Michael did a fantastic job helping me find not only a dining room set for my new apartment but he also helped me find two nightstands for my bedroom which I was not able to find anywhere. He made the experience fun and stress-free which I haven’t had at any other store at any other time if I were going to buy something in the future, I would come back to this location and specifically ask for Michael O’Connor. He is a great guy and a great salesman.

Two days ago (1/2/26) my wife and I visited the Ashley store on Pantano Road. Liza Garcia followed us around until we found a living room set we liked. She priced it out, asked for my name, phone number and email so she could confirm the price (to include the special New Year’s discount of 30%). The total was to have been $2,036 plus tax and delivery. Today (1/4/26) we went back to actually purchase the set only to find out that Liza had never entered us (or the details of our furniture) into the store’s system. Neither the young lady who helped us nor Courtney, the store manager could find our information, and I never received an email from the store. We were told that the total of the living room set was just around $2,900 and that the store “does not offer 30% discount.” I actually found Liza Garcia in the store later on and she denied having told us about the discount, and emphasized that she did put us into the store’s system. Needless to say, we thanked the manager for his time and told him we would take our business elsewhere. Never again will we go to an Ashley store.

Nice store with lots of variety. Didn't really let us look around asuch as we would have liked. They followed us and kept talking.

Melvin at Ashley Home Furnishings did an awesome job helping us find the perfect mattress for our new king-size bed. He took the time to really fit the mattress to both my husband and I, making sure we were comfortable and confident in our choice. He is truly the expert to go to if you’re in the market for a new mattress. Highly recommend asking for Melvin!

I would give zero if it was an option. They were absolutely horrible. This is the second awful experience with this company. They have a policy that they won't help put anything from the clearance section in a vehicle...no matter cost or size. While they shared that they told me that it why they "always tell people to bring extra people with them". Really, yes, as a single mom with two kids that I had with me on a Saturday morning, let me find someone to "help" me. Even a hand cart would have been appreciated. Instead, I will walked out and found a place in the same complex that took my money and helped me get the furniture in my car... without complaint.

I went in to buy carpet, the sales girl was great, Minnie , the management Kourtney was rude, unprofessional, the girl who types up sales re c eipt forgot to put my telephone number down so the contract would not print. I waited n hour or two, still nothing but I had paid for the carpet n that went straight through. The management said my debit did not go through when it clearly did,it took .me a month, 100 phone calls, 1000 sorry, it was a nightmare n Kourtney is definitely inexperienced as manager, he needs to b demoted, very unprofessional.

We are very pleased with the selection at Ashley and with Ramiz. He was very patient and he answered all of our questions.

I’m extremely disappointed with the delivery service from Ashley Furniture. The driver, Johnny, showed up visibly frustrated, huffing and puffing the entire time as if doing his job was an inconvenience. The experience was unprofessional and completely undermined the excitement of getting new furniture. If you shop here, make sure you do not get this delivery team. The customer experience was unacceptable and nowhere near the standard a major furniture retailer should be operating at

I recently needed to purchase a new couch and kitchen table, so I began shopping online. Ashley Furniture kept appearing in my searches, especially promoting their Cyber Monday deals. They advertised “No Money Down – 60 Months No Interest,” which sounded perfect since I have excellent credit but didn’t want to pay out-of-pocket right now. I applied for their credit card, took the credit hit, and was immediately disappointed. Despite having a 720 credit score, I was approved for only $1,000, even though I requested $2,000—an amount that would actually cover what I needed. You can’t buy both a couch and a kitchen table for $1,000 without paying a large amount upfront. I called the store hoping they could help, especially since they’re local. I spoke with Tristan, who told me it wouldn’t be a problem to increase my limit if I came in. After driving 45 minutes, I arrived only to be told they cannot raise my limit and that I would need to pay over $1,200 out of pocket. This is completely opposite of the “no money down” promotion that brought me there in the first place. It felt like false advertising and a clear bait-and-switch tactic: approve you for a low limit just to get you in the door, then pressure you to pay a large amount upfront. It’s the kind of tactic you’d expect from a shady used-car lot, not a local furniture store. Buyer beware — they will hit your credit and offer no real help. I regret applying and I won’t be returning.

The reason I am giving one star is because of the marketing scheme they run they'll say they have an item, on sale, you come in, it's not available. Even the sales people said I don't understand why they do that and one of them said well to get people to come in, and when it's not available you sell something else that costs more so I'll bite it's only $200 more than find out it's on back order, has to be delivered from Phoenix which is a minimum of $150 what is scheme they run, just tried to get an advertised sofa sleeper of cours, discontinued clearance, , out of stock but can order a different one for about $200 more ordered from Phoenix, must be delivered to Tucson, and delivery is at least $150 to $200 no thanks, I will go somewhere else. Even your sales people know it's a marketing scheme and apologized saying it's wrong

Biggest rip off store around. Buy there and if your item is defective, the store will do nothing about it. They say it's corporates problem. Corporate refers me back to the store. Brand new and no one wants anything to do with it after you lay down good money! Don't say you weren't warned about a shady store and a shady furniture company!

Don’t bother going to Ashley’s if you’re Hispanic. Walked in the store wasn’t even acknowledged. After walking around for 10 min and noticed how every customer walking in was greeted and asked what brought them in today. Decided to leave and not spend my money in this store.

Had a great experience buying furniture here, mostly thanks to their sales rep., Jesus. He was very knowledgeable of the product in the store, gave just the right amount of guidance and advice, really listened to us and our tastes/needs, provided helpful recommendations, and clearly answered any questions we had. Jesus helping us made us feel good. Ashley's "use it or lose it" 5 year extended warranty was also good to hear for a peace of mind ... as long as we remember to bring it up in 5 years 😅.

This place is overpriced compared to other furniture stores. Wife and I decided if we want good quality we will be traveling to Phoenix from now on! Stuff here is just Ikea garbage under a different name. And being followed by salespeople like they're tracking you the entire time you shop is definitely unenjoyable.

If I could rate this store 0 Stars I would. This store is a money hungry, money driven location. Service may appear great at face value, but once you purchased your items, the service is nothing short of terrible. Constantly blaming the mishap from Sam Levitz ownership, to becoming a Corporate level location for Ashley’s Furniture. When contacting this location to check the warranty on a mattress, they referred me to the Customer Service Call Center number, who then referred me back to the Store Location as it was an “approved vendor”. The constant back and forth is tiresome. Blaming the ownership of Sam Levitz is their go to excuse. It seems the customers are the only ones who are put in the spot where they are screwed over due to things out of the customers control. I recommend staying far away from this location and Ashley’s in general. There are far better options with better service and support online. I have continued to receive no assistance or help for issues that they should be able to address. It is unfortunate I spent money here in the first place and if I can go back, I would have not purchased anything at all.

Walked all over the store for 15 minutes and never had a single person even attempt to talk to me..

I don't even know where to start with this one but here it goes... (Read at the end when I met the manager) It took me 4 days to get an order with Ashleys. I sould have given up and go elswewhere but did'nt. Tried to order online and it put a hold on my card for a week with no confirmation. When I called they had no record but the hold was on my bank. After numurous calls decided to call the local store in Tucson. It took them an hour on the phone to order 4 items then the system would still not take my payment. Called the the manager he couldnt get it. Decided to drive 30 minutes to make a payment at the only store in Tucson. The Manager and several sales people where loud and joking around at the desk. I went politely up and told them my name. The cashier girl giggled and said now I can put a name to a face. Met the manager Courtny and he still had problems taking my payment. I joking said I was just trying to give Ashleys my money. He said you can give it to me...I can take my lady out. The guy next to him said .."did you hear him he said he gonna take his woman out hahaha". I asked him why the "white glove" advertised $299 but he is charging me $354. He said because I gave you a discount on another item. What?? I proceded to make my payment because I was sick of it and as I walk around the corner I could hear them mocking me. I was always nice and was treated very disrepectfully. I have a lot more but to long a post already. Bottom line buy somewhere else besides Ashleys!! PS they said a District manager was going to call me but havent heard in almost two weeks now.

This review is a general observation when ordering with Ashley, not particular to this very store. It just happens to be the closest to me. My experience would have likely happened if I had not ordered online but at this store, so I believe this is still valuable for potential customers to consider. I ordered an Ashley's dining set through their website with a delivery date of 9/30. Their annoying AI system hammered me with emails every hour on a weekend to tell them to confirm (after I had already picked this delivery date myself) or they'd threaten to cancel it. I eventually saw the email avalanche and confirmed. The AI replied with "You are all set for 9/30". I took off from work to be home for the delivery window and the day arrived and it went - without any emails or texts or phone calls to tell me that they wouldn't be able to deliver. Just silence. I called the customer "service" at the end of the delivery window only to learn that they had no idea what happened or why, neither did they care to apologize and they told me it had now been scheduled for a 10/7 delivery. What? Unbelievable! Brave New World! So the following weekend the same AI annoyance emailed me hourly for me to confirm the 10/7 date and I responded. Another "You are all set" email that looked exactly the same as the first one. Only difference was that this time the day arrived and I received a notification that my item was loaded on the truck. And it did indeed arrive that day. I am so completely not impressed by this furniture outlet. They handle everything through AI who couldn't care less. Empty and meaningless emails from machines expressing how sorry they are for my bad experience really does not cut it. I will not shop there again.

I’m took my Son there to buy a bed. Our previous experience was underwhelming to say the least. Paul greeted us and right there we realized how awesome he is. We shopped all over town. He is the consummate professional. More product knowledge than anyone we incurred anywhere. I can’t see buying from anyone else. It’s hard to earn my respect and business but Paul was by far the best in his Field. I can’t recommend him enough!

Worst service. Ordered 2 couches at the end of July for my father. Was told by the salesman Jesus Franco that they were in stock. Was also told I would be contacted by someone to set up delivery. When they called to schedule delivery, the couches were back ordered and would not be delivered until oct 4th. The communication is terrible here. I would have gone to another store had they told me the couches were currently on back order. I needed to change my delivery phone number and to do so was told I needed to come in store. When I went into the store today just before 5 pm with my baby in her car seat, 4 salesmen, 1 saleswoman and 1 receptionist flat out ignored me. I was standing at the desk for 2 minutes before I had to ask for help. I was not welcomed. At the desk, they took turns looking my way and never said welcome, one moment, anything. When I finally asked if I was going to be helped, only one salesman apologized. He was the only one who looked like he was actually in the middle of something. The others were all standing at the desk avoiding me on their tablets. I told him I was advised that I needed to come into the store to update a delivery phone number. He motioned to the receptionist and said that she could help me. When I walked over to the receptionist, no hello or anything, went straight into asking me the name on the order. I ordered a light and a nursery rocking chair back in maybe January of this year and was helped by a great salesman. Since then the store has no customer service. You would think making commission would entice them to want to greet a paying customer. Consider going to another store. You’ll most likely receive your items faster and at least welcomed upon entering the store. Save yourself a headache. Tried to call the store directly and speak to a manager and could not get through. I kept getting routed to a call center.

Bought a bedroom suit from Ashley furniture in Tuscon. ON aug 6 2025.The night stand was slightly damage we took pictures sent them in.They offered me a refund.I accepted it because it was very minor.7 WEEKS LATER STILL FIGHTING TO GET MY REFUND..The dresser drawer was also messed uo.The track is bent and can't open the door.Again Aug 6 2025.The furniture was paid in full at the store.But we can't use our dresser.They first said the part was delivered and it was not.When I confronted them about it.Their excuse was miss communication.The parts are on back order until October 25 2025.so meanwhile we still can't use our dresser.THIS WILL BE MYLAST PURCHASE FROM THEM THEIR SERVICE STINKS!,

Customer service blows, they kept raising the prices and fees during the"financing" stage, & wanted $400 to deliver within 5 miles of the store. No way. We walked, & won't be back. Ever. Shredded the credit card that was sent in the mail.

I ordered 2 XL twin beds with the foam nectar mattress and we wanted the frame that came with that went up and down, massage and under frame lights with separate controls. The salesman lied and sold us the sealy frames as he said they were the same thing as what we ordered because Ashley didn't carry the single frames that came with the mattress. The beds are great, but the frames we got only go up and down. No massage or lights. We called and complained but no one seemed to care. Very unhappy and will never do business with Ashley again. I don't like being lied to. Plus I believe it voided the warranties. Very unprofessional

I ordered a dining set as well as a bedframe from Ashley’s on 8/8/25. I was told that our furniture would be delivered on 8/29/25. I called 8/26/25 to double check on delivery since I hadn’t heard anything, only to find out that my things were on back order and they wouldn’t be delivered. I then received a call 9/2/25 from an employee informing me that they don’t deliver to our location on Fridays and only 2 Thursdays out of the month because it’s not a “ high traffic area “. We were then told that our dining set would be here on 9/18/25 and our bedframe was scheduled for 10/16/25. Fast foward to 9/13/25- I received an email and text confirming delivery for the dining room table for 9/18/25. Fast forward to today 9/17/25. I received a call letting me know that my dining room set is yet again on back order with no date of when it is received. I will never shop here again and have sent friends and family elsewhere. Shop somewhere that you won’t be waiting 2+ months for your items and better communication.

Eddie and Jesus knew exactly what we were looking for based off our descriptions. We came in just looking for desks, walked out with the 2 desks, a couch, entertainment center and a dressed. Best service I've ever had at a furniture store. We will be back in a few months for more.

We had the most excellent experience with Ashley store. We ordered a metal 5 inch box spring for my Mom, needed a smaller size bed to get into. The box spring was great, Can't thank Cyrus and his partner enough for the Great delivery and friendly attitude. They delivered the mattress on time, Set up a new mattress and took our old one away. Five star rating for both of the Ashley workers. The automated system they used was great, let me know when the delivery was gonna be and kept updating me on the time. Five stars for Ashley store👍

Over priced cheap imported furniture!!!

It's not that the people are bad or anything like that. You're just not going to get quality furniture. The most egregious part is you're paying the same amount as if it was good quality (i.e. solid wood and not particle board).

We had such a great experience working with ToBechi-Jude! He went above and beyond to help us find the perfect couch. He was patient, knowledgeable, and really listened to what we wanted. He made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable, and we never felt pressured—just supported. Thanks to him, we walked away with exactly what we were looking for. If you’re looking for a sales rep who truly cares about his customers and will make sure you’re taken care of, ask for ToBechi-Jude. Highly recommend him

My wife & I purchased a dinning room table and chairs. We saw the floor model, which was a high top, and we wanted normal height. Our sales person Edwin Munoz assured us that the regular table would be exact like it. we paid $1,854.36 for the set. The table was delivered and the table was not the one we picked out. We promptly went to the store and showed them pictures of the table that was delivered while standing next to the table on display and they could clearly see the difference. A person who identified himself as one of the managers, told us the difference was because it was a regular size table and not the high top one on display. He assured us that they will investigate and send someone out to physically see the table with in a couple of days. He said that he had opened an investigation and we would be contacted, again within a couple of days. So untrue. He lied through his teeth. It is August 30th, and we have received no calls, no one has come by, absolutely no contact from this store or anyone representing the brand. I would never shop at this store because you cannot trust anything that they say. We are stuck with a table we did not order, but paid for it anyway. Please beware of this store. If they tell you that they will open an investigation, it actually means you will never hear from them again. Mike Preslik

If I could give a negative number evaluation I would. My wife and I purchased a sofa sleeper from the Ashley store on Pantano on June 19, 2025. We paid in full and were given a reasonable delivery date (about 3 weeks). As we approached that date I received a phone call from the salesman saying there would be a delay in delivery due to the fact that deliveries to Phoenix addresses took higher priority (Tucson customers make note of that!). On August 6, I received another call from salesman saying there would be another delay, however stating we would have an September 2, 2025 delivery. On Thursday, August 28, 2025 I called the salesman to verify delivery. Immediately I could sense something wrong, his response confirmed my suspicions, saying that delivery was going to pushed out another 6 to 10 days. My wife got very upset at this point, demanding a call from the store manager, Courtney. Upon being asked point blank whether he could give a firm delivery date, he began listing all the things that could cause possible further delays in delivery (short-staffing, delivery vehicles having flat tires, etc). In other words, he could not or would not give a firm delivery date. Whereas the salesman was apologetic, the store manager never once uttered an apology nor made a statement to the effect that he valued us as customers, that we had been very accommodating, and he was going to make every effort to get the sofa to us on time. I do not blame the salesman (he had the unfortunate task of calling us about the delays) for the total lack of customer service because this is a top down problem. I would fire the store manager, Courtney, immediately if I were his supervisor. On a final note, we cancelled the order after 2.5 months of waiting on something we never received. Now we will wait to see if Ashley lives up to the promise to refund the money we paid. In the meantime my wife is telling as many in her large network of family and friends to never shop at Ashley.

I went to Ashley’s after having a negative experience at a different furniture store in Tucson. Going in, I was honestly expecting the worst but from the minute I walked in every person I came across was amazing. Eddie was who helped my boyfriend and I and he was awesome at answering any questions we had and was also super informative. We ended up leaving happy with our purchase and we plan on going to Ashley’s in the future for other purchases as well.

I had a bad experience with this Ashley Store. I went in to buy a chair. While signing the paperwork the lady behind the desk was rude and passive aggressive with the sales guy assisting me for no apparent reason. It was so uncomfortable. Professionalism isn’t just about how you treat the customer but also how you treat other employees in front of a customer. The next day they called me that they had forgotten to have me sign the financing form. I said if they email it I can sign and scan right back, but that wasn’t good enough. They said I had to come in person that day (an hour away on a workday, so 2 extra hours of driving) or my delivery would be delayed. When I got there I was polite but was anticipating an acknowledgment of the inconvenience and there was none. They said they would send me the paperwork I signed and did not. So I never got the paperwork with my account # on it to set up the synchrony financing. I tried calling the store 4 times over several days and the store is unreachable. There is no option to leave a VM for a call back, eventually you just get a message to try again later. I get if you’re too busy to answer the phone but if that’s the case then it’s not acceptable not to be able to leave a VM. I then had to spend 45 mins on the phone to reach the financing company to get my account # and set up my account. I’m a laid back person and wasn’t expecting an excellent customer experience, just decent, but didn’t get that. Just to be clear I had no issue with the sales guy or the delivery but the ordeal I went through on the administrative side was not cool.

Good furniture, but if you have a warranty problem they will not honor the extended warranty that they sold me. Not buying anything there again.

Great experience at Ashley’s in Tucson! I came in with a game plan on the first day, spent hours in the store and decided to go in a completely different direction. Edward (Eddie) checked in periodically throughout the visit and was a tremendous help without being pushy. Ended up leaving that day without making a purchase but coming back the following day to make a final decision. Eddie was able to help from start to finish as well as set up delivery for a time that works for us. Next time you’re at Ashley’s, ask for Eddie!!

We recently purchased furniture from Ashley and I have to say our salesman, Paul is the most outstanding salesman we have ever encountered. From the time we walked through the door, he greeted us with a smile every time. His expertise in his field is high above most salesmen and women, He took his time to show us around and see that our needs were met. He never rushed us and showed extreme care in our needs! We highly recommend Paul and although our major purchase has been made. We will be back and ask for Paul.

Worst place to shop. Salesman are like hawks and furniture is subpar. Had an issue the day after it was delivered and was told all sales are final when purchased at the store. No refunds, NO EXCHANGES AND NO STORE CREDIT! I don’t know of any business that operates like this. I will not be back ever!

Absolutely terrible experience with Ashley Furniture. They offer what appear to be discounts only to find out at check out that your items are excluded or you need to spend more money in order to receive any. I ordered two dressers, and one of them arrived missing all the handles. I contacted customer service, and it was a complete nightmare—long wait times, unhelpful representatives, and zero sense of urgency or accountability. It took an unreasonable amount of time and effort just to get the missing parts shipped. I still have not received the parts so the furniture is unusable. What made it worse is that they didn’t offer any form of compensation for the inconvenience or the time I wasted trying to fix their mistake. I expected better from such a well-known company, but the lack of quality control and customer support was incredibly disappointing. Would recommend choosing a different furniture store.

Bed broke within the warranty period. Every time I call to file a claim, no one is available and I get transferred back to the corporate number who say they can't file a claim. When corporate tries to call the store, again no one answers.

This store offers the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. We recently purchased some patio furniture and paid an additional $200 for the furniture to be assembled when the delivery showed up. The gentleman stated that it was a drop off only and had my wife sign that it was delivered. They then filled in that we refuse To have them assemble it. Which means we paid $200 for somebody to deliver a box that would’ve fit in my pick up truck. Shame on Ashley furniture I have heard horrible things about them and now understand why.

We had a fantastic experience at Ashley Furniture on Pantano. Tobechi was a very knowledgeable and patient sales associate. He spent HOURS with us as we were purchasing for different rooms and two households. We came back the next day and spent even more time and he was there to answer questions without being pushy. We feel great about our purchases and highly recommend working with Tobechi!

We really enjoyed our shopping experience with Paul Wilson (Works Fri-Tues). He’s very nice, knowledgeable and not pushy. He has an uncanny memory. I was here 6 months ago and instantly recognized me. He’s been in furniture over 20 years and knows his craft. We’ll definitely shop here again.

My husband and I came into the Ashley Pantano, location in Tucson to purchase a few pieces for our new house. We were met by James, and he really took care of us. He was very patient with us…even staying 90 minutes past his quitting time to make sure that we had everything that we needed although we did not make the purchase the same day, we returned a week later and he was as polite and patient as the first time. Tristan @ The Tucson Store was Amazing and went above and beyond with a smile and exceptional service. He was knowledgeable and friendly. We just relocated to Tucson and He made Is feel very welcomed. We had walked around the store for 27 minutes before We were even addressed and Asked if someone could offer assistance and the Lady who was an Ashley Worker said “ I will find someone for you !” Tristan appeared.

Bought a bed here for my handicapped mother and despite the notes on the order and someone there at the install telling them what height to install the bed at they still installed it improperly. It was delivered last Friday and despite multiple calls into the call center cause Ashley Furnitures customer service line is awful this situation is still unrectified and my mom still cannot get in and out of her OWN BED! The answer we get is "Somone will contact you in the next couple days" Nobody has contacted in the past week as of the writing of this review. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Go to a business that is even slightly more active in fixing their mistakes.

Blah. Overpriced crappy and all they want you to do is get their financing. They really don’t care we were there and one of the sales persons literally read the specials off a clipboard while sitting on a couch paying on his phone.

UPDATE 11/9/2025 So, I disputed charges on my credit card and the credit card company followed through with it. After only offering me $90 for a refund, I refused and wanted at least $1200 for all my wasted time and gas. They offered $180 in return. They wouldn't budge and said they would take me to collections if I didn't pay. So, I took the $180+tax refund and had to pay. UPDATE: 9/8/2025 They came and fixed the furniture-FINALLY! If you have issues with their customer service, just file a BBB complaint. That gets them moving. Sad that, that is what it takes to get a corporate company to get things fixed. Still waiting on a final decision on a refund/compensation for all my time wasted with them. UPDATE: 8/11/25 STILL NOT FIXED-HAD TO FILE BBB COMPLAINT! Our in-store experience at Ashley started off great. The sales rep was friendly, not pushy, and confirmed all furniture was in stock in Phoenix. Since we live over an hour away and they don’t deliver to our area, we had to pick it up ourselves. We asked that everything stay in boxes to keep it clean — no problem, we were told. That’s where the good part ended. The furniture wasn’t actually in stock, and our order was delayed multiple times. Luckily, we didn’t get rid of our old furniture or we would’ve had no living room for weeks. When we finally picked it up, no one told us we’d be loading it ourselves. My husband and teenage daughter had to lift everything while the warehouse worker just stood there. At home, we discovered a broken recliner and a tear in the chaise. Customer service told me our warranty was void because we didn’t unbox it at pickup — something we were never told was required. The extended warranty we paid for? Worthless. I called the store directly, and they opened a case. I sent photos and videos and was told a tech would come to our house for repairs. Then, 48 hours before the appointment, we got a text saying the repair was at the store. My husband loaded the furniture, started driving, then halfway there got another text saying the tech was coming to our home. He had to turn around and barely made it before the tech arrived — and the tech couldn’t do anything because no parts had been delivered. He ordered parts. A week later, I got one part — a piece of fabric — with no explanation. I had no idea what parts were even ordered, and I’m obviously not going to do these repairs myself (nor should I — that would probably void the warranty). I called customer service, frustrated, and requested a refund in the middle of this mess. They said someone would reach out in 72 hours. No one did. Instead, a week later, I got an email saying more parts had been ordered and giving me a tracking number (with no carrier specified). Still nothing about my refund. So, I called again to schedule a tech. As usual, I got routed to the wrong store. I called again, finally reached customer service, and got a tech visit scheduled for a week out. When I asked about my refund, they said the case is still open but they would escalate it and let management know I’m unhappy and still requesting it. Bottom line: I like the pieces that aren’t damaged, but Ashley’s customer service and quality control are horrendous. They leave customers to figure out parts, expect you to DIY repairs, and make you chase them for weeks for even basic communication. I will never shop here again.

We went into the Ashley store on Pantano and was greeted by Omar Dorame. What a terrific salesperson. He went above and beyond to help us. My husband had a stroke a year ago and Oscar showed my husband the perfect lift chair. Oscar made the experience easy and showed my husband all the features the chair had. We appreciate Oscar and his knowledge about the lift chair. Ask for Oscar if you decide to shop Ashley.

I was satisfied with shopping experience Eddie was great . ..but delivery was suppose to be on June 14 Eddie called on the 9th told me sofa came in early so delivery on June 11. Then I called on 10th to check on delivery was told no delivery is on 14th. So I changed my schedule after call on the 9th . So now try to change my schedule back. Very disappointing. They didn't apologize or anything. Never go back

My grandmother and I were lied to by Sales Rep named Omar Dorame. I made it very clear I would not purchase a mattress unless it came with a sleep trial or comfort guarantee. He promised it did when it did not. After the mattress was delivered, I slept on it and already had my reservations less than 24 hours later. After attempting to call multiple times, no one picked up. Finally got through to someone named “Vivian” who claimed to be the Customer Service Manager, only to found out the were no sleep trial/comfort guarantee for the mattress that was purchased. She was rude, dismissive, doubled down and gaslighted me while refusing to take responsibility for anything, nor holding her fellow co-worker accountable for blatantly lying to make a sale. She gave me the name “Dave Nelson” as her superior, but at this point I had zero confidence that anyone there will follow through. And of course, nearly a week later no one has. Ashley Furniture is running a scam at this location. Misleading customers, taking their money, and then dodging accountability. DO NOT trust anything you’re told in-store without it in writing. I will be taking this issue to the BBB and the Arizona Attorney General.

Wow! I hated Ashley in San Diego. They wanted two months to deliver a desk. Come on. My experience here was EXCELLENT. A young man named Jesus helped us. He greeted us at the door and then didn't follow us around like a typical salesperson. While looking around, we had an annoying employee or two try and take all this time showing us features we told them we had already found. I am an in and out kind of person. Because Jesus was so respectful of our time (he did say hey once quickly while we were looking A+ there, too). So, when we found the set we wanted to purchase, I tracked him down. He is so quick at going through the purchase process! I mentioned my nervousness about delivery being on time, and Jesus assured me that they have a 95% delivery rate! I immediately felt at ease. We were done with Jesus in probably 20 min! Young people are so much faster with tablet like purchases... and sure as hell, our set was delivered perfectly on time less than a week later. Delivery was smooth as well. I will definitely come back for my next set. See ya then, Jesus.

Appalled. I have been a customer when this was Sam Levitz. Moving back to AZ from out of state, is already tough. But dealing with the lack of communication and issues with this store tops everything. I had to go with a competitor due to miscommunication and promises from the sales team- who lied. And it was beyond a disaster. Save your time, headache, and money and shop with the competitor. They actually answer the phone, and have better pricing and are able to ensure things work smoothly.

Shopped here many times, just wanted to give a review for the nice young lady that helped us today! Mayra came right up to us and offered to help us, when every other sales person in the store completely ignored us. She was knowledgeable, patient and helpful, we purchased two full mattress sets. Eddie was great he wasn't too pushy and really helped me and my wife out. However now I need to edit my review. Even tho Eddie was cool our delivery was a disaster. We had received numerous emails and text confirming our delivery for today and suddenly this morning we get an email and text message stating our delivery won't be until tomorrow. My wife had to already moved around our sons doctors schedule to accept the delivery for today and was expecting the delivery today not tomorrow. Then customer support tried to gaslight us and tell us the delivery was not even for today nor was it ever for today that it was for tomorrow and always had been for tomorrow and then once my wife threatened to leave a bad review including the emails and texts we were given proving it was for today suddenly the supervisor she was speaking to apparently now sees that yes in fact it was scheduled for today said she would call and email the warehouse to get it on a truck for today and someone would be calling us to let us know when to expect them and no one has called so now I'm leaving the review. No one is answering the phone at the pantano store and customer service is still acting like tomorrow is our delivery date. This is beyond ridiculous the gaslighting is just gross and I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

This has been an extremely disappointing experience. My delivery date has been changed three times. When I called customer service to cancel the order, I was told the systems were down and nothing could be done. I’ve been left sleeping on my couch waiting for a resolution. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable and unprofessional.

The Salesperson person that I had today did a wonderful job. He listened to me and helped me find things that fit my budget. Thank you Eddie for all the help. I will be back to shop with you again.

If I could give them ZERO STARTS I would. I’m not someone who takes to reviews lightly, but my experience with Ashley Furniture has been so profoundly disappointing that I feel obligated to share. I purchased a bunk bed frame on March 24, 2025, and waited over two weeks for delivery—only for it to arrive and be damaged during assembly. The support beam was cracked, wood was splintered and scratched, and a key screw hole was stripped. I paid over $600 for a product I don't feel safe having my children sleep in—one of whom is immunocompromised. The delivery team who came to assemble the bed took over two hours—clearly struggling with the instructions—and one of the workers was coughing and sniffling the entire time. When I finally asked if he was sick or allergic to cats, he admitted he was “a bit sick.” This was only after spending time in my children’s room, exposing them without warning or consent. When I voiced concern, I received no apology or accountability. To make matters worse, this same worker made an inappropriate comment about my neurodivergent daughter, calling her rude because she made a remark he didn’t like. I explained she has disabilities, and he replied with a dismissive “Oh, sorry.” I called customer service within minutes of their departure and was told I’d receive a follow-up in 24 hours. Nearly 18 hours later, I had to escalate things myself just to be heard. When a second team arrived to remove the damaged bed, I hoped for better. Instead, one of the workers ignored basic cleanliness requests. I asked if they’d remove shoes or wear booties—they said they had booties. But then one walked outside in them and tried to re-enter my home, contaminating the space—again, extremely distressing when your child is medically vulnerable. When I calmly asked him to change them, he became visibly annoyed and defensive, telling me to "give them space" because my home was "their construction zone." They barely disassembled the bed, carried it out in large pieces, and left without saying a single word to me. At this point, I was left with no bed, no resolution, and no basic courtesy. Ashley Furniture failed on every level: product quality, timeliness, professionalism, safety, and customer service. I’ve demanded a full refund and am still waiting on confirmation. I’ve never had such an exhausting, upsetting experience with a major furniture company. If you’re a parent, especially of medically complex or disabled children, I urge you to consider how little regard this company has shown for basic human decency, let alone professional service. Do better, Ashley Furniture!!!

Stopped by on Friday in need of a couch. Associate Paul Wilson guided me on a few selections. I ended up finding a couch that was exactly what I wanted, as well as a rug to match. I will definitely be going here in the future when I need more furniture.

I visited the Pantano store today and found exactly what I hoped to buy at a reasonable price. Tristan was very professional and patient, letting me choose the item without trying to sway me to buy a more expensive set of drawers. He is so efficient that the sale was completed in 10 minutes.I am glad about the white glove policy for delivering and assembling even though there is a fee.It's worth it!

Our salesman, Mike, was great. Product is good, ordered in and delivered when promised. We have bought furniture for our other home at a different Ashley store and got similar service. Their products aren't the highest quality but will last for many years. However, the price was half compared to lazy boy.

I bought two bar stools in January. Delivered and within two weeks, they started falling apart. I purchased the warranty and made an online claim. That was Feb. It is now end of March and I still have no resolution. Cheap furniture, no customer service to resolve issues. Very disappointing.

Unprofessional Delivery and subsequent customer service experience. Paid for delivery and assembly. After a 3 week delay and having asked for partial delivery. No call prior to original scheduled delivery date and despite specifically asking for partial delivery of the items that were in stock they unilaterally decided to not do this. (Why ask if we want partial delivery if they can't/won't accommodate?) Finally after a 3-week delay a dresser with mirror was delivered without assembly and required power tools to assemble. I cannot get the store to answer the phone and the central customer service is an offshore operation and wanted me to reschedule delivery to come back and finish the job that they didn't do in the first place. I've previously had much smoother experiences with Ashley, however I am extremely hesistant to return after such an awful experience with delivery and customer service.

Ramiz Kocan was my salesperson today at Ashley Furniture on Pantano and I have to say he made my shopping experience a very positive one. I was indecisive, but he was able to help me to find exactly what I was looking for. We were able to put together an entire living room set and dining room set that I will love for years to come! He was kind and extremely patient to assist me with my numerous changes. He was knowledgeable and a RARE no pressure salesman! Furniture shopping can be tedious, but Ramiz made it easy. Yikes!! Stopped by on a Thursday afternoon to check in it some sofas I’ve been looking at online with the intent to purchase, they had about 5-6 associates just standing around and having personal conversations. Not surprised this store was empty with the experience I had.

Worst customer service can't get a person on phone gave me delivery date, when I went in to pay for order gentleman said we can deliver in few days of course so happy a week earlier, took day off no delivery finally after 1 and half hours got someone at store oh no delivery is next week 1 piece hadn't arrived no one called and ashley has nothing to do with delivery co....then someone called from store was going to credit me delivery fee and now after days of calling no one has record of rhis credit never again with this company!!

If I could give this place Zero stars I would. Quite possibly the WORST experience I've ever had purchasing furniture or anything else, frankly. Folks - if your items arrive damaged and Ashley hassles you about returning them OR they do not honor a warranty/guarantee they advertise or one of their suppliers advertises (since Ashley sells their products) - you might want to do this: 1. Dispute your purchase on your credit card. 2. File a BBB Complaint. 3. File an AZ Attorney General Consumer Complaint. 4. File a Wisconsin Attorney General Consumer Complaint (that is their corporate headquarters). 5. File a Federal Trade Commission complaint. All of the items above fall under "scam, deceptive advertising, fraud." Be sure to include a copy of your receipt, any correspondence, write out any conversations you've had with "customer service." The complaint are easy to do online. Maybe, at some point, these agencies might get a clue about this horrible business and their practices. Good luck!

This 1 star goes towards the pick up area. If you go to pick up your furniture in a trailer, they will NOT help you. So good luck to you if you are unable to load your heavy bedroom set, couches, etc. We only picked up a small table and chairs and guy told my hubby he could either push it in or drag it in himself. Of course he didn't care if we broke or damaged it, it was paid for already!! SUCKS, BIG TIME!!!

I purchased a Queen Euclid Ave Ult firm mattress from this store. The in-store encounter was good. It's what happened after I purchased the mattress that is a testament to poor customer service. The mattress was delivered and it had a sag. I had the mattress delivered on a Wednesday and called Friday about the sag. All sales are final with their purchases but I figured the sag could be addressed under their 3 day warranty and call back which I was well within. Ashley sent a technician out on Saturday who measured the mattress and told me it had 3/4 sag he said he would notify Ashley. Tuesday I receive an email from Ashley home furniture saying my claim was complete and the technician "repaired" my mattress. He did no such thing, he just measured it and told me what I already knew. There was a sag. I called Ashley customer service and they wanted to send out another tech to do the same thing because they admitted they don't do repairs. They essentially said I'm stuck paying $1400 bucks for this sagging mattress because it didn't meet their sag threshold for replacement. This is terrible customer service. I don't recommend purchasing mattresses from this company because you take your chances on getting a defective one and being stuck with it. If they send a tech out they then lie about repairing it, so they can close out your ticket.

Do not buy at Ashley. We bought two recliners in December. They changed the deliver date 3 times without contacting me. I initiated calls to be told they were on back order. They were finally delivered several weeks later, but the delivery guy cut the fabric on the arm with a box cutter when unpacking them from the truck. I had to call and they said I had to file a manufacturer claim. They took no responsibility for the damage. I opened the claim and had to email them pictures of the damage. I was told a technician would come out on Feb 10th to assess the damage. Before he came out I get an email stating the damage could not repaired and they were shipping me a part to fix it. I called asking what part they are shipping because there is a cut in my fabric. Of course the customer service rep spoke very little English and just kept repeating they are shipping me the part. Then I received an email stating the part has shipped and will be delivered in 2 or 3 days. Today Fed Ex delivered a package. It's a slip cover to reupholster the arm of the chair. I called customer service today and told them they are not reupholstering this chair. I told them I bought a new chair and they damaged it, now they want to reupholster this arm. I was told the technician is scheduled to be here on March 1st to repair the chair. I told them again, I want a new chair, not a damaged and repaired chair. He told me to tell the technician when he shows up to repair it. I know what is going to happen... I will be told there is nothing he can do because he is here to repair the chair. Ashley has the worst customer service! Shop at your own risk.

Jesus helped us with our furniture purchase in Tucson Arizona Ashley furniture. He basically lied to us. He told us that the furniture would be delivered in 3 weeks. Days in we called the furniture store spoke with a representative and they told us that all the furniture was delayed not just the chairs like Jesus had said. Now our stuff won’t be delivered until early April. Jesus rever responded you out messages like he said he would. They will lie to you to make a sale. It’s such a shame we had an initial good experience but we don’t appreciate being lied to and no communication. He said he would keep us updated which he hasn’t.

TERRIBLE POST-PURCHASE SERVICE. We purchased a bedroom set, dining room set and coffee and end tables about 6 weeks ago. While we were in the store, the salespeople tracked us like undercover agents, always hot on our trail and ready to help should we have a question. Once they got the money for our order though, all of the attentive service completely disappeared. We were supposed to receive delivery of our order last week, but even though an agent called twice to confirm that we would be available, no one showed up or bothered to call on the scheduled date. Even worse, we had to call 3 times before we even received a call back to reschedule. There is NO WAY to contact the local distribution warehouse. We couldn't even get a sales associate on the phone at the local store to speak with us. We finally received a call back a week after our originally scheduled delivery, and now the order will be delayed another 2 weeks. If we don't actually receive it this time, we plan to cancel the order entirely. Many of thousands of dollars in Ashley's bank account and absolutely nothing to show for it on our side. WE WILL NOT PURCHASE FROM ASHLEY AGAIN based on this experience.

We had an excellent experience purchasing a mattress at Ashley Furniture in Tucson, Arizona, and Melvin was fantastic to work with! He wasn’t pushy, was super helpful, and really listened to our needs. When we had a delivery issue with our original choice, he helped us find another mattress that could be delivered within a reasonable timeframe. My wife and I were lounging late one Saturday, and since we had been thinking about getting couches, she says, "Let's go to Ashley's furniture real quick since we weren't doing anything". So we head to an Ashley's furniture store. We jumped in the truck, I'm in just Levi's and a plain shirt, and my wife was wearing some sweats and a T-shirt. As we get Ashley's, I had forgotten my phone in the truck, so I trum back as my wife walks in by herself. As I walk in a bit behind my wife, I'm not greeted as I walk in. My wife states that a woman hesitantly addressed her and told her if she saw anything she liked to come get her. As a handful of employees (I'm assuming all sales employees) hudled, talking not far from the entrance, not really caring to help us. I'm assuming because of how we were dressed or how we looked that they assumed we couldn't afford to buy anything was the vibe that I got. Sure enough, we walked through basically the whole store, and not once did we get approached or offered any assistance. My wife saw a couple of sectionals that she liked, but I wouldn't have bought any one of them with that customer service. At one point, we walked right by where they were all hanging out talking, and not one employee addressed us. We left soon after. Needless to say, we went to Costco the next day and bought a very nice sofa set. I'll never go back to Ashley's again.

Everything costs $150 more than advertised because they don't have a warehouse in Tucson and that's what they charge you just to ship it to their store (it's even more to get it delivered to your house). Seems pretty intentionally misleading. Otherwise furniture seems nice and sales-people are cool.

Michael was of great help in narrowing down my selection of a new sectional. I pulled the trigger on a 6 piece ModMax due to all of the cushions having removable machine washable cover and that the sectional is highly configurable.

Disappointing Experience - No Resolution and Terrible Customer Service I am extremely frustrated with the lack of follow-up and resolution regarding my issue. I’ve called multiple times, been passed through the corporate call center, and each time, I’m told that my case has been escalated to an operations manager. Yet, I’ve never received a response or any progress. I’m out $130 and have nothing to show for it. It’s been an ongoing struggle with very little effort made to resolve the situation. Terrible customer service and no accountability.

Worst customer experience ever, supervisors lying to me, transfering my phone from one number to another without nobody solving my problem. Late delivery and then two day before during all the wait they change the date. The employee even hung up the phone on my face. Very bad, don't recomend it to anyone. Lyers, avoiding me without beeng able to solve my problem, late delivery and hanging up on me. The worst.

Aldin was great!

Came in black Friday got a sofa. The day it's delivered the 11th the delivery driver goes hey we only have the sides not the middle of your sofa. I bought this sofa so my mom who is fighting melanoma could visit and sit with my two 8 month old kittens during the holidays. Now till after the holidays I have a house with no furniture. I'm furious, all I wanted to do was see my sick mom smile for the holidays. Went to ask a simple question to the customer service desk got laughed at why she said no, no, no, no. I left a much angrier review before but my sick mom doesn't want me being angry so now it's this a 3 star with the caveat of I won't have my sofa till the 27th so things could still go even more wrong. I will update regarding if they ever fulfill their end.

My husband and I were looking for a loveseat recliner and had some pretty stringent requirements. We were lucky enough to have Jesus working with us on the floor. He was patient and knowledgeable about Ashley's products, and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. The delivery crew was terrific too. They came on time and knew their product and how to set it up in our home with great efficiency.

I purchased a very nice mattress here, and was coaxed into buying a $250 mattress protector through them to "ensure the warranty would honored in case it fails and results in damage to the mattress". I specifically asked if this would fully cover the whole mattress and was told that it does. Upon receiving it, I discovered that it does not cover the whole mattress, so that was a complete lie. I immediately went in and asked about returning it since it was not what was described to me, and was told it was already finalized and they refuse to accept returns on anything because I already signed for the delivery. The customer service number is completely useless, no one will even answer the store phone, and when a product delivered is not what was promised, they say there's nothing they can do about it, all sales are final.

Would stay clear of this place, every time we purchase there is an issue. My wife and I purchased a Living Room set and Dining Room set totaling $6625.14, we wanted to put $3625.14 down with a remaining balance of $3000, Ashley double charged our card and when our account wasn't credited 10 days later we went in the store only to be told they are going to credit back $625.14, We did not give them authorization to keep the balance and running my credit was a waste as there is now an inquiry on my report. Shady practices and the Manager acted as if he couldn't do anything as its a corporate level issue now. Delivery was ok, furniture not damaged even though they didn't cover the tile floor while assembling the wood dining room set, brought in leather sofas on a dolly with no protection, etc. We ordered a Bedroom set from here and it took over 9 months to receive that. I think they feel they have the market locked down, especially after Sam Levitz closing. Would give zero stars if I could.

Poor customer service and follow through. They don’t bother contacting you when they change the dates of your delivery. Changed dates several times and was only made aware after I made the call to them after waiting the day of delivery. We also used Bob’s discount furniture in Tucson. MUCH more communicative and great follow through. Bob’s contacted us the day before and several times during the day of delivery. Not even a phone call from Ashley. Poor customer service. We have a Bedroom set also on order from Ashley No doubt it will also be delayed and based on previous experience they won’t even call to inform ! Go elsewhere. All they care about is making the sale . Bob’s also followed through after the sale to make sure we were happy.

Don’t waste your time or money at this furniture store . Especially the Pantano and broadway location in Tucson az. Not helpful AT ALL but yet they are dressed in fancy business attire sitting around not doing a god damn thing . How the hell does a furniture store not have a measuring tape . And instead an associate said well you have an I phone right ? You can download a measuring app on your phone which doesn’t work and is WAYYY MORE COMPLICATED THAN IT SHOULD BE . Never again . I will be buying my furniture at big lots .

I paid for a 10 year warranty on an adjustable bed frame at Ashley's back in 2018. My frame broke so I called Ashley to get it fixed well within the 10 years. They couldn't find my warranty. They told me that at that time they were affiliated with Sam levits, who are currently going out of business, and as of February of this year, are no longer affiliated with them. Ashley's is crocked and stole $225 from me for a warranty they sold me and refuse to honor.

We came to the store to look for specific bed frames and Eddie not only helped us find the perfect one , but he also helped us get a comfortable mattress and its protector. He walked us through every part of the purchase in how the mattress will keep us nice and cool. He was there to answer all our questions , and helped us get great deals ! Thank you Eddie for your help , you were awesome !

Salesperson was helpful but after sale is finalized, customer service is atrocious. Delivery drivers pressuring you to be complacent with damaged furniture just to get a signature they dropped off. I called customer service afterwards and got directed to a call center that was less than helpful. Specifically ordered this furniture because it was in stock and would arrive when I needed it to. But since it arrived damaged ,now the replacement dresser won’t be delivered on time. Defeats the whole purpose of going to the store. Now I understand things happen but a company that actually cares about the customer experience would do more than offer an insincere apology. The customer has to be understanding and patient but yet Ashley Furniture can just be inconsiderate of one’s valuable time.

Difficult to use warranty. The store phone number directs everyone to the call center even though the call center stated they don’t handle Tucson store warranties. The call center directs everyone to speak with the store directly. Nobody answers the phone at the store. Now, have to drive across town to get help.

Do not buy furniture from Ashley's! I bought a sofa that was delivered on Wednesday. The next morning we noticed bugs in the sofa and called customer service but they are lazy and unhelpful. They are saying they wont be able to pick the sofa up until the 9th. Dont get furniture from here unless you want bed bugs! They only have one warehouse in Arizona, so if this sofa came from there, the rest of their products have been exposed to the infestation!

I was charged a $50 fee to pick specific day for delivery of item. 5 days before scheduled delivery I am told it will be a week later. I am getting the run around about getting my $50 refunded. Out of country customer support and automated in store support which leads to unanswered phone with no option for message. Not happy, I will never purchase anything from Ashley in the future.

I want to document the issues I've been having with one of the lift chairs I purchased, along with the additional five-year warranty. Despite my efforts to contact the store where I bought the chairs, I have been consistently redirected to an overseas call center. I have been told that the warranty had expired, but according to the terms, it should have started upon the chair's delivery. The delivery took place on October 6th, 2023, and the chairs were purchased on September 13th, 2023. I have also been told conflicting information about the additional warranty I purchased through Protectall. Additionally, there seems to be confusion regarding the change in ownership of the store from Sam Levitz to Ashley, and how it may impact the warranty. I hope we can resolve these issues promptly. I have also been told that someone will be out in three weeks, but I cannot confirm that with the store because I am unable to get a hold of them. We were told if we bought the extended warranty all we had to do was to make one call and everything would be taken care of.

The buying experience was fine in 2021. We purchased lifetime warranty on our sofa set and have since tried the last 2 months to get in contact about our couch being broken. Corporate cannot find record of our warranty and suggested that we gwt in contact with the store. They do not answer the phone, no matter the time I call or even if I call back to back for over an hour.

Mike did an excellent job. He was very professional and very pleasing to work with The bonus was that he saw i was having trouble getting gettig out of the car and he came to me in the parking lot with a wheelchair He is an asset to the company.. 0/10 stars would highly not recommend - no way this place has 2500 reviews with 4.4 stars: 1. The sales people: worse than a used car lot, from the second you walk in they bombard you asking if you want a "good deal." Have you ever been to a touristy place in Mexico where the kids run around trying to sell you "chicle?" Incredibly similar vibes. Curiously, they all carry tablets; the curious part is that when you decide to buy something, they bustle off to their manager to "run the deal buy him." Our sales person came back about 30 minutes later with a handwritten invoice as he hurried us to the cashier trying to sell us a credit card on the way. When I stopped him, to ask why the price had increased $800 from the advertised price on the display, he looked embarrassed and said he had to go speak to his manager again. Another 30 minutes later he came back with a different handwritten invoice for the advertised price. At that point we were so annoyed we left and sadly made the choice to come back the next weekend. Tread, lightly as they will try to bait and switch you too. I still am perplexed at the reason they all have tablets if they hand write invoices other than to rip you off. And to make matters more annoying, once you try to check out they take you to the one "cashier" in the entire god forsaken store where you will wait another half hour for them to try to upsell you on warranties, services plans, and yes.... over priced pillows. Honestly embarrassed I went through with the purchase but I think I was so frustrated that with the hours of my life I had wasted in this dump that I felt I needed to leave with something in hand to justify the massive was of time. 2. The Quality: GARBAGE. On first delivery of the bedroom set - the delivery men refused to remove our old furniture as the sales person had promised. Then, when they realized the bedframe was missing a piece, they left the half constructed frame in the middle of the room and promtly left telling me someone would call me. Noone ever did, I spent several more hours on the phone trying to procure a full bedframe. But wait, it gets worse! The bedside table we bought made out of aesthetically appealing mango wood was infested with, we found out a month later, BORE BEETLES!!!!! They eat through the furniture and leave saw dust, similar to termites. And if you are lucky, they might infest your entire house! Apparently the treatment is fumigation - THANKS Ashley. 3. The customer service: hard to believe, but worse than 1 & 2 above. Three times I called their "customer service line" only to have their outsourced call center tell me they couldnt find my invoice number....convenient right? When they tried to transfer me to the store three times... you guessed it - no answer! Clearly because their employees are too busy running around trying to rip people off to have time to actually help someone. Out of frustration I went back to the store in person this last week and after spending another 30 minutes in line waiting for the only cashier in the god forsaken place, I was told she found my invoice and would send an email to "corporate" and someone would get back to me. She refused to give me the invoice number so I could try to trouble shoot on my own with customer service, refused to copy me on the email, or give me a number to call corporate. But I was reassured a "technician" would be sent to my house to assess the furniture. One week later, as I am sure you can imagine. STILL NO CALL! The long and short: save your self the time, the money, the self respect, and the infestation of bugs at your house, and drive to Mesa and buy some furniture at Ikea - you will not regret it and you will thank me later.

Linda is Awesome but I am very disappointed that I have to wait over a month to get my 3000.00 sectional. Only reason I purchased was how sweet Linda is!!!!

Huge selection of very nice yet affordable furniture! Micheal was a very helpful salesman. Not pushy yet polite, attentive and thorough. He catered well to our needs and adapted well. Got the living rooms set up and the I’ll be doing business with him again when it comes time to furnish the bedroom.

He listens to our needs and helps find what will work for us. He has never rushed our purchases, and he assists with coordinating pieces, keeping our budget in mind. He has even assisted with online purchases. I would recommend him at this store to anyone!

Hello Ashley, I thought we had a good relationship at first and it was beautiful but I came to realize that you’re very toxic and not a good fit for me. You told me you were going to be on time and had everything I asked for and then you lied. I took time off work to spend time with you so we had to reschedule. Then on the second date you showed up but wasn’t prepared and showed up with not everything we talked about. So I rescheduled again think i could be me and i didn’t fully give you the right opportunity it I was wrong again because you showed up not only with everything we talked about but just wasn’t ready again. After a few more attempts to try to make this relationship work I realized Ashley that your communication skills are garbage and you can’t keep your words, so we are going to have to break up and I hope and pray that you don’t hurt the next person who comes to looking for a beautiful relationship.

This was a very easy an organized experience. Big shout out to Michael O’connor for helping us pick out our furniture. Not only was he very helpful but he added some comedic relief to what could have been a stressful day!! He was also very understanding when we changed our minds about our furniture choices!!

The worst experience of my life purchasing furniture. Everything went well when we came in an made several orders totaling almost $30,000. We though the sales representative did a fine job at first, but once the deliveries started to arrive we noticed the mess he made with our orders. He never added a dinning room table and chairs like we had requested or several other items. We had to return to the store to purchase those separately. The sales rep sent a picture to us of what he ordered and it was the wrong table. He said he made the correction and the correct table was now ordered. We were told the dinning room and chairs would be delivered on a certain date, when I noticed they weren't, I called customer service only to find out he never reordered the correct table. I contacted him again asking him about this only for him to tell me it was a back office mistake and not his fault. Then he said he would get back to me with status of my new table being ordered but never did. It has been 3 weeks since we placed the order for the table and chairs and we still have not received even a status for the order. Contacting the store directly is a nightmare as no one ever answers the phone. I also have never received a rug I ordered a month ago and an entry way table arrived without the proper hardware so it is sitting in my living room with no legs.... I would not recommend this store for purchasing at all to anyone.

We have been shopping for furniture the past few days and we went to Ashley to get a bedroom set. Mayra the sales reps was a very nasty person and didn’t even offer options to get the furniture quicker than a month. She shouldn’t be on sales if she has no patience nor customer service skills.

Me and my girlfriend walked into the store being looking to buy our very first couch. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Michael. He was very friendly and helpful, we are very grateful to have met him for he made our whole experience less stressful. This is a great store that has some great deals I’d recommend one to come in on a Tuesday if you are looking to finance.

Horrible experience. In their transfer from Sam Levitz, Ashley's billing is completely inept. Credit here, bill there. Credit again and yet again bill. Instructed them to forego any further credit back. Received a billing notice thru FedEx and the driver said he has delivered numerous letters with the customers stating they've had the same issues with Ashley.

So I keep making the mistake of opening up internet browsers after having a generally good day. I don’t know why I have to go and ruin it by having bad news vomited into my eyeballs and since I raw dog life with no meds, I have to take it like a man and sit in disgust and reflection afterward thinking about the collapse of society. That being said, this is America and we do what we do best when frustrated and fed up with the state of affairs. We go to therapy. Just kidding, most people can’t afford that. Retail therapy. Just kidding, we can barefuly afford that either, but that’s what credit cards are for. It’s, you know, magic money that you hope you can ignore owing back by hedging bets on solar flares knocking out digital infrastructure. Anyway, I was in the mood to go purchase things I don’t need to fill the void that wasn’t already getting plugged up by microplastics. I needed to up the dopamine with something high ticket, something elegant, something that made me feel better and more important than other people. Furniture. If my generation can’t afford a home, at least we can cosplay like we can and go furniture browsing. And i’m not talking Craigslist or second hand stores. There is a certain thrill to rolling the dice on secondhand furniture, though. You do get to play the game is that a cigarette burn or an artistic design flair? Bodily fluids or just beverages? Pet hair or human hair. You get where i’m goin. There is a bigger thrill, however, in knowing a couch is fresh leather, polyester, cotton or nylon and only a few strange butts have sat in it; that it’s yours to claim. Your throne for the taking. It gets me excited and I feel like a topical conservative Ohio senator just thinking about it. Boy oh boy, there’s no shortage of furniture stores on the ol’ googles. There’s “Sam Levitz”, but that sounds like a lawyer you go to when you’re in too deep with gambling debts. There’s “La-Z-Boy” but I’ve always hated the way they spelled it like a 90s rap group. Then I saw “Ashley Furniture”. I liked the way it wasn’t possessive like “Ashley’s” as if you were raiding her estate after a bankruptcy. It was Ashley Furniture. The furniture is very ASHLEY. And the ratio for cool to horrible Ashleys i’ve met in my life is like a 60:40 ratio. Pretty good odds. I walked into this sprawling fever dream and was immediately on planet housegasm. There were partitioned off areas for all things bedroom, kitchen and living room & I imagined I was an eccentric billionaire and one of my properties was just an Ashley Furniture store where everything was functional- stoves, faucets and all the electric and plumbing and how cool it would be to throw ragers and have every section be a different vibe. Like the most Karen warehouse rave ever. But then that dream was interupted when a sales associate said “hello, sir, is there anything I can help you with?” and then I put on a vague, French accent and said “no no no just lookeeng” and started walking away but that’s when the gummie kicked in and I felt like I was going to be trapped in limbo like in Inception. So I came back with a nervous look and said “actualleeee, can you show me le couches?” Which was a dumb question because we were literally surrounded by them already. He then kindly guided me through several different selections but then when I saw the price tags I had to hide my anxiety even more. “What sort of budget were you looking to work with, sir?” and then I did a weird french giggle and saw that there was a blocky, beige Polyester ottomon on markdown for around $150. So I perked up and said “I will have to come back for le couch as my wife, she does not trust my couch expertise but she does trust my taste in ottomons”. Long story short, I now have an ottomon on layaway because I got nervous and made an impulse purchase in fake french with a maxed out credit card. And yes, I will try sleeping on it and I will pretend to like it and you won’t tell me otherwise. Thanks Ashley, i’ll be back when my crypto recovers. 5 stars.

I bought multiple items from Ashley Furniture Store along with a protection plan for all of them. Within three months, the footboard of my bed broke. I called the store for weeks, but no one picked up. I finally drove an hour and a half to the store, only to be told that Ashley Furniture and Sam Levitz Furniture Store don't work together. They said I bought the protection plan from Sam Levitz instead of Ashley. When I spoke to Sam Levitz, they said that because I bought the furniture at Ashley before the stores stopped working together, Ashley is responsible for fixing my bed. Neither company is willing to fix my bed, even though I paid extra for the protection plan. I would give both companies a 0 review if I could. No one wants to take responsibility.

Our initial choice was Sam Levitz, our go-to store for furniture, but to our surprise, they were no longer in association. Fortunately, we stumbled upon a beautiful chest made of real wood at Ashley's. The delivery process was a breeze, and to our delight, the item arrived five days ahead of the anticipated schedule.

I wish I could give this store zero stars. No one answers the phone at the store. Our delivery was supposed to happen a week ago they didn’t call to tell us it was getting rescheduled for delivery. This week they confirmed the delivery to cancel on us again because of a broken truck. We have tried calling to talk with the store multiple times with no answer and the customer service said they can’t help us either. I highly suggest going somewhere else if you want to get your delivery on time. The guy said we got a great deal, but what we got is a headache and a lot of miscommunication. Do better Ashley’s.

order randomly canceled I'm moving my dad to a retirement home in Tucson and having to handle the arrangements from out of state. I got on a chat with a sales person in the store who was fabulous. Helped me pick out exactly what my dad needed, made sure it was in stock, and arranged for delivery and assembly in time to have it ready for the move. Then two days later and now 8 days before the move, I got an email that the entire order was canceled. I called the number on the email to sort it out, that lead me to someone who told me I needed to talk to customer service. So basically hang up and call back, have to try to bully my way through the chatbot AGAIN to try to get a person on the phone. This took half an hour but I did eventually get a live person on the phone. She recommended that I go through the entire process of ordering online again and hey maybe this time I'll work out. That or walk into a location and buy it in person, then arrange for delivery. Again, I am in another state which is why I was buying furniture online. Apparently I'm the first person in the history of furniture to have a delivery address different from my billing address and they simply did not have the ability to cope with such wild anarchy. The good news is that IKEA does so I have furniture on the way from Tempe AND I'm sure that some loss prevention team is super chuffed about having prevented this obvious fraudulent attempt to purchase furniture. so hey Ashley thanks so much for making an already stressful situation soooo much worse

Terrible service rude employees me and my faimly went in there to buy a lot of stuff and we were dressed in not fancy outfits and employees did not even ask if we needed help and all the rich looking people were getting help but most people not dressed for it don't judge a book by its cover furniture was terrible most wood had cracks they were giving us dirty looks don't recommend going here wish you luck if it's late and you do not want to wear something fancy they won't even ask or if you ask they will ignore you

Do not recommend. You will get a partial delivery and you will be expected to accept it, no matter the condition. The right to refuse a partial delivery isn't honored. These people are liars and frauds, and I'm done with Ashley.

My recent experience with the eastside Tucson Ashley store has been disappointing, frustrating and nonsensical. Delivery delayed with no contact, I called after the scheduled time frame and literally no one could find where my furniture was. Received an automated text the following day with updated delivery date and time. Another day off work ! I’ve called the store and left multiple requests for a return call from Dave, the manager, who seems not to care and doesn’t seem to have any accountability whatsoever. The sales manager Nico was to credit the delivery charge back to my card, within 5-7 business days, it’s been 22 days . Another call to the store no one seems to know or care. Customer service is non existent in my opinion. Also, make sure to read your interest free terms well, you may find that the agreed upon 12 months is all of a sudden six when you go online to pay. I personally will never shop at Ashley again, and they should be ashamed of how they treat customers after the purchase. Shameful and disgusting in this reviewers opinion.

I would not give our salesperson, Linda high marks. She attempted to hold off on strike while the iron is hot with anxious buyers. We tried to buy, cash and carry. We wanted to buy the merchandise and carry it home in our Expedition. Linda wanted us to wait another day and gave a narrow window to pick it up the next day. Another delivery person demonstrated excellent sales skills and saved the day by allowing us to take our furniture home immediately. I would suggest Linda go to sales training.

Our sale person Linda was great. Ashley as a whole...not impressed. They sold me furniture that is back ordered without bothering to tell me they don't have it to sell. I waited 2 weeks and took a day off work for the delivery. They confirmed the delivery date 3 times and then showed up without the bed rails and dresser. They still haven't bothered to tell me where the rest of the furniture they sold me is 3 days later. I will not be shopping there again EVER.

Ordered a bunch of furniture and paid $400 for shipping. When they arrived to deliver the furniture they said they did not have the full order, this is very unprofessional, if I would have got the heads up of not having the full furniture I would have told them to just wait until it was all in. A week later I get a confirmation email and phone call saying it will be delivered today the 06/19/24 so I took the day off of work to be there for the delivery just to get a phone call and say the delivery has been canceled. Very frustrating, very unprofessional, and very expensive to pay $400 shipping for them to do this. They said they would have a manager “follow up” with me and never heard back. Do not recommend shopping here.

Paid 300 for delivery in 2 days and they said “my route got lost” and aren’t delivering until 6 days later when originally it was 2. They didn’t even try to find a solution. The manager CT looked like he had no idea of what to do. It was a bad experience. Never again.

I recently had an issue with a bed foundation that I ordered, based on the recommendation of the online customer service representative who sold me my bedroom furniture. I did not require a foundation based on the type of bed I ordered. I spoke to several people before I finally reached the person who made sure that my order could be both returned and refunded appropriately. A gentleman by the name of Jason Davis, who is the Retail Customer Care Representative Lead, very patiently discussed the situation via email, and he always followed-up to provide me updates on the status of my request to return the merchandise. He sent very nice individuals to pick up my foundation, and he made sure I received a refund back to my payment source. Jason definitely lives up to the title of "Customer Care Representative Lead" and Ashley knew what they were doing when they hired him. I went into Ashley’s knowing I wanted a couch, but I didn’t know that the couches were customizable. Eddie was very nice, professional, funny, and knowledgeable about the products. He took the time to explain all the details and didn’t rush even with me being one of the last ones in the store! Definitely would recommend Ashley and Eddie!

Horrible experience. Ordered a couch and everything was in stock. Got the confirmation of deliver 2 days before the schedule. Then on the day of delivery I get called that 2 pices are missing from the couch and they are back ordered. This was not the case when I purchased them. How they were no longer available the day of delivery is ridiculous. Now the couches won’t be here for another week and a half and i had an event at my house that now has to be canceled. Trying to get of hold of Ashley’s is horrible. When I do get an answer they tell me someone will call me back about compensation but they never do. When I call they now tell me there’s nothing they can do and I just have to deal with it. I will never shop here again. Cornelius was my sales rep and he never called me back either. Never again

BEWARE! We bought a Sealy mattress here for about $1200. The salesperson said we had 30 days to return if we didn't like it. We believed it because every mattress company we looked at offered at least 30 days, most 90 to 180 days to return if we weren't satisfied (including Sealys website) The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and activated my sciatica causing me to eventually miss nearly a month of work, dr's visits, physical therapy etc. I called Ashley customer service and was told i needed to send pictures of the mattress. Ok, even though the mattress wasn't defective it's their process so i sent them. No word from them for a week, and i'm sleeping on an air mattress. I called back and they told me they had to send a technician out to look at the mattress. To See What?? They then told me they offer no return policy but i could go to the location directly and talk with someone there. I did, asked for a manager and spoke to C. Templeton. I rarely get to speak to a salesperson as uninterested in helping me as he was. When I told him his salesperson said we could return it if it wasn't comfortable he told me they would re-educate their salespeople. How does that help me? He made no effort to find a way to help or take responsibility for their salespersons misinformation. No offer to contact the manufacturer, no offer to help in any way. So, since you can buy the same mattress anywhere with guarantees, why buy one from a company that won't take returns?

Order #19A***520. On May 20th, 2024, we purchased over $8,000 worth of furniture from Jamie Suarez in the Tucson Ashley location. Mr. Suarez placed an item on our bill (a desk, item 11743-34) that we did not ask for and in no way wanted. We attempted to get Mr. Suarez to correct the bill, remove the error and provide us with a new receipt, this seems to be beyond Mr. Suarez's ability and competencies to accomplish. Mr. Suarez had Agatha Anhill email us a receipt, it was supposed to be an updated receipt but it was NOT, it was simply an identical receipt, still in error. Further, the receipt Ms. Anhill provided was so small that it could not be read without the use of a magnifying glass and of course the receipt was the original, not a corrected copy. I texted Mr. Suarez 12 times for a new receipt, he will no longer return my texts. I have called the store 10 times; they do not answer. To date we not received an updated receipt and we don't know if they removed the item (desk) from our purchase. The store is impossible to deal with, even something this simple, they have zero customer service. We have not received our shipment yet and already regret this shame of an operation. But the fun doesn't stop there. During our purchase at Ashley we found that numerous items on their website cannot be purchased in the store, in fact, Mr. Suarez told us that the store and the website are not coordinated together or connected. Further, they had a store display of a Polywood type table and chairs that we wanted but it was no longer stocked (they kept displaying it anyway). Then Mr. Suarez told me that we could have the store display for 20% off but I would need to unbolt it (hundreds of bolts and heavy/bulky) and take it with me. Do NOT shop at Ashley, they are incompetent, uncaring and void of customer service.

What an awful company/business. I've never had such an awful experience with a furniture store until now. I ordered my mother and I, 2 mattresses on 5/11/24. They promised delivery on 5/18/24. I did not get my full order and they expected me to accept the delivery charge and to wait longer for my order? (2 weeks out) Nope, not okay. I tried calling my sales person, Melvin, promised to call me back to get my issue resolved- Didn't call me back. So I had to call customer service and got transfered about 10 times and still didn't get anywhere. I am still without my full order -_- So I called customer care again and they just said, "We can't refund delivery and we can't do anything for you". So I said, " This is unacceptable. I'm still without a mattress and paying a ridiculous delivery charge". I used to love Sam Levitz. They went downhill with the AshleyHomestore partnership. I am beyond disappointed with this experience. I will never purchase from Ashley homestore or Sam Levitz again. I highly recommend for you to go elsewhere for furniture shopping. Nightmare of an experience.

We made purchases with Ashley prior so we thought we would give them a shot for our living room furniture. Many to choose from and we finally made our decision. The purchase process was quick and painless. That's where the 3 stars come from. The 2 stars not given were for the delivery of certain items that they say were coming but never delivered. Numerous phone calls going unanswered and being lied to is not good customer service. Ashley is quick to take your money but have no clue how to get you your items without lying or keep telling you they are working on it. We canceled our last couple items and will shop elsewhere. P.S. We love our furniture but their customer service needs a lot of work.

Do not shop here unless you want furniture that falls apart in less than a month. We bought a couch last year and it’s defective. The cushions slide out because the couch was made so crooked and cheaply. We even paid the extra $200 for warranty and they keep trying to tell me that it’s wear and tear and it’s not covered. Glad we paid $1,500 for trash! Just because they changed the name doesn’t mean the quality was changed too, my couches are Ashley brand! Everyone I know that has shopped here has had the same experience as me. Never again.

Where do I begin with this nightmare? I only gave Ashley one star but really it should be a negative 5 stars. My mother bought a very nice desk on April 18th. Twelve days later a broken desk is delivered. The electronics did not work. The delivery guys said they would call it in. A phone call is received right away from customer service but it will be over a month to get a tech out to look at the desk. After much arguments, customer service tells us someone will come out on May 4th. No one showed. My mother has to go to the store and find someone to return the desk. BUT we are now told we can't get a refund until a tech come out and make a determination on the status of the desk and even then we can only pick out a different desk. Why no refund? Because so much time had passed from purchase date. Well it took two weeks for delivery! Shouldn't the clock start ticking from delivery date? We are stuck with a desk we don't want and doesn't work and maybe just maybe a tech will show up on the 15th. This is the poorest customer service I have ever witnessed. The store new immediately there was a problem but Ashley doesn't care!

Stay away from this company! Unorganized MESS is putting it mildly, from the sales team to the finance team. Their delivery system is broken and can’t give an approximate delivery window. I just wasted 2 1/2 hours of my life and couldn’t complete the purchase in this store. While watching this clown show other customers were canceling their purchases as well. NEVER AGAIN.

We ordered a dining table set with a bed we received our bed flawlessly but for some reason have been given the run around about our table. With multiple trips to the store to resolve the issue with promises made but still no table a month later… I strongly advise finding furniture somewhere else unless you’ve got plenty of time to wait and be lied to. Now the process of getting my money refunded being I paid upfront at the store.

I ordered a to of the line bed with a mattress protector and 2 pillows. So far I have received the mattress but the rest haven't come. I can't reach the store because nobody answers the phone and it goes to a call center. They say they'll help but I get a message to choose a deliver days and nothing comes. I can't use the website to get a refund either because they only do online order refunds. I'm disabled and don't have a car so I have to get a ride there when I'm well enough. This is the worst customer service. I'm utterly dumbfounded at how poor it is. Don't risk it!

Staff need better training on the products they sell. We purchased a reclining sofa set and was advised to purchase a battery pack since the sofa was not against a wall. When the new set arrived and set up we discovered that each reclining section required its own plug so the single battery pack would nit be enough to power the whole sofa. We also discovered the power cords are very long and we were able to route then to a nearby outlet. We tried to return the battery by calling the number we were given at delivery but they told us we need to take it up with the store directly. At the store they told us we need to call the number and have a case created before the return can be processed. Apparently the right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing.

This is a terrible terrible place to buy furniture. I bought a sofa sectional in December 2023 and I was told it will arrive within 3 weeks. After that, they kept pushing the delivery date every 2 weeks and now it's mid April. They called me and asked me to select something else, but wouldn't honor the same price. I bought it during Christmas sale and everything is so much more expensive now. It's lies on top of lies and now the ETA is in June. The salesmen and managers will all lie through their teeth to get your business. Then you are locked into it. Maybe just if I am lucky I will receive my couch in time for next Chrsitmas. If I could give negative points, I would. DO NOT SHOP HERE. IT'S A SCAM.

Hello all, I'm not one to leave negative reviews however dealing with this Ashley Furniture store has been one of the least satisfactory customer service experiences I have ever dealt with. I will not necessarily knock the furniture itself, I believe it's a good deal for the price, however buyer beware. 4 months ago I went into this store and selected a few items of furniture as I had just moved to the area, we purchased a few items of furniture and I was told that the wait would be at most 4 weeks. After waiting patiently for four weeks, I went into the store to inquire about my delivery. It turns out that without notice the store claimed that the floor they had just had on the showroom floor was discontinued. This all without any notification or plan for reimbursement or accommodation. In addition they told me that since I had done business with them through a lender that they could no longer accept any payment. This is all without any concrete explanation or accomnodation. In addition to this I see that they are running effectively the same piece of furniture on the showroom floor. I came in again a few weeks later to bring this issue up again. Now they had reversed course and said that they could credit my account and resolve any balances on the account as needed (why not in the first place). This time I was able to two months later resolve the issue which honestly should have been resolved from day one, I was given a delivery date and confirmed with the service representative there at the store for a few weeks later. Except no the Ashley Warehouse operations sent an email in the middle of the night to "confirm" said appointment after it had already been confirmed. When I recieved the email I clicked the link to confirm however the "offer" expired. This leads me to believe that the Warehouse operations team is trying to scam customers in order to lighten their own loads or that maybe they can't accomodate their current volume which is a fail from multiple angles. No worries I go in to reschedule for another delivery date weeks later and set the date begrudgingly I might add. I get another email to rescedhule this time for my original date because suddenly their free. Guess what nothing arrives, no phone call, no text, no email , no notification. We are on month five for a piece of furniture that is widely produced by the store and currently now apparently without another delivery date. What is Ashley Furniture store doing exactly with their accounts. Guys, I got the "bad" end of the stick here for sure, and am dealing with perhaps unhealthy backorder log but what is going on with the Arizona branches here is very clear and it is clear that their entire corps of management, operations, and warehouse, is completely failing to get the JOB done. I request that every manager and supervisor of every division within the state of Arizona be promptly fired for negligence.

Walked in already knowing what I wanted, then Melvin helped fill the gaps from the moment we shook hands at the front. He showed me many options at first, but through attentively listening to me as we were walking, was able to guide me to where what I really wanted was at in store. From there, it was a wrap. Im stoked to have my furniture delivered in a couple weeks! If you already know what you want and want someone who knows their stuff I think it’d behoove you to call the store and set up an appointment with Melvin to get your items.

Worst experience my husband and I have ever had. I will never recommend nor ever shop here again. They do nothing for a repeat customer that has had 6 months their lives disrupted by store mismanagement. We were left hanging due to a store separation from Sam Levits. Very disappointed in their communication, service, and quality and lack there of.

We've bought from Sam Levitz several times in the last 10 years. The furniture has been good quality for the price, and we've been pleased. The last two times we've been in Ashley Stores we haven't been impressed. The prices are much higher which isn't surprising considering the current economy, but the quality is terrible. The dressers are all particle board and look cheap. We are waiting for American Furniture Warehouse to open in Marana to buy our new living room set.

Went in to purchase some patio furniture and Mike set me up perfectly. He moved tables for me so I could compare colors and pointed me to some sweet deals on artificial plants at %75 off as well getting me a %5 total discount off my purchases. I am very pleased with Ashley’s customer service 😊

I bought furniture from Sam Lewitz and Ashley on Pantano, Tucson Az in the last 7 years, before, during and after Covid, with problems on every order, these people in Ashly Furniture cannot get it right, never. Incompetent people as sales people, as front desk people, everybody from Management to the one who answers the phone, is incompetent, they always create a problem, very frustrated, will never buy anything from Ashley Furniture. Every order had either a quality problem, a delivery problem and a billing problem, orders do not arrive, or if they do, they come delivered broken, cracked, one leg shorter, each order had to be reselected, some of them 3 times. I do not recomend this store to nobody, you will have problems. I am waiting for 3 months for my dining table and chairs. 10 days ago, they delivered with no screws to the set to set it up. Tomorrow I have to get redelivery instead the store calls me to pay the balance of $747.57 dollars, which has been paid in full already in beginning of January, at the store. Horrible customer service.

This is a terrible terrible business. Do not shop here. I cannot even believe they are still in business. I wish i could give them 0 stars. They are the most unreliable, inept furniture franchise i have ever had the horrible pleasure of working with. If you want furniture within a year of purchasing, maybe go somewhere else. Warning! You won’t get your furniture and you won’t be able to get ahold of any manager or supervisor… and the actual store won’t answer the line. I’m blown away. Never had such a hard time with a furniture dealer.

Eddie was the best! He helped us find a dining room table and was with us beginning to end as we decided to look for a couch also. He was very patient while I was a bit indecisive on finding the right couch, and he was willing to show us many options around the store until we found the right one. I will definitely go back to him for future home finds!

My fiancé and I went in to look at mattresses. As we were exploring a couple of options, Eddie came over to see how things were going. I can't say enough good things about Eddie. He was patient with us trying all the options, extremely nice and very knowledgeable on each mattress option. His presentation was fantastic and we ended up purchasing the best one for us. Eddie was a big help and I'd highly recommend him to help you with you needs.

I’m literally standing in the old Sam Levitz store now as I type this because of how annoyed I am . This is now an Ashley owned furniture store on Pantano. I Ordered couch Dec 2 2023 and I still don’t have couch. They told me Jan, Feb, March and now April. Cross your fingers everyone! Worse part there’s been NO communication at all. I have reached out every time. You call store and they NEVER pick up. This has led me to have to drive to store every time I need to talk to someone. Their call center seems to be overseas and there’s major disconnect between local store and call centers.when I came to store to ask when my stuff coming they said I have financial hold and it can’t be delivered. Well ok… why didn’t anyone call me? Apparently Ashley policy is different compared to Sam Levitz per their sales manager and full payment needs to be made. I originally had deposit based on old policy. Like I said they are terrible at communications with their customers. A lady by me is complaining in the store about the same thing. I was met with lack of empathy and no sense of importance at all when I came in and that’s why I’m writing this. You need better training because your people look stress, barely smile and are obviously overwhelmed otherwise they just have bad attitude. I was told by customer service I they submitted a request for discount for my inconvenience. Came to the store and they said no because they have people who ordered in July and still have no furniture. Well you should be ashamed and offer discounts to them too!! Guess what… another gentlemen just walked up to desk with same issue. Take care of your customers during acquisition. Your process issues are your issue and not your customers spending money and supporting the business. At least have empathy and care from higher ups to people on the floor.

Update #4: (5/14/24) I still have not received my refund. And the BBB has still not heard from Ashley Furniture after numerous messages to them. Update #3: (4/23/24) I have not received my refund checks. I have not heard from Ashley furniture and the BBB has not received a response from Ashley Furniture either. This is very concerning. At this point, I will need to contact an attorney to help me with this situation. Update #2: (4/10/24) I still have not received my refund checks. I filed a complaint with the BBB on April 1st, and the BBB has indicated they have not heard from Ashley Furniture yet either. Ashley Furniture is a HORRIBLE company. I just want my $781.54 back. Update: I still have not received my refund checks from Ashley/Sam Levitz. I have now submitted a complaint with the BBB. I wish I could give negative stars. On Nov 14, 2023 I put a down payment on a couch. I was told that the couch I purchased would be in stock on Dec 10, 2023. I finished paying it off on Dec 7, 2023. I was then told after finishing my purchase, that the couch was on back order until mid December. Mid December came around and my salesman called me and said it would be end of Dec/early Jan. Every time I called, I would get the same excuse, still on back order. On March 8, 2024, the Asst. Manager called me saying that the couch was actually discontinued and blamed the previous owner (Sam Levitz) for the issue. I was told I could get my money back or get a different couch with the $781.54 credit I had. I went in the store the next day and picked a different couch. I had a difference of $78.07 owed to me after the purchase. They of course have no idea who is sending out the return checks. They said it would be mailed to me. I still have not received that check for the difference. On top of that, last week on the 21st of March, I received an email confirming the delivery of my couch for yesterday the 25th. The couch was not delivered and no one called me to tell me it wouldn't be delivered. After multiple unanswered calls to Ashley yesterday, I finally spoke to someone and they said it would be another week. I've heard that before. So I went down to Ashley last night and asked for a return of my money. I am now owed $703.47 and they don't know when I will receive that money either. I will be leaving a bad review with the BBB also. And if I don't receive my money ($781.54) soon, I will be making a complaint with the BBB.

Mike O’Connor was great to work with- but the positive experience ended there. Hate to say it, but I think Ashley has gone down hill since parting ways with Sam Levitz. The once amazing financing options are gone, and I have been waiting on my couch to be delivered since my April purchase. My delivery was just pushed back for the third time, and I’m wholeheartedly disappointed. I would not recommend purchasing throu the Ashley store- instead, purchase Ashley products through another retailer.

UPDATE #2- Given Delivery date of 4/5/2024 no confirmation email no delivery tracking, were told we are not on the schedule and no one can tell us where our furniture is and can we even reschedule. Spoke to "Escalation" team and they were clueless on how to handle situation. They have offered to call back for three days and not one call back to explain what is going on and where my things are. Have already submitted another complaint with the Attorney Generals office. UPDATE: 4/03/2024 - 4 months still no furniture. Confirmed Delivery date for 4/3/2024 and they no showed and no call! UNBELIEVABLE! THEY ARE FRAUDS AND LIARS. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. NO COMMUNICATION ORDERED DEC 27,2024----DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Third Party Store. This is not and Ashley Direct Store. Fraudulent Business Practices. Fake delivery dates to get you buy and then change dates and don't notify. Waited three months from date they promised delivery and not one notification to say they were changing or why it was being held up. Location no longer answers phone, you get a customer service outsourced line since they do unethical business they cannot face their customers. Reported to Attorney General and store has history of fraudulent business practices along with no longer doing business with Synchrony Credit Card due to baiting customers into credit lines and fees not disclosed to them during purchases. BE CAREFUL WHEN GOING HERE. They will try to whatever they can to sell you the world but they will fall short on every promise including getting your order right. Order was even wrong and they wanted to recharge more delivery and setup fees even after it was their underwriting mistake. Check your order before they put it in, during, after, then call a few days and even a month after and you will see its changed and wrong. SAVE YOURSELF DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ASHLEY. GO TO ASHLEY ONLINE OR ASHLEY DIRECT. THIS IS A THIRD PARTY AND THEY ARE THIEVES AND UNETHICALLY RUN. THEIR MANAGERS ARE JOKES AND CANNOT AND WILL NOT DO ANYTHING TO HELP. BEWARE!!

I wish I could give zero stars. We purchased $8,000 dollars worth of furniture and it has been a nightmare. The lack of customer service is criminal, how is this establishment allowed to operate this way? There is zero communication and deliveries are scheduled and cancelled without any notification. The store will not answer their phone and if they do they will hang up on you. We haven’t received a refund in 30 days. The worst sales representative and was extremely rude and disrespectful. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE!!!!

It was a bit messy when we went, as they were closing down The Sam Levitz side. My grandson and I are redoing his room, so shopping for a large dresser. Naveed (hope I spelled his name right) was very nice and I appreciate not feeling followed around, just an introduction from him, making himself available if we needed anything

We worked with Eddie, he was very helpful, he helped us find the perfect dining set to replace our very small dining set. He’s been very communicative with us through the whole process, keeping us updated on our delivery date and everything.

TL;DR: Don’t buy furniture here. THIRD UPDATE (still less than one star if possible): 4/6/2024: Received our loveseat today (despite delivery date of April 3rd, for which we rearranged our schedules). We now have three matching pieces of living room furniture. Still no refund for the discounted ottoman they sold us. Ashley tells us it’s on Sam Levitz. Sam Levitz tells us it’s on Ashley. Don’t know who to believe. My partner bought an ottoman from Ashley (now not part of Sam Levitz) to replace the cancelled/discontinued one when we were in the Ashley store last week despite my recommendation that we not. The thought being the current ottoman sold by Ashley is as close to the same look/style as we’ll be able to get, and that it will be a wash price-wise once we get the refund from the original ottoman. We were promised by Ashley that the newly purchased ottoman would be delivered with the loveseat because even though we bought the original furniture from Ashley when it was part of Sam Levitz, Ashley coordinates delivery. The ottoman was not delivered today. We’re now being told it will be here on April 10th. This will be the FOURTH time we’ll rearrange our lives for someone to be home to receive furniture. I’m not optimistic. SECOND UPDATE (would give less than one star): 3/29/2024: Learned today the ottoman has been discounted so we won’t be getting one. No notice was provided about this other than the delivery guys telling us they didn’t have any record of an ottoman for us. Had to spend an hour in the store today to get this straightened out. Still hoping to receive the loveseat - here’s hoping it doesn’t get cancelled and discontinued on us… I will never buy something from Ashley Furniture again, and I will tell everyone I know about this experience so they too do not spend any money with Ashley Furniture. FIRST UPDATE (one star): 3/23/2024 After a month delay, two items (of four) were delivered this morning. We have been told one item is on back order and should be delivered within a week. The other item, we were just informed, was cancelled. We didn’t cancel it. We don’t know why it was cancelled. Now we are stuck waiting to learn what will happen next as they delivered before the store is open and calling Ashley customer service is pointless as they tell us we have to speak directly with the store. At this point, depending on what we learn when we speak with the store, we will likely cancel the entire order and have them come pick up what was delivered. This has been a ridiculous experience. This reflects terribly on Ashley, that they allow stores to operate in this way. Timelines are a joke. Customer service is a joke. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for furniture or know that you are likely in for a wait significantly longer than quoted, poor communication, and just all around issues with your order. Original Review (2 stars): 3/1/2024: Had an overall positive experience buying our furniture. At the time, we were quoted a month (max) for delivery. We were able to make that work. Fast forward a month and we’re told it will still be another month for delivery and that there is no guarantee that this new timeline is accurate. So just be aware that while they will quickly sell you something, they in no way have an accurate idea concerning how quickly you’ll receive your furniture. Talking to them, we’re basically told “it is what it is.” No apologies and nothing to be done about it. Regret not buying from Ashley Furniture directly (online). Ashley has had good customer service, but have been limited in their ability to do anything because we bought through a third party store. They over promise and under deliver. We will not buy from them again in the future.

Brandon has been so wonderful in showing and explaining every piece of furniture. He is a gem. He is a hard worker and is learning all the pieces of furniture in the store. He is very valuable to the company. Thank you for hiring him.
