Buyer beware!! Woof. After spending a grand and waiting a full month, our furniture arrived. I’d say the quality is about on par with Walmart, but that would be unfair to Walmart, since they could probably at least mount the drawers straight and put plastic plugs over holes revealing the exposed cheap ugly particle board. I’m absolutely blown away by how terrible the quality is, and how carelessly it’s put together. Add in a lengthy wait and the expense. Please shop elsewhere!!!! We sure wish we had.
We bought a great couch set that was delivered in a timely fashion. We bought a coffee table at the same time, that was delivered to Prescott instead of to where we live. Weeks of calling and it sitting in Prescott. We received it a month later, and it's not even the table we ordered, plus it was damaged. We give up, tired of trying to deal with them so we aren't even trying to return it to get the one we ordered. Lesson learned, we'll never go back.
WORST customer service I've EVER dealt with. The local store themselves are okay, but the company overall is awful. Couch was delivered broken, in multiple places, they refused to come back and get it while they were still in the area, i live 2 hrs away from warehouse. Was told by multiple customer service reps AND local store I'd get a call from a technician to set up an appointment to "look" at couch. One week later NOBODY had called me. I reached out once again (each time you call you are on hold from 5-15 min or more), finally set up an appointment. BIGGEST ISSUE is that, i live out of state, all parties involved were aware of this. Nobody seemed to care to help this get resolved before i left.So i have to fly back just for this appointment costing me more headaches and money. Meanwhile they get their money and I'm stuck with a broken piece of furniture. Would never recommend or go back to this company for anything ever!!!!
Ashley's in Prescott was great. The customer service was excellent. Our salesman Tommy Hughes and the store manager were the best. We will go back for future needs. If your looking for great customer service Ashley's is the place to go.
Ashleigh the office manager and Crystal RSA were Exceptional!!! Happy, Easy to Work with, Organized and Knowledgeable! If i could, i would give 5 more stars! If you need anything ask for them, they will be thrilled to help you!

By far the worst buying process I have ever been involved in. My wife and I went to buy a Sofa we saw online. When we got there we saw the sofa. The sales rep mentioned that this set came with this small chair. We thought it was an amazing deal so we made the purchase for around $1,000. We live about 100 miles away and there are no furniture stores in our town so we rented a Penske truck. We came back to pick up the sofa when the salesman Tommy told us he made a mistake and that the chair was not a part of the set. We were shocked, as we had already paid for everything. I said that’s unacceptable as we had paid for the furniture. The manager came and said , sorry we can’t just give things away for free then but if you want to buy it I can give you 50% off. I’m not paying for something we thought we already paid for. The manager just shrugged said sorry walked off. We were shocked but figured we would cut our losses since we already paid $135 to rent the truck. While moving the sofa (none of the employees helped) I noticed that the leg of the sofa came right off of the sofa. It looks like it came off before and they glued it back on. After that I unloaded everything off the truck and demanded a refund. We are now out the rental cost of the truck because of Ashley Furniture. Some companies just do not understand the importance of lifetime customer value. They may have lost a little bit of money this time but we would have been back. They will now never get our business now because they wanted to save a penny by not telling the truth. .

Very big selection of some pretty nice furniture. When it was all said and done, I felt like we found what we were looking for and got everything at a reasonable price. JJ was very helpful but not over bearing which I appreciated. Most importantly........ My wife was happy! 😊

The salesman named JJ is awesome. He took his time with me...showed options..and got me a great deal on a beautiful bedroom and matress set. As a suggestion to all of you I would say to definetly ask for him to assist you with your shopping experience.
Tim was awesome! He was very patient and knowledgeable. Friendly with our 2 rowdy kids we had to bring along, and gave us an exact quote before finalizing anything so that we didn't have any suprise charges at the end. I didn't get to tell him thanks before leaving he and my husband to finish everything, so if you're reading this, thank you Tim!!
