We purchased a club chair from Ashley Home Store in Tucson in August. We had a great experience! We were greeted by Tobechi, our sales person, when we entered the store. He could see my husband was having difficulty walking so he got a wheelchair for him and for at least an hour he pushed my husband while we shopped for the chair we wanted. His patience and kindness were so helpful. Once we found the chair we liked Tobechi wrote up our sale and got us on our way. The chair was delivered in a matter of days, set up and we are enjoying it very much. We had never shopped at Ashley but now are very impressed.
