Would stay clear of this place, every time we purchase there is an issue. My wife and I purchased a Living Room set and Dining Room set totaling $6625.14, we wanted to put $3625.14 down with a remaining balance of $3000, Ashley double charged our card and when our account wasn't credited 10 days later we went in the store only to be told they are going to credit back $625.14, We did not give them authorization to keep the balance and running my credit was a waste as there is now an inquiry on my report. Shady practices and the Manager acted as if he couldn't do anything as its a corporate level issue now. Delivery was ok, furniture not damaged even though they didn't cover the tile floor while assembling the wood dining room set, brought in leather sofas on a dolly with no protection, etc. We ordered a Bedroom set from here and it took over 9 months to receive that. I think they feel they have the market locked down, especially after Sam Levitz closing. Would give zero stars if I could.

Poor customer service and follow through. They don’t bother contacting you when they change the dates of your delivery. Changed dates several times and was only made aware after I made the call to them after waiting the day of delivery. We also used Bob’s discount furniture in Tucson. MUCH more communicative and great follow through. Bob’s contacted us the day before and several times during the day of delivery. Not even a phone call from Ashley. Poor customer service. We have a Bedroom set also on order from Ashley No doubt it will also be delayed and based on previous experience they won’t even call to inform ! Go elsewhere. All they care about is making the sale . Bob’s also followed through after the sale to make sure we were happy.

Don’t waste your time or money at this furniture store . Especially the Pantano and broadway location in Tucson az. Not helpful AT ALL but yet they are dressed in fancy business attire sitting around not doing a god damn thing . How the hell does a furniture store not have a measuring tape . And instead an associate said well you have an I phone right ? You can download a measuring app on your phone which doesn’t work and is WAYYY MORE COMPLICATED THAN IT SHOULD BE . Never again . I will be buying my furniture at big lots .

I paid for a 10 year warranty on an adjustable bed frame at Ashley's back in 2018. My frame broke so I called Ashley to get it fixed well within the 10 years. They couldn't find my warranty. They told me that at that time they were affiliated with Sam levits, who are currently going out of business, and as of February of this year, are no longer affiliated with them. Ashley's is crocked and stole $225 from me for a warranty they sold me and refuse to honor.
We came to the store to look for specific bed frames and Eddie not only helped us find the perfect one , but he also helped us get a comfortable mattress and its protector. He walked us through every part of the purchase in how the mattress will keep us nice and cool. He was there to answer all our questions , and helped us get great deals ! Thank you Eddie for your help , you were awesome !
Salesperson was helpful but after sale is finalized, customer service is atrocious. Delivery drivers pressuring you to be complacent with damaged furniture just to get a signature they dropped off. I called customer service afterwards and got directed to a call center that was less than helpful. Specifically ordered this furniture because it was in stock and would arrive when I needed it to. But since it arrived damaged ,now the replacement dresser won’t be delivered on time. Defeats the whole purpose of going to the store. Now I understand things happen but a company that actually cares about the customer experience would do more than offer an insincere apology. The customer has to be understanding and patient but yet Ashley Furniture can just be inconsiderate of one’s valuable time.

Difficult to use warranty. The store phone number directs everyone to the call center even though the call center stated they don’t handle Tucson store warranties. The call center directs everyone to speak with the store directly. Nobody answers the phone at the store. Now, have to drive across town to get help.

Do not buy furniture from Ashley's! I bought a sofa that was delivered on Wednesday. The next morning we noticed bugs in the sofa and called customer service but they are lazy and unhelpful. They are saying they wont be able to pick the sofa up until the 9th. Dont get furniture from here unless you want bed bugs! They only have one warehouse in Arizona, so if this sofa came from there, the rest of their products have been exposed to the infestation!

I was charged a $50 fee to pick specific day for delivery of item. 5 days before scheduled delivery I am told it will be a week later. I am getting the run around about getting my $50 refunded. Out of country customer support and automated in store support which leads to unanswered phone with no option for message. Not happy, I will never purchase anything from Ashley in the future.
I want to document the issues I've been having with one of the lift chairs I purchased, along with the additional five-year warranty. Despite my efforts to contact the store where I bought the chairs, I have been consistently redirected to an overseas call center. I have been told that the warranty had expired, but according to the terms, it should have started upon the chair's delivery. The delivery took place on October 6th, 2023, and the chairs were purchased on September 13th, 2023. I have also been told conflicting information about the additional warranty I purchased through Protectall. Additionally, there seems to be confusion regarding the change in ownership of the store from Sam Levitz to Ashley, and how it may impact the warranty. I hope we can resolve these issues promptly. I have also been told that someone will be out in three weeks, but I cannot confirm that with the store because I am unable to get a hold of them. We were told if we bought the extended warranty all we had to do was to make one call and everything would be taken care of.

Eddie at the Ashley Furniture store off of Broadway and Pantano is great. He made buying a sectional couch very painless. He was very knowledgeable about the entire process and was very patient with us. Eddie was not pushy and allowed us to lead with only asking questions about what we did like about it. Our experience with him was great.

The buying experience was fine in 2021. We purchased lifetime warranty on our sofa set and have since tried the last 2 months to get in contact about our couch being broken. Corporate cannot find record of our warranty and suggested that we gwt in contact with the store. They do not answer the phone, no matter the time I call or even if I call back to back for over an hour.
Mike did an excellent job. He was very professional and very pleasing to work with The bonus was that he saw i was having trouble getting gettig out of the car and he came to me in the parking lot with a wheelchair He is an asset to the company.. 0/10 stars would highly not recommend - no way this place has 2500 reviews with 4.4 stars: 1. The sales people: worse than a used car lot, from the second you walk in they bombard you asking if you want a "good deal." Have you ever been to a touristy place in Mexico where the kids run around trying to sell you "chicle?" Incredibly similar vibes. Curiously, they all carry tablets; the curious part is that when you decide to buy something, they bustle off to their manager to "run the deal buy him." Our sales person came back about 30 minutes later with a handwritten invoice as he hurried us to the cashier trying to sell us a credit card on the way. When I stopped him, to ask why the price had increased $800 from the advertised price on the display, he looked embarrassed and said he had to go speak to his manager again. Another 30 minutes later he came back with a different handwritten invoice for the advertised price. At that point we were so annoyed we left and sadly made the choice to come back the next weekend. Tread, lightly as they will try to bait and switch you too. I still am perplexed at the reason they all have tablets if they hand write invoices other than to rip you off. And to make matters more annoying, once you try to check out they take you to the one "cashier" in the entire god forsaken store where you will wait another half hour for them to try to upsell you on warranties, services plans, and yes.... over priced pillows. Honestly embarrassed I went through with the purchase but I think I was so frustrated that with the hours of my life I had wasted in this dump that I felt I needed to leave with something in hand to justify the massive was of time. 2. The Quality: GARBAGE. On first delivery of the bedroom set - the delivery men refused to remove our old furniture as the sales person had promised. Then, when they realized the bedframe was missing a piece, they left the half constructed frame in the middle of the room and promtly left telling me someone would call me. Noone ever did, I spent several more hours on the phone trying to procure a full bedframe. But wait, it gets worse! The bedside table we bought made out of aesthetically appealing mango wood was infested with, we found out a month later, BORE BEETLES!!!!! They eat through the furniture and leave saw dust, similar to termites. And if you are lucky, they might infest your entire house! Apparently the treatment is fumigation - THANKS Ashley. 3. The customer service: hard to believe, but worse than 1 & 2 above. Three times I called their "customer service line" only to have their outsourced call center tell me they couldnt find my invoice number....convenient right? When they tried to transfer me to the store three times... you guessed it - no answer! Clearly because their employees are too busy running around trying to rip people off to have time to actually help someone. Out of frustration I went back to the store in person this last week and after spending another 30 minutes in line waiting for the only cashier in the god forsaken place, I was told she found my invoice and would send an email to "corporate" and someone would get back to me. She refused to give me the invoice number so I could try to trouble shoot on my own with customer service, refused to copy me on the email, or give me a number to call corporate. But I was reassured a "technician" would be sent to my house to assess the furniture. One week later, as I am sure you can imagine. STILL NO CALL! The long and short: save your self the time, the money, the self respect, and the infestation of bugs at your house, and drive to Mesa and buy some furniture at Ikea - you will not regret it and you will thank me later.
Linda is Awesome but I am very disappointed that I have to wait over a month to get my 3000.00 sectional. Only reason I purchased was how sweet Linda is!!!!

Huge selection of very nice yet affordable furniture! Micheal was a very helpful salesman. Not pushy yet polite, attentive and thorough. He catered well to our needs and adapted well. Got the living rooms set up and the I’ll be doing business with him again when it comes time to furnish the bedroom.
Raul was very nice and helpful the entire time. He made sure we saw all the options and even suggested some that we wouldn't have originally considered. We ended up settling on a very nice and soft black couch that he assures us will be delivered right inside the apartment. Overall 5/5 very helpful and the entire experience has been positive

He listens to our needs and helps find what will work for us. He has never rushed our purchases, and he assists with coordinating pieces, keeping our budget in mind. He has even assisted with online purchases. I would recommend him at this store to anyone!

Hello Ashley, I thought we had a good relationship at first and it was beautiful but I came to realize that you’re very toxic and not a good fit for me. You told me you were going to be on time and had everything I asked for and then you lied. I took time off work to spend time with you so we had to reschedule. Then on the second date you showed up but wasn’t prepared and showed up with not everything we talked about. So I rescheduled again think i could be me and i didn’t fully give you the right opportunity it I was wrong again because you showed up not only with everything we talked about but just wasn’t ready again. After a few more attempts to try to make this relationship work I realized Ashley that your communication skills are garbage and you can’t keep your words, so we are going to have to break up and I hope and pray that you don’t hurt the next person who comes to looking for a beautiful relationship.
This was a very easy an organized experience. Big shout out to Michael O’connor for helping us pick out our furniture. Not only was he very helpful but he added some comedic relief to what could have been a stressful day!! He was also very understanding when we changed our minds about our furniture choices!!

BEWARE CONSUMERS! Ashley Furniture is owned by Sam Levitz and they owe a lot of people a lot of money!! They dropped my couch when they were delivering it after repair and tried to deny that they dropped it when I noticed the damage. They told us they could not fix it or order another replacement. We went to Sam Levitz to pick out another set and they said it would take three months to come in. July I received a call from SL and they told me they would have to credit us for our furniture because the furniture we ordered was not going to come in. SL told me they would issue me a check three-five days after they received my furniture. I have been in constant contact with SL since July 1st and they continue to tell me they are in reorganization and not sure when I will receive a check. Basically they stole my furniture!!!

The worst experience of my life purchasing furniture. Everything went well when we came in an made several orders totaling almost $30,000. We though the sales representative did a fine job at first, but once the deliveries started to arrive we noticed the mess he made with our orders. He never added a dinning room table and chairs like we had requested or several other items. We had to return to the store to purchase those separately. The sales rep sent a picture to us of what he ordered and it was the wrong table. He said he made the correction and the correct table was now ordered. We were told the dinning room and chairs would be delivered on a certain date, when I noticed they weren't, I called customer service only to find out he never reordered the correct table. I contacted him again asking him about this only for him to tell me it was a back office mistake and not his fault. Then he said he would get back to me with status of my new table being ordered but never did. It has been 3 weeks since we placed the order for the table and chairs and we still have not received even a status for the order. Contacting the store directly is a nightmare as no one ever answers the phone. I also have never received a rug I ordered a month ago and an entry way table arrived without the proper hardware so it is sitting in my living room with no legs.... I would not recommend this store for purchasing at all to anyone.

We have been shopping for furniture the past few days and we went to Ashley to get a bedroom set. Mayra the sales reps was a very nasty person and didn’t even offer options to get the furniture quicker than a month. She shouldn’t be on sales if she has no patience nor customer service skills.

Me and my girlfriend walked into the store being looking to buy our very first couch. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Michael. He was very friendly and helpful, we are very grateful to have met him for he made our whole experience less stressful. This is a great store that has some great deals I’d recommend one to come in on a Tuesday if you are looking to finance.

Horrible experience. In their transfer from Sam Levitz, Ashley's billing is completely inept. Credit here, bill there. Credit again and yet again bill. Instructed them to forego any further credit back. Received a billing notice thru FedEx and the driver said he has delivered numerous letters with the customers stating they've had the same issues with Ashley.
So I keep making the mistake of opening up internet browsers after having a generally good day. I don’t know why I have to go and ruin it by having bad news vomited into my eyeballs and since I raw dog life with no meds, I have to take it like a man and sit in disgust and reflection afterward thinking about the collapse of society. That being said, this is America and we do what we do best when frustrated and fed up with the state of affairs. We go to therapy. Just kidding, most people can’t afford that. Retail therapy. Just kidding, we can barefuly afford that either, but that’s what credit cards are for. It’s, you know, magic money that you hope you can ignore owing back by hedging bets on solar flares knocking out digital infrastructure. Anyway, I was in the mood to go purchase things I don’t need to fill the void that wasn’t already getting plugged up by microplastics. I needed to up the dopamine with something high ticket, something elegant, something that made me feel better and more important than other people. Furniture. If my generation can’t afford a home, at least we can cosplay like we can and go furniture browsing. And i’m not talking Craigslist or second hand stores. There is a certain thrill to rolling the dice on secondhand furniture, though. You do get to play the game is that a cigarette burn or an artistic design flair? Bodily fluids or just beverages? Pet hair or human hair. You get where i’m goin. There is a bigger thrill, however, in knowing a couch is fresh leather, polyester, cotton or nylon and only a few strange butts have sat in it; that it’s yours to claim. Your throne for the taking. It gets me excited and I feel like a topical conservative Ohio senator just thinking about it. Boy oh boy, there’s no shortage of furniture stores on the ol’ googles. There’s “Sam Levitz”, but that sounds like a lawyer you go to when you’re in too deep with gambling debts. There’s “La-Z-Boy” but I’ve always hated the way they spelled it like a 90s rap group. Then I saw “Ashley Furniture”. I liked the way it wasn’t possessive like “Ashley’s” as if you were raiding her estate after a bankruptcy. It was Ashley Furniture. The furniture is very ASHLEY. And the ratio for cool to horrible Ashleys i’ve met in my life is like a 60:40 ratio. Pretty good odds. I walked into this sprawling fever dream and was immediately on planet housegasm. There were partitioned off areas for all things bedroom, kitchen and living room & I imagined I was an eccentric billionaire and one of my properties was just an Ashley Furniture store where everything was functional- stoves, faucets and all the electric and plumbing and how cool it would be to throw ragers and have every section be a different vibe. Like the most Karen warehouse rave ever. But then that dream was interupted when a sales associate said “hello, sir, is there anything I can help you with?” and then I put on a vague, French accent and said “no no no just lookeeng” and started walking away but that’s when the gummie kicked in and I felt like I was going to be trapped in limbo like in Inception. So I came back with a nervous look and said “actualleeee, can you show me le couches?” Which was a dumb question because we were literally surrounded by them already. He then kindly guided me through several different selections but then when I saw the price tags I had to hide my anxiety even more. “What sort of budget were you looking to work with, sir?” and then I did a weird french giggle and saw that there was a blocky, beige Polyester ottomon on markdown for around $150. So I perked up and said “I will have to come back for le couch as my wife, she does not trust my couch expertise but she does trust my taste in ottomons”. Long story short, I now have an ottomon on layaway because I got nervous and made an impulse purchase in fake french with a maxed out credit card. And yes, I will try sleeping on it and I will pretend to like it and you won’t tell me otherwise. Thanks Ashley, i’ll be back when my crypto recovers. 5 stars.

I bought multiple items from Ashley Furniture Store along with a protection plan for all of them. Within three months, the footboard of my bed broke. I called the store for weeks, but no one picked up. I finally drove an hour and a half to the store, only to be told that Ashley Furniture and Sam Levitz Furniture Store don't work together. They said I bought the protection plan from Sam Levitz instead of Ashley. When I spoke to Sam Levitz, they said that because I bought the furniture at Ashley before the stores stopped working together, Ashley is responsible for fixing my bed. Neither company is willing to fix my bed, even though I paid extra for the protection plan. I would give both companies a 0 review if I could. No one wants to take responsibility.

My mother and I visited Ashleys located on Broadway and Pantano in search of a chest of drawers. Our initial choice was Sam Levitz, our go-to store for furniture, but to our surprise, they were no longer in association. Fortunately, we stumbled upon a beautiful chest made of real wood at Ashley's. The delivery process was a breeze, and to our delight, the item arrived five days ahead of the anticipated schedule.

I wish I could give this store zero stars. No one answers the phone at the store. Our delivery was supposed to happen a week ago they didn’t call to tell us it was getting rescheduled for delivery. This week they confirmed the delivery to cancel on us again because of a broken truck. We have tried calling to talk with the store multiple times with no answer and the customer service said they can’t help us either. I highly suggest going somewhere else if you want to get your delivery on time. The guy said we got a great deal, but what we got is a headache and a lot of miscommunication. Do better Ashley’s.

order randomly canceled I'm moving my dad to a retirement home in Tucson and having to handle the arrangements from out of state. I got on a chat with a sales person in the store who was fabulous. Helped me pick out exactly what my dad needed, made sure it was in stock, and arranged for delivery and assembly in time to have it ready for the move. Then two days later and now 8 days before the move, I got an email that the entire order was canceled. I called the number on the email to sort it out, that lead me to someone who told me I needed to talk to customer service. So basically hang up and call back, have to try to bully my way through the chatbot AGAIN to try to get a person on the phone. This took half an hour but I did eventually get a live person on the phone. She recommended that I go through the entire process of ordering online again and hey maybe this time I'll work out. That or walk into a location and buy it in person, then arrange for delivery. Again, I am in another state which is why I was buying furniture online. Apparently I'm the first person in the history of furniture to have a delivery address different from my billing address and they simply did not have the ability to cope with such wild anarchy. The good news is that IKEA does so I have furniture on the way from Tempe AND I'm sure that some loss prevention team is super chuffed about having prevented this obvious fraudulent attempt to purchase furniture. so hey Ashley thanks so much for making an already stressful situation soooo much worse

These people are liars and frauds, and I'm done with Ashley.

My recent experience with the eastside Tucson Ashley store has been disappointing, frustrating and nonsensical. Delivery delayed with no contact, I called after the scheduled time frame and literally no one could find where my furniture was. Received an automated text the following day with updated delivery date and time. Another day off work ! I’ve called the store and left multiple requests for a return call from Dave, the manager, who seems not to care and doesn’t seem to have any accountability whatsoever. The sales manager Nico was to credit the delivery charge back to my card, within 5-7 business days, it’s been 22 days . Another call to the store no one seems to know or care. Customer service is non existent in my opinion. Also, make sure to read your interest free terms well, you may find that the agreed upon 12 months is all of a sudden six when you go online to pay. I personally will never shop at Ashley again, and they should be ashamed of how they treat customers after the purchase. Shameful and disgusting in this reviewers opinion.

Yo, shoutout to Joseph! Preciatechya bruh. I had a pleasant shopping experience here on 6-24-2024 @ 5:30 pm. Joseph helped me try out a few recliner chairs before making my final decision! I went with the Stoneland Power Rocker Recliner in chocolate faux leather. The power reclining feature is what sold me as compared to the manual reclining chairs, because the power one you can set the chair angle to any degree and it will confidently stay there. Very comfortable. Thank y'all. 🙏🏻

I would not give our salesperson, Linda high marks. She attempted to hold off on strike while the iron is hot with anxious buyers. We tried to buy, cash and carry. We wanted to buy the merchandise and carry it home in our Expedition. Linda wanted us to wait another day and gave a narrow window to pick it up the next day. Another delivery person demonstrated excellent sales skills and saved the day by allowing us to take our furniture home immediately. I would suggest Linda go to sales training.
Our sale person Linda was great. Ashley as a whole...not impressed. They sold me furniture that is back ordered without bothering to tell me they don't have it to sell. I waited 2 weeks and took a day off work for the delivery. They confirmed the delivery date 3 times and then showed up without the bed rails and dresser. They still haven't bothered to tell me where the rest of the furniture they sold me is 3 days later. I will not be shopping there again EVER.
Ordered a bunch of furniture and paid $400 for shipping. When they arrived to deliver the furniture they said they did not have the full order, this is very unprofessional, if I would have got the heads up of not having the full furniture I would have told them to just wait until it was all in. A week later I get a confirmation email and phone call saying it will be delivered today the 06/19/24 so I took the day off of work to be there for the delivery just to get a phone call and say the delivery has been canceled. Very frustrating, very unprofessional, and very expensive to pay $400 shipping for them to do this. They said they would have a manager “follow up” with me and never heard back. Do not recommend shopping here.

Paid 300 for delivery in 2 days and they said “my route got lost” and aren’t delivering until 6 days later when originally it was 2. They didn’t even try to find a solution. The manager CT looked like he had no idea of what to do. It was a bad experience. Never again.
I recently had an issue with a bed foundation that I ordered, based on the recommendation of the online customer service representative who sold me my bedroom furniture. I did not require a foundation based on the type of bed I ordered. I spoke to several people before I finally reached the person who made sure that my order could be both returned and refunded appropriately. A gentleman by the name of Jason Davis, who is the Retail Customer Care Representative Lead, very patiently discussed the situation via email, and he always followed-up to provide me updates on the status of my request to return the merchandise. He sent very nice individuals to pick up my foundation, and he made sure I received a refund back to my payment source. Jason definitely lives up to the title of "Customer Care Representative Lead" and Ashley knew what they were doing when they hired him. I went into Ashley’s knowing I wanted a couch, but I didn’t know that the couches were customizable. Eddie was very nice, professional, funny, and knowledgeable about the products. He took the time to explain all the details and didn’t rush even with me being one of the last ones in the store! Definitely would recommend Ashley and Eddie!
Horrible experience. Ordered a couch and everything was in stock. Got the confirmation of deliver 2 days before the schedule. Then on the day of delivery I get called that 2 pices are missing from the couch and they are back ordered. This was not the case when I purchased them. How they were no longer available the day of delivery is ridiculous. Now the couches won’t be here for another week and a half and i had an event at my house that now has to be canceled. Trying to get of hold of Ashley’s is horrible. When I do get an answer they tell me someone will call me back about compensation but they never do. When I call they now tell me there’s nothing they can do and I just have to deal with it. I will never shop here again. Cornelius was my sales rep and he never called me back either. Never again

BEWARE! We bought a Sealy mattress here for about $1200. The salesperson said we had 30 days to return if we didn't like it. We believed it because every mattress company we looked at offered at least 30 days, most 90 to 180 days to return if we weren't satisfied (including Sealys website) The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and activated my sciatica causing me to eventually miss nearly a month of work, dr's visits, physical therapy etc. I called Ashley customer service and was told i needed to send pictures of the mattress. Ok, even though the mattress wasn't defective it's their process so i sent them. No word from them for a week, and i'm sleeping on an air mattress. I called back and they told me they had to send a technician out to look at the mattress. To See What?? They then told me they offer no return policy but i could go to the location directly and talk with someone there. I did, asked for a manager and spoke to C. Templeton. I rarely get to speak to a salesperson as uninterested in helping me as he was. When I told him his salesperson said we could return it if it wasn't comfortable he told me they would re-educate their salespeople. How does that help me? He made no effort to find a way to help or take responsibility for their salespersons misinformation. No offer to contact the manufacturer, no offer to help in any way. So, since you can buy the same mattress anywhere with guarantees, why buy one from a company that won't take returns?

Order #19A***520. On May 20th, 2024, we purchased over $8,000 worth of furniture from Jamie Suarez in the Tucson Ashley location. Mr. Suarez placed an item on our bill (a desk, item 11743-34) that we did not ask for and in no way wanted. We attempted to get Mr. Suarez to correct the bill, remove the error and provide us with a new receipt, this seems to be beyond Mr. Suarez's ability and competencies to accomplish. Mr. Suarez had Agatha Anhill email us a receipt, it was supposed to be an updated receipt but it was NOT, it was simply an identical receipt, still in error. Further, the receipt Ms. Anhill provided was so small that it could not be read without the use of a magnifying glass and of course the receipt was the original, not a corrected copy. I texted Mr. Suarez 12 times for a new receipt, he will no longer return my texts. I have called the store 10 times; they do not answer. To date we not received an updated receipt and we don't know if they removed the item (desk) from our purchase. The store is impossible to deal with, even something this simple, they have zero customer service. We have not received our shipment yet and already regret this shame of an operation. But the fun doesn't stop there. During our purchase at Ashley we found that numerous items on their website cannot be purchased in the store, in fact, Mr. Suarez told us that the store and the website are not coordinated together or connected. Further, they had a store display of a Polywood type table and chairs that we wanted but it was no longer stocked (they kept displaying it anyway). Then Mr. Suarez told me that we could have the store display for 20% off but I would need to unbolt it (hundreds of bolts and heavy/bulky) and take it with me. Do NOT shop at Ashley, they are incompetent, uncaring and void of customer service.

***PLEASE READ PREVIOUS REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING FROM ASHLEY HOMESTORE***** I regret not looking at all the reviews. So many people got screwed over with Ashley homestore. What an awful company/business. I've never had such an awful experience with a furniture store until now. I ordered my mother and I, 2 mattresses on 5/11/24. They promised delivery on 5/18/24. I did not get my full order and they expected me to accept the delivery charge and to wait longer for my order? (2 weeks out) Nope, not okay. I tried calling my sales person, Melvin, promised to call me back to get my issue resolved- Didn't call me back. So I had to call customer service and got transfered about 10 times and still didn't get anywhere. I am still without my full order -_- So I called customer care again and they just said, "We can't refund delivery and we can't do anything for you". So I said, " This is unacceptable. I'm still without a mattress and paying a ridiculous delivery charge". I used to love Sam Levitz. They went downhill with the AshleyHomestore partnership. I am beyond disappointed with this experience. I will never purchase from Ashley homestore or Sam Levitz again. I highly recommend for you to go elsewhere for furniture shopping. Nightmare of an experience.

We made purchases with Ashley prior so we thought we would give them a shot for our living room furniture. Many to choose from and we finally made our decision. The purchase process was quick and painless. That's where the 3 stars come from. The 2 stars not given were for the delivery of certain items that they say were coming but never delivered. Numerous phone calls going unanswered and being lied to is not good customer service. Ashley is quick to take your money but have no clue how to get you your items without lying or keep telling you they are working on it. We canceled our last couple items and will shop elsewhere. P.S. We love our furniture but their customer service needs a lot of work.

Do not shop here unless you want furniture that falls apart in less than a month. We bought a couch last year and it’s defective. The cushions slide out because the couch was made so crooked and cheaply. We even paid the extra $200 for warranty and they keep trying to tell me that it’s wear and tear and it’s not covered. Glad we paid $1,500 for trash! Just because they changed the name doesn’t mean the quality was changed too, my couches are Ashley brand! Everyone I know that has shopped here has had the same experience as me. Never again.
Where do I begin with this nightmare? I only gave Ashley one star but really it should be a negative 5 stars. My mother bought a very nice desk on April 18th. Twelve days later a broken desk is delivered. The electronics did not work. The delivery guys said they would call it in. A phone call is received right away from customer service but it will be over a month to get a tech out to look at the desk. After much arguments, customer service tells us someone will come out on May 4th. No one showed. My mother has to go to the store and find someone to return the desk. BUT we are now told we can't get a refund until a tech come out and make a determination on the status of the desk and even then we can only pick out a different desk. Why no refund? Because so much time had passed from purchase date. Well it took two weeks for delivery! Shouldn't the clock start ticking from delivery date? We are stuck with a desk we don't want and doesn't work and maybe just maybe a tech will show up on the 15th. This is the poorest customer service I have ever witnessed. The store new immediately there was a problem but Ashley doesn't care!

This place is a rip off! I bought a leather couch that is lopsided & cannot be returned & no refunds. Called the store several times no answer. We ordered a dining table set with a bed we received our bed flawlessly but for some reason have been given the run around about our table. With multiple trips to the store to resolve the issue with promises made but still no table a month later… I strongly advise finding furniture somewhere else unless you’ve got plenty of time to wait and be lied to. Now the process of getting my money refunded being I paid upfront at the store.

I ordered a to of the line bed with a mattress protector and 2 pillows. So far I have received the mattress but the rest haven't come. I can't reach the store because nobody answers the phone and it goes to a call center. They say they'll help but I get a message to choose a deliver days and nothing comes. I can't use the website to get a refund either because they only do online order refunds. I'm disabled and don't have a car so I have to get a ride there when I'm well enough. This is the worst customer service. I'm utterly dumbfounded at how poor it is. Don't risk it!
Staff need better training on the products they sell. We purchased a reclining sofa set and was advised to purchase a battery pack since the sofa was not against a wall. When the new set arrived and set up we discovered that each reclining section required its own plug so the single battery pack would nit be enough to power the whole sofa. We also discovered the power cords are very long and we were able to route then to a nearby outlet. We tried to return the battery by calling the number we were given at delivery but they told us we need to take it up with the store directly. At the store they told us we need to call the number and have a case created before the return can be processed. Apparently the right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing.

This is a terrible terrible place to buy furniture. I bought a sofa sectional in December 2023 and I was told it will arrive within 3 weeks. After that, they kept pushing the delivery date every 2 weeks and now it's mid April. They called me and asked me to select something else, but wouldn't honor the same price. I bought it during Christmas sale and everything is so much more expensive now. It's lies on top of lies and now the ETA is in June. The salesmen and managers will all lie through their teeth to get your business. Then you are locked into it. Maybe just if I am lucky I will receive my couch in time for next Chrsitmas. If I could give negative points, I would. DO NOT SHOP HERE. IT'S A SCAM.
Hello all, I'm not one to leave negative reviews however dealing with this Ashley Furniture store has been one of the least satisfactory customer service experiences I have ever dealt with. I will not necessarily knock the furniture itself, I believe it's a good deal for the price, however buyer beware. 4 months ago I went into this store and selected a few items of furniture as I had just moved to the area, we purchased a few items of furniture and I was told that the wait would be at most 4 weeks. After waiting patiently for four weeks, I went into the store to inquire about my delivery. It turns out that without notice the store claimed that the floor they had just had on the showroom floor was discontinued. This all without any notification or plan for reimbursement or accommodation. In addition they told me that since I had done business with them through a lender that they could no longer accept any payment. This is all without any concrete explanation or accomnodation. In addition to this I see that they are running effectively the same piece of furniture on the showroom floor. I came in again a few weeks later to bring this issue up again. Now they had reversed course and said that they could credit my account and resolve any balances on the account as needed (why not in the first place). This time I was able to two months later resolve the issue which honestly should have been resolved from day one, I was given a delivery date and confirmed with the service representative there at the store for a few weeks later. Except no the Ashley Warehouse operations sent an email in the middle of the night to "confirm" said appointment after it had already been confirmed. When I recieved the email I clicked the link to confirm however the "offer" expired. This leads me to believe that the Warehouse operations team is trying to scam customers in order to lighten their own loads or that maybe they can't accomodate their current volume which is a fail from multiple angles. No worries I go in to reschedule for another delivery date weeks later and set the date begrudgingly I might add. I get another email to rescedhule this time for my original date because suddenly their free. Guess what nothing arrives, no phone call, no text, no email , no notification. We are on month five for a piece of furniture that is widely produced by the store and currently now apparently without another delivery date. What is Ashley Furniture store doing exactly with their accounts. Guys, I got the "bad" end of the stick here for sure, and am dealing with perhaps unhealthy backorder log but what is going on with the Arizona branches here is very clear and it is clear that their entire corps of management, operations, and warehouse, is completely failing to get the JOB done. I request that every manager and supervisor of every division within the state of Arizona be promptly fired for negligence.

Walked in already knowing what I wanted, then Melvin helped fill the gaps from the moment we shook hands at the front. He showed me many options at first, but through attentively listening to me as we were walking, was able to guide me to where what I really wanted was at in store. From there, it was a wrap. Im stoked to have my furniture delivered in a couple weeks! If you already know what you want and want someone who knows their stuff I think it’d behoove you to call the store and set up an appointment with Melvin to get your items.

Worst experience my husband and I have ever had. I will never recommend nor ever shop here again. They do nothing for a repeat customer that has had 6 months their lives disrupted by store mismanagement. We were left hanging due to a store separation from Sam Levits. Very disappointed in their communication, service, and quality and lack there of.
We've bought from Sam Levitz several times in the last 10 years. The furniture has been good quality for the price, and we've been pleased. The last two times we've been in Ashley Stores we haven't been impressed. The prices are much higher which isn't surprising considering the current economy, but the quality is terrible. The dressers are all particle board and look cheap. We are waiting for American Furniture Warehouse to open in Marana to buy our new living room set.
Went in to purchase some patio furniture and Mike set me up perfectly. He moved tables for me so I could compare colors and pointed me to some sweet deals on artificial plants at %75 off as well getting me a %5 total discount off my purchases. I am very pleased with Ashley’s customer service 😊

I bought furniture from Sam Lewitz and Ashley on Pantano, Tucson Az in the last 7 years, before, during and after Covid, with problems on every order, these people in Ashly Furniture cannot get it right, never. Incompetent people as sales people, as front desk people, everybody from Management to the one who answers the phone, is incompetent, they always create a problem, very frustrated, will never buy anything from Ashley Furniture. Every order had either a quality problem, a delivery problem and a billing problem, orders do not arrive, or if they do, they come delivered broken, cracked, one leg shorter, each order had to be reselected, some of them 3 times. I do not recomend this store to nobody, you will have problems. I am waiting for 3 months for my dining table and chairs. 10 days ago, they delivered with no screws to the set to set it up. Tomorrow I have to get redelivery instead the store calls me to pay the balance of $747.57 dollars, which has been paid in full already in beginning of January, at the store. Horrible customer service.

He was very patient while I was a bit indecisive on finding the right couch, and he was willing to show us many options around the store until we found the right one. I will definitely go back to him for future home finds!

I’m literally standing in the old Sam Levitz store now as I type this because of how annoyed I am . This is now an Ashley owned furniture store on Pantano. I Ordered couch Dec 2 2023 and I still don’t have couch. They told me Jan, Feb, March and now April. Cross your fingers everyone! Worse part there’s been NO communication at all. I have reached out every time. You call store and they NEVER pick up. This has led me to have to drive to store every time I need to talk to someone. Their call center seems to be overseas and there’s major disconnect between local store and call centers.when I came to store to ask when my stuff coming they said I have financial hold and it can’t be delivered. Well ok… why didn’t anyone call me? Apparently Ashley policy is different compared to Sam Levitz per their sales manager and full payment needs to be made. I originally had deposit based on old policy. Like I said they are terrible at communications with their customers. A lady by me is complaining in the store about the same thing. I was met with lack of empathy and no sense of importance at all when I came in and that’s why I’m writing this. You need better training because your people look stress, barely smile and are obviously overwhelmed otherwise they just have bad attitude. I was told by customer service I they submitted a request for discount for my inconvenience. Came to the store and they said no because they have people who ordered in July and still have no furniture. Well you should be ashamed and offer discounts to them too!! Guess what… another gentlemen just walked up to desk with same issue. Take care of your customers during acquisition. Your process issues are your issue and not your customers spending money and supporting the business. At least have empathy and care from higher ups to people on the floor.

Update #4: (5/14/24) I still have not received my refund. And the BBB has still not heard from Ashley Furniture after numerous messages to them. Update #3: (4/23/24) I have not received my refund checks. I have not heard from Ashley furniture and the BBB has not received a response from Ashley Furniture either. This is very concerning. At this point, I will need to contact an attorney to help me with this situation. Update #2: (4/10/24) I still have not received my refund checks. I filed a complaint with the BBB on April 1st, and the BBB has indicated they have not heard from Ashley Furniture yet either. Ashley Furniture is a HORRIBLE company. I just want my $781.54 back. Update: I still have not received my refund checks from Ashley/Sam Levitz. I have now submitted a complaint with the BBB. I wish I could give negative stars. On Nov 14, 2023 I put a down payment on a couch. I was told that the couch I purchased would be in stock on Dec 10, 2023. I finished paying it off on Dec 7, 2023. I was then told after finishing my purchase, that the couch was on back order until mid December. Mid December came around and my salesman called me and said it would be end of Dec/early Jan. Every time I called, I would get the same excuse, still on back order. On March 8, 2024, the Asst. Manager called me saying that the couch was actually discontinued and blamed the previous owner (Sam Levitz) for the issue. I was told I could get my money back or get a different couch with the $781.54 credit I had. I went in the store the next day and picked a different couch. I had a difference of $78.07 owed to me after the purchase. They of course have no idea who is sending out the return checks. They said it would be mailed to me. I still have not received that check for the difference. On top of that, last week on the 21st of March, I received an email confirming the delivery of my couch for yesterday the 25th. The couch was not delivered and no one called me to tell me it wouldn't be delivered. After multiple unanswered calls to Ashley yesterday, I finally spoke to someone and they said it would be another week. I've heard that before. So I went down to Ashley last night and asked for a return of my money. I am now owed $703.47 and they don't know when I will receive that money either. I will be leaving a bad review with the BBB also. And if I don't receive my money ($781.54) soon, I will be making a complaint with the BBB.

Mike O’Connor was great to work with- but the positive experience ended there. Hate to say it, but I think Ashley has gone down hill since parting ways with Sam Levitz. The once amazing financing options are gone, and I have been waiting on my couch to be delivered since my April purchase. My delivery was just pushed back for the third time, and I’m wholeheartedly disappointed. I would not recommend purchasing throu the Ashley store- instead, purchase Ashley products through another retailer.
UPDATE #2- Given Delivery date of 4/5/2024 no confirmation email no delivery tracking, were told we are not on the schedule and no one can tell us where our furniture is and can we even reschedule. Spoke to "Escalation" team and they were clueless on how to handle situation. They have offered to call back for three days and not one call back to explain what is going on and where my things are. Have already submitted another complaint with the Attorney Generals office. UPDATE: 4/03/2024 - 4 months still no furniture. Confirmed Delivery date for 4/3/2024 and they no showed and no call! UNBELIEVABLE! THEY ARE FRAUDS AND LIARS. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. NO COMMUNICATION ORDERED DEC 27,2024----DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Third Party Store. This is not and Ashley Direct Store. Fraudulent Business Practices. Fake delivery dates to get you buy and then change dates and don't notify. Waited three months from date they promised delivery and not one notification to say they were changing or why it was being held up. Location no longer answers phone, you get a customer service outsourced line since they do unethical business they cannot face their customers. Reported to Attorney General and store has history of fraudulent business practices along with no longer doing business with Synchrony Credit Card due to baiting customers into credit lines and fees not disclosed to them during purchases. BE CAREFUL WHEN GOING HERE. They will try to whatever they can to sell you the world but they will fall short on every promise including getting your order right. Order was even wrong and they wanted to recharge more delivery and setup fees even after it was their underwriting mistake. I wish I could give zero stars. We purchased $8,000 dollars worth of furniture and it has been a nightmare. The lack of customer service is criminal, how is this establishment allowed to operate this way? There is zero communication and deliveries are scheduled and cancelled without any notification. The store will not answer their phone and if they do they will hang up on you. We haven’t received a refund in 30 days. The worst sales representative and was extremely rude and disrespectful. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE!!!!
It was a bit messy when we went, as they were closing down The Sam Levitz side. My grandson and I are redoing his room, so shopping for a large dresser. We worked with Eddie, he was very helpful, he helped us find the perfect dining set to replace our very small dining set. He’s been very communicative with us through the whole process, keeping us updated on our delivery date and everything.
TL;DR: Don’t buy furniture here. THIRD UPDATE (still less than one star if possible): 4/6/2024: Received our loveseat today (despite delivery date of April 3rd, for which we rearranged our schedules). We now have three matching pieces of living room furniture. Still no refund for the discounted ottoman they sold us. Ashley tells us it’s on Sam Levitz. Sam Levitz tells us it’s on Ashley. Don’t know who to believe. My partner bought an ottoman from Ashley (now not part of Sam Levitz) to replace the cancelled/discontinued one when we were in the Ashley store last week despite my recommendation that we not. The thought being the current ottoman sold by Ashley is as close to the same look/style as we’ll be able to get, and that it will be a wash price-wise once we get the refund from the original ottoman. We were promised by Ashley that the newly purchased ottoman would be delivered with the loveseat because even though we bought the original furniture from Ashley when it was part of Sam Levitz, Ashley coordinates delivery. The ottoman was not delivered today. We’re now being told it will be here on April 10th. This will be the FOURTH time we’ll rearrange our lives for someone to be home to receive furniture. I’m not optimistic. SECOND UPDATE (would give less than one star): 3/29/2024: Learned today the ottoman has been discounted so we won’t be getting one. No notice was provided about this other than the delivery guys telling us they didn’t have any record of an ottoman for us. Had to spend an hour in the store today to get this straightened out. Still hoping to receive the loveseat - here’s hoping it doesn’t get cancelled and discontinued on us… I will never buy something from Ashley Furniture again, and I will tell everyone I know about this experience so they too do not spend any money with Ashley Furniture. FIRST UPDATE (one star): 3/23/2024 After a month delay, two items (of four) were delivered this morning. We have been told one item is on back order and should be delivered within a week. The other item, we were just informed, was cancelled. We didn’t cancel it. We don’t know why it was cancelled. Now we are stuck waiting to learn what will happen next as they delivered before the store is open and calling Ashley customer service is pointless as they tell us we have to speak directly with the store. At this point, depending on what we learn when we speak with the store, we will likely cancel the entire order and have them come pick up what was delivered. This has been a ridiculous experience. This reflects terribly on Ashley, that they allow stores to operate in this way. Timelines are a joke. Customer service is a joke. Original Review (2 stars): 3/1/2024: Had an overall positive experience buying our furniture. At the time, we were quoted a month (max) for delivery. We were able to make that work. Fast forward a month and we’re told it will still be another month for delivery and that there is no guarantee that this new timeline is accurate. So just be aware that while they will quickly sell you something, they in no way have an accurate idea concerning how quickly you’ll receive your furniture. Talking to them, we’re basically told “it is what it is.” No apologies and nothing to be done about it. Regret not buying from Ashley Furniture directly (online). Ashley has had good customer service, but have been limited in their ability to do anything because we bought through a third party store. They over promise and under deliver. We will not buy from them again in the future.

Never buy from here. All of them are full of it. Ordered couches in December. Here we are March. And still don't have them. They won't do ANYTHING to fix the problem. Managers are weak people and don't care AT ALL for its customers. Don't try to call the store. The employees just ignore the phones. They don't care are all I hope they go bankrupt. Going to cancel my order. Let's see how long they try to hold on to my money. My cc company is ready to rumble. I used to love the service we got from Ashley. Never again. We are DONE !!!!!!!!!Update. It's 3/23/24 and we still don't have our refund. Over 17 days. They are still bickering over who has to refund us. Sam Levitz or Ashley. When in fact it has now been proven by the regional manager that Ashley bought this transaction. Never ever got here. You will be disappointed and pissed off.

Went in on Presidents’ Day to buy a dining room table and chairs. They were having system issues because of the switch to being only Ashley and getting all new systems, cool no big deal. They couldn’t get the system to work so they could swipe my card, no problem. So they wrote my card information down to pay for the order when the system was back up, no biggie if I had extra funds taken I’d know exactly who to report. Come to find out, they took my money and never even submitted the order. Called back and talked with Ashley. Took her forever to find my draft order (I’m assuming it was a draft since they never actually submitted it)? Finally found it, let me know it was actually submitted now, and told me they couldn’t deliver it until 2 weeks after I was supposed to receive it. Asked her if I could get a refund on my delivery charge due to the inconvenience they caused. Ashley said she’d speak with a manager and called me back. Never called me back. Had to call them back AGAIN and finally was offered the delivery fee refund. But I have to come in with my card physically for it to be refunded. Even though they had no issue taking my money without having the physical card. Can honestly say I will not be back, and I recommend people look for what they want and then buy it online to avoid the whole mess entirely.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! AFTER THREE MONTHS, THEY CANCELED OUR ORDER - WITHOUT NOTIFICATION - ON THE DAY IT WAS DUE TO BE DELIVERED. It was bad enough when we ordered our furniture on November 21, 2023 and they didn't inform us that there could be a delivery delay. In December when we called to check, they claimed that we had signed paperwork acknowledging a potential delay - when I informed him that we had not, he checked and confirmed there was no such paper and we had in fact not been informed of any potential delay (they didn't care -- they just wanted the sale, amirite?). Basically we were told we could wait or cancel (no offer for any relief, such as a partial refund given they dropped the ball). We said we'd wait.Fast forward three months from the order date to about a week/10 days ago (about February 20, 2024) and I get a call to schedule delivery -- they specifically said they already had the couch and love seat in hand but had been waiting for the coffee table/ottoman to arrive for delivery to the house. We scheduled delivery for today (February 28, 2024). It never arrived, so I called the store numerous times - they refused to answer the phone at all. I finally drove to the store in the rain only to be told that the order had been canceled, the couch and love seat discontinued, I was out of luck, and they were sorry. I asked to speak to the manager, and the "lady" at the desk said she was the operations manager for the store. By now I'm heated (three months wait, then they -- again WITHOUT NOTIFYING US -- canceled the order on their end on the day it was to be delivered).She claimed that the problem was that I had placed the order before corporate Ashley bought the store from Sam Levitz and that my problem was with them (never mind that I walked in under the Ashley sign and purchased it on the Ashley side, not the Sam's side, of the store). I called Sam Levitz and they told me that Ashley had pulled the order back to their store. So somebody, perhaps both, is lying to me somewhere, and I'm fairly confidant that Ashley's is lying. Again, when they called to arrange delivery, the said the already had the couch and love seat.So basically, they apparently had no plan in place for what to do for orders that straddled the change in ownership. The so-called "operations manager" made no attempt to help us at all. Needless to say, we will never darken an Ashley's door, and I am going to be filing a formal complaint with corporate Ashley's as soon as I can get the contact information I need, even if it has to go all the way up to the CEO. Save yourself a headache and shop anywhere but Ashley's. What a joke of a business.
Absolutely love my new couch. Cornelius and Tania absolutely tag teamed and knocked it out of the park! I know it’s not going to last forever but it was a crazy awesome price, is super comfortable, and looks so awesome in my space! Thanks again yall!
Customer service in store is fine, customer service after purchase but before delivery is abysmal. Complete lack of communication even as delays kept piling up. Hopefully will not have to interact with this store again!
Our daughter was in need of a new bed, she was in a toddler bed. Brandon Neville the "cute one" was the one that had helped us out. He made sure we had all our options available to us I. Store and through their web site. He is exceptionally helpful to make sure we got what we were looking for within our budget! I would recommend anyone go see him for assistance if you are going to Ashley on pantano, ask for Brandon the cute one to help you out. You won't regret it! He made this experience great, especially since I hate furniture shopping.

I bought a mattress at Ashley Home store on Pantano last week. Delivery charge was 150.00. W. WIould not have bought it if had been paying attention. I thought salesman said 49.95 and I didn't look at invoice that close. They were supposed to pick up my old mattress set but when they delivered my mattress, they told me the old mattress needed to be wrapped in plastic. Noone told me that. Who has enough plastic to wrap a mattress!!! I will never shop at the store again. I went to store and salesman said I could have gone to Uhaul store and got a mattress bag. What a rip off. My advice is buy your furniture where they at least give free delivery.
I went in late December to purchase two recliners that were on their website. The salesman said it was discontinued. So, I found a loveseat. Was told it was on backorder so late January or early February. When I called early February I was told it is now late February. Then I get a call that it is now late March.To top it all off, I chatted with online and found out the recliners were available.I canceled my order and will NEVER step foot in an Ashley store. What a ripoff

My problem is with the delivery. It was scheduled for 12:30-4:30 pm and they came early at 9:30 am. They were so rushed they didn't place the chair where I wanted it and it's too heavy for me to move and I live alone.
I was told by one of the managers they are dropping Ashley due to inconsistent quality control. Many shipments are coming in damaged. Broken or electrical chair wiring pinched or improperly installed. I personally had damaged new furniture.
I have purchased several large pieces from this store over the past 5 years; it has never been a great experience, but this past experience has ended the possibility of me ever doing business there again. I purchased an expensive fireplace tv console in December. Was told it would be here mid to late January. No word yet. So I go into the store to inquire. “Oh, that’s been pushed back to late February.” When was anyone going to tell me this?! I’m done with these stores. Tucson businesses cry about keeping money local, and then scratch their heads in amazement and wonder when Pima County dollars are spent in Phoenix. Never again. Once they have your money, you’ve just guaranteed zero customer service.
Before the door was even closed from entering I was bombarded with Someone trying to “Sell” me something. I knew what I was looking for and was told that would not be what my daughter would want. My little girl was not with me and had never been in there so how would the “sales woman” know what she would like or dislike. Long story short I did not purchase from Ashley nor will I ever after the service I received when I walked in there. I seen a set I was going to purchase and asked how soon delivery would be? I was than told in order to receive priority service I would need to spend a monitor $10,000 WHAT! Nope not today. I am happy to say I left there and went to another company who treated me with respect and appreciation.
Although they did not have the type of product I was looking for the staff is very helpful and when I'm in the market for what they actually carry I will go back

Very poor quality control and customer service. Would avoid and take your business elsewhere. Bought a couch, loveseat and chair. Delivery was delayed multiple times. When delivered, two of the items had visible damage. A few additional deliveries over a few weeks also included damaged items that were returned. Subsequently was told that the furniture was discontinued. This was all a total waste of time over a few months.
The sales person was friendly but didn't know anything about the beds we were looking at. We had more answers than the employee. They need more training before they hit the floor to make contact with customers. We left feeling frustrated and will shop for a bed in another bed store.
I've shopped here before. Should not have returned, but the quality of furniture appears to be very good. i have a problem with their sales people and office staff. This place is spooky.Was interested in information on mattresses. They had quite a selection, but was routed to an expensive model, before even shown the choices I had. Started out with one salesperson, but soon after another salesperson joined in. Who was this person? I thought he was a mngr assisting the new hire. No. Just another sales person. DO NOT BUY ANY SINGLE THING FROM THIS BUSINESS! The sales people are so UNPROFESSIONAL! I had seen a bed room set I liked for my new room , the sale lady was very nice when doing the sale , she helped us pick out furniture and even got us on a discount for Labor Day weekend she told us we could set things aside up to 3 months since there was nothing in stock out of what we had picked out. Two weeks go by and she starts peer pressuring me about my payment balance having to be paid in full since the things I had picked out "were ready to be shipped out to my house & had other people who had paid in full but the items were still reserved out to me" . I went to pay my items in full the same day she texted me this , I DID NOT RECEIVE A RECEIPT & HAD TO GO BACK TO GET ONE!!! The weekend rolls around and I get nothing delivered besides a nightstand ... at this point I am upset I had paid one thousand dollars with 85 dollars and received nothing. I text Janelle the sales lady who doesn't respond to any of my messages. I call the store to see what's happening, they transferred the call to her directly where she proceed to tell me they had over charged me 300 dollars and my balance was fully paid for , she told me she had someone on her team who was going to do the the refund of 1018.88. A week goes by and no refunds had hit my bank , I call their store to see what the problem was , and got told they hadn't refunded anything and I still owed them 900 dollars , I had to call my bank to get this fixed asap! The furniture is beautiful, a bit over priced I had quite a large order the first (which I ordered second) consisted of a 7 piece sectional, 4 stools, and a lift table. I ordered this mid July and did not receive the sectional until mid September. The stools I received them the following week after the purchase. My second order which I ordered first on July 5th was not delivered until September 23. We were not informed of any delays for anything other than the lift table. Delivery date kept getting pushed back due to "out of stock" or "supply chain issues."" The lift table was supposed to be new, I got the floor model a choice I made under the impression I'd be getting some of my money back for. I still have not received anything. I've called Ashley several times to be on hold for no less than 15 minutes, just waiting to be transferred to someone who never answered. For the price you pay, you'd expect a different level of service. Well, at least I do. They were quick to run the transaction but not quick to provide answers or to deliver the items purchased. Speaking of delivery, that team did great! The 7 piece sectional only came with 3 decorative pillows. Which I find odd for the size. The first order I placed was for a chaise, and that came with 4 pillows. I think the sales rep was good. I'm happy I don't have to buy furniture again in the near future, but even if I did, I'm not sure I'd be purchasing from Ashley. I just attached this photo to show how long I've been on hold when they called me! Update: I was only given 70 dollars out of 100 I was told when I purchased the floor model lift table. Customer service was like a 3 out of 10

Our salesman was very helpful, but we were quoted a 1 month wait for our table/chairs set which is now on month 4 of waiting. Every 2 weeks were told it is now expected early/late of the current month, so we were hopeful it was going to be only 2 more weeks for this entire time. If ordering here, don't expect accurate delivery windows. We are disappointed to say that after months of waiting we will likely have to redund.

Despite visiting the store, reaching out to GBS warranty, and even contacting Ashley Home Store's customer support, the blatant disregard for customer loyalty and the refusal to fulfill their promises is a glaring testament to their lack of integrity. This experience exemplifies the complete disregard this company has for its customers' time, money, and trust. Avoid the Ashley Furniture Home Store at all costs – it's a masterclass in broken commitments and a betrayal of consumer faith.
Decent selection, but you’ll soon realize that pretty much nothing is in stock. As you’ll read in other reviews, you might get an estimated in-stock date, but in reality, that will likely keep slipping further and further to the right. If you are looking to get furniture in the near term and not have to wait for months, don’t go here. If you want to buy something you see in the store, you’ll likely be waiting for months on end.
DO NOT GO! The overpriced furniture is far from worth it. The delivery and customer service is even worse. They finally delivered my furniture 2 months late. They did not even bring the right furniture and delivered furniture with scratches and missing parts. Terrible experience all around.

What a joke!! If you absolutely have to shop here buyer beware:1. The floor sales people are most likely inexperienced, slow, and make mistakes 2. The sales process is ridiculous. The floor sales person looks the item up on a computer. THEN she writes by hand a sales ticket using a hand held calculator to add up the sales total. REALLY?? This ticket is then given to the chick behind the plexiglas to misread the poorly hand written ticket. What a disaster. It took our sales gal an hour to write up a ticket for a few items. 3. Delivery process: - You receive multiple lengthy, confusing texts, emails, and robot phone calls requesting confirmation of a delivery date. One of them indicated if I did not call a number to confirm your delivery would be cancelled. I was left thinking I wouldn't get my delivery. What the hell!- Then, you wait for months because of back-ordered items. I ordered pieces in May and received almost everything in late August. - Here's the comical part: They delivered (3) three times the wrong piece of furniture. After the second attempt, I went to the store and spoke to the store manager Malik who reassured me he would correct the problem. Well, they attempted to deliver me the wrong piece the third time. I ended up cancelling the furniture for a refund. Someone is out to lunch over there. Come in guys and gals...get it together. You wanna sell furniture You gotta revamp your customer service, sales process, and delivery service to 2023. -
My husband and I ordered close to $20,000 worth of furniture in April to furnish an entire home. We were told one item was back ordered until June. 5 months later, still no item. When you call the store, no one knows anything, nor can help you. Drove two hours down to speak to a manager in person (waste of time), who also did nothing. The store refuses to refund the money for the item not delivered. Horrible customer service. Horrible communication. They can sell you furniture, but can’t follow up on delivery. Buyer beware
Purchased a dining table and 2 bar stools on 22 April. Was told to go pick up at Prince rd, get there and it's on back-order. I call every 2 weeks just to be told it'll be another 2 weeks!!

Would not recommend shopping here if you can help it. We ordered a couch at the beginning of June. We were told it would be 2-4 weeks for delivery. Well it’s now August. We finally got a delivery date of today, so we hired a company to get rid of our old couch to make room for our new delivery. We go to check the status and can’t find anything. We then call and they tell us our sectional is on back order. Then why schedule a delivery date with us?! The issue is not necessarily the back order, but that we were scheduled a delivery date and time, so we got our old couch out, just for that to not be the truth. So we cancelled our order and are hoping for a full refund in the next couple of of days. We now have no living room furniture. This place was super disappointing. EDIT: I also just want to add that Ashley never contacted us after buying the couch. We called maybe 5 different times to figure out when our sectional would be ready. Ashley never contacted us to explain an additional delay for our delivery. And then today when our couch was mysteriously put on “back order” they still never contacted us about it. Just like the other reviews state, once they have your money, they have extremely poor customer service.
You get what u pay for. This is what us working class folks can afford. Funny story, the mattresses with cooling gel cost more, but their 100 day return policy only applies if you also purchase a pricey plastic cover at the same time.

Gilbert was our salesman. He was not pushy at all. Let us roam on our own. He would check in with us to see if we had questions, wanted his help or keep roaming . He was very courteous and knowledgeable. We have bought numerous items from Sam levitz/Ashley over the years. And the quality and service have been great. Even those with lower credit scores have a descent chance of being approved.
Update: Mary never returned my call to notify me of what could be done. In my opinion, she was only in it fore the sale. Customer service meant nothing. I am done with this store and I would not recommend them to anyone.
Update 7/20: Still no update, phone call. These companies wonder why people move from buying local to online. The SERVICE absolutely is horrendous after they have your $. My tree is literally going to fall in the road. Unreal. The service after the sale has been horrendous. They were quick to take my $5,000 but cannot get ahold of anyone except thru text and NO resolution to this date. 4 phone calls, 3 emails and who knows how many texts. 1.) Tables came unassembled and in a box. I paid to have them installed. Credit has still not been given. 2.) Product was on Ashley Website for $50 less on each table and still no credit. Been thru 2 managers and nothing. 3.) Driver hit tree that is now about to lose its largest branch and fall on someone in this heavily walked area. God forbid it hurt someone walking by as the lightest breeze and this thing is collapsing. Sent invoice/photos as instructed and nothing.
HORRIBLE! PLEASE DON'T GO! THEY BILL FOR FURNITURE THEY DON'T DELIVER AND NO ONE IS ABLE TO FIX ANYTHING. I AM TALKING ABOUT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS BEING STOLEN FROM US - I bought furniture and they delivered furniture sets that were not purchased by us. I asked them to take it back and they billed my synchrony bank account for that furniture. I did not have the furniture in my possession. They never delivered my furniture that I bought initially. Yet 11 months after (now in July 2023) they still have not refunded my synchrony bank account. I tried filing a dispute with synchrony and they say that the store claims I still have the couches THAT I DO NOT HAVE. The delivery crew took everything back. I only have a dinning room table with 8 chairs. I have spoked to everyone in their customer service department including Victor a customer service manager who is now a sales man, Agatha another accounting customer service rep, their managers, and my original sales guy and none of them at the store have been able to help. I HOPE THE OWNER CAN READ THIS COMMENT AND REFUND ME MY MONEY!! I HAVE BEEN PAYING MY SYNCHRONY BANK ACCOUNT FOR I DON'T WANT MY CREDIT TO BE AFFECTED. PLEASE DON'T BUY AT THIS STORE THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND MAKE YOU WASTE VALUABLE TIME! PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING HERE.

My husband and I went in for a couch. Was greeted by Rebecca. She was great! She found out what we were looking for and told us where in the store they would be located. She gave us space to look around, checked in on us to make sure we were doing well. Gave us some ideas of other options similar to our wants. The only reason for 4 stars, which has nothing to do with Rebecca, is the couch we want is on back order. Not a huge deal for us. We can wait. But it would have been a 5 star if we didn't have to wait over a month for the couch.

Very unpleasant experience. We went in and picked a sectional that we were told was in stock. When we went to checkout, it was suddenly out of stock but we were assured it would be delivered in 2 weeks. Once the receipt was printed, we noticed that the delivery date was marked as 4 weeks out and when we asked about it, because we were JUST told 2 weeks, it was “a buffer”. 5 weeks have gone by now since the initial visit and we’re still being told it isn’t at the store yet. One lie and misdirection after another and still no couch! Wouldn’t recommend this place.
Rebecca G was very helpful. Let her know everything we were looking for and didn't feel pressured to buy. She let us walk around and answered all our questions. She looked up if items were on stock without an aggravated feel. All furniture was bought and even some we didn't. We will definitely be back finish our final purchase of a master bedroom set.

This business has the worst customer service ever.I bought a table with extended warranty and when I called in to say that I wanted to have the table fixed, they said I was two months Past when I could get the table fixed when actually I bought the table sooner but couldn't get delivered because it was backlog. Then I agreed to take the credit which is only half of what extended warranty cost me, i was told I could only use the credit in their store. So I bought a new piece of furniture and then when I go to pick it up a month later. They tell me I'm 2 weeks behind when I could have cashed in that store credit once again because the item was backlog. My receipt shows that I owe the credit and she said that would be fine. I thought that was fishy at the time and wanted her to put 0 ballace on there and she wouldn't now I know why so they could tell me I. Still owe the credit.I will not shop at the store again.
We purchased a bedroom set, a sofa, and an oversized ottoman. Not oy did it take 3 weeks for delivery, it wasn't delivered complete. We received three out of the four sections of the sofa and the bed only. When we went into the store to complain, we were told there was nothing they could do. We had to reschedule the rest of the delivery, which I now have to take a day off work to accommodate. When asked what they would do to compensate for my time, they offer only $125. refund. This is unacceptable. While they were very apologetic, the simple fact that they were unwilling to compensate for our time, energy, loss of work, and frustration shows horrible customer service. They we're great with the sale but horrible in the after sales service. So dissatisfied and disappointed.
I was at Sam Levitz. Sadly buying furniture is like buying a car... do you want a warranty with that?... My rating would be lower, if a manager didn't fix an issue I had. I'll be back to Sam Levitz as it's the largest low to mid priced furniture. Ashley is the high end furniture side with a nice selection. Including patio furniture.
I ordered a mattress and bunk-bed stairs in August 2022. I receive varying degrees of updates on my order over the literal months between purchase and April when I finally got notification that my items are here. They will be delivered in May. The pressure salesman, disinterested cashiers and the whole experience has been the absolute worst. I will NEVER buy from and Ashely company again. I will go so far as to look up the name of ANY furniture store, to see if there is any affiliation and avoid them.
Watch yourself in this place! It is run by schemers and Scam Artists who will try to bait and switch you. The front page of Buyer's Edge Mailer says no delivery charge on purchase over $99.00, and they charged me $20.00 delivery fee. On a $300.00 chair. First they try to sell you an unnecessary protection plan, then when you go to the cashier and tell her you don't want it she won't just take it off, but has to call the salesperson and confirm it with them . All the while someone else is on the phone with the credit card company completing the sale before you can even tell the other person that you don't want this upsell. Also if the item is on backorder, why not just sell us the display model and deliver it the next day! Think about it 🤔.
Came in for two night stands, nothing major but still a $500 order. The sales guy was fantastic, Anthony did a great job of letting us browse around until we found something we liked. He took care of all the paperwork, and we set up the delivery for 5 days later. That's where things went sideways.We received a call to confirm delivery for May 4th in the afternoon. No problem. Recieved a text message on May 3 to reconfirm. Yep, still good for the afternoon. May 4th, get an automated call saying the delivery is scheduled to occur in 45 minutes. FANTASTIC! Only half the order shows up. WHAT? Call the store, they say the delivery department should know what happened and transfer me. Delivery department says the warehouse "unreserved" the other table, but it's scheduled for delivery on Sunday. I received no notification of a change and the delivery department says it was the Salesperson's responsibility to notify me. I call bullshit and head to the store. Sure enough, after talking with the sales manager, warehouse was to notify the supervisor who would've contacted the customer. Failure in the communication leads to an angry customer. The salesperson, Anthony, gets this review a star, and the sales manager, Dave, gets this review the other two. If not for their service, it'd be straight zero

So I have had a terrible experience! I bought a bedroom set with a drawer, two night tables and a bed frame so they had none of these in stock so we preferred to wait almost a month to receive the bedroom set all together which I had no issue waiting for. So I had also purchased a sofa and a dining table which came sooner and by the time those were delivered so was the bed frame in which we were told the parts weren’t complete and to speak to customer service, so I did and was left waiting and my call was hung up so me and my husband went into the store and requested a manager and an assistant manager came out she took note of everything and completely nothing was done. One day I filled out a survey about their service and immediately got a call and was told that they would be speaking to their manager and never heard anything since. So now I’m just stuck with useless bed parts and my mattress still on the floor. They have beautiful furniture but terrible service I recommend to look elsewhere and save yourself the trouble.

They don’t communicate at all with orders being delivered, I had to go in and talk to a manager cause things were missing and it’s been a 2 weeks now that my kids are sleeping on the floor, I thought the manager fixed up but yet again they show up without the pieces they needed so they are coming back again for the 4th time and honestly I would not recommend using anything from Ashley’s as they are terrible with ordered and customer service. I spent over a 2k for them to do absolutely nothing except mess up on 3 separate occasions. This is not ok and they still have yet to make it right. DO NOT USE ASHLEYS. And my bedroom set I bought from them got put together by what looks like a child. Warped boards and all. And this was purchased the beginning of March. We are already at the end of April……not ok.
Ordered a recliner. Nice selection and price point. Once chair was in stock Ashley's communicated well. Delivery was on time, very courteous and efficient. Recommend!
Walking in this place is nice quiet and clean. Seemed to be alot of employees as many were just sitting down waiting for customers. They were helpful and polite. The only bad thing as in many furniture stores is they don't have the complete sets ready to go.

The store is well setup and easy to navigate. The staff are nice, but they follow you around the store like a lion stalks it’s prey, which I admittedly hate. This is our third time purchasing from Ashley and we haven’t had any major issues.

Decided to give this furniture store another chance after several bad experiences. Should have known better. Purchased a new patio sectional sofa for $4,000 last week. Delivery scheduled for today. Invoice and sales person informed me that the delivery people will need to assemble the furniture. I knew right away that something was wrong when they opened the truck and the furniture was already assembled and out of the boxes, including all of the cushions and pillows. The delivery team brought in the first piece and right away I saw damage and some wear & tear. Asked the delivery drivers if this was the furniture on the showroom floor and they confirmed that it was. I did not pay $4,000 for used, damaged furniture. Refused delivery and made them take it back. Drove over to Ashley and the manager, Victor, acted like I was a nuisance that he didn't want to deal with. I questioned his attitude and he responded that he could see I was visibly upset and didn't want to deal with me. I guess he expected me to be cheerful and happy that I used a vacation day to stay home from work and be there for the delivery of used, broken furniture. Please avoid this furniture store. Terrible customer service and "used car sales" tactics in place.
This place is pure trash. Terrible phone service. Even if you get the warrenty with the terrible quality furniture when they can't get your parts for insuranced furniture you get a credit which can't even pay for what you bought from them. Stay far away from place. Worst business ever.
It is always a pleasant experience when we visit Ashley/Sam Levitz. We usually work with Kobi, but he was out today so Damien was able to step in and was very knowledgeable. Props to the sales team and managers, they are always wonderful!

Yes this place has a big furniture showroom, but that's where the positive review stops. I found a nightstand I wanted to purchase. I paid in advance and they stated it would be one month for it to arrive. One month came and went, three months passed, and I finally cancelled my order after nine months waiting for a nightstand. Between those nine months I was contacted once stating it came in. I went to the store and of course that was a false statement. This is not a one time event as a co-worker waited 10 months for a bedroom set. I was tempted on taking a cabinet making course at the local community college to see if I can make a nightstand faster than they could deliver.

We purchased a theater seating unit 2 years ago with a 5 year extended warranty. The salesperson (Melvin) was excellent. Our unit broke shortly after we had it. It took 2 years to be able to fix it and then when it went in for warranty repair and was returned, it still wasn’t fixed. We were promised a new unit and the day of the delivery, they said it was “damaged” and couldn’t be delivered. We were leaving the Tucson area to go up to Phoenix. I asked if it could be delivered up there when they got a replacement and they told me no, that the Phoenix area wasn’t in with them. I asked when we would get the replacement and they said not until we come back down there! We paid $2300 for a broken unit. I will NEVER buy another thing from Ashley.
Purchased several pieces of furniture mattress topper and custom pillows and my husband and I are highly satisfied with the products I like the reasonable prices and good reviews for customer satisfaction highly recommend

Bought a dining table and chairs, had a very good Sales Person. One of the chairs came with an issue. Was told they will fix or replace. Received a text that replacement would come 10. October, 2022. Nobody came. Called and was told chair is ordered and should get to them 1. November. We will see if we get it then.

Horrible !! Customer service is awful!! Everyone transfer phones to some else. Can never get an answer! My bookcase was damaged. No pegs for one of the shelves. Chipped. Drawer was jacked up. The back of it was 2 different colors!! 2nd delivery. No better! Still no pegs!! Delivery guys were driving like a bat out of hell. Everything is the truck was secured down. No wonder things are damaged!! My sales person has never called me once!! I wish I would send it back !! I have one more to get. 4 to 6 weeks. Nightmare!!! I will Never get anything again!!
Melvin Reed is a very good sales person. We have a lot of rooms to furnish. He understood how stressful it was for us. He gave us plenty of space to wander but was there for us to answer questions. We purchased livingroom furniture and we will be back for more this week.
So far I’ve had a great experience with these people. Rebecca was amazingly helpful and never pushy or rude. The support was also very family friendly. I have three kids and one Is a toddler so they were all over the place. But the staff was very accommodating even getting a balloon for them. If I have any issues with delivery like others seem to have I will update.

Ashley's is a good furniture store. The selection is good, prices are decent, and the staff is always around for assistance (sometimes a bit too much) but at least you can always get help when needed. Sam Levitz furniture is joined together so check that side out as well for an even bigger selection.

Don’t expect anything to be fast. You are better off to use the website to answer questions. It took the sales representative 20 minutes to answer a question that I found the answer to online in less than 5 minutes. It took an additional 20 minutes to buy a $9.00 picture. They require a full purchase order for a $9.00 picture. Don’t shop here if it’s a “quick trip”

Came and got their product and never received my refund. WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Called today and they got my refund back because THEY sent it to the wrong address then say it’s not my responsibility to call and let you know that the check got returned 😂😂 but yet I have called 3xs weekly for the past 6 week but it’s not their fault!!!

Stevie provided excellent customer service. We appreciated her patience and her knowledge of the products. She wasn’t pushy while we took our time deciding which dining room set would fit our needs and asthetic. She made sure to show us all the available options before we made our final selection and purchase. She let us know when we could expect the delivery and said she would keep us updated on the status at least weekly in the mean time. Overall, it was a very stress-free experience! Also, I loved the colorful socks she was wearing!

Just been a nightmare for the past three months. Waiting forever for my order. Nobody told me there would be a delay. Then they said I wasn't getting the product I ordered because it was discontinued. The salesman I dealt with had quit so nobody called me at all to give me an update. Now I get the order and someone had put customer will assemble on it!! I want it put together!! Never again am I dealing with these people and company again!!
Purchased a TV stand and paid extra to have it delivered and assembled. I received a box of parts. I specifically told the salesman that I did not want to build it. I wouldn't have paid extra if I knew I was just getting a box of parts. Extremely disappointed, will never return.
I texted with Brianna from home to confirm that the couch we wanted was in stock. I then drove an hour+ to the store and she was waiting to help me. She patiently waited while I decided on which one and which color I wanted. The whole process was easy. The couch will be here tomorrow morning! Thanks Brianna! You were awesome!

First off for anyone that doesn't know Ashley and Sam Levitz, Same ownership, same business so that means same issues. That is where I went wrong. I already had a miserable experience with Sam Levitz but totally unaware Ashley is related, until the end of my shopping and time to pay for my purchases. I certainly should have walked away and I did not. I did stop though, gave it some serious consideration but foolishly proceeded. My purchases? Mattress/box spring, lovely dresser and headboard/footboard. I was told upfront the headboard/footboard would be delivered May 10. Which was fine. The other purchases were delivered when expected. Then the phone calls started with updates on the HB/FB which included later dates of delivery with each of course. After the 5 the call and being told delivery date would be now late August, NO, I'm done! I'm canceling the order and you're giving me my money back. Since it was the salesman calling he said he'd have to have a cashier in his office call me. Yeah, I trust you doing that I'm thinking. By 3:00 pm the following day I had not received a phone call. That started a whole other explosion. Suffice to say I did get my money credited back to my card for the HB/FB This experience taught me a lesson. Sharing this can help save the next person like me the same aggravation and disappointment. Avoid this business. I gave 2 stars because I did get 2 pieces on time. That's all. The dresser is lovely. But I should have avoided all of this knowing what I knew about Sam Levitz could be a problem with Ashley and as it turned out it is!!!!

This place deserve less than a zero if there is one. Employee Anjou or Agu has the most unprofessional attitude as a “manager”. Not sure how ashley hires it’s people. On 4.23.22 I purchased a loveseat from Ashley on Pantano. No problem with the sales at all. My concern is my scheduled delivery today 4.28.22 between 7am & 11am. Delivery called and left me a message at 9:30 and said they were on there way. My brother was here at my home and he said delivery guys were not outside. So I called and spoke to dispatch and was told that they were here outside. So I called my brother again and still nobody.( oh and I was told that they took pictures of what I had on my porch) So I then called my rental office and asked them to check if driver was outside in parking lot and I was told no... I then spoke to dispatch again and was told that the drivers left and that they would be back in 2 hours. I asked them to have the driver come after 3pm today and once I got home from work I called dispatch again and was told that the drivers attempted to deliver again. I never got a call that they were on there way and I asked if they can deliver now that I am home. Well now they want me to wait until Sunday to deliver and that I will receive a call to confirm Sundays deli ery.. I am not a happy camper.. I paid cash for my loveseat and I feel I should get reimbursed for the delivery charge. Oh and by the way, Ashley Furniture is affiliated with Sam Leviz. If I had known that I wouldn't of bought my loveseat Becuase I has bad experience with them years ago and have never went back to there store... Mary Ann Jesus

Thank you Ashley HomeStore and Long Nguyen for a fantastic shopping experience. I needed a mattress and adjustable frame and also looked at sofas. Long greeted us as soon as we arrived and then let us look at our leisure. We didn't see him as we were shopping but as soon as we had a question, he was right there. The store was well kept and stocked with a wide variety of styles and the mattress dept was pristine. They even covered the mattresses and pillows before you tried them. Long was very knowledgeable about all of the furniture and about all of the different mattresses and helped pick the perfect one. I can't say enough about Ashley HomeStore and highly recommend our sales associate, Long Nguyen, to anyone shopping for furniture.! Thank you again!

We will never buy in this store, we bought a coffee table, and it was scheduled to delivery on Friday, they made a mistake with the address and it was rescheduled to delivery on Monday, it never arrived! We spoke to costumer service and they said they had no record of any delivery, so we decided to cancel. We lose our time choosing an item for hours and pay for it for nothing! NEVER AGAIN! 👎🏽

I ordered this sectional in Feb. pushed back 4 x’s, now looking at April 39. It was April 15. My first sectional purchase and not the experience I thought it was gonna be. Oh and my first from Ashley’s. No human contact, no response from somebody just a pushback email. What happened to real customer service. Especially in a world post COVID, I think customer service is vital now more than ever and I live my life making sure I provide the best customer service to my loved ones and friends let alone people that I encounter through work or in line at Costco. Please Ashley’s home furniture people reach out and do better. We all should.

I bought a mattress and it was not really what i expected. I tried to change it for one that i liked but at first they didnt want to. I thought it was going to be an awful experience, but Michael (an associate) helped me a lot, even going out of his wat trying to look for options for me. He was really really helpful, i would really recomend that if you need help and someone who really is looking the best for you, ask for him.

My momma always told me that if you don't have anything good to say about someone then don't say anything. So, on that note this ends my review as I literally can't come up with one good thing to say after 3 months of dealing with them.
Takes two months to have a table delivered. Then asks how the experience went a month before item arrives. Then I am notified it will be another month. Edit: Now I have bought a couch and bed from here. Items are great but had problems with shipping every time. The bed was delivered without a mattress protector and am threatened not to do anything until the protector gets here. We can’t sleep in our own bed… now the protector is on backorder. GIVE ME MY OLD BED BACK YOU CON MEN!
Melvin was great and accommodating. Very polite and patient man. Did not attempt to oversell or push me to make a purchase. Inventory is not readily available for popular items and back orders can take up to two months but I didn't mind. I wasn't in much of a hurry.

Decent selection of sofas if you don't mind rude, pushy, aggressive, won't-take-no-for-an-answer sales people who clearly only care about their commissions. Also don't believe than an item is in stock until you actually see it and if you need to return something, don't expect to be refunded right away. They're quick to charge your credit card, much slower to refund it. Not an enjoyable experience. Also you can find much better prices for mattresses elsewhere.

The girl working with us is great, but I am tired of waiting on our furniture to be delivered. It has been 3 months & we still don't have all of our bedroom furniture. King mattress is terrible! Supposed to be exactly like the queen one we got, but it definitely is not! Already sagging where we sleep (only a little over a month old) & when you sit on it, it sinks way down. It's supposed to be a lot more firm! Hurts my hips!
Brenda was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and pillows, professional. The mattress was delivered on time, however the 2 pillows are a different story. We finally received 1 pillow after waiting 2 weeks and given misinformation from Brenda and someone from the warehouse. Hopefully we will see the 2nd pillow by March. But I won’t bet on it. The pillow we did receive is wonderful and we love the mattress, order follow through questionable.

I purchased an electric recliner from this store. Once it was delivered, I used it 5-6 hours/day and after the 4th day, I realized that I was waking up every morning with a back ache. I called their customer service and asked for a return even though I knew the contract said returns only in the first 48 hours. I explained why and also stated that I would be willing to pay for the delivery and return pickup costs. They came and picked it up and gave me a full refund, even though they did not have to. Excellent customer service is an understatement. Thank you.

My friend C. Martinez who lives in Nogales Az ordered a sofa and worthless delivery people came and said that sofa would not fit through the door and didn’t even try and she had sofa that even bigger removed. They simply ignored her request and left and NOT make the delivery. I recommend that you not do business with such a unprofessional organization.

LIARS!!! They have re-scheduled delivery twice now because they said the in-stock item was not transferred from the store to the Warehouse. Then the salesman tells me he spoke to the Warehouse manager and they do have it, they just didn't put it on the delivery truck. Somebody is not telling the truth. At this point I'm waiting to get a refund and will buy elsewhere. The site won't let me give zero stars, but that is really what I rate this store.

Mary is absolutely great to work with. My husband and I went into the East Side store in Tucson to purchase a new mattress and left with a living room set. We had previously been turned off by Ashley and Sam Levitz and had preferred to drive to Phoenix to buy furniture. Mary was great and truly changed our opinion about Ashley. We had been back twice more to buy additional items for our home. Mary makes the process easy and is very attentive.

Horrible experience. Customer service is beyond ridiculous and will hang up on you if you use the word cancel. The store also uses bait and switch tactics. They'll show a price for what you want on the showroom floor and then deliver something entirely different and when you go to the store to resolve the issue, they ask for more money for what you originally ordered. Save yourself time and money and shop somewhere else.

Purchased a dinning room table and chairs back in September. Sales man said we’d have it beginning of October. Come to find out they don’t even have the item in the US. Now they are saying mid to late November we could get our table. Why sell me something you don’t have in stock or at the warehouse anyway. It’s always something with them. Never going back to again. We are very unhappy and disappointed with our experience with this company. Had to cancel our order.

Horrible customer service. I placed the order 3 weeks ago. Last week got a text message that delivery was coming today but had wrong address on the ticket. I went personally this past weekend and along with my sales rep and customer service, they corrected the address. However, got a text yesterday notifying of a delivery today and again had the wrong address. I couldn’t reach anyone all day because their phone system was down. Finally, I got through text message with Brad in customer service He again supposedly corrected the address. I also spoke to Alexa at 4:25 pm yesterday to confirm and she assured me that she AGAIN imputed the correct address and all is good (which apparently Brad didn’t do). Today i got 30 min notification at 8:34 am. It is 11:13 am and nothing came yet. I have been with customer service (texting) for the last 40 min who keep telling me to hold and has yet to tell me where is the $&/?! Is my $3000 worth of furniture. By the way, my sales Rep Dominic in the Pantano Branch has let us down because he failed to see this order through til the end knowing of all the problems we are having! The sad thing is, we were planing to go back this week to buy living room furniture and another bedroom but after all this?????
I stopped by one evening looking for a recliner. I dealt with a young man by the name of Damon Spruell. It was late and near closing, yet it didn’t stop him from showing me every recliner. He went above and beyond to schedule my delivery ASAP, kept in touch about what I should expect and even got me to buy a matching love seat. Worst experience of my long life. Salesman promised delivery of couches, tv console , kitchen table set on sept 15. Sept 14 I called five times to finally get through on a delivery text. I called operator again. She was so sick of me she gave me to floor manager who said she would send out half the order this Monday. I hired a person to left them in. Got two delivery confirmation texts. No one turned up. They took the stuff off the truck according to dispatcher. I supposed to wait for a representative to call me back. Salesman not only wrote order in the wrong color, but lied about it being in stock. No one has returned my call on ent my order was taken off truck. Store is currently closed. Rep just called said that my kitchen table was so damaged they had to pull it off the truck. I am getting my money back. This was simply horrible. When I mentioned there is no communication; representative replied your not our only customer! I am now editing this review on November 2,2021. No refund yet. They said it would be two weeks because I used a personal check. So folks, they cashed a couple thousand in August and I have no money in November. Cheap furniture, nice salespeople. Deplorable follow up and communication skills. They not only sell furniture they don’t have; they can’t get it !
I had a great sales experience. Then my delivery day came and went with no phone call. I called and my table had been delayed. I understand there are a lot of supply chain issues currently. Delivery day came and the delivery people were amazing but there were parts missing. The table was left on Tuesday August 31st with the promise they would be back on September 3rd with the parts. I finally got a call on September 5th telling me that they don’t have my parts and don’t know when they will have them. Later that day I called the store back and my salesperson Sergio was excellent and tried to figure out what was going on, but was unsuccessful. Today September 14th I called the store again and asked to speak to a manager. I spoke to Brandon. He told me my problems were not a sales problem and there was nothing he could do for me. He then directed me to call the service department. When I told him that I’ve called there numerous times and left messages and no one has called me back, he said “that’s the same number I have to call, I don’t know what you want me to do.” It was very clear to me that he didn’t care at all and it was such a frustrating call that it end with me in tears. I would never recommend this store to anyone. All I want is for them to come get the table and give me my money back.
We bought our furniture from Ashleys. Just bought our house and had not even moved one thing into it yet.....the delivery men damaged our stucco outside our house and wall inside. Still haven't received the money to fix our house. Tons of calls and emailing but still haven't got anything resolved. Lots of talk what their going to do but still haven't seen anything yet. I wouldn't recommend buying one thing from them unless you don't have delivery. It's been over 2 months since has happened.

Went in purchased a simple shoe rack, the sales agent wrote it up, it was supposed to be shipped to the store two days later. It was not shipped to the store but intended for my billing address, not my residence. It was then cancelled and I had to wait two more days to find out it was the complete wrong item they attempted to deliver. After rejecting the bad item I went back to the store explained the situation profusely and had to order the item all over again... Also found out that a store 30 minutes away had it it in stock after they already had my money. Bad sales team.

They couldn’t pickup the address change correctly and sent one order to my new address and another one to my old address. But the delivery guys were great and quick. Iam giving them 2 stars because I bought a lodanna panel bed online last year and i only received a panel bed and i never received the whole bed. They were giving me runarounds to fulfill this order. I dont know whats going on with their customer service but iam not satisfied at this point.

After consulting with someone over the phone, they told us that the order was at the shipment place and that it should be there soon. Going on a week later, and the order is still pending, so we called again to have it cancelled. Well after repeatedly talking over us, they refused to cancel the order and told us that they were going to send out a new one. I called again later and spoke to a different person, and all of a sudden we don't have an account with them anymore. So now, we can't cancel the order, can't get our money back, and everyone was very rude. Will not be shopping at any Ashleys HomeStore.

Beautiful place great selection of everything but Reyna the sales rep she doesn’t give care horrible experience with her my order took 3 months an all that time u had to be calling her to see what’s happened and on top of that she was super rude and angry at me because i was mad that it was taking a long time. Overall the worst sales person ever actually the worst experience i had buying something and that’s saying alot and that’s a shame because is such a great place.
1. We told the sales man we only wanted to purchase the mattress only, and not the box springs. He rang us up, and charged us for the mattress and box springs. 2. We then had to go through about an hour process to get the box springs removed from our order, and get refunded for the cost. Our recipe notes we have a zero balance due. 3. The mattress finally arrives, and we are told we have a balance due of over a hundred dollars, because when we were refunded for the box springs the individual refunded the incorrect amount. No effort was.made on the companies behalf to fix the error. I informed the manager that I would be at the store today to cancel the order and get refunded my full amount, to her response was "ok" and hung up. This is the second instance of this type of incident with the store. We do not recommend.
Was promised my order in May. No communication from my sales associate. Still have not received my order. After I called I was told I need to wait another month. No attempt in service recovery made. Poor communication. I wonder if I’ll ever get my order.

Went into the store Mid-February & purchased the Marsilona kitchen island set with an additional chair. Was informed there would be a delay in delivery, was 2nd on a waitlist & told would arrive about Early April. Which was fine by me. Fast forward...Tried to follow up Mid-April as there was no update regarding our items, etc... Tried to contact customer service several times, left a voice mail, stayed on hold one time but was unsuccessful with speaking with anyone at the Pantano store or anyone who had knowledge of shipment confirmation. Had to physically drive over to the store (went Mid April) just to get an update & were told we would have product now by late May. Now it's the end of May, Still haven't heard anything...& supposively we were next on the list to get items. I did try to contact our sales associate Melvin w/the number he gave us for an update but again no response. Very disappointed with this situation because from my experience w/Ashley Furniture you get excuses about the items being delayed out on a dock in California, empty promises going on approx 4 mos & no follow up from anyone. Once again we'll have to drive 20 miles each way just to see what is going on. So sad about this whole experience.
We visited Ashley's Home Store a few weeks ago and ordered two small living room chairs we liked. The sales staff is very knowledgeable & friendly whenever we came in the store. Even when I complained about our purchase. They have since arrived at our home and fit great in the space we wanted them. Unfortunately one chair exhibited a manufacturing flaw and we had to call for a customer service technician to come to the house to decide, repair or replacement . We're not happy 😕 with Ashley's! I will update this review as things progress !

If I could give zero stars I would. You can’t get any live person on the phone. When you do there is poor customer service follow through. We had couches “repaired” under warranty and they destroyed our couches TWICE! Ashely offered a replacement and after a year of dealing with this they finally arrived. The “new” ottoman was broken in half, nor did they put the feet on the couches... or even provide the screws to put them on! We had to buy our own acres to put the feet on! Beyond frustrating and so disappointed.

This is the second time we have ordered from this store and location. The first time we ordered a bed set and coffee table...was told it would take 2 weeks. Noone ever contacted us to let us know the delay we had to call numerous times to get any information. About 2 months later items were delivered. Went back a year later to purchase a sofa, we were told it would take 2 weeks again, I explained the original scenario to the saleswoman she confirmed that would not be the case as it would be available end of April at the latest May 9th. However, I got a phone call today and now it is going to be mid May and with a possiblity of being delayed longer. When someone asks what is a delivery time frame because we don't want to wait 2 months for furniture BE HONEST, don't lie to get the sale! We could have now gone somewhere else, this company is TERRIBLE when it comes to time frame, delivery and being TRANSPARENT about when the items are available. When we come in and say we want something that is in stock today...show us items in stock so we are not waiting. When you know this is what we are worried about and reassure us it will be only a couple weeks knowing that it isn't true...not good sales service!

The sales aspect was a good experience, knowledgeable & professional. The delivery was anything but that. First we're given a 3-hour window when to expect them, followed up by a phone message stating they would be there in 15-20 minutes. They arrived under 5 minutes. Two young men, who didn't see that I had cleared a path from our driveway through the carport to the front door to bring up the furniture, instead they marched straight through the front yard to the front door. When I spend over $3,000 for a mattress I expect it to be handled with care, instead only one man attempted to carry it, by himself, all the way & just before he got to the front door, he dropped it. After they set it up they rushed out the door. I had to run after them catching them in their truck to remind them they were expected to take the old mattress away. A very common procedure for Sam Levitz/Ashley stores. They both acted surprised, stating that wasn’t on their work order. Reluctantly they rushed back in, each grabbing an item, one the mattress & the other the box spring & rushed out dragging the items through the front yard. Refer to the photos below. I contacted Sam Levitz/Ashley about the incident & they apologized. No offer of a monetary compensation. I’ll be very hesitant to shop in their stores unless it’s an item I can take home myself & not have to rely on their amateur delivery service.

Went back in March still not there, bought a sofa with free delivery per still waiting on chest. Went back in April chest still not there huh.....now I'll get in May?? So bought another sofa, guy asks if I want protection plan for 60. Declined. Agent says are u sure it's 60 for delivery I said huh, last order I did was free delivery per still waiting on chest. He said well I can do that you will have to put together and clean up trash??? Very rude. So let him know I would be contacting manager and guess what still waiting for chest from February

Where to begin...this place was a nightmare to try to reach anyone live. We needed replacement parts on our furniture only a few months old. After several months of zero response we went inside. The manager issued us a credit but as of today we have received none. Tried calling many times and always disconnected or never called back. I wouldn't recommend to purchase and furniture from either Ashley or Sam Levitz.

I went to Ashley’s to buy my first couch for my apartment and it was a great experience! They have so many cute couches that are quality and a way better price. Everyone I talked to was so helpful :)
Kobi was wonderful. Knew I was on my lunch. Worked quickly to get me out. Excellent customer service. Practiced good social distancing and using hand sanitizer while staying close enough to meet all my needs. Strongly recommend.
It started bitter experience. I asked 3 sales associate for help. They responded I'll send someone over. We waited and no one came to help us. We left, had lunch and came back. As soon as we came in a gentleman by the name of Long greeted us and asked how could help us. Let me tell you he went ABOVE & beyond. Great customer service and answered all are questions. I highly recommend him if you go to Ashley's. A ask for Long!

Anthony was great helping me on a new mattress. If I was just rating him it would be 5 stars!(march 13th)I went and bought a mattress and adjustable base then was informed that the mattress wouldn't be available until april. I then spoke to customer service requesting a refund. The customer service said that they just moved some mattress to the clearance room and the adjustable base was in stock if I found something there I could swap the mattress. 3rd visit found a mattress exactly same price in clearance. I let them know I would like to get that one with the base. Was then informed that the base wouldn't be $750 that I paid but $1000. Very upset and will not step in the sam levitz ever again. What a horrible experience! Untrustworthy is now what I think when I think about Sam Levitz. I have shopped there my entire life never had an issue. Something changed and definitely not for the better!

I just received 2 nighstands that i bought (790 dlls )and the guys didnt install them they just left it there for my mom (66 yrs old) to take it out of the box, i bought about 25,000 dlls from sam levits (northshore collection) and they always install it for me. When i got home i had to take it out of the box my self ....
The prices seem, to me, increasing and they have started to discontinue some of the power recliner sofas. Can't be a good thing, can it?

Today I worked the a rep named Cole who was extremely helpful. I had a couple of items that were back ordered. I called my original sales rep Aubrey but she was not able to help me. I asked for her manager (Moto). He hung up the phone on me. I came into the store to find out more info. They called Moto three times within 45 minutes and he never came. Cole came up to me and listened to my issue. He got his manager and they both did a great job of explaining the information that they could. I appreciate their help. You need more employees like Cole and his manager and less like Aubrey and Moto...who were both in the store but not willing to help me!
There seems to be a fundamental problem of disconnect between the departments and customers are ping ponged between them. Each department shows no accountability or desire to solve customer issues. Ridiculous delays in order fulfillment and deliveries are made with missing parts. They don't deserve a single star.
I took my elderly mother furniture shopping at the Ashley Homestore. We had the good fortune to work with Harley. She was kind, patient and considerate with my mother. Harley helped my mother locate the items in the store. (THE STORE IS MASSIVE.) My mother is so happy with her purchases. I recommend the store and Harley.
We were searching for a guest room mattress and box spring. The young man that greeted us, ask all the right questions and lead us to the appropriate area in the store. He provided the into needed to make our decision. We will ask for Melvin next visit.
You have an AMAZING! Saleswoman by the name of Mary Wuettz she is AMAZINGLY AWESOME! She is friendly, kind, patient and really shows how much she cares about her customers. Mary Wuertz is a KEEPER! Make sure you don't let her go because now in days it's very hard to find above and beyond salespeople and she's one of them. Alot of salespeople all they care about is making a sale as quick as they can to go to the next customer or are pushy where they make you feel uncomfortable because your taking to long to make a decision or change your mind about what you picked, Oh but not Mary Wuertz she'll walk all over the store with you even if her knees hurt like before she had her surgery, she even went to work in pain, that didn't stop her. So imagine now that her knees don't hurt. That's ABOVE AND BEYOND SALES! MARY, MARY, MARY WUERTZ!! Seriously no lies every room in my house and my kids house is Ashley/Sam Levits furniture since 2002 and once I dealt/found Mary Wuertz that is the only person I'll purchase furniture and if she's not there I'll come back until she's there. Im about to order another bedroom set and guess who I'm going too MARY WUERTZ!

Where to start... my experience here has been a true nightmare. Items were not delivered when salesperson “guaranteed.” Delivery men just showed up at my apartment without announcing or notifications multiple times. When deliveries did occur, pieces of the collection were missing. My table was damaged on delivery.. I asked for it to be replaced and was told to hang on to it until it came in stock. I went in person to the store today to cancel the entire order and they tried charging me an additional $300. I wouldn’t wish this kind of service in my worst enemy. 4 months of frustrating and mistreatment to continue to watch my TV on the floor. I just hope I can get my money back as they failed to refund me the total amount. Fraud.
These people told me that the item i wanted was in stock. I waited a full week for the delivery and when I received it, it was not what I asked for. I had to drive all the way back to this store to ask for a full refund and still have to wait another week for these people to remove the item. They really tried to pull a fast one on me by selling me something I didn't want.

Absolutely the worst customer service. We recieved 4 of the 8 items damaged whether it be from the store or from the delivery trucks (they outsource to a very unprofessional company, their guy gave his partner the finger when he thought noone was looking and all they did was complain about how long their day had been) 3 weeks have gone by with them service desk stating they will have our sales rep call us back, and he never has...We have been transfered twice this morning and forced to leave a message and wait for someone to call us back again. Not only has this experience completely miserable but the entire staff make you feel like that once you spend your money, they can care less about continuing to help even when its thete mistakes! I would 100% recommend using any other company but this one. I hope this review will help someone never go through this issue.

Been purchasing furniture from this location for years now and I have never had any problems with anything I've gotten there. A good selection and the staff is very helpful. Parking isn't an issue. Store hours are standard.
Great service from sales rep. However, I had specifically asked the rep to Not ship my order assembled when delivering, as I was moving it to a different state. Of course, when my order arrived, I found all of the chairs on the dinning set (8) were already assembled. The delivery truck guys confirmed sales had put a note to Do Not Assemble. Apparently, the warehouse personnel does not pay attention to notes. Also, when the furniture was delivered, I found screws in my carpet (some spares were taped to the chairs armrests - needless to say, this can damage the chairs). Couldn't they place all of the spare hardware on a ziploc bag with a label and make it look a bit professional? After all, I bought a $1,500 item!! 2 Stars at this point.

Ashley’s has a great selection of merchandise that fits within the budget means of most customers! Had a great time looking throughout the store with associate Travis! He was very knowledgeable about the products, helpful with our questions and gave honest feedback. We’ll be back to buy our furniture for our new home in April!

High pressure commission sales people :-( unable to answer simple questions and had to go to a manager three times. Final straw after an hour and a half of patients was when they could not match the 10% off they advertise daily online even with my coupon. Left, only to be called two minutes later saying management said it was okay and I should come back, not! This is what Sam levitz is for :-). Going there this weekend as they not only said they would price match but give me 15% off for their competitors hassle, wow
While the sales experience was decent and the salesman, Jesus, was very helpful, the order fulfillment process was absolutely a nightmare. We ordered a dining room table/chairs, a server, a sectional, end tables and 4 stools. We ordered the items in September of 2020, as of January 13th, 2021 we are still missing a stool. We received the table/chairs in Oct, took two delivery days as they did not bring the base for the table. Received the sectional, end tables and one stool towards the end of November. Received 2 more stools mid December and was told the other one was in stock and would be delivered 12/26. Called to inquire and was told it’s now back ordered. When calling to check status, the phone system is a nightmare and get ready for long hold times. For myself, I will now pay a higher amount to deal with other furniture companies that have better organization and better customer service. And Steve, tried to call the number you listed in your response but the mailbox is full. I would also like to say that I got the second “fake” delivery notification this past week and confirmed to get delivery of the fourth and final stool, nobody showed up and I’m still without the stool. It’s getting to be a little ridiculous.
Shopping for furniture is almost like buying a car. What I mean is that the salespeople run towards you and push/pull you every which way but loose. But, not with Long! He was smooth with his approach, paid attention to detail and answered all of our questions. The purchase and delivery went very well and we’ll be back there soon. Thanks Long!

I put one star because there isn’t anything lower. Never buy from here or Sam Levitz They have such poor service. Poor customer service Lack of Management Do not give them your money. They don’t call customers back They deliver broken furniture They assemble furniture incorrectly and are not capable of fixing the problem.

Worst experience ive ever had when buying furniture. Was told my furniture would be delivered at a certain date didn't get anything then called them and was told they dont know when its going to come in its been a month now still NOTHING!.
HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They will easily pick up your furniture, when you tell them to come get it, but they can't deliver the rest of your furniture. I understand we are in a Pandemic, but waiting 4 to 5 months for 4 chairs to arrive is ridiculous. Bought a dining room table and 6 chairs at the end of September, and was told my ETA would be early October. October comes around, and I got a phone call saying half your order is in, but the other half will be in another month, but don't worry before Thanksgiving. Every month they have called me or not called me to tell me some ridiculous story of where the chairs are cause it didn't arrive like they said in November. I called and asked to speak with a manager and no one picked up. I called again, and got a voicemail that was full. I called for the third time and got Jeff the assistant manager who told me good news and bad news, the chairs are at port, but they are at port. He said you will have them in mid- January and now here is mid January and he just called to say now the chairs are damaged, and it won't be till February or March! No family dinners at the table everyday, since I sold my other dining room table cause of your original delivery date. Thanks for letting us NOT celebrate the important family dinners like Thanksgiving and Christmas, cause your ETA was wrong and has been wrong since September. I already cancelled my ordered with Jeff today, but just wanted to write a review saying- I WILL NEVER BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNITUE AGAIN! MAYBE STOP SELLING MORE THAN YOU CAN GET IN!

Never Again. I bought an item in April. It didn’t show up during the delivery window. I had to call and track it down, to which they replied the item was damaged and there were no others left. I can live with that- but not contacting me after confirming a 4 hour delivery window was quite frustrating. After that negative experience I thought, give them another chance. Bought a set of chairs in December. They lost the chairs. Which of course no one told me until I went to pick them up. Then they told me they would issue a credit but after 4 weeks I called to find it was never issued at all and I had to request one again. I worked in customer service for years and have literally never left a bad review. Three negative experiences in the span on 8 months-all with different point people- this is insane and is company wide not one person who made a mistake. I will be warning people away from purchasing anything here

Melvin Reed was very helpful and knowledgeable. We’re did not need much help during the shopping experience. However, Melvin stayed close enough to be easy to find when we did have questions. When we needed help finding a mattress that was within our budget, and still provided the comfort that we were looking for, Melvin knew how to help us find what we needed. We have had other sales people try to sell us on items that were outside of our budget regardless of what we needed. Melvin was not this way. He listened and understood our needs and directed us to items that fit our needs, rather than his own desire for a higher commission. Thank you, Melvin, for the heart help.

I was asked for help by two employees. The first guy took his time with showing me around to the different styles of furniture. I needed to take a call, so we stepped away from one another. I went to look for him and couldn’t find him. He was helpful but nowhere to be found. Being that I couldn’t find him, I continued looking around and was asked for help by Travis. He was beyond helpful! He took his time talking to me about the detail of the furniture, down to what materials would be more sturdy. He was so pleasant to talk to. I really appreciate Travis for helping me and even taking the time to ask of my needs. I felt seen as a person looking to invest in quality furniture and not buy for my immediate needs. After all, no one wants to turn around to repurchase the same type of product a year from now. HUGE thank you to Travis, he made this process easy!
I’ve shopped from Ashley’s in Texas and New Jersey and always had a great experience. I placed my order this time keeping the same experience in mind and trusted my order to be taken care of. However that has not been the case. First my delivery date was changed without consulting with me because the ottoman in my living room set was not available. If I was consulted I would’ve informed them that I can pick the ottoman myself when it is available. Next my delivery was not made because the apartment number was not listed on the delivery. At order time we discussed the apartment and the fact that there are two flights of stairs leading to my apartment. I called to have my delivery rescheduled and spoke to Alondra who promised to call me back in 20 minutes but has not done so yet after more than a day. I spoke the sales rep Michelle this afternoon who promised she will call back after speaking to the manager but has not done so as of yet. Calling the store or even the number listed for the owner on the bad reviews leads to a full inbox. I’m hoping someone will see this review and respond otherwise I will have to contact my credit card to cancel the order.

Everyone in the store - employees and customers- were masked. The store limits the number inside the store. Every employee I saw had their mask on correctly and appeared to be keeping a safe distance from customers. I was worried about going into the store, but felt more comfortable by seeing the safe practices in place. Chris, the employee that helped us, was patient, efficient and kept a safe distance at all times. Very heartened to see a business being thorough in keeping everyone safe.
My husband and I recently bought a house. We came into Ashley’s and Omar approached us to let us know he would be helping us. He allowed us to browse around and was very knowledgeable when we went to him with a question. We went to about 6 other furniture stores in the following days, including other Ashley’s stores, and I can say that Omar’s customer service goes unmatched. In other stores, we were awkwardly followed around and bombarded with unnecessary information while walking by certain items. We loved that Omar allowed us the freedom to walk around comfortably, but was available when we needed him. I would recommend going to this Ashley’s and working with Omar.

I went to the store and got a bed. They schedule me for delivery on Wednesday 16. They wanted someone available from 3-7pm. They got here at almost 7pm and they just dropped off the boxes and they were supposed to assemble it and they didn’t. They say someone else was gonna come to do it, which sounded weird, but nobody ever came. So i called and it was close. I called the next day, Thursday 17th the lady on the phone said a manager was gonna call me and they didn’t. I call again and the lady that answer was checking into it but even though it was their fault they couldn’t send someone that day until today and i asked to be before 1pm because i have to work now they’re telling im scheduled from 1-5pm which nobody is gonna be available. I took Wednesday off so i could wait for the delivery! Its been sooo frustrating! They’re not trying to fix this at all!

I ordered a dresser in mid-October. I was told the dresser would arrive during last week of November. I also ordered a bed in mid-November. I was told the bed would arrive with the dresser. No one called me back to confirm a delivery date throughout the month of November; I had to call customer service to follow up on the already late order. I was on hold for 20 min. I was told both items were already in. I asked why no one called me to schedule a delivery. Was given no answer as to why. I maintained my patience and calm, since I know delivery dates are a bit less reliable due to the pandemic. I set up a delivery for 12/15 between 2:00p and 6:00p. I told the delivery representative that I got off work at 2:30p and wouldn’t make home till 3:00p. I was told it wasn’t an issue, since they will call ahead of time to schedule a specific time. Keep in mind that now my order is 3 weeks late at this point. On 12/15, no one called me, and they arrived a bit before 2:00p. I was aware of this because I have a Ring video doorbell. I wasn’t home. I called customer service to ask why the delivery was so early. They said they already arrived and no one was home. I was told they would reschedule the delivery at 3:00p. I still maintained what little patience and calm I still had. No one showed up a 3:00p. I called back, and was told they were on their way. No one showed. I called back, and a manager told me it would be rescheduled to 12/16 3:00p – 6:00p. On 12/16, no one showed up between 3:00p – 6:00p. No one called me to let me know the order wouldn’t be arriving. I called customer service, and was told the order never went out in the first place and it was on hold. I was told they can deliver it on 12/22 between 2:00p – 6:00p. I said I work till 2:30p and couldn’t be home till 3:00p. I was told no guarantees they can make that window. I asked to speak with a manager, and I was told one would call me back. A manager ended up never calling me. I feel like no one cares about this, and I am really upset. I am still waiting for my furniture, and I am on the verge of canceling the order.

We had such a pleasant experience shopping here. Kobi was a pleasure to work with and a great help. Looking forward to working with him again in the future. One thing for Ashley Homestore to consider is updating it's systems. There seemed to be a lot of manual and duplicative work involved for the staff in making our purchase.

She gave us our space when we asked- I hate being followed or asked every 15seconds if I have any questions, I like to just look around and enjoy my space while shopping- she respected that! She answered all questions, was very informative, it was all around a good experience! We will definitely be using her again for our future purchases!
My wife and I ordered a 7 piece bedroom in October. We were told that the items were on back order and that they would not be in until late November. Knowing that, we proceeded with the purchase. Now here we are in December, without the furniture we spent thousands of dollars on. The furniture was set to be delivered today, and after several confirmations with the delivery department, the delivery was was cancelled unbeknownst to us. I’m incredibly disappointed with the overall experience with our purchase and service after the sale. I’m hoping that someone reaches out to us to help resolve this. At this point I’m considering just requesting a full refund and taking my business elsewhere.

We made a purchase on 11/28/20 at the end of the "seller" tells us that the bed did not have the desired color, that he had made a mistake .. Well, we selected another color from those available. My husband, from Wednesday, 09/12/2020, contacted the seller since the delivery date is for 12/12/2020, and the delivery people still did not call us. And it turned out that they could not deliver on the agreed day from the purchase! How daring they are. If my husband did not call, we would not find out ... as if that were not enough it turns out that the alternate color of the bed is not available either ... Omg! Quite a disaster and we found out why we called and we insisted since Wednesday. 9/12/20 .. The manager answered the phone, yyyy nothing resolved. They called us later to offer "free" a basic frame "to which the bed arrives" ... how is it possible if the alternative color was available on the day of our shopping? and now that? Did they sell them too and didn't reserve the one we paid for? Too disorganized and disrespectful to the customer. (Original) Muy mala experiencia. Una falta al respeto total al cliente. Realizamos una compra el 11/28/20 al finalizar el "vendedor" nos dice que la cama no la había del color deseado, que se había equivocado.. Bueno, seleccionamos otro color de los disponibles. Mi esposo desde el día miércoles, 12/09/2020, se comunicó con el vendedor ya que la fecha de entrega es para el 12/12/2020, y aun no nos llamaban los de la entrega. Y resulto que ¡no podrían entregar el día acordado desde la compra! Que atrevidos son. Si mi esposo no llamaba, no nos enterábamos...como si eso fuese poco resulta que tampoco hay disponible el color alterno de la cama... Omg! Todo un desastre y nos enteramos por que llamamos he insistimos desde el miércoles. 12/9/20 .. El gerente atendió al teléfono, yyyy en nada resolvió. Nos llamaron más tarde para ofrecer "gratis" un frame básico "a lo que llega la cama"... ¿cómo es posible si el color altetno lo tenían disponible el día de nuestra compras? ¿y ahora que? ¿ Los vendieron también y no reservaron el que pagamos? Demasiada desorganizados y falta al respeto al cliente.

I purchased a couch on Labor Day weekend and it was supposed to be delivered within 3 weeks. I did not receive an update call until 2 months later — several texts and calls later ... I still do not have my couch. I was told it would be delivered yesterday (3 months after purchase) and no one showed up. No phone call ... nothing! They blame it on the pandemic but, I had a similar issue pre-pandemic last year. Never doing business here again — sales people will say anything for a quick buck and unfortunately their customer service over the phone is awful! Where is my couch?!

I really am not sure where to begin but the short version is "Buyer Beware" I'll start out with the positive: Our salesman Omar was absolutely excellent. His attention to detail, follow up and continuous communication is commendable and the only reason this review got any stars at all. Unfortunately, his excellence was overshadowed by a HORRIBLE delivery crew. On Black Friday we were in search of a decent dining table for our small family. We found an adequate table and proceeded to Omar to ring us up. While doing so, we decided on ordering a top of the line Tempur Pedic with adjustable base. Between the 2 items, were well into the $5,000 mark. We set delivery for December 7th (12 days later). On the 29th I was advised by Delivery that my mattress was in stock and just waiting for the base to be built but to expect express delivery sometime on the 3rd and that I'd receive a call to confirm the time. I did not receive a call so I called on the 11th and was told that the base was not available and now contradictory to what I was told, my mattress was now on "backorder." Through all the stress, Omar was always there answering questions I had and providing me reassurance. 12/7 rolls around and the delivery guy shows up! ...but only with sheets...for the bed that may or may not be on backorder. Later that day my table arrived. I was expecting 2 chairs and the table top as I was told that the other 2 chairs were backordered (no fault here, I was aware of this up front). What I got was a table, and only 1 chair that had a puncture to the leather. Delivery told me that they broke the other chair while building it. Now I'm expecting 4 new chairs and still have not yet (the 9th) been told when I'll be getting them. After getting the run around from the delivery team/warehouse and the final straw with getting a punctured chair and excuse about my 2nd one I finally had enough and cancelled my order. I, in good faith, cannot trust their warehouse/delivery team to deliver me a $5,000 mattress without incident, nor do I trust the warehouse to assemble my actuating bedframe correctly if they were able break a simple dining chair. Lastly, I need to mention that this is not the first run in with Ashley/Sam Levitz products and warehouse issues. That story was 2 years ago and unreviewed but it still doesn't seem that the back end of operations has gotten their stuff together.
I had a great experience and my sales rep Mary Wuertz made the entire process easier and she was so helpful with everything I needed.

I had to purchase furniture for an entire house and my sales person Marina made the process very easy and quick. They were all very professional and helpful and i will definately use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

I&'ve never been to a furniture store where a sales associate did not want to complete the sale. I came into the Ashley Furniture to purchase a coffee table and was told they didn&'t have any currently in stock minus the floor model. I offered to pay for the floor model but was told that the customers who have already ordered their coffee tables had priority. So, of course the first person who was called agreed to come pick up the floor model. Now Ashley Home furniture just lost $200 cause I am unable to wait a few months for the coffee table to come in stock because I will be moving. Guess I&'ll take my business elsewhere.

We ordered our furniture in September. Because of COVID-19 we were expecting a long wait time. The problem came when we were waiting for the second half of our couch. Ashley furniture received our furniture for delivery, but never called us to inform us that they had the piece. It was not until we gave a follow up call inquiring about the status of our delivery that they told us they had the piece. We decided to have it scheduled for delivery the next week. The next week comes, and the delivery doesn’t arrive. We call again to find out the status of our delivery, and they tell us it’s going to take another week. There was no reasoning given as to why the order was delayed so long. So now we are left with only half a couch for 3 months.
Mixed feelings about Ashley Homestore. We found great furniture there, but they&'ve been incredibly slow to deliver. Yes, we know about covid, we get it. But how about instead of just making excuse after excuse you take responsibility and don&'t charge a delivery fee each time you deliver a small part of our order? It&'s not our fault you can&'t get everything in at once. We spent thousands of dollars on merchandise, how about if we don&'t pay $30-$40 each time you deliver something?We&'ve also had trouble getting in touch with our salesperson (I leave messages, but they don&'t get delivered.) she has started contacting us every Friday, but when I have a question on a Tuesday, I&'d love to hear back that day.One delivery, a bar height kitchen table with stools, was delivered damaged. I was told they&'d order a new one and replace it when it came in. I&'ve heard nothing about it since. We&'ll see what happens with that. We&'re also still waiting on two items from our original order.I doubt we&'ll shop there again, which is a shame, because we found good quality furniture at reasonable prices. But I just don&'t want to deal with the hassles and delays.

I worked with Nick W. at the Pantano location. I found him to be extremely congenial and a pleasure to work with. He did not strong arm me into any sales or pressure me. There are actually great salespeople at Levitz but you have to find them. Nick was working on something else at a computer and I interrupted him to assist me. The other sales people were very aggressive and fake. Nick was just a nicw young man trying to assist me.
Cassandra was very knowledgeable, very pleasant and helpful. Joseph was also very pleasant. We are hoping for a quick arrival of our new mattress, which unfortunately is on back order. We bought most of our furniture from Sam Levitz/Ashley the last 30+ years. Thank you!

Sales ladyWas very helpful for me and my husband to find the right couch for our new home. this was our first big purchase and we were very excited. While purchasing in beginning of September, she told us delivery would be Early October. Which we figured we would toughen it out even tho we do not have any couches... We patiently waited and waited. Once we called, they changed it to early November.. Waited and waited again, now it’s middle November and they’re saying delivery is middle december. Of course they have COVID to blame. But it’s all BS. My uncle received his couches weeks after placing the order. We want to cancel our order that way we can find faster delivery elsewhere, but not sure if they will ACTUALLY stick to delivering in December and not push it back to MARCH When you try and call in, they leave you on hold until you press 1 to leave a number for call back. Then they immediately call you back and hang up before you can answer. It’s an automated voice saying their mailbox is full. I've called them at least 5 times, and the same thing has happened repeatedly. I've never been able to connect with someone when I call directly, and have only had a successful call back once. Do I really have to drive down to the location to get the information I NEED that way I’m not hung up on every time ??? NOT THE SERVICE I expect FOR PAYING 2k on furniture. No excuses... UPDATE: After 3 months they delivered our sectional. We were very excited until receiving the WRONG LAYOUT of our sectional. Our sales rep did an excellent job at explaining how they consider the chaise lounge on the right or left side WHEN standing up, not sitting down. We even stood up with her to let her know the layout we wanted and she repeated it back to us a couple of times. I’m not sure how they made this mistake. Thankfully, customer service was nice enough to see if they had the correct pieces in stock.

I just moved here in AZ, and I needed a couch! I went to pottery barn in Tucson and they didn't acknowledge I was there, even though they were slow, making me feel awkward and not worth their time. (I will give a shot out to William Sonoma, I know they aren't furniture, but they were very welcoming despite being busy.) Still on the hunt for a couch, we went to Ashley's furniture store, where they were very welcoming. Jason a sale rep came up to see me, said hello. He was patient while I asked a lot of questions and he did not crowd or hurry me. Once I found the couch that I wanted he quickly came back over to talk about the details. Wish I could have received the couch sooner than 2 weeks, but that is not a real issue. I will be going back for more furniture in the future!!!

Melvin Reed as an excellent representative. He greeted us cordial when we entered the store, and pointed us in the right direction. He came back to check on us occasionally without being intrusive. When we had questions he was there to answer. Overall we had a relaxing experience and are happy with our purchase.
They are a little short on availability so come in now if you want it before the end of the year. They have a lot of choices.

When I ordered an end table 11 weeks ago, I was told it would arrive in 2 weeks from the date of purchase. There has been no communication except what was initiated by me. Each time I call, I get a different excuse ranging from "It's on the truck to be delivered today" to "It's backordered and you're #7" to today's, "It's because of covid" and now will be delivered mid to late December.....4 months after I placed the order. The young man in "customer service " said I should feel free to cancel my order. No apologies. Nothing that resembled customer service.

What a fly-by-night operation. The fact that Ashley is associated with Sam Levitz should have been a warning - I&'ve heard terrible things about Sam Levitz and my experience was exactly that. I ordered a sofa on Sept. 12th and was told it would be delivered in mid-October. After several delays (which I was okay with, given the pandemic), it was finally delivered in mid-November (two months after I ordered it). However, once delivered, a section was damaged and now the fun begins. Trying to get a straight answer out of them is impossible. EVERY TIME I call, I&'m given a different response to my question about how to go about getting a replacement piece. I&'ve had them arrive at my house once to pick up the damaged piece, but they had no idea about delivering a new piece. The 2nd time they arrived to deliver the new piece and told me it, too, was damaged! Now, trying to get this rectified with them is painful. They have too many departments (the store, customer service, delivery) and none of them speak to each other and it&'s pure chaos. How many times do I have to call to get my sofa delivered correctly? Overall, awful customer service and cheap overall experience. I will NEVER buy from Ashley or Sam Levitz again.
They forced customers to wear masks even in light of medical conditions. This is absurd and they don’t care about the wellbeing of their customers.
Honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company for customer service. We ordered our furniture in September with it backdated until October. The salesperson never contacted us with updates like once we left, all their promises were unfulfilled. Its now November and we still haven't received our furniture. Call in to see where it is and the operator transfers us 7 times to the shipping department where it says to leave a message but the mailbox is full so its impossible. Call back again got the same operator who, even after we explained the full mailbox, transfers us again to the place where we can't leave a message. 7 different times. Same person. Then we finally get a representative on the line who speaks as if we're an inconvenience and gives us attitude after we explain why we're frustrated. Then get a "manager" on the line to tell us that we are at fault and we need to calm down because even though they didn't provide decent customer care, we are being rude by raising our voices to explain why their customer service was so horrible. The manager didn't even listen to my concerns, he just interrupted me multiple times and told me to calm down even when I spoke at a level tone. Honestly I have never experienced a company with as poor customer service as this and I can guarantee I will never shop here again.

Yesterday I bought a couch sectional at the Sam Levitz store, here in Tucson. It was early evening, and I had just gotten off of work. I was greeted by a salesman, and thought, "Oh no, he's going to start pestering". To my great surprise, Ed Kimble turned out to be awesome! He was knowledgeable, helpful, and didn't try to sell me anything that I wasn't looking for. I'm going to need more furniture soon, and I will be asking for Ed Kimble, to help me with my purchase.

I have purchased a few pieces from here in the past with minimal issues but never again. I bought a bed frame and had it delivered and set up a couple weeks ago. Within the first few days we knew something was off and it&'s only gotten worse. As of now, screws are falling off of it and it has completely scratched our floor. Our new mattress is caving in the middle and we feel like it&'s not safe to sleep on. I called to get assistance and they are making me go through an unbelievable process when I just asked for a refund. A nearly thousand dollar bed should not fall apart within the first few days. :(

I give Ashley five stars almost entirely because of my sales person, Gilbert Leon. I agonized over the purchase of a very expensive mattress over three days. Gilbert helped me cheerfully and kindly every step of the way explaining and re-explaining all the differences while also allowing me to rest on each one of them for several long sessions. It was our first time purchasing new furniture, so we decided to go to Ashley to try out some couches to see what we like. We found a couch for a great price and ended buying a bunk bed for our kids. The staff members were all friendly, but it did take a while for them to check me out. We got the couch within two days but still are waiting for the bunk bed to arrive (it has been 4 days).

Our experience at Ashley HomeStore - EAST was great. We went in looking for new bedroom furniture. The salesperson that assisted us was Melvin. He provided us with the layout of the bedroom furniture based off style. He stayed close enough to answer all of our questions, but far enough away that we were able to look around without feeling crowed or hassled. We appreciate all your assistance Melvin.

This review is about our sales experience at one of the Tucson locations. We went to Ashley to get a mattress set for our guest room as we received word of family visiting soon. With time being short, we picked out a set with the help of Vinnie, and he checked to see that it was in stock for quick delivery. I also described what I was interested in for our master bedroom. Vinnie took us over to a beautiful bedroom suit that checked all the marks. As we considered what options we wanted and the different costs, he patiently offered suggestions and answered questions. He spent a lot of time and we appreciated his customer service. I've been happy with the Ashley furniture we already own, as quality is important. Buying solid wood pieces for our bedroom, that are a classic design, means we will enjoy them many years and they won't fall 'out of fashion.'
Went to get an item on sale and it was backordered. We paid for the item and no one called when it came in. Not impressed with all the employees standing around and not helping.
My recent order was damaged. I have too wait a week and a half to get a partial replacement. The other part at least a month! All I get is sorry?!!!
Vincent (Vinny) was outstanding. He has a great eye and made great recommendations based on what we were looking for. He was able to mix and match our ideas to customize what we wanted. Vinny was not pushy or overwhelming, he allowed us to look and offered his opinion which was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend working with him you won't be disappointed.

My first time trying to buy nice furniture, what an absolute nightmare. If you’re thinking about ordering from this store, or any Ashley Furniture store, don’t do it. You’re going to pay thousands of dollars for literally nothing. TLDR; ordered in July and now it’s October, no furniture delivered (but still being billed for it) and the worst customer service experience ever. We ordered a bedroom set, mattress, and home office desk on 7/25. Were told we would have our stuff by the middle of August, which was fine because we understood Covid delays, etc. The same day our bed frame was going to be delivered in August, it was found to be “broken on the truck”. No big deal, we were told it would just be a week or two and we would get one. It’s October, still no bed frame, no desk, no dresser, and no updates from our sales person about when we will get it (Sharon makes her sale and then could care less about you). We have $1500 mattress we can’t use, but we sure are paying for it. Most recently, we were told the desk we ordered was discontinued, but we could have the floor model (no discount offered, of course). We agree to this, and the day it’s supposed to be delivered - you guessed it - it’s found to be “broken on the truck”. So we call to cancel our order and schedule having the furniture that has been delivered picked up, and are told to call customer service. We call customer service, they put us on hold, and then transfer us to a completely different Ashley location than the one we bought the furniture from. That representative can’t help us either, and we’re told we’ll “get a call back from a manager”. Still waiting on that call, and I won’t hold my breath that I’ll get it anytime soon. We wouldn’t have bought the furniture if we knew it would take literally months to receive it. Now the cancellation process looks like it’s going to be a hassle too. Stay away from doing business with this company, unless you have a truck and can walk away with the furniture that day. Order from Ikea, or literally any other company. Looking forward to the canned response from a Steve or a Jeff below this review pretending to care, with another useless phone number to call.

Can’t recommend her and the customer service she provided enough! She made this stressful/exhausting process so easy and pleasant.

We just moved to the area. We went in and walked past multiple employees who didn’t even ask if we needed help. Then when I asked for help, the employee acted like he didn’t even want to help. I asked another employee for help, it ended up being a manager. He was very helpful, I asked if he could make sure someone who is willing to help, to help us. Then when I called to return an item I kept getting transferred back and forth. The majority of the employees are very rude and don’t seem to care or want to help! Very disappointed
Phone system is horrid. Endless wait times and if you choose the call back option it only rings on your phone once, then disconnects. I just want to know if and when I might receive my purchase made back in July. Otherwise, the prices are good and staff is friendly and helpful. Telephone staff is amazing too, if you can get them on the phone though.
How this company stays in business is a mystery. If, due to COVID, orders will not come in for months, why accept an order in the first place?! Customer service acts put out if you follow up on why the heck the order, which was to come in 2 weeks after placing order, is still not in at beginning of October, telling you it&'s 2 weeks out every time. Not only is it not in, it&'s a huge mystery as to why it&'s not in. Everything is done remotely, and yet, apparently, there&'s no one to answer phones at the warehouse to follow up on orders. It&'s just a matter of time before this company goes out of business, which as such a poorly run business, it should. You&'ve been warned. If it&'s not in stock be prepared for a looooonnnnnnnggggggg wait, and subpar customer service. My first, and last, time shopping at Ashley.

If I could give it zero I would. I seriously would reconsider if you buy from them. Just like everyone says, the delivery is sketchy. Paid upfront for furniture weeks ago. Got the delivery date set and THE WEEK of delivery got a call that one of the pieces wouldn&'t be here for another month. We have people coming in so now we are in a spot. No offer to discount, nothing other than an apology. If you have time to wait for undependable delivery then you will be fine. The manager kept blaming the vendor.....maybe instead of blaming they get a new vendor?
I went in and purchased a whole new bedroom set and was given a date of delivery of early august, we are now reaching the end of September and I have yet to receive my full order. Also a dresser I received today is dirty tried wiping it off and it doesn’t come off

Horrible all around. Bought a couch and loveseat about 2 years ago. That process was unreal. Every review about delivery issues and damaged furniture is true. This place could care less. Two years in its falling apart very poor quality. I purchased the extended protection plan. Already now multiple attempts to get in touch with them and gotten nowhere. I knew the claim process would be difficult given this companies lack of remotely caring about its customers. But I at least expected a fight not a cold shoulder. I highly suggest shopping elsewhere. The saying you get what you pay for couldn’t be more true. Spend a few more dollars and buy a better quality and go with a company that will actually stand behind their products. Don’t make the same mistake we did!

We've purchased from Ashley furniture many times and this is by far the worst experience with this company. We purchased a second table early July 2020 and were told it was on backorder until middle of August. We understood covid played a part in the delay so we went ahead with the purchase. The finance people are extremely rude to the sales staff and we witnessed an uncomfortable moment between them. Anyway that wasn't my comcern so Fast forward to end of August still no table, called to see the new ETA- was on hold for 30+ min and was told it wasn't in yet. I gave them the address of the new home we were purchasing and asked that It now be delivered there. They agreed, and gave me a new date of 9/24 TODAY 9/22 at 9am I got a call saying it would be delivered in 40 minutes!!! The house isn't ours until 3pm. I'm not going to leave the table outside! I called the delivery center and now I'm being told they can't deliver it on the 24th (as previously requested) and that the new date for delivery isn't until 9/28 I was so fed up that I called Ashley again and after being on hold for another 30min (again) told the lady to refund back my funds. She didn't seem the least bit bothered or slightly compassionate about my difficulties with the company. She simply said ok we can refund back the funds Anyway extremely disappointed.

Go somewhere else - the staff here do not value your time at all. Bought a couch in June, still haven't received it, and their communcation is terrible. When you try and call in, they purposely leave you on hold until you press 1 to leave a number for call back. Then they immediately call you back and hang up before you can answer. I've called them at least 5 times, if not more, and the same thing has happened repeatedly. I've never been able to connect with someone when I call directly, and have only had a successful call back once. Things are delayed now more than ever, which is understandable. But no one at this store cared enough to successfully call me back, or check in on me in the 3 months I've been waiting on my couch. The lack of communcation speaks volumes more than the delays.
We have had mostly good experience here, but as of late, trying to conduct an exchange due the salesperson writing up the order incorrectly has been challenging! I’m on my 3rd phone call. Also, don’t bother with the sales appointment business, you’ll be on hold for hours.
Well I purchased furniture that kept getting pushed back but I had a really help person name Un Joo She rock she made sure to keep me updated contact me if anything changed and help me out so much if it’s really hard to find someone that still committed and willing to help during this time especially when I know that she is extremely busy with other people so I just wanna write that I’m very happy because now I get my furniture and I’m also happy with the customer service that I had I highly recommend it

My wife and I bought some furniture here on 8/30/2020. The gentleman that helped us out was more than professional. Where my beyond frustration comes from is the quality of furniture they allow to be delivered to my house. Here it 9/15 I still do not have my furniture. There’s been 3 attempts to deliver poor quality furniture with missing button, wood chipped dresser drawers not opening The list good on. The last delivery guy said he didn’t even want to bring it in because of how it looked. Is this really how Sam Levite’s value there customers. If been told multiple times they will make it. Yet they haven’t even attempted but just cheap talk. I have now made my 1st monthly payment on furniture that I don’t have. This is @&$?$ how can you expect payment on something I don’t have. Not wanting my credit ruined I pay it. Sick to my stomach they quality of furniture you bring to my house demanding payment and I don’t even have all my furniture. 👏

Yeah ordered a day bed and mattress in July it still hasnt arrived waiting 4-5 months for these items is unacceptable when i already paid.
I placed an order in July. For a daybed and mattress. I have been waiting months for my items. I paid upfront. Still dont have my items. I was told that it would be here by mid September and they pushed out my order until Oct. Four months waiting for my items is unacceptable thats quarter of a year! Telling me to get something else i dont want rather then just giving me what i came for. I love the furniture here but I dont like being inconvenienced this heavily and being a old one thing and then being told something else entirely over and over again.
Ok. I&'m a forgiving guy and obsessed with honestly. I&'ve had bad experiences with the corporate world, but not all people or corporations are necessarily bad (just most). It turns out they did refund me for the mattress cover after I threw a hissy fit with my favorite credit card company. THEY like me because I&'m honest and they don&'t mind me standing up for what&'s right (like being reliable, fair and not manipulative). I still believe their default refusal to take back defective merchandise (in this case a mattress cover that did not fit with (breath in) 46 one star reviews on the manufacturer&'s own website for the same reason) does not cut it. The rest of the review is true but I am raising their rating to 3 stars for paying for the broken planter, and refunding us for the mattress cover we could not use. They still get poor marks for the &"Ashley Cash&" draw backs. Please see previous review.Lastly, I did notice a fair number of African American and Latino salesman which is to their favor. At 62, this old back-to-the-country boy supports BLM and Joe Biden and immediate action on climate change.
Purchased a couch on July 29th and was told all pieces would be in by mid August for an August 23rd projected delivery date. Almost three weeks beyond our delivery date and still not all pieces are in stock. I understand COVID has caused delays to manufacturing, but I have a hard time understanding a missed date by 3 weeks. Not to mention, once all pieces are in, we will have to wait another week for delivery (their policy). If you are in need of furniture like we were, take whatever expected delivery date they give you and pad it by a month+.

Nightmare of an experience. Their invintory is backed up for several months but just keep saying 2 weeks and it keeps getting delayed. Customer service is absolutely clueless. Management is extremely rude and not helpful at all.
You can find some great deals during the holidays! My issue is what happens after you purchase something. Lol, it&'s like a night and at difference. You go to the back of the store where you can find gross thrown out furniture. There&'s a sign that says &"pick up&" that just points to a brick wall. You just have to magically know to ring a small bell and they open the garage doors. Then on the way out you pass an alley, where today a small gang was! Lol it was ridiculous.
Sal was very helpful and quick to introduce himself while helping me buy a mattress. He gave good suggestions and was knowledgeable with the kind of bundles available for the exact mattress and pillows I wanted! It was easy to talk to him and he was extremely polite the entire time I was at Ashley’s furniture. If I make another purchase from Ashley’s I will certainly look for his help!
Had a great experience when coming into the store for a desk I was shopping around for. Marina came by promptly to greet us, and was very courteous and engaging. Super resourceful, and she made the ordering process easy and instilled confidence without any pressure at all. Really appreciate the help and attentiveness!
Purchased a sectional end of June, was told it would be in mid August. I called for an update mid august and they said would be in 8/23. After no calls for delivery I call and get it will be here 8/27. Today 9/2 I have to call again and they say “maybe” 9/5 will be in but it’s “just a guess cause they really don’t know”!So who knows when I will get the product I purchased cause the store certainly doesn’t know. May be time to go get a refund and take my money elsewhere.

This was the third time I have furnished my home with Sam Levitz/Ashley. I always have a great experience here at all their locations, but my most recent visit to the Broadway and Pantano location has been the best. Plenty of staff to great you and help on the floor, but not pressure you. When I was ready, Sal was super friendly, kind and easy to work with. He definitely made the experience fun and easy. I have already been back again to work him and pick out some rugs. I have 2 more rooms to furnish and I will be coming back to this location to work with him again.
We have always shopped here based on pricing and of course the items. Today we were helped by a gentleman by the name of Jacob who was super patient and let us have time to review the different items he had in the store. We know we will be back!
Jacob was a tremendous help to us. We came in for a dining table and he provided us with many options that fit our style. We did end up purchasing a table, and he expedited the process. We’re very happy with the service provided.

When we got there I asked for someone I had spoken to on the phone but I really felt that person wanted me to spend more money and wasn’t listening to what I wanted. So after looking around on our own for bit we were ready to purchase and couldn’t find that person anywhere. So I found another woman working there and asked if she would be able to help. She was happy to help and answered all my questions and was able to get our purchase completed in a timely manner!
The salesperson working off of commission was not helpful oddly enough and the bed frame i want will take 3 weeks to be delivered is what i was finally able to figure out after 45 minutes in the store

Staff is nowhere to be found lol they don't seem to want to work. We wondered around and had a hard time trying to find someone willing to actually help us with our purchase.
It's so unfortunate that once we spend over $5,200 with Ashley furniture the sales associate doesn't have the courtesy to make follow up calls. We have been waiting going on 2 months for our living room set, and the sales associate Melvin has not once called to follow up or give and update. I have had to call just to get information on the status. I wish we could return the items bought just so he wouldn't get the commission. He didn't have to do much to get the sale as we already knew what we were wanting. Had I known this was going to be the process I would have gone with another sales associate. This is not how to give good customer service especially after our purchase. Very disappointed

My husband and I have been looking at dining sets for a new home to move into. We are so excited, until the associates at Ashley ruin our experience! We understand times are hard for people right now, including us! It&'s supposed to be the customer service industry, to make customers happy and help them find the right furniture for their forever home or whatever they may be looking for. We shouldn&'t leave feeling bad about this journey. Today was my breaking point I called the store to try and find out information on a dining set we are interested in and the sales associate told me it would be better if I came in. I proceeded to try and explain that there was a model number on the picture, he sighed into the phone as loud as he could to let me know I was inconveniencing him. I told him I&'m sorry if I&'m inconveniencing you but I just need help and he said ,&"you just need to come into the store.&" WOW!!!! Thank you Ashely for ruining this, what should be, exciting time for my husband and I!!!

This store has been the worst experience I ever had with an Ashley store. I had to wait over a month to receive my furniture, and they never call to give you an update on the status of the order. Every time I called to inquire they just keep pushing the date by a week. Even after my furniture arrived (after waiting a month), I had to wait another week to get it delivered. I'll never shop at this store again.

We were able to look at many quality leather couches, love seats, and chairs. We were helped right away & Cornelius helped us to pick out a quality full leather set for our living room. We wanted to look at a few other places in the meantime. We returned to Ashley’s furniture store because their selection and service were fantastic. When we asked for Cornelius, he spoke with us, but was already helping other customers. Thus, Harley was able to help us. She was patient, offered good points about each thing we were interested in, and listened well. After much deliberation, we picked out another couch and reclining chair. We look forward to them arriving. We had a great experience.

Nice showroom but they need to work on customer service on the phone and in person,so my elderly mother has been trying to buy a queen size bed frame with headboard and it was being sold by Sam Levitz and every time my mother called 3 to 4 time's a day for 3 day's now Ashley's would answer the phone and my mother would ask for sam Levitz the person answering the phone (Ashley's worker) would tell my mother please hold and hung up the phone on my mother and my mom went through this for 4 calls the first day & 3 calls on the 2nd day and 4 calls on the 3rd day when I cam home to my mother crying because she's been trying to buy my daughter (her granddaughter)a bed frame cause I could only afford the mattress so I said don't worry mom I'll just go down there and pick it up stop crying it will be ok I was just there a month ago and it wazent that bad I tell her, so I go down to Sam Levitz and make my way to where the frame and headboard was and sales person informs me that none in stock here or at main warehouse but they do have 50 coming in and if I wanted the sale price I would have to pay now to get the sale price and wait for bedframe to come in late July, I said ok let me run to my house and let my mom know since it was her money and the sales person said ok I'll be rite here in this area I said ok great I'll be rite back in 10 or 15 minutes if she wants the deal and I leave and I come back and I go to the area where the sales person said they would be in and me and my son waited for like 20 minutes finnaly I went to the front main desk and front desk person was like I'll send a salesman over to that area and I was like well I'm here at the register and here's the paper with the item for sale can I just pay for it right here ? and front desk person was like no you need to go through a sales man and they'll meet you over there in a minute so my son and I make our way back to the bed area and stand there for like 15 minutes and finally I look towards the front of the building from the back and see what looks like the salesperson who was sapose to meet me 45 minutes ago and looked accros the show room floor at me as I'm looking at my watch and when I looked back and allmost got eye contact the salesperson turned around really quick and never saw her again and another 5 minutes went by and finally was rescued by a salesman passing by and if it wasn't for Mr. Birdsong I wouldn't have given you guy's any star's thanks to Kevin you guys are getting 3 , he totally handled the situation and assured me that when bedframe arrives on the 27th I can call him on 28th to pick up item,so to be continued and we will see if star's go up or down when I pick up bed frame on the 28th,till then thank you Kevin for your time and help.

The prices were great but our salesman seemed board and uninterested. He advised it would take at least a few months to receive our order due to the fact 50 other orders have already been placed on this same sectional. Due to the wait for our order and the salesman i only gave this a 4 star.
Went in the. 4th of July sale, bought a small table~felt like I was inconvienencing the sales staff even though the guy that helped me was nice enough😳 I wasn't spending a lot about $150.00. However, a bit over a year ago purchased a couch and a chest plus my previous 2 couches. I'm loyal.
They kept pushing back delivery date and failed to meet delivery date by almost a full month of the initial agreed time. I had to call in to the store every week to be notified of these changes which usually took about 30-45 minutes to get through.
Worked with Harley, got everything taken care of in a timely manner. No issues, prices were reasonable.
Well, here we go again. Purchased a couch, table, and recliner on 31 May. Received the couch as promised, however delivery of the recliner was delayed due to damage when loaded at warehouse. We finally had to make a trip back to store to speak with our sales person who finally was able to get the recliner delivered. Next issue is the lift table. Delivery was attempted, But before the table was off loaded the drivers noticed that the table was damaged. It was refused and we were promised a call back from the delivery department...Never happed! Had to drive to store again to speak with our salesperson who let us know that a new table would be coming on 7/9 and would be delivered 7/11. No table has arrived! Called the delivery number and was advised that there was no table ordered for us! We even offered to pickup the table ourselves. Numerous phone calls have been made and many empty promises of call backs. ALL WE WANT IS OUR TABLE!!! WHY IS THIS SO DIFFICULT !

Very early the next day a reply to my feedback instructed me to contact Steve at customer service. This review is towards Ashley Furniture. I am definitely not one to complain because I firmly believe that customers should always be patient when making big purchases like the one we attempted. We closed on a new home and decided that we would buy all brand new furniture. We spent two days browsing online and walking the showroom floor to pick out living room and bedroom sets. This gentlemen that never gave us his name, but is a heavyset Air Force veteran with a beard, asked if we needed help. We made it super easy and showed him the items we wanted. He asked if we were veterans and we states that both my wife and myself were. He also asked if we were planning on financing all these items and we replied "no," that we are paying cash. He asked us to sit down while he checked the inventory and final pricing. We literally sat for over 40 minutes and this guy disappeared. We remained patient but grew anxious. We walked all over looking for him and finally asked another salesperson about his whereabouts. She asked exactly what we needed to know..... we explained and she again asked what we needed?????? After explaining that we wanted to buy furniture and what had happened, she looked up one item, out of the many we pointed out, and quickly said that it was on back order until mid August. Then she said this is probably why he never came back and left us waiting...... at that point, I looked at my wife and we both became very confused. We were planning on spending over 10k today and we are just speechless with the lack of customer service. A simple not in stock until August or do you like something else would have been what courteous. This place will never see any of my money. I recommend that if you read this, go somewhere else!
This was the worst experience. I waited for 25 minutes to have someone to help me after trying to find help on my own. I knew exactly what I wanted just wanted to order it and leave. I finally got the opportunity tell the salesperson what I want. His reply was Can you wait wait until August? I replied, do I have a choice? He was like you can wait, we should get some in August or go by something else. Wow. I would understand if they sold a huge amount recently but that was not the case. I am now taking my business elsewhere. 😡
Good selection. Prices were reasonable. Sales personnel were very good about giving you space and time to roam around. And every so often someone one would come and check in on you.
So I walked into the store knowing exactly what I wanted. I just wanted to give someone money. I asked three people for help, and no one would take my money. One guy said he was going to call someone and then just went back to doing what he was doing. Completely insane I'll never do business with them again.

I’m extremely disappointed with this company , especially during the pandemic. I ordered a kitchen table and chairs to be delivered on 6/12. I ended up in the hospital due to some med withdrawal on 6/11 , my friend came over to accept the order. When I came home the following day I immediately called since the tags were screwed into the chairs and the were both wobbly making scratches on my floor. It’s now 6/28 and I still can’t get any answers as to when Ill be able to eat at my kitchen table with the four chairs I paid for over a month ago.
How extremely frustrating dealing with this company. I ordered a kitchen table with 4 chairs. 2 were backordered which was fine. I ended up In The hospital the day before they delivered and my friend of mine came over to accept the order. What a nightmare. The 2 chairs that were delivered are wobbly and they screwed the tags Into the screws. When I called after getting out of the hospital, the gentleman reassured me they would replace the chairs and seemed truly genuine. What a joke, I still can&'t get any answers as to when they will be replacing my chairs or receiving the other 2 I already paid for.
I recently purchased some couches from Ashley's furniture on Pantano. Our salesman was Michael O'Conner. We were informed our purchase was available right away. Day of our delivery we were co texted at 7am saying that our couches we no where to be found in the warehouse. We had to cancel and order new items. Now from our new items, the day of delivery half my items were delivered...... and a wrong item. I been waiting for almost a month now for the remaining items I've purchased. No one bothers to call us especially our salesman Michael O'Conner. He said he will keep us up to date and then never response back or bothers to contact us. I called the store today and a manager said that my items I was waiting for is still not here for another week. Somehow when I spoke to someone on june 6 about an update, I was told I was 3rd in line for the shipment they are receiving the 2 week of june. Ok. I'm 3rd to receive from the 4 coming in. Now I'm told in the first one to receive for next weeks shipment. And that's the last shipment because they are no longer manufacturing those items..... so if I dont receive that shipment I'm out of luck..... this is really ridiculous! I think I wouldnt even be so mad if SOMEONE AT LEAST CONTACTED ME WITH UPDATES!!! THIS IS VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER GONBACK TO THE SAME PERSON MICHAEL O'CONNER. I understand items are delay but to say the day I purchased my items that they were all in the warehouse available asap. And then they no longer our is BAD!!! And not to even bother informing me what's going on..... I wish I could give a 0 star instead of this 1 star.
Long story short, I purchased a queen mattress and headboard on 05/15/2020. After being in the store for about 20 minutes, Gilbert Leon approached me and was my salesman. I made my selection on what I wanted to buy. He placed my order, then tells me the mattress is on Backorder until the 21st of May. He should've mentioned this from the beginning. I said OK. I called Sam Levitz a total of 4 times about my backorder and every time I was told something different. They kept pushing back the ETA on the mattress. I texted Gilbert about my order on 06/01/2020, and he said it would be in the following week. When I didn't hear anything back, I texted him again following up on my order. No response. I called Sam Levitz AGAIN to get a status on my purchase and now I was told that the headboard is discontinued. WHY would I be sold an item that is discontinued? I finally went in the store on 6/14/2020 to see what I could do. Gilbert was there, I told him about my order, he told me to make another selection on the headboard and that the mattress was coming in on 6/18/2020. When I was ready to be helped Gilbert was with another customer and completely ignored me and my husband. I finally got so frustrated and went to the cashier to get my money back. I didn't want anyone from this store to get a commission on what I bought. Ashley has horrible customer service. All the salesman care about is making a buck, and have no genuine interest in their customer. I will never shop at Ashley or Sam Levitz again.
Products half broken on delivery of 2600 bed set wont be in stock for months out management dose nothing. Bunch of cons working together to gain commission. On junk product
Some of the worst customer service I have ever received. Tacky rude staff who passes the blame. No one could tell me why my order was billed over a month ago but never placed. First it was customer services fault, then it was the sales associates, next it was the cashier who didn't place the order. I even called customer service twice and they hung up at the cashier. There's a reason none of the cashiers wear name tags. I didn't get so much as an "I apologize for the delay". Just a snippy "reorder your items". Avoid the overweight graying "manager" with a bow finger tattoo, she is rude and useless. I'm buying furniture not a used car.
I recently just bought a sectional couch from Here in May... It is now the middle of June and I haven’t received a call back about my couch until I called customer service just to tell me my couch isn’t coming until the end of July...Now this is very bad customer service when they should have reached out to me... Also they are promising people a set date of arrival but in reality the Covid 19 issue is pushing everything back.... That’s understandable but the customer service I received is very unacceptable...

My wife and I have purchased a few things from here over the past 6 years and everything had to be repaired/replaced shortly after purchase. I gave them one last chance and bought a computer chair thinking that would be less likely to break, well I was wrong. Less than 2 months and the height adjustment failed. While they do replace things during the "warranty period" it's not worth the trouble in my opinion

I went in today because I've heard great thing about that place, wasn't the case for me. I waited over 20 minutes to be helped. When i told the sales associate that i was going to try Sam Levitz to see if they had in stock, because they didn't have until July. He said i would be wasting my time going there that they don't have it in stock either that he can check. Went right after and they did and now i am installing my bed. Please be careful dishonesty is a poor quality to have.
Walked in, in hopes of leaving with a brand new couch however, the customer service was terrible. Not only did I have to go up to someone to help me but once they did they were beyond rude. Especially the manager! Definitely not worth buying from them.
For a furniture store that Finances. The manager didn’t know that they take PayPal. When my sales rep asked him about the option, the guy didn’t even look at me in the eyes and totally brushed me off. Rather spend my $1,000 elsewhere.

Quality of furniture and follow-up service is low, bordering scam-like. TL:DR at bottom. Spending a lot of money in store was very easy. I spent about 3.2k on furniture including the best warranties. I was initially very happy with my in store service. I had plans to return for bed sets and a few other items. This took a radical turn when I needed them to follow up their in-store promises. One piece of furniture, a sofa table, I tried to cancel delivery as they didn’t have it in stock for a month (longer than promised) and I had to pick up a different one in that amount of time. This took a month or so of calling twice a week, but it got done (Or so I thought). I shortly received a call that a desk, on the same order, had been waiting for a delivery address and date for an entire month. (This is after receiving several successful deliveries of my other furniture). The delivery people came with the desk and desk chair after confirming delivery for: a desk and desk chair. Guess what? After bringing the desk to the door they went back down stating, “we will bring the chair.” No joke after three confirmations about the desk and chair, they walk up with, SURPRISE, the sofa table I tried relentlessly to cancel that had not once been confirmed for delivery. The best resolution I could get at this time was the sales person no longer worked at that store. Unfortunately that wasn’t the end. Within a few months of regular wear, the table set and my entertainment center started cracking. Everything takes a small break here due to covid, however I had called in January and was told “someone would get back with me”. (That didn’t happen and by February we all had more important things to do). Called back in May as my state is slow-opening. When I did get ahold of someone they were very polite and had an appraiser come out in a reasonable time. The appraiser wore a mask and was very professional. The paperwork that ended up getting approved in our claim was for my table set and my entertainment center to be replaced. Had the replacements come without a hiccup, I would not have been motivated to write this review. Unfortunately, the team that arrived to replace the furniture walked in with one table leg to replace the one that had completely fallen off the table. I had to be very firm about getting the whole set replaced with two men who were already in my house trying to fix one leg. Begrudgingly, (yes begrudgingly) and after a statement by one of them that “If they replace the whole table they won’t have a new one to sell” they finally brought in a table to assemble. They then tried to not replace the broken chairs. I again was put into a position where I had to argue with two grown men, inside my own house, about their own work order which stated that they needed to replace the whole set. The work order that they received before being dispatched. Anyway, they replaced 4 broken chairs with nice chairs and replaced the two that weren’t broken with the most wobbly chairs I have ever seen. The legs are off in size by about 5cm of each-other. It was so noticeable that one of the team members remarked “oh, those probably need to be adjusted”, before he said bye and walked out. I waited a day to cool off before calling to explain what happened, and the response I got from the first person I spoke too was that “It sounded like I received the services that were requested,” and she, “Doesn’t see what the current issue is.” I didn’t bother mentioning to the next person that their team members had blatantly tried to cheat me for the company or for themselves on the side, and just requested that they replace the chairs that never should have been brought here in the first place. TL:DR This store will be very happy to take the money you spend on furniture, then try very hard to never ever speak to you again. If you succeed to speak with someone who cares about your problem, it’s probably because they have a backup plan to screw you with the dispatch teams they send to fix it.
Brad was very helpful and patient! Ashley has a huge and beautiful selection that will fit whatever budget you have. Sam Levitz also has a great selection of discounted furniture. Brad listened to every concern, request and answered all of our 101 questions. We shopped around at a few other places but ended up coming back to Ashley/Sam Levitz and bought everything we needed.
