I now feel confident in returning to the store I have purchased from since moving to Yuma 2 yrs ago. Last week my mother in-law and I spent over $6,000 at Ashley in Prescott Valley experiencing exceptional customer service.... today I went into Ashley in Yuma looking for a dining suite and love seat, I walked around the store for 27 minutes and was not approached a single time. A gal was sitting behind the desk texting on her cell phone (never looking up on either occasion when I walked by her) as was the guy sitting on a chair behind a desk at the front......CLEARLY THE TRAINING AT THE YUMA STORE IS LACKING. As a customer service manager for 33 years, I was dumb founded, disappointed and left the store prepared to spend my money elsewhere!
