I'm not a big furniture purchaser. Period. But I used to work for the furniture store in California. I was a horrible salesman so I ended up the inventory manager for the store. I saw what furniture really costs and what it takes to sell it. The sales staff at this store were amazing! There is a no pressure feeling when you enter the store and the staff is around if you need them, but they aren't intrusive. We ended up finding the bed we wanted and a mattress and box but it was out of our price range. We'd found a better deal up the road. Our salesperson grab the manager and made a deal we could not refuse!

Pretty good, the salespeople were kind and negotiable. I worked with Laura. She knew the material, and liked to describe how the sofa we purchased could effect the space it was in. I left a satisfied owner of a new sofa.

I had a pretty good experience, I ended up buying a new couch, coffee table, and love seat. I was pretty happy with the overall quality and the price. I would consider these guys again when I need furniture down the road

Armond sold us our living room set. He was very kind, knowledgeable and made our experience very enjoyable. That man should get a raise! He and his Manager went the extra mile for us. Awesome prices, great deals and wonderful people!

Absolutely worst and rudest customer service ever. Shannon in customer service spoke to me condescendingly, like I am a child and was intentionally, repeatedly putting me on hold after their delivery was missing a main part of my order. This was after waiting 3 weeks for my order to be delivered and taking a day off work for their 4 hour delivery window. I didn’t pay good money for a bed for my son to be treated so terribly after their mistake.

If I was able to give Ashley HomesStore 0 Stars I would. I have had the most AWFUL experience trying to order 1 replacement cushion for my couch. Went into the store, showed photos of the cushion I needed replaced, along with the (part #) so there was no confusion. Instead of ordering the cushion the employee ordered an entire SECTION of the couch. NOT only that they shipped my order to my old address. After GOING INTO THE STORE AND CHANGING MY ADDRESS...I have been on the phone to 3 different departments, 3 different managers, in 3 weeeks... Just got off the phone for the 4th time, my address still wasn't changed. If you are looking for easy, enjoyable home shopping... PICK A DIFFERENT COMPANY.

Not impressed. Went in for a new couch set, they really judge you by your appearance. Way too many sales people, many sitting around on their phones. And to top it off, you go into a place expecting to spend 7-8 thousand,... and when you or your wife have to use the restroom..... you get prison status sandpaper to wipe. Needless to say, didn't spend my money.

Ashley’s furniture needs to rethink they customers service with delivery and they management. Promising is one thing but delivering it’s another they should try and keep their customer as they told them how is going to be done, when they promised delivery on Friday at should be Friday not week after that or two weeks being late is also a bad thing one says delivery 9:45 AM to noon but coming at six that’s not customer service. For the future references I will not be a customer of Ashley‘s furniture never again

The worst furniture buying experience I have had in my entire life. Living room set purchased on November 26th and they told us it would be delivered December 5th. It would take 10 days and we almost canceled then because we needed it ASAP for the holidays. We still purchased because we didn't wanna go anywhere else to shop. We received a phone call Dec 4th saying it'd be delivered tomorrow (5th). Great. But then it's the 5th and 8pm.. We call and say why wasn't it delivered.. They said it's out of stock so they'll be delivered the 26th. A day after Christmas. They didn't even bother notifying us, we had to call and see why they didn't deliver. Fast forward to the 26th.. Again, not delivered. We call again because they didn't notify us AGAIN. This time they say it'll be here the 30th. Well, it arrived the 30th. But just one issue, one of the sofas was out of stock so that wasn't delivered. Now we have one sofa for 4 people waiting to see when that next loveseat will be delivered. Will be sure to keep all friends and family away from Ashley. DO NOT SHOP AT ASHLEY'S.

Almost too many staff, felt a little crowded. Lots going on, but that’s also a good thing. Lots to choose from, every color you would want. All the latest styles! Thanks Christina for everything. I will be back very soon. This is a lot better than what’s going on across the way at IKEA
