Nolan was great. We were on our second trip to this store to make sure we wanted a loveseat we liked the first time. He let us sit for a while (almost fell asleep). Ordering was easy and he made sure we got any discounts available, which was splendid! We’d go back to Ashley any day.

Great experience. Sales guy helped us with what we wanted and didn’t try to sell us other stuff we didn’t want and go t us in and out quickly after picking a new sofa.

We had a great experience with Nolan Wilcoxson at the Tempe Ashley store. I had just had hip replacement surgery and he brought chairs over to a special area so I didn’t have to walk all over the store. My husband was out of town so when he came back the following week, we went back to the store and fortunately Nolan was working. We both recognized each other and I ended up buying one of the sets of chairs for the dining room table.. He was truly a joy to work with and very knowledgeable.

Our sales person Nolan was absolutely fabulous! He did lots of research before we arrived and was very knowledgeable. He was a joy to work with. Will definitely be doing more business with Ashley because of Nolan! Give that man an award.

My family and I visited this location on 2/22/25, to purchase a new king bed and Antwan Vaughn helped us. From the moment we walked in, he was very kind and helpful to our needs. He even had a great sense of humor. I visited Ashley's before to check out the bed and mattress and told Antwan which one I saw and I just came back to show my husband in person. Antwan even showed us additional mattresses. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the approval process, questions we had on warranty and payment options. The staff that was around us were even helpful and friendly with us. Antwan was such a great help on getting the bed we wanted for me and my husband. The store is clean and beautiful. I visited Ashley's a few weeks ago and was just originally browsing for a king bed and briefly chatted with a salesman and I told him I would come back to show my husband and bring him back. He gave me his card but when I visited on 2/22, I switched purses and left the card in my other purse, causing me to forget the salesman's name and I forgot what he looked like. :-( but I found the card when I got home and his name was Phong Nguyen. and he was also very friendly and helpful on my initial visit. So I want to give him his credit and props as well and so sorry I didnt get to work with you like I planned. These recent times were my first time ever visiting and purchasing from Ashley's. Keep up the great work Ashley's and we can't wait to get our new bed and Mattress!!

Worst experience ever!We ordered a couch for our home in Biltmore and arranged delivery. They delivered the couches and unboxed in our living room. We needed help as older adults to move our couch 10 feet out of the way so we could set up the new couches. They said they couldn’t help and packed up the new couches …they were not nice to my wife who was just trying to help. Nobody from Ashley called to see what happened or what they could have done better. Terrible furniture store we will never go there again

Nolan was VERY patient with me as I oscillated between sectionals, dining tables, console tables and even mattresses. He's kind, professional and deserves more accolades than I have room to write. From one sales professional to another he's top notch.

Excellent customer service & care

Picked out a beautiful living room set. The salesperson was helpful. Chose a delivery date of 15,FEBRUARY because the salesperson informed that the recliner was not available until 8,FEBRUARY. My daughter and daughter in-law were with me and we ALL MADE SURE to ask the salesperson if ALL PIECES were available ( after the recliner not available yet) and he stated yes. He checked on his computer and scanned the items with his tablet. I call yesterday 31,JANUARY to see if we could possibly move the delivery date up ,and I told that my order was not in the system , a person from the actual store would contact me. The young lady called me and this is what I RECEIVED when I said hello " Hi this is Ashley furniture did you need something?". I said " excuse me??? ". She than changed her tone. She stated that the rug would not be available until MARCH! The furniture might be there by 28,FEBRUARY! I asked her WHY the salesperson told us everything was in stock and ready to go. She stated they don't know what things are in stock and they are the last to know when things change. This man shook my hand and we thanked him for his assistance! So lying to the customers , that's okay practice? Her explanation of WE DONT KNOW ? She also stated that if i don't want to wait for the living room set (we took 2 HRS to shop for the perfect set and price) that I could go back in and chose another set that is available????!!! Why would I do like that!! ?? When THIS set eas supposed to be ready to go? ETA 15,FEBRUARY, but now possibility MARCH? go back and get a new set and then to be told yet again, oooops not available until JULY 2026. This is unacceptable. Ashley furniture has good quality furniture, but POOR QUALITY STAFF AND PRACTICES

This store’s customer service is top notch! Very welcoming, they greet you, provide their name and let you know they are here to assist with any questions. In particular, we met Phong Nguyen and he is the BEST!!! He provided his contact information and when we decided to purchase, we did so with him. Phong was professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind. If you are looking to purchase quality furniture and have a friendly, no pressure experience, Ashley in Tempe AZ is that place. Ask for Phong Nguyen when you arrive as he is pleasant to work with.

Last Thursday we purchased an area rug at the Ashley store in Tempe AZ. Since the rug was not available in store we agreed to pick it up at the Phoenix distribution warehouse on Friday, the following day. On Saturday we unrolled the rug and discovered right away that it wasn't a good match for our living room. On Monday we called the store to verify that we could drive down from Scottsdale to exchange the rug. I was told by the sales rep that Ashley has a no exchange no return policy. Turns out the sales people don't tell the customer this beforehand and it's only made known to the customer through a printed sheet attached to your receipt after the purchase is made. This is a complete scam and since I can't return or exchange the rug we will never do business again with Ashley. Quick great service . I had an idea of exactly what I wanted. Ryan took me showed me I picked out Luna. The manager came got everything going while Ryan got pulled away. Excellent service and coming here for five years. I wouldn’t go to a different Ashley store.

You want to deal with a nightmare?? Buy anything from Ashley furniture in store. Reps are extremely rude. Your order will always b broken..lost..defects etc. Try to call them n fix the issue and you will need 5 blood pressure pills and end up spending weeks of your time gttg no where bfore you gv up. The Ashleys in Tempe is the worst of them all... Against my bettr judgment and many previous horrible experiences with ashleys i ordered 2 vases in the store in Tempe only because my client insisted on these specific ones and Ashley's had them. We'll 1 was broken upon delivery. When I md purchase i was told any problems no worries we will pick up n deliver new ones or u cn take to warehouse in phx n gt replaced. However we mk a claim we r told one will b delivered n old one picked up..we gt email confirmation..couple days later we r told no you hv to drive all the way bk to Ashley's in Tempe 50 miles away from me..take broken one thn mk order for new one and if the new one comes in broken again..well..I wld hv to drive another 50 miles bk to Tempe n do it all over again. Tried to reason with them n explain this is not what was told to us abt return/broken policy. Rep was not a reasonable person did not give a crap abt anything I was saying. So now I hv to decide do I spend 25 bucks in gas and drive 50 miles for a $45 vase or just take a loss??which is pretty much what Ashley's expect s you to do. That's y they mk everything so difficult. My advice..if you want to purchase anything from an Ashley's store go in store look at it 1st mk sure you want it then go online and order it. You will hv a much better experience with returns or issues after purchase.

Great customer service, there was a sale rep sitting waiting for clients to walk in, which i personally loved. Customer series rep(named Phong) kept his distance introduced himself. And gave us promotion and let us be, he would check in here and there but didn’t bother us to where we felt any type of pressure in anyway. He had all the answers, we left to think about our decision and options. Phong gave us his card and we came back couple hours later to purchase a love seat. The styles are really well designed and the prices are remarkably great. Fair price for delivery and assembly. Cant believe ashley furniture has been here and I've never came inside. They are commission based and honestly i love that when someone goes above and beyond and pays attention to your needs, i want to make sure they get their commission.

We were not informed our delivery was incomplete. It was a line item on the text from delivery. Called to make sure there wasn't an issue and we were told part of the couch we ordered was out of stock. We were never informed of this, and had to call. The rep we got on the phone couldn't have cared less. They basically said we'd get it eventually. To add to this. The sales rep in store lied about what will be covered with their warranty. We also have always used their 60 months financing, but this time we were asked to put down 30%, tax and delivery. Not that it was an issue, but we then 2 days later received a flyer for the 60 months 0 down. Not sure why they have to lie to conduct business, as we've not had this issue over the past 15 years of doing business with them. New management? Unacceptable. It is also clear reading reviews that they try to appease people with the, "send us an email with Attention..." It is obvious this is just to save face as none of the 1 star reviewers appear to have had their issue resolved.

I am so very happy I went in to Ashley Furniture at their Tempe location. Felipe took unbelievably good care of me. Having just bought a house and being new to the area he helped me a great deal. I highly recommend Felipe and Ashley in general!

Sales manager Ryan was very good at service and his back end support has been good. Delivery is very unreliable. Despite getting called by Ashley on delivery of the furniture and confirming of dates, I did not received my furniture even after two months. This has happened third time now. I would not buy from Ashley due to pathetic delivery schedules. A lady named Jeniffer told me 'they do not make furnitures with hands and dont care about delivery'. Finally I had to cancel the furniture. Never buy form Ashley

Before I get into the delivery ridiculousness I have to call out that I was accidentally charged the full amount of the couch instead of the financing plan and down payment and it was caught while still in the store and I was told was cancelled and would be refunded, but when I called almost a week later to check on the status of that refund I was told that it had not been cancelled or refunded and they had to take care of it then and it still took another 3 days before I got my money back and it wasn’t a small amount by any means. The other issue we are having is my wife and I purchased this couch on 11/25 and were told to expect delivery by 12/13. Today being the 13th I called to check on the timeframe it would arrive by as I had not heard anything from Ashley and was told flippantly that it will be delivered on the 21st!! No one reached out prior to this to let me know and a full 8 day delay is something you should let the buyer know of ahead of the expected delivery date. I was told there was nothing they can do as far as getting the couch to me at the estimated delivery date, which I understand, but also was told this in a kind of “oh well, what can you do” hands in the air kind of way and it is completely unacceptable that this is occurring. The overall experience of buying this couch has been subpar and we will not be purchasing any other furniture or anything from Ashley or its subsidiaries in the future. Highly disappointed with my experience as we are going to be without a couch for a month and there seemingly is no urgency or want to make things right on their end.

Last year I went to an Ashley furniture in Tempe, AZ to purchase a new mattress. Upon walking the store I told the sales lady that I need a mattress that would fit my body size because I am 6'5" and over 350 pounds. The sales lady assured me that the mattress she was selling me was made for bigger men and was a mix of firm and soft. My mattress at the time was given to me and had divits on both sides from peoples bodyweight, and destroyed my back and aggravated my nerve pain from trauma associated from the ARMY. I am a disabled veteran and a professional Executive Protection Agent for celebrities and CEO'S. I am on my feet a lot and my sleep is a huge part of my success, especially since I am on a cpap also. Currently I wake up in a lot of pain from my body being out of position all night. This new mattress ($2,000) began to sag on one side after nearly a month and so I had to switch sides. A month later the other side began to sag and now the whole bed is is out of wack and getting worse everyday. I would have left if they didn't have something firm enough for me, but the sales lady was just trying to make a sale because while I was there she kept pushing me to leave a good review on the site. I let it ride bc I thought it was just being broken in. At the 5-6 month mark I called and tried to do a trade in or get my money back but they said no. I still owe $925 on it and seriously want to throw it away. I am very unhappy with the purchase and thought they would a longer warranty. I have boughten from Ashley before and it has been successful, but this occasion has left a bitter taste in my mouth and I will not recommend or buy from Ashley again.

My experience with Ashley Homestore was absolutely awful. After purchasing our table we were given a specific time and date to pick up our table. Upon arrival we were informed that the table had not yet arrived to the warehouse. Two days later after multiple calls later the table was at the warehouse but couldn’t be pulled off the truck until further notice. A week later, we were finally able to pick up the table with no communication or compensation at all through the whole process. 0/10 experience.

Ashley the store, and Ryan, and Phong were great. Now, the Delivery part wasn't very good. They scraped up our wall putting the bed together.

Great store with lots of variety and options to choose from. I had tentatively chosen a sofa online, but needed to try it out in person. It was so much better than I could have ever hoped, and the salesman was very helpful and gave me an extra discount. I was able to get the white glove delivery and a five-year warranty for only $99. My Maitelyn sofa and ottoman are perfect in my new home and I could not be happier!

I went to t b e location in Tempe and the employees were very respectful. They allowed to browse without haggling my wife and me. When I had questions the sales rep. Was very knowledgeable. Our experience was perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to go to that location again for furniture needs

Delivery was late, not due to the drivers but due to the defective truck lift gate. My husband had to help with getting the gate back in the tracks and lifted, and then they had 3 more deliveries with the same truck. But once they were able to actually bring the furniture in, everything went great, they got everything assembled and placed well, and we love the furniture!

Quality furniture at reasonable prices. Love my chaise sofa! Third party delivery was a guy who didn’t speak ANY English so trying to tell him the sofa had black marks all over it was useless. The sofa was back ordered and I waited over a month so didn’t want to wait any longer. I cleaned all the black marks off and made note to self - never pay $50 for front door delivery.

Everything experienced during purchase of our new bed in the store was 5 starts, but everything since dealing with Ashley's customer service has been horrible. We had a damaged bed at delivery that we rejected, we had a broken draw and incorrectly manufactured foot board once the new bed came and was assembled. This all go fixed in a rather timely manor, but tying to get any credit for everything that has been wrong since the initial delivery has been all but impossible to talk to anyone about. The stores can't help in this matter anymore as i been told, it all has to be done via Ashley's Corporate customer service. Which btw doesn't even have a automatic option to track a claim number, its horrible to navigate. We will NEVER buy anything from Ashley's again. The sad part is it is no fault of the store, its the fault of the corporation.

I went there with my mom and cousin and we were looking for couch for my living room. All the furniture was really pretty and in no time we found something of our liking. Antwan helped us a lot, he was very kind and really patience while he answer all of our questions (we had many). The whole experience was good but Antwan made it a 10/10

Do NOT buy from here. They lie about delivery times to get sales. We were told late September early October. Today they call and say November. A new house with no furniture now because of this shady business. If you look at other one star reviews you’ll see they do this a lot. So BEWARE ! Update the response I got below did nothing. They didn’t even reply after I sent them my receipt showing the promise date. They are now going to ruin our Thanksgiving because no one will have a place to sit. Ashley is complete garbage.

Vartan did an incredible job, he recommended with an exquisite taste and went out of his way to help us out with our living room. He was the most helpful, super knowledgable and always very friendly and respectful in all manners, the store was closing but they managed to greet us and make us feel welcome. It amazes me how they took care of us without making us feel uncomfortable or awkward about the time, store manager and associate with a smile on their face and making us not feel rushed. We just had an amazing experience with Vartan. Me and my best friend were literally walking out empty handed, he literally pulled us back in from the door and starting exploring our needs and concerns. Talked about the new amazing products and technology Ashley carries. We decided to give it a shot and allow him to show us stuff. He went out of his way to move furniture around to give the whole view of what we were imagining. Mind you he started talking to us 15 mins before closing but didn’t care cause he knew we had made a long drive from Tucson. He doesn’t cares about the sale , he cares about delivering to his clients! Did not push any sale didn’t felt pressured at all! On top of all this he has amazing taste! Antwan provided exceptional service to us today. We were looking for a sofa and he was very patient, showed us all the options and was very respectful of budget.

I am writing this review to express my profound disappointment with the delivery service provided by Ashley HomeStore. I purchased a couch from Ashley on July 27, 2024, fully aware that the delivery date would not be until August 27. A few days before that date, I was informed of a delay until September 12, which I completely understood due to shipping issues/delays happen. Fast forward to the day before the rescheduled delivery (9/11), I received confirmation via text and email that the delivery would be on September 12 between 11:45 AM and 3:45 PM. Given that I had been without a couch for nearly two months, I was eager and made specific arrangements to be home for this delivery. To my dismay, on the morning of September 12, I received a text at 8:10 AM indicating that the delivery was postponed yet again. To be notified LESS THAN four hours before the scheduled delivery window is unacceptable. This late notice severely disrupted my plans and shows a lack of consideration and communication from Ashley HomeStore. I find it hard to believe that earlier notification was not possible. Nobody knew prior to four hours before the delivery window? I had intentionally adjusted my work schedule to accommodate the delivery, only to have those plans rendered ineffective. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied with Ashley service. Given the repeated issues with delivery times and communication, I will be seeking furniture from other companies in the future. My friends have shared similar experiences with last-minute delivery changes from Ashley, and I am now compelled to avoid your company to prevent further frustration.

I was in search of leather couch and Sam helped me out. He was professional, kind, and not overly pushy. He even moved the couch around for my visual preferences (knowing it wouldn't work). Ask for Sam! I found our perfect new leather couch

Yolanda and Ryan at the Tempe store were amazing and excellent employees. It was an easy process and much better than any other furniture store we have been to.

I apologize ahead of time but this is going to be a bit lengthy. As far as the product that we purchased from them, I have no complaints. However my complaint is about the “sales pitch” that was given to us. When we made our purchase we were promised and agreed on a $599.00 in store credit once we paid off our purchase. It was a through their protection plan and as long as we did not use their cleaning/repair service throughout the payment period we would be given that amount back once we paid off our purchase. We finished paying off our purchase and when inquiring about our store credit they told us that they discontinued the store credit refund and they would not honor what we agreed and signed on. I understand that the refund is no longer offered however, it was offered when we signed. I write this to give awareness to future customers since its obvious that Ashley acted out of greed and is willing to tell/promise anything in order to have customers sign on the dotted line, but once we hold up our end of the deal they do not follow through on their end. I also want to add that we did everything to speak with someone about the matter, but were given the runaround from everyone we spoke to, lasted over an hour on the phone, were not offered any resolution, and frankly were treated with blatant unprofessionalism. If they did this to us they’ll definitely do this to others. Also, who knows what else they try to get away with. I really hope this reaches others, and may even affect their sales, and prevent them future customers. Maybe that’s the only way they honor what they promise. This is unfortunate, because we like their products but they just lost a customer.

We experienced simply customer service from Antwan and Vartan. Actually everyone that was Zender on this particular day was super nice and agar to help. Fabulous quality of furniture from companies that build quality furniture from Vietnam, Indonesia, India, not China, thank God, Furniture that last.! We have dealt with this company over the years and have never been disappointed. They are a one stop shop, from pads, mattresses, couches, end tables, a lot of choices.

I'm putting one star because It's not possible to put Zero, really bad quality furniture and the worst customer service, bought a bed six months ago and the platform broke, been trying to have the technician to come for almost a month, but they never came on the scheduled day. So far no one from Ashley has been helpful (in store, Phone or email).

What a wonderful shopping experience! I was helping my daughter furnish her apartment in Phoenix, and I started shopping online. I ended up calling the store to ask some questions. I am so glad I did because I met a sales person who went above and beyond to help me find furniture that would be available for delivery when I was in town. He was so attentive and communicated with me from out of town as well as when I got here. If you are shopping at the Ashley furniture store in Phoenix, ask for Phong… He is the best!!!

AMAZING!!! i bought a mattress here a few weeks ago because for the last few years I was sleeping on an air mattress "Not a Good Idea" so I was in the market for something comfortable and supportive when it came to my back. After testing out a few different mattresses, I found the right one! Hanan was very informative and super helpful and answered every question I had. I was having trouble falling asleep for the past few months, and now whenever I crawl into bed, I swear I can just feel the stress melting off my body as this mattress is super comfortable! I even bought a cooling pillow which always stays nice and cool and comfortable for my neck as well. The entire transaction was seamless and I had no issues. I now sleep very comfortably! worth every penny!

I placed an order with Ashley on 05/14/2024. The other containers a house full of furniture. Ashley’s has sent confirmation of delivery for 07/11/2024. (Today )I contacted Ashley’s for the time window of delivery and was told they will not be delivering. I then contacted the Tempe store to speak with The supposed manager, Jennifer, who was rude and basically said there is nothing I can do. So now I here with my Service animal with no future and Ashley has not done anything to Correct, the issue or make it right. Jennifer basically said you have to wait till the 18th to possibly get your furniture. Please explain to me that I set up everything on May 14 and Months later, they still can’t get it here on time. Additionally, Jennifer called me back and stated they would deliver the furniture today per the Binding contract if I pay an additional $750 for delivery. Fun when I already paid for delivery and a set up fee. So explain why you write a contract and you don’t follow through with the agreement. It’s a binding contract.

Overall good experience in the store. Employees were attentive and helpful. I ended up purchasing a sectional. However, upon delivery one of the pieces had a very noticeable defect. Had to call customer service and a technician right away, which was pretty disappointing.

We've had great experiences, my most recent was the best, Antwan Vaughn Jr. made the process super simple and he clearly and concisely provided us with all the information we needed pertaining to the product and how it gets delivered.

This is the worst customer service I have ever received after spending thousands of hours dollars of furniture. They have canceled my delivery over 5 times now. They dropped off a head board and no bed frame/ headboard. I can’t even get the actual office to help me cancel the freaking order. Horrible location horrible customer service. I am fed up and being charged for product I never received . If you can see this Ashley’s furniture you should do better and reach out to your customer

We have a coffee table that cracked where the leg was due to a knot in the wood. Jennifer was very helpful. Since we purchased a warranty she took our information and we will be contacted to either repair or replace our table. She was fast and efficient. UPDATE: I have to change my review to a one star and here is why. After submitting the pictures and documentation of the defective parts of the table, we were told it’s “normal wear and tear”. We did not agree with this assessment and went back and spoke with the manager who agreed that our damage did not show “normal wear and tear” and our claim was re-submitted. It was denied again and we were told to go through the insurance we bought at the time of purchase. We reluctantly submitted a claim and were denied because we did not place the claim within 30 days of damage. So Ashley will not back up poor workman and any delay in claims are denied for timing. This catch 22 Is totally inappropriate and should not have happened. Buyer beware!

The only down side about this store is their delivery time, even though the items we ordered were in stock, there is at least 10 days out for delivery, that's a little bit long, need to work on that Ashley's! We recently purchased at another chain store and our furniture was delivered within a day.

I had a place to buy the furniture much cheaper but Ashley store matched the price. Would have been $5500 at the store, but they matched my price of $3000. So awesome. Most unprofessionally sales person I have ever found at furniture store. Once I paid, he never responded my calls or msg… delivery three times changed, delivered Brocken items… issues is they hire third party for delivery, so you no choice other then reach out to store sales manager… They charged my card multiple times for same items

The selection was great and we ended getting almost everything we needed. Vartan especially was really nice and helpful. We were a little late to the store but he made sure that we weren't rushed and he was very knowledgeable, knowing exactly what to look for based on our descriptions!

Stay away, be aware. Very unethical sales practices bought an item from here and they insisted I didn’t have to look through the packaging to make sure everything was in there. Get home and there’s multiple missing pieces and broken pieces called the store and they said I’m basically stuck with it!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE

It seems large, but they only really had couches. The staff was nice and left us alone - which is preferred and better than other similar stores where they follow you like vultures.

I can go to the business where your price matching and just purchase their for that price and no warranty. Be careful for their sales tactics. After reading the reviews on their warranty it’s not worth it. Buyer beware

As I read the reviews on here, I realize that everyone received great service. My wife and I did too, even when they sold us the expensive protection plan. However when we developed issues with the sofa they were not as helpful. Everyone blamed everyone else, we had two people who claimed to be store managers ( no business card or name tag) each on directing us to corporate without trying to help. One even told us we could leave the store because he couldn’t help us. what a difference in treatment. Never have I been so disappointed. I have spent over 17 years in management and I would never treat anyone the way we were treated. This will go up the chain. I promise

My experience with Ashley-- Tempe, Mesa & Gilbert, has been fantastic. My husband and I were looking for barstools over the past few months, and they were not bought until we went to Ashley's - but just to look! The deal was not only great, but the service was outstanding (not kidding!) we dealt with the 3 locations mentioned and bought from all 3. No pressure, just guidance. I don't know why we didn't consider Ashley earlier!

Wow! From the moment my family and I walked through the door of Ashley's Furniture store the hospitality began. We were greeted politely by a member of the sales team without any added pressure that salespeople can sometimes apply. We were shopping for a few kids' beds that we saw online but they were no longer in shock; well of course clearance items go fast. But to my surprise, the saleswoman showed me similar beds slightly higher-priced. She contacted her manager and he was willing to work with us and matched the online price of the clearance item, seeing that it was still posted. We are far from rich and the help we got from this store's team did come in handy. So from my family to yours thanks Ashley's. We went to Ashley looking for countertop barstools since we love our leather couches we purchased a few years ago. We were greeted by Hanan and she directed us to where they were located in the store. She then followed up with us to see if we had found any that we were interested in purchasing. The pair we wanted to purchase were out of stock. She suggested that she could order them for us and have them shipped to our home which was perfectly acceptable for us. She was so helpful. We received our barstools within days of ordering. Hanan is a great asset to your store!

Best option is no stars. Delivery guys don’t speak any English. Used an impact driver to screw in pieces together and split one of the supports along with stripping out another hole. This was needed for an event this weekend and the best I was told is maybe sometime 8hrs later they will process the return and then check the schedule, which will most likely be a week out. It’s been a while since I’ve shopped at Ashley due to the poor customer service and wow I guess some things never change.

Jacary has to be the kindest soul I have met in my life. Not only did him and Luna furnish my whole home. I got to learn about jacary and his story. Do you know that jacary is a leading salesman for this Fortune 500 company. His first year he was able to deliver 1.6 million never being in this industry and I can tell you how. Great low pressure sales experience

Part of my experience was good, the salesman helped while we were in store & then I was able to call back later & order the table & chairs we wanted. The bad, the order was placed with a delivery date 5 weeks in the future because our new house isn't ready. Also we live in a remote town where delivery isn't available so I used my sister's local address for delivery. Our intention was to visit my sister for the delivery so the boxes wouldn't be a problem. Well, the chairs were dropped off about 5 days after purchase & the table was dropped off 3 days later. No notice that delivery was scheduled. No one was home at my sister's, the boxes were just left at the front door. Very disappointed with the delivery.

Bought a $4k mattress PLUS the extended 5 year warranty, which supposedly covered ANY kind of damage except anything pet related. This is the information that was verbally relayed to me by the salesperson who eagerly took all my money, and it is also the information that is listed on the “Premium Protection Plan” pamphlet I received which details the terms of my coverage, as per the plan that we PAID EXTRA FOR. This incredibly expensive mattress is now unbearable to sleep on, and has a very evident sagging spot which clearly shows internal damage to the structure of it. No one I talk to seems to be keen on helping me. Manufacturer claims that I have to file a claim through Ashley since they are a verified retail partner, and part of the agreement Ashley enters into as Sealy trusts them to sell their products, is that Ashley handles all manufacturer warranty claims for the items they sell. Yet Ashley tells me the warranty is only good for 1 year even though the manufacturer’s website says their mattresses have a 10 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY. Never mind the fact that on Ashley’s website I can clearly see that Sleeper Mattresses have a THREE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY through Ashley’s own policies. Yet I am told that unfortunately they cannot do anything because it is past a year since purchase!!! And GBS, the third party warranty company that I literally paid extra for, all under guise of them supposedly covering ALL ITEMS I PURCHASED, and ALL KINDS OF NON PET RELATED DAMAGE, also refuses to do anything about this. This is absolutely freaking outrageous. We have purchased multiple items from Ashley and have spent well over $10k at this store, the sales rep who helped us made several mistakes including selling us the completely wrong couch claiming that it had features which it clearly did not. We let it slide because it seemed like too much of a hassle to return the couch once delivered and assembled. We thought maybe it was just a forgivable case of negligence due to her being new, but I am starting to wonder if everyone at Ashley just says whatever needs to be said in order to secure a sale, and once they have your thousands of dollars in their hand they couldn’t care less about you or your problems! I literally just got off the phone with the manufacturer of the mattress, and they verified that my mattress should be covered for 10 years, and Ashley is supposed to comply with the manufacturer’s warranty as they are still an active retail partner. Which means that everyone I have talked to at Ashley Furniture is LYING in order to avoid paying out for a defective item they sold me. You are so much better off buying things directly from a manufacturer who will actually stand by their product instead of trying to wash their hands clean of any issue that comes up once your money has been eagerly taken. Ashley Furniture will NOT stand by any of the promises they make you in the store, nor will they stand by the warranty policies that are blatantly stated on their own website, nor any of the agreements that they come to with manufacturers who are trusting them to sell their products as they are supposed to be a reputable business that manufacturers can entrust their retail operations to. I am so thoroughly disappointed and enraged by this whole ordeal. We dropped over $4k on a mattress because our old 10 year old one was terrible to sleep on, only for the new one to become even more uncomfortable than the old one in less than two years of purchase, and NO ONE at Ashley will do anything to help us, which is defrauding both me AND the manufacturer whose policies they are supposed to be abiding by. Ashley Furniture is nothing but a bunch of crooks who will say whatever they need to say in order to get your money and once your money is in their grubby little paws they will go back on every promise and policy that is meant to protect you :) Spend your cash here at your own risk!

I purchased a sectional couch on black Friday and was confirmed delivery on 12/2/2023 waited for delivery all day and nothing. No one had the courtesy to contact me and say that it was rescheduled for 12/9/2023 and to top it off it wasn't even in stock. Talk about bait and switch. My 85 year mom has to sit on a fold out chair to watch TV because we have no couch.

Joselyn was extremely helpful for me and my pregnant wife. We moved into a new home with only a few months to prepare before the baby was born. Visiting the Tempe Ashley location was stress-free, positive, and so easy whereas it could have been quite the opposite at another furniture store. We are incredibly grateful for the service and quality of furniture we received. We will absolutely be returning to this location to see Joselyn and the team again.

Today 11/25/2023 at 4:30pm we went to Ashley to get a dining set and living room set that we been eyeing on their website, we found out the dining set is available “on floor” as they call but the living room set we wanted is not available on floor, so we keep looking for an alternative, but this lady I forgot her name, she’s in a Italian/middle eastern decent told my husband that if we are not going to buy that we should leave because she can’t move forward to the next client if we are still there. We are stunned but we decided to just leave but we ask the guy in the front (I believe his name is Jacary) if it’s in their policy to ask a customer to leave just because we taking our time to look for furniture, like we only just been there for like 15 minutes, we end up buying a set of dining and living room at American Furniture Warehouse in Gilbert, we like Ashley but just stay away from that sales representative lady in a Italian/middle eastern decent.

I was Helped by a sales representative by the name of Nate. He went above and beyond with out orders not trying to upsell us but trying to make sure we got into the right bed that we wanted. Our order was recently back logged till January 2024 and he called us without us having to reach out to find a resolution to getting what we purchased sooner. He ended up being able to get us most of our order without us having to wait till January. He went above and beyond to make sure that we have and had a good experience.

We got our couch and coffee table in June or July when we moved to our new house. We had a nice gentleman, Jacary, help us. He got a great deal for us. We just bought matching end tables today and were helped by Jacary again. We’ve bought other items from Ashley and we have always been pleased.

Loved our experience! Went to 4 furniture stores Ashley's was our last stop. Every store previous workers basically ignored us. Soon as we stepped into Ashley's Vic (anh vu tran) was an immediate help. Walked us through the store answered all of our questions and was joyful. We left to try one other store and came right back to speak to Vic. Bought a sofa at a anazing price! Cheap delivery. A great experience! Give our salesman a raise! Won't be back, don't recommend it.. they guy boasted he was the best salesman in the USA and then said, no one comes in this late unless they are ready to buy.. he then followed us around the store in kind of a creepy way.. just made us uncomfortable.. we went to American furniture warehouse and got an entire bedroom set and a couch and recliner for a 1/3 the price Ashley was asking...

My fiancé and I came in looking for furniture for our new place and Phong welcomed us in and asked what we were looking for and we told him we were just looking around for now. He proceeded to ask us what we needed and we told him for the second time that we just wanted to look around for a bit. As we were looking around there was a second Asian man who worked there seeming to follow us around (I hadn’t noticed yet). I went to try out a second chair and then finally noticed that we were being followed as both Phong and this other Asian man stood in front of us as we were trying out furniture like every one else in the store. Afterwords I got up and told my fiancé that we were leaving. I will not be coming here again.
