivery people have no clue. My furniture kept getting rescheduled. I call the Prescott store and was abel to finally get the bedroom set but was missing and still missing the hardware for the dresser mirror. The ottoman is now being rescheduled AGAIN to November. Are they kidding? I will be calling to cancel my order. I will never shop there again. The delivery company people are rude and incompetent.
10/10 would not recommend. They are back ordered to the max! Spent over a month waiting for couches and they messed up our financing. I had to speak with the manager on numerous occasions to finally get my products. Make sure they deliver before you agree to anything because we were charged for delivery and later informed we would need to pick up the couches. It took numerous phone calls to get those charges removed. To add insult to injury on the day we were told they were delivered to the store (after they had called to confirm with me already) i called to let them know i was on my way to get them and was informed they never arrived. So after already having to make special arrangements because they misinformed me on my delivery options initially i had to make arrangements yet again to pick them up a week later after already waiting over a month past the original delivery date. Long story short take your business elsewhere.
Bought a dresser here. The store said a guy would fix the drawer that was sticking. Three times they cancelled. They just oiled it and didn&'t do anything to fix it. (I could have done that!) The screws for the legs were missing. They said they would order them. I went in a couple times to get the screws and they didn&'t have them ordered! To this day never got the screws! It has been over a month. Had to have a furniture repairman fix (a brand new dresser!) which was extra cost to me. Would never do business there again! If I could give them a zero for customer service I would!

I&'m sorry I did not read reviews before purchasing furniture here. I realize the pandemic has affected many things but customer service should not be one of them. I purchased a recliner and sectional on 7/27/20. I was given dates of 8/19 for recliner and tentative 9/8 for sectional. I was shocked when my credit card was charged right away. Called &" well you can cancel&". Went to store told thats the way we do things here. How can you charge me when I don&'t have the merchandize? Recliner was delivered a few days late. 9/8 came and went no communication from anyone. I called oh now its a tentative date of 10/8. I have no furniture and they don&'t care they have my money. This is unethical. Went to store got a refund. I will sit on the floor before buying anything from them. They don&'t deserve a rating.

I should have read the reviews before I ordered 5000 dollars in furniture. This store is unethical! They should simply say &"we are out of everything and have no idea when we will be able to deliver your furniture. &" Instead they blame covid and delivery trucks on their unethical sales practices. They kept giving me made up dates for delivery until they finally said &" we have no idea &". This place has the feel of a company going out of business. I was lucky to get a refund. They still owe me some items and this is the third month. Well see how that goes. I noticed that no one at their store responded to any of the one star reviews. That is simply because no one there cares at all. Run from this place.

We purchased our furniture 4 to 5 weeks prior to moving into our new home (prior to COVID-19). We were assured that it would be delivered just after our move-in date. We stressed that we would need the furniture at this time since would be disposing of our old furniture. The sales rep told us we could call him night or day if we had any problem. No one called us in confirming the delivery date. We got the run around, but was finally able to talk with someone who told us it was still a month out. We tried to get a hold our sales rep, but he never returned our calls. A year later, our son ripped a chair and coach with his head phones. We didn't worry because we had the protection plan which covered rips. We submitted the claim to GBS Enterprises. They rejected the claim saying it was cracking and peeling. We appealed the decision and was told that they were rips, but were not deep enough. We now have duct tape on our new chair and couches to prevent the rips from getting bigger. Through all this experience, the store would not return our calls even when we attempted to talk with someone in person, we received no response. WARNING: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ASHLEY FURNITURE!
I knew what I wanted, I was prepared with a SKU number. Double-checked the measurements, Nickolas verified the sale price and delivery issues, and I was outta there in less than 20 minutes. Was buying an additional piece to add to a bedroom set. No hassle.

We opted for waiting because we already had a sofa and table. After 2 1/2 months the final piece came to the store. We scheduled delivery and were then told the coffee table was not there after all. So we opted to just go ahead and get the sofa. So we got rid of the sofa and table. The day of delivery we get a call, suddenly there are now 2 pieces of the sofa missing. Now I ask to speak to the GM, he would have to call back. Waited an hour and got online and ordered a sofa from Costco. We refused the delivery of the pieces and are now seeking a refund of our deposit. Look I realize there are massive delays due to the virus but this is way too much!
Very disappointed. I was told delivery would be in 2 weeks, but now on my receipt I see they "*estimate to ship in 18 days and arrival 7 - 10 days from date." UNEXPECTED DELAYS MAY OCCUR. (all caps are theirs) I'm tempted to cancel my order.

I am impressed with the customer service that Ashley furniture store has. They go above and beyond to make the customer happy. Will go back if I need more furniture. For now my home is complete.
They sales people made this seem like a great deal and we where excited! But after we purchased our hideaway bed couch the bad piled up. First it was week before we got out couch delivered. It took 6+ weeks! They guys didn't know what house they where at and where trying to deliver other things lol. Finally got out couch dropped off. They took a picture while it was wrapped up and left! After unwrapping it the quality was horrible. When we picked it up it felt like it was going to break. They used the cheapest plywood and nails. Guess we wont be back for furnish the rest of the house!
A one-star rating is more than this company deserves. I purchased a bedroom set on May 23, 2020. Delivery was scheduled for June 19th. I sold a roomful of furniture to prepare for the new furniture only to have the delivery cancelled because the order was incomplete. Totally understandable and I graciously accepted their apologies and looked forward to the new delivery scheduled for July 4th. Once again the delivery was cancelled and rescheduled this time for July 9th with the assurance that all pieces in my order would be available. Looked forward to finally getting what I paid for and waited patiently for my delivery. Received a call from a perplexed deliveryman saying he could not find my address on GPS. Someone had written the wrong town on the delivery slip so he was 120 miles away from my home. Seriously???I contacted the Corporate Customer Relations line in Florida and received a call in two days. It gave me a glimmer of hope until the abrasive representative kept repeating that my order was not complete and would be delivered in August. Come on now!!! She simply did not comprehend that the order was complete and had been out for delivery when the address error was discovered. I've made multiple calls to the Prescott store. Each time I'm left with empty promises that they'll try to solve the problem. I've been told that the next available delivery date to Prescott is August 19. I've spent days trying to get someone to right a wrong but they clearly only care about making a sale. You'd think the manager would have called to intervene but no. I'm left frustrated, appalled, and determined to let everyone in Prescott and the surrounding area know that you should spend your hard-earned money at businesses who truly value their customers. BUYER BEWARE

Placed order on May 20. Was told delivery would be July 2 and I would receive a call three days prior. No call or notifications so I had to call to find out delivery was moved to July 31. When asked if they could assure delivery on that date they said they would check and call back. Surprise, no phone call. Wife is an essential worker so had to have her office rearrange schedule so she could take off. Average customer service would of at least some type of notification that they had moved the date. I guess when they give you a delivery date it is simply a guess on their part. Of course I had to pay when ordered so they get my money free for at least 60 days. Would highly NOT recommend this business. Off to Pruitt&'s this weekend.

My family went to Ashley in November and bought over $7000 worth of furniture. The buying experience was fine. We had them hold the furniture until our home was ready this June. We did go back in April and purchased a patio set. Since I knew our closing date I set up our delivery for June 11th. The day before delivery I received 3 confirmations and they gave me the time frame. I did notice the address was wrong. I called and told them of the error twice. On the day of the delivery I was waiting and had only 1 more hour left in there delivery window when I received a phone call from the Prescott store and told me my order was being rescheduled until June 18th because one of my rugs was not in. I could not believe they were holding up my 25 piece order for one rug. I had a very loud discussion with customer service and demanded my furniture within the next 3 days. I also called Phoenix warehouse and they said I would receive my order on the 15th. However the Prescott store did not confirm this for 3 hours. And I would also receive my &"not in&" rug also. Mmmmm! The 13th came and received notice they were within 30 mins of delivery. I then received a phone call from the driver and guess what he had the wrong address. So I had to direct him to my home. The delivery men were very nice and did a great job. But the customer service has a lot to work on. I will certainly go somewhere else for my furniture needs in the future after this bad experience.

I cant believe this place. No one has contacted me back in over 4 weeks. I've sent emails and have called and left TWO voicemails. The automated system states a call back within 96 hours, thats BS. Now my order is delayed until 6/19 for delivery AFTER I had to take a day off work for the original delivery date I selected of 6/11 back in the beginning of MAY! Their customer service is beyond under par, and I will never order anything from Ashley Furniture again. Absolutely ridiculous.

Found a dresser, had to get it delivered through their online option, received it in about two weeks, they shipped it out with a chip/chunk out of it that look as if it was glued back on. It had to have left the warehouse with damage because the shipping box and wood it was packed in was not damaged in the location of the chip. Unacceptable. Called to address it and the phone disconnected while holding after 20 minutes, my son was on his cell phone with their toll free number at the same time as I was holding and they had a automatic message that came on asking how his service was and to rate it. He had not even talked to anyone yet. lol bizarre! And then it hung up. I have been currently holding 40 some minutes with no luck for the third time holding. Their online Q&As state I have 72 hours to contact them for a return. At this rate I may be on hold for over that. On top of it all the dresser that we paid 374.43 was something I'd expect from Walmart. I'm also currently trying to chat message with them and that's even on hold.

It's not my fault you waited to call me until 6:40 I told her I'm going to call corporate in the morning and she said "that's fine". Classy. Posting this so no one else gets duped by them. No wonder there's no one ever in their parking lot. Should have been a red flag. Note that I asked for a manager so I can get my money back and give my business to someone who will respect it. I bought a sofa and a coffee table on 5/6/20 and Nick was VERY polite, professional, patient, and best of all he didn't follow us around the store and allowed me to shop without any bother. I would reccomend him to anybody.
Me and my wife have been calling and getting the run around for over 2 months since buying our Temperpedic Mattress here. Oh when buying the sales associate Sternly said plenty of promises which were all false. We wanted to make sure they would be the same size. And they ensured it would be or we could call and they would take great care of anything being wrong s as Fred spending over $5000,00. This started a slew of horrible service. It was delivered and they noted it on delivery slip as told. Then we have called no less than a dozen calls which never get returned. They try and put it on Temperpedic, and Temperpedic says if it was delivered that way the store should take care of it and then contact them and they would work it out. 6-7 more calls we finally got an Ashley rep to come out. He saw it took pictures of it made notes and said I'm going to store now to turn this Form into them. They will call you. I told him no they won't. Now 2 weeks later with no call, I call again about this issue. Spoke with Alice who I spoke with on January 29th, who again said she would call back. Will update whenever someone who knows what is going on takes care of this.
Ordered a cocktail table. Delivered but had 2 small gouges/divots on top surface. We rejected it. We were told we could bring it into the house and a technician could be scheduled to evaluate. Why would we want a technician to evaluate. We could see damage on the surface. That was our evaluation. And we paid for a cocktail table that is not damaged or needing repair. Quite honestly, I think any repair would show as a mar. Why can’t we expect quality and not deal with a hassle. It put the delivery men in an awkward situation with an unhappy customer but pretty sure it wasn’t their fault. So we are expecting a second delivery later this week. Well Friday 13th, the second delivery and rejected a second cocktail table. This one looked like it had been touched up/repaired but had additional problems. We came back into the house and decided what we already have is better than what Ashley offers. We are asking for a full refund and that went well.

I placed an order for an entire house full of furniture. They Prescott store had a month to fulfill my order. The manager, Chez, at the Prescott store did not key in my order until 10 days after I ordered it. I had to postpone my delivery date and my move in date. I called Chez several times and he simply would not return my call. When I finally did speak with him, we were able to make some edits, but several of the pieces were on back order (due to the delayed entry). I asked to swap out the pieces, and Chez said that I had to come into the store to make the payment which is 2 hours away from where I live. I purchased my entire house full of furniture from a location close to my house and did not have to go to the Prescott store for payment. I told him this and he said he would research and call me back. He did not call me back. When I called him back a week later he said that he never said he would call me back and my nightstands never got ordered. I cancelled all my back ordered products. I have never had such bad customer service. The location that I dealt with in Henderson was a completely different experience. The sales associate I dealt with helped me with all of my buying choices and had excellent follow up.

Apparantly, the delivery guy claims that there are bed bugs in our old mattress, which there are not! Then, the delivery driver pressures our neighbor who is visiting to sign for the mattress and box springs, so that they can bail while my wife was answering a call. I call and leave messages for the manager to call me asap. Get tired of waiting, drive to the store to find the manager chatting with his understudy. I explain the situation to the manager. I request a full refund of the delivery fee. Manager would only give me half the fee back. Told me he was doing this as a courtesy! If I had been treated with courtesy to begin with I wouldn't be as aggravated about the situation as I am! Won't shop at Ashley Homestore again! Poor customer service!!

We spent money 500 dollars on a bed for our son and supposedly they couldn’t help load it and then they didn’t have instructions on how to put it back together just pretty much said here ya go and bye. we definitely won’t be back to buy anything from them!!

Stay away!!!! Customer service was great in store at time of purchase. Couldn't be happier. Delivery day comes. First time estimate was 1:15 -5:15. Day before it changes to 12:15-4:15. Ok I'll make it work. I literally pull into the circular drive and delivery truck leaves. I get a voicemail from a manager saying they will come back between 3 and 7 if I call back and confirm. I call back asap. Now they say they cant do that and I can call back next week to reschedule. I call the store. I'm told I have to come in person to speak to management. That was a joke! Now I just want a refund. Husband comes home at 558. Delivery truck out front. So he waits out front for them to unload thinking they are delivering. They pull out a few minutes later. I receive a call that nobody is home and they cant deliver. My husband is literally standing in the front yard!!! Btw we have surveillance cameras so it's all caught on tape. They never once got out of the delivery truck. I spent 8100 on furniture! Spend your money elsewhere.

Nice furniture and friendly stuff, BUT very over-priced! They dromised deliver within 3, max 4 weeks, eventually delivered in 6 weeks. We had to call them several times. Eventually, they scheduled the delivery for Feb 12th, they sent sms which I confirmed. The day before the delivery they called to schedule the delivery again and said they have no delivery scheduled for the 12th, while I took already a day off to stay home. Eventually they brought our couch (hat was purchased in the end of Dec) on 14 th of Feb.
Worst experience ever at a Ashley furniture store. Wife and I Have been buying from them for 20 years. Purchased our last furniture at this store and did not have any problems. This time, the longer we stayed, the price on what we wanted kept going higher. It felt like an episode of The Twilight Zone. No explanation on why the price was going up. So we left and bought our furniture at Lazy Boy. Simple pricing, and fast service.

Had a great experience today for the second time. We worked with Dave and he did a wonderful job listening to what we were looking for and showing us exactly that. Super knowledgeable and not pushy. We also had a great experience with delivery and the quality of the products compare to the higher-end “designer” furniture stores. We will definitely be back!

HORRIBLE!!! Would give no stars at all if possible. The management is the worst I have ever seen from any business. CHEZ? I think his name is, could never give a straight answer. Claimed he would call back multiple different times and he never did. My wife and I went into Ashley Furniture Store on December 16th. Found a decent looking bedroom set for a pretty good price. So we decided to purchase the bedroom set along with a mattress. Was told that we could possibly receive our bedroom set and mattress on the following week. If we didn't get the mattress that week it would take longer(Jan 14th) before they delivered to where we live. We said that would be fine. Our salesman Tommy said he would call us and let us know what the delivery date would be. The following week we received no phone call on delivery. We called Ashely and they said it would be in January. So no problem we knew that might have been the case. Then comes January 14th. Delivery guys show up and don't have the mattress and they had no clue we ordered a mattress. Main delivery guy said he would put in a complaint and someone would call us back with information. Never got a call back. So my wife called the Ashley Store and they said the delivery guys must have forgot to get it in the truck and it was their fault. Our next question was, so when do we get our mattress? We are sleeping on the floor. She told us that she would get back to us with a delivery date to receive the mattress. Guess what...no call back again. So we call Ashley Store again and I talk with Chez. Chez said he would reach out and call me right back with info...guess what. NO CALL BACK. So the following week I call and speak to Chez again and he says that he is embarrassed and he would have UPS deliver it to get it here sooner and that he would call me back with the routing number. Surprise Surprise...no call back. So we think well he said he was sending it UPS so it should be here by next week. On Monday the 20th we called the Ashley Warehouse thinking they should be a little more competent than the Ashley Store in Prescott. We were told it would be delivered by UPS on Monday the 27th of January. So Monday the 27th rolls around and nothing shows up, even after taking the day off work to ensure we were at home for the arrival. Tuesday the 28th we call the Ashley Store in Prescott again and was told the mattress is in California and wouldn't be in Phoenix until the 30th and shipped out the following week. On Monday the 3rd we called the Ashely Warehouse again to get a delivery date. They told us it would ship out on Thursday 6th of February. So again we took a day off of work and waited for the mattress to arrive. Guess what.....no mattress. So we called the Ashley Store in Prescott again and were told that it was shipped from the Warehouse but couldn't provide a tracking number. Here we are again today on February 7th with still no mattress. It has been 7 weeks and we still haven't got our mattress. We would of cancelled and did try but they will not do that over the phone you have to drive all the way to the store for that. Needless to say DO NOT BUY HERE.

We were greeted immediately upon arrival by Tim. He took us right to the area of interest. We proceeded to try different mattresses. There was no pressure, which was surprising. The transaction went well. He took his time. The computer system seemed to have quite a few quirks, but he got by them.Great experience over all. Thank you, Tim.
We bought a new tempurpedic bed and frame as well as a new mattress for our guest room. We were treated very nicely by the staff at Ashley Furniture, and they also went above and beyond the call of duty to help us get rid off our old mattresses and frames which no one wants anymore.
The sales lady, Joni, was very helpful and we put together a combination of furniture for our living room. We saved a lot of money through the sale that day. Quality furniture, good prices and bought at the store and not online.

Nick, my sales man was increadible attentive and helpful with my experience buying over $6,600 worth of furniture today. No pressure, new his products, knew when to leave me alone and let me try on the easy chairs. Then super competent getting the purchase done and delivery set up. Can't say enough about how much I enjoy working with him. The opposite of some of my other furniture shopping experiences. The Prescott, AZ store is beautiful and really fun to shop. Hard to leave, just want to keep browsing. Came in for one mattress, left with two, an easy chair and some side tables, etc. Great selection. Had no idea there were so many types of easy chair recliners out there. Wow. Was hard to pick one over my two favorites. The manager, Chez, was also really helpful when we has some complex issues to look into. Great shopping experience, very reasonable pricing, great quality, and super great service!!

My entire experience has been terrible. Purchased $1500 of bedroom furniture. Delivery crew get here and half the hardware is missing. They said it must be at the warehouse in Phoenix. I asked why they wouldn’t have checked before they left, the main guy shrugged. It same with no nuts and bolts. He said “I have some parts that might work” and he proceeded to bring in a bag of random screws. I could hear cracking as they were working. He said call the store and they’ll fix it. The store has done nothing in 2 weeks besides refund me $100 and say they’ll order the parts and send a local guy to check it out. Nobody has got back to me. Every time I call the store I sit on hold for 30+ minutes, I’m then always told the manager is gone and the salesguy is busy. I am going in store tomorrow for a complete refund and will NEVER come back.
Ordered a bed from them at the end of December. They delivered it on Sunday, told my roommate that they don’t have the footboard and would call us back by the end of the day to give us an update. First off, shouldn’t they have checked to make sure they had all the right parts before leaving the warehouse? No phone call by the end of the day. Monday I called my sales guy. He told me he would get back to me after he talked to his back office. Still no word, so I texted him 2 hours later. He asked for the name on the account. Two more hours later he finally texts me back telling me to call the office myself the next day because he doesn’t have any info. Cool. Called on Tuesday, the lady put me on hold. Then got back on the line to tell me they had no clue on what happened and no further info. Said she will call me back the next morning to give me an update. Wednesday around 1 I asked my husband to call them and ask what happened. He got the same response. “We still don’t have any information, I will call you back when I find anything else out”.....so today is Friday. I called in this morning and asked to speak to a manager because at this point I’m fed up. The lady on the phone tells me the manager is not available because they are short staffed. Asked if I wanted to leave a message. Started to tell her my situation and she stops me and asks “Oh is this about the Brewsters” I said yes. She looks at the account and says something to the affect of “Yeah we aren’t sure what exactly happened but I did email them” and after a second of looking at my account she goes “Oh they just emailed us back” coincidentally enough right as I was on the phone with her. Told me they had agreed to bring out a whole new bed. I didn’t want a whole new bed. I just needed a footboard. I told her I understand they have other deliveries to make and I get it and it’s fine. But don’t tell me that you will call me by the end of my delivery day to give me an update and it’s been crickets since then. And me and my husband have been sleeping on our mattress on the floor for almost a week now, that’s ridiculous. Not once did anyone apologize for the miscommunication. Just kept saying they have no clue what happened and no update. Probably last time I will do business with them. I was supper excited for this, and it has turned sour real quick.
Horrible place!! Customer service sucks. Bought a bedroom set and went to pick it up the next day with a uhaul in tow and no one was available to help load so they wouldn’t let me take my furniture with me.. I drove 75 miles one way and they expected me to come back the next day! I tried calling and was on hold for over an hour to let them know I was coming and no one ever came on the line! I’m so mad!! And needless to say after wasting gas money and money on renting a uhaul I landed up canceling the deal and getting my money back! Very disappointed!!
Horrible place, won't ever do service here again. Don't have anyone to help load, I rented a uhaul and drove 75 miles one way and they didn't have anyone there to load it so we couldn't take it home today and they wouldn't deliver it either because where I live.. all and all I cancelled my sale.. terrible customer service!!
Staff was friendly and informative. Got many ideas for future purchases for home furniture. Plus the electric recliners are super comfortable - spent about 20 minutes sitting in electric recliners. Really love those fireplaces inside of the entertainment systems as well. This location is probably the best in my opinion because you get a good view of the surrounding scenery. It almost feels like being in a castle full of comfort.

We drove there which is 70 miles away to get furniture bought almost $7,000 worth of furniture, it was supposed to be delivered on a date in the morning it didn't make the morning bracket so now they're going to send it in the afternoon bracket it started snowing, they called saying that they are 20 minutes away but couldn't make it cuz of the snow. They text 45 minutes before that and said they would be there in an hour. My husband had major knee surgery and we were buying mattresses and when they text and said they were almost here I had given my mattresses away they came and picked them up then when I told him we didn't have no mattresses it was like oh well I paid the down payment with my debit card now I have to drive all the way back to Prescott to get my money back and cancel this order. Run don't go there terrible customer service

Wouldn’t really help us with no money down
My husband and I purchased a Sofa bed. The issue isn&'t with the item but with the delivery. We were contacted and given a delivery time block of 3:00pm to 7:00 pm on 11/7/19. On 11/8/9, I received a call stating our delivery time block had been adjusted to 1:45pm to 5:45pm. Then on 11/7/19, I received a text message that the delivery was 45 minutes away. Ninety minutes later they had yet to show up. I called and was told they were on the way. Upon arrival when driving the delivery truck onto the property, they broke the keypad to our gate. The driver took a picture and said I would here from his boss. Several hours later, no call. I emailed Ashley HomeStore and got a prompt reply that corporate had no responsibility, it was at the behest of the local store to respond. As of today, 11/8/19, I have had no response. I called the store again and after 20 minutes on hold, I spoke to someone. It turns out that I wasn&'t speaking to the store but to general customer service. The update at this point is that the case is in the hands of the home damage department. It would be nice if someone would have called to update us. Customer Service is terrible. No one calls when when we have been told to expect a call. Update 11/12/19: Continue to get the run around. Have yet to be contacted by anybody from Ashley HomeStore. Called today only to be told that the damage to the gate keypad is not the responsibility of Ashley Home Store but the delivery service. According to the representative, the information was sent over to the delivery service on 11/8/19. They are unable to give me the information on the third party delivery service but they would send an email asking for an update. Frankly I don&'t think we will ever get the keypad paid for. Their method of operation seems to be pass the buck and hope the complainant gives up. Will never shop with them again.

There are several reasons I’m not happy with Ashley. First of all the landscaping looks terrible with dead plants in every pot. These make the place look dirty and low class. Second of all, the minute we walked in and were greeted we were told that if we paid cash or debit everything in the store except mattresses was half price. We told the salesman we wanted to walk around but he was like crazy glue and would not leave us alone. He also did not know enough about the recliners and gave us a wrong answer. We finally saw a recliner we liked and it was marked $899. I said, that will be $450, correct and he said NO, that’s a manager special and already marked down. Then I looked around and every sign I saw said “Manager Special”. The salesman could not find one chair with the half price offer. My husband and I left in disgust.
If I could give lower I would. Will never buy from them again. Sales associate did not order all Of the sectional so I had to pay another 150 for the missing piece. Wanted to return the whole Thing but was told I couldn't get back the 100 delivery charge. I asked, so I have to pay for your Screw up. Manager was not helpful. Buyers beware
MUST READ FOR ANYONE THINKING ABOUT BUYING FURNITURE FROM ASHLEY IN PRESCOTT.- My wife and I recently bought a new home and we're doing a complete remodel including new furnishings. We picked the flooring, countertops and paint first. Now it's time for a new couch set in the living room. We actually went to 3 different store before walking in to Ashley, and we were disappointed with the customer service. We were met at Ashley by a salesman named Tommy and he proceeded to take almost an hour showing us every sofa set in the store, the differences and fabric options. We picked the set we wanted and about the same time my wife started feeling sick. She went out to the car to wait and Tommy did the paperwork as fast as possible so we could get home. Fast forward to the delivery and unfortunately the wrong color arrived. We weren't there because we both work, so we weren't able to see the items being delivered. I called the next day and spoke to a few different customer service reps (Maureen is awesome), and they assured me the mix up would be corrected. Here's where it gets tricky. Apparently all the paperwork said the same thing and the set delivered was the set on the paperwork. Somehow or another there was a miscommunication between us and Tommy about which set we actually wanted. This is a human error that is easily explained if you calculate in the fact that we were trying to get out of there quickly. I received a call from the store manager Chez and gave my version of the events. Chez explained that according to every document they had, we received the furniture we ordered. This wasn't the exact response I was hoping for, but understandable under the circumstances he was correct. I was informed that he was going to open a case and talk to all parties involved to reach a conclusion. I was given a call later that night informing me that he had decided to go against what the paperwork said and stand behind their customer service promise. He had spoken to Tommy and they agreed under the circumstances that it was possible a mistake was made and that was enough to exchange the merchandise. This is the very definition of A+ customer service. They had every legal right to deny an exchange based on paperwork that I signed. Instead, they are going to deliver the furniture we wanted and be forced to sell the furniture that was delivered at a heavily discounted price, as it is no longer new by definition. Customer service is in decline these days, but not at Ashley furniture. From the extremely knowledgeable low pressure salesman Tommy, to the super friendly and helpful Ashley behind the back desk, to the store manager Chez, we are thoroughly happy about our experience. It's worth repeating- by every legal standard, they were correct and they still made it right. So here's my advice if you're looking for for quality salesmanship, quality customer service, and a manager who goes to bat for the customer- SPEND YOUR MONEY AT ASHLEY
Go to Ashley&'s & find what you like & are looking for. They will haggle on the price & try to make a sale while you are there. NOW...,,,, head over to Pruitt&'s in PV. They have all the same Ashley furniture for much less!!!! We were quoted a &"rock bottom&" price of $1375 on a piece. $180 delivery charge & only if we bought the extended warranty. Blah blah blah. Went to Pruitts & got the same thing for $999, $68 delivery & optional warranty for $99. Out the door $1265!!! ashley would not price match!! Way to do business Ashley!!! Lol. I wish you could leave no stars. They don't deserve the one. If you live out of their normal delivery routes; Don't go there to buy anything unless you can go to Phoenix to pick it up yourself. Purchase made 8/30 and we are still waiting for our bedroom set. It was supposed to finally be delivered yesterday and it was taken off the delivery route because they now need a full truck. We were told by the salesperson and sales manager that they delivered to Williams, AZ every Thursday. Now it's not the case. They tell you what you want to hear in order to make a sale. Plain and simple ! They had a problem entering the order for the advertised 97 month zero percent interest. After an hour we told them we would do the normal 72 months. We purchased 10k of furniture and can't seem to get a definitive answer from the general manager Chez, his assistant Ashley, corporate office supervisor Sharon, the warehouse and anyone in between. Customer service lacks service in any way shape or form. We have purchased from Ashley furniture since 1983 in California and Arizona and this has never happened. We will never purchase from them again. I have yet to shop at Penney 's for poor customer service in 1986. It's so sad. I feel bad for the honest people there trying to help you with two hands tied behind their backs. Chelsey you keep trying to make things right.
Unfortunately, we avoided Ashley Home Store when we moved here six months ago due to all the negative reviews posted here. What a HUGE, costly mistake! We went to another local store and paid waaay too much for furniture we ended up hating. Five months later we couldn't stand it anymore and decided to replace the brand new furniture. We figured we had nothing to lose at this point, so we headed to Ashley's. Dave the salesman was great. Not too pushy, but there when we needed him. We found exactly what we wanted at a very reasonable price, bought it, and arranged for delivery all within an hour. We were in the store on Saturday and were pleasantly surprised to learn our new furniture would be delivered the following Thursday. I received a follow up text on Monday confirming the delivery date & time, 9:15 - 1:15. On the morning of the delivery I received a text at 9:15 stating they would be here in 30 minutes. The delivery crew arrived as promised. They very were professional, and brought our furniture up a flight of stairs, assembled it, placed it where we wanted it, and cleaned up & removed all the packing materials. I can't stress enough how positive this entire transaction has been. I would absolutely go back to Ashley for any future furniture needs.

Buyer beware!! Woof. After spending a grand and waiting a full month, our furniture arrived. I’d say the quality is about on par with Walmart, but that would be unfair to Walmart, since they could probably at least mount the drawers straight and put plastic plugs over holes revealing the exposed cheap ugly particle board. I’m absolutely blown away by how terrible the quality is, and how carelessly it’s put together. Add in a lengthy wait and the expense. Please shop elsewhere!!!! We sure wish we had.
Our first purchase here is our last. After waiting three weeks for the first part of our delivery (a bed and a nightstand) and another week for the second part (a dresser), the quality of the items seems to be incredibly poor (thank god for that showroom low-lighting, huh?). Our entire order is composed of cheap particle board items. There are literally holes where you can SEE the particle board (are there no caps for open holes?!), and the dresser drawers are not even mounted straight across. I might be able to tolerate the fact that I spent a grand on furniture to find its quality is below what I could buy at Walmart, except it took a month to get it. BUYER BEWARE!
We bought a great couch set that was delivered in a timely fashion. We bought a coffee table at the same time, that was delivered to Prescott instead of to where we live. Weeks of calling and it sitting in Prescott. We received it a month later, and it's not even the table we ordered, plus it was damaged. We give up, tired of trying to deal with them so we aren't even trying to return it to get the one we ordered. Lesson learned, we'll never go back.
WORST customer service I've EVER dealt with. The local store themselves are okay, but the company overall is awful. Couch was delivered broken, in multiple places, they refused to come back and get it while they were still in the area, i live 2 hrs away from warehouse. Was told by multiple customer service reps AND local store I'd get a call from a technician to set up an appointment to "look" at couch. One week later NOBODY had called me. I reached out once again (each time you call you are on hold from 5-15 min or more), finally set up an appointment. BIGGEST ISSUE is that, i live out of state, all parties involved were aware of this. Nobody seemed to care to help this get resolved before i left.So i have to fly back just for this appointment costing me more headaches and money. Meanwhile they get their money and I'm stuck with a broken piece of furniture. Would never recommend or go back to this company for anything ever!!!!

By far the worst buying process I have ever been involved in. My wife and I went to buy a Sofa we saw online. When we got there we saw the sofa. The sales rep mentioned that this set came with this small chair. We thought it was an amazing deal so we made the purchase for around $1,000. We live about 100 miles away and there are no furniture stores in our town so we rented a Penske truck. We came back to pick up the sofa when the salesman Tommy told us he made a mistake and that the chair was not a part of the set. We were shocked, as we had already paid for everything. I said that’s unacceptable as we had paid for the furniture. The manager came and said , sorry we can’t just give things away for free then but if you want to buy it I can give you 50% off. I’m not paying for something we thought we already paid for. The manager just shrugged said sorry walked off. We were shocked but figured we would cut our losses since we already paid $135 to rent the truck. While moving the sofa (none of the employees helped) I noticed that the leg of the sofa came right off of the sofa. It looks like it came off before and they glued it back on. After that I unloaded everything off the truck and demanded a refund. We are now out the rental cost of the truck because of Ashley Furniture. Some companies just do not understand the importance of lifetime customer value. They may have lost a little bit of money this time but we would have been back. They will now never get our business now because they wanted to save a penny by not telling the truth. .

It only took about 30 min to meander thought the store and find a piece that we wanted to purchase. It took 1 hour to pay for it - cash. They could not figure out their computer system. Delivery was scheduled. Day of delivery, it didn&'t show up. We were just cancelled. Went in to talk to them face to face to try to resolve. We ended up buying two extra pieces being that we got a discount for frustration. Next actual delivery, one piece showed up with a hole. Two pieces were completely dirty. Ashley Manager would not allow the pieces to stay. Have to sent them back and wait another week.Overall, crummy serve. It is possible to make a bad situation better.They do not have this art mastered and not a good local business.
Very big selection of some pretty nice furniture. When it was all said and done, I felt like we found what we were looking for and got everything at a reasonable price. JJ was very helpful but not over bearing which I appreciated. Most importantly........ My wife was happy! 😊

I went here because online I cannot look at the actual table In the store I can choose my chairs, delivery time and day , and protection plan. I had looked at 4 other stores even went to Phoenix and went to 3 warehouses and this store ,service and price and selection won my business by a landslide. On top of it all . . . As I was walking out I heard someone else say they are so glad they bought their furniture there. It was just a confirmation for me that I made a smart choice. I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

Just moved to Prescott and needed a full house of furniture. My confidence was very low, but a salesperson named Joni helped me and he didn't leave my side for the 2 days I was there. I changed my mind a lot, but she never let me walk out without feeling good about my decisions. I really appreciated her. Also, Chas the manager had some good input on bundling for a better price. I need a few more thing and you bet I'll be getting them at Ashley. What a great experience. Very good prices, I might add.
Nice sales people. After purchasing a bed, I was advised it was going to be an additional $600.00 to deliver my furniture to my home. We cancelled the order, rented a truck, bought from a competitor at a much less expensive price, and delivered it ourselves. Between this and another experience with the Ashley Home Store in Mesa, AZ, I will never purchase another piece of furniture from this organization.

Worse furniture. Very cheaply made. Customer service was even worse . Took from feb till June to get them to agree to take back there damaged sofa . They wanted to keep sending out replacements which turned out to also damaged . Then took them a month to cancel the bill. Stay away from this company. Also latter we saw same couch for $5.99 at Pruitt’s. Ours was original cost before there so called sale $2.200 we paid 15..

We were at the store on May 12th 2019. We made our selection within 10 minutes of being there (an item that had been advertised in the paper). It took staff 2 hours to complete the sale. We paid for it that day and were told delivery would be June 24. June 26 I called to check on why we had not received the item and I was told it had been discontinued (side note - the local phone number on paperwork takes you to the national call center). I expect if a company discontinued an item after taking money they would have an obligation to contact the buyer, offer alternatives or immediately refund the costs. No one called or emailed. When I spoke with a national customer service rep I was told we would be contacted within 48 hours. Two emails, 5 calls and 5 days later I was finally told that I have to come into the store for my refund (although it was first suggested I make another selection). Ashley, as a corporation, and the local store, are happy to hold your money hostage. I cannot state strongly enough - spend your money with a more ethical business.
Had the best experience today at Ashley’s Home Store. The customer service was exceptional, the selection was great and they made shopping fun. The sales and deals were the best! Thank you to management and JR for helping me make good choices. I will shop here again.
I have never written a negative review but here goes....I want to say first that Sterling was a great sales person. I have had negative encounters with all management. On the day that I purchased Mattresses and a couch, the management was rude and snarky. I came in, found what I wanted and had to leave for a few hours. When I returned, Sterling was at lunch and I was told that I had to wait for him to return. Then another salesperson tried to help me but pulled up completely different prices than I was quoted. I was sent across the store to find my account number which was written on a piece of paper by the person behind the desk and I was told to find my sales person and give it to him. First I didn't recognize the new sales person and it is a big store. Finally I found him. We continued to recreate the purchase. After about 30 minutes Sterling returned. There were problems with the system. I was told that everything could be delivered within my schedule. Then all of a sudden they had to make a separate phone call and then I was told how busy they were. I asked the manager about another problem I was having with furniture I purchased at the Flagstaff store (which is closed) and he was less than helpful Today I realized that the couch was too long for my space. On the back of my receipt it states that "a refund of 100% of the customer's purchase price will be issued to the customer for a cancelled order prior to deliver by calling the AFHS from which you purchased." I called the store and was told that I have to personally go to the store to get a refund. I don't live in Prescott. What a pain. I will never deal with them again. Not enough time in the day to jump through all their hoops when I can go online and get what I need without hassle or rudeness. Oh and did I mention how rude and disrespectful the "manager" was on the phone. :(
Run away, don't shop here! Moved into a new home and needed a few pieces of furniture, mistake buying from this store in Prescott, should have shopped at the Living Spaces showroom in Scottsdale. So nice to your face in Ashley Furniture, quick to take your money, but when delivery arrives beware. A few pieces were scratched and chipped so the driver went to his truck and came back with a furniture marker and started touching up the scratched pieces, What the H*ll. Furniture is cheap with numbers all over the legs, boxed cheap furniture. Driver throws bagged carpet on the floor and says I have to cut open and place under very heavy bed. Missing three pieces of furniture, was told UPS is delivering and I have to put together, I didn't pay for boxed furniture, I paid for showroom furniture. Ashley Furniture will never ever get a dollar from my pocket, this is abuse from a major company on a consumer.
We purchased end tables from the Prescott store and when they were delivered they were terrible quality. They both wobbled and there were nicks and stain missing. We went back into the store to return them and we were told they "don't take returns". We were told that the store would put in a request for customer service to call us but never received a call. So we followed the instructions on our paperwork and called the customer service number. I was put on hold the first time for 50 minutes before finally hanging up. The second time I called I was also on hold for a long time and was never able to speak with anyone. We are very unhappy with Ashley's in Prescott and although we still need to purchase furniture, we will never purchase from them again. The salesman was very eager and fast-talking and added a warranty charge to the total without consulting us and we didn't see it until the transaction was complete. This store is horrible.
Recently bought a $900 mattress. While discussing this mattress my husband asked if there was a 90 day warranty. We were told No. After 2 says the memory foam top on the mattress is like mush and no support to my body. My back and hips have hurt since the second night I slept on it. VERY UNHAPPY AND DISAPPOINTED with the mattress. Would not recommend buying from Ashley, as I have no recourse but to sleep on a mattress that seems to be less than superior quality and no warranty!!!
We moved to our new home and bought a living room set and a dining set from Ashley furniture. The furniture was delivered on March 30, 2019. The Accent tables was extremely uneven and very badly put togeter. The dining table was damaged looks like someone pick it up with a forklift and the marks on both sides have a big scratch/ dent. Tried to contact customer service since tech came to fix the furniture but did not finish since they run out of time. It is now June no one have called to reschedule a tech visit yet. Customer service is VERY BAD. . . they will keep you on hold for a long time!!! Nobody knows what's going on. I wish i read reviews before i bought these furnitures. The sales was good and friendly but delivery scheduling and customer service is very bad. We still have the furnitures and don't know what to do about it now. . . . we will NEVER buy anything from ashley furniture!!! I hope someone would contact us soon. We paid in full and did not use ashley financing and look what they did. So disappointing. Stay away from them!!!
Low pressure and fast delivery, my first visit I was helped by Doug and I've been enjoying the couch I bought. Was in the market for a bedroom set and based on my first experience went back and Paige helped me out and I had another great experience and quick delivery.
We purchased a new sofa, love seat and two recliners from Ashley last week and we are delighted with the items and the service received. Our salesman, Sterling Haydon, was a delight to work with. The delivery was within a week of purchase and the price was very reasonable. We'll be back!

This store is horrible at customer service. We got to bedroom sets and they told us it would be delivery Monday. Never got a call on Sunday to make sure so I called Sunday and they never set a date to even deliver it so we finally got it a week later. Lamps and headboard was damaged. A week a couple days late finally got the headboard delivered but no new lamps. Also when they were putting it together a piece fell apart they broke it. The furniture their is very cheap for the price you pay for it. Then they tell you that you can't return it. Also the times I called the number you are on hold forever to talk to someone. The employees there are very rude and can't give you a straight answer. Never will we buy furniture their again. Hope they don't last! Do not shop here.
Good thing I can't give no stars or minus stars. Very disappointed with Ashley's in Prescott. They are pretty efficient at taking your money but horrible at delivery. Our latest and last experience was an order for just one piece of furniture. We were given two possible delivery dates. Each came and went. We called and they said they had no record of a delivery date but they offered to make another date. I ask to speak to store manager but was only allowed to talk to a floor supervisor who became very defensive and just wanted to argue. Advice: go elsewhere. I asked to speak to the store manager and could not. They let me speak to a floor supervisor who just wanted to argue and was very defensive.
I had the best experience with Mary at Ashley last Saturday. There was a great sale going on and I wanted a new bedroom set and sleeper sofa. Mary is very kind, professional and so patient. I looked at so many things and she really gave me great ideas and options for everything. I was going to order a Temper-pedic mattress from Costco that was on sale and she showed me several they had. I really didn't think they could beat the price but Mary found me a demo model that they were selling for $100 less! Then, they had a special going on with Ashley financing with 0% interest so I took advantage of that and got everything I wanted. The managers were great too and also helped out when Mary went to them for some "extras. " Delivery was set up immediately and that's all taken care of too! I highly recommend Ashley and if you want to have a great shopping experience. . . ask for Mary! I will be going back again!!

I was greeted by a professional and knowledgeable associate, Lisa. She helped me find a really cute outdoor set and even got a heater for some of the chilly nights until it gets warmer. She also helped me find my new Tempurpedic and was very knowledgeable in placing me on something that would give me a very well rested night. I love it!!! I was a skeptic until I finally tried one and I have been transformed. As for the delivery it went good as well. They communicated well and placed my new furniture where I wanted. I don't know where the bad stuff is coming from. It's sad that when someone has something bad to say that's when they go on blast. I guess it's true it takes 10 compliments to erase 1 complaint. Thanks Ashley for giving me great service with a great price. You guys are awesome.

Beautiful showroom! 2 stories of great choices! Got my new patio set, awesome umbrella and heater and i can't wait to start using it with this great weather. Thank you Lisa for helping me pick out a gorgeous patio set and Tempurpedic adjustable mattress! I received delivery within 3 days and the guys put the set and mattress exactly where I wanted it! I’m looking forward to the outdoor summer bbq I will be throwing (very soon) and couldn’t tell you how much I enjoy my tempurpedic. The adjustable works great to get out of bed or when I want to sit up to read at night. What a life saver especially for somebody who’s had back issues. Will be back to get my living room leather recliner set!!!!!!

We're very happy with our experience at this store. We recently moved to Prescott and needed all new furniture (we sold everything from our previous home, having decided to start new.) The store has a great selection and the sales people were helpful and not over-bearing. All items were delivered on time, when promised. The store is new, so some of the early negative reviews may have been due to growing pains. However, our experience was nothing but positive and we'll be shopping there again.
Visited Ashely’s to purchase a sectional, I was Welcomed with a warm welcome from Crystal! She helped me look at different sectionals and took her time to help me find what i like. She explained their delivery and financing services. Her main focus was finding something that fits my need. I recieved an excellent service and i wasn’t rushed to buy a sectional, that’s what made me do business with Crystal! Make sure when you go there you ask for her :)

My husband and I are extremely disappointed with the service we have received from the Ashley Home Store in Prescott Valley. We have recently moved here and decided that it would be easier to purchase new furniture than to move the furniture from our other residence. Little did we know almost a month and a half later and two deliveries later that we still do not have all of our items. We went into the store and spoke with the manager on duty who informed us that he would do what he could to take care of the issues. I received a confirmation that all was taken care of. I was then informed my remaining furniture would be delivered on a certain date. I later received a text saying the items were not all available and that my delivery was going to be postponed to another date followed by a phone call with another delivery date (partial delivery only). This all occurred within one day. When I requested a refund for the items not yet received, I was told that I had to go into the store to receive a credit to my account. They have no respect for the customer's time. I would not recommend this location.
My Wife and Grandmother stopped in to look at beds. We want to go from a Queen to King. My wife finds one she likes and its on a really good sale 50% off. So I drive down there to look at it. This guy (Patrick) was the typical car salesman. Memorized the sales manual poorly and no personality. Told me the measurements on the sales tag were exact. I measured myself. Almost 3 inches narrower that specified. That 3 inches was make it or brake it for me. I told him I had to go home and take some measurements. I have limited space between the night stands. So I get the whole spiel. Sales only until tomorrow. Today is my last day this week. We work on commission. If you buy it after today, it will be 90 days until i see the money. I'm sorry but, your commission or pay is not my problem and I almost didn't come back. But the price was good and some how I didn't feel right going back the next day and someone else getting the credit. So we scramble to get everything done for the day and rush back up there at 8pm. So we start filling out the sales sheet and he hits me with a 70 dollar delivery and set up. You couldn't tell me this earlier went you showed me the total price on your calculator. I work nights and my only full day off is Sunday. In home deliveries don't work well for me, but I could work it out. Plus I haven't picked out a mattress yet. So I said can I just pick it up? He's response, If you want to drive to Phoenix. Now at this point I'm done, Buy I ask him why don't they allow customer pick up? He says we have to deliver it and put it together to make sure its put together right. Considering The drawers were falling apart on one of the beds we looked at, I don't have much confidence in their assembly. This is why Retail stores are failing in our town. If they don't make some changes, word of mouth will put them out of business here real quick. I see a going out of business sale in the next year if not sooner.

We bought a Sealy mattress from Ashley two years ago. The mattress top started to break down and sag a lot. I called Ashley about warranty work, and they told me to call Sealy. Sealy informed me twice that Ashley should take care of it, not them. Ashley didn't seem interested at all in helping with the problem. We went to the Ashley store in Prescott to look at mattresses, and there was no one there to help us. One salesman said it wasn't his department and that he would send someone to help us. No one showed up. They also have extremely high delivery costs - $70 on a $250 chair. Not impressed. We'll go elsewhere for our furniture.
Kelcie was extremely helpful and patient during the process. We wanted to make sure that we were getting exactly what we wanted and she was never pushy or impatient. Outstanding job.

If I could give this company less than 1 star I would do so. I ordered on line bc the items were not available in store. initially one item was double ordered. I checked my delivery date and items 3 times with customer 'care' after waiting more than 45 min with each call. I bought the premium home delivery to ensure everything would be done correctly. On delivery day, I was I informed that a major item was on backorder. No one had ever suggested that in any of the phone calls. One item was brought in and looked fine. When I examined the chest, the drawers would not open. The lead delivery person took a picture and said someone would call me in 20 min As I continued to look at the chest I noticed it was actually cracked and broken. My neighbor tells me she saw it fall off the handtruck. I tried calling Ashley and got no support except that a technician would come in 2 weeks to 'fix' the smashed chest. I finally reached Customer Care which promised a new chest and a delivery date on the backordered item, but have not heard anything. Now I have an invoice for an amount hundreds of dollars more than the price of the merchandise and only 1 useful item. One other thing, while in my house one of the deliverymen apparently stole an important document from my purse. Yup, premium service. This company has huge issues with customer service and quality control. Don't you or your friends be their next victim.
Avoid paying any kind of fee to the sales team of this store. Terribly incompetent sales team and general manager. The beautiful store masks people who try to sell you furniture like a used car. When you actually do order furniture, like I did ($7000 worth), your furniture will not be delivered on time, especially if multiple orders are placed. I ordered two mattresses on January 5th which were logged seperately as they wer on back order. First delivery went without a hitch; however, 2 delivery dates went by, each time I was blamed for not picking up my phone. Finally, I called corporate and was told that the delivery of the mattresses was never scheduled. Now I hope to god that they will arrive February 14th after over a month of sleeping on the floor and no compensation for the incompetence. Their computers dont work, nor do the staff know how to operate them. Save yourself the trouble and money by ordering online if you must have Ashley Furniture.

Dont ever buy here! I placed an order 2 weeks ago and still havent recieved my recliner. Store Manager Chez and Assistant Manager Aaron will not return your calls. I have called corporate multiple times now. Staff will misinform you on prices and deals. Best option stay away from here.

Do Not shop here, horrible experience and they do not care as long as they have gotten your money. Furniture that we bought when on sale a week later. The manager didn't know how to calculate the additional 10% for our refund. We gave up and just accepted the refund that he agreed to. The refund was then sent to our new house that doesn't get mail delivery instead of our mailing address. Two calls and three emails and no one has responded. We got the notification of our delivery and we had two separate orders and both had the wrong delivery address. I called the 800 the representative advised she corrected the addresses only to find out that the day of the delivery she had not corrected the addresses and advised us the incorrect time frame. 7 am - 11am. We waited at our new empty house unnecessarily for two additional hours.

My son and I visited the Ashley Home Store in Prescott, absolutely beautiful and great customer service. The store is so clean and has a welcoming feeling as you walk in. You're quickly greeted by smiling face and this made my day.
Purchased furniture from Ashley Furniture Prescott AZ, the middle of December, and have yet to receive all of it. We were given two delivery dates initially, none of which have come through. 10% of the furniture was finally delivered a month later with no warning of any backorders. For example, we received a dining room table, and NO CHAIRS. (What a surprise that was). We recently received a call from the Ashley call center, advising us the balance (except for one item), would now be out for delivery. We never received (the day before confirmation), as we had in the past (with the 10% delivery), so we decided to check up with them. Come to find out that we weren't even scheduled? Also, the ONE item that WOULD NOT be available for delivery IS actually available, and another item altogether, that was supposedly in, and available IS NOT. We're now being told we will be receiving everything (except the one item). But I have my doubts. This experience has truly been ridiculous. The entire order was purchased and paid for in full, mid-December, and we've yet to enjoy it. I'm tempted to cancel ALL OF IT at this point, and ask them to come and remove the 10% that was received. However, we've already been waiting a month and a half, so I feel we are just stuck at this point. I realize that Ashley Furniture Prescott is the only large furniture store in this area, (which is why we ended up there), but I would strongly recommend to anyone to purchase elsewhere, or just be prepared to wait, and DO NOT expect to receive anything when they say you will at the time of your purchase. Chances are, it WILL NOT arrive as told. If you see something on their showroom floor that you absolutely love, I would order online through someone else. Ashley Furniture is extremely unorganized. The right hand has absolutely no idea what the left hand is doing. Even with their sale prices,(which was another thing that drew us in), it's not worth it. I'd rather pay a bit more, and actually be able to enjoy the furniture
I'm giving this one star as an update because it took almost two months to get my credit. The only person in the store that provides any customer service is Aaron. He actually followed through with things that he said, but still will never do business with this company again it was such a terrible experience.
If it was possible to give no stars I certainly would. DO NOT GO HERE! I was run around, lied to, and had to wait a month because of their mess ups. My order was changed numerous times and once without even being informed of the change. I ended up having to wait over a month for my items to be delivered ( still waiting). First they canceled because of weather which was understandable. However I did not receive a call until the expected delivery time ( early evening) after taking off of work to be home. They definitely knew early in the morning that there was snow and could have saved me a completely wasted day. I was promised another date which was canceled and no one told me about, good thing I called! I was then told I would be compensated for the inconvenience and they would call back which was a lie. Then the furniture was damaged so I had to wait an additional 2 weeks. Then, after being told by the in store representative that I had to meet a dollar amount in order to receive financing which I later found out this was a lie. We literally went around the store as she tried to sell me rugs, lamps, anything and everything to meet this bogus dollar amount! At this point I was really not happy ( besides not having any where to sit for over a month with children in the house). Then I needed to cancel an accent chair I bought for my mother because there was not enough room in the house. I called the store and was told to come in (35 min drive) and they would refund money onto my card. I got there and low and behold they couldn't because the warehouse would not be able to confirm until 5pm, but that they "were sorry they told me to drive all the way to the store" and would call that evening or the next morning to confirm it was canceled. Keeping up with being a joke of a store and not being truthful they never called. Horrid experience- do NOT go here!
Went to Ashley HomeStore in Prescott AZ today looking for a sectional. We had a wonderful shopping experience with your associate Tracy. She was very knowledgeable on all her products and spent a lot of time showing us everything. You have a great employee in Tracy and we will continue to shop at Ashley HomeStore.
Well we would have gone in but when we got to the front doors with everyone (seriously like 10 people) standing there staring at my husband and kids in the cold snow no one would open the doors. It was 2 mins to the open time on the window but the open signs were on and they literally just stood there staring at us! We left. No thanks.
Chez the store manager and Ashleigh the customer service manager are amazing. They helped me have a wonderful buying experience. They are so helpful and answered all my questions. I’m so very happy with my purchase and I will be back again!
The general manager went above and beyond to take care of my roommate and I! It was our first house and we had no furniture and now it’s full and gorgeous at a great price! Thank you so much to the Ashley team, you guys are great!!
