I don't even know where to start with this one but here it goes... (Read at the end when I met the manager) It took me 4 days to get an order with Ashleys. I sould have given up and go elswewhere but did'nt. Tried to order online and it put a hold on my card for a week with no confirmation. When I called they had no record but the hold was on my bank. After numurous calls decided to call the local store in Tucson. It took them an hour on the phone to order 4 items then the system would still not take my payment. Called the the manager he couldnt get it. Decided to drive 30 minutes to make a payment at the only store in Tucson. The Manager and several sales people where loud and joking around at the desk. I went politely up and told them my name. The cashier girl giggled and said now I can put a name to a face. Met the manager Courtny and he still had problems taking my payment. I joking said I was just trying to give Ashleys my money. He said you can give it to me...I can take my lady out. The guy next to him said .."did you hear him he said he gonna take his woman out hahaha". I asked him why the "white glove" advertised $299 but he is charging me $354. He said because I gave you a discount on another item. What?? I proceded to make my payment because I was sick of it and as I walk around the corner I could hear them mocking me. I was always nice and was treated very disrepectfully. I have a lot more but to long a post already. Bottom line buy somewhere else besides Ashleys!! PS they said a District manager was going to call me but havent heard in almost two weeks now.

This review is a general observation when ordering with Ashley, not particular to this very store. It just happens to be the closest to me. My experience would have likely happened if I had not ordered online but at this store, so I believe this is still valuable for potential customers to consider. I ordered an Ashley's dining set through their website with a delivery date of 9/30. Their annoying AI system hammered me with emails every hour on a weekend to tell them to confirm (after I had already picked this delivery date myself) or they'd threaten to cancel it. I eventually saw the email avalanche and confirmed. The AI replied with "You are all set for 9/30". I took off from work to be home for the delivery window and the day arrived and it went - without any emails or texts or phone calls to tell me that they wouldn't be able to deliver. Just silence. I called the customer "service" at the end of the delivery window only to learn that they had no idea what happened or why, neither did they care to apologize and they told me it had now been scheduled for a 10/7 delivery. What? Unbelievable! Brave New World! So the following weekend the same AI annoyance emailed me hourly for me to confirm the 10/7 date and I responded. Another "You are all set" email that looked exactly the same as the first one. Only difference was that this time the day arrived and I received a notification that my item was loaded on the truck. And it did indeed arrive that day. I am so completely not impressed by this furniture outlet. They handle everything through AI who couldn't care less. Empty and meaningless emails from machines expressing how sorry they are for my bad experience really does not cut it. I will not shop there again.

I’m took my Son there to buy a bed. Our previous experience was underwhelming to say the least. Paul greeted us and right there we realized how awesome he is. We shopped all over town. He is the consummate professional. More product knowledge than anyone we incurred anywhere. I can’t see buying from anyone else. It’s hard to earn my respect and business but Paul was by far the best in his Field. I can’t recommend him enough!

Great service and knowledgeable sales Rep. Eddie Stith assisted in all aspects, show room, availability, delivery and available discounts. Would recommend and buy from store again.

Worst service. Ordered 2 couches at the end of July for my father. Was told by the salesman Jesus Franco that they were in stock. Was also told I would be contacted by someone to set up delivery. When they called to schedule delivery, the couches were back ordered and would not be delivered until oct 4th. The communication is terrible here. I would have gone to another store had they told me the couches were currently on back order. I needed to change my delivery phone number and to do so was told I needed to come in store. When I went into the store today just before 5 pm with my baby in her car seat, 4 salesmen, 1 saleswoman and 1 receptionist flat out ignored me. I was standing at the desk for 2 minutes before I had to ask for help. I was not welcomed. At the desk, they took turns looking my way and never said welcome, one moment, anything. When I finally asked if I was going to be helped, only one salesman apologized. He was the only one who looked like he was actually in the middle of something. The others were all standing at the desk avoiding me on their tablets. I told him I was advised that I needed to come into the store to update a delivery phone number. He motioned to the receptionist and said that she could help me. When I walked over to the receptionist, no hello or anything, went straight into asking me the name on the order. I ordered a light and a nursery rocking chair back in maybe January of this year and was helped by a great salesman. Since then the store has no customer service. You would think making commission would entice them to want to greet a paying customer. Consider going to another store. You’ll most likely receive your items faster and at least welcomed upon entering the store. Save yourself a headache. Tried to call the store directly and speak to a manager and could not get through. I kept getting routed to a call center.

Bought a bedroom suit from Ashley furniture in Tuscon. ON aug 6 2025.The night stand was slightly damage we took pictures sent them in.They offered me a refund.I accepted it because it was very minor.7 WEEKS LATER STILL FIGHTING TO GET MY REFUND..The dresser drawer was also messed uo.The track is bent and can't open the door.Again Aug 6 2025.The furniture was paid in full at the store.But we can't use our dresser.They first said the part was delivered and it was not.When I confronted them about it.Their excuse was miss communication.The parts are on back order until October 25 2025.so meanwhile we still can't use our dresser.THIS WILL BE MYLAST PURCHASE FROM THEM THEIR SERVICE STINKS!,

Customer service blows, they kept raising the prices and fees during the"financing" stage, & wanted $400 to deliver within 5 miles of the store. No way. We walked, & won't be back. Ever. Shredded the credit card that was sent in the mail.
