We used the Ashley furniture outlet in Alexandria for the first time, and Mrs Crystal was absolutely amazing! We made an order on January 9th, and was told our furniture would be delivered in 2 weeks. 2 weeks go by and we never got a call about it being delivered, waited another week, still no furniture, kept calling and was told it’ll be in soon. It was now February 6th, furniture still not there. We were told they couldn’t even find our furniture and couldn’t track it to see where it was. We asked if we could get the set that was on the floor and a lady from the main Ashley furniture store (not sure what her name is) told Mrs Crystal no, while the manager, Robert told us yes, it was all a big cluster, people telling us one thing while telling Mrs crystal another. They definitely need to work on their communication. Needless to say we got the floor set and Mrs crystal went above and beyond for me to get my furniture. If it wasn’t for her I would still be waiting for who knows how long since they couldn’t track the package. Mrs crystal did what she had to do to get the job done and knew what she was doing.
The lady was very nice & very informative & sovereign sweet!! She answered all my questions, whether they were small or large!! Will definitely go back to but more furniture in the future!!

I have been trying to get a recliner fixed for over 5 months with the warranty I purchased. I have gotten the runaround . Robert Malone from Alexandria store would not answer my calls or return my calls . As a last resort I showed up at the store and still no Robert . I was ready to purchase a bedroom set, but it won’t be from Ashley in Alexandria. I will give someone my business that appreciates it and takes care of their customers.
