James met us at the door Sunday and took us straight to what we were looking for. No bs. Kind, courteous and factual . He took very good to us. The next furniture need we have, we will return and ask for him to help us.

Bought furniture in September of 2021. I was told that it would be 6 weeks. Then it changed to December. Well when December came around I was told March for delivery because the warehouse gave my items to another customer accidentally. Due to this inconvenience, the sales rep/sales manager said they would give me the protection plan and delivery for free. I got the items delivered for free, but now when I am trying to put in a claim, the store manager Isaac claims that I don’t have the protection and there is nothing that he can do for me. The sales rep is no longer there for him to even confirm this. Being that I was upset, I asked to speak to his boss. He said he only has his bosses email info so there is a lie. However, after having to follow back up with him for not getting back to me within a few days as he stated, I had to call him and he told me that his boss said there is nothing that can be done. The lack of professionalism and customer service is ridiculous. And the fact that they are treating a customer this way and backing out on what I was told I would receive and that was placed on the original order paperwork is upsetting. Also, when our bed frame was delivered, they put together the frame and didn’t secure the nails that were sticking up. Luckily, my husband noticed and fixed it before we had holes in our mattress.I will never shop at this overpriced store again and I would recommend you don’t either. You can get same exact furniture with free protection plans and warranty’s at so many other local stores. Prices are better too!

Terrible sales people. They were very pushy during my shopping process. They kept pressuring me to get the protection plan on all my furniture. I went ahead with it. $5,000 in furniture. The bed and couch both broke on inside within a month. This is 3 months I've waited for the protection plan people to come fix or replace it. They responded to my first email, but have not heard back since, to any of my emails. Terrible cheap furniture. Bed frame was damaged when they delivered. Scheduled for some guy from Ashley's to come fix it. He rubbed some paint on the damage and marked it fixed. One piece did not come when they delivered it, so I had to wait two weeks for the other piece. Ridiculous. Now when I sit on the couch I have wood poking my back through the material. Bed squeaks any time you move an inch from the wood under the mattress that broke. The coffee and end table I bought were assembled by the company who delivers it, and they are off balance. You set an item on one side and the whole table shifts. Terrible experience, steer clear. Cheapest furniture not worth $5,000. Learn from my mistakes.
