Poor service. At first everything was fine, We were given time to look around and find what we were looking for. Asked for a deal for a Dining set which had a tag for $1799 Sales guy said he could discount 10%. His discounted price was higher than the online price that was advertised. proceeds to add $250 for delivery, I declined and told them I would be willing to pick up at warehouse in Phoenix. Sales told me it would be ready for pick up Monday but failed to tell me they were closed Monday. Waste of time. Called the store but sent me to corporate, they threw in delivery and $87 dollars credit which I have not received. Really disappointing experience.

I went in to buy carpet, the sales girl was great, Minnie , the management Kourtney was rude, unprofessional, the girl who types up sales re c eipt forgot to put my telephone number down so the contract would not print. I waited n hour or two, still nothing but I had paid for the carpet n that went straight through. The management said my debit did not go through when it clearly did,it took .me a month, 100 phone calls, 1000 sorry, it was a nightmare n Kourtney is definitely inexperienced as manager, he needs to b demoted, very unprofessional.

I’m extremely disappointed with the delivery service from Ashley Furniture. The driver, Johnny, showed up visibly frustrated, huffing and puffing the entire time as if doing his job was an inconvenience. The experience was unprofessional and completely undermined the excitement of getting new furniture. If you shop here, make sure you do not get this delivery team. The customer experience was unacceptable and nowhere near the standard a major furniture retailer should be operating at

I recently needed to purchase a new couch and kitchen table, so I began shopping online. Ashley Furniture kept appearing in my searches, especially promoting their Cyber Monday deals. They advertised “No Money Down – 60 Months No Interest,” which sounded perfect since I have excellent credit but didn’t want to pay out-of-pocket right now. I applied for their credit card, took the credit hit, and was immediately disappointed. Despite having a 720 credit score, I was approved for only $1,000, even though I requested $2,000—an amount that would actually cover what I needed. You can’t buy both a couch and a kitchen table for $1,000 without paying a large amount upfront. I called the store hoping they could help, especially since they’re local. I spoke with Tristan, who told me it wouldn’t be a problem to increase my limit if I came in. After driving 45 minutes, I arrived only to be told they cannot raise my limit and that I would need to pay over $1,200 out of pocket. This is completely opposite of the “no money down” promotion that brought me there in the first place. It felt like false advertising and a clear bait-and-switch tactic: approve you for a low limit just to get you in the door, then pressure you to pay a large amount upfront. It’s the kind of tactic you’d expect from a shady used-car lot, not a local furniture store. Buyer beware — they will hit your credit and offer no real help. I regret applying and I won’t be returning.

The reason I am giving one star is because of the marketing scheme they run they'll say they have an item, on sale, you come in, it's not available. Even the sales people said I don't understand why they do that and one of them said well to get people to come in, and when it's not available you sell something else that costs more so I'll bite it's only $200 more than find out it's on back order, has to be delivered from Phoenix which is a minimum of $150 what is scheme they run, just tried to get an advertised sofa sleeper of cours, discontinued clearance, , out of stock but can order a different one for about $200 more ordered from Phoenix, must be delivered to Tucson, and delivery is at least $150 to $200 no thanks, I will go somewhere else. Even your sales people know it's a marketing scheme and apologized saying it's wrong

Biggest rip off store around. Buy there and if your item is defective, the store will do nothing about it. They say it's corporates problem. Corporate refers me back to the store. Brand new and no one wants anything to do with it after you lay down good money! Don't say you weren't warned about a shady store and a shady furniture company!
