In November, my wife and I purchased furniture from Ashley Store with the assistance of Jacky. We bought a bed, two sofas, and a chair for our living room. However, the experience has been incredibly frustrating. On the scheduled delivery day, the technicians were unable to assemble the bed properly. They struggled so much that they asked for our assistance. After just two weeks, the rails and wood under the bed broke. I reached out to the store, and they promised to send two technicians to replace the broken parts. When the repair crew arrived, I was not home, but they replaced the parts. That evening, when I checked, I was shocked to find that the bed was still not properly assembled. The wood was damaged, and the center piece that holds the rails together was broken again. I contacted Albert, the store manager, and sent him pictures of the poor workmanship. He apologized and said he would reorder the parts. However, by this time, it was January, and we still didn’t have a fully functional bed. After four weeks, I called Albert to check on the status of the parts. He informed me that the person in charge of the warehouse had been let go and that our parts had been returned. Again, he assured me he would reorder them. By this point, my wife and I were extremely frustrated. We requested to return the bed, but Albert refused. Two weeks later, the repair crew returned, only to find that the parts still hadn’t arrived properly. I called Albert again, demanding that they take the bed back and refund us. I also requested to cancel the entire order, but he declined. This order was placed under my wife’s name, Larissa R.. Update: Caroline reached out to us and addressed all the issues we had with great attention and professionalism. She was both attentive and polite. Going above and beyond, she was able to arrange a replacement chair for us. Thank you for your exceptional assistance, Caroline!

We had a really good experience visiting both of the stores , we are from Imperial Valley and looked at several local furniture stores with no luck, Isaac was of great help, thanks to him we were able to find a perfect bedroom set, of very good quality at an affordable price.
UPDATE: Alejandra was the one that helped me out, not changing my rating because it still took over 3 months to get this done, with 10+ plus calls that I HAD TO MAKE in order to get this done. No one knew what to do, I was given nothing but attitude and laziness, and lies from the receptionists. Only Alejandra knew what to do and how to get things done, she's the one that deserves 5 stars, no one else. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Absolute trash! We bought 2 La-Z-Boy couches back in 2023, and we're now having issues with one of them. Back in late Nov I called, because we bought a $400 insurance package for the couches. The phone number that is in the broacher AND in the contract leads to a disconnected number, so I called the store, and they did send out someone to have a look. He came in and told me that there warehouse manager will call and let me know what the next steps are. NEVER called me. I had to call every week for an update, no one knew anything, finally in late December, I got a call from someone from the warehouse saying they'll call me soon with an update. NEVER got a callback. I called on the 5th of Feb, I was told I would get a call back once they hear back from the warehouse, NEVER got a call back. Just called again, on the 17th, and I was told that the part was just ordered and I would get a callback in about a week or two with an update............ No apology, no sympathy, they did give an attitude while saying "Like I said before" and "Again,"... I highly recommend you go some where else. I'll just get our parts off of eBay.
I purchased a dining room set, the table and dinette was made with very good wood and are heavy, but the chairs were made poorly with the cushioned bottom has soft springs, the wood on the corner of the chairs where you connect the legs were cheap wood, I’m not heavy and when I sit on the chairs, my buttocks sinks very low like I’m gonna go right through the seat, a person over 190 lbs. cannot sit on these poorly made chairs, Ashley’s were part of Houston furniture, I’m so disappointed with those cheaply made chairs, I will never buy furniture from Ashley Furniture here in Yuma , Arizona. Houston Yuma furniture has contacted me they resolve my prior purchase, I was reimbursed and bought another Dining Room set, once it arrives I will write another review, yes I recommend this store, love their style of furniture

Last week my mother in-law and I spent over $6,000 at Ashley in Prescott Valley experiencing exceptional customer service.... today I went into Ashley in Yuma looking for a dining suite and love seat, I walked around the store for 27 minutes and was not approached a single time. A gal was sitting behind the desk texting on her cell phone (never looking up on either occasion when I walked by her) as was the guy sitting on a chair behind a desk at the front......CLEARLY THE TRAINING AT THE YUMA STORE IS LACKING. As a customer service manager for 33 years, I was dumb founded, disappointed and left the store prepared to spend my money elsewhere!

The two young men that delivered my new sofa went above and beyond. It was late, close to 6pm. I know they'd had a long day of furniture moving and yet they were still pleasant and respectful. Although I did not pay the extra 200$ delivery fee that allowed for them to do the unpacking, they did everything they could to simplify the process for me. Oh...and, I love my new sofa.

What a joke. Raise prices way up and lower to create illusion of big sale. Price match? Get the most out of consumer and give it back if caught.

Came by the store during a outlet closing sale. I found a table that I really liked. The table had a tag with 615$ crossed off. We ended up taking the table away for $300. Sounds like a great deal till I looked up the item on the website and see it was only $269. Kinda a shady move to upcharge like that during a sale just so people think they're getting a good deal. Here we are at a closing sale and we paid more than the normal price. Anyways , came back in to clear it up with a manager the next day. Absolutely no help . She didn't understand. The only person there that was truly helpful was JOSH. That's my experience . Check the website prices before making an offer during the sale.

Went in to go look at furniture as we are from out of town. Odd white male worker followed us around the entire store (throughout the outlet store as well). I spoke to him upon entering and told him that we did not need any help. We had travelled in from out of town and wanted to browse this Ashley's as we are avid shoppers of the one in Tucson. Made us so uncomfortable we just left. Very strange feeling to be followed so blatantly.

We purchased a bedroom set (really nice to be honest), coffee table, end tables and side table for the kitchen. This was in Jan… it is now August and we are still missing our coffee table. Everything else was delivered from the 10-14 week time frame. We had to constantly call and get updates and at one point they had our bedroom set but it was only missing one nightstand and they were holding it. We had moved here in Jan with nothing so ordered from Ashley here in Yuma. In July I called and said if my coffee table wasn’t in by July 27 we’re canceling. On July 27 we got a call that it had magically arrived in the Nick of time. Either way save your time and shop elsewhere or potentially wait 8months for furniture (that the store literally forgets they sold you)
I got a replacement for my sofa that came broken. The replacement came with no protective wrapping whatsoever. The legs were scratched from probably moving around in the delivery truck. When I called and asked why it was out of the wrapping they said I would get a call back. Update I got a new sofa from them this time it had protective wrapping and was assembled when it got to me. Overall move my 1 star to a 3 star review

I don’t know if there’s been a management change since then but customer service and getting product in when they say it will come even, or even sending the right product has really gone down hill. I purchased a bed set and they sent the wrong piece 3 times in a row. Was originally told not to use the piece as of it were damaged in any way we were responsible (we have a 1 year old). So my wife and I slept on the mattress which was on the floor. After a couple months they finally said we could use the piece after we complained. Eventually we got the right furniture and they gave us a credit. Fast forward we were looking for a tv stand and found one. Purchased it and was told Itl be 3-4 weeks. Almost two months later and no communication from them we get a text saying it’s ready for delivery. They ask me when a good time for me is and imagine this. They don’t have availability until next week. I’ll just go pick up the piece myself. Save yourself a long wait and a headache and go check out another furniture store. Avoid Houston and Ashley’s as they are the same.
I had an incredible experience with the Sales Manager Joseph. He helped us to build our perfect kitchen set with giving us amazing deals and even was great with my kids.
Order a bed which took 5 wks to arrive after they stated that it would take 2-4 wks. When it arrived the rails were missing. I called the store who stated that they would contact me once they had a eta- they never called. After I called them they stated that it will take another 2-4wks. I can potentially wait 9 wks for a simple order. Very bad customer service. I will not buy from them again.

Israel is simply the best. He knows every item and opinion Ashley sells. He's a walking Google of Ashley furniture. More over, he has a keen eye for design and can assemble random pieces into an ensemble that works better than the pre-packaged sets. The owners are a great couple and will bend over backward to make sure that you are well taken care of. That being said, the execution of the order is what needs great improvement. Your order will be late. Its not even a matter of chance, your order will be late. If I could rate the store separately from Ashley warehouses I'd give the store 6 stars, but I can't, and Ashley corporate is just wholly incapable of delivering to the stores on-time.

Joseph S. is honestly the best sellers person I have ever had an encounter with. He was a very patient person with me and my boyfriend. He was very honest with us when it came down to the different types of furnitures we were interested. He was NOT pushy at all and he let us take our time. We even brought down our family to see the new furniture we were considering and he was more than welcoming to all of us. When we told him it wanted to take the night to think about it he was understanding and not annoyed that we took up his time like a lot of other places would. Yes we did go to other places to look and NO none of then came to use to see what we needed or if there’s anything in particular we had in mind. As a matter of fact they sat at their desk, slightly turned and said “Are you buying anything”. I don’t think we even spend more then 5 minutes In those stores before we turned back around and walked out. Joseph gave us the best customer service we have ever experienced. Starting to build for your future is exciting and being first time furniture buyers is a tough position. These are the pieces that will be in your house forever. Joseph was more than happy, considerate, patient and understanding of where we were coming from. You can say that based on our first experience with Ashley furniture and Joseph we’ll be back to buy more furniture with them in the future.
Probably the one the best experiences I’ve had with customer service at any store. Me and my wife are look around at different place and would get “are you buying anything” or they would yell from across the building if we need help. Until we walk-in too Ashley, we got greeted right away by Joseph S, we were kinda already annoyed because we were given bad customer service at another places so we kindly said we just looking. As 10 minutes goes by we stared finding things we liked and had question, before anything Joseph was right there again asking if we were still okay and just looking. One of the best decisions I’ve made was going to Ashley. Joseph Walked us thru everything we had question on and even question I wouldn’t even think to ask. He covered all the bases. He’s the only person I’ve bought stuff from who just didn’t sell me hopes and dream, he gave me pros and cons about furniture things too look for and thing to look out for. So we finally found one we liked and before anything we stared to do paperwork. We got a really good quote, but me and my wife are big into family so we wanted everyone to come out and see it and get there Opinions. Joseph after spending 1 hour with us was 100 percent on board with that. So we came back with all the family eager to see what we were thinking about buying, and my family a big load group so when Joseph took it upon himself to shake everyone hand and introduce him self was amazing. He walked thru all the step with my family gave them everything and more I could ask for. He just didn’t treat me and my family like we were just another sale for him but someone who cares about treating other as he would liked to be treated. So we are now waiting on our 6 piece set and can not wait to see it in our house. So if you take anything from this go to Ashley and ask for Joseph S he will 100 percent give you the best deals he can and treat you with the highest priority.

Yikes. I’ve purchased quite a bit from this location. My living room set, dining table, chairs and bed frame. Cash buyer. Delivery takes longer than expected, most of it if not almost all had damage or some sort or issue. Out of boredom and limited options I wandered in again today to look for something specific for a space. My experience this time was awkward and uncomfortable. We were followed around the store and not able to explore without a salesman breathing down our necks. Customer service was lacking. This was by far a different experience than what I have dealt with in the past here. I will not be back.

Davian Morales went above and beyond to help me get just the mattress I wantes and needed. He was a great help and his customer service was remarkable
At time of purchase they promised that my entire bedroom set and mattress would be delivered within a week 1/2. After two weeks, my beedroom set was delivered but No matress. An entire month passed, I called them several times, and they always said, next week and next week. Well, it never showed.. what made matters worse is the fact that they never bothered to call me and explain. After waiting the whole month, I called to cancel my mattress only to be ignored by their sales rep... so i walked in to the matress warehouse on 24th. Great service, much smaller but they are guaranteed to get you what you need. And their prices are much, much better. This is my story, but i hope that these big franchise stores change their way of dealing with their customers.
If you’re not a fan of hovering workers, ask for Joseph! He’s awesome, DOESNT HOVER, and is straight with you. Great beard too! Always check the back of the price tag for the ACTUAL prices, and check the prices online in case you get a better deal there.

Overpriced garbage. Bought a sectional ( one of their top saling) and a year later its falling apart and we have had pieces fixed already 2 weeks after buying. Had pet damage which we paid extra to get turns out their pet damage policy doesn't cover anything. Bought a table set few months later its also falling apart. Will be taking them to small claims court!! Have told several of our military friends not to buy from here and they have been spreading the word!

Notice that all the rest of the reviews are immediately after they bought something. Mine is 2 and a half months later. I bought a entire living room set from Edgar (salesman). He can sell anything, a perfect salesman, in a crook kind of way. First off, if you buy anything off the floor or on managers special, it will be broken or stinky, guaranteed (but you won’t notice until later). Second, when your stuff gets delivered, check to make sure it is not damaged. Everything that I have bought is either broken or dirty. Third, if they tell you that your items will be delivered in a couple weeks, expect it to be a couple months. I still have items that haven’t been delivered and it’s been 2 months, but was just told it’ll be another month! So if you like to be sweet talked out of your money by crooks, wait a very long time for your pricey furniture, and have it stinky or cracked... then please go here. If you don’t want my situation (now I have to go to the “better business bureau” to put in a complaint) then go to furniture row or anywhere else but here!!!! You have been warned!

This is a HUGE RAVE for Caily at Ashley’s furniture. We had purchased some furniture several months ago. Two of the items were delivered but the coffee table and end tables were not. I gave it ample time to have them delivered and I called to check on it. Was told it was on back order and it should arrive mid October. This was already been since the beginning of August we ordered our stuff. We came in to check on our back order and take a look at their sales going on. Let me tell you, Caily went above and beyond. We walked out with a new mattress, box spring, sheets, mattress cover, end tables and coffee table. We ended up canceling our original order as it was delayed again until mid November. (Not Ashley’s fault) there were some other minor hiccups with this order but she did everything to make it right and we are extremely happy. We are her customers for life. Way to go Caily!!
As soon as you walk in they greet you and make you feel welcomed. Had fun looking around trying to figure out what i wanted. Sales rep Davian was awsome and helped me pick what i wanted and that was in my budget. Highly recommend him. Dont forget to ask for Davian he did great and made everything easy.

My experience is bad... I went Ashley to buy some furniture... talk to one of the salesman and he asked me what’s the price range / budget. I told him I want furniture not too expensive and not too cheap. The he started showing all the expensive furniture like one bedroom set cost $6700. The i told him they really expensive... then he started showing around and few min later he told to stay here I’ll be back. St first we thought maybe he went to restroom then few min later I saw him helping another customer. I felt so horrible and just left the store. Then I straight went Nebraska furniture, got the great deal and bought almost $8k furnitures...
This is a huge Ashley Furniture HomeStore! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable but not at all pushy. It took us about an hour and a half to walk through the whole place and they have quite an amazing selection of Quality Furniture.
Caily was super nice and fun simce the moment I walkied in the door. She assisted me by providing me with her best advice and knowledge. I ended up buying everything I was looking for. She was patient every step of the way. I’m glad she was the one the helped me with my purchase.

My Wife and I are devout misanthropes and we dont like sales people to the point of it being our religion. We had to buy furniture and we didnt want that flimsy IKEA stuff so we had to go to here. The sales person we got is named Caily. I dont know how to describe her so that she looks good. She was professionally flippant. She was politely irreverent. In short she was everything we were looking for in a sales person. Our transaction, which is on-going, was extensive and at times complicated. Caily was cool, patient and she made us feel happy to be spending our money at Ashley's. She was neither pushy, nor conniving. She felt genuine. The store itself is huge. Much bigger on the inside than outside, probably due to some wizarding world enchantments. They had everything we were looking for and Caily helped to make sure that we came in under budget. I recommend both Caily and Ashely's to my friends, neighbors, fellow Yumans and yes - even my dear Mother.
I want to thank Caily and Carlos for such a WONDERFUL DAY! Their professionalism is impeccable but it was more than that about them. Bought a living room set and bedroom set with the warranty paid over 300 just on the warranty 3 years later we call for our living room sofas being ripped and now they won’t honor their warranty. Horrible place to deal with, honestly don’t buy here. Manager Brenda and Sarah were no help at all.

Liked a sofa and even ordered it. 5 days later and have yet to hear on when it will arrive and can be picked up. They offered delivery for an additional $100 which is to much cosedering the lack of communication between customer and bussiness. The sales guy was helpful. The system they have in place to get the furniture to the Yuma wearhouse takes to long. We were told 7-10 business days. Don't buy from here if you are in a hurry to get your furniture.
