Terrible experience! Guaranteed delivery date of purchased furniture; notified a day and half before the scheduled date that it was delayed to "possibly" a week later. Went into the store (because they don't seem to answer their in-store telephones) and was basically told the items might be delivered in a week but only if the items were not already appropriated to someone else (their system only states the total number of units in their warehouse, not how many of them have been sold). Manager states that he would call us first thing Monday morning. However, did not receive a call from him until after we called and got their off shore customer service people again who by the way can barely speak english. This place is frot with incompetence including the technology they use to manage inventory and sales to their customer service. Disappointing to say the least.

Super pleased with the service & selection we found here today! Mary was great - pleasant & professional. She was the perfect blend of attentive & helpful, but also gave us plenty of space to check out all of the options and not feel rushed to make our decisions. The rest of the team that we interacted with during our visit was also kind & welcoming (we were there for hours). Will definitely return in the future, & would absolutely recommend to friends!

Worst customer service in my entire life! I waisted 8 hours to find out when they will deliver my couch, but AI is unable to give me an exact date! I have 4 dates now: Dec.10, 17, 18 and 23!!! When I ordered at the store I was told the couch is in stock, but AI says their supplier has delayed the delivery to the warehouse. You can't call the store and the person in India knows nothing and can not even connect you with them! All they did is, they charged my credit card the day I ordered, probably 3 weeks before they deliver! Update: I went to the store yesterday to speak to a real person, but this was even more disappointing. The office manager monotonously repeated one sentence: "delays do happen". I said, is the new date (12/23) at least fix, because I got my old couch hauled away already! She once again said, "delays can happen"! I then asked her to call their warehouse in CA to find out when the couch would arrive! But she said, that they can't call there! I asked, "Why? Don't they have a phone?" She said "YES"!!!!! And that's how it went on and on. I was treated with extreme disrespect, like if I was stupid! But I just didn't want spend Christmas without a couch! 😪😪😪😪 So, I cancelled my order, drove to the American Furniture Warehouse, found a couch much more beautiful for almost the same price, and they will deliver it in two days, which happens to be the exact same day my other couch was suppost to be delivered! 😍😍😍😍 Do not buy your furniture at ASHLEY, save yourself some headache and go to AFW. Ashley offered the couch for $799 as a Black Friday door buster, but they added $209 for delivery, makes it $1,008! The AFW couch is $1,050 and delivery cost is only $84! So not much of a difference, AND the new couch is much more beautiful 😍!

Yeah I bought a sectional from them about 7 months ago to be honest with you it's not worth $2,400 The electric recliner is fine but the rest is cheap honestly but that's what you getting nowadays pieces of wood with some foam and some microfiber for 700 bucks per section wasn't worth the money to me too bad I can't return it I'll probably sell it on craigslist

Went there about 845 the other night to purchase something I saw earlier that day. Door was locked but we can see that there are still sales people in there. If you advertise a certain closing hour please honor that. Went to American and purchased
