Ordered a dining table and a couch chair, both which arrived like this. It took forever to get a hold of someone to help and now the store will not even answer calls or emails for follow up.

Beware! Ashley Furniture will talk you into buying their "5-year worry-free protection plan" and then when it comes down to using that protection plan they won't assist you. The GBS protection plan they offer DOES NOT COVER ANYTHING. They will keep you on the phone for over 2 hours asking you pointless questions only to turn around and tell you that your issue is not covered. And that was after spending an hour on the phone with Ashley Furniture customer service prior to having them send me to call a whole different number for GPS protection plan warranty claims. It's just a whole mess. And it's very sad that the customer service for both companies are just trash. And they don't help you. So if you do purchase furniture from Ashley just know that it's not going to last, and the protection plan is a few hundred extra which they get for bonus for selling you the faulty plan. Just fraudulent all together. I do not recommend.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The associate that helped me (Anthony) told me that the couch would be delivered across 2 deliveries (that he would have to manually set up). The first comes as planned, but then the second set never does (because he never set it up). Had I not reached out to him directly he would have never noticed. The only way I could get help was by texting his cell phone (the store phone# takes you directly to customer service, who then says they aren’t able to connect your call to the store) which he only answered when he felt like it. The only service I can get is by texting an 18 year old who takes days to respond and addresses me as “boss” and “brother”? I normally don’t really care but is there NO standard of professionalism for this store? Don’t go here if you’re looking for a good experience. And if you do, definitely steer clear of any associate named Anthony.

Worst experience ever I have always used Ashley’s furniture for all my furniture throughout the years and this time I will never use them again after this. I went in there with my wife should’ve been a 30 minute in and out just getting a kitchen table 2 bed beds for my kids and the small buffet table. I was in there two hours because nobody can figure out Their job granted they just switched to a new system, but at least have one person in the store that actually knows what they’re doing huddled around six people. Do you know what to do? Do you know what to do? Nope, deliveries are staggered beds for my kids rescheduled for the third the best That they want to do For compensation is a $75 gift card. I’ve already thrown my kids old beds away expecting the beds to be here on the first delivery date. I will never use Ashley’s furniture again

I have had negative experiences with Ashley Furniture in the past, but I decided to give them another chance years later. Ordered a sofa as part of their Labor Day promotion. I received an e-mail the next day stating that the order was canceled and when calling customer service to learn why, I was told that they cannot look up orders until a longer period after they are placed has past. I've given up with them; ended up ordering the very same sofa from JC Penney and actually saved money.

Walked in and was greeted by Nolan, he gave us some info on how to shop and then let us browse. Didn’t hover over us like most sales people would. Manager Courtney checked in on us mid interaction. Again amazing service. Won’t shop anywhere else.
