That evening, when I checked, I was shocked to find that the bed was still not properly assembled. The wood was damaged, and the center piece that holds the rails together was broken again. I contacted Albert, the store manager, and sent him pictures of the poor workmanship. He apologized and said he would reorder the parts. Knowing that mgmt/owner took the time to not only reach out but investigate, shows their dedication to uphold the level of customer service for which they aspire. I now feel confident in returning to the store I have purchased from since moving to Yuma 2 yrs ago. Last week my mother in-law and I spent over $6,000 at Ashley in Prescott Valley experiencing exceptional customer service.... today I went into Ashley in Yuma looking for a dining suite and love seat, I walked around the store for 27 minutes and was not approached a single time. A gal was sitting behind the desk texting on her cell phone (never looking up on either occasion when I walked by her) as was the guy sitting on a chair behind a desk at the front......CLEARLY THE TRAINING AT THE YUMA STORE IS LACKING. As a customer service manager for 33 years, I was dumb founded, disappointed and left the store prepared to spend my money elsewhere!
