My experience was great and I purchased a full size bed. Sales man who helped me was Tobechi-Jude Onoche and was really nice and helpful I definitely recommend doing business with him if you come to Ashley store.

Blah. Overpriced crappy and all they want you to do is get their financing. They really don’t care we were there and one of the sales persons literally read the specials off a clipboard while sitting on a couch paying on his phone.

Our in-store experience with Ashley Furniture started off well. The sales rep was kind, not pushy, and helped us find what we needed. He confirmed all of our furniture pieces were in stock in Phoenix. Due to us living remotely over an hour way, they did not deliver to our area, and so we had to pick up the items from the store. We asked that the items remain in their boxes to keep them clean on the drive home — no problem, we were told. Unfortunately, that’s where the smooth experience ended. All the furniture wasn’t actually in stock, and the delivery was delayed multiple times. Thankfully, I hadn’t gotten rid of our existing furniture or we would’ve had no living room setup for a week. When it finally came time to pick up the items, no one informed us that we’d be on our own for loading. My husband pulled up expecting help, but was told, “Gotta pick your poison," when it came to picking a hand dolly out to use. So, he and our teenage daughter had to do all the heavy lifting while the warehouse worker stood by. When we got everything home, the recliner didn’t work and there was a tear in the chaise. I contacted customer service, who informed me our warranty was voided because we didn’t check the furniture at the store — something we were never told was required. When I asked about the extended warranty we purchased, I was told it wouldn’t help and that nothing could be done. I then called the store directly. The woman was polite but insisted I was mistaken and there was no open case on file, despite my previous conversation with customer service. She opened a case and I was contacted via email, where I submitted photos and videos of the damage. I was told someone would come to our home for the repair, not the store, as I asked upfront in the email. Then, 48 hours before the appointment, my husband received a robo text and call saying the repair would be at the store location — over an hour away. I replied to the ongoing email thread to clarify, but got no response. We’re now having to rearrange our schedule and transport the damaged furniture ourselves for a repair that should have been handled properly from the start. While our in-store experience was positive and I do enjoy the nondamaged furniture, the corporate customer service and quality control process has been a nightmare. I do not recommend Ashley Furniture and will not be returning as a customer.

We went into the Ashley store on Pantano and was greeted by Omar Dorame. What a terrific salesperson. He went above and beyond to help us. My husband had a stroke a year ago and Oscar showed my husband the perfect lift chair. Oscar made the experience easy and showed my husband all the features the chair had. We appreciate Oscar and his knowledge about the lift chair. Ask for Oscar if you decide to shop Ashley.
