I was supposed to have my furniture delivered today (5/13/19), but because of a "confirmation" error I have wasted an entire day waiting for a delivery that was never loaded on the truck. When I called in I got nothing but BS and a story as to why it might be delivered before a scheduled Doctor's appointment on Wednesday (5/15/19). That is provided the warehouse can accommodate my requested time due to my Dr's appointment that day. Bottom line is, if I do not have my furniture delivered by the end of the day on Thursday, 5/16/19, I will demand a refund and take my business elsewhere. I have more important things to do than wasting my time thanks to a failed delivery confirmation system and poor customer service. Based on this experience, this could very well be the last time I do business with Ashley Furniture Home Store.
Quality furniture, well organized, prices are too high.
So beyond frustrated, we bought a living room set March 18th at the Tempe Arizona store and one of the end tables were back ordered and we were guaranteed delivery by April 29th. We still have not received this table, though we have paid in full already! Anybody we talk to is completely clueless, is there anybody that Can call me and get this taken care of ASAP! We have went into the store wasted many hours, been on the phone holding for many hours still nothing. This is absolutely ridiculous at this point I want to just return all of our furniture and go else where. Worst client experience ever...
Spent $ 7k, supposed to deliver, but not...today as scheduled and confirmed...
This has been the worst experience as a consumer that I have ever experienced! Our sales Rep. Was awesome. (Angela) Other than her, poor all the way around! Ordered a bed and frame, waited for 5 days. When the delivery arrived it was completely wrong. A truckload of furniture we didnt order and still no mattress. We went down to the location and were given gift cards. Had an adjustable base in my bedroom until the next day. Then, when the delivery guys showed up they told us the base was wrong for our frame.(storage drawers) The warehouse manager called and tried to straighten things out. Seems the delivery men were mistaken, they returned with our frame and assembled it. The frame is scratched and now we're trying to just get what we paid for. Good luck to anyone who tries to purchase anything from here. I know I won't recommend them to anyone! I have to edit this review after going down to the store. I had a long conversation with a manager (Ryan) I felt that he is making every effort to rectify our experience. I believe the issues with this company are in the mechanics of how things are done and not in their people. Which is a good thing. It's fixable. The personnel are great! The process, not so much.

Nice store, great staff that are friendly and very knowledgeable. They'll let you wander, or walk with you and help you - whichever you prefer. Furniture is well made, and comes with a great warranty for a nominal fee. Regular sales make this well made furniture that is very affordable.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Great place. Buy most of my furniture here. I look around but always come back. Bought a living room set this time.
First off. The sales man was sooooo pushy and kept asking to add on things to the sale even after i had repeatedly told him no. Then he just handed us our receipt and walked away. When we go to pick up the bed the next day he had submitted the wrong bed so we had to wait for the store to open to get someone there to change it in the order since evidently their own wear house cannot do themselves. Then we are told the bed wont be jn until three days from now. Then they just said okay the customer will wait. Then said im sorry and that was it. We woke up at 7 to drive almost an hour to get the this place, to only be sent home and told to come back another day. I am sooo upset and will be telling everyone i know never to shop at this location. I will drive the extra milage to go somewhere else!
Very friendly staff, excellent customer service
The whole process here is stressful from the minute you step in the door. You have people hounding you and following you around obviously working for their commission. There’s a difference between customer service and just feeling like they are pushing you. I paid for shipping for everything separately and they assured me the credit card wouldn’t be charged until we got that item. Everything was delivered separately and as soon as I got one thing everything was charged to the card. I had to call multiple times for the dining ware set because they would schedule delivery and never show up with no notification. We got the dining ware set 3 months later only because my husband had to pick it up 40 minutes away.
