I'm putting one star because It's not possible to put Zero, really bad quality furniture and the worst customer service, bought a bed six months ago and the platform broke, been trying to have the technician to come for almost a month, but they never came on the scheduled day. So far no one from Ashley has been helpful (in store, Phone or email).

What a wonderful shopping experience! I was helping my daughter furnish her apartment in Phoenix, and I started shopping online. I ended up calling the store to ask some questions. I am so glad I did because I met a sales person who went above and beyond to help me find furniture that would be available for delivery when I was in town. He was so attentive and communicated with me from out of town as well as when I got here. If you are shopping at the Ashley furniture store in Phoenix, ask for Phong… He is the best!!!

AMAZING!!! i bought a mattress here a few weeks ago because for the last few years I was sleeping on an air mattress "Not a Good Idea" so I was in the market for something comfortable and supportive when it came to my back. After testing out a few different mattresses, I found the right one! Hanan was very informative and super helpful and answered every question I had. I was having trouble falling asleep for the past few months, and now whenever I crawl into bed, I swear I can just feel the stress melting off my body as this mattress is super comfortable! I even bought a cooling pillow which always stays nice and cool and comfortable for my neck as well. The entire transaction was seamless and I had no issues. I now sleep very comfortably! worth every penny!

I placed an order with Ashley on 05/14/2024. The other containers a house full of furniture. Ashley’s has sent confirmation of delivery for 07/11/2024. (Today )I contacted Ashley’s for the time window of delivery and was told they will not be delivering. I then contacted the Tempe store to speak with The supposed manager, Jennifer, who was rude and basically said there is nothing I can do. So now I here with my Service animal with no future and Ashley has not done anything to Correct, the issue or make it right. Jennifer basically said you have to wait till the 18th to possibly get your furniture. Please explain to me that I set up everything on May 14 and Months later, they still can’t get it here on time. Additionally, Jennifer called me back and stated they would deliver the furniture today per the Binding contract if I pay an additional $750 for delivery. Fun when I already paid for delivery and a set up fee. So explain why you write a contract and you don’t follow through with the agreement. It’s a binding contract.

Overall good experience in the store. Employees were attentive and helpful. I ended up purchasing a sectional. However, upon delivery one of the pieces had a very noticeable defect. Had to call customer service and a technician right away, which was pretty disappointing.
