We had the most excellent experience with Ashley store. We ordered a metal 5 inch box spring for my Mom, needed a smaller size bed to get into. The box spring was great, Can't thank Cyrus and his partner enough for the Great delivery and friendly attitude. They delivered the mattress on time, Set up a new mattress and took our old one away. Five star rating for both of the Ashley workers. The automated system they used was great, let me know when the delivery was gonna be and kept updating me on the time. Five stars for Ashley store👍

Never again will I walk into an Ashley store, bought my sectional, was told it would be delivered the 2nd of September, which was about a week, I was perfectly fine with that, was told I would get a text confirming the drop off 2 days before delivery date, never got anything I called and they magically moved it to the 4th, ok whatever, 2 days before still nothing, I called, then was told my couch was on financial hold by the financial group I went through, so I called that and they told me they are waiting for Ashley to deliver the couch so they can start the billing process, I called Ashley back and of course the story changes, I then get told I'll have my couch the 6th, well I mentioned that won't work cause I'll be out of town, then they tell me the 10th, I finally told them to cancel the order, then they go and offer 5% off my purchase 😂, and not worth it...horrible customer service and have seen a lot of the same problems with other customers, if I'm gonna pay 1500 bucks, I would really like to have it home so I can enjoy it...so I went somewhere else, better furniture and it's already sitting in my living room 😊

It's not that the people are bad or anything like that. You're just not going to get quality furniture. The most egregious part is you're paying the same amount as if it was good quality (i.e. solid wood and not particle board.

My wife & I purchased a dinning room table and chairs. We saw the floor model, which was a high top, and we wanted normal height. Our sales person Edwin Munoz assured us that the regular table would be exact like it. we paid $1,854.36 for the set. The table was delivered and the table was not the one we picked out. We promptly went to the store and showed them pictures of the table that was delivered while standing next to the table on display and they could clearly see the difference. A person who identified himself as one of the managers, told us the difference was because it was a regular size table and not the high top one on display. He assured us that they will investigate and send someone out to physically see the table with in a couple of days. He said that he had opened an investigation and we would be contacted, again within a couple of days. So untrue. He lied through his teeth. It is August 30th, and we have received no calls, no one has come by, absolutely no contact from this store or anyone representing the brand. I would never shop at this store because you cannot trust anything that they say. We are stuck with a table we did not order, but paid for it anyway. Please beware of this store. If they tell you that they will open an investigation, it actually means you will never hear from them again. Mike Preslik

If I could give a negative number evaluation I would. My wife and I purchased a sofa sleeper from the Ashley store on Pantano on June 19, 2025. We paid in full and were given a reasonable delivery date (about 3 weeks). As we approached that date I received a phone call from the salesman saying there would be a delay in delivery due to the fact that deliveries to Phoenix addresses took higher priority (Tucson customers make note of that!). On August 6, I received another call from salesman saying there would be another delay, however stating we would have an September 2, 2025 delivery. On Thursday, August 28, 2025 I called the salesman to verify delivery. Immediately I could sense something wrong, his response confirmed my suspicions, saying that delivery was going to pushed out another 6 to 10 days. My wife got very upset at this point, demanding a call from the store manager, Courtney. Upon being asked point blank whether he could give a firm delivery date, he began listing all the things that could cause possible further delays in delivery (short-staffing, delivery vehicles having flat tires, etc). In other words, he could not or would not give a firm delivery date. Whereas the salesman was apologetic, the store manager never once uttered an apology nor made a statement to the effect that he valued us as customers, that we had been very accommodating, and he was going to make every effort to get the sofa to us on time. I do not blame the salesman (he had the unfortunate task of calling us about the delays) for the total lack of customer service because this is a top down problem. I would fire the store manager, Courtney, immediately if I were his supervisor. On a final note, we cancelled the order after 2.5 months of waiting on something we never received. Now we will wait to see if Ashley lives up to the promise to refund the money we paid. In the meantime my wife is telling as many in her large network of family and friends to never shop at Ashley.

I went to Ashley’s after having a negative experience at a different furniture store in Tucson. Going in, I was honestly expecting the worst but from the minute I walked in every person I came across was amazing. Eddie was who helped my boyfriend and I and he was awesome at answering any questions we had and was also super informative. We ended up leaving happy with our purchase and we plan on going to Ashley’s in the future for other purchases as well.
