Our daughter was in need of a new bed, she was in a toddler bed. Brandon Neville the "cute one" was the one that had helped us out. He made sure we had all our options available to us I. Store and through their web site. He is exceptionally helpful to make sure we got what we were looking for within our budget! I would recommend anyone go see him for assistance if you are going to Ashley on pantano, ask for Brandon the cute one to help you out. You won't regret it! He made this experience great, especially since I hate furniture shopping.

Very clean! So much inventory to choose from, staff there are all very nice and knowledgeable in what they are selling. Tristan helped my wife and I out, he was very patient with us and helped us pick out what we were looking for. We will definitely be back to upgrade other furniture in our house.
I bought a mattress at Ashley Home store on Pantano last week. Delivery charge was 150.00. W. WIould not have bought it if had been paying attention. I thought salesman said 49.95 and I didn't look at invoice that close. They were supposed to pick up my old mattress set but when they delivered my mattress, they told me the old mattress needed to be wrapped in plastic. Noone told me that. Who has enough plastic to wrap a mattress!!! I will never shop at the store again. I went to store and salesman said I could have gone to Uhaul store and got a mattress bag. What a rip off. My advice is buy your furniture where they at least give free delivery.
Janelle and Anna were wonderful helping me with information and patience as I purchased a dinning room set. No pressure was put on me to buy. It was a nice experience. I'm excited about my purchase!!
My problem is with the delivery. It was scheduled for 12:30-4:30 pm and they came early at 9:30 am. They were so rushed they didn't place the chair where I wanted it and it's too heavy for me to move and I live alone.
Joseph W was an awesome sales rep. 10/10 and this was a 5 star review but Store manager David Nelson needs better training and probably shouldn't work customer service. After basically being told to shut up by this low testosterone male I believe is what he identify as. Clearly untrained and definitely a horrible look for a company like this it's honestly embarrassing for any business. He couldn't even shake my hand properly. If you work here I highly recommend finding a new job especially when someone like David Nelson is in charge. Egos were big last night. I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with that. I'll be emailing corporate this information. He refused to provide any information on but people like this forget all of it is public record on the internet including his phone numbers and email including your personal information. I have put in a formal complaint to the ftc. Next is your boss David.
I was told by one of the managers they are dropping Ashley due to inconsistent quality control. Many shipments are coming in damaged. Broken or electrical chair wiring pinched or improperly installed. I personally had damaged new furniture.
