The store has many options, and often good sales. The problem is the wait to have them delivered. I have bought mattresses, a tbale and a bedroom in the past years. It wasn't a lot of wait back then. However, I recently purchased a chair, and ended up canceling as well as giving up on purchasing a rug after I was told, that the wait to have it delivered at my home or their warehouse would be about 4-6 weeks! Bottom line I guess you need to be ready to wait a long time to get something. You really want to take home as soon as you see it. Sales people are friendly and not very pushy which I appreciate.

The assistance I received was very helpful and given options and considerate to my price range.

Well informed and devoted sales staff. They hooked me up with the right couch.. They were friendly, efficient, transparent, and professional. I will certainly use their services again.

Update 1/1/26 below Garbage outdoor furniture. Wicker literally fell apart after 15 months in Arizona with limited residential use and isn’t covered under their extended warranty that we paid extra for. Update 1/1/26: After multiple emails back and forth with their support that followed up with me after I posted this review asking for photos, videos, purchase dates, etc. etc. they come back with.... Sorry, your furniture is out of it's manufacturers warranty. No shit! It was still under warranty I would have gone through the warranty process. The fact is simple, I bought outdoor furniture, legit keep it under a custom cover during the summer (hottest time of the year with the most sun) and it is legit falling apart. The wicker became brittle after 18 months and continues to crack and just fall off. The couch is missing the full back on 60% of it.

Roushan was very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful in helping me find the recliner that checked all my boxes! My recliner search has a happy ending!

Horrible service.! Multiple customer service staff and their manager falsifying , paperwork and signatures and also pricing after the fact. No accountability, i usually go to the one in avondale , as I have been for years with very professional service. The only reason why I came to this location was because it is down the street from my job. Big mistake!!

First, I would like to say that we had a great experience finding the couch set that we had hoped for. The price and service was great. And then the team said its all in stock! We were excited to know that it would be delivered the next week! Then, we got a call/text from Ashley the next day. The text said that it wouldn't be delivered until about 2 weeks out. Also, that one of the pieces wouldn't be delivered until 3-4 weeks out. But we will recieve 3 pieces on the 9th and the fourth on the 17th. Well, the 9th arrives and our delivery comes but we only have 2 pieces delivered. And 1 of the pieces has slight damaged to it with some type of grease smudge on it. To the point; their word in the store about it all being in stock was flawed. Because of that, we have to wait for three delivery process to recieve of set. By the way, we gave our furniture away based on the first delivery date. The summary, I'm writting this on the 9th. So were waiting still on the next to deliveries. Had they communicated the truth, in the beginning about it Not being in stock, that would of been accepted and tolerable. But being misled, multiple deliveries and product was smudge....NOT ACCEPTABLE. Thanx to the representative who I vented to about the ordeal. At least she helped ease the burden a bit with what power she had at the time as she was understanding, patient and resourceful. I have supported Ashley in the past and will continue. We like their products. And this may have just been one of those experiences. But as a consumer, I did my part. I was just asking for it to be reciprocated and it was not. It was frustrating and disappointing going without furniture for at least 3 weeks. My suggestion to Ashley, emplore your service reps to have "Good and truthful communication as it exudes transparency." Don't rush the sale with misleading tactics. It affected your name, the delivery driver and the representative all just trying to do their job.

Very easy experience! Our salesman Phong was amazing, and helped us pick out a beautiful bed frame & mattress.

The only reason why I gave it three stars was that I was looking for much smaller furniture and definitely not 1980s furniture. But for those with very large families and very large houses it’s probably the perfect store.

The moment we walked in the door, we were greeted by Vic. He introduced the layout of the store then left us alone in peace to browse around the store . He wasn’t pushy. On the contrary, he was friendly and attentive. We ended up buying a king size bed. It was a pleasant experience.

Michael was very helpful and patient with us to make our decision on which bedroom grouped we wanted.

They didn’t have one item in stock, salesperson said I can get you a good deal/ discount on a different one. Picked one out. And he rung up retail price. Not worth the energy arguing with liars

The salesman I worked with at the Ashley store was very helpful and knowledgeable and made the process very easy. I will not comment on the pickup at the warehouse. I’ll Just say it didn’t go as well as the in store.

I needed to say I love my new furniture! The most important part of my shopping experience here was meeting the greatest person - Quite frankly, I’m not so fond of salesmen- BUT…Joseph Obrien at the Casa Grande Outlet store was #1 for me. Patience is not one of my virtues-but HIS IS.! He took sooo much time to get me exactly what I wanted. Over and beyond-coming in on days off to cater to my questions and needs. Communications were always open and available. I recommend you see Joseph for all your needs.

I ordered from Ashley home services and was told my products would take 5-7 days to arrive at my home. Three months later only one item was delivered (a blanket) and it was dirty like it set on a shelf somewhere unprotected. The second product we waited three months to find out they would not give us a refund nor did they know when it would come in because it was back ordered. I had to call to find all of this out they did not call me. Lastly I had a lot of money tied up with them for months just to find out that I wasn’t getting my product soon so I asked them to give me the floor model. They did and it was at full price. Poor customer service all around. The customer service was horrible and the product was subpar.

I worked with the salesperson, James, who was extremely helpful. He answered questions and described the white glove delivery service. When I looked at other furniture stores, I found that Ashley’s bookshelves were the most reasonably priced for the quality even with the added cost of the delivery. The store communication regarding delivery was excellent. On the day of delivery, Ricardo came ahead of schedule and made sure I was happy with where he placed the shelves.

We were kept informed regarding delivery date and time. Delivery people were courteous and efficient. Pieces were assembled & put where we wanted. Area left clean & all packing material removed. Everything works as expected.

I have called over 10 times all different times, over 3 days and no one ever answers. There should be a way to find out if an item is on display without driving all the way out there. Customer service chat couldn't even find this out.

My husband and I spent $4,800 on a new king bed foundation and mattress from Ashley Furniture on October 5, with delivery scheduled for October 8. I was so excited for this upgrade, we rearranged our room, sold our queen bed, and I took the day off work to be ready. On October 7, I received a text asking if I was ready to schedule delivery, which confused me since we already had a delivery date. After replying, I learned that only the mattress was scheduled to arrive, not the foundation we purchased with it. I called the store three times with no answer and was eventually transferred to customer service, where a representative named Michelle listened, called the warehouse, and confirmed that everything would be added to my delivery. She even provided a ticket number for confirmation. Then, on October 8 at 10:40am, less than two hours before my scheduled delivery, I got another text saying I still needed to schedule delivery for the remaining items. I had already taken the day off work and now had to take off again for the new date. Between October 7–8, I spent over two hours on the phone, made five unanswered calls to the store, and two more to customer service, only to learn that Michelle never actually reached the warehouse. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, time consuming, and disappointing for such a large purchase and any real communication has been an absolute nightmare. All I wanted was for our order to be handled with honesty and follow through. After being a loyal customer at this location since 2018, this experience has completely changed my mind. I don’t think I’ll ever purchase from Ashley again. Thanks for the 10% off, it didn’t come close to making this right.

It’s expensive. But we looked for a new sofa and loveseat over about 10 different retailers in the area. Only Copenhagen had better designs and better products but at three times the price. Staff at this particular, Ashli is really great delivery was on time friendly If we can afford it, we’ll buy more furniture in Ashley

Ordered a dining table and a couch chair, both which arrived like this. It took forever to get a hold of someone to help and now the store will not even answer calls or emails for follow up.

Beware! Ashley Furniture will talk you into buying their "5-year worry-free protection plan" and then when it comes down to using that protection plan they won't assist you. The GBS protection plan they offer DOES NOT COVER ANYTHING. They will keep you on the phone for over 2 hours asking you pointless questions only to turn around and tell you that your issue is not covered. And that was after spending an hour on the phone with Ashley Furniture customer service prior to having them send me to call a whole different number for GPS protection plan warranty claims. It's just a whole mess. And it's very sad that the customer service for both companies are just trash. And they don't help you. So if you do purchase furniture from Ashley just know that it's not going to last, and the protection plan is a few hundred extra which they get for bonus for selling you the faulty plan. Just fraudulent all together. I do not recommend.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The associate that helped me (Anthony) told me that the couch would be delivered across 2 deliveries (that he would have to manually set up). The first comes as planned, but then the second set never does (because he never set it up). Had I not reached out to him directly he would have never noticed. The only way I could get help was by texting his cell phone (the store phone# takes you directly to customer service, who then says they aren’t able to connect your call to the store) which he only answered when he felt like it. The only service I can get is by texting an 18 year old who takes days to respond and addresses me as “boss” and “brother”? I normally don’t really care but is there NO standard of professionalism for this store? Don’t go here if you’re looking for a good experience. And if you do, definitely steer clear of any associate named Anthony.

Worst experience ever I have always used Ashley’s furniture for all my furniture throughout the years and this time I will never use them again after this. I went in there with my wife should’ve been a 30 minute in and out just getting a kitchen table 2 bed beds for my kids and the small buffet table. I was in there two hours because nobody can figure out Their job granted they just switched to a new system, but at least have one person in the store that actually knows what they’re doing huddled around six people. Do you know what to do? Do you know what to do? Nope, deliveries are staggered beds for my kids rescheduled for the third the best That they want to do For compensation is a $75 gift card. I’ve already thrown my kids old beds away expecting the beds to be here on the first delivery date. I will never use Ashley’s furniture again

I have had negative experiences with Ashley Furniture in the past, but I decided to give them another chance years later. Ordered a sofa as part of their Labor Day promotion. I received an e-mail the next day stating that the order was canceled and when calling customer service to learn why, I was told that they cannot look up orders until a longer period after they are placed has past. I've given up with them; ended up ordering the very same sofa from JC Penney and actually saved money.

Was told if I ordered this last mattress (that will be discontinued) today I’d get it delivered no later than 4 business days. Called after the 4th day was told it’s on back order and will have to wait at least 3 more weeks or I can pick it up at the warehouse today. Drove to the warehouse just to be told I can’t pick up the mattress because it’s scheduled for delivery only. Spoke to someone on the phone who constantly lied about the mattress that was directly in front of me in the warehouse. Saying it’s out for delivery and will get there in 10 days. Eventually picked up the mattress after I said I didn’t want it anymore. This was my first time ordering from Ashley’s and will be my last, felt like a bait and switch with no upside.

Quick and easy, worked with Vic and since I knew exactly what I wanted, I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Vic made me aware of all discounts and deals that would impact my purchase. I was very pleased.

Arrived at 8:54pm, all doors were closed and locked with no store associates anywhere in site. My intention was to confirm that the store still had a specific leather sectional in stock and if so, make a purchase. I recognize that the store was closing at 9pm, however some people work late and often their only opportunity to drop by a local business is shortly before they close relying upon the accuracy of an organizations advertised hours of operation. I would’ve been more than happy to briefly speak with someone and coordinate a call to finalize the order the following day. The store had to have been closed for several minutes prior to my arrival. As a result of my time being wasted, I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Terrible service. Told us that purchase was available for pick up at warehouse. Rent UHaul (their delivery fee is insane), drive to warehouse - staff there tell us product won’t be available for 3 weeks. Wasted money on UHaul. Now I have to drive 4hrs back to Phoenix in 3 weeks to help daughter pick up table we wouldn’t have bought if we’d known it wasn’t available.

On 7/5 we purchased a Trulani King size bed with an adjustable power base. Crew delivered on 7/19 but were unable to finish set up because the adjustable base didn’t fit in the bed frame. Called customer service and were told to reject bed rails and footboard so the correct ones could be delivered. Spent hours on the phone with customer service afterwards and were told we needed a smaller adjustable base. Re-delivery on 7/26 by Fabian and his co-worker. The new adjustable base didn’t fit either. Cynthia from customer service had no answer for anything except reject the delivery and talk to our sales person Phong Nguyen. Throughout the endless customer service call Fabian was still trying to come up with an idea to fix the problem and HE DID! Overall a very frustrating experience. First purchase from Ashley Furniture and definitely the last! 2 ⭐️⭐️ for Phong. He was friendly but incompetent to sell us the correct base with our bed. 2 ⭐️⭐️ for Cynthia, at least she called back but otherwise useless. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the delivery crews, especially Fabian. Hardworking, friendly, polite, and a problem solver! Give that man a raise!

I am not sure why zero stars isn't an option. Upon entering the store two employees standing at the door no greeting. Walked passed 5 employees just standing at the desk talking. So we walked passed a total of 7 employees no greeting, no can I help you. I had several items I came in to purchase. Upon leaving now you want to help me. No we will pass. Customer service is key you missed out on a commission because you may have assumed we were not going to purchase anything. You must do better I will never return. I will patronize some place else that takes pride in customer service.

Nolan was so great. He helped my son and I find a perfect couch and dresser he needed for his new apartment. Nolan took the time to find what we needed, within his price range and was not pushy at all. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the future.

I met with a sales rep he said he would give 15 % off of coffee tables on top of the 10% sale. After he provided receipt he did not offer the additional 15%. And when I questioned him he said it was for a different table. My daughter was with me and heard him say it for the tables I purchased. When dealing with them make sure you calculate price with the discounts they say prior to them ringing you up. They will lie to you to get you to purchase items. I don’t recommend them at all say clear away. I will not use them again.

I’ve been to other Ashley furniture stores and can confidently say we’ve never received the kind of customer service we got at the Tempe location. Michael G was our sales associate and he was beyond helpful! I normally dread furniture shopping but he made it an enjoyable experience, and I really appreciate that he wasn’t following us around the whole time too. He’s great at reading people. Thank you!

I ordered the Nuu Garden Outdoor Bar Table with 2 Textilene Bar Stools online. The chairs arrived on 6/12 and the table arrived on 6/14. Everything arrived on time. I started assemble on Monday the 6/16. The chairs went together no problem, the table on the other hand.... I can't even assemble it because they shipped me an incomplete unit. The table is missing the owners manual, all screws to assemble the table, and out of all things missing is the temper glass. After spending over an hour with phone explaining my issue and now 2 days later I still have no solation to my online purchase problem. The person I spoke with requested pictures the first day, then today they asked for more pictures and to describe my problem, again! What was the point of the over hour long conversation yesterday? This is a minor issue IMO that can easily be resolved but because Ashley Furniture doesn't want to help I'm stuck with metal scrap at this point. All I am asking for is to mail me the missing parts or send me a return label for this incomplete box and ship me another unit. The other option is to let me return this "JUNK" without a bunch of hassle. If I ordered this item on your company website why can I not simply return it to a store?

Ashley Tempe has great customer service and a good selection of furniture. Phong assisted me in finding the best fitting items for my home. When I was ready to purchase, he made the process easy and set up delivery within a few days. And if he was not available his co-worker Vic assisted me. I would recommend Ashley for any furniture needs. Our lounge recliner and sectional sofa look great!

Absolute nightmare, really the worst furniture experience I have ever had. I bought a sectional and it was supposed to be delivered June 14. I waited all day Saturday and it never came. I made my own arrangements and paid for a third party to deliver my couch, but the salesman had not switched it in their computers after I informed him, and the warehouse would not release the furniture. To make matters worse, the warehouse said they had fulfilled another order using pieces from my sectional, and one piece was now on back order. I cannot get anyone at the store to pick up to phone to even give me a refund. I’m left with no couch, a ruined Saturday, and now paying movers to move nothing. Long time Ashley customer that you lost today!

The worst delivery service in my years on this earth. It was a true nightmare dealing with their customer service who have no idea of what they are doing. I like my couch but it was not worth the horrible experience. Managers blame other departments instead of helping you.

This place is a joke with no professionalism, no accountability, and care for anything but selling. I ordered a dresser that was delivered 2 hours before the delivery window. After originally telling me someone had to be home to deliver it they ended up signing for it themselves and just leaving it on my doorstep. Fast forward I got the dresser inside and set up to find all the droors to be messed up along with the rails. I have been trying to contract the claims department for a month now with absolutely no response. You go into the store and they just give you the same number to call everytime and tell you that there is nothing they can do. How does a place like this even stay in business. Terrible business and Terrible customer service. Will never be giving Ashley Furniture business again.

My husband and I decided to go look at furniture because we want to buy our son his first bedroom set. When we walked in we saw about 10 employees some who were helping customers and others standing around talking. We walked around the store looking lost because we didn’t know where anything was at. Not one employee said welcome in or even asked if we needed help. I was already thinking that in my head then my husband said let’s get out this place not one person asked if we needed help. They don’t need our money let’s leave. I will not recommend this place and we definitely will not be going there ever again. Never walked in a furniture place and not get any help with what they have.

Likewise, Roushan (we believe that was his name) was also incredibly helpful. He helped us arrange for delivery of the furniture to our home, and took care of everything very quickly.

Why when you call to get store the store says call back between normal business hours when it’s 8:20 pm and the store closes at 9pm ? That’s not good service

I ordered furniture to be delivered on a specific day. I ONLY ordered it because they said they couldn’t deliver on THAT day. They said it would be delivered between 2-6 pm. No problem. So I planned my day accordingly. At 10:45 am, I could see - per their tracking link- that the delivery was now scheduled from 3:30-6:30. I called and said “no one will be here after 6:45. You said 6 pm and I scheduled my day accordingly”. “ no problem. We will be in and out by then. “. As the day progressed the scheduling window continued to get later and later. I called again- in total I called three times to say “ this is not going to work. This is not what you originally told me.” Finally, at 7:10 pm, they said someone will call to reschedule. I told them the only acceptable rescheduling would have to be the next day. Customer service calls “ we can get it there day after tomorrow”. I told them that was not acceptable. No one would be here to accept it. I wanted to cancel the order if it could not be delivered the following day. They were not willing to do that. I cancelled the order. This group is VERY long on promises but doesn’t deliver. STAY AWAY! Find somewhere else to purchase your furniture. They are not respectful of other people’s time and their word is far from reliable.

I have to change my review from 5 star (awesome/professional sales team) to one star for the absolute crap that was delivered to my house. 2 months old and every piece of my bedroom furniture is cracking and splitting (see photos). I went in and asked about it and got some reply about “protection plan” or something. How freaking disappointing. I’m canceling my line of credit there and am now looking for a somewhere to furnish my new home from with furniture that lasts longer than 2 months.

Attached to my receipt was someone else’s print out for the purchase of a sofa with their personal information. Someone else has my print out with my personal information. I left that person’s paperwork at the warehouse with the receptionist where I picked up my bar stool. Who has access to my personal information????

My boyfriend and I went in looking to buy our first couch for our new home. Nolan greeted us at the door and was immediately helpful and made the process 10 times easier and faster. Not once did he push for anything we didn’t want. He ended up helping us find our 2 couches we wanted and a table set that we love. We will be back to buy the rest of our furniture especially if Nolan is there.

Ryan was helpful and welcoming the minute I walked in the door. Store was clean and showroom was easy to walk around in. Found exactly what I was looking for, placed my order quickly and easily. I recommend this store and its staff.

Very rude staff.

We paid and order our bedroom furniture on 2/2/25 and we still have not received our order. I went to the store this past Tuesday to cancel my order and was told that someone would be calling me. I have yet to receive a call for the cancellation or updates on why our order is delayed.

Rita has horrible customer service. I spent almost 2 hours putting a dresser together only to discover at the very end that one drawer didn’t have the correct holes drilled. Rita didn’t even attempt to find a solution, she told me that I had to bring the dresser to the store. I asked to speak to someone else and she said she was the store manager. So I took the dresser apart and returned it to the store. Another associate tells me that she isn’t the store manager. Never shopping at any Ashley again.

Vic (our sales associate) and other associates were knowledgeable and friendly but over attentive. Our initial request, when we came in the store, to just look around by ourselves was ignored and it felt like we weren’t being listened to.

We had a great experience with Nolan Wilcoxson at the Tempe Ashley store. I had just had hip replacement surgery and he brought chairs over to a special area so I didn’t have to walk all over the store. My husband was out of town so when he came back the following week, we went back to the store and fortunately Nolan was working. We both recognized each other and I ended up buying one of the sets of chairs for the dining room table.. He was truly a joy to work with and very knowledgeable.

My family and I visited this location on 2/22/25, to purchase a new king bed and Antwan Vaughn helped us. From the moment we walked in, he was very kind and helpful to our needs. He even had a great sense of humor. I visited Ashley's before to check out the bed and mattress and told Antwan which one I saw and I just came back to show my husband in person. Antwan even showed us additional mattresses. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the approval process, questions we had on warranty and payment options. The staff that was around us were even helpful and friendly with us. Antwan was such a great help on getting the bed we wanted for me and my husband. The store is clean and beautiful. I visited Ashley's a few weeks ago and was just originally browsing for a king bed and briefly chatted with a salesman and I told him I would come back to show my husband and bring him back. He gave me his card but when I visited on 2/22, I switched purses and left the card in my other purse, causing me to forget the salesman's name and I forgot what he looked like. :-( but I found the card when I got home and his name was Phong Nguyen. and he was also very friendly and helpful on my initial visit. So I want to give him his credit and props as well and so sorry I didnt get to work with you like I planned. These recent times were my first time ever visiting and purchasing from Ashley's. Keep up the great work Ashley's and we can't wait to get our new bed and Mattress!!

Worst experience ever!We ordered a couch for our home in Biltmore and arranged delivery. They delivered the couches and unboxed in our living room. We needed help as older adults to move our couch 10 feet out of the way so we could set up the new couches. They said they couldn’t help and packed up the new couches …they were not nice to my wife who was just trying to help. Nobody from Ashley called to see what happened or what they could have done better. Terrible furniture store we will never go there again

Picked out a beautiful living room set. The salesperson was helpful. Chose a delivery date of 15,FEBRUARY because the salesperson informed that the recliner was not available until 8,FEBRUARY. My daughter and daughter in-law were with me and we ALL MADE SURE to ask the salesperson if ALL PIECES were available ( after the recliner not available yet) and he stated yes. He checked on his computer and scanned the items with his tablet. I call yesterday 31,JANUARY to see if we could possibly move the delivery date up ,and I told that my order was not in the system , a person from the actual store would contact me. The young lady called me and this is what I RECEIVED when I said hello " Hi this is Ashley furniture did you need something?". I said " excuse me??? ". She than changed her tone. She stated that the rug would not be available until MARCH! The furniture might be there by 28,FEBRUARY! I asked her WHY the salesperson told us everything was in stock and ready to go. She stated they don't know what things are in stock and they are the last to know when things change. This man shook my hand and we thanked him for his assistance! So lying to the customers , that's okay practice? Her explanation of WE DONT KNOW ? She also stated that if i don't want to wait for the living room set (we took 2 HRS to shop for the perfect set and price) that I could go back in and chose another set that is available????!!! Why would I do like that!! ?? When THIS set eas supposed to be ready to go? ETA 15,FEBRUARY, but now possibility MARCH? go back and get a new set and then to be told yet again, oooops not available until JULY 2026. This is unacceptable. Ashley furniture has good quality furniture, but POOR QUALITY STAFF AND PRACTICES

Last Thursday we purchased an area rug at the Ashley store in Tempe AZ. Since the rug was not available in store we agreed to pick it up at the Phoenix distribution warehouse on Friday, the following day. On Saturday we unrolled the rug and discovered right away that it wasn't a good match for our living room. On Monday we called the store to verify that we could drive down from Scottsdale to exchange the rug. I was told by the sales rep that Ashley has a no exchange no return policy. Turns out the sales people don't tell the customer this beforehand and it's only made known to the customer through a printed sheet attached to your receipt after the purchase is made. This is a complete scam and since I can't return or exchange the rug we will never do business again with Ashley. You want to deal with a nightmare?? Buy anything from Ashley furniture in store. Reps are extremely rude. Your order will always b broken..lost..defects etc. Try to call them n fix the issue and you will need 5 blood pressure pills and end up spending weeks of your time gttg no where bfore you gv up. The Ashleys in Tempe is the worst of them all... Against my bettr judgment and many previous horrible experiences with ashleys i ordered 2 vases in the store in Tempe only because my client insisted on these specific ones and Ashley's had them. We'll 1 was broken upon delivery. When I md purchase i was told any problems no worries we will pick up n deliver new ones or u cn take to warehouse in phx n gt replaced. However we mk a claim we r told one will b delivered n old one picked up..we gt email confirmation..couple days later we r told no you hv to drive all the way bk to Ashley's in Tempe 50 miles away from me..take broken one thn mk order for new one and if the new one comes in broken again..well..I wld hv to drive another 50 miles bk to Tempe n do it all over again. Tried to reason with them n explain this is not what was told to us abt return/broken policy. Rep was not a reasonable person did not give a crap abt anything I was saying. So now I hv to decide do I spend 25 bucks in gas and drive 50 miles for a $45 vase or just take a loss??which is pretty much what Ashley's expect s you to do. That's y they mk everything so difficult. My advice..if you want to purchase anything from an Ashley's store go in store look at it 1st mk sure you want it then go online and order it. You will hv a much better experience with returns or issues after purchase.

Great customer service, there was a sale rep sitting waiting for clients to walk in, which i personally loved. Customer series rep(named Phong) kept his distance introduced himself. And gave us promotion and let us be, he would check in here and there but didn’t bother us to where we felt any type of pressure in anyway. He had all the answers, we left to think about our decision and options. Phong gave us his card and we came back couple hours later to purchase a love seat. The styles are really well designed and the prices are remarkably great. Fair price for delivery and assembly. Cant believe ashley furniture has been here and I've never came inside. They are commission based and honestly i love that when someone goes above and beyond and pays attention to your needs, i want to make sure they get their commission.

The rep we got on the phone couldn't have cared less. They basically said we'd get it eventually. To add to this. The sales rep in store lied about what will be covered with their warranty. We also have always used their 60 months financing, but this time we were asked to put down 30%, tax and delivery. Not that it was an issue, but we then 2 days later received a flyer for the 60 months 0 down. Not sure why they have to lie to conduct business, as we've not had this issue over the past 15 years of doing business with them. New management? Unacceptable. It is also clear reading reviews that they try to appease people with the, "send us an email with Attention..." It is obvious this is just to save face as none of the 1 star reviewers appear to have had their issue resolved.

Before I get into the delivery ridiculousness I have to call out that I was accidentally charged the full amount of the couch instead of the financing plan and down payment and it was caught while still in the store and I was told was cancelled and would be refunded, but when I called almost a week later to check on the status of that refund I was told that it had not been cancelled or refunded and they had to take care of it then and it still took another 3 days before I got my money back and it wasn’t a small amount by any means. The other issue we are having is my wife and I purchased this couch on 11/25 and were told to expect delivery by 12/13. Today being the 13th I called to check on the timeframe it would arrive by as I had not heard anything from Ashley and was told flippantly that it will be delivered on the 21st!! No one reached out prior to this to let me know and a full 8 day delay is something you should let the buyer know of ahead of the expected delivery date. I was told there was nothing they can do as far as getting the couch to me at the estimated delivery date, which I understand, but also was told this in a kind of “oh well, what can you do” hands in the air kind of way and it is completely unacceptable that this is occurring. The overall experience of buying this couch has been subpar and we will not be purchasing any other furniture or anything from Ashley or its subsidiaries in the future. Highly disappointed with my experience as we are going to be without a couch for a month and there seemingly is no urgency or want to make things right on their end.

Last year I went to an Ashley furniture in Tempe, AZ to purchase a new mattress. Upon walking the store I told the sales lady that I need a mattress that would fit my body size because I am 6'5" and over 350 pounds. The sales lady assured me that the mattress she was selling me was made for bigger men and was a mix of firm and soft. My mattress at the time was given to me and had divits on both sides from peoples bodyweight, and destroyed my back and aggravated my nerve pain from trauma associated from the ARMY. I am a disabled veteran and a professional Executive Protection Agent for celebrities and CEO'S. I am on my feet a lot and my sleep is a huge part of my success, especially since I am on a cpap also. Currently I wake up in a lot of pain from my body being out of position all night. This new mattress ($2,000) began to sag on one side after nearly a month and so I had to switch sides. A month later the other side began to sag and now the whole bed is is out of wack and getting worse everyday. I would have left if they didn't have something firm enough for me, but the sales lady was just trying to make a sale because while I was there she kept pushing me to leave a good review on the site. I let it ride bc I thought it was just being broken in. At the 5-6 month mark I called and tried to do a trade in or get my money back but they said no. I still owe $925 on it and seriously want to throw it away. I am very unhappy with the purchase and thought they would a longer warranty. I have boughten from Ashley before and it has been successful, but this occasion has left a bitter taste in my mouth and I will not recommend or buy from Ashley again.

Phong was attentive but not pushy. He gave us space to walk around the store and find a couch we loved. Go ask for Phong! He’s the best!

My experience with Ashley Homestore was absolutely awful. After purchasing our table we were given a specific time and date to pick up our table. Upon arrival we were informed that the table had not yet arrived to the warehouse. Two days later after multiple calls later the table was at the warehouse but couldn’t be pulled off the truck until further notice. A week later, we were finally able to pick up the table with no communication or compensation at all through the whole process. 0/10 experience.

Ashley the store, and Ryan, and Phong were great. Now, the Delivery part wasn't very good. They scraped up our wall putting the bed together.

Great store with lots of variety and options to choose from. I had tentatively chosen a sofa online, but needed to try it out in person. It was so much better than I could have ever hoped, and the salesman was very helpful and gave me an extra discount. I was able to get the white glove delivery and a five-year warranty for only $99. My Maitelyn sofa and ottoman are perfect in my new home and I could not be happier!

I went to t b e location in Tempe and the employees were very respectful. They allowed to browse without haggling my wife and me. When I had questions the sales rep. Was very knowledgeable. Our experience was perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to go to that location again for furniture needs

Delivery was late, not due to the drivers but due to the defective truck lift gate. My husband had to help with getting the gate back in the tracks and lifted, and then they had 3 more deliveries with the same truck. But once they were able to actually bring the furniture in, everything went great, they got everything assembled and placed well, and we love the furniture!

Quality furniture at reasonable prices. Love my chaise sofa! Third party delivery was a guy who didn’t speak ANY English so trying to tell him the sofa had black marks all over it was useless. The sofa was back ordered and I waited over a month so didn’t want to wait any longer. I cleaned all the black marks off and made note to self - never pay $50 for front door delivery.

Everything experienced during purchase of our new bed in the store was 5 starts, but everything since dealing with Ashley's customer service has been horrible. We had a damaged bed at delivery that we rejected, we had a broken draw and incorrectly manufactured foot board once the new bed came and was assembled. This all go fixed in a rather timely manor, but tying to get any credit for everything that has been wrong since the initial delivery has been all but impossible to talk to anyone about. The stores can't help in this matter anymore as i been told, it all has to be done via Ashley's Corporate customer service. Which btw doesn't even have a automatic option to track a claim number, its horrible to navigate. We will NEVER buy anything from Ashley's again. The sad part is it is no fault of the store, its the fault of the corporation.

I went there with my mom and cousin and we were looking for couch for my living room. All the furniture was really pretty and in no time we found something of our liking. Antwan helped us a lot, he was very kind and really patience while he answer all of our questions (we had many). The whole experience was good but Antwan made it a 10/10

Do NOT buy from here. They lie about delivery times to get sales. We were told late September early October. Today they call and say November. A new house with no furniture now because of this shady business. If you look at other one star reviews you’ll see they do this a lot. So BEWARE ! Update the response I got below did nothing. They didn’t even reply after I sent them my receipt showing the promise date. They are now going to ruin our Thanksgiving because no one will have a place to sit. Ashley is complete garbage.

We just had an amazing experience with Vartan. Me and my best friend were literally walking out empty handed, he literally pulled us back in from the door and starting exploring our needs and concerns. Talked about the new amazing products and technology Ashley carries. We decided to give it a shot and allow him to show us stuff. I am writing this review to express my profound disappointment with the delivery service provided by Ashley HomeStore. I purchased a couch from Ashley on July 27, 2024, fully aware that the delivery date would not be until August 27. A few days before that date, I was informed of a delay until September 12, which I completely understood due to shipping issues/delays happen. Fast forward to the day before the rescheduled delivery (9/11), I received confirmation via text and email that the delivery would be on September 12 between 11:45 AM and 3:45 PM. Given that I had been without a couch for nearly two months, I was eager and made specific arrangements to be home for this delivery. To my dismay, on the morning of September 12, I received a text at 8:10 AM indicating that the delivery was postponed yet again. To be notified LESS THAN four hours before the scheduled delivery window is unacceptable. This late notice severely disrupted my plans and shows a lack of consideration and communication from Ashley HomeStore. I find it hard to believe that earlier notification was not possible. Nobody knew prior to four hours before the delivery window? I had intentionally adjusted my work schedule to accommodate the delivery, only to have those plans rendered ineffective. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied with Ashley service. Given the repeated issues with delivery times and communication, I will be seeking furniture from other companies in the future. My friends have shared similar experiences with last-minute delivery changes from Ashley, and I am now compelled to avoid your company to prevent further frustration.

I apologize ahead of time but this is going to be a bit lengthy. As far as the product that we purchased from them, I have no complaints. However my complaint is about the “sales pitch” that was given to us. When we made our purchase we were promised and agreed on a $599.00 in store credit once we paid off our purchase. It was a through their protection plan and as long as we did not use their cleaning/repair service throughout the payment period we would be given that amount back once we paid off our purchase. We finished paying off our purchase and when inquiring about our store credit they told us that they discontinued the store credit refund and they would not honor what we agreed and signed on. I understand that the refund is no longer offered however, it was offered when we signed. I write this to give awareness to future customers since its obvious that Ashley acted out of greed and is willing to tell/promise anything in order to have customers sign on the dotted line, but once we hold up our end of the deal they do not follow through on their end. I also want to add that we did everything to speak with someone about the matter, but were given the runaround from everyone we spoke to, lasted over an hour on the phone, were not offered any resolution, and frankly were treated with blatant unprofessionalism. If they did this to us they’ll definitely do this to others. Also, who knows what else they try to get away with. I really hope this reaches others, and may even affect their sales, and prevent them future customers. Maybe that’s the only way they honor what they promise. This is unfortunate, because we like their products but they just lost a customer.

Fabulous quality of furniture from companies that build quality furniture from Vietnam, Indonesia, India, not China, thank God, Furniture that last.! What a wonderful shopping experience! I was helping my daughter furnish her apartment in Phoenix, and I started shopping online. I ended up calling the store to ask some questions. I am so glad I did because I met a sales person who went above and beyond to help me find furniture that would be available for delivery when I was in town. AMAZING!!! i bought a mattress here a few weeks ago because for the last few years I was sleeping on an air mattress "Not a Good Idea" so I was in the market for something comfortable and supportive when it came to my back. After testing out a few different mattresses, I found the right one! Hanan was very informative and super helpful and answered every question I had. I was having trouble falling asleep for the past few months, and now whenever I crawl into bed, I swear I can just feel the stress melting off my body as this mattress is super comfortable! I even bought a cooling pillow which always stays nice and cool and comfortable for my neck as well. The entire transaction was seamless and I had no issues. I now sleep very comfortably! worth every penny!

I placed an order with Ashley on 05/14/2024. The other containers a house full of furniture. Ashley’s has sent confirmation of delivery for 07/11/2024. (Today )I contacted Ashley’s for the time window of delivery and was told they will not be delivering. I then contacted the Tempe store to speak with The supposed manager, Jennifer, who was rude and basically said there is nothing I can do. So now I here with my Service animal with no future and Ashley has not done anything to Correct, the issue or make it right. Jennifer basically said you have to wait till the 18th to possibly get your furniture. Please explain to me that I set up everything on May 14 and Months later, they still can’t get it here on time. Additionally, Jennifer called me back and stated they would deliver the furniture today per the Binding contract if I pay an additional $750 for delivery. Fun when I already paid for delivery and a set up fee. So explain why you write a contract and you don’t follow through with the agreement. It’s a binding contract.

Overall good experience in the store. Employees were attentive and helpful. I ended up purchasing a sectional. However, upon delivery one of the pieces had a very noticeable defect. Had to call customer service and a technician right away, which was pretty disappointing.

We've had great experiences, my most recent was the best, Antwan Vaughn Jr. made the process super simple and he clearly and concisely provided us with all the information we needed pertaining to the product and how it gets delivered.

This is the worst customer service I have ever received after spending thousands of hours dollars of furniture. They have canceled my delivery over 5 times now. They dropped off a head board and no bed frame/ headboard. I can’t even get the actual office to help me cancel the freaking order. Horrible location horrible customer service. I am fed up and being charged for product I never received . If you can see this Ashley’s furniture you should do better and reach out to your customer

We have a coffee table that cracked where the leg was due to a knot in the wood. Jennifer was very helpful. Since we purchased a warranty she took our information and we will be contacted to either repair or replace our table. She was fast and efficient. UPDATE: I have to change my review to a one star and here is why. After submitting the pictures and documentation of the defective parts of the table, we were told it’s “normal wear and tear”. We did not agree with this assessment and went back and spoke with the manager who agreed that our damage did not show “normal wear and tear” and our claim was re-submitted. It was denied again and we were told to go through the insurance we bought at the time of purchase. We reluctantly submitted a claim and were denied because we did not place the claim within 30 days of damage. So Ashley will not back up poor workman and any delay in claims are denied for timing. This catch 22 Is totally inappropriate and should not have happened. Buyer beware!

We recently purchased at another chain store and our furniture was delivered within a day.

Stay away, be aware. Very unethical sales practices bought an item from here and they insisted I didn’t have to look through the packaging to make sure everything was in there. Get home and there’s multiple missing pieces and broken pieces called the store and they said I’m basically stuck with it!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE

It seems large, but they only really had couches. The staff was nice and left us alone - which is preferred and better than other similar stores where they follow you like vultures.

Beware. They are a business that price matches. BUT they tell you they can only price match if you buy the warranty. Went in and the sales person had the manager come to speak to us. Specifically stated if I have to go that low on a price i have to add a warranty so that corporate won’t say anything, this is the only way I can sell the set to you for. Really???? I can go to the business where your price matching and just purchase their for that price and no warranty. Be careful for their sales tactics. After reading the reviews on their warranty it’s not worth it. Buyer beware

As I read the reviews on here, I realize that everyone received great service. My wife and I did too, even when they sold us the expensive protection plan. However when we developed issues with the sofa they were not as helpful. Everyone blamed everyone else, we had two people who claimed to be store managers ( no business card or name tag) each on directing us to corporate without trying to help. One even told us we could leave the store because he couldn’t help us. what a difference in treatment. Never have I been so disappointed. I have spent over 17 years in management and I would never treat anyone the way we were treated. This will go up the chain. I promise

My experience with Ashley-- Tempe, Mesa & Gilbert, has been fantastic. My husband and I were looking for barstools over the past few months, and they were not bought until we went to Ashley's - but just to look! The deal was not only great, but the service was outstanding (not kidding!) we dealt with the 3 locations mentioned and bought from all 3. No pressure, just guidance. I don't know why we didn't consider Ashley earlier!

Wow! From the moment my family and I walked through the door of Ashley's Furniture store the hospitality began. We were greeted politely by a member of the sales team without any added pressure that salespeople can sometimes apply. We were shopping for a few kids' beds that we saw online but they were no longer in shock; well of course clearance items go fast. But to my surprise, the saleswoman showed me similar beds slightly higher-priced. She contacted her manager and he was willing to work with us and matched the online price of the clearance item, seeing that it was still posted. We are far from rich and the help we got from this store's team did come in handy. So from my family to yours thanks Ashley's. We went to Ashley looking for countertop barstools since we love our leather couches we purchased a few years ago. We were greeted by Hanan and she directed us to where they were located in the store. She then followed up with us to see if we had found any that we were interested in purchasing. The pair we wanted to purchase were out of stock. She suggested that she could order them for us and have them shipped to our home which was perfectly acceptable for us. She was so helpful. We received our barstools within days of ordering. Hanan is a great asset to your store!
