Incredible Service and Selection. We had a great experience at the Ashley Furniture Store in Queen Creek. Aggie guided us through the selection and sale process with her considerable knowledge of the styles and selections available at Ashley. She took the time to lay out the dimensions of our rooms on her tablet helping us understand how the pieces we were selecting would fit together. She was very helpful answering all of our questions while quickly checking inventories and delivery times to help us plan around our busy schedule. She was a refreshing contrast to other stores we were shopping to furnish our new home. We were on a tight schedule to meet friends for dinner that evening and she was able to quickly execute sale and delivery of the many items we selected as we worked our way through their impressive selection. Aggie made herself available by phone after the sale to help coordinate pickup and delivery on items that weren't locally available yet. We were able to find many items at the Queen Creek Ashley store that we couldn't seem to find at other stores we were shopping. Aggie made the entire process enjoyable with her pleasant, professional demeanor and efficiency answering our questions and helping us make the right selections. This store will be our first stop as we continue to furnish our new house, knowing that Aggie is there to help us through the process and even after the sale making sure everything is just right. Aggie was super helpful. She helped my wife find a bed and a dresser that could be delivered quickly. She was a joy to work with. ** Update ** We were blatantly lied to. We were told we had 72 hours to report any damage. However, if you use their fast delivery service it voids that warranty. Now we are stuck with a damaged piece of furniture and Ashley’s warranty department claims because “we” (the delivery service) picked up the furniture directly from the warehouse they are unable to fix the issues. If we had been told that the furniture was not under warranty if delivered by their “delivery guy” we would not have used that process. DO NOT BUY FURNITURE HERE.

This is for the Queen Creek location. Ronald was AMAZING. Never pressured us into buying what we wanted or needed. Made the process as painless as possible.

I recently purchased a couch at Ashley Queen Creek. My sales rep was Aggie. She was amazing and so professional. A great time while she was showing me the different couches. Definitely look for or ask for Aggie if you go to Ashley Queen Creek. I'm always happy with the selections at Ashley furniture. My go to furniture place.

Was told by salesperson when placing order that our patio table would be coming end of March. Called today to check status and was told today not until the end of April. Yet payments are required on this and we haven’t got all our items. Beware with the sales people at this store when told item can be direct shipped. They tell whatever is needed to make sale.

Aggie was amazing she went above and beyond she listen to what I wanted and helped me find the prefect living room set! If you’re looking for furniture I recommend the Queen Creek location and ask for Aggie!

Aggie was awesome. She very politely walked up and introduced herself and asked if she could be of help. Not at all pushy or overly eager to make a sale. Walked me through the store and showed me several options on sectionals and materials. We also found some bar stools, an accent shelf, and bedside lamps to round out the sale. Has been great at keeping me informed of delivery and any items that maybe late. I'll definitely come back to shop with Aggie.

I’m not usually one to leave bad reviews but we had the worst experience with purchasing furniture from here and would not recommend to anyone. After an extra piece was ordered for our couch we set up a return (no big deal). They did not show up twice to pick it up, wasting hours of our weekend waiting. We went in person to speak to a manager to which the manager ensured us it would be picked up in 3 days. We also never received the rug we ordered and asked about that and the manager stated it was delayed. Again, those things happen but we were never contacted about it. Saturday comes and once again, no phone call, no show to pick up the extra piece. Once again we go down to speak to a manager. It was a different manager who was very kind and apologetic(the only reason I’m leaving 2 stars instead of 1). We asked about the rug and it had been delayed AGAIN…zero communication to us about this. We ended up cancelling. It’s now been weeks and still no refund for the returned and cancelled items. Trying to call the service number is absolutely useless as well. Overall, very disappointing and wish we would have purchased our new set from a company that cared about their customers.

Bought several large pieces of furniture for a new home. Ronald helped me with my purchase and it was a smooth and pleasant experience. Would shop here again!

Roman was so helpful in helping us buy our new sectional. He provided information on material that would last for families with children. After seeing him do a scratch test on a specific sectional, we knew that was the one for us as it was best for pets. He took his time, and there was absolutely no pressure to buy anything! If you are looking for anything for your home, go see him. He will provide information specific to your needs!

Roman was beyond helpful and knowledgeable in explaining the furniture in your store, available options and warranties. Eventually brought to our attention the material that is scratch resistant, which was a perfect fit for our house. Would definitely recommend him to friends looking to purchase new furniture.

Ben is an excellent salesman, but don't rely on Cosmo to deliver your furniture on time. It's over priced, and he shows up hours past the scheduled delivery time.

We were traveling the day before delivery and the email link wasn’t working and she took care of everything The best part was she followed up to ensure the delivery all went smooth. We went to the queen creek Ashley store and our salesperson Ronald was extremely helpful and patient with our decision making. We got a beautiful dining set.

Cory was or sales person very knowledgeable about everything. We are very picky, selection was great and we found d everything we were looking for and more.

Absolutely horrible experience with the furniture set up. My partner and I had purchased a couch with the option of having the furniture set up upon arrival, we had called and verified 4+ times leading up to the day of delivery. But when it was dropped up, we were told that it “wasn’t the delivery people’s problem” and the furniture was left outside. After hours of phone calls and trying to do THEIR job for them, we were able to get the warehouse manager to come at 7pm at night, just to find out that he was home prior to the call because no one from the store contacted him. This was the WORST EXPERIENCE!! After all that, Ashley Furniture is now trying to charge an extra $900 but has yet to give an explanation. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Ben spent hours with us while we tested out different mattresses from top of the line to the Ashley brand mattresses. He answered every question I had and explained the quality of each one and what differs one from the other. I never felt a pushy sales tactic at all and it was a very comfortable experience. Ben was very helpful and was able to give us a better deal than expected. We also appreciated them doing two seperate deliveries at no additional cost since some items were out of stock and wouldn't arrive for several weeks. However, after having our love seat for about a month, I decided to go a different route and changed mind on the love seat. I contacted the store to see if we could return the item as it was brand new and never been used. I was upset to be informed that they do not accept any returns. So make sure you love all the items before purchasing. Also we had several issues with items being damaged or not set up properly when delivered so we had to wait for a tech to come out and fix it. Not sure I will return to Ashley for my next couch (since I want to replace the one we purchased here). Their sales team is great but after purchasing, their customer service/delivery people don't seem to care, once they have your money.

Ronald assisted me with all my questions and allowed me to browse the store with no hassle. Ronald was very personable. He was not a hounding salesman but rather someone you wanted to share your thoughts and catch up with.

I recently purchased a dresser and a dining set from the Queen Creek store. Ben was very helpful in getting me set up with everything I needed.

Dropped into Ashley about 2 months ago desperate to find something more modern for our tired living room that had fallen prey to millennial grey! Haley our sales associate was a gem. She was so stylish and had great ideas for our room (so thankful I took some measurements). Delivery was a breeze (they have Saturday delivery) and our new sofas looked perfect! She even followed up with a call to ensure that we received everything and it was as expected! We found ourselves back a few weeks later to order a new king bed we saw while there picking out our couches. She made the process quick, easy and was a delight to deal with! We can’t wait for our new bed to arrive!

Came in for bedroom furniture for my son and Roman (Reigns) was very helpful and made the transaction really easy. Even gave us a couple finance suggestions we didn't think about to help us make a decision. Only issue was the system printing our paperwork and time out issues but Roman went and double checked before re-running the transaction to make sure we didn't get charged twice.

We went in to find a bedroom set, and purchased one the same day thanks to Cory’s help! He was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable!

We were notified by email four days prior to our 09/06/2024 delivery that my Grand-daughters bed was on back order. We're still waiting for back ordered items as well as replacement of a damaged nightstand. The delivery date keeps changing for two items. No one can give me answers on the third item. Pictured are damaged nightstand and the parts that we have received of my Grand-daughters bed. This has left a very bad taste in my mouth. UPDATE: We got the foundation, which used to be called box springs, today 09/13/2024 to add to the collection. Doesn't it look comfy? Side rails to come by the 20th. UPDATE: We finally got my Grand-daughters bed delivered and assembled. But some how my order changed name and order number. I emailed and called speaking directly to a human to no avail. My address, phone number and delivery items are forever tied to someone else and their order number. Throw my hands in the air.

I ordered a sectional sleeper sofa from another state to be delivered to our new home in AZ. I had the pleasure to work with Roman who bent over backwards to try to help us work out a date to deliver our furniture given our schedule and circumstances. He was on top of it and was quick to respond to all of my questions and concerns. He definitely has very qualified salesman and customer service skills!

We have gone twice to look at furniture and I have had nothing but a great experience with these folks. Our sale man was Ben and he was great at answering all of our question and with the help of an employee he even helped load up our things in 112 degree weather. Talk about great customer service!

What a great experience! This store is new, greatly organized, and filled with great deals. We had a wonderful shopping experience with Ashli Whitten. I told Ashli we were looking for a coffee table and described the theme of our home and she led us to some wonderful options, and we were able to pick the perfect table for us in under thirty minutes (which made my husband happy!) Messed up my order completely. Delivered one out of three recliners. This location QC isn’t a warehouse so they said I would have to wait 2 weeks for them to correct their mistake. I canceled my order and I will never be back.

Absolutely beautiful store and outstanding employees. I purchased a temperpedic mattress. I ran into problems that were completely my fault. Mike, the store manager went way out of his way to help correct the problems that I myself caused and he expedited everything when I didn't deserve it. He literally moved mountains to straighten out everything for me and was happy to do it. I haven't seen customer service like this in many, many years. The store itself has such an abundance of high quality furniture, there is sure to be a style for everyone out there. This will be my first and only choice for any furniture needs in the future. Seamless experience!!. We were lucky enough to work with the GM, Mike, who was extremely knowledgeable, informative and helpful. We weren’t sure what we were looking for, but needed to furnish 2 rooms. Mike helped us find everything we needed. He followed up to ensure we received everything, and even provided a few additional pieces as suggestions that matched our couches and new rug! 10/10 would recommend!

Bought a coffee table and end table from this Ashley store. Was told items were in stock and given a delivery date. Two days before delivery got a call telling us items were not in stock and we would have to wait a couple more weeks. After finally getting the furniture the coffee table was fine but the end table had cracked legs. Called customer service and new legs were ordered and send. After a few weeks the new legs arrived and they were cracked worse then the original legs plus they came without the leveling legs. More legs were ordered but they are not in stock so we are still waiting. It has been a total nightmare. What you see in the store is not what you get.

Our salesman,Roman Y., was great. He let us wander around and do our thing without being intrusive. He answered all our questions and check out was fast. Scheduling was quick, and the communication all the way up to delivery was spot on. The delivery guys did a great job and had no problem getting the couch I to the basement. Just came into this beautiful furniture store looking for some outdoor patio chairs for my 3 acre lot right outside of Winslow. Was immediately greeted by a handsome young man named, “Hunter”. He walked me through all my options and although I was unable to pull the trigger at the time. I am looking at coming back and purchasing the lovely set Hunter presented for me.

No push or pressure to pick or buy anything. we shuttled to the store thrice as we are shopping around for beds and comparing the models. in spite of those many trips to the store, he never showed disinterest in his job. Though we did not buy until 3rd visit.

On the 9th, my Husband and I purchased a couch from Ronald O. at the Ashley Furniture in Queen Creek. When we arrived we were afraid that it would be like every other experience, you know, where the sales guys are just all over you because they want the commission. We walked in and here comes Ronald. We both gave off the "go away, we are just browsing" vibe and Ronald handed us a flier and said "Don't worry, I'm not going to follow you around.
