Staff is friendly, but very high pressure sales. Went in to ask if they sell area rugs, the sales lady needed to go with us, flip through rugs with us, agree with us, and then get our information before checking stock. Then when I asked for her. Ard because I wasn't sure if it was what I wanted, she walked away saying she would see if it was available same day. I had to walk out and sent my husband to tell her I completely changed my mind. Just not my thing.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Went to pick UP at their warehouse and the items are in pieces. If I wanted an IKEA special I would have gone to IKEA. Called in for help and I was told “you already picked the items up, there is nothing we can do”. That concept of “we don’t really care now” is a sad commentary on how poorly customers are treated after the sale.

Ashley Furniture. We received, faulty furniture that we tried to return, the person who delivered the piece convinced us to not send it back he explained that he was a employee of Ashley and not a contractor, he also explained that is the tech could not fix there was no risk Ashley would send a new piece no problem, we pushed back again and explained we are very busy and didn’t want the headache of dealing with this, he again plead saying that he had been with the company for years and that this issues happen all the time and it was normal procedure. Nader his aggressive advice we accepted the piece. The delivery person said we would receive a call from service to schedule a tech within the week, that never happened 3 weeks later we the clients had to call and explain to get a tech scheduled that came another 2 weeks later. The tech came and fixed the piece not to our satisfaction; I then called again a week and half later cause the holding times at Ashley’s is about 1 hour long finally was able to get service on the line again. After this you might agree with me in that I’m agitated, after explaining the situation to Margarita she explained that I can not get refunded or exchanged, we I asked for her to send me the policy for managing these issues, she explained that they(Ashley’s) do not send their policies via email. I explained that two weeks wait for a second tech is outside my time frame and I expect faster response to the fact that Ashley’s has not managed our case professionally. Yes, I know I’m being difficult by asking Ashley’s the to ti the extra mile and solve this issue but I’m doing so because I don’t feel that I should be penalized to solve and continue to manage and follow up on Ashley’s lack of due diligence. Because I was being difficult and looking for immediate answers. The last representative that took my call, Margarita’s in the client customer service. Hang up the phone on me even after I asked her not to do so, and without me using any curse words. My ask, simple - First, send a tech ASAP and do the right thing fix or replace the furniture. Drawers should a-line when closed rather than one side stick out more than other. This looks cheap and badly assembled, nothing like the piece that we saw in the store when we bought $7000 worth of furniture. Second, take some time to coach your delivery team to explain policies. Rather then push clients into making decisions that could hurt them and hurt the Ashley’s brand. Third, hired better people persons in the service team, people that can relate with client issues and operations. And continually trained them on managing difficult situations since they will encoger those on a daily basis. For additional feedback or questions please feel free to reach out.

Ordered a love seat and a sofa, first they said that it will take 3 weeks for delivery (Which is ridiculous) second, once the delivery guys showed up, the order was missing. Called customer service and they said that someone at ashley made a mistake and did not attach the file correctly and that they would deliver the missing item In 6 days. I asked to speak with the store manager, the Customer service rep advised me that his name is Gabe and he is extremely busy and probably would not return your call until the day after. Wow, unbelievable, i am screwed cause i was expecting some visitors from out of town. Horrible experience, kudos Gabe and staff!!!!

Beautiful show room. Black friday started early. I am really excited to purchase my first Ashley sectional. You sit down and do not want to get up.

Got a defective piece of furniture and they refused to exchange, they repaired instead after almost a month and series of no shows.

Natalie was an amazing help during our quest for a new couch. Not only did she answer all of our questions with ease, but she had excellent advice and was super friendly! What I thought was going to be a stressful trip to the furniture store with limited options in our budget actually turned in to a free for all, too many to choose from situation. There were so many great deals that I had to wipe my eyes a few times. We went in looking for a couch and walked out with an entire living room set. Thank you Natalie for the wonderful service & thank you Ashley Furniture for the unbelievable Black Friday deal!

Natalie was our rep and she was SUPER helpful! Very nice and friendly. She found us the perfect living room set and even took the time to help us get everything matched up. Great selection and great staff. We will definitely be coming back and asking for Natalie!

This is the worst customer experience ever. Upon walking into the store, you can already tell these salesmen/saleswomen are sizing you up to see how much they can sell you. They'll run you through the store attempting to push you to buy without letting you really get a feel for what you like. They'll write down a high price, then drop the price on the spot to attempt to swindle you into a sale to make a nice commission. As much as they'd like to pretend they are helping get what is best for your home, it's really just another sale to them. If you don't like these tactics and decide you'd want time to think about your decision, because the furniture you choose is important to you since it will stay with you for a long time to come, they'll shoo you away. The lady that was "working" with us (or more like "working" us) even said that she'd "love to take our comission if we could afford it" as a snide and underhanded remark. It's not about the price, it's about how much we love it. We went to a different furniture store and had a much better experience, so we bought an entire living room set from them instead.

Absolutely horrific customer service. Ordered several pieces of furniture 4 months ago. 3 of 4 items were delivered, the fourth was back-ordered. Last weekend we got a call it was "destroyed in transit" and that they would give us a replacement soon. "Soon" apparently means January, after the holidays we were expecting to use this new piece. In addition, they "cant see the status" of the replacement until after it comes back to the warehouse. The worst part of this whole ordeal by far is that you cant cancel/refund your order over the phone, Ashley requires you to go into the store so their salespeople can harass you into buying something else.

I bought a coffee table in store after being told by the sales person that this sale was their best price. After delivery I am now noticing that the color is a different shade from the floor model and the table is actually sold at a lower price on their own website. Once your items have been delivered they refuse to help. This was my first and last purchase from this dishonest company, who treats their own website as a competitor.
