I just recently moved and I had to get a bunch of furniture. I’ve never been to Ashley but Roman was a huge help! He definitely made it an easy experience and answer any questions I had. 10/10 would recommend :)

I am super disappointed in how everything went AFTER the sale. Leading up to the sale, of course everything was great. They did what they could to make sure they made their sale. Now I am grateful because I did get the couches that I wanted, but I am super disappointed how everything went after the sale was made. We purchased our couches yesterday and told them we would come to pick them up today after my husband gets off work. She did warn me that there would be only one warehouse guy after 4 o’clock. So I made sure to bring two people with me to help. She told us that our couches would be taken off of the floor and wrapped up in the warehouse ready for us to pick up tomorrow. We show up today to pick up the couches and they are still on the floor surrounded by all of the other furniture. There is no warehouse guy to help us. They took us to the back to grab the two furniture dollies and watched us load everything. Once we got out to the side of the building with the furniture, they took the dollies and closed the door behind us. Our furniture wasn’t wrapped or even ready to go at the back where it was supposed to be. I just felt like everything was a little bit unprofessional after the sale was made. Doesn’t matter if I spent $4,000 or 10,000. I still feel like my furniture should have been taken off the floor and at least ready to go. At least that’s what I was told was going to happen. The sales lady was probably 70 years old so I did not expect her to have to do anything, but there was a warehouse guy supposed to be there and either he left or did not want to offer help. I guess that’s what I get for expecting a bit of professionalism and follow through. It truly felt like “ok we have our money, get your s#!t and get out”

Posting informs "they either did great or not". In Ashley's case, when a customer spends massive amounts of money and intends to spends so much more, then why would the store treat you like a pos? I was only impressed with my sales lady. But this is a review on the follow through of the sale. The delivery people did not complete setting up my furniture. So $400 down the toilet. I, a 60+ year old woman had to crawl under a bed to get the job done. The delivery person also was in a hurry and massively damaged one of my pieces. His response was another would be out to me the next day. Was it?!, no! I had to hunt it down and explain to several people that I am still missing part of my order. When I phoned the store, they literally put me on hold for 20 minutes. The whole experience with my first purchase from this particular store shows that it doesn't matter the quality of the furniture because when you hire complete morons to handle a certain type of clientele, expect the rating to be at the lowest possible.

We just got done shopping for a whole apartment and I must say Roman was absolutely amazing and SO patient. He worked with us to find the best furniture that matched what we wanted; even taking off a draw so we could carry it around and match it! Not to mention we had 3 kids that he engaged with and waited patiently while we tried to wrangle them. I recommend asking for Roman Yslava specifically (he also knows mattresses really well!) because he gave us the best deals and experience.
