In November, my wife and I purchased furniture from Ashley Store with the assistance of Jacky. We bought a bed, two sofas, and a chair for our living room. However, the experience has been incredibly frustrating. On the scheduled delivery day, the technicians were unable to assemble the bed properly. They struggled so much that they asked for our assistance. After just two weeks, the rails and wood under the bed broke. I reached out to the store, and they promised to send two technicians to replace the broken parts. When the repair crew arrived, I was not home, but they replaced the parts. That evening, when I checked, I was shocked to find that the bed was still not properly assembled. The wood was damaged, and the center piece that holds the rails together was broken again. I contacted Albert, the store manager, and sent him pictures of the poor workmanship. He apologized and said he would reorder the parts. However, by this time, it was January, and we still didn’t have a fully functional bed. After four weeks, I called Albert to check on the status of the parts. He informed me that the person in charge of the warehouse had been let go and that our parts had been returned. Again, he assured me he would reorder them. By this point, my wife and I were extremely frustrated. We requested to return the bed, but Albert refused. Two weeks later, the repair crew returned, only to find that the parts still hadn’t arrived properly. I called Albert again, demanding that they take the bed back and refund us. I also requested to cancel the entire order, but he declined. This order was placed under my wife’s name, Larissa R.. Update: Caroline reached out to us and addressed all the issues we had with great attention and professionalism. She was both attentive and polite. Going above and beyond, she was able to arrange a replacement chair for us. Thank you for your exceptional assistance, Caroline!

We had a really good experience visiting both of the stores , we are from Imperial Valley and looked at several local furniture stores with no luck, Isaac was of great help, thanks to him we were able to find a perfect bedroom set, of very good quality at an affordable price.

UPDATE: Alejandra was the one that helped me out, not changing my rating because it still took over 3 months to get this done, with 10+ plus calls that I HAD TO MAKE in order to get this done. No one knew what to do, I was given nothing but attitude and laziness, and lies from the receptionists. Only Alejandra knew what to do and how to get things done, she's the one that deserves 5 stars, no one else. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Absolute trash! We bought 2 La-Z-Boy couches back in 2023, and we're now having issues with one of them. Back in late Nov I called, because we bought a $400 insurance package for the couches. The phone number that is in the broacher AND in the contract leads to a disconnected number, so I called the store, and they did send out someone to have a look. He came in and told me that there warehouse manager will call and let me know what the next steps are. NEVER called me. I had to call every week for an update, no one knew anything, finally in late December, I got a call from someone from the warehouse saying they'll call me soon with an update. NEVER got a callback. I called on the 5th of Feb, I was told I would get a call back once they hear back from the warehouse, NEVER got a call back. Just called again, on the 17th, and I was told that the part was just ordered and I would get a callback in about a week or two with an update............ No apology, no sympathy, they did give an attitude while saying "Like I said before" and "Again,"... I highly recommend you go some where else. I'll just get our parts off of eBay.

I purchased a dining room set, the table and dinette was made with very good wood and are heavy, but the chairs were made poorly with the cushioned bottom has soft springs, the wood on the corner of the chairs where you connect the legs were cheap wood, I’m not heavy and when I sit on the chairs, my buttocks sinks very low like I’m gonna go right through the seat, a person over 190 lbs. cannot sit on these poorly made chairs, Ashley’s were part of Houston furniture, I’m so disappointed with those cheaply made chairs, I will never buy furniture from Ashley Furniture here in Yuma , Arizona. Houston Yuma furniture has contacted me they resolve my prior purchase, I was reimbursed and bought another Dining Room set, once it arrives I will write another review, yes I recommend this store, love their style of furniture
