Last week my mother in-law and I spent over $6,000 at Ashley in Prescott Valley experiencing exceptional customer service.... today I went into Ashley in Yuma looking for a dining suite and love seat, I walked around the store for 27 minutes and was not approached a single time. A gal was sitting behind the desk texting on her cell phone (never looking up on either occasion when I walked by her) as was the guy sitting on a chair behind a desk at the front......CLEARLY THE TRAINING AT THE YUMA STORE IS LACKING. As a customer service manager for 33 years, I was dumb founded, disappointed and left the store prepared to spend my money elsewhere!

She advised she no longer wanted the couch and she was told "it's to late you told us you wanted it". They charged her credit card even though she never took possession. They refuse to credit her card back and I'm sure they sold the couch to someone else. She had to pay over $1500 and did not take possession. What kind of store is this???? Would recommend never purchasing anything from this store.

Had an issue with a new reclining sofa we purchased from Ashley Furniture Homestore in Yuma. Issue was resolved quickly and professionally!!

My wife and I came here about 2 months months ago and loved the huge selection of furniture. Jackie helped us and showed us around and was very hospitable. Today we came back and Bruno helped us and provided the same great service we received last time. The staff is always super friendly here and you never pressured while you look around. Their furniture here is awesome quality and lasts a long time. We still have bed frame we purchased 5 years ago. We will definitely be back!

I was not in Ashley. I went to outlet, but inside I found this code. Later I found a connection to Ashley. It took me 20 minutes to find someone to help. And when I found them 1 was focus on the pc , and the another 2 we’re focus on their phones. They didn’t noticed my presence till I speak up. Later, I showed the lady the 3 tables that I’m interesting to and she took another 10 minutes to get them, because the prices where not in the items. To conclude, I don’t think I’ll be back to that place again, just for the time I spend was unexpected.

Shopping here for many years and pretty much satisfied but they lost part of a sale today because they don't keep inventory of their Area Rugs with prices. After a long search through the store one rug at a time getting the stock number then having it looked up on the computer and go looking for another I just bought a couch and left.That not customer satisfaction but I get my couch , but you are out 1/3 of a sale.

The service from Isreal was great. He was very knowledgeable about the recliners but not pushy. If we need anything in the future will buy from him! We are having 2 recliners delivered tomorrow.

I was not in the market for furniture but more so some decor for my book signing table. I met Carlos at the door, told him I was browsing, and bought a small item. He never made me feel inferior to those that were making much larger purchases. I will return because of how he treated me. And have a hydration station in the parking lot on a day with over 100 degree temps is a great idea! The hot dog was good as were the chips and soda. Thank you!

Do NOT shop here!! I bought a couch here less than a year ago and it has already broke. Initially I wasn't too worried because I had purchased their warranty due to issues with past furniture. So I reach out to use my warranty and after a bunch of back and forth I'm told that "they no longer have the parts needed to fix my couch" ( even though all they have to do is fix the framework, which requires what? Hammers, nails, and labor?!???) so rather than honoring their warranty they are saying I either have to just deal with it or they'll prorate my warranty. What's the purpose of a warranty if you aren't willing to honor it? If you aren't going to honor it ( which is unacceptable and has resulted in me refusing to ever shop Ashley again) than at least give me a full refund for my warranty and stop pressuring customers to buy your worthless warranty!

Made us so uncomfortable we just left. Very strange feeling to be followed so blatantly.

On July 27 we got a call that it had magically arrived in the Nick of time. I got a replacement for my sofa that came broken. The replacement came with no protective wrapping whatsoever. The legs were scratched from probably moving around in the delivery truck. When I called and asked why it was out of the wrapping they said I would get a call back. Update I got a new sofa from them this time it had protective wrapping and was assembled when it got to me. Overall move my 1 star to a 3 star review

I had promised my wife a full furniture makeover in the house and I decided to give Ashley furniture a chance. I walked in and was greeted by Mr. Joseph. Initially I though "oh just another salesman GO AWAY !!!!! But Joseph understood from the get go that I just wanted to look. He gave space to me and my wife and we looked. I knew that I was over my head when i saw that the store has never ending show rooms. Showroom after showroom and quite frankly I started getting over whelmed. I decided to bite the bullet and go look for Joseph. That right there was the best shopping decision I made for many reasons. Joseph heard me out. He asked questions I hadn't even ask and made my wife and I really think of what we wanted to accomplish. He knew his stuff and we eventually ended up buying 10k worth of furniture from Joseph. military families beware. I bought a 2300 dollar mattress 6 years ago, last year it started dipping in the middle. So, last year I called the corporate number for Ashley, they tell me to call this store, they tell me to call the warrenty people, they tell me. " we only cover rips and tears" I purchased a 10 year protective plan too. So I started this again last week, after coming across all of my paperwork again. Called corporate Ashley to try and explain again whats happening and I need them to help, since no one is and im getting the run around. Corp Ashley tells me that the yuma store is franchised so I have to deal with the store and there is nothing they can do. So, again I call the store. after they "discussed" it. the managers tell me, they decided they're only going to give me a whole $90 back for the 10 year warranty price since bc I moved thats all they're going to do I offered to take it to the ashley store near me in nc for their inspection of the mattress and box spring, they refused. I won't buy another product from Ashely since they dont stand by their on product. And ill be sure to let everyone I know the warrenty is garbage for military families who obviously have to move! Shame on you.

Yesterday I went into the store to inquire about a living room and dining room set . I was greeted by Albert Gutierrez, I had no idea what I wanted or the measurements of the spaces I was trying to furnish . Albert showed me the many choices available, and asked me to contact him with the measurements. He also offered me the home consultant. As, I explained I have a very hectic schedule ,he assured me that he would work with whatever schedule he needed to, in order to help me create my spaces . He gave me his contact information with business and cell phone . Later in the evening I sent him the measurements . By 10 a.m he had the most perfect sofa sectional and dinning room set for me . He was able to set everything up so all I had to do was come in and sign . I literally was out the door in 10 minutes. He gave me a very competitive price ,even better then what I was able to find on the internet. I have many more things on my wish list. They were supposed to deliver between 2-6 pm never called to tell us what status was. We had to keep calling them, told us we are on the way it would be 20 minutes or so. This was at 7 pm. They finally got there after 3-4!calls made by us. I thought delivery was free. We will never recommend them.

Terrible customer service! Went into this place with three gift cards(from Ashley’s) and they said that they weren’t valid. Not to mention that the lady who was trying to assist us was extremely unprofessional. I’ve been a long time owner of Ashley’s furniture for over 20 years and I’ve never experienced customer service of this kind...Maybe they should go to Mira Mar SD, to take some customer service lessons!!!

I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this has happened a few too many times. I’ve purchased from Ashley’s in the past and spent a few thousand dollars. I don’t know if there’s been a management change since then but customer service and getting product in when they say it will come even, or even sending the right product has really gone down hill. I purchased a bed set and they sent the wrong piece 3 times in a row. Was originally told not to use the piece as of it were damaged in any way we were responsible (we have a 1 year old). So my wife and I slept on the mattress which was on the floor. After a couple months they finally said we could use the piece after we complained. Eventually we got the right furniture and they gave us a credit. Fast forward we were looking for a tv stand and found one. Purchased it and was told Itl be 3-4 weeks. Almost two months later and no communication from them we get a text saying it’s ready for delivery. They ask me when a good time for me is and imagine this. They don’t have availability until next week. I’ll just go pick up the piece myself. Save yourself a long wait and a headache and go check out another furniture store. Avoid Houston and Ashley’s as they are the same.

I had an incredible experience with the Sales Manager Joseph. He helped us to build our perfect kitchen set with giving us amazing deals and even was great with my kids.

Order a bed which took 5 wks to arrive after they stated that it would take 2-4 wks. When it arrived the rails were missing. I called the store who stated that they would contact me once they had a eta- they never called. After I called them they stated that it will take another 2-4wks. I can potentially wait 9 wks for a simple order. Very bad customer service. I will not buy from them again.

Today I am buying from someone else something else for my California King bed sold by Ashley furniture 10 years ago. We ordered all the accessories for a "Cal-King". When was being delivered to us, the new seller clarifies to me as is looking at my bed that what I have was NOT Cal-king but at normal King Bed. The issue here is NOT the furniture as I have been OK for 10 years with my bed, the issue is the PETTY lie and the deception. Deceiving a customer is bad practice because the customer come here to these websites after 10 years and let know every potential future customer that Ashley Furniture business practices are shady and they will deceive you and lie to you and abuse your ignorance . I will clarify that not all humans have the knowledge of every little thing they will acquire in their lives. If you go to a Doctor and that doctor says you have an ear infection, you will believe it. We rely on the honesty of others. I also bought a dinning set from them. Few months later I see they are giving 50% off in all their furniture. I got happy as I felt that with a 50% off I could buy 2 more chairs for the dinning set I had bought from them. What a surprise to see that they had increased the prices in all by 50%, and then placed a sign of 50% off. The chairs at 50% off cost same as when I bought them 3 months before.... This is my review. Go somewhere else. Not trust worthy business people at least in Yuma AZ. I bought from this store a dinning set and a master room set. These was about 10 years ago. The master room set was sold to me and charged as a California King.One will never doubt a seller in such a petty detail. Today I am buying from someone else something else for my California King bed sold by Ashley furniture 10 years ago. We ordered all the accessories for a &"Cal-King&". When was being delivered to us, the new seller clarifies to me as is looking at my bed that what I have was NOT Cal-king but at normal King Bed. The issue here is NOT the furniture as I have been OK for 10 years with my bed, the issue is the PETTY lie and the deception. Deceiving a customer is bad practice because the customer come here to these websites after 10 years and let know every potential future customer that Ashley Furniture business practices are shady and they will deceive you and lie to you and abuse your ignorance . I will clarify that not all humans have the knowledge of every little thing they will acquire in their lives. If you go to a Doctor and that doctor says you have an ear infection, you will believe it. We rely on the honesty of others. I also bought a dinning set from them. Few months later I see they are giving 50% off in all their furniture. I got happy as I felt that with a 50% off I could buy 2 more chairs for the dinning set I had bought from them. What a surprise to see that they had increased the prices in all by 50%, and then placed a sign of 50% off. The chairs at 50% off cost same as when I bought them 3 months before.... I realized then They were not trust worthy and never again made business with them....

Service is excellent but don't buy anything there if you want it soon!!! Seriously, I buy furniture's the first week of July and here we are in middle of September still waiting......ridiculous. the rest of my Ashley furniture I ordered in line and to only 4 days!!

Moving to yuma and purchased livingroom set and bed frame. We picked it up after we arrived a few weeks later, they replaced the carpet in our rental so everything was placed in our garage for 4 days until we could bring them in and unwrap/box. The bed frame screws didnt line up and 1 had a crack by it. We called and they told us to being it in they had another, so we did and that one is ok, however you can see glue where some pieces were put together. (Just decided to get a paint pen) however our chair we bought had an imperfection on the arm, we called and they said they would send a tech out?? They come take pics and say we will get a call....um ok, cant we just return it or order a new to replace, because the other 2 couch and loveseat were fine. No they ordered something and are supposed to fix it? Idk if they are replacing fabrics or replacing the arm or what. So now it sits in its box and plastic in the middle of the floor. I will absulety never order from Ashley again, if I had the chance I would return it all now and go else where!! Fast forward to over a month later and after calling them constantly they picked it up (late!) Which she said would be ready last friday or Saturday, Monday comes, and I call, and she told me to call the "sister company" Houston Yumas Furniture to which the girl kept questioning who told me to call them, she however called back and said it wouldn't be til thursday. Then my husband gets a call yesterday saying they would bring it today between 10 and 1....1:32 they finally show up. The fabric is wrinkled from whatever they did, it looks like crap! And as I moved it to where it should go I see another place on the back part....this is ridiculous!!

Israel is simply the best. He knows every item and opinion Ashley sells. He's a walking Google of Ashley furniture. More over, he has a keen eye for design and can assemble random pieces into an ensemble that works better than the pre-packaged sets. The owners are a great couple and will bend over backward to make sure that you are well taken care of. That being said, the execution of the order is what needs great improvement. Your order will be late. Its not even a matter of chance, your order will be late. If I could rate the store separately from Ashley warehouses I'd give the store 6 stars, but I can't, and Ashley corporate is just wholly incapable of delivering to the stores on-time.

Joseph S. is honestly the best sellers person I have ever had an encounter with. He was a very patient person with me and my boyfriend. He was very honest with us when it came down to the different types of furnitures we were interested. He was NOT pushy at all and he let us take our time. We even brought down our family to see the new furniture we were considering and he was more than welcoming to all of us. When we told him it wanted to take the night to think about it he was understanding and not annoyed that we took up his time like a lot of other places would. Yes we did go to other places to look and NO none of then came to use to see what we needed or if there’s anything in particular we had in mind. As a matter of fact they sat at their desk, slightly turned and said “Are you buying anything”. I don’t think we even spend more then 5 minutes In those stores before we turned back around and walked out. Joseph gave us the best customer service we have ever experienced. Starting to build for your future is exciting and being first time furniture buyers is a tough position. These are the pieces that will be in your house forever. Joseph was more than happy, considerate, patient and understanding of where we were coming from. You can say that based on our first experience with Ashley furniture and Joseph we’ll be back to buy more furniture with them in the future.

Probably the one the best experiences I’ve had with customer service at any store. Me and my wife are look around at different place and would get “are you buying anything” or they would yell from across the building if we need help. Until we walk-in too Ashley, we got greeted right away by Joseph S, we were kinda already annoyed because we were given bad customer service at another places so we kindly said we just looking. As 10 minutes goes by we stared finding things we liked and had question, before anything Joseph was right there again asking if we were still okay and just looking. One of the best decisions I’ve made was going to Ashley. Joseph Walked us thru everything we had question on and even question I wouldn’t even think to ask. He covered all the bases. He’s the only person I’ve bought stuff from who just didn’t sell me hopes and dream, he gave me pros and cons about furniture things too look for and thing to look out for. So we finally found one we liked and before anything we stared to do paperwork. We got a really good quote, but me and my wife are big into family so we wanted everyone to come out and see it and get there Opinions. Joseph after spending 1 hour with us was 100 percent on board with that. So we came back with all the family eager to see what we were thinking about buying, and my family a big load group so when Joseph took it upon himself to shake everyone hand and introduce him self was amazing. He walked thru all the step with my family gave them everything and more I could ask for. He just didn’t treat me and my family like we were just another sale for him but someone who cares about treating other as he would liked to be treated. So we are now waiting on our 6 piece set and can not wait to see it in our house. So if you take anything from this go to Ashley and ask for Joseph S he will 100 percent give you the best deals he can and treat you with the highest priority.

Yikes. I’ve purchased quite a bit from this location. My living room set, dining table, chairs and bed frame. Cash buyer. Delivery takes longer than expected, most of it if not almost all had damage or some sort or issue. Out of boredom and limited options I wandered in again today to look for something specific for a space. My experience this time was awkward and uncomfortable. We were followed around the store and not able to explore without a salesman breathing down our necks. Customer service was lacking. This was by far a different experience than what I have dealt with in the past here. I will not be back.

Bought a memory foam mattress here after moving to town, had really good service and got it delivered on the same day. They are very kind and helpful here and you can tell they care about you. The mattress is really great and I&'ve been sleeping very well. Thank you guys!

I shopped the Ashley Store location twice in Yuma, Az-Both times I felt my Sales Professional; Mr. Israel Flores went beyond my expectations to make sure I left content-He did not pressure me, double talk me or otherwise; which can sometime be a turn off-On each visit, Mr. Flores walked the entire store with me several times making sure each and every question/doubt I presented to him was answered/addressed-We color coordinated, tried out mattresses and the works-He was professional and well-versed on any/everything I presented and if by chance I inquired about something he did not have an exact answer for; he went and got it-I do plan to visit Mr. Israel Flores again 1st the next time I am in the market for home furnishings and I know you or anyone could also benefit from his service-In closing, let me not conclude my comment without giving an Honorable Mention to: Ms. Christina (Assistant), John (Front Desk), Joseph, All of the Stock Personnel who were definitely on their jobs, Other Sales Personnel who were just plain courteous and pleasant and the store Manager; Ms. Nicki-Respectfully submitted by-Nicki R. Went there to look for a couch and the person helping us took us to the back to look and when we showed him something online he said it's probably up front give him a min and he'll meet us up there. Dude never showed. He disappeared on us.

Davian Morales went above and beyond to help me get just the mattress I wantes and needed. He was a great help and his customer service was remarkable

At time of purchase they promised that my entire bedroom set and mattress would be delivered within a week 1/2. After two weeks, my beedroom set was delivered but No matress. An entire month passed, I called them several times, and they always said, next week and next week. Well, it never showed.. what made matters worse is the fact that they never bothered to call me and explain. After waiting the whole month, I called to cancel my mattress only to be ignored by their sales rep... so i walked in to the matress warehouse on 24th. Great service, much smaller but they are guaranteed to get you what you need. And their prices are much, much better. This is my story, but i hope that these big franchise stores change their way of dealing with their customers.

If you’re not a fan of hovering workers, ask for Joseph! He’s awesome, DOESNT HOVER, and is straight with you. Great beard too! Always check the back of the price tag for the ACTUAL prices, and check the prices online in case you get a better deal there.

Overpriced garbage. Bought a sectional ( one of their top saling) and a year later its falling apart and we have had pieces fixed already 2 weeks after buying. Had pet damage which we paid extra to get turns out their pet damage policy doesn't cover anything. Bought a table set few months later its also falling apart. Will be taking them to small claims court!! Have told several of our military friends not to buy from here and they have been spreading the word!

They want you to buy locally but they are not willing to work with you on delivery charge or price of furniture. Found the exact Ashley Sofa online and it was 400+ lower with free delivery then Ashley Store sale price. Showed them the online deal and they were not willing to bend on anything. On our way out the door they said again buy locally. REALLY....
