We came in looking for a sofa sleeper and were greeted by Michael O’Connor. We had the pleasure of his expertise and service during our time there. We had a productive hour with him in the beautiful showroom and were able to make a selection and purchase with ease. Thanks for a positive experience!
I ordered a to of the line bed with a mattress protector and 2 pillows. So far I have received the mattress but the rest haven't come. I can't reach the store because nobody answers the phone and it goes to a call center. They say they'll help but I get a message to choose a deliver days and nothing comes. I can't use the website to get a refund either because they only do online order refunds. I'm disabled and don't have a car so I have to get a ride there when I'm well enough. This is the worst customer service. I'm utterly dumbfounded at how poor it is. Don't risk it!
