Very large store with multiple selections. Friendly staff but prices were not favorable to value and ratings of furniture.

Nice place and well kept but prices are crazy expensive.
Norman was wonderful! Went in to make a purchase and also explain a not so good experience about the protection plan from a previous purchase and the manager took very good care of me and was able to walk out feeling very happy. I have been coming back to Ashley Furniture because of the customer service and the quality of furniture.

Had a wonderful shopping experience, The salesman James he was extremely patient with us. He was even moving furniture around to make it More life like experience, Now that is what I call customer service, James went all out to Ensure we loved the furniture we picked out, Gabriel the store manager is it to far behind he went all out himself to give us a great deal. Will definitely recommend my friends and family. James and Gabriel deserve a 10 plus. It's not very often you bump into a couple of good guys or should I say magnificent guys. The manager at this store is awesome anything I had a problem he got it taken care of right away. This store goes out of its way to make its customers happy.
Second time purchasing here and I didn’t get my stuff the day we scheduled. I got my stuff the next day and I was told at the store that the day of the delivery they were going to put it together outside of the house because of COVID-19 and take the trash, they didn’t do it. I told the guys and they said no they didn’t get the message.

Looks like im writing my first bad review. Went to the Tempe location our sales person was amazing. Bought a couch, kitchen table and chairs, and end tables. One of the end tables was great and the other had holes drilled through it. You were not able to tell that the holes go all the way through until you start opening the drawer. Dealing with a customer service has been a nightmare. 2 1/2 hours on phone calls only to be told that I have to wait for a technician to come out in two weeks. I sent them pictures of the holes and they said it was a natural part of the table. It is not as I have one in good condition. They will be attentive to you in the store and no one made me wait even a minute to receive help when they are trying to sell. But once they have the sale done they do not care about customer service whatsoever. They are not even willing to replace the table that I got less than 24 hours ago but in two weeks they are going to send a technician just to let me know if it’s natural or a defect. Very sad we have a very big house that we just bought and was planning on filling it with their furniture. We will not be returning to Ashley‘s furniture for anything ever again.
Until there was Ms Lilly, Ms Yulondia and Mr Jonathan as well as nick the manager I would have never come back to Ashley furniture again they MADE our experience super inviting, welcoming and our day was complete please please let me thank them for doing their absolute BEST in everything to ensure our order was completed and delivered in the time scheduled We appreciate u and thank you all
Greatest furniture buying experience ever! Just moved down to Phoenix from Wisconsin with my Fiancee and had to furnish my entire apartment. Everywhere else we went, the sales people were pushy, followed us around when we just wanted to browse, and kept showing us clearance or budget furniture, probably because we are young. We felt insulted and pressured everywhere we went! We were about to give up, but decided to give Ashley Homestore in Tempe a try, and I am so glad we did! Ryan and his team took great care of us! They listened to our needs, and what we wanted. We were allowed some space to look at options, and it seemed like every time we had a question, someone was there and ready to help. There was no pressure to buy, and they let us purchase when we were comfortable. To top it all off, we got 30% off of our entire order! We spent less than we planned to furnish our ENTIRE apartment and they even offered us a great deal on a 5 year GUARANTEE on everything we bought. If your looking for anything for you home, you need to stop here before making any decisions! Easiest buying experience ever!
I ordered an accent bench in November 2019 and still have yet to receive it. It is now May 2020.
Ordered a dining set in April, it was scheduled to deliver today, I received a confirmation number once I ordered but never received any email or tracking even though they charged me for it. I called today since it never delivered only to be told the order didn’t go through and I’d have to order again. I asked how that’s possible if I’d been charged and received a confirmation number, only to be talked down to and told “well you should’ve received an email too and it should’ve said failed on it” no where on your website does it say that and I Never got one. I work in customer service and never have I ever experienced such terrible customer service, gonna be eating dinner on the floor of my new home for another week waiting for a different table to come .... never buying here again , didn’t offer any resolution for me beside telling me to order again.
