Nice place to order Furniture
Great stock and very friendly service! Our sales rep, Steve, was amazing!
Bought a sofa and recliner with cash. Steve told me we could get them reupholstered at any time for any reason for 5 years. Huge selling point for a guy with young kids. That’s all it is, sales tactics- and dishonest ones at that. Don’t be fooled; they are really selling a protection plan that covers “burns or accidents” and NOT stains, and they will NOT reupholster your furniture. Never going back here.

Horrible!!!!! I waited almost a year for one piece and when it arrived it was a different color than in the store. Same as the couch, slate means grey but it's blue and uncomfortable and falling apart. The store lighting is dingy and doesn't show true colors. Took the table back the next day after putting it together and they gave store credit instead of a refund. I won't buy another thing there so I don't need the store credit, I should receive a refund since I waited almost a full year and it was not the right color. The couch I waited months for, so despite not being the right color I kept, it's falling apart after. Few months and it's uncomfortable. Poor customer service, poor quality and poor communication. Don't waste your time in this place! The two tables I kept one was broken, they did replace it, but ordered the wrong chairs so I had to wait for those again, and the other table I e the doors won't stay closed. Thanks for the store credit I won't be using!
If you are needing an HONEST, friendly and knowledgeable furniture sales person please go to this store and find Megan (hopefully I’ve got the spelling right). Megan renewed my faith in furniture sales people. She went out of her way many times over the phone and in person to find what I was asking for and to make sure the price was right. She is strait forward and is not pushy when she sees you’re not interested in something She has shown you. We went to another Ashley’s location before this Thatcher one and we left so frustrated with a pushy used car sales man “type” associate at the other store. If we are need of anything else in the furniture department I will definitely go back to Megan. Thank you so very much, Megan!!!
I'm on the fence about Ashley. Most of the time the staff if helpful and nice. But honestly ashley needs to do a better job on their products quality. All the furniture over bought here has had problems good thing I always get the extra warranty or I'd be replacing furniture way to often.

We ordered furniture from here. The quality was very good. The waiting period was long almost 3 months. They only deliver to the lordsburg area every two weeks. I called around and found out that the Las Cruces store delivers every Friday to our area! The customer service in Safford was friendly I just didn't like having my furniture sitting their for almost 3 weeks before they delivered when it was paid in full.
