Ashley Store Thatcher, AZ

Bought a sofa and recliner with cash. Steve told me we could get them reupholstered at any time for any reason for 5 years. Huge selling point for a guy with young kids. That’s all it is, sales tactics- and dishonest ones at that. Don’t be fooled; they are really selling a protection plan that covers “burns or accidents” and NOT stains, and they will NOT reupholster your furniture. Never going back here.

I'm on the fence about Ashley. Most of the time the staff if helpful and nice. But honestly ashley needs to do a better job on their products quality. All the furniture over bought here has had problems good thing I always get the extra warranty or I'd be replacing furniture way to often.

We ordered furniture from here. The quality was very good. The waiting period was long almost 3 months. They only deliver to the lordsburg area every two weeks. I called around and found out that the Las Cruces store delivers every Friday to our area! The customer service in Safford was friendly I just didn't like having my furniture sitting their for almost 3 weeks before they delivered when it was paid in full.

It's a different color

They have a great selection of furniture.I found what furniture we wanted and purchased it. But unfortunately we had to order it. Well we finally got it over two months later.

Salespeople are nice when you come in, but the follow-up/delivery service is terrible. We ordered furniture on the 1st, and were told it would be delivered by the 10th. Called on the 11th to see why we hadn't heard from anyone, and were told it would be five more days even though the furniture is sitting there at the store. We never received any kind of update after making the purchase, and are now left moving into a new home without a bed or couch. I seldom leave a low score for any store, but in this case I have no choice but to leave one star.

Helpful, kind. And willingness to go above and beyond. The manager more than accommodated us in a situation that was no way thier fault. Covid has made a mess and the manager and Employee that helped us made sure we got taken care of.

Friendly staff and the selection is great!

Harley was the associate working with us from the beginning. We had bought a lazy boy chair. We were supposed to get it within a certain amount of time but did not. She was in constant communication with us and her and the management were able to get us in a recliner earlier than Lazy boy was supposed to ship it. We definitely recommend going through Harley. She will work hard to make you happy. Thank you Harley

Very good customer service answered all my questions and even gave good advice and warnings about my warranty however some staff were being lazy around the back of the store goofing off and I had to find my own help instead of coming to me but besides that it was very nice.

Exactly what I wanted

Purchased some furniture and the staff was more than willing to be helpful with more than just one associate jumping in to help however they could.

I’ve had a less than wonderful experience at this store before, but everyone has always gone above and beyond to make it right, which is why I keep coming back. Recently, Keenan helped me with my purchases and I’ll continue to purchase from him due to his excellent customer service and kindness. It seems going the extra mile is rare in the area of customer service these days. Keenan knocks it out of the park! 5 stars!

This store is huge and clean and they have a nice selection. Some people gripe about the quality of Ashley furniture, but we bought my sectional and chair from there a few years ago and they have held up pretty well in a house full of 6 kids. Lol. My favorite salespeople have since gone to valley furniture to work, but some of the sales at Ashley are amazing.

Prices too high

Was wonderful I felt like I died 💔 and went to heaven. Soft over stuffed chairs classic beds mattress that you could die for. will tell anyone and everyone how cool and refreshingly comfortable to go and shop for furniture so comfy to try 😊 all the lazybo recliners before you decide which one you want to buy There was many other brands but we bought Lazybo recliners before we left.

Good if they have what u want

We found a sectional couch online in Phoenix and decided to take the offer to Ashley Homestore to see if they could match it. Sergio was an amazing associate and took care of all of our needs. We also dealt with Darren, the store manager, who made us feel valued and gave us a great deal on our sectional. I would 100% shop at this store again and highly recommend the team at Ashley Homestore.

Shopping at Ashley's was so easy! Randy gave us all the information that we needed and asked for. He was not pushy or over baring when we were making our decision. I would recommend shopping at Ashley's if you are in the Gila Valley.

Marcos was able to help find us a king bedroom set in our price range even after we changed our minds a bunch of times (: good deals with financing however we did not use it. 5 year protection plan is a good buy when you purchased furniture at Ashleys. Free delivery as well. Overall very satified with our visit and purchase.

This is our 4th purchase from this store - anytime we need to add to our home, Ashley Furniture is our "go-to" store. Our sales rep, Marco, was wonderful to deal with, helped us to purchase the perfect recliner we desperately needed, then helped with the purchase process flawlessly. Marie, our sales professional, was wonderful. She knew just when to help, when to just let us look, and she really went the extra mile for us. We're looking to buy several rooms of furniture, and Ashley in Safford, AZ will definitely be our go-to place. They have several different price ranges from which to choose, and I could find real wood furniture (as opposed to particle board) without having to break the bank. A great experience overall!

Customer service is very friendly and knowledgeable about there products.

Came in looking for some bookshelves but found a dining set we fell in love with that was on sale (floor model sale) They found out they had one more boxed up in the back, but they gave it to us at the discounted price anyway! They delivered out to our house and put it together for us. None of us knew that the table was adjustable between dining and counter height. I called the store to ask about it and they immediately sent the delivery crew back over to adjust the table to the height of the chairs for me and show me how to do it if I ever wanted it higher again. Everyone that helped us from the moment we walked in the door to the moment we were 100% satisfied with the table in our house was kind, friendly, and personable. It is nice to find a store with wonderful customer service like that!

Had so much fun looking around I lost track of time, and the staff didn't even bat an eye at letting my husband and I stay. Super friendly, and next time I'll keep a close eye on the time!!! So easy to spend time looking at all the options.

Was disappointed with service! We paid a lot for our couches and the delivery men broke the legs! Still tried to leave the couches as if it was our fault. Never received any calls about when we would get our new couches! When called to ask was told they would call back. ... never got a call! Very rude....very disappointing!

Alan is honest and great to work with. Couldnt be happier with the bed he set us up with. We wont shop anywhere else.
