YES...I would recommend Ashley HomeStore to family and friends!! We had a terrible experience with another furniture store! It took over two and half months to get our bed, because it was delivered damaged the first time. AFW made us feel like we didn't matter because it was such a small order (we couldn't afford the whole set at the same time) Awful feeling! Then we went to Ashley's to get the other part of the set, the credenza; it was delivered and received in perfect condition in four days!! Ashley's customer service was amazing! ("E" helped us) I would say, you get what you pay for but Ashley's worked with us and we got it cheaper than AFW!!!!!!

In late August my girlfriend and I purchased a TV stand with delivery and set up from Ashley in Tempe. Our in-store service was excellent and extremely helpful, but that is where the positives of our experience ended. First our delivery was scheduled for 9/3 but on the date of delivery we were called and informed that there was no item in the warehouse for delivery, thus I had taken a day off from work for no reason and delivery was canceled without advanced warning. Next our item was delivered a few weeks later and left in the condition depicted below. One of the legs to our entertainment system was broken and glued back together, in addition the shelves were not installed as part of the "set up" we purchased. The condition of our item required a service visit during which employees entered our home without masks and did not wear them at any point, only to leave later without repairing our item or installing the shelf because additional parts had to be ordered. At this point our TV stand remains partially assembled and clearly damaged upon arrival. To date Ashley Furniture has refused to refund our delivery and set up fee claiming this is non-refundable even though the services were not rendered in the first place. In addition we have been told that no further discount may be offered and the product was sold "as is" due to the labor day sale when we purchased the item. In the end we purchased a NEW item with delivery and SET UP then received a damaged item that was NOT set up and received "service" from individuals who willfully endangered our health by refusing to wear masks during a pandemic. I will be avoiding any further furniture purchases from Ashley and I encourage others to do so if this is the quality of service they choose to offer.

So my boyfriend and I had been taken on a rollercoaster by this Jonathan/ Jon character salesman. I went for a specific couch and recliner set. He said he would give us an amazing deal since we had a bad experience at a previous Ashley’s in Scottsdale. Apparently his nickname was Rolly and he had a wife Tammy that worked at the Scottsdale location we came from. He kept rescheduling with us on purchasing the furniture because he had an emergency then a reunion and also going out of town for his birthday. Claimed we could only buy from him and get this discount through him. We got tired waiting so long so we decided to go today. Come to find out Rolly is a coworker and his wife works at Scottsdale and Jonathan was just stealing his life. The manager helped and had to work so hard to get us the display sectional set which my boyfriend and I are super thankful to Charles, Hunter, and Alma. I got the furniture I wanted but I really think Jonathan needs some type of punishment for not only messing around with our purchase to the point it was on call till the end of October but also impersonating and stealing his coworkers life at work pretty much. Very bad experience and I only give 3 stars due to the other 3 people who were able to help us get what we wanted.

I had a great experience shopping at Ashley Furniture in Tempe. From the interaction with the sales associate, Ron, to the care and assistance provided by the manager, Gabe. There was a slight issue with expectation of one of the pieces I purchased and the manager was incredibly helpful in doing research and ensuring I was provided with what I needed to have the furniture I wanted. He went above and beyond which turned an annoyance into a good experience.

I order dining room seat 7/28 delivery date was 9/2 they call me to confirm the delivery then they call me agin to change the delivery date 9/20/20 !!! Why ? No answer!!!!! My god worth experience ever not coming back or spending money in this store any more

I had to reschedule my delivery FIVE separate times because for whatever reason, they never delivered my order. Then, when I still don’t receive it, I request a refund and they refuse to get back to me. I’ve tried calling several times and no luck.. Absolutely DO NOT recommend.

They do not stand by their word or product. I ordered my bedroom set on 7/19/2020. At the time of purchase we were told part would be delivered on 7/24 & the rest on 8/31. The mattress, 2 night stands, and fireplace insert were delivered 7/24/2020. We called on 8/25 and were assured that delivery was set for 8/31 (all delivery was paid in advance). On 8/31, when nothing was delivered, we called the agent said she showed it was slated for delivery. After checking if it was on a truck, she advised it was in a warehouse for our pickup. Agent realized mistake, but earliest to deliver was now 9/4/2020. I called the store and spoke to the Manager (Gabe), who did nothing to correct or even compensate for the mistake. But he promised he would call me on 9/2/2020 @ 11am (I wrote it down). NO ONE called me yesterday (9/2) - something so simple and they couldn't do that for a customer who has been waiting on a bedroom set since 7/19/2020! I understand COVID issues and not receiving furniture earlier, but I don't understand the lack of customer service when the mistake was made on the store and delivery side after failing to deliver on 8/31 or simply calling me as promised on 9/2. Also when the 1st few pieces were delivered on 7/24, the delivery guys used dollies to bring in the pieces across my white carpet. 1 guy carried in the Sealy Silver Chill ($2500) by himself and drug the mattress up the walkway into the house! I was horrified that it works be damaged. Technicians had to come repair the 2 nightstands after delivery. Worst experience EVER from this company!!

We ordered living room furniture and purchased a kitchen table on site, they asked us if We wanted it all delivered at the same time or go ahead and deliver the table, we opted for all to b delivered at the same time (about 6 weeks from purchase date) well I have called to get an estimated delivery date but was told nothing was in the warehouse And there was a new delivery date given to us without informing us...I must say their communication leaves alot to b desired.. Even one of the ladies I spoke to over the phone admitted that they are not good at communicating...I know theres people out there who purchased alot more expensive things but I figured we spent in all about 6k, we should get some kind of communication

Bought a couch in store. They charged me for a protection plan I didn't ask for or want. A month later I called to check in on the delivery and they said they discontinued the product. If I hadn't called to check in I guess they were just going to keep my payment and never give me anything.

Don't order furniture here unless you have the patience of a saint. Also don't believe them when they say furniture is made in usa. The loveseat we got very clearly said made in Vietnam.

Came here after visiting several furniture stores and was greeted by Angie. We found couches we liked and we were told they would be delivered within a week. At time of delivery, they brought us a small one armless chair. The sales rep Angie assured us it was in stock would be delivered on Aug. 21 but we received one piece of the sectional. I called and after a long time of being transferred through the customer service line, 18 mins, I finally spoke to somebody in the store. They would not allow me to speak to the sales rep and told me the rest of the sectional will not be delivered until September 16! Would not recommend, make sure you speak to a manager about delivery dates before you pay!
